- Research emerging blockchain ecosystems and account standards, evaluating technical trade-offs and translating them into product decisions and roadmap priorities.
- Partner closely with engineering throughout the build and iteration cycle, ensuring technical solutions are delivered on time and align with user needs.
- Work with security, compliance, and risk teams to make sure wallet infra decisions hold up against real-world threats and regulatory expectations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with swap, DeFi, dApp browser, and other product teams that depend on core wallet infra to ship their own features.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience with Web3/blockchain infrastructure or wallet infrastructure specifically; 5+ years overall as a technical product manager.
- Genuine passion for Web3 and a sharp eye for where the industry — and wallet infrastructure specifically — is heading.
- Strong technical fluency — comfortable in deep discussions with engineers on architecture, trade-offs, and implementation details, and able to translate that into clear product decisions.
- Proven track record driving cross-functional execution across engineering, security, BD, and partner teams.
- First-principles thinker who can break down ambiguous, complex problems into shippable plans.
- Excellent communication skills and resilience operating in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment.
- Solid technical understanding of EVM and Solana — account/transaction models, RPC behavior, and the practical differences that affect wallet integration and reliability.
- Strong growth and data sense — comfortable defining metrics, reading funnels/dashboards, and using data to prioritize infra investments and measure impact.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
In case you hadn’t noticed, Anthropic is growing fast. Really, really fast. The People Products team exists to support Anthropic’s mission by defining the blueprint for AI at work. We help hire the best person in the world for every job, ensure manager effectiveness, ramp new hires successfully, and ensure that we apply first principles thinking in how we shape Anthropic’s culture through the tools we build. We cover the entire employee lifecycle from hiring to onboarding, teamwork, and promotions.
You’ll work directly with Claude, with access to capabilities no external team has, on problems that are genuinely unsolved. You’ll move fast — prototype to production in days or weeks. We believe in cross-functional thinkers who can reason across product, design, and engineering. You’ll be given high autonomy, own your decisions, and ship constantly. If you’ve experienced the pain of bad people practices and want to be the person who fixes them at the most consequential AI company in the world, this is that job.
Responsibilities
Build full-stack end-to-end across the People Products portfolio.
Design and implement AI-native workflows: build tools, evals, prompts, and products. You’ll help define what is possible in applied AI for people processes.
Work directly with internal stakeholders — HR teams, recruiters, managers — to understand problems, gather feedback, and iterate quickly without waiting for requirements to be handed down. No gatekeeping, you are expected to talk to your customers.
Make product and architecture decisions independently in a low-structure environment: knowing when to cut scope, when to ship, and when to ask for input.
Contribute ideas for how the team works, what it builds, and where applied AI can have the most leverage in people workflows.
You Might Be a Good Fit If You:
Have 8+ years of relevant experience as a Fullstack or product engineer, with a track record of leading complex, multi-month projects or teams as a tech lead or equivalent
Have shipped LLM-native features or applications.
Derive joy from hard work and the act of creation.
Are experienced enough to build big features independently, and make great architectural decisions along the way.
Are self-sufficient end-to-end: you can go from idea to production without needing a designer, PM, or architect to unblock you.
Move fast without cutting corners: you hold a high quality bar and know how to make smart tradeoffs under time pressure.
Engage directly with users and criticism: you’re comfortable talking to internal customers, hearing hard feedback, and incorporating it quickly.
Are genuinely mission-driven: you care about the intersection of AI and people practices, not just the technical puzzle.
Are a collaborative, supportive teammate: you bring people along, communicate clearly about tradeoffs, and make the people around you better.
Strong Candidates May Also Have:
Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or prior experience building Claude or LLM integrations in production.
Background at an AI-native company or in a product-focused 0->1 engineering environment.
Experience with HR tech platforms such as Greenhouse, Workday, or Rippling.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$405,000
—
$485,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Flosum
Flosum is a leading DevOps and release management platform purpose-built for the Salesforce ecosystem. We serve Fortune 500 enterprises across regulated industries, helping them ship faster, stay compliant, and scale their Salesforce operations with confidence. We are entering an aggressive growth phase and are looking for exceptional leaders who can help us dominate our market and scale rapidly toward $100M+ in annual revenue.
The Opportunity
We are hiring a VP of Finance who is far more than a traditional finance executive. This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role for someone who can serve as a true strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, wielding financial intelligence as a growth weapon. You will own the financial architecture of the business while simultaneously driving operational excellence across our go-to-market functions. You will be the person who figures out where every dollar should go to maximize growth velocity and ensures we are building a scalable, capital-efficient machine.
This is not a role for someone who wants to sit back and produce reports. We need a builder and operator who can make a dent in the company from day one.
