At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. - Experience operating Postgres at scale.
- Familiarity with modern tooling for software build and deploy processes.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience wearing multiple hats and working across the stack, both collaboratively and independently.
- Strong understanding of web frameworks, APIs, and databases, and experience working with multiple programming languages.
- Familiarity building for product-driven growth and modern enterprise audiences.
- Experience with any of the technologies the Render product runs on: Go, Typescript, React, Kubernetes, Postgres, Terraform, Temporal.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.

You'll capture requirements, shape ambitious but balanced project scope, lead technical initiatives, and partner across teams to solve technical problems and ensure smooth adoption and implementation of platform solutions. Our Platform environment is a mix of software engineering, APIs, distributed systems, infrastructure, DevOps, scalability, and reliability.

What you will be doing:
Lead by example and manage a team of talented engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and career development support;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data science and data engineering managers, and product managers to define project goals, scope, and deliverables;

Identify and prioritize technical initiatives, considering ROI, scalability, and performance requirements;
Implement modern software development practices, including agile methodologies, continuous integration, and deployment, to ensure efficient and effective project delivery;

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field;
Track record of proven people management experience (3+ years) focused on developing and growing people;
5+ years of professional experience in software development.
Proven experience in designing and developing large-scale, high-traffic systems;
Familiarity with microservices architecture and container orchestration (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, Streaming architectures);
Strong knowledge of data structures, and software design patterns;
Good understanding and ideally successful application of AI/ML;
Experience with modern software development practices, such as agile methodologies, continuous integration, and deployment;
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment;
Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Our benefits:
Monthly salary and an annual bonus (20%)
Training and conference budget, and free access to Udemy courses
A benefits package with 300 points on the Mybenefit platform per month, private medical care provided by Luxmed, Ask Henry services, and much more
IP rights’ costs - 60%
100% remote work (as well as the possibility of working from our offices in Poznan and Warsaw)
At OLX, we unlock value in our people. We invest in ourselves and each other to reach our full potential. We avoid bureaucracy and empower our teams to innovate; with opportunities, training and leadership behaviors a focus for all. Our commitment to inclusion ensures we listen to a diverse range of voices when making decisions. Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
OUR MISSION
At Humanoid we strive to create the world's leading, commercially scalable, safe, and advanced humanoid robots that seamlessly integrate into daily life and amplify human capacity.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Research Engineer on the World Models team, you will build action-conditioned generative models that predict how the world evolves around our robots — future video, proprioception, contacts, and outcomes — from past observations and actions. World models serve four purposes in our stack: a pretrained, physics-aware prior for our VLA policies; an engine for rare data collection, cross-platform transfer, and sim-to-real transfer; a testbed for policy evaluation and testing before hardware; and a future-prediction rollout engine that surfaces what our policies intend to do, for safety and planning. This is a hands-on individual contributor role: you will design architectures, run large training jobs, and validate your models against real fleet data from industrial deployments.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and train multimodal world models — video, state, action, and language — using diffusion-based and transformer architectures.
- Build action-conditioned video prediction and dynamics models that stay physically consistent over long horizons, including contact-rich manipulation, and serve as pretrained priors for VLA policies.
- Develop learned-simulator evaluation: score candidate policies offline, predict real-world success rates before deployment, and roll out policy futures to expose intended behaviour for safety review and planning.
- Generate synthetic rollouts and counterfactual experience — including rare events, cross-platform transfer, and sim-to-real transfer — to augment policy training, and measure their effect on downstream task performance.
- Establish fidelity metrics and calibration protocols that quantify where the world model can be trusted and where it diverges from reality.
- Build data pipelines that turn fleet telemetry, teleoperation logs, and internet-scale video into training corpora for world models.
- Run scaling and ablation studies on architecture, data mixture, and context length; communicate findings crisply.
- Collaborate with pretraining, RL, and manipulation teams to integrate world models into policy training and evaluation loops.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is hiring a Field Marketing Lead dedicated to the Public Sector Industry — one of the fastest-growing customer segments we serve, and one we believe will define how the next generation of AI-native companies adopts and builds with Claude. You will own the field marketing strategy and end-to-end execution for Public Sector audiences in the US, partnering closely with our Public Sector Sales teams.
This is a builder role. Field Marketing at Anthropic is a small, scrappy team and the Public Sector is an area of growth for the business — there is no existing playbook for you to inherit. You will design the event calendar, build the integrated digital programs, develop the necessary partnerships, and create the playbooks that scale across our Public Sector motion.
Responsibilities
Develop and activate the US Public Sector field marketing strategy end-to-end — planning, calendar, execution, and measurement.
Design and run public-sector-appropriate event formats — agency roundtables, mission-focused briefings, tech demo days, industry days, and executive breakfasts — that comply with government ethics and gift rules while building trusted relationships with program and procurement stakeholders
Plan the field calendar around the government fiscal year — building demand programs that peak ahead of federal year-end (September 30) and state budget cycles, and capitalize on use-it-or-lose-it spending windows
Own presence at anchor public sector events — from sponsorship strategy to speaker placement and on-site execution
Build co-marketing programs with the public sector channel ecosystem — distributors, resellers, systems integrators, and contract-vehicle holders — including joint events, teaming-oriented content, and partner-sourced pipeline
Partner closely with Public Sector Sales and BDRs on pre-event targeting, during-event engagement, and post-event follow-up to convert attention into pipeline
Build operational playbooks (Demo Day activation kit, hackathon kit) that the Field Marketing team can scale across regions and segments
Establish baseline metrics, dashboards, and ROI reporting for all Public Sector field programs
Be the face of Anthropic in the Public Sector ecosystem — credible with strategic partners and agencies
Minimum qualifications
Direct Public Sector-segment experience — you have built and run programs targeting the Public Sector as your primary audience, not as an enterprise field marketer who occasionally touches Public Sector
End-to-end ownership of field marketing events and programs, hands on in both strategy and execution - this is a 0-1 building role with very little foundation in place
Repeat success across multiple companies — we are looking for a pattern of impact, scaling field or demand generation programs in different environments, not a single-company tour (however strong the brand)
0-to-1 builder DNA — you've built a field marketing motion from scratch (or rebuilt one), and you also have scaled-company tenure that grounds you operationally
Tight sales alignment — you've worked shoulder-to-shoulder with AEs and BDRs on account targeting, pre-event outreach, and post-event follow-up
Operational rigor — you can stand up vendor management, registration, follow-up workflows, and ROI dashboards without being asked
Technical credibility — you can review technical event content, brief technical speakers, and hold your own with founder/CTO audiences
Preferred qualifications
10+ years across Field Marketing, Demand Generation, ABM, and Events at B2B technology companies
Experience working inside of a Public Sector organization that went through a rapid growth phase, or a blend of Public Sectors and scaled technology companies.
AI/ML field marketing experience
Existing relationships with public sector associations and research institutions
Visible thought leadership in the Public Sector ecosystem or developer ecosystem

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience

A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position

We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
