Location: London, United Kingdom
Role: VP Operations
Reports to: CEO / Founder
Working model: On-site, London
Working Hours 9am-6pm
Role snapshot
Mission: turn OneDome’s acquisition-led strategy into predictable, high-quality execution across platform, operations and partners.
Primary focus: operating-model design (post-acquisition), completion certainty, and operational efficiency in a regulated environment.
You are the ‘programme manager on steroids’: you hold the whole machine in your head, zoom in/out fast, and relentlessly drive delivery.
Key partners: CEO, Chief of Staff, Product/Tech/Data leaders, Commercial/Partnerships, Risk/Compliance, and heads of acquired businesses.
Success is measured in completions, time-to-complete, cost-to-serve, partner performance, and operational risk outcomes—not activity.
The opportunity
This is a pivotal hire - OneDome has scaled quickly through acquisition and now needs a VP of Operations who can industrialise execution: remove duplicated legacy ways of working, create clarity of ownership, and build an operating cadence that makes performance repeatable.
Key responsibilities
Build and run the operating model: forums, governance, decision rights, OKRs/KPIs and cross-functional rituals that connect strategy to day-to-day delivery.
Lead post-acquisition integration: align processes, tooling, handoffs and incentives across acquired entities and the ‘mothership’ while protecting business continuity.
Own end-to-end completion performance: reduce friction and time-to-complete across mortgage, conveyancing and ancillary services; improve customer certainty and unit economics.
Drive partner operations at scale: set standards, SLAs and performance management across lenders, brokers, conveyancers, surveyors and other third parties.
Partner with Product/Tech/Data to prioritise automation and workflow tooling that de-risks operations, increases transparency, and surfaces issues early.
Strengthen operational risk: embed controls and auditability into operational processes, working closely with specialist risk/compliance functions to protect brand trust.
Build a high-performing operations organisation: structure teams, hire/coach leaders, create playbooks, and establish a culture of pace, detail and accountability.
Create a continuous improvement engine: instrument processes, diagnose failure points with data, and run systematic improvement cycles.
What success looks like
First
90 days
Complete a diagnostic of the current operating model, integration backlog, operational metrics and partner performance.
Agree a clear 100-day plan with the CEO/Chief of Staff: integration priorities, quick wins, and the next operating cadence.
Implement a visible governance rhythm (weekly/bi-weekly) with clean OKRs/KPIs and owners; remove ambiguity on decision rights.
Deliver early improvements in at least one high-friction area of the completion journey to build momentum.
12 months
A repeatable integration playbook that reduces time-to-integrate and avoids ‘legacy sprawl’.
Material improvement in completion rate and time-to-completion, with clear attribution to operational changes.
A stable, scalable operating cadence with reliable forecasting of delivery, partner performance and operational risk hotspots.
An operations team with strong middle leadership and clear accountability across the group.
Person specification
Essential experience
3-5 years of demonstrable operations leadership (COO/VP Ops/Head of Operations) in a fintech start-up/scale-up; marketplace and regulated delivery experience strongly valued.
Proven post-acquisition integration leadership: simplifying multi-entity operating models, harmonising processes and improving execution metrics.
Deep experience running multi-party delivery models reliant on external partners, with rigorous performance management.
Strong data fluency: uses funnel, operational and financial metrics to prioritise work, diagnose issues and make trade-offs.
Demonstrated ability to build cadence, accountability and pace in fast-moving, ambiguous scale-up environments.
Desirable
Formal programme delivery training (e.g., PRINCE2 / MSP / PgMP) or equivalent ‘battle-tested’ experience.
Experience in FCA-influenced or similarly regulated environments; comfort embedding controls without slowing the business to a crawl.
Exposure to mortgage, conveyancing, insurance, or other high-stakes customer journeys.
Behaviours and motivations
Structured and detail-obsessed: enjoys making messy, inherited processes clean and scalable.
High ownership, low ego: will get into the weeds, fix problems, then systematise and delegate.
Fast, clear thinker: can hold complexity and still communicate simply to drive decisions.
