ABOUT TENKI
Tenki is cloud infrastructure for code and agents. Sandboxes give AI agents disposable Linux VMs that boot in under a second. Runners make GitHub Actions faster and up to 60% cheaper. Code Reviewer catches more real bugs per pull request than CodeRabbit, Greptile, or Copilot in our benchmark. Hundreds of teams use one or all three.
Tenki was built by the founding team behind Luxor Technology, leading provider of Bitcoin mining and AI infrastructure. Today, Tenki is trusted by teams like Anchor, Omnara, and Naive, with MAU growing ~3.5x since April. We are the infrastructure layer for the next generation of AI companies.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll sell to two kinds of teams. Engineering orgs are paying too much for slow CI and drowning in pull requests that AI now writes faster than humans can review. AI companies are building agents that need somewhere safe to run code, browse the web, and use a computer. The first group buys Runners and Code Reviewer. The second buys Sandboxes, often at a scale that turns into a large infrastructure contract.
Every product can be tried in minutes, so proof comes fast. Your job is to turn that proof into committed contracts, sell a customer's second and third product after they start with one, and build a sales process the next hires can repeat.
You'll be our first sales hire, working directly with the founders and engineering team. San Francisco-based, with regular in-office work.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of closing sales experience
- Strong technical acumen, ideally with a background in DevTools, AI infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, or developer platforms
- Demonstrated ability to run a consultative sale. You've helped customers define a strategy, not just evaluate a product
- Excellent communication skills and comfort with high autonomy in a fast-moving environment
- Based in San Francisco and open to working from the office at least 3 days per week
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own a revenue target across all three products, from prospecting through close and expansion
- Build pipeline in two segments: engineering orgs with heavy CI and review loads, and AI companies building agents that need sandboxed compute
- Turn free-plan, Team-plan, and startup-program customers into enterprise contracts with committed spend
- Sell across products: land with one, then sell the others into the same account
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Has sold AI infrastructure or developer tools, especially in the areas where Tenki competes. For Sandboxes, that's E2B, Daytona, and Modal. For CI Runners, Blacksmith and Depot. For AI Code Review, CodeRabbit and Greptile. Knowing AI-native founders and platform leaders is a plus.
They're equally comfortable talking CI costs with a platform lead and agent infrastructure with an AI startup's CTO.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation and uncapped commission structure, including meaningful equity
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and dependents
- Unlimited PTO policy
- Paid parental leave
- Company-facilitated 401(k) with match
- OTE: $250K–$300K
We are building a startup within a startup. Tenki was born within Luxor http://www.luxor.tech/ as we expand our vision from mining compute to generalized compute. Learn more about how we work and our principles here https://luxor.tech/careers.
At Tenki we believe that meaningful contributions can be made by anyone. Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender perception or identity, national origin, age, marital status, protected veteran status, or disability status. Tenki welcomes all!
Tenki does not accept unsolicited headhunter and agency resumes. Tenki will not pay any third-party agency or company that does not have a signed agreement with Tenki.
HOW WE USE AI IN OUR HIRING PROCESS
We use AI tools to support certain parts of our hiring process, and we believe in being transparent about how they’re used.
During your application, AI may assist in reviewing CVs, qualifications, and assignments by providing additional insights, but it does not make decisions, every application is evaluated at each step by a member of our hiring team.
We also use AI to transcribe interviews so our team can stay focused on the conversation rather than note-taking. Any voice recordings are automatically deleted within 15 days.
In addition, AI helps us keep candidates informed about their application status and helps us understand how our process is working so we can improve it over time.
In all cases, AI is used to support efficiency and consistency, not to replace human judgment. If you have any questions about how we use these tools or your data, or if you would prefer to opt out of any of these features, please include them in the dedicated section of the application form, and we’ll follow up accordingly.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.