What You Will Own
Financial Strategy & Capital Allocation
Own the company’s financial model, forecasting, and long-range planning with a relentless focus on accelerating growth to $100M ARR
Determine where capital should be deployed across R&D, sales, marketing, and customer success to maximize ROI and speed to scale
Build and maintain a capital allocation framework that balances aggressive growth with operational discipline
Lead fundraising strategy, investor relations, and board-level financial reporting if and when external capital is pursued
Go-to-Market Financial Operations
Partner with sales, marketing, and revenue operations leadership to optimize GTM spend efficiency and pipeline economics
Build financial models that connect marketing investment to pipeline generation, conversion rates, deal velocity, and revenue outcomes
Establish and track unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback period, magic number) to inform GTM investment decisions at an enterprise SaaS level
Provide financial oversight and accountability for GTM team performance, headcount planning, and quota/capacity modeling
Budgeting, Planning & Operational Efficiency
Own the annual budget process and quarterly business reviews, ensuring every function is aligned to growth targets
Implement rigorous financial controls and reporting cadences without creating bureaucratic drag
Identify inefficiencies and reallocate resources in real time to capitalize on what’s working
Build dashboards and reporting that give the executive team instant visibility into financial and operational health
Scaling the Business
Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO on all growth decisions, including pricing, packaging, market expansion, and M&A
Bring a deep understanding of SaaS business models and the levers that drive hyper-growth in enterprise software
Help design compensation structures, commission plans, and incentive models that drive the right behaviors across the organization
Evaluate and optimize vendor spend, technology investments, and operational costs to fund growth
Requirements
What We Are Looking For
10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in B2B SaaS companies, with at least 3–5 years at the VP or CFO level
Proven track record of scaling a SaaS company from the $10–30M range toward $100M+ ARR in a compressed timeframe
Deep fluency in SaaS metrics, unit economics, and the financial mechanics of enterprise software businesses
Exceptional command of go-to-market functions — you understand how sales, marketing, and customer success drive revenue, not just how to count it
Experience managing or providing financial oversight to GTM teams, including headcount planning, territory modeling, and pipeline forecasting
Hands-on operator who builds models, digs into data, and drives decisions — not someone who delegates everything to a team of analysts
Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem or selling into Fortune 500 enterprises in regulated industries is a strong plus
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders
Missionary mindset — you take ownership, think independently, and care about the success of the company as if it were your own
What Success Looks Like
First 90 Days:
Complete a full diagnostic of the company’s financial model, GTM spend efficiency, and unit economics
Deliver a capital allocation recommendation identifying the highest-ROI growth investments
Establish baseline KPIs and a financial reporting cadence that gives leadership real-time visibility
First 6 Months:
Implement a scalable financial planning and analysis framework tied directly to growth milestones
Optimize GTM spend to measurably improve pipeline efficiency and reduce CAC payback period
Partner with the CEO and revenue leadership to finalize the investment plan for scaling to $100M ARR
First Year:
The company has a clear, data-driven financial roadmap with capital deployed against the highest-impact growth levers
GTM team operating at peak financial efficiency with transparent cost-to-revenue attribution
Financial infrastructure is investor-ready and scalable for the next phase of growth
Benefits
Why Flosum
Market Leadership: We are a category leader in Salesforce DevOps with deep enterprise traction and a product that Fortune 500 companies depend on
Massive Opportunity: The Salesforce ecosystem is a multi-billion dollar market, and we are positioned to capture outsized share
Impact: This is a company where one person can make a transformational difference. You will not be a cog — you will be a catalyst
Culture: We value missionaries over mercenaries, ownership over politics, and results over posturing
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience
Performance-based bonus tied to community growth and engagement milestones
Equity participation
Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k)
Remote-first flexibility with travel budget for in-person executive engagements as needed

Hex Trust is a fully-licensed digital asset financial institution building the infrastructure institutions use to operate in crypto. Custody, staking, capital markets, investment solutions, payments, fiat ramping, RWAs, and tokenization — all on one regulated platform.
Founded in 2018, we're licensed across multiple jurisdictions (HK, SG, Dubai, SVG). As institutional capital moves into crypto and the RWA and payments narratives accelerate, we're one of the few players who can serve institutions as a fully-regulated, one-stop-shop partner. We serve 600+ institutional clients globally: funds, family offices, banks, foundations, token issuers, payment firms, OTC desks, and corporates.
We're well-capitalized, growing consistently, and built on a sustainable model. We operate 24/7 from hubs in Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, and Vietnam.
You'll work alongside a senior commercial team, own real institutional relationships, and get exposure to the most active parts of the market. We're scaling fast. If you want to sell into the institutional side of crypto at a firm that's actually licensed to do it, this is the place.
Hex Trust Markets
is part of Hex Trust group, an established trading desk with mature infrastructure, global banking rails, licenses in key jurisdictions, trading APIs, and connectivity to major liquidity providers. Our on/off-ramping business has seen tremendous growth, and
we are hiring a VP of OTC Sales to continue that trajectory
.
The trading infrastructure is fully operational. The successful candidate will join an institutional desk with established systems, connectivity, and operational frameworks already in place, enabling them to focus on revenue generation from day one.
We offer an attractive, formula-based, uncapped bonus structure tied directly to originated flow.
