ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Sentry already sees the moment software breaks: the error, the trace, the replay, the commit that caused it. Seer, our AI debugger, uses all of that to figure out what went wrong and how to fix it. We're looking for a Staff engineer to help decide how that system should evolve as models improve every few months. Some of what we build today will be obsolete by next spring. Part of the job is knowing which parts, and building the rest to last.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Build state-of-the-art agentic AI systems to triage, debug, and solve real production issues
- Set technical direction for how our agents get context, use tools, and decide when they're done
- Build the evals that tell us whether a new model or prompt actually helped, fast enough that people use them
- Decide when to use a frontier model, a smaller one, or one we trained, and revisit that as cost and capability shift
- Leverage Sentry’s novel (and massive) dataset of errors, spans, and profiles
- Own major AI initiatives end to end, alongside the developers and product teams shipping them
- Run what you ship in production and debug it with Sentry
YOU'LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Are driven by impact and enjoy working on high-stakes, high-visibility projects
- Enjoy building things. You will have the opportunity to join the AI/ML team as one of its foundational members
- Thrive in cross-functional teams and enjoy building features alongside developers and product teams
QUALIFICATIONS
- You've shipped an LLM-backed system people depended on, and can tell us what broke
- You have strong opinions on agent design and have changed at least one in the last year
- You've trained or fine-tuned models when it was the right call, and you know when it isn't
- You write solid production Python
- You've owned a system or component and led work across multiple engineers and teams, with a design doc people actually read
- You write clear technical documentation, mentor other engineers, and present to technical audiences
The base salary range (or hourly wage range, if applicable) that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $240,000 to $400,000. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Sr. Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll lead the design, delivery, and ongoing optimization of automation solutions for Tennr’s most complex customers: large-scale health systems, national provider groups, and enterprise partners. This is a highly technical, strategic, and customer-facing role that demands deep domain fluency, executive presence, and strong systems thinking.
You’ll own enterprise-scale implementations end-to-end: from pre-sale discovery and business case alignment to go-live and expansion. You’ll act as both a trusted technical advisor and a project lead, working closely with senior customer stakeholders and cross-functional teams at Tennr to ensure lasting success.
This role sits within a high-performance implementation pod and directly influences Tennr’s go-to-market and product strategy.

- Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations, from discovery to post-go-live
- Align cross-functional teams and manage project delivery, risks, and change
- Conduct operational audits to identify workflow gaps and automation opportunities
- Design scalable, configurable solutions using Tennr’s platform and APIs
- Reimagine processes with automation best practices, not just replicate legacy systems
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to shape solutions and delivery scope
- Maintain documentation, enable knowledge transfer, and improve internal delivery tools
- Support sales strategy, mentor junior team members, and influence product roadmap
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS delivery or solution design
- A degree or minor in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of APIs, systems integration, and technical architecture
- Proven ability to lead complex technical engagements with large enterprise customers
- Skilled at communicating technical concepts to both executive and technical audiences
- Experience navigating complex org structures and aligning cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on strategic, scalable solutions
- Business acumen and domain fluency — ideally in healthcare or similarly complex industries
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced, unstructured environments
- Demonstrated ability to mentor others and contribute to team-wide best practices
- High ownership mindset and urgency — proactive, resourceful, and impact-driven
Nice to Haves
- Familiarity with workflow automation, RPA, or enterprise integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Workato)
- Background in consulting, solution architecture, or technical customer success
- Experience in startup environments or scaling delivery functions