WHAT YOU NEED
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Math, Economics, Physics, Computer Science, or other quantitative fields
- A minimum of 5 years of industry experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Applied Scientist or Data Scientist

- Prior experience deploying Machine Learning models to production and making meaningful contribution to backend systems
- Strong knowledge of SQL (Snowflake, Postgres, etc.)
- Fluency with agentic (AI) tools for software development and data analysis
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly improving, start-up environment that focuses on solving problems with iterative technical solutions
NICE-TO-HAVES
- PhD in Math, Economics, Physics, Computer Science, or other quantitative fields
- Context on Fraud and/or Identity Threat detection systems

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we're delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we're building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It's an exciting time to join us: we're creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
About the Role
Fivetran and dbt Labs are building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We're looking for a senior software engineer to join our Orchestration team, which owns the control plane layer of the dbt platform — the scheduler, execution harness, and results processing.
You'll own the design and delivery of features end to end, working across high-throughput APIs and data models to make them faster, more reliable, and more capable. You'll write and review designs, raise the quality bar in code review, use the latest AI tools, and collaborate closely with product and QE to deliver work that scales.
Technologies You'll Use
Python, Rust, GraphQL, Postgres, Snowflake, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, GCP, Datadog
What You'll Do
Design and implement features and performance improvements across the Orchestration team's services — the scheduler, execution harness, and results processing
Develop, maintain, and test high-quality, maintainable code, and optimize critical paths for performance
Write technical designs for feature-level work, actively seek feedback, and clearly explain the trade-offs of your decisions
Participate in and review technical designs and pull requests, providing constructive feedback to the team
Improve test coverage with comprehensive unit tests and refactor code to drive down tech debt
Troubleshoot and debug production issues, and follow up on incidents with post-mortems and mitigation plans
Break features into tasks, structure and execute your own project plans, and contribute to sprint and feature planning
Collaborate with product managers, QE, customer support, and peers to deliver the best product with high quality, performance, and scalability
Participate periodically in the on-call rotation, and be mindful of security throughout your work
Use AI tooling — IDE assistants like GitHub Copilot, coding agents like Claude Code, and conversational AI — to accelerate development and to author and review SDLC artifacts such as TDDs, PRDs, post-mortems, and test plans
Skills We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in the software industry with a passion for solving complex software engineering problems, including designing and building backend services and reusable components from the ground up
Experience working with distributed systems and cloud computing concepts
Demonstrated ability to write well-structured, performant, and well-tested code
Ability to independently lead feature-level software and design work that satisfies project requirements, and to clearly explain design trade-offs
Can identify design flaws in existing systems and propose improvements
Experience with code reviews, design, troubleshooting, and testing
Proficiency in a modern backend or systems language such as Python, Java, C++, or C#
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with continuous integration tooling such as BuildKite, and familiarity with observability tools like Datadog or Grafana is a plus
Fluent in using AI code assistants and coding agents to generate and investigate code, and conversational AI (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) to research, author, review, and synthesize SDLC artifacts
Bonus Skills
Experience in data processing (ETL, ELT) and/or cloud-based data platforms
Experience building or working with metadata, catalog, lineage, or discovery/search systems
Experience with GraphQL APIs and high-throughput, multi-tenant data services
Familiarity with the analytics engineering workflow and the dbt ecosystem

