Reports to: Chief of Staff, CEO office
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Executive Assistant
to join our CEO Office and serve as a critical operational partner to the CEO, Chief of Staff, and senior leadership while owning the day-to-day workplace operations of our San Jose headquarters.
This is not a typical Executive Assistant position. You will be embedded within our CEO Office, working directly with the CEO and Chief of Staff as a critical operational partner in a high-velocity environment. You'll manage a diverse portfolio spanning executive support, office operations, product review logistics, and cross-functional coordination. This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, exercises impeccable judgment, and can shift seamlessly between strategic projects and hands-on execution.
You will be embedded within the CEO Office and serve as an operational backbone that keeps both executive priorities and the San Jose workplace running smoothly. On any given day, you might manage a complex executive calendar across global time zones, coordinate an international trip, prepare for a CEO product review, resolve an office issue with WeWork, manage an insurance renewal, oversee assets inventory, or execute a company offsite partnering with People team.
This role is ideal for someone who combines the judgment, responsiveness, and anticipation of an exceptional Executive Assistant with the ownership and operational mindset of a Workplace Manager. You are comfortable shifting between highly confidential executive matters and hands-on operational execution, and you naturally create structure, systems, and order wherever they are needed.
Given the nature of this role, you will have access to highly confidential and sensitive company information.
Discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism are non-negotiable.
Key Responsibilities
CEO Office & Executive Support
Manage complex scheduling for internal and external meetings for the CEO Office across global time zones
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and executive logistics for the CEO Office
Conduct product research based on CEO's requests to support leadership decision-making
Coordinate executive demo preparation logistics with Content Ops, Marketing, and Business, including procurement, research, and packing lists
Coordinate product review meetings, including agendas, pre-meeting materials, attendees, and follow-up actions
Maintain robust tracking systems for CEO Office requests, action items, decisions, and follow-ups, ensuring clear ownership, status visibility, and timely closure
Provide flexible, responsive support in a fast-paced environment with variable hours
Workplace Administration
Serve as the on-site office administration point of contact for the San Jose office, including supporting executive workspace needs and on-site meetings
Serve as day-to-day liaison with WeWork community management for facilities, access, and general office needs
Manage office supplies, mail, and general workplace administration
Support logistics for CEO Office events and external meetings (venue/vendor sourcing, agenda and presentation coordination), partnering with People on company-wide events and employee experience programming
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Business Partner, or in a similar executive support role
, ideally with additional experience in workplace, office, or business operations within a technology company, startup, or rapidly scaling organization.
Proven experience directly supporting C-level executives or senior leadership in a high-touch, fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated experience supporting or owning workplace and office operations, including facilities, vendors, events, and administrative processes.
Proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with exceptional discretion and professionalism.
Exceptional organizational skills with an almost obsessive attention to order and detail.
Track record of building and maintaining organized systems for requests, action items, follow-ups, documentation, and information flow—ensuring nothing gets lost, delayed, or forgotten across multiple workstreams.
Strong experience managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, deadlines, and shifting priorities simultaneously.
Experience managing vendors, budgets, procurement, and operational projects.
Experience with or exposure to hardware/IT asset inventory and lifecycle management.
Familiarity with corporate insurance programs, renewals, certificates of insurance, and claims administration.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, presentation tools, and other modern workplace technology.
Ability to work on-site in San Jose and provide flexible, responsive support when business needs require it.
Who You Are
Exceptionally organized.
You bring
Marie Kondo energy
to everything from calendars and documentation systems to hardware inventories, event logistics, and physical workspaces. Chaos doesn't stand a chance around you.
A systems builder.
You don't just complete tasks—you create intuitive processes that make requests visible, ownership clear, and follow-through reliable.
Anticipatory.
You think several steps ahead and notice what will be needed before someone has to ask.
Hands-on.
You're equally comfortable preparing materials for an executive meeting, organizing a demo kit, coordinating an offsite, or solving an unexpected office issue.
Tech-savvy.
You have a strong interest in technology and actively look for ways to use tools and automation to improve efficiency.
Comfortable with ambiguity.
You are unfazed by changing priorities and don't need a playbook for every situation.
Resourceful.
When you don't immediately know the answer, you know how to find it and keep things moving.
Low-ego and high-accountability.
No task is beneath you, and you take ownership through completion.
Highly adaptable.
You understand that supporting a CEO Office in a fast-growing startup requires flexibility. Priorities can change quickly, and this is not always a predictable 9-to-5 role.

Experience in consumer technology, gaming, hardware, or another product-driven company.
Experience managing a WeWork or other flexible office environment.
