About the role:
Provectus is a
Premier AWS partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner
at the forefront of applied AI, helping enterprises turn Claude, agentic systems, and their own data into measurable business outcomes through bespoke applications, managed services, and advisory engagements. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide and are obsessed with reimagining how they operate and compete.
Our work centers on two verticals —
Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences
— where we deploy five pre-built AI Blueprints: Submission Flow, Portfolio Lens, Asset Flow, Revenue Flow, and Evidence Lens. Each Blueprint rebuilds a critical business process front to back, shipped from working code and tuned to a client's specific book, regulators, and operating posture.
We embed engineers and leaders inside client operations as Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE) and Forward Deployed Executives (FDX) — people who learn the work, ship the system, and own the outcome. Our team holds 100+ AWS certifications, is Claude Code certified, and co-delivers Anthropic's Agentic SDLC program, Cowork Activation, and AI Bluprints.
You will do the customer’s job before you automate it.
Most AI engagements fail the same way: someone gathers requirements, someone writes a PRD, and a team ships a workflow nobody uses. We think the requirements-gathering step is the bug. So we remove it.
A Forward Deployed AI Engineer at Provectus spends the first weeks of an engagement
in the operator’s seat
— as the underwriter, the analyst, the RCM specialist, the claims clinician, whoever actually does the work we’ve been asked to change. You do the job. You learn the constraints from the inside, the ones nobody writes down. Then you sit at a table with that operator and a Forward Deployed Executive and
rebuild the function from first principles
— and you are the one who builds it.
Three things define how you work:
Embedded, not engaged
. You are part of the customer’s team and inside their process — not a vendor running a project alongside it.
Real tasks, not scope
. You are not fenced into a siloed deliverable. You go where the operating problem is.
Autonomous
. Embedded is not staff-augmented. You own the method; nobody hands you a ticket.
You won’t start from zero.
Provectus builds industry blueprints
— working systems that have already shipped for a customer in your industry. Your engagement starts from that baseline, and what you learn in the field goes back into it. That loop is the difference between an outcome and an invoice.
You’ll be measured on whether the Business Unit’s number moved — not on hours, not on scope delivered.
This is a role for engineers who have led before — as a founder, a CTO, a staff engineer — and who want to stay in the code while owning the outcome. On most days you’ll be the most senior technical person in the room, and you’ll still be the one shipping.
Requirements:
8+ years building software
, a substantial share of it writing production code you were accountable for. You are hands-on today and intend to stay that way.
You will take the operator’s seat.
You are genuinely willing to spend weeks doing someone else’s job — claims processing, underwriting, revenue-cycle work — before you write a line of code. Engineers who need to stay in the IDE should not apply.
You learn domains fast.
Demonstrated ability to become conversant in an unfamiliar business function quickly enough to argue with the people who do it for a living.
Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production
— not demos, not notebooks. You’ve handled the parts that get hard after the prototype works.
You evaluate.
You have built or owned an eval suite for a non-deterministic system, and you can explain what you measured and why.
Strong engineering fundamentals
— dropped into an unfamiliar codebase or language, you’re productive. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack.
Cloud-native delivery on AWS
(GCP/Azure a plus): containers, Kubernetes/ECS, IaC, CI/CD, and the operational reality of a system someone else inherits.
Credible with senior stakeholders
— you can hold a redesign conversation with a BU head and a scoping conversation with a CTO without losing either room.
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership.
Engagements start underspecified by design. Closing that gap is the job.
Solid AI/ML foundations
— you understand what the models do well enough to reason about failure modes, not just call the API.
Strong hands-on prodcution experience with
Claude Code/Cowork.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
Nice to have:
Prior experience as a
founder, CTO, or engineering leader
who has chosen to return to individual contribution.
Real depth in one of our blueprint industries:
financial services, insurance, healthcare, asset management
.
Consulting, professional services, or other embedded customer-facing delivery.
Data platform depth: data lakes, warehouses, streaming and real-time analytics, data mesh and data contracts, governance and data quality.
MLOps and classical ML: PyTorch, SageMaker, MLflow.
Fine-tuning, distillation, or inference/serving optimization.
Graph databases (Neo4j, AWS Neptune).
IaC depth: AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform.