Location: Espoo
Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Staff Software Engineer (Commercial Platform)
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Business Automation
- Reports to: Senior Engineering Manager
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid, 3 days a week at the office
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
As a Staff Software Engineer, you will own the architecture behind how customers discover, order, receive and pay for ICEYE's SAR imagery and monitoring insights.. You will decide how several existing backend systems become one platform, and you will see that migration through to production.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build the platform at the heart of ICEYE's data business: it's how customers buy and receive our imagery and insights, and it will drive the Data business's revenue for years to come.
- Own the technical architecture and migration plan for bringing several existing backend systems together into one unified platform behind ICEYE's monitoring intelligence products.
- Make the key architecture and data-model decisions and hands-on drive them through execution across multiple engineering teams.
- Deliver the platform's first production milestone together with the team within the first quarter of 2027. Then lead the migration of the remaining live products onto it without disrupting customers.
- Set the technical standards other engineers build against as the platform consolidation continues.
- Bring a point of view on where AI-assisted engineering practices genuinely help the team, and help others apply them.
- Partner directly with product and engineering leadership to keep the migration aligned as priorities evolve.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Backend production engineering experience in Go, or deep enough backend expertise in a similar language to ramp quickly.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and event-driven, message-based architectures.
- Production experience with a major cloud provider (AWS preferred).
- Practical experience with observability tooling such as LGTM stack, Datadog and OpenTelemetry.
- A track record of technically leading an architecture renewal, platform consolidation, or large-scale migration end to end, not just contributing to one.
- Proven ability to bring multiple engineering teams and stakeholders to a shared technical direction.
- Geospatial or space industry experience is a strong plus that will help you have an impact quickly. If you don't have it, apply anyway: most of our engineers learned the domain here.
APPLICATION PROCESS
- TA Partner screening call (30 minutes)
- Hiring manager interview (1 hour)
- Technical interview (2 hours)
- Values & Fit interview (1 hour)
- Final interview with SVP of Engineering (1 hour)

ROLE OVERVIEW
Welocalize is looking for a native-level Spanish (LATAM) speaker to join a confidential, large-scale AI and consumer technology programe for a major global technology and communications client.
It's a hands-on, on-site role that combines two things: evaluating a pre-release AI model in Spanish (LATAM), and testing how the product actually performs on a client-supplied device — a smartphone and a next-generation smart glass. If you enjoy noticing the detail other people miss, this is work you'll find satisfying.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Review pre-release AI model outputs inSpanish (LATAM) and evaluate them for accuracy, naturalness, appropriateness, and overall quality—would a native speaker say it this way? Fact-check each response against the provided source material.
Test the Spanish (LATAM) experience against English: confirm feature parity, complete an end-to-end user journey using non-English input, and verify that the product correctly handles non-Latin scripts, diacritics, right-to-left text, and mixed-language input.
Identify any display issues (text cut off, overflowing, or rendering poorly) and any localization errors—incorrect dates, numbers, currencies, units, or untranslated strings.
Document each issue clearly so a developer can reproduce it—include steps taken, device and OS, locale, build ID, and supporting evidence. Retest after a fix ships to confirm it’s resolved.
Provide native-level insights on navigation and usability, calling out Spanish (LATAM)-specific nuances that only a fluent speaker would notice.
Work on-site in a private, secure area of the Welocalize office; due to the confidential, pre-release nature of the work, remote or work-from-home options are not available.
Assist with other linguistic projects as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Native-level or fully bilingual proficiency in Spanish (LATAM), written and spoken, with an up-to-date sense of real-world usage across both everyday and technical contexts.
Confident using smartphones and laptops; comfortable working across both iOS and Android.
Strong attention to detail and fair, objective judgment when assessing quality.
Ability to work independently, follow detailed test scripts and guidelines, and clearly explain issues in English.
Previous experience in software/app testing, localization QA, or linguistic evaluation is a strong plus, but not required if you bring the language skills and attention to detail.
Welocalize helps the world’s leading brands reach global audiences—and language testing is at the core of that mission. You’ll work alongside experienced linguists and testers on pre-release technology, in a team that takes quality and precision seriously.
If you’re a native-level Spanish (LATAM) speaker with a keen eye for detail and an interest in how language and technology intersect, we’d like to hear from you.

