OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
YOUR CHALLENGE
At Taxfix, we have democratized tax filing for millions of people. Now, we are building our next major growth engines.
As an Entrepreneur in Residence, you will work directly with our C-level leadership and Management Team to identify, validate, and build new business opportunities. You will take ideas from zero to one and help scale proven businesses from one to one hundred.
This role is designed for an ambitious recent graduate or early-career strategy consultant who wants to move from advising businesses to building them. You will operate with high autonomy, turn ambiguous opportunities into clear choices, and help launch ventures that can become meaningful parts of Taxfix’s future.
YOUR TEAM
You will join our New Ventures function and work closely with Taxfix’s C-level leadership and Management Team.
Depending on the opportunity, you will collaborate with colleagues across Product, Commercial, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Tax. You will bring the right people together, create clarity in uncertain situations, and drive initiatives from the first hypothesis through validation, launch, and scale.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify attractive customer problems and market opportunities through research, customer interviews, competitor analysis, and rapid experimentation.
- Design and run tests to validate customer demand, willingness to pay, commercial viability, and operational feasibility.
- Develop compelling propositions, business models, pricing strategies, unit economics, operating models, and go-to-market plans.
- Move beyond presentations by building prototypes, coordinating pilots, acquiring initial customers, and establishing the foundations for launch.
- Turn validated ventures into scalable businesses by developing repeatable growth engines, robust operating models, strong teams, and performance management systems.
- Translate complex analysis into concise, decision-ready recommendations for the C-level team, Leadership Team, and Board.
- Mobilise colleagues across Product, Commercial, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Tax to move ventures forward.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a hands-on builder mentality and do not wait for perfect resources or specialist support.
- You use AI-native tools and vibe coding to rapidly build prototypes, automate workflows, analyse data, and turn ideas into tangible products and experiments—even if you are not a software engineer by training.
- You are a recent graduate from a leading university or business school, such as WHU, HHL, HSG, HEC, ESADE, or a comparable institution; alternatively, you have up to two or three years of experience at a leading strategy consultancy such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or a comparable firm.
- You want to build companies, products, or business lines and may aspire to become a founder in the future.
- You can break ambiguous questions down into hypotheses, analyses, experiments, and clear decisions.
- You combine strategic depth with a strong bias for action. You are willing to speak with customers, build a model, test a landing page, or solve an operational bottleneck yourself.
- You understand what creates customer value and can connect it to pricing, unit economics, distribution, and scalable operations.
- You communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- You act with pace, resilience, sound judgement, high ownership, and low ego.
- You are fluent in German and English.
WHY TAXFIX?
- A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.
- Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions.
- A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like.
- Employee stock options for all employees—because everyone deserves to benefit from the success they help to create.
- 30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours.
- A generous learning budget to support your personal and professional development and guidance from our internal L&D experts.
- Work from abroad for up to six weeks every year. Just align with your team, and then enjoy your trip.
- Plenty of opportunities to socialise as a team. In addition to internal meetups, our international team hosts regular get-togethers—virtually and in person when possible.
- Free tax declaration filing, of course, through the Taxfix app—and internal support for all personal tax-related questions.
- Have a four-legged friend in your life? We’re happy to have dogs join us in the office.
Excited? So are we. Check out our Life at Taxfix https://www.linkedin.com/company/taxfix/life/8684512c-424f-44de-8d07-6e6b516e3319/?viewAsMember=true page on LinkedIn to get a glimpse of our culture.
At Taxfix, we believe that incredible things happen when you have a wealth of perspectives and experiences. We're proudly committed to equal employment and development opportunities no matter your gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, colour, disability, or place of origin. To help mitigate any potential unconscious biases, we ask that you refrain from including your picture, age, or marital status on your CV. Let your experiences speak for themselves.

What the Role Is
As the CS Enablement Program Manager, you’ll be the business owner of the systems that make both our human agents and AI agents effective, starting with the quality and integrity of the knowledge they rely on. As a highly autonomous, high-judgment IC, you’ll build and continuously improve the knowledge base, SOPs, training, and AI-powered workflows that underpin Customer Support across Babylist and Babylist Health. You’ll bring deep operational rigor and a strong understanding of how AI is changing customer support—using the technology in your own work while designing systems that make it more effective across the organization. This is a greenfield opportunity to build the CS Enablement function at a tech-first consumer company: identifying where knowledge, policies, and workflows break down, and partnering across CS, BizOps Tech, Product, and Analytics to build a support system that gets smarter and more reliable as we scale.