Bias for action with sound judgement: knows when to move fast and when to slow down for risk and reputation.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE TEAM
Mistral is building a sovereign AI cloud for Europe. Our customers in finance, healthcare, and the public sector run frontier models on European-jurisdiction infrastructure, and the Cloud Platform team builds the systems that make that possible — compute orchestration, Kubernetes, bare metal, storage, networking, and the datacenter fleet that runs it all.
European Compute Units let enterprises commit to multi-year capacity on that infrastructure, and we are scaling toward a gigawatt of compute across Europe by 2030. You will design and ship the layer every sovereign AI deployment depends on.
THE ROLE
A datacenter is not a cloud until software makes it one. You will build the software that turns arriving hardware into accepted clusters.
Cabling validation, burn-in, firmware, deployment validation, software stack install — all of it automated, none of it click-ops. Your KPI is time to acceptance: the hours between a rack being physically installed and it serving customer workloads. Across the industry that number is measured in weeks. You will drive it toward days, then hours, as we scale toward a gigawatt of compute across Europe.
This is a hands-on engineering role at the intersection of hardware and software. Most of your time in the code and the architecture, some of it on datacenter floors, because the automation has to survive contact with the machines it runs on.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build the delivery pipeline in Go: provisioning, configuration, validation, burn-in, network bring-up, software stack install.
- Own time-to-acceptance and drive it down relentlessly — measure it, break it down, kill the slowest step first.
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Hardware Design and Fleet Health — reliability starts at delivery.
- Handle GPU fleets at scale: H100 and GB200-class nodes, InfiniBand and RoCE fabrics, and the failure modes they bring.
- Partner with Product Managers and the datacenter org to plan delivery waves against capacity commitments.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You have automated bare-metal fleets — you have written the software that turns racks into clusters. If you have done it by hand, you resented it and scripted it.
- Hardware fluency: servers, GPUs, NICs, switches, firmware — you can read a parts list and a topology diagram.
- 5+ years building backend or infrastructure systems.
- Deep Linux: you are comfortable well below the application layer.
- You have shipped production systems in Go. Not dabbled. Shipped.
- Willing to travel to datacenter sites when the work demands it.
- A low-ego, team-first mindset. We care less about your exact domain and more about whether you are the kind of technical force other engineers want to work alongside.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.

Money is moving onto the internet, and the shift has a name:
Open Money.
This is money that is open, portable, agentic, and owned by you. MetaMask spent the last ten years building it; with 100M+ downloads, users in ~190 countries, and trillions in cumulative transaction volume, it's the most trusted self-custodial financial platform on the internet. Now we're building the operating system for your money: one place to hold, move, grow, and use anything you own. Join a remote-first, global team rebuilding how money works: a problem that touches everyone, every day.
About the role
We’re looking for an Experiential Marketing Manager to produce the real-world experiences where traders, creators, partners, and builders meet MetaMask. You’ll lead production, help shape event strategy, and sharpen the creative execution.
What You’ll Do
You’ll join the Experiential & Global Events team within MetaMask’s Creative Studio and report to the Director of Experiential Marketing. We concept, design, and produce the ways people meet MetaMask in real life across global conferences, community events, VIP experiences, co-branded activations, and more. Our calendar runs across the world with priorities across APAC, the US, Europe and LATAM.
You’ll lead production, taking each event from brief to on-site to recap. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal and external teams, rallying people from planning through production and on the ground. Your focus will be experiences for our most active users and co-branded work with brands and creators, alongside community events for the builders who create on MetaMask.
Our formats are expanding to include live trading competitions, viewing events, product launches, and private experiences for VIP traders and creator partners.
How You’ll Do It
Produce events and experiences end to end: venues, run of show, fabrication, AV, F&B, and staffing, working alongside our production agency partners.
Own timelines, workback plans, and budgets for multiple events running in parallel across regions.
Source, negotiate with, and manage agencies, venues, and vendors in APAC, the US, Europe and LATAM.