Open-source contributions or public writing on applied AI.
What you’ll do:
Take the seat
Do the operator’s job for two to four weeks at the start of an engagement. Learn the function from inside, not from a requirements doc.
Reach working fluency in a new domain — insurance underwriting, healthcare revenue cycle, asset flow — in weeks, not quarters.
Sit with the operator and the Forward Deployed Executive and redesign the function from first principles. Discovery, user research, and PRD-writing collapse into one team that re-imagines its own job. You are all three roles.
Build
Ship production GenAI systems into the customer’s environment — LLM applications, agentic workflows, retrieval and structured-extraction pipelines, and the services around them. Running software, not recommendations.
Build the evaluation harness before you build the feature.
When the engagement is bound to a business KPI, “it looked good in testing” is not an answer. Define what working means, instrument it, and let the evals drive the design.
Write production code across the stack — backend services, data pipelines, and the AI layer. Python and TypeScript are our centre of gravity; we choose tools to fit the customer, not the résumé.
Take systems to production on AWS (GCP/Azure where the customer requires it): containerized, observable, and maintainable after we leave.
Start from the blueprint, and
feed the blueprint.
What you learn in the field becomes the baseline the next engagement starts from.
Own the outcome
Work in a pair with a Forward Deployed Executive who carries the Business Unit’s KPIs. Your work is measured against the same number.
Drive adoption. A system the BU routes around has not shipped. Change management is part of the engineering job here, not a phase after it.
Be credible with the customer’s engineers, their operators, and their executives — and be willing to disagree with all three.
Shape what we commit to before we commit to it. You’ll have the standing to do it, because you’re the one who will build it.
What We Offer:
Frontier delivery work across Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations in Financial Services and Healthcare
The chance to shape how leading enterprises adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment
A forward-deployed model working in small, senior teams alongside Principal Architects and Forward Deployed Engineers
A growing AI delivery practice where you help build the tooling and frameworks, not just use them
Remote-friendly culture
High-impact role with direct visibility to leadership.
Strong earning potential with performance-based bonuses.
Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI and cloud solutions.
B2B contract model or full-time model.
Unlimited Vacation policy.
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance.
401(K) matching plan.
OTE range: up to $250k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.
How we hire:
Intro conversation
— the role, your background, what you want to be doing.
Two live engineering sessions.
Real problems, your own editor.
You may use an LLM assistant
(ChatGPT, Claude) — how you work now includes these tools.
Autocomplete/agentic coding tools are off
for these sessions.
The redesign session.
We hand you an unfamiliar business function and the constraints of the person who performs it. You have to understand the job well enough to rebuild it — then say what you’d build and how you’d know it worked. No LLMs for this one.
Team and practice conversation.

About Alchemy
Alchemy is the Web3 infrastructure and developer platform that powers millions of users and the world’s most innovative blockchain applications. From enabling $1+ trillion in financial transactions worldwide to scaling L2s and enabling DeFi, Alchemy provides the infrastructure and tools developers need to build reliable, scalable, and accessible experiences.
Trusted by companies like JPMorgan, Stripe, Visa, Franklin Templeton, Nike, and backed by a16z, Coatue, Silver Lake, Lightspeed, and Stanford University, Alchemy is building the foundational layer for a decentralized and AI-enabled Web3 ecosystem. For more information, visit alchemy.com http://alchemy.com.
About the role
Self-serve is how Alchemy grows. The dashboard and the developer experience around it are the primary revenue engine for our flagship products: developers discover us, sign up, get to their first call, scale their usage, and upgrade largely without ever talking to a person. That funnel is one of the most direct levers on company-level revenue we have, and this role owns it.
It's also changing fast. A growing share of developers now reach Alchemy through an AI coding agent rather than a browser tab, and we expect agent-mediated usage to become the dominant way our platform is consumed. Building for that shift, our MCP server, agent skills, and AI-native onboarding, sits squarely in this role.
You'll run the dashboard as a product, own the self-serve growth engine, and set the experimentation and measurement standard for growth across the company, partnering with Node APIs, Data APIs, Wallets, Transaction Engine, Growth Marketing, and Billing, and spending meaningful time with customers.