Experience supporting executives with external communications, media, or PR-related logistics.
Experience creating executive decks, metrics reporting, or operational dashboards.

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. We build production AI systems for enterprises. Financial services, healthcare companies, PE-backed operators. We are a Select-tier partner in Anthropic's Claude Partner Network, among the first integrators selected.
Every one of those systems has two stories. What we built, and why it changed the economics of the business that bought it. Most technical marketing tells the first and bores the buyer.
We want one person who can tell both, and build things themselves. Not a marketer who uses AI tools. Not an engineer who writes copy. Someone who moves between the two without noticing the border.
What you will do:
Tell both halves of the story. Sit close to the teams shipping these systems, understand what was actually hard, and translate it into video, writing, and demos that travel. Then go a level up: what the system changed for the operator, what it cost, what it replaced, why the CFO signed.
Shape how Provectus is positioned. Not just the case studies but the argument above them. What we stand for, which problems we claim, where we say no. You will have a real hand in that, not a style guide to follow.
Build the tools that make the marketing work. A scraper that watches what our market is saying. An agent that drafts case studies from delivery artifacts. A microsite for a launch. A dashboard showing which stories moved pipeline. You write the code. You do not file a ticket and wait.
Own channels outright. Write, publish, and measure across LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and whatever channel matters six months from now that does not matter today.
Run experiments and kill the ones that lose. Real budget, real autonomy, in exchange for showing your numbers.
What we are looking for:
You have shipped things people used. A side project, a channel with an audience, a tool, a launch. We care more about what you made than where you worked.
You write well, and you have a point of view. You can hold attention for 90 seconds on video and 900 words on a page.
You are curious about how companies make money. You can read a business case and find the part that actually matters. You can sit with a CFO or a PE operator and not reach for features.
You code. Python or TypeScript, comfortably. You use Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent every day and you have opinions about them. You have built something agentic that does actual work.
You are interested in AI for real. You read the papers, or the people who read the papers, and you have changed your mind about something in the last six months.
You are anywhere from your first job to your tenth year. Three levels, one bar: what have you made. If you are early, show us an internship where the bar was high and a portfolio with range. If you are senior, tell us what you built with your own hands in the last 90 days.
You are in New York or San Francisco, or you will be.
What we offer:
Base salary of $80,000 to $180,000 depending on level and location, plus a performance bonus.
Direct access to the people building the systems and the executives selling them. Small team, no layers between you and the work.
A budget for tools, models, and experiments, with no approval chain under a threshold.
Promotion tied to output, not tenure.
401(k) profit sharing plan after probation period
Unlimited PTO policy
Medical, Visual and Dental insurance
How to apply:
No cover letter. Send three links: something you wrote, something you built, and something you posted that got a reaction. One paragraph on why the third one worked.
Then, two sentences on a company whose positioning you think is wrong and what you would change.
Base salary depends on level and location, plus a performance bonus.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ THE DATA FOUNDATIONS TEAM ⭐
At Alan, every decision we make about our members' care, contracts and claims is a data decision. The Data Foundations team builds the platform that makes those decisions possible in a safe way.
- Being part of the Data Foundations team means you’ll build, maintain, and improve the Data Platform used by everyone at Alan.
- We enable Alan’s data-driven nature and help our colleagues make the most of their data.
- Partner closely with people across Alan (technical and non-technical) to understand their needs and build data solutions they can trust and use effectively.
- We own and manage all data-related tools that power Alan.
- AI is changing the way companies work with data: agents are becoming first-class users of our data warehouse. It opens a world of new usage and exciting features, as well as concerns around security, data quality and governance. We are building the foundations that allow Alan to make the most of this exciting new paradigm.
- Alan is expanding quickly: we went from 4 to 6 countries this year and we won’t stop there. Our objective is to onboard new countries in weeks, not months. Having strong data foundations is a cornerstone of that expansion, allowing our teams to make sense of a patchwork of insurance systems, regulations and reporting rules.
- Examples of our missions:
- improve the developer experience when building and maintaining data pipelines,
- enable reliable and secure access to our data warehouse for Alaners and AI agents,
- strengthen security and governance around our data assets,
- define and implement standard data practices across Alan,
- maintain and evolve our core data infrastructure to accommodate Alan's international expansion and growing product breadth…
- Our core tools include Python, Airflow, Snowflake, AWS/GCP, Metabase, Terraform, dbt, and others.
- Who you'll work with: Data Foundations is a small, high-leverage team inside the Tech Foundations area, whose mission is to enable product crews through world-class infrastructure, developer experience, operational excellence, and built-in security. You'd be joining as one of its core engineers, working daily with the whole Data community at Alan.