Run registration and guest management, from guest lists and approvals to VIP access and arrival.
Build programming for events and panels, including formats, session flow, and speaker coordination.
Keep the operational side tight: source-of-truth docs, trackers, internal team staffing, and on-the-ground comms during conference weeks. Build playbooks that make each event easier to run than the last, using AI tools to move faster.
Partner with cross-functional teams across product, marketing, business development and more to turn briefs into event plans with clear audiences, objectives, and success metrics tied to product and business goals.
Help develop and refine concepts with the creative team. Bring a point of view on formats, venues, and cultural trends, and work with designers and copywriters on decks and creative deliverables.
Work with content capture teams so every event produces strong stories and shareable content.
Track post-event results, including attendance, registration data, and social reach and sentiment, and write recaps that show what worked and what to change.
Over time, help source and manage co-hosts and sponsors for our owned franchises.
We’re looking for someone with
5+ years in event production, experiential marketing, or brand activations, ideally in fintech, crypto, consumer tech, esports, or entertainment.
Experience producing large-format or competitive live events, such as tournaments, launches, or live viewing events.
A track record of delivering multi-city or international events on time and on budget.
Experience managing agencies and vendors and negotiating contracts under tight deadlines.
Experience producing premium or invite-only experiences for high-value guests.
Strong initiative. You spot what needs to happen and do it before anyone asks, and you stay steady when the plan changes.
Strategic and creative judgment. You connect an event to a product or business goal, and you bring ideas that sharpen a concept.
A systems mindset. You turn one-off events into repeatable processes.
Clear, confident communication with stakeholders at every level, including senior leadership. Partners, vendors, and colleagues want to work with you again.
Based in the US or EU, and willing to travel internationally up to 20% of the year, typically 1 to 2 weeks per quarter across several markets.
Curiosity about money, markets, and how people trade, save, and spend. Finance experience isn’t required, but interest is.
It’s a bonus to have
Experience in crypto, whether producing events for digital asset audiences or at global conferences such as Token2049, Korea Blockchain Week, EthCC, or Devcon.
Experience sourcing or managing event co-hosts and sponsors.
Relationships with brands, creators, or communities that could become MetaMask partners.
An existing network of production vendors, agencies, and venues across multiple regions.
Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, and Luma.
Don't meet all the requirements? Don't sweat it. We’re passionate about building a diverse team of humans and as such, if you think you've got what it takes for our chaotic-but-fun, remote-friendly, start-up environment—apply anyway, detailing your relevant transferable skills in your cover letter. While we have a pretty good idea of what we need, we're ready for you to challenge our thinking on who needs to be in this role

Mayflower is an international technology company behind products used by millions of people worldwide. For more than 10 years, we've been growing profitable global businesses, bringing together talented professionals across technology, product, marketing, and operations.
We are looking for an experienced
Delivery Manager
to join our passionate team.
The main purpose is to drive predictable, end-to-end Brand delivery through clear processes, transparent execution, realistic planning, and consistent ways of working across teams.
You will own Brand delivery, partner closely with Product Delivery on shared initiatives, and connect Brand’s work with wider operations functions, including legal and finance.
Your goal is to ensure reliable execution in managing and delivering projects.
Job Responsibilities
Delivery Management & Cross-Functional Coordination
Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of Brand initiatives, managing plans, timelines, dependencies, and blockers to ensure work progresses predictably.
Coordinate delivery across teams and functions, partnering closely with Product Delivery on shared initiatives and integrating Brand’s work into wider Operations processes, including Legal and Finance.
Maintain visibility of delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and timelines across teams, ensuring plans and status updates remain accurate.
Proactively identify and resolve cross-team dependencies, external blockers, and delivery risks to keep initiatives on track.
Capacity Planning & Operational Excellence
Design and implement a capacity planning framework tailored to Brand’s operating model, balancing strategic initiatives, business-as-usual activities, and support for other teams.
Establish a consistent approach to estimating, decomposing, and prioritizing work, ensuring delivery plans and commitments are realistic and aligned with available capacity.