What you'll own
- The dashboard. Own signup, app creation, first key, first call, usage and CU visibility, upgrade paths, team management, and the observability developers need to debug their own traffic.
- Developer experience end to end. Docs, SDKs, quickstarts, error messages, sandbox and testnet flows, and the first hour of every integration. Reduce time to first successful call, then time to first paid workload.
- Own product-led growth end to end. Design the developer journey from docs, to first API call, to first paid workload, to scaled production spend. Instrument it, find the drop-offs, fix them.
- Agent experience (AX). Make Alchemy the default infrastructure an AI coding agent reaches for. Own how our MCP server, agent skills, and machine readable docs perform inside Claude Code, Cursor, and whatever comes next.
- Experimentation. Building the A/B and holdout tooling, running pricing, packaging, and onboarding tests, and creating a habit of shipping and learning weekly rather than quarterly.
- The truth. Get into the warehouse yourself. Build the funnel, find the cohort that doesn't behave like the average, and bring back the answer nobody wanted to hear.
What we're looking for
- 10+ years in product, with deep time on developer platforms, APIs, or infrastructure, and direct ownership of a dashboard or console that developers use daily.
- Proven product-led growth leadership: you've owned a self-serve funnel at scale and can show what you moved, by how much, and how you know it was you.
- Rigorous experimentation practice. You know the difference between a lift and a fluke, you size tests before you run them, and you've built the culture as much as the tooling.
- Genuinely analytical. Data Analysis is a normal Tuesday. You can build the model, audit the instrumentation, catch the bad join, and defend the number in front of the exec team.
- Truth seeking. You'd rather be corrected in week one than right in a deck in week twelve. You go looking for the disconfirming data.
- Cross functional gravity. You've driven outcomes across engineering, design, docs, marketing, sales, and finance without owning any of them.
- Customer facing by instinct. You run your own discovery calls, sit in support channels, and can walk a CTO through an integration and a pricing model in the same meeting.
- Technical enough to build with our own APIs, prototype with AI agents, and read the code when the answer isn't in the dashboard.
- Crypto and web3 experience is a plus.

- Experience working across multiple US markets
- Willingness to work on other roles as needs come up
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and switching between strategic planning and hands-on execution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence peers and senior GTM stakeholders without direct authority
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle shifting priorities across a high-volume hiring slate
- Professional experience with modern recruiting tools such as Ashby
- Familiarity with the AI/ML landscape and the ability to credibly discuss frontier model capabilities with technical GTM candidates

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Title: AIT Engineer - Electronics
- Department: Global Manufacturing Organisation
- Location: Greece
- Reporting to: AIT Engineering Team Leader
- Type of Contract: Permanent
- Working model: On-site (occasional travel for environmental test and launch campaigns)
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required).
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
The Electronics AIT Engineer transforms satellite electrical designs into reliable, flight-ready hardware. About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Staff Software Engineer on the GTM AI Engineering (Claudification) team, you will build the agents and AI systems that run Anthropic's own go-to-market work. Our sellers already work alongside agents every day. You will take things to the next step and build agents that run complete autonomous motions across areas like inbound, outbound, and pipeline management. In addition, you’ll build eval frameworks that prove those agents are ready for customer-facing work and are driving value. This is a senior role where you’ll drive technical direction for agents and evals across our team.
Working closely with sellers, RevOps, and our platform engineering partners, you'll own projects from first prototype through production operation. You'll combine full-stack engineering (MCP servers, agentic systems, web applications, etc.) with hands-on evaluation work (behavior benchmarks, production monitoring, ROI measurement), and help architect the shared platforms that builders from across our go-to-market org contribute to. You've worked in cultures of analytical rigor before, and you're eager to help shape the norms and best practices of a growing AI engineering function at a pivotal moment in the company's growth.