🎯 EXPECTED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
You would thrive at Alan if most of this sounds like you:
- Passionate about owning ambitious problems and developing simple solutions for them.
- 3+ years of experience demonstrating impact in Data positions. We welcome candidates from early-career to highly experienced profiles. You may already have strong expertise in Data Engineering, or be an experienced data or software engineer looking to deepen your specialization in this area.
- Experience building and operating production data infrastructure: orchestration (Airflow or similar), a cloud data warehouse, infrastructure as code.
- Experience designing systems, tools or libraries used by other engineers, scientists or analysts.
- Proficient in Python and SQL. Setting a high standard of rigor and precision for yourself, interested in your craft.
- Curious about AI and eager to use it thoughtfully to increase your impact.
- Great listening and communication skills.
- Humble, kind, collaborative, and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority!).
- Fluent and clear in English, both oral and written (no need to speak French!).
For this role, we are looking to hire within the C0-E level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.

An overview of this role
As a Technical Program Manager in GitLab’s R&D organization, you’ll lead cross functional initiatives that help teams deliver reliably, efficiently, and at scale. You’ll own programs that cut across multiple product stages and engineering teams, turning strategic priorities into clear plans, aligning stakeholders, and driving progress in an all-remote, asynchronous environment. You’ll use GitLab issues, epics, and handbook-first documentation to create visibility, remove blockers, and keep complex work moving across time zones, while partnering closely with Engineering Leadership at all levels. In your first year, you’ll be expected to independently run a portfolio of programs from scoping through delivery and retrospectives, and to improve how R&D programs operate by contributing to and evolving Technical Program Management best practices.
What you’ll do
Lead 1–3 strategic technical programs at a time spanning multiple engineering teams and product stages, ensuring clear scope, priorities, and outcomes.
Partner with engineering leaders and other key stakeholders to align on goals, timelines, and delivery milestones for cross functional initiatives.
Own end-to-end program planning and execution, from initial discovery and scoping through delivery, measurement, and retrospectives.
Drive asynchronous collaboration using GitLab issues, epics, and handbook updates so globally distributed teams stay aligned and informed.
Identify risks and blockers early, coordinate resolution across teams, and escalate when needed to maintain momentum.
Facilitate working group meetings and async discussions to support decision-making, surface tradeoffs, and keep programs on track.
Track and communicate program health through metrics, dashboards, and regular status updates to provide visibility to the Engineering Division and partners.
Contribute to evolving Technical Program Management practices by documenting processes, sharing learnings, and improving how R&D programs run across GitLab.
What you’ll bring
Experience in technical program management, project management, software engineering, or similar technical roles.
Understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile ways of working, including how engineering teams plan, build, and ship.
Skill in coordinating programs across multiple engineering teams or departments, aligning stakeholders on goals, timelines, and milestones.
Strong written communication skills for asynchronous, documentation-first collaboration in a fully remote environment.
Ability to work independently in a distributed setting, set priorities, and make progress with minimal supervision.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, identifying blockers, and proposing practical solutions to keep programs moving.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, or platforms like GitLab, with interest in deepening this knowledge over time.
Openness to learning, iterating based on feedback, and applying transferable skills from varied backgrounds to technical program management.
About the team
You’ll join the R&D organization as part of the Technical Program Management function, a small, cross-functional team that leads high-impact programs spanning multiple product stages and departments. The team focuses on driving clarity, alignment, and predictable delivery for complex initiatives that touch many parts of GitLab, using a handbook-first, asynchronous way of working with stakeholders across regions and time zones. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering leaders and partners in other functions to improve how programs are planned, executed, and communicated, helping evolve shared practices, templates, and tooling for program governance across R&D.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and licensed Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Broker to join our team as part of a critical pilot to launch a P&C broker model at Gusto. You will be essential in evolving Gusto's business insurance channel by acting as a licensed agent to quote and issue business insurance policies with our NEXT Insurance carrier partner. You will use your expertise to provide direct support and an improved experience for small business customers with complex insurance needs, helping to capture meaningfully higher revenue and accelerating the development of our AI Insurance Advisor.
About the Team:
This team is crucial to solving customer experience gaps and optimizing our offline insurance channels. You will be a SME who is part of the "human-in-the-loop" workflows required to train and optimize Gus as an AI insurance advisor. Our collective vision is to be an expert advisor that supports small businesses through every stage of growth, with this pilot being key to establishing our digital insurance agency and licensed agent integration.
Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:
— Make outbound dials to prospective and existing small business clients to assess their complex P&C insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
— Quote and issue Property & Casualty policies, primarily with the NEXT Insurance carrier, in our offline sales channel.