Own and continuously improve Brand delivery processes, tools, and workflows to ensure they are clear, practical, scalable, and consistently applied.
Define and maintain delivery metrics, ensure data quality, and use insights to identify bottlenecks, improve workflows, and strengthen delivery predictability.
Delivery Standards & Team Enablement
Establish clear delivery standards and drive their consistent application across Brand through Team Leads.
Support Team Leads as they progressively take greater ownership of delivery within their teams, providing guidance and reinforcing effective planning, execution, and reporting practices.
Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices across Brand, ensuring teams have the processes, tools, and support needed to deliver effectively and reliably.
You’ll thrive here if you have
5+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Project Management or Program Management, in tech and/or cross-functional environments.
Experience running delivery hands-on as a producer, not only through other people.
Experience building a capacity planning approach where none existed, for a team with a mixed workload.
Proven experience coordinating work across multiple teams, stakeholders and functions.
Strong skills in planning, dependency management, risk management and delivery predictability.
Enough understanding of software delivery, the development lifecycle and delivery metrics to partner credibly with Product. Experience of brand, marketing or creative delivery is a strong advantage.
Ability to drive process improvements and encourage transparency within teams.
Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical and systems-thinking mindset, with the ability to operate in ambiguity and proactively identify gaps.
Readiness to deeply understand the business, product and technical context.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro or similar tools.
Upper-intermediate or higher level of English. Russian is a plus.

About us
At Provectus, you don’t prototype in a sandbox and hand a client a slide deck. You embed inside a bank, an insurer, or a health system, learn the work, and ship a Claude + AWS system into their real, regulated production — then you watch the business number move. We’re an Anthropic and AWS Partner with 150+ certified architects. That means the newest models, real budgets, and problems that matter — without the layers, politics, and years-to-impact of a hundred-thousand-person firm. 350+ builders, 100+ customers in production, founder-led since 2010, offices across North America, LATAM, and EMEA.
Why Provectus
Frontier access
— Anthropic Preferred Partner: newest Claude models, real budgets, real problems.
Real tasks (not scope), real deployment.
You go where the operating problem is and ship production code to real users, not slide decks that sit in a drive.
Embedded, not engaged.
You are part of the customer’s team and inside their process — not a vendor running a project alongside it. Embedded is not staff-augmented.
Autonomous.
You own the work from framing through to production, visible to clients and founders. You own the method; nobody hands you a ticket.
Your experience stays portable.
Every engagement is a new problem, often in a new industry, so your skills compound instead of narrowing to one product. No legacy-maintenance grind, not a single stack.
Craft & growth
— build beside senior FDEs on a Claude-certified team; a real platform (talks, OSS) to grow your name.
We give you a stage:
Claude certification, conference talks, open-source contributions, published work under your own name.
What you’ll do
Spend the first weeks of each engagement in the operator’s seat, learning the constraints from the inside, then rebuild the function from first principles alongside the client and a Forward Deployed Executive — and you are the one who builds it.
Be part of the customer’s team, inside their process; work on real tasks, not scoped deliverables, and own the method autonomously.
You won’t start from zero. Provectus builds industry Blueprints — working systems that have already shipped for a customer in your industry. Your engagement starts from that baseline, and what you learn in the field goes back into it.
Deliver across Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations in Financial Services and Healthcare.
Help shape how leading enterprises adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment; help build the tooling and frameworks of a growing AI delivery practice.
What we look for
Typically 7+ years building software, a substantial share of it writing production code you were accountable for. You are hands-on today and intend to stay that way.
Genuinely willing to spend time understanding someone else’s job before writing code; demonstrated ability to become conversant in an unfamiliar business function quickly.
Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production — not demos, not notebooks. You’ve handled the parts that get hard after the prototype works.
You evaluate. You have built or owned an eval suite for a non-deterministic system, and you can explain what you measured and why.
Strong engineering fundamentals — dropped into an unfamiliar codebase or language, you’re productive. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack.
Cloud-native delivery on AWS (GCP/Azure a plus), including the operational reality of a system someone else inherits.