Key responsibilities
Build and operate autonomous agents that run go-to-market motions end to end, across areas like inbound, outbound, pipeline management, and customer engagement
Design the human oversight for each motion: approval gates, handoffs, and escalation paths that keep sellers in control
Develop evaluation frameworks for agent behavior, and run them in development and in production
Instrument model and tool calls in production, and build the observability and measurement that ties agent actions to pipeline and revenue
Ship MCP servers, agent skills, and web applications that connect to systems like our CRM, communication tools, and data warehouse
Set the technical direction for how we build, evaluate, and operate agents across the team
Architect shared codebases that builders from across go-to-market contribute to, setting the conventions and review practices that keep quality high
Work directly with sellers to ground agent designs in real workflows, and iterate based on what you observe
Identify repeatable patterns and contribute insights back to Anthropic's Product and Engineering teams
Maintain strong knowledge of the latest developments in LLM capabilities, agent frameworks, and evaluation techniques
Minimum qualifications
Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript, with experience building and operating production applications
Production experience with LLMs, including context engineering, agent development, MCP development, tool use, and evaluation frameworks
Experience using evals and transcript analysis to find and fix real problems in an LLM system
Working fluency with data, including SQL
Ability to navigate ambiguity and ship without a spec, finding simple solutions to complex problems
Passion for advancing safe, beneficial AI, and care for the people who use what you build
Preferred qualifications
8+ years in roles such as software engineer, ML engineer, or forward deployed engineer. Former technical founders are encouraged to apply
Experience with the Claude Code and the Claude Agent SDK
Experience with go-to-market systems (CRM, sales engagement, enrichment, conversation intelligence) or time working closely with a revenue team
Experience growing a codebase that many people contribute to, inner-source or open-source
Applied ML and experimentation background: A/B testing, propensity models, recommendations, or causal analysis
Exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical partners with low ego
Representative projects
(Illustrative of the kind of work, not a project list.)
Build an agent that takes a routine sales workflow from first signal to a drafted, human-reviewed action
Stand up the eval suite for an agent: seed scenarios, scoring rubrics, and regression runs on every change
Ship an MCP server that gives sellers and their agents governed access to a core revenue system
Design a shared repository where go-to-market builders publish agents and skills, with the tests and review rules that keep it healthy
Build a predictive model that explains itself, so an agent can tell a seller why it suggests an action
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000
—
$405,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We are hiring an Energy Scheduling & Portfolio Lead to own energy availability across Anthropic's non-cloud data center portfolio: contracted and available energy against planned compute, and the risk to it. This one central scheduling and portfolio role holds the live view of energy availability risk and energy availability need for workload management. You will be our counterpart to the LSEs, QSEs, scheduling coordinators, and suppliers in electricity and gas markets across jurisdictions; forecasting is an instrument of that view. You schedule and manage physical energy delivery — not financial instruments — including how much gas the portfolio needs to schedule, and keep energy supply and the workload plan in step with workload and site planning, energy origination, and data center operations. ESA counterparties operate the behind-the-meter plants; you manage their performance and our exposure. This role will also build processes and structures to ultimately support asset management across our energy portfolio. You are this function's first dedicated owner and will build its models and processes from zero.
Responsibilities:
Own the live view of energy availability risk and need: contracted, available, and committed energy and capacity at each site against planned load and ramp, by month and by hour where it matters; keep it current as deals sign, sites come online, and plans change, and close gaps and use surpluses with workload and site planning and energy origination.
Be the operational counterpart to our LSEs, QSEs, scheduling coordinators, and retail and wholesale suppliers in domestic ISO/RTOs, including ERCOT, and international power markets, and manage our participation in utility and ISO market programs.
Predict and track curtailment (utility, ISO, fuel, equipment, and contract-driven) for each site, and navigate shortage pricing and reliability events: ISO scarcity pricing, emergency procedures, conservation calls, and the notification and performance obligations under each ESA, PPA, utility agreement, and market program; coordinate the load response with site operations and workload planning, and track performance, compensation, and cost.
Oversee the portfolio's contracted or tariff-based load-flexibility capability and the contribution of this capability to Anthropic's ratepayer-protection commitment: curtailment and demand-response participation, flexible-interconnection and non-firm service commitments to utilities and ISOs, and the site-level playbooks for each; work with workload planning on what the compute can actually flex, and commit only where the workload plan supports it.
For the first operating sites, manage counterparty performance and Anthropic's exposure under the ESAs: outage notices, availability guarantees, liquidated damages, dispatch coordination, and the reporting behind them. Know the ESAs and utility load agreements we sign well enough to operate their scheduling, curtailment, availability, flexibility, and ratepayer-protection terms, and partner with legal and energy origination so new agreements are operable.