— Achieve required daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity expectations.
— Provide human-in-the-loop support to optimize the AI Insurance Advisor, Gus, and assist customers with more complex needs.
— Maintain client relationships, manage policy renewals, and facilitate changes or endorsements to existing policies.
— Act as a trusted liaison between clients and carriers, including assisting clients with reports of losses and claims settlement when necessary.
— Actively work to cross-sell and up-sell additional P&C lines of coverage and strive to achieve monthly production goals for units and/or revenue.
— Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and policy documentation within CRM systems (SFDC workflow).
— Use AI-powered workflows as a core part of how you sell: running assigned tools daily, surfacing friction and inefficiencies as you find them, and collaborating with your team to influence what gets built or improved next.
— Stay current on industry trends, products, regulations, and underwriting guidelines to provide accurate advice and ensure compliance.
Here’s what we're looking for:
Experience in the field:
— Proven experience in insurance sales or brokerage, with coverage level knowledge of commercial P&C products (e.g., Workers' Compensation, BOP, Commercial Auto, E&O).
— 4+ years
Licensing:
— An active Property & Casualty insurance producer’s license
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
— Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and explain complex concepts clearly.
Sales & Negotiation:
— Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
Technical Proficiency:
— Working knowledge of carrier quoting systems, proficiency in insurance software, and familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce (SFDC).
— Comfortable using AI tools and automation to enhance productivity, decision-making, and problem-solving.
Mindset:
— A demonstrated passion for delivering an incredible customer experience and genuine empathy for small business owners.
Attributes:
— Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and an entrepreneurial ownership mentality to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
AI Fluency:
— Proven, day-to-day experience integrating AI into how you work - across writing, research, prep, and summarization as a core part of your workflow, with a track record of giving clear, useful feedback that helps improve your tools and processes.
Compensation:
— Cash compensation amount for this role is $109,390 to $134,000 OTE for Denver, Atlanta, Chicago & Las Vegas.
— $102,855 to $126,000 OTE for Phoenix.
— Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
Work Format:
— Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City.
— Employees based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role).
— The same office expectations apply to all Symmetry roles, Gusto's subsidiary, whose physical office is in Scottsdale.
— When approved to work from a location other than a Gusto office, a secure, reliable, and consistent internet connection is required.
Equal Opportunity:
— Gusto is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on legally protected characteristics.
— Committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in the job application process.

If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
About the role:
We are seeking an exceptional AI-Native Senior, Data Analyst to join our Reporting team. Our team delivers insightful, high-quality analysis to our clients on their healthcare use and their engagement with the Garner product. The team supports a combination of developing new scalable reports that we create at higher volume, and innovative custom analysis to provide insights for specific client situations.
The Senior Data Analyst partners with our externally-facing relationship managers to address specific client questions via custom and automated analysis. Supporting this responsibility, this role must deeply understand and improve upon the full suite of our existing automated reports, consistently identifying and implementing ways to improve their efficiency, accuracy, and client-impact.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Own and own client-facing analysis end-to-end.
Build, maintain, and produce key reports for clients across our data ecosystem, from scoping to delivery.
Be a thought partner to our client-facing teams.
Use a deep understanding of our clients and the Garner product to partner with stakeholders, answering questions via analytically robust reports and presentations.
Build scalable report automation.
Collaborate with the data engineering team to create maintainable automation to create an ever-evolving suite of client reporting.
Develop deep domain expertise.
Build a strong understanding of your analytical domain so you can independently drive meaningful insights.
Identify opportunities to improve outcomes through analysis.
Identify gaps between the needs of our clients and our reports, proactively develop new insights to fill them.
Raise the bar on data practices.
Advocate for best practices in visualization, documentation, metric consistency, and stakeholder communication across teams.
Answer high-stakes, ambiguous questions.
Run deep-dive investigations into complex business problems — the kind of analysis leadership uses to make strategic calls.
The ideal candidate has:
5+ years
of experience
in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Consulting, or a similar data-centric role.
Cross-functional translation.
Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into data-driven solutions and to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
Autonomy and ownership.
Comfortable working independently and owning reporting projects end-to-end.
Automation mindset.
Attention to detail with a bias toward automation and scalability over one-off work.

Comfort with and excitement about building analytics, building dashboards, and validating results by harnessing the power of AI agents.
Making data accessible
. A track record of using data analysis to communicate business solutions.
Modern data stack.
Hands-on with Snowflake (or a comparable cloud warehouse) and SQL at scale; experience with dbt strongly preferred — you'll partner with Data Management in governed pipelines, not just consume their outputs.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.