Pre-sales experience. Credible with senior stakeholders — you can hold a redesign conversation with a BU head and a scoping conversation with a CTO without losing either room.
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership. Engagements start underspecified by design. Closing that gap is the job.
Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork (skills, workflows, MCP, integrations, connectors, custom harnesses).
Nice to have
Containers and orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS) and CI/CD in production.
IaC depth: AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform.
Open-source contributions or public writing on applied AI.
What we offer
Full-time.
On-site visits to client’s facilities and our office in NYC 1/week
Unlimited Vacation policy.
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance.
401(K) matching plan.
Base salary $180k–$200k + bonuses; OTE up to $250k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.

How we hire
Recruitment interview.
Tech interview with our FDE (30 min).
A live engineering building session (1.5 hours). We hand you a business function and the constraints. You have to understand the job and rebuild it — then say what you’d build and how you’d know it worked.
Use AI the way you normally would; we expect AI-generated code. What we look at is how you used AI, the judgment behind your choices, and what you researched beyond what any LLM already knows.
Soft skills interview.
Offer discussion.
We’re real
A person reads your application. We filter out AI-generated and fraudulent submissions automatically. Every application that clears that filter is read by someone on our team.
We may ask for a quick ID verification. Fraudulent applications are common, and this protects real candidates.
You’ll meet the people you’d work with. We host AI engineering events in New York and San Francisco. We'd be happy to talk in person. Your interviews are with Pavel Borobov, Solutions Architect, and Stepan Pushkarev, Co-Founder & CEO.

Location: UK, London
Workplace: OnSite
Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Head of Workplace & Facilities based in London, you will be responsible for ensuring our teams operate in environments that are not only functional and safe—but scalable, adaptable, and built for the pace of high-growth product development. From brownfield build-outs to continuous upgrades, you will translate company-wide requirements into fit-for-purpose, high-performance facilities.
You will own the planning, delivery, and management of all physical environments that enable engineering and company operations—from collaborative workspaces and lab floors to test zones and logistics areas. You will lead brownfield and retrofit programmes across our sites, ensuring they meet the exacting needs of modern robotics engineering
This is a highly cross-functional, technically grounded leadership role. You’ll partner with hardware, software, and operations teams to turn functional requirements into physical reality—ensuring that space never becomes a blocker to speed, safety, or innovation.
This role also includes accountability for general office management, including oversight of our workplace operations team and front-of-house function. You’ll ensure the daily experience in each site reflects our culture and values—providing a seamless, well-run environment for employees, visitors, and partners.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Facility Strategy & Planning
- Define and lead the physical environment strategy across lab, workspace, test, integration, prototype manufacturing, and office areas
- Translate functional and technical requirements from all parts of the business into clear, scalable space plans
- Lead site assessments, feasibility studies, and future planning across global locations
- Develop and maintain design standards for our labs and shared workspaces
Programme Delivery (Brownfield & Fit-Out)
- Own the full lifecycle of facility programmes: scoping, budgeting, planning, contractor management, delivery, and commissioning
- Oversee brownfield upgrades to enable evolving R&D, prototype manufacturing, and testing needs
- Manage external architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Coordinate delivery timelines with product, hiring, and operational roadmaps
Prototype Manufacturing & Lab Readiness
- Ensure infrastructure supports mechatronics-heavy workflows including actuator assembly, sub-system integration, electronics rework, and test rig operation
- Define layouts and utility requirements (power, ESD, ventilation, compressed air, equipment mounting, etc.) for in-house prototyping and low-volume builds
- Establish protocols for safe operation, material flow, and flexible reconfiguration of physical spaces
Office Operations & Workplace Experience
- Lead general office and workplace management across all global sites
- Oversee a dedicated office and reception team, ensuring smooth daily operations, visitor experience, and front-of-house service
- Maintain a welcoming, professional, and functional workplace aligned with our culture and operational rhythm
- Partner with People and IT to ensure workspaces support hybrid collaboration, new joiner onboarding, and employee well-being
Facility Operations & Lifecycle Management
- Set up and oversee systems for space allocation, access control, maintenance, and infrastructure monitoring
- Lead improvements in facility uptime, utilisation, safety, and team experience
