Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role

We’re looking for a
Program Manager
to serve as the operational backbone of our pricing and monetization strategy in addition to supporting strategic initiatives, as needed. Sitting within Product Program Management and partnering closely with Analytics, Product, Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps, Finance, and Engineering, you'll own the cross-functional execution that turns pricing strategy into well-governed, shipped programs. You'll coordinate launches end to end, track commitments, resolve escalations, and expand the playbook that makes growth at Fivetran repeatable and scalable. This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives at the intersection of program management, GTM, and product strategy. You will be driving some of the most impactful business outcomes.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Oakland, CA office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
Technologies You’ll Use
Google Workspace(sheets)/Excel, Jira, Looker/Sigma/Hex, Notion, Salesforce and Slack.
What You’ll Do
• Define and own the operating model and standards for pricing program management — the governance frameworks, templates, and decision rights adopted across Growth & Monetization.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Product and Sales leadership on pricing strategy, influencing roadmap and go-to-market decisions and representing pricing in executive forums.
• Lead the most complex, high-stakes, cross-org pricing initiatives end to end — navigating ambiguity, aligning competing stakeholders, and setting precedent for how future pricing programs are run
• Track executive pricing deliverables and commitments end to end, including commitments made to the CEO.
• Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and launch readiness with the ePMO.
• Partner with Product Marketing and RevOps on enablement plans and rollout execution.
• Manage pricing-related sales escalations and the cross-functional coordination required to resolve them.
• Lead pricing analyses and business requests, turning data into recommendations that inform pricing decisions.
• Report on pricing outcomes — such as closed-lost-due-to-pricing and overall pricing impact — and translate results into forward-looking recommendations.
Skills We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in program management or product operations, ideally supporting pricing, monetization, or GTM initiative in B2B SaaS and with consumption based pricing.
• A track record of driving cross-functional execution across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication, including tracking and reporting on commitments to senior leadership.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret pricing and revenue data and translate it into clear insights and recommendations.
• Experience establishing operating rhythms, governance processes, and repeatable playbooks.
• Familiarity with GTM and RevOps tooling and processes (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, and BI tools such as Looker).
• Highly organized and self-directed, able to manage multiple concurrent programs in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Skills
-Experience in data processing (ETL, ELT) and/or cloud-based platforms
-PMP Certified

About the Team
The Integrated Care + SNF Reimbursement portfolio spans the connected workflows that carry a resident from referral through care delivery to payment: including, acute and payer care collaboration on the National Care Collaboration Network and Audacious platforms, Secure Conversations across our customer segments, practitioner EHR solutions, SNF admissions and managed care workflows, and SNF revenue cycle and reimbursement optimization.
The Outbound Product Management team within this portfolio is the bridge between strategic customer relationships, go-to-market execution, and product direction. The team is remote and hybrid across the US and Canada, and works shoulder to shoulder with inbound Product Management, Engineering, and every GTM function.
Position Summary:
This role owns product delivery and growth for the Integrated Care + SNF Reimbursement portfolio, carrying accountability for how validated offerings reach the market and convert into adoption, revenue, and reference customers. The VP defines and drives end-to-end go-to-market strategy across the portfolio, co-owns roadmap and investment decisions with inbound Product Management, and owns the commercial model — pricing, packaging, and monetization — for new and AI-enabled capabilities.
The VP leads the portfolio's Outbound Product Management function, building and developing the team that runs launch, enablement, and early adoption. They represent PointClickCare’s product function externally as a market figurehead with SNF, payer, practitioner, and acute customers and across the industry, and internally as a trusted advisor to the SVP, Product Management and the GTM leadership team.
Success is measured in growth outcomes: revenue and adoption attainment against portfolio targets, speed from launch to first reference customer, and the repeatable sales motions that turn early wins into scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Go-To-Market Strategy & Portfolio Growth:
Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for the portfolio from launch through scale. Define the growth thesis for each product line, set adoption and revenue targets with Sales and Revenue Operations, and drive cross-functional accountability for attainment.
Commercial Model & Monetization:
Lead pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy for new and AI-enabled capabilities, including usage-based pricing, tiered access, and enterprise licensing. Partner with Pricing, Finance, and Revenue Operations on scalable models that protect margin.
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
Partner with inbound Product Management leaders to shape portfolio direction, translating customer feedback, competitive signals, and adoption data into roadmap and investment recommendations. Serve as the commercial voice in portfolio planning and trade-off decisions.
Executive Customer Engagement & Market Leadership:
Build executive relationships across strategic SNF, payer, practitioner, and acute accounts. Lead beta and co-development programs that generate real-world proof points, and represent PointClickCare with customers, industry bodies, and analysts.
Organizational Leadership & Talent Development:
Lead and grow the Outbound Product Management function, including leaders of teams. Hire, coach, and develop talent, establish operating cadence and standards aligned with the product development lifecycle and go-to-market model, and foster accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Portfolio Performance & Market Insight:
Define and track portfolio, customer engagement, and go-to-market KPIs. Lead competitive analysis, customer research, and thought leadership, and partner with legal, compliance, and governance teams to support responsible deployment of AI-enabled capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
12+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or product growth, including 5+ years leading teams at the Director level or above.
Demonstrated ownership of go-to-market strategy for a multi-product portfolio, with accountability for adoption and revenue outcomes beyond launch execution.
Proven success building commercial models for SaaS and AI-enabled products, including pricing, packaging, and monetization, with fluency in ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, and churn.
Executive presence and demonstrated ability to influence and align senior leaders across Sales, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Solutions, Pricing, and Professional Services.
Experience leading leaders, including hiring, developing, and scaling teams through organizational change.
Strong data-driven decision-making skills, using qualitative and quantitative signals to set priorities and make defensible trade-offs.
Ability to travel regularly to strategic customer sites and industry events, with occasional travel to PointClickCare offices.

Background in post-acute care, senior care, or payer-provider collaboration models.