Preferred qualifications
5+ years in Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager or equivalent roles
Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools
Background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science
Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems
Experience deploying and operating software in air-gapped or classified environments

Annual Salary:
$240,000
—
$315,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the team
We’re the AI & Automation Engineering team. Our mission is to make life easier for every internal team through automation, from standalone tools to Operational Hub, the unified platform we’re building to house all the automation tools each department needs. We work directly with Growth, Strategy & Planning, Client Service, Operations, and Data & Solutions (among others), so most of what you build is used by the people you work with every day.
The team today is small: a Product Manager, a Full-Stack Engineer, and an AI Implementation Engineer. But the company is growing very fast, and so is our team.
About the role
We’re looking for AI Implementation Engineer who thrives at the intersection of automation, AI-assisted development, and practical tool-building. You’ll work alongside our existing engineers to design, build, and maintain the internal tools and automated workflows that power day-to-day operations across the company.
The work is hands-on and fast-moving: you’ll turn business needs into working solutions using n8n, LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI), and AI-assisted development tools like Replit and Claude Code.
If you build with AI, want real ownership over features, and want to work closely with the people who use what you build, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain n8n workflows that automate internal business processes.
Troubleshoot and improve existing automations to keep them reliable, efficient, and easy to maintain.
Develop and launch lightweight internal tools using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and Replit.
Integrate systems and services through APIs and webhooks, including LLM APIs such as Claude and OpenAI.
Work directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into practical solutions.
Test tools and workflows, gather user feedback, and deliver improvements as business needs evolve.
Contribute new features to the team’s Operational Hub and collaborate with engineers on technical decisions.
Take ownership of assigned projects, from requirements gathering through launch and ongoing support.
2+ years of professional experience in QA (preferred), analytics, or project management. Hands-on programming skills are also welcome.
Hands-on experience building, debugging, and maintaining workflows in n8n or Make.com.
Ability to build and ship functional applications using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Replit, Cursor, or similar.
A working understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data flows, with the ability to troubleshoot integration issues.
Basic proficiency in SQL, ideally BigQuery, including reading and working with structured data.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
Ability to understand business processes, clarify requirements, and translate them into practical tools and automations.
A proactive approach to problem-solving, willingness to learn, and ownership of your work.
Nice to have
Experience with Google APIs, particularly Sheets, Drive, and Calendar.
Familiarity with Clerk or similar authentication and authorization tools.
Knowledge of React or basic frontend development.
Experience integrating Slack, Asana, HubSpot, or similar business tools.
Experience in AdTech or MarTech.
Portfolio
If we move forward after the initial HR interview, we’ll ask you to share a portfolio of tools or automations you’ve delivered. Please highlight their measurable business impact and explain your personal contribution to each project.