- Manage shared infrastructure including lab services, AV, security, physical IT, and environment monitoring
- Maintain compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and relevant R&D standards
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, people, logistics, IT, and workplace operations
- Work with executive leadership to develop long-term facilities strategy, capital planning, and space forecasting
- Represent facilities in company-wide planning processes, including headcount growth and program milestones
- Drive alignment between physical infrastructure and company objectives
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 10+ years of experience in facilities, technical operations, or capital project delivery in R&D or advanced manufacturing environments
- Proven track record managing brownfield retrofits and complex fit-out programmes
- Strong technical understanding of infrastructure requirements for labs, prototype manufacturing, and mixed-use technical spaces
- Experience overseeing general office operations, reception, and workplace experience functions
- Fluency across building systems (power, HVAC, ventilation, ESD, security, etc.) and health & safety best practices
- Highly organised, delivery-focused, and skilled in leading cross-functional capital programmes from start to finish
Nice to have
- Experience in robotics, aerospace, automation, or electromechanical product development
- Familiarity with ISO/cleanroom environments, build/test zones, or controlled lab standards
- Track record building or scaling physical infrastructure in high-growth organisations
- Experience with real estate strategy, landlord/tenant negotiations, or hybrid campus models
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ days off, including 23 days annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Anthropic, you'll join the foundational team at the forefront of introducing our cutting-edge AI productivity API and SaaS solutions to industrial organisations across the EMEA markets. You'll drive the adoption of safe, frontier AI by securing strategic deals with manufacturers, engineering groups, energy and utilities providers, and logistics and supply chain businesses. You'll leverage your consultative sales expertise in the industrial sector to propel revenue growth while becoming a trusted partner to industrial stakeholders, helping them embed and deploy AI while uncovering its full range of capabilities across engineering, operations, supply chain, maintenance and field service. Analyse industrial market landscapes, trends, and dynamics to translate high-level plans into targeted sales activities and campaigns
Spearhead market expansion by identifying new use cases within engineering and R&D, plant operations, supply chain and procurement, quality, maintenance, and field service. Collaborate cross-functionally to differentiate our offerings for industrial applications
Navigate complex industrial stakeholder ecosystems including executives, operations and engineering leadership, IT and OT teams, digital transformation functions, and procurement offices to build consensus
Inform product roadmaps and features by gathering feedback from users and conveying industrial market needs. Provide insights that strengthen our value proposition for industrial clients
Continuously refine the industrial sales methodology by incorporating learnings into playbooks, templates, and best practices. Identify process improvements that optimise sales productivity and consistency
You may be a good fit if you have:
8+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, API solutions, or emerging technologies
A track record of managing complex sales cycles within industrial organisations and securing strategic deals by understanding both technical requirements and industrial use cases
Demonstrated ability to navigate large, multi-site industrial organisations and procurement processes, building consensus among diverse stakeholders including executives, operations and engineering leadership, and IT departments
Extensive experience negotiating complex agreements within industrial procurement frameworks, including supplier onboarding, security and data governance reviews
Proven experience exceeding revenue targets by effectively managing an evolving pipeline and sales process
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present confidently to various industrial audiences, from plant and engineering managers to senior executives
Deep understanding of industrial buying cycles, decision-making processes, and key pain points, including the regulatory, safety and sustainability pressures industrial businesses operate within
A strategic, analytical approach to assessing the industrial market combined with creative, tactical execution to capture opportunities
A passion for and/or experience with advanced AI systems and their applications. You feel strongly about ensuring frontier AI systems are developed safely and ethically for industrial use

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ YOUR MISSION
Brokers play a structural role in how large and very large employers select, negotiate, and manage their health and prévoyance coverage. We're looking for a Broker Partnerships Lead to build and animate Alan's relationships with the brokers who operate in the Enterprise segment, turning Alan into a trusted, credible, and commercially compelling partner for those actors, and supporting our Enterprise Sales and Key Account Management teams.