Determine how much gas the portfolio needs to schedule and build the portfolio's gas scheduling strategy for gas-fired behind-the-meter supply, nominations, hub and index pricing, pipeline capacity and constraints, and work through gas-plant outages and their effect on site availability, including by building relationships with external commodity partners.
Build Anthropic's energy forecasting as an instrument of the availability-risk view: consumption per site from the workload plan, site design, and ramp, and cost against ESA and PPA terms, market and natural gas prices, as the monthly and annual outputs the team and Finance need, including exposure to index-priced volume and the inputs energy origination needs to size new supply. Supply the energy-side inputs and checks that let Finance, Accounting, and Procurement Ops reconcile invoices and settlements against ESA, PPA, and tariff terms and explain the variance; this role will collaborate heavily with energy finance but will not have primary responsibility for financial management of the energy portfolio — the physical position is yours. Track the market information that moves our position — ISO/RTO prices, scarcity and reliability conditions, gas hub prices, ancillary and capacity costs, and tariff, interconnection, and market rule changes — and reflect it in the view.
Work cross-functionally: with energy finance on the financial management of the portfolio, with data center operations on site load, flexibility, and outages, and with other internal teams — workload and site planning, engineering and design, legal, procurement — so the energy position and the physical reality of each site stay aligned. Build and own the processes, data, and tooling for all of the above; partner with engineering and site operations on metering, telemetry, and load data so the availability view, forecasts, and settlements rest on measured consumption.
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 8+ years in energy markets, power scheduling, energy procurement, or utility / retail energy operations, including hands-on work with scheduling and settlement review in ERCOT, PJM, NYISO, MISO, or another ISO/RTO market.
Have worked at or directly with an LSE, QSE, scheduling coordinator, retail energy provider, or load-management desk, and know day-ahead and real-time scheduling, settlements, and curtailment / demand-response programs from the inside.
Read ESAs, PPAs, and utility large-load interconnection and service agreements fluently enough to operate their scheduling, availability, curtailment, and pricing terms and to model the exposure they create.
Can predict curtailment for a large load and navigate shortage pricing and reliability events — ISO scarcity pricing, emergency procedures, conservation calls — from experience, not from the rulebook.
Understand gas scheduling — nominations, hub pricing, pipeline constraints — and have worked through gas-fired plant outages and their effect on served load.
Have designed or operated load flexibility for a large load — curtailment, demand response, non-firm or flexible interconnection — and understand the large-load tariff provisions that protect other ratepayers (minimum demand charges, cost allocation, exit and stranded-cost provisions, study and collateral requirements) and how a load operates within them.
Have built or run energy consumption and cost forecasts for large loads — data centers, industrials, or a retail / wholesale portfolio — and can tie a forecast to contract terms and market prices.
Coordinate well across teams that do not report to you — workload planning, site operations, finance, legal, origination — and can give a clear picture of where energy availability stands against need and where it is at risk.
Have stood up a scheduling, portfolio, or operations function from scratch and built the models and processes it runs on.
Possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant domain (e.g., engineering, economics, energy, finance, data science) or equivalent practical experience.
It's a bonus if you have:
Experience with data center or other large, fast-ramping load in ERCOT, PJM, NYISO, MISO, or another ISO/RTO market.
Experience with behind-the-meter, islanded, or bridge-power configurations and how they schedule and settle differently from grid-served load, including managing counterparty performance under an ESA or tolling agreement — availability guarantees, outage reporting, liquidated damages, dispatch coordination.
Familiarity with hedging and risk management of energy cost — fixed-price, index, shaped, and block products — and with how hedges sit against physical consumption, enough to work fluently with Finance on it.
Familiarity with natural gas markets and hub pricing, with an emphasis on physical scheduling at regional basis hubs, gas-price indices, pipeline nominations and capacity.
Experience with energy data and metering systems, interval data, and building forecasting models from them.
Exposure to the regulatory and public-affairs side of large-load service — large-load tariff proceedings, interconnection rulemakings, or utility rate cases — and to utility and ISO demand-response, curtailment, and flexible-interconnection programs.
Prior experience standing up an operations or analytics function in a growing team.