Who You Are
Deep expertise in Support Operations, Enablement, or Knowledge Management
: you've owned documentation, workflows, and operational strategy in high-volume environments.
Can build and manage a knowledge base from scratch
(Zendesk, Gladly, Help Scout, Notion, Guru, or similar), organizing content and maintaining accuracy at scale so both humans and AI systems can use it effectively.
Can design for a hybrid AI-agent and human-agent support organization
: structuring content for AI consumption, writing effective prompts, evaluating output quality, and calling the line between what's automated and what stays human-owned.
Can write clear, usable SOPs
for complex, multi-step, or edge-case scenarios, and know when to automate them instead.
Can build and deliver training that actually changes how people work
: onboarding, process rollouts, tool adoption, AI workflow enablement.
Strong analytical instincts
: you can read support data (ticket trends, contact drivers, resolution times) and turn it into decisions about what to fix, automate, or rebuild.
Comfortable being the first person to do this job.
This space doesn't have an established playbook in customer support yet, you'll be creating it.
Effective cross-functional partner
who can work with BizOps, Product, Analytics, and engineering-adjacent teams to drive real change, not just executing within your own lane.
Demonstrated track record of using AI to do your own work better
. At Babylist every team uses AI daily. You're already using it daily to move faster and improve your output, and have real opinions about when it works and when it doesn't.
How You Will Make An Impact
Build the CS Enablement program from the ground up: create the systems that keep agents (human and AI) current on knowledge base, training, and copilot content as product changes accelerate.
Move support operations from AI-assisted to AI-native: rebuild workflows, documentation, and training so AI is the default operating model.
Build and maintain the knowledge base that serves as the source of truth for both AI systems and human agents, structured for AI consumption and kept accurate as products and policies evolve.
Close existing content gaps and continuously identify how to reduce unnecessary escalations and drive meaningful improvement in chatbot coverage and resolution rate.
Lead the implementation of an AI copilot and bring usage to 90%+ of agent interactions by making the copilot genuinely useful (better source material, better prompt design).
Build agent confidence through scalable training that teaches people when to trust AI, when to override it, and how to give feedback that improves it.
Create SOPs for complex scenarios so cases get handled consistently, audit and streamline fragmented workflows, and design new processes with AI built in from the start.
Partner with the CS Analyst to identify top contact drivers and documentation gaps, then act on them.
Establish feedback loops with frontline agents so the system keeps improving instead of just when someone notices a problem.
Why This Role
You'd be defining a role that doesn't have a template yet.
"AI-native CS enablement" isn't an established discipline in customer support. You won't be applying someone else's playbook, you'll be writing it.
The foundation is still forming, and that's the opportunity.
Most of the knowledge base, SOPs, and AI workflows don't exist yet, so the systems you build become how the org operates for years.
You'll have real influence on the roadmap, not just execution against it.
You're setting the agenda with BizOps Tech, Product, and Analytics on what gets fixed, automated, and rebuilt next.
Your success is directly visible in the numbers that matter to the business
: chatbot deflection, copilot adoption, CSAT. This isn't a support role in the background, it's core to how CS scales.
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
$140,000 to $170,000
Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.

Location: New York, New York; San Francisco Bay Area, California
Workplace: onsite
We build production AI systems for enterprises. We are an AI-first systems integrator and a Select-tier partner in Anthropic's Claude Partner Network, among the first integrators selected. The work is good. Most people have never heard of it.
That is the job.
We are looking for a marketer, first and foremost, who can tell the story of what we build in a way that actually travels, and who is comfortable enough with code to build simple tools that make that storytelling faster and sharper. Not an engineer who writes copy on the side.
What you will do:
Turn real engineering work into stories people share.
Sit close to the teams shipping AI systems for banks, healthcare companies, and PE-backed operators, and translate what they built into video, writing, and demos that travel
Own channels outright.