⭐ LOCATION
On-site in Paris, Île-de-France.
What makes this role genuinely unique
- You'll shape how one of Europe's fastest-growing health insurance companies builds its relationships with the brokers operating in the large and very large employer segment across France, and beyond.
- You'll have real ownership from day one and operate at the highest levels of the broker market.
- You'll shape Alan’s broker strategy and execute it. Alan is at an early stage of building this capability. The playbook is yours to define and scale.
- You'll work directly with Alan's Enterprise Sales, Key Account Management, Insurance, and Executive Leadership.
⭐ YOUR ROLE
Relationships & Presence
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with the brokers that sit between us and the largest employers in our markets (whether private or public), at senior and managing director level.
- Map the ecosystem, prioritize interlocutors, and design Alan's engagement strategy.
- Be the consistent Alan voice that brokers recognize: someone who shows up, follows through, and is known as easy to deal with without giving away what shouldn't be given.
Partnership with Alan's Enterprise & Commercial work
- Be a partner to our Enterprise Sales and KAM teams on every broker situation: drive strategic decisions deal by deal and turn ecosystem knowledge into commercial leverage.
- Introduce the right broker contacts at the right moment in the commercial cycle, transforming relationship capital into pipeline access on large and very large accounts.
- Share Alan's value and positioning with broker partners to help them understand, represent, and actively promote Alan within their client portfolios.
- Hold the line on our non-negotiables while finding creative ways to make the collaboration work for both sides.
Sector Engagement & Anticipation
- Follow the broker market at deal level and ecosystem level: who is growing, who is consolidating, where portfolio shifts are happening, and what it means for Alan's pipeline and positioning.
- Be a sharp, early internal voice on where the broker market is heading and on the implications for Alan's strategy, including on consolidation, regulation, and competitive dynamics.
Build & Scale
- Knowledge base: Build and maintain a knowledge library on broker positions, portfolio footprints, engagement history, and contractual frameworks shared with Enterprise Sales and KAM teams to increase win rates.
- Framework & tools: Implement processes and AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of our broker engagement and contract documentation (conventions de courtage, commission tracking, data sharing agreements).
- Collaboration: Share best practices with the broader Enterprise & Commercial team and contribute proven methodologies to their scaled commercial operations.
- Market intelligence: Provide competitive intelligence on how brokers position Alan vs. incumbents, how they advise clients on insurer selection, and where we are perceived as "difficult to work with" — and feed that back into product, pricing, and GTM strategy.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
You’ll be a great fit for this opportunity if you:
- Have at least 8 years of total experience working with or inside the broker ecosystem: at a broker or in an external partnership or distribution role at a health insurer or mutuelle
- Have legitimate credibility at senior broker level: ability to engage managing director and senior leadership at major brokers as a peer, built through a personal representative past or years of substantive deal-level engagement on the insurer or employer side
- Have deep knowledge of the broker ecosystem in the large and very large employer segment: how brokers operate, how they are compensated, how they advise clients, and how they influence insurer selection at this scale
- Have deep understanding of health and prévoyance insurance: the technical dimension (garanties, gestion, régimes, prévoyance) must be native, not learned on the job
- Have proven ability to build trust with broker counterparts from the insurer or employer side: long-game, trustworthy, discreet, commercially disciplined
- Demonstrate outstanding stakeholder management: calm, ego-free, able to represent Alan substantively without making it about yourself and equally able to hold firm positions internally when sales pressure pushes toward broker accommodation beyond our framework
- Demonstrate commercial impact from prior broker-related work: broker relationships that translated into material deal flow, pipeline access, or portfolio migration
- Are a self-starter: comfortable building from scratch in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with limited process and real autonomy
- Are ego-free and lever-minded: you accelerate others, you don't seek the spotlight
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the F-H level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.

- Parental leave. Extended parental leave for all new parents, for permanent contracts only.

If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
