Govern priorities and execution readiness. Lead quarterly priority planning and promotional calendars. Lead experimentation and learning. Direct the promotions experimentation agenda with Analytics, Data Science and other partners; define hypotheses and measures, evaluate results, and scale learning into catalogue and promotion decisions. Orchestrate cross-functional delivery. Align cross-functional teams on support levels, customer journeys, localisation, dependencies, and market-specific needs. Lead the team and operating model. Manage and develop the Catalogue Planning team members; clarify accountabilities, improve planning standards, and use automation to remove manual coordination and increase output quality. Strong planning and programme leadership across annual, quarterly, and in-quarter cycles, with disciplined governance of priorities, dependencies, capacity, and delivery risk. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead across global and local teams in a complex matrix organisation. Crisp executive communication, commercial curiosity, resilience, and a bias for action and measurable outcomes.
