Evaluate EMEA sponsorships, speaking slots, and event formats against goals
Work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure every event feels cohesive with global campaigns while staying relevant to EMEA audiences
Execution & project management

Partner with Content, Brand, Product Marketing, and Sales to develop compelling event assets and presentations
Oversee registration flows, pre-event communication, and the attendee experience from first touch to follow-up
Step in wherever needed to keep events running smoothly, calmly, and on-brand
EMEA webinars (about one per month)
Run our monthly EMEA webinar end to end - topic and speaker selection, registration, promotion, and follow-up - timed and localized for a European audience
Partner with Content and Product Marketing to adapt or build webinar content that lands with EMEA audiences
Build and optimize registration pages, forms, and workflows for EMEA campaigns
Audience growth & promotion
Execute multi-channel promotional plans across email, social, and partner channels for EMEA audiences
Collaborate with Demand Gen, Marketing Ops & Sales to ensure EMEA lead capture, routing, and follow-up happen correctly and quickly
Manage attendee communication throughout the event lifecycle
Performance & optimization
Track EMEA event performance - pipeline, revenue, deal acceleration, and event engagement
Share insights and recommendations to continually improve ROI and attendee experience across the region
Maintain documentation, templates, and repeatable workflows that make running EMEA events smoother and more scalable
Partner with ops to ensure clean attribution and accurate reporting across systems
What success looks like
Regional ownership:

Attendance and engagement steadily increase across EMEA field events and webinars
Sales alignment:
EMEA Sales and Marketing feel tightly connected and supported by event-driven pipeline

Based in the UK or Ireland
(London or Dublin ideal)
4+ years in event marketing within B2B SaaS
Experience running in-person events across formats (field events, hosted experiences, conferences), ideally across multiple EMEA markets
Experience running webinars, and real excitement about doing both: a busy in-person calendar plus about one webinar a month
Strong project management skills - you juggle timelines, tasks, and teams (and time zones) with ease
Experience collaborating with Sales and supporting event-driven follow-up
Comfortable with marketing automation tools (
Customer.io
, Marketo, etc.) and Salesforce
Familiarity with webinar platforms (Livestorm, Zoom, Sequel) and event management tools
Understanding of lead capture, UTMs, and event pipeline attribution
Ability to partner with Rev/Marketing Ops to troubleshoot data flows and ensure clean reporting

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead Product Program Management, the central program management function in Anthropic's Product organization. This team turns the company's hardest cross-functional obligations into programs that run: it stands up the strategic programs Anthropic needs to unblock growth, then runs the scaled operations behind them so partner teams can focus on building and selling Claude. You'll lead managers and program managers across Commercialization Operations, Community and Executive Escalations Operations, and Marketplace Operations, and you'll build a generalist program management bench that incubates new programs for the Product organization. The ideal candidate combines strategic judgment about what the company should take on with the operational rigor to make those programs run at scale.
About Anthropic
Anthropic is an AI safety and research company that's working to build reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our customers and for society as a whole.
Responsibilities
Set the team's charter and priorities: decide which cross-functional programs Product Program Management takes on and which it scales
Build strong partnerships with the teams Product Program Management supports across Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance, Legal, and more, so programs reflect their priorities and they see the team as a trusted extension of their own
Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing organization of managers and program managers across Product Program Management, including:
Commercialization Operations, which runs commercial launches for new products that will be billed or sold, plus programs like credits and promotions, trusted access, and local pricing, in partnership with Finance, Billing Engineering, and GTM
Community and Executive Escalations Operations, which handles social listening and escalations and turns them into product fixes
Marketplace Operations, which runs review and publishing for Anthropic's MCP Directory and plugin ecosystem
Build a small generalist program management team that incubates new cross-functional programs for the Product organization, runs them until they're stable, and then either matures them into their own pillar or shifts them to a long-term owner
Define success metrics for each program and report on them through regular business reviews with Product leadership
Provide thoughtful coaching and feedback to your direct reports, and partner with them on their career development and growth
You may be a good fit if you have
12+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or a related field, ideally at a high-growth technology company
5+ years of people management experience, including managing managers
A track record of building programs from 0 to 1 and then scaling them into durable operations
Experience with commercial launches, billing and pricing operations, or marketplace and developer platform operations (more than one a plus)
Strong judgment and execution on prioritization: you can stack-rank competing asks from Product, Engineering, GTM, and Finance into one roadmap and explain the tradeoffs
Experience partnering with engineering teams to replace manual operational work with tooling and automation
Excellent cross-functional influence with stakeholders who don't report to you, including executives
Clear, concise written communication: you can brief an executive in three sentences and write a process doc the next person can run from
Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action in a fast-moving environment with many priorities at once
Excitement about building the operational backbone that lets Anthropic's products launch and scale safely

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.

Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
What You’ll Do:
The Huntress team seeks a Staff Software Engineer to join our SOC Experience team. This team builds the human-analyst side of Huntress’ SOC platform: the investigation and triage experience analysts use to work a case, the remediation actions they take, the queues that route and prioritize incoming work, and the customer-facing reporting that closes the loop with customers. Your contributions will help Huntress improve analyst efficiency, reduce toil, and drive customer outcomes as we scale
protection for the 99%
.
As a Staff Software Engineer, you’ll provide technical leadership across this surface area: shaping architecture and design direction, converting ambiguous requirements into functional workflows and data models, raising the bar on code quality and testing, and mentoring engineers across the team. You’ll partner closely with Product, UX, and SOC stakeholders to turn operational pain points into reliable, auditable systems, and you’ll go deep in the code yourself. This is a full-stack role with real front-end weight: the analyst experiences you’ll build are data-dense, interactive interfaces, and you’ll set the bar for front-end quality as well as the back end.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership across the SOC Experience surface area: investigation and triage experience, remediation actions, queues, and customer-facing reporting.
Lead and develop high-quality software, software designs, and architecture
Design and build analyst-facing interfaces end to end, from data model to browser, and set the standard for front-end quality (usability, performance, accessibility, reusable patterns) in partnership with UX
Set the standard for engineering excellence on the team through code review, test plan review, and hands-on pairing
Lead security-by-design reviews of designs and code
Focus on the full lifecycle of the systems you build, including evolution, configuration, and risk management, not just initial delivery
Share ownership of delivery, reliability, and uptime for the features you build, with observability and test automation built in
Mentor engineers across the team to help them grow into harder problems
Balance technical rigor with pragmatism: push back when a shortcut creates real risk, and push back on over-engineering when the goal is discovery or speed
Partner with Product, UX, and SOC stakeholders to turn operational pain points into reliable, auditable systems
What You Bring To The Team:
10+ years of experience developing complex software products
5+ years of programming in Ruby on Rails
Strong front-end fundamentals (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and experience building complex interactive UIs with modern component-based frameworks; today’s stack is Hotwire, Turbo, and Stimulus, but you can reason outside that box
Experience with AWS or other public cloud environments, and Linux-based infrastructure
Experience with relational databases such as Postgres
Experience with AI coding tools, such as Claude Code
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ClickHouse
Experience building cybersecurity products, or building/operating a SOC platforms
Experience with Hotwire, Stimulus, Turbo
What We Offer:
100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
12 weeks of paid parental leave
Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans
401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution
Life and Disability insurance plans
Stock options for
all
full-time employees
One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office
Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance
$75 USD/month digital reimbursement
Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth

We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
At Wizards of the Coast, we connect people around the world through play and imagination. From our genre-defining games like Magic: The Gathering® and Dungeons & Dragons® to our growing multiverse, we continue to innovate and build new ways to foster friendship and connection. That’s where you come in!
We’re looking for a Creative Lead to join our Digital Ventures team, reporting to the Head of Franchise Development. You’ll guide the creative direction of a slate of video games based on Wizards IP, built with external developers across mobile and PC/console. The role covers a range of creative and management skills: strategy development, project leadership through external partners, incubation and prototyping.
Because this work spans several projects at once, it depends on relationships: earning the trust of partner studios and Wizards teams and leading with integrity on both sides. You’ll bring a clear point of view on the IP and the quality bar and share it in a way partners can build on.
This is a hybrid role requiring three days a week in our Renton, WA office, with occasional travel.
What You’ll Do:
Set and maintain the creative vision for each game, grounded in what players love about our brands, from early concept through launch.
Lead and manage projects through multidisciplinary partner teams across game design, narrative, UX, art and audio, with clear feedback, reviews, and approvals.
Advocate for quality by setting creative intent and world-class standards for each project.
Incubate and prototype new play experiences with our IP, and champion them inside Wizards, from early concepts and pitches through development.
Translate franchise direction into materials partners can build from, such as aspirational targets, kickoff guides, guardrails and franchise bibles.
Help develop strategy for Wizards IP in games, including which opportunities to pursue, which partners to build them with, and the frameworks Wizards uses to evaluate and support them.
What You’ll Bring:
5+ years of director-level creative leadership (creative, design, UX, or a similar role) working with internal and external partners to ship titles on mobile or PC/console.
A developer’s understanding of how games are made, from design methodology to craft, and the hands-on design, narrative or art skills to contribute directly when a project needs it.
A track record of managing projects through external developers and building strong relationships with them, adapting your direction across studios, cultures, time zones, and matrixed organizations.
Sharp judgment on authenticity and quality, and the ability to explain them clearly to partners and leaders.
A working knowledge of game industry trends, market analysis, and emerging technology (including AI).
Experience turning existing IP into new game concepts and familiarity with Magic: The Gathering, Dungeons & Dragons, or both.
Comfort moving between blue-sky concepting, incubation and prototyping, strategy and execution.
A self-directed multi-tasker with strong organizational skills and a healthy relationship with feedback.
Nice to have:
Experience on the licensor or publisher side of a game partnership.
Experience with live-service games.
A love of our fandoms and the communities around them.
Interest in using and learning AI tools like Claude.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Preferable to have someone near an office in NYC or San Francisco, but open to hiring around the world for the right candidate.
Runway Creative is an all-in-one platform giving creators and businesses endless ways to generate and edit video, images, and audio. Our user base spans across professional creatives, as well as business owners and enterprise marketing and merchandising teams that come to Runway to generate videos, ads and other content to promote their products and services.
We're hiring for a Senior Product Manager to build agent products. You’ll own new product development end-to-end, from customer and technical discovery, to product shaping and viability, to quality and feedback loops that make these products better. You’ll work at the frontier of agentic product development, shaping how Runway Agents help our customers grow their businesses.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Represent the customer: develop deep understanding of creative and marketing workflows through frequent customer engagement; synthesize findings on agent performance and behavior, and lead a team with clarity and conviction.
- Lead Agent Development: run user interviews, competitive research, eval analysis, and prompt experimentation. Shape your findings into new product offerings that solve customer problems in new and novel ways.
- Own agent quality: create eval infrastructure, monitor regressions, and ensure that agents improves with every release.
- Shape the scope: scope ruthlessly to deliver exceptional user value on a fast paced release.
- Ship, hands-on. ship your own PRs to improve the product experience. You'll be in the details daily and shipping regularly.
- Create compelling launch moments: enable sales, support, and marketing with the context they need to communicate new agent capabilities effectively
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 8+ years in the software industry, with direct ownership of an AI or LLM powered product in a product management or engineering leadership role. A track record of moving revenue and adoption metrics, not just shipping features.
- You thrive in an environment with rapid pace and a high accountability culture. You move very fast, make decisions with incomplete information, and instinctively gravitate towards shipping today, not writing docs for tomorrow.
- Hands-on experience building and shipping agent-products - you understand tool use, planning loops, multi-step reasoning, and how and why agents fail. You have deep familiarity with prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication. You can make a sharp, written argument and tell a compelling launch story. You confidently assess the state of the business, call out challenges and articulate your plans to solve them.
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

Oversee Contractors and Trade Partners: Manage executive-level relationships with general contractors and key trade partners. Ensure alignment on milestones, quality, safety, staffing, and commercial performance.
Control Cost and Change: Provide leadership oversight of pay applications, change orders, forecasts, and budget tracking for each phase. Ensure disciplined change management and accurate cost reporting to leadership.
Manage OFCI Integration: Work closely with Pre-Construction and OFCI procurement and logistics teams to ensure UPS, generators, chillers, switchgear, and other owner-furnished equipment arrive, are set, and are installed without impacting the construction schedule.
Lead Commissioning and Turnover: Partner with on-site commissioning manager, 3
rd
party Cx agent, and operations teams to ensure systematic testing, closeout, and clean turnover of each phase to operations.
Ensure Quality: Establish and enforce Galaxy's QA/QC standards across the campus. Escalate and resolve systemic quality issues.
Advance Lean and Prefabrication: Drive Galaxy's modularization, prefabrication, and lean delivery initiatives, and capture lessons learned so each phase is more repeatable than the last.
Manage Regulatory and Community Relationships: Work with local authorities, inspectors, utilities, and consultants to ensure compliance with codes and permit requirements.
Report to Leadership: Provide frequent status updates to the Co-Heads of Data Center Construction, and communicate campus status, risks, and forecasts clearly to Galaxy executive leadership and internal stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
12+ years of experience delivering large-scale mission-critical projects with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple project leaders or concurrent projects.
Demonstrated success leading multi-phase or campus-scale developments.