Write, publish, and measure across LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and whatever channel matters six months from now that does not matter today
Run experiments and kill the ones that lose.
Real budget and real autonomy, in exchange for showing your numbers
Build simple tools when it is faster than waiting on someone else.
A scraper that watches what our market is saying. A dashboard that shows which stories moved pipeline. A microsite for a launch
What we are looking for:
You have shipped things people used.
A campaign, a channel with a real audience, a launch, a tool. We care more about what you made than where you interned
You write well and you have a point of view.
You can hold attention for 90 seconds on video and 900 words on a page
You are genuinely interested in AI, not performatively.
You read the papers or you read the people who read the papers, and you have changed your mind about something in the last six months
You are comfortable around code.
Python or TypeScript at a working level. You use Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent day to day, enough to build a simple tool yourself rather than wait on engineering
You are anywhere from your first job to a few years in.
If you are early, show us an internship where the bar was high and a portfolio with range
You are in New York or San Francisco,
or you will be
What we offer:
Base salary of $80,000 to $180,000 depending on level and location, plus performance bonus
401(k) profit sharing plan after probation period
Unlimited PTO policy
Medical, vision, and dental insurance
Direct access to the people building the systems and to the executives selling them. Small team, no layers between you and the work
A budget for tools, models, and experiments, with no approval chain under a threshold
Promotion tied to output, not tenure
How to apply:
Do not send a cover letter. Send three links: something you wrote, something you built, and something you posted that got a reaction. One paragraph on why the third one worked.
Then, two sentences on a company whose positioning you think is wrong and what you would change.
Location: UK: Manchester (Landmark, St Peter's Square, 1 Oxford St)
Workplace: Hybrid
The role & impact
In this role, you will grow and develop commercial relationships with accountants and bookkeepers within an assigned territory. You will work alongside partners to create and execute strategies that digitise their practices, driving positive outcomes for their businesses while contributing to revenue and subscription growth.
Through consultative sales approaches, proactive outbound communication, and collaborative quarterly planning, you will help new and existing accounting partners adopt cloud technology. By leading educational workshops, attending events, and demonstrating the value of our platform, you will play a key part in empowering small businesses and expanding our partner network.
The team & how they connect
You will join a collaborative sales team that works closely with technical specialists and internal partner services to deliver complete workflow solutions. The team focuses on nurturing long-term relationships and building strong local communities through peer-to-peer networking and shared events. Together, the team shares insights and uses joint strategies to ensure partners thrive.
Initially, the role will focus on
- Managing an allocated territory by categorising, prioritizing, and onboarding new accounting partners.
- Generating qualified opportunities through quarterly planning, targeted outreach, and marketing campaigns.
- Presenting workshops, running training sessions, and maintaining active touchpoints within Salesforce.
- Partnering with technical experts to showcase end-to-end accounting workflow solutions to prospective partners.
Where and how you can work
This is a hybrid role, based in our Manchester office - two days in the office, and three days working from home.
Here are some of the things we are looking for
- Experience in sales within a technology or SaaS environment, with a track record of building genuine rapport with partners.
- Passion for establishing new relationships, alongside a consultative approach to understanding customer needs.
- Practical familiarity with practice management tools, small business accounting software, or similar platforms.
- A self-motivated approach to territory management, utilizing structured planning to achieve goals.
- Comfortable leading presentations, presenting workshops, or facilitating networking events.
- Comfort using CRM systems like Salesforce to maintain clear account details and manage pipelines.
Apply even if your experience isn't a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team.
What you'll do:
Own the full sales cycle with new advertisers globally — from lead qualification to signed contract and first integration.
Deliver quarterly and annual targets on revenue and number of onboarded advertisers.
Build and defend commercial terms: commission rates, tech fees, minimum budgets, in line with margin goals.
Maintain a transparent pipeline and reliable forecast for leadership.
Partner with account management, publisher, legal and finance teams to launch client programs fast, and feed market and competitor insights to product.
What we expect:
5+ years in B2B sales within affiliate/performance marketing, AdTech, or MarTech, with a proven track record of closing deals with international brands and e-commerce enterprise clients.
Deep understanding of CPA/CPS models, attribution, and tracking — fully fluent in key metrics including ROAS, CAC, and incrementality.