- We work with some of the world's most influential and recognizable companies, from global telecommunications providers and leading media brands to technology platforms that power businesses worldwide.
- We build agents for the moments that matter, helping our customers rise to the occasion when service disruptions, major product launches, or global events like the World Cup https://www.linkedin.com/posts/claybavor_at-sierra-we-are-very-proud-to-have-partnered-activity-7491200203899760641-I27d?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop&rcm=ACoAABYjELMBZfjrg-wrv53M1tVXGe93FF3eTww drive millions of customer interactions.
- We bring Sierra’s Horizon https://sierra.ai/product/horizon vision to TMT by building agents that transform the entire customer relationship:
- Telecommunications: Turn one of the most frustrating customer experiences into one of the most personal, with agents that understand each subscriber, optimize their plan and savings, anticipate opportunities to add value, and earn their loyalty over time.
- Media: Turn every subscription into an ongoing, personalized relationship, with agents that help each subscriber get the most from their experience through the right content, offer, plan, and support from their free trial through retention.
- Technology: Bring the white-glove customer experience traditionally reserved for the largest enterprise accounts to every customer, helping them adopt the product, discover new ways to get value, expand their usage, and successfully renew.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents https://sierra.ai/blog/meet-the-ai-agent-engineer: You'll build and ship highly performant, reliable, and intuitive AI agents that are central, mission-critical and drive revenue directly to Sierra's growth. These aren't prototypes—they are powerful, scalable systems running in production environments across industries like finance, healthcare, and commerce.
- Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-development-life-cycle (ADLC): You'll have complete ownership and autonomy from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration. You'll be responsible for building, tuning, and evolving AI agents in production environments, defining the standard for ADLC best practices along the way.
- Partner with large enterprises and cutting-edge startups: You’ll work directly with leaders at some of the world’s largest enterprises to understand their most pressing business challenges, and build AI agents that transform how they operate at scale. You'll also partner with the most cutting-edge startups in Silicon Valley, embedding AI agents across their entire business stack to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Build the future of the platform: Your direct work with customers will guide the evolution of Sierra's core platform. You'll surface unmet needs, prototype new tools and features, and collaborate with research, product, and platform to shape the future of AI agent development and Sierra's product.
EXAMPLE PROJECTS
These are some examples of projects that engineers on our team have worked on recently:
- Create agents that pursue goals over weeks and months, reasoning about when to reach out, which channel to use, and what next action will move a customer relationship forward.
- Develop personalization and experimentation systems powered by Sierra's Context Engine https://sierra.ai/blog/context-engine that combine customer data, behavior, prior conversations, and real-time context to determine the right offer or experience, then learn from every interaction and experiment to autonomously improve personalization over time.
- Design conversational discovery agents that reason across huge content catalogs and rich subscriber context, using interests, history, entitlements, and the moment at hand to help someone quickly find something they'll actually want to watch, read, or listen to.
- Build agents that troubleshoot deeply integrated telecommunications and connected-device experiences, reasoning across account, billing, network, and device systems to diagnose issues and take the actions needed to resolve them.
- Experiment with new voice experiences and Voice Personas https://sierra.ai/blog/introducing-voice-personas tailored to each brand, customer, and moment, bringing the right empathy, energy, and conversational style to everything from navigating a frustrating telecom billing issue to helping someone discover their next favorite show or find the plan that's right for them.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
ABOUT THE TRAVEL, TRANSPORTATION AND HOSPITALITY TEAM
- The Travel, Transportation and Hospitality (TTH) supports some of the largest airlines, hotel chains, rental car brands, cruise lines and travel tech companies in the world. Our customers are frontiers in the travel space, and are true thought partners in shaping our platform, helping reinvent what hospitality looks like in this new era. Our customers rely on us to not only deliver standout customer experiences, driving stronger growth in their business.
- Our TTH team is constantly pushing the bounds of what is possible within this industry and beyond. We help support our customers in the moments that matter — whether that’s proactively encouraging new bookings to prepare for exciting events, or helping guests rebook their flights or stays during times of distress. We help our customers maximize the lifetime value of their guests and build products to delight guests at every touchpoint.
- We’re a small and scrappy team, and we support each other with any deliverables we have to meet. Every engineer on TTH is also a product-led thinker; every PM on TTH is tinkering and developing tangible prototypes; and every strategist on TTH is capable of owning an agent end to end. As a part of this team, you’ll set the standard on what it means to go beyond your role, and help build the travel industry of the future.

EXAMPLE PROJECTS
These are some examples of projects that engineers on our team have worked on recently:
- Building innovative multimodal experiences: Spearhead cross-cutting initiatives, partnering with the voice and Experience SDK teams to bring to life embedded voice mode in mobile apps. This brand new product allows users to talk, tap and text with our agents all in a single view — unlocking communication through rich visualizations, and accuracy in input collection with chat, with the ease and efficiency of voice.
- Shipping complex booking experiences: Build personalized booking flows, including leveraging Google Maps APIs to support searching for properties via an embedded map view, developing a recommendation engine based on past reservations and orchestrating seamless payment collection to complete the full booking lifecycle.
- Abstracting complex systems into packages: Modernize legacy reservations systems by creating Sierra packages that optimize querying and updating trips for customers across the board. You’ll be challenged to think deeply about how to orchestrate each step of these workflows to maximize efficiency while upholding reliability and accuracy.
- Improving the capabilities of our built in integrations: Expand platform extensibility by introducing new capabilities to our existing integrations. An example is extending our MCP integrations to support MCP UI, which allows customers to dynamically host their custom UI resources on our embedded chat windows.