An overview of this role
As Director, Product Management: Agentic Software Delivery, you'll own one of GitLab's most strategic sections, spanning Continuous Integration, Artifact Management, Continuous Deployment, and Observability. You'll lead senior and principal product managers and be accountable for adoption, retention, and revenue across build, package, deploy, and monitor. Today, these are separate stages with a human making the call at each handoff. As agents take on more coding, pipeline, and deployment work, you'll set the three-year vision for how much of that judgment the system can make safely and how quickly a production signal can turn into a fix without waiting for a human to notice it first. You'll define how customers move from today's manual checkpoints toward agent-driven software delivery at a pace that fits their risk tolerance. In your first year, you'll bring four connected roadmaps into one coherent strategy, establish how investment is allocated and reallocated, deepen partnerships with Engineering and go-to-market leaders, and give customers a credible path for managing software delivery at scale.
What you’ll do
Own the strategy, three-year vision, and business outcomes for GitLab's Agentic Software Delivery section, with a clear point of view on how artificial intelligence is changing software delivery.
Lead and develop senior and principal product managers across Continuous Integration, Artifact Management, Continuous Deployment, and Observability, helping them grow as independent decision-makers.
Establish the frameworks, standards, and operating rhythm that support consistent, high-quality product decisions without unnecessary escalation.
Own section-level key performance indicators and adoption funnels, using the results to reallocate investment or stop work that isn't paying off.
Evaluate major strategic bets, partnerships, and build, buy, or partner decisions, and develop the business cases that support them.
Partner with Engineering leadership on platform investment, architectural direction, and trade-offs across the section, while connecting build, package, deploy, and monitor into one coherent customer experience.
Drive pricing, packaging, go-to-market strategy, migration, and adoption with Product Marketing, Sales, Pricing, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering across free, commercial, and enterprise offerings.
Represent the section with GitLab's senior leadership, key enterprise customers, partners, and industry audiences, while modeling AI-native product management across discovery, synthesis, prototyping, roadmap exploration, and concept development.
What you’ll bring
Experience leading product managers, including developing senior and principal talent, hiring, and addressing performance directly.
A track record of owning a portfolio across multiple product areas and being accountable for adoption, retention, and revenue, not only roadmap delivery.
Product management depth in one or more relevant areas, such as continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines, artifact or package management, release management, or observability.
Sound judgment about where to invest and where to stop, including experience making and defending build, buy, or partner decisions with a business case.
Technical fluency to work with engineers and architects on pipeline design, artifact workflows, deployment strategies, and observability signals such as logs, metrics, and traces.
Experience shaping pricing and packaging for technical products across free, commercial, and enterprise offerings.
Experience working with technical customers in developer tools, DevOps, or software delivery environments where engineers and engineering leaders are primary users.
Executive-level communication and influence.
Practical use of AI tools in product management workflows, along with a thoughtful view of how AI and agentic workflows are changing software delivery. We welcome candidates whose experience may come from different but transferable product and leadership paths.
About the team
The team brings together senior product leaders across GitLab's software delivery platform and works closely with Engineering, Design, and go-to-market partners so customers experience these capabilities as one connected system. The team helps customers manage today's delivery complexity while shaping how AI-powered and AI-native workflows influence the next generation of software delivery. As part of GitLab's all-remote organization, the team collaborates asynchronously across regions with a focus on transparency, written communication, and clear decision-making.

You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
About the role:
We are looking for a Senior Associate, Marketing Operations to own the operational engine behind Garner’s demand generation motion. You will run day-to-day campaign operations, deliver marketing reporting and analysis, and keep lead data flowing to sales with speed and fidelity. This is an automation-first role: you will use AI tools to continuously convert manual work into monitored, hands-free processes, so the role gets more leveraged as you build. This role reports to the Director of Marketing Operations.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
Own campaign operations end-to-end, including campaign enrollment, list processing, tracking setup, and CRM data hygiene, ensuring every campaign is accurately tracked and attribution is preserved
Own the marketing ops request queue, triaging and delivering requests within SLA and escalating only what requires systems-level judgment
Use AI tools and automation to convert repetitive campaign ops and request work into hands-free, monitored processes, measured by declining manual effort per campaign
Deliver marketing reporting and analysis, maintaining and automating the reporting library (recurring refreshes and event, webinar, and email performance reports) and executing one-off data pulls and analyses as needs arise
Own day-to-day lead routing operations, monitoring flow health, resolving routing exceptions, and maintaining speed-to-lead as routing logic and data sources evolve
What you will bring to the team:
1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related operational role, preferably at a B2B organization