Trusted by global leaders like Canva, HubSpot, Tripadvisor, Bosch, and Deutsche Telekom, we’re building the retrieval infrastructure layer for modern AI. Recently raising $50M in Series B funding, we are growing rapidly and committed to transforming how AI understands and interacts with data.
As a remote-first company, we believe diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences fuel innovation. Here, you’ll own meaningful work, tackle challenges, and grow alongside passionate individuals dedicated to shaping the future of AI.
We're hiring a Senior Support Engineer to help customers run Qdrant's vector search engine reliably in production. You'll work Kubernetes-heavy, cloud-native environments every day, investigate hard technical issues, and turn what you learn into tools and workflows that make the whole support function faster. This is a chance to help shape a growing support team at an early-stage AI infrastructure company.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Provide direct technical support to customers running Qdrant, mostly asynchronous rather than face to face.
- Troubleshoot production issues across Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, networking, storage, and the database layer.
- Lead incident investigations and turn recurring problems into documented diagnostics and repeatable fixes, using AI-assisted tooling to speed up triage where it helps.
- Partner with engineering and platform teams to resolve customer issues and feed learnings back into the product.
- Build and maintain internal tools that make support workflows faster and more observable.
- Write and maintain clear documentation for both customers and the internal team.
- Lead by example through strong technical work, initiative, and collaboration with stakeholders across the company.
Who You Are
- 5 or more years in a customer-facing support or infrastructure role, ideally supporting production Kubernetes environments.
- Strong, hands-on Kubernetes skills. A Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) credential is a plus.
- Proficient in Python or a similar language for scripting and automation.
- Experience with Kafka or similar distributed systems.
- Comfortable working in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Solid understanding of database internals and how they behave under production load.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset. You dig into ambiguous problems without waiting to be asked.
- Clear communicator who can translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with vector search or vector database technologies.
- Terraform and infrastructure-as-code experience. Security background is a plus.
- Experience with observability tools (for example, Prometheus or Grafana) and automating support workflows.
WHY JOIN US
- A remote-first, international team working on cutting-edge AI infrastructure.
- A competitive salary with additional perks.
- Flexible working hours and async-friendly culture.
- High ownership and real impact.
- Open-source, engineering-driven culture.
- Choose your own laptop equipment.
For US-based full-time employees, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401k match, health, dental, and vision insurance, plus flexible PTO policy.
Qdrant is an equal-opportunity employer. We believe the best ideas come from diverse teams, and we actively welcome applicants from all backgrounds. If this role excites you but you don't check every single box, we'd still love to hear from you! We don't want to miss out on great people because of a checklist.

We're looking for a Solutions Engineer to own the technical side of our enterprise deals, partnering with Account Executives as the technical authority rather than a supporting player. You'll lead the scoping, pricing, and deployment of semantic search, image and video search, and on-premise and edge deployment solutions for our most complex enterprise customers. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone with real depth in solutions engineering who's ready to run high-stakes deals independently.
What you will own:
- Own Technical-to-Commercial Strategy: Translate complex architectural requirements (multi-AZ, sharding, replication) into accurate pricing models and contract terms, independently protecting deal value in high-stakes negotiations.
- Drive Deal Execution End to End: Own the technical sales workflow across Support, Product, and Engineering to unblock POCs, resolving cross-functional bottlenecks without escalation.
- Identify and Mitigate Deployment Risk: Proactively spot noisy neighbor issues, latency bottlenecks, and resource contention before they threaten renewals or expansions, and advise customers on architectural fixes.
- Lead Architectural Reviews and Migration Assessments: Run discovery sessions solo, validate use cases, and design migration paths from legacy search engines like Elastic, Solr, and OpenSearch to Qdrant.
- Design Resilient, Production-Grade Architecture: Spec high-availability search clusters that meet demanding customer SLAs and throughput requirements, including for the most technically complex accounts.
- Own Client Trust at the Executive Level: Serve as the primary technical authority during evaluation, guiding customers to value quickly and acting as a long-term advisor beyond the initial sale.
Who you are
- 2-5 years of technical, customer-facing experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting, with a track record of owning complex, high-value deals independently, including at least 2 years of direct, hands-on vector search experience (Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, Zilliz/Milvus, or similar). Background in data science, computer engineering, or a previous DevOps/SRE role, with demonstrated depth rather than surface exposure is preferred.
- Strong scripting ability in Python or Bash, used to build reusable tools and validate business value at scale, not just one-off scripts.
- Fluency in calculating total cost of ownership (TCO) and estimating hardware requirements (RAM, CPU, disk) for distributed systems, including for multi-region or highly regulated deployments.
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), with a clear point of view on how infrastructure choices affect cost and performance at scale.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable running the room with engineers, VPs, and business stakeholders alike, and able to influence without authority across internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to enterprise procurement processes, infosec questionnaires, or MSA redlines.
