Leveling Philosophy
In order to thoughtfully scale the company and avoid downstream inequities, we’ve adopted a flat titling structure at One. Though we may occasionally post a role externally with a prefix such as “Senior” to reflect the external level of the position, we do not use prefixes in titles like that internally unless in a position which manages a team. Internal titles typically include your specific functional responsibility, such as engineering, product management or sales, and often include additional descriptors to ensure clarity of role and placement within our organization (i.e. “Engineer, Platform”, “Sales, Business Development” or “Manager, Talent”). Employees are paid commensurate with their experience and the internal level within OnePay.
Inclusion and Belonging
To build technology and products that are used and loved by people and solve real-world problems, we need to build a team with many different perspectives and experiences. We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. We encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply. ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
THE ROLE:
We’re seeking a Revenue Operations Manager with a strong track record, a builder’s mindset, and a bias for action to join our in-person team in New York or SF.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role. You’ll own the entire revenue operations function, from top-of-funnel lead routing through deal close and commission administration. You’ll work closely with our Head of Finance & People Ops and sales leadership to build the systems, dashboards, and processes that scale our go-to-market motion.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
- Own the inbound lead routing process, partnering with Marketing to ensure proper attribution
- Run territory management and strategy for geo-based decision-making
- Support and strategize on every aspect of revenue operations in your territory
- Own capacity forecasting strategy, including inputs, throughputs, and outputs, and serve as the conduit back to Finance in the US for effective capacity forecasting
- Provide input and strategy on comp-based decisions and benchmarking
- Support leadership on overall regional operations and finance strategy across all functions, including sales, presales, and ecosystem
- Evaluate new tools on the market and be responsible for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team
- Build and maintain dashboards, leaderboards, and pipeline reporting to give leadership real-time visibility
- Monitor deal progression and hold reps accountable for CRM hygiene and accuracy
- Support deal reviews at the pricing and negotiation stages, coordinating with outside counsel as needed
- Own the closed-won process from signature through handoff to post-sale
- Administer commission plans across the sales org, ensuring accurate and timely calculations and serving as the source of truth for comp-related questions
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You have 3–7 years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations at a high-growth, usage-based sales organization
- You’ve built core GTM infrastructure before: lead routing, CRM architecture, pipeline reporting, commission administration, and deal desk
- You have deep proficiency in CRM workflows, lifecycle stages, custom properties, and data hygiene
- You’ve owned commissions end-to-end: building the model, calculating payouts, fielding rep disputes, and keeping it reconciled with Finance
- You’ve run a deal desk, know what makes a contract clean, and catch errors before they become problems
- You’re strong in Excel or Google Sheets: you can build a pipeline coverage model and know which metrics actually matter
- You’ve earned trust with a sales team by making their lives easier while holding them accountable to process
- You have a builder’s mentality: you identify gaps, propose solutions, and execute without being asked twice
- You can zoom out and think strategically while staying close enough to the work to get your hands on the keyboard
- You have an AI-forward mindset: you actively use AI in your work and are excited to pioneer its use in go-to-market operations
- You have strong communication and collaboration skills and earn trust across Sales, Marketing, and Finance
- You’re a player-coach: you’re not above the details, and you’re excited to own the work yourself

Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom.
OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves.
Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er. OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About the Opportunity
As a key digital asset hub, Singapore is an integral part of our global strategy. Licensed by the MAS, OKX SG is focused on providing Singapore users with a secure and user-friendly platform for trading digital assets. Our mission is to become the leading exchange in Singapore, offering seamless and efficient trading experiences to our clients and partners.
We are seeking a Senior Business Strategy & Growth Manager to help solve some of the Singapore business's most important and ambiguous growth problems.
This is not a traditional strategy role where the work ends with a recommendation, nor an operations role where established playbooks already exist. You will be given problems where the answer — and sometimes even the path to finding it — is unclear.
You might be asked to determine how we acquire a new high-value customer segment, redesign the end-to-end sales lifecycle, understand why customers are not adopting a product, or test a completely new growth channel. You will be expected to figure out what data matters, develop hypotheses, design the solution, and personally drive implementation until we know whether it works.
The environment is closer to a startup within a global company: high autonomy, significant resources to leverage, but few predefined answers. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating structure from ambiguity, challenges conventional approaches, and is equally comfortable thinking at a strategic level and getting into the operational details required to make something work.
What You’ll Be Doing
Solve Ambiguous Growth Problems
Take loosely defined commercial problems, determine the right questions to ask and data to analyse, and develop clear hypotheses and recommendations grounded in evidence.
Identify and size new growth opportunities across customer segments, acquisition channels, product adoption and monetisation, translating insights into experiments and executable business plans.
Design and test new approaches quickly, using results to decide whether to iterate, scale or stop rather than relying on established playbooks.
Build & Optimise Commercial Engines
Design and continuously improve end-to-end sales and customer lifecycles, from segmentation and lead prioritisation through outreach, conversion, activation and ongoing engagement.
Work closely with Relationship Managers and Commercial teams to identify funnel leakage, improve coverage and outreach models, develop practical sales enablement tools, and increase conversion and customer value.
Build the data, metrics and operating mechanisms required to understand what is working, diagnose problems and systematically improve commercial performance.
Drive Product Adoption & Customer Growth
Identify why different customer segments adopt (or fail to adopt) OKX products, combining behavioural data, customer insights and market intelligence to uncover barriers and opportunities.
Design and execute initiatives that improve product discovery, activation, engagement and cross-sell across the customer lifecycle.
Develop differentiated approaches for priority segments.
What We Look For In You
Exceptional structured problem-solving and commercial judgement,
with the ability to take ambiguous problems, determine what matters, develop hypotheses, and arrive at practical answers from first principles.
-Strong ownership and execution orientation.
You stay attached to problems from initial analysis through solution design, implementation, and measurable outcomes, and are willing to personally step into execution gaps rather than hand work off.
- Strong analytical capabilities and comfort working hands-on with data
to size opportunities, diagnose problems, test hypotheses, and measure results.
- Demonstrated ability to design and improve commercial or operational systems,
rather than simply execute within established processes.
- Creative and intellectually curious,
with a willingness to challenge assumptions, experiment with new approaches, and operate effectively without an established playbook.
- Strong communication and influencing skills,
with the ability to drive outcomes across senior and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Direct experience working in or closely with Sales/Commercial teams, including customer segmentation, pipeline management, sales effectiveness, or revenue growth, is strongly preferred.
Experience in digital assets, fintech, or financial services is a plus.