Proven full-cycle hunting experience, including self-generated pipelines, direct access to Head of Performance / CMO-level decision-makers, and managing long sales cycles.
Fluent English (C1+) for high-level negotiations; a second language relevant to target regions is a strong plus.
Disciplined approach to CRM management and accurate forecasting, with a readiness to travel and represent the company at key industry events.
We offer:
Work in the international company.
Hybrid working format (office/home office).
Corporate education — courses and trainings, meetups and conferences.
Voluntary health insurance after probation period.
We promote healthy lifestyle and encourage employees by special fitness reimbursement policy.
Effective onboarding program for a better start.
Corporate events and team buildings.

Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact.

- Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders

That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
This role is fully remote from the states of Massachusetts, Virginia, NY, NJ or Florida.
We’re now looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to make sure our GTM team scales just as fast - and just as effectively.
🎯 Your main goal will be to enable GTM teams to close more deals faster by providing the knowledge, resources, and training they need to succeed at every stage of the buyer journey.
You’ll be helping us build on early-stage existing foundations (onboarding, certifications, tooling) and take it to the next level as we scale. This is a high-impact, hands-on role with a direct line to revenue outcomes.
🚀 BUILD ONBOARDING THAT SHORTENS RAMP TIME AND BOOSTS IMPACT
- Design and deliver world-class onboarding for new GTM team members across Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering.
- Track and continuously improve ramp time through tailored strategies and performance feedback loops.
- Collaborate with leadership to define what “great” looks like across roles and build onboarding paths accordingly.
📚 CREATE SCALABLE ENABLEMENT PROGRAMS THAT DRIVE REVENUE
- Translate product updates, GTM strategies, and technical concepts into clear, actionable content.
- Identify knowledge gaps and build role-specific enablement initiatives to address them.
- Design certifications and training frameworks (e.g. demo, discovery, technical proficiency) to ensure consistency and quality across the field.
🎤 RUN HIGH-IMPACT ENABLEMENT EVENTS AND INTERNAL COMMS
- Support the planning and execution of team-wide enablement moments like SKOs, regional kickoffs, and quarterly readiness sessions, partnering closely with sales and revenue leadership on strategy and messaging.
- Act as the voice of enablement for GTM teams, making sure they have the right information at the right time, through the right channels.
- Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, and RevOps to sync launches, messaging, and process changes.
📊 MEASURE WHAT MATTERS AND MAKE ENABLEMENT A GROWTH DRIVER
- Define and track KPIs to demonstrate enablement’s impact on sales productivity, pipeline velocity, and deal size.
- Build a competency scorecard with GTM managers to support coaching and performance management.
- Use insights from sales calls, Gong data, and product usage to continuously refine your programs.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 📍 Based in the states where we can currently hire: you are currently located on the East Coast in one of the states where we can hire (Massachusetts, Virginia, New York, New Jersey or Florida).
- 🧠 Sales enablement experience in PLG SaaS: You have 4+ years of enablement experience at fast-growing SaaS companies, ideally building enablement from scratch in a PLG environment.
- 💼 Deal complexity experience: You've enabled teams selling mid-market to enterprise deals (6 to low-7 figures).
- 🧑💻 Technical buyer fluency: You understand how to sell to technical personas (CTOs, engineering managers) and can translate that into training that resonates with a technical AE audience.
- 📚 Learning program design: You’ve built high-quality, scalable training programs tailored to different GTM roles and seniority levels.
- 🗣️ Strong communicator: You excel at turning complex technical concepts into clear, compelling, and actionable content for sales teams.
- 🧘 Organized and proactive: You’re structured, self-directed, and take ownership without needing hand-holding.
- 🤝 Customer-first mindset: You focus on enabling the team to better articulate our value and deliver better buyer experiences.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🤖 Passion for automation and AI: You’re excited by the space we’re building in — and it shows.
- 🔧 Familiarity with n8n: You’ve used the product (or are eager to start).
WHY JOIN US?
This is your chance to build something from the ground up: a high-leverage enablement function in a high-growth company, with a direct line to revenue impact. You'll be joining a supportive, fast-moving, and collaborative team where enablement is viewed as a strategic lever, not a support function. Help us scale our product, our message, and our people.