We are seeking a VP+ OTC Sales professional
with a demonstrable network within the cryptocurrency industry. The ideal candidate will have been part of a rapidly growing crypto business, consistently generated institutional trading volumes, and demonstrated the ability to convert relationships into recurring flow.
The role involves owning the commercial cycle end-to-end: prospecting, onboarding coordination, and ongoing client coverage. Responsibilities include selling execution and on/off-ramp solutions, growing wallet share, and driving repeat volumes. This is a pure origination role offering high autonomy, transparent performance-based economics, and direct impact on revenues from day one.
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with institutional clients (Commodity Trading Companies, Payment Company, hedge funds, family offices, asset managers, corporates, HNWIs, and intermediaries) to drive OTC crypto trading and fiat on/off ramp activity.
Identify and onboard new clients, business opportunities, and markets to increase OTC crypto trading volume and revenue.
Partner with clients to understand their treasury, settlement, and liquidity needs across both crypto and fiat domains.
Provide market intelligence, trade ideas, and execution support across spot, derivatives, and structured products.
Collaborate with internal teams (trading, operations, compliance, legal, client management) to deliver seamless onboarding, funding, and settlement workflows
Monitor market trends and client behavior to identify product gaps and contribute to strategic roadmap discussions.
Requirements
2–6 years of experience in institutional sales or client coverage roles with a focus on crypto (with direct experience in OTC and/or fiat on/off ramps).
Deep understanding of the OTC crypto trading landscape and fiat infrastructure (bank wires, stablecoins, payment rails like SWIFT, SEPA, ACH).
Proven track record of onboarding and growing institutional client accounts, and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain nuanced trade and compliance mechanics clearly
Fluent verbal and written proficiency in English and Mandarin (highly preferred)
Highly organized and self-driven; comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
Understanding of the requirements to successfully operate within a regulated institution.
Candidates who do not tick all the boxes are still encouraged to apply, those with less experience will still be considered for the position but with an adjustment to the level of seniority.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Product Designer at Ramp, you are accountable for outcomes, not just artifacts. You work with PMs, engineers, and other designers to define the right problems, explore and validate solutions, and ship product experiences that change customer behavior.
Design at Ramp is AI first and builder led. Work starts in an LLM, moves into tools like Claude and Cursor to explore flows and interactions, and then comes into Figma for systems and polish. Designers prototype early, test with real customers, and stay involved through launch and iteration.
We are looking for multiple product designers who are excited to work this way and who want to use AI as a core part of how they design.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own product work end to end: Partner with PM and engineering to define problems, explore solution spaces, validate concepts, and ship product improvements that move key metrics. Stay involved through launch and iteration, not just handoff.
- Start in an LLM: Use tools like Claude to clarify intent, draft short PRDs, and surface risks, edge cases, and initial approaches. Use this work to align quickly with your team.
- Validate assumptions with self-serve research: Talk directly with customers, run quick tests, and use what you learn to adjust direction. Treat research as a velocity tool, not a gate.
- Prototype using AI tools: Use Cursor and Claude Code to build and iterate on flows and simple interfaces. Let AI generate code while you guide structure, behavior, and UX quality. Partner with engineers to decide what moves into the product.
- Bring work into Figma: Translate validated concepts into Figma for full state coverage, system alignment, and production readiness.
- Design for the 80 / 20: Encode judgment and complexity under the hood while keeping the default experience simple and successful for most customers.
- Contribute to patterns and culture: Share prompts, patterns, and learnings with the design org. Participate in crits and reviews that raise the bar for quality.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Experience as a product designer working on complex products, ideally in B2B, fintech, or other systems-heavy environments
- Ownership of projects from problem definition through launch and iteration
- Active use of LLMs such as Claude or ChatGPT in your design workflow
- Comfort working in tools like Cursor or Claude Code, even if you are not writing production code by hand
- A portfolio that shows strong product thinking, interaction design, and craft
- Ability to work with PMs to define success metrics and adjust based on results
- Clear communication and comfort collaborating directly with engineers and PMs
- Based in or open to relocate to NYC
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience planning and running customer interviews or usability tests
- Familiarity with design systems and extending shared components
- Comfort with basic front-end concepts such as components and states
- Experience in fast-moving product teams where iteration and shipping matter
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

At JetBrains, code is our passion. Ever since we started back in 2000, we have been striving to make the world’s most robust and effective developer tools. By automating routine checks and corrections, our tools speed up production, freeing developers to grow, discover, and create.
JetBrains is evolving beyond standalone developer tools toward a unified, AI-native platform for software development.
AI is no longer just an assistant inside the editor – it is becoming an active participant in how software is planned, built, reviewed, and operated across teams and organizations. This shift introduces new challenges that cannot be solved at the level of individual tools alone: governance, security, cost control, observability, and coordinated work between humans and autonomous agents.
Our goal is to build a platform that enables companies to adopt AI in software development in a structured, scalable, and economically efficient manner without locking them into closed ecosystems. This platform will serve as the execution and governance layer for AI-driven development, deeply integrated with developer tools but designed to work across teams, products, and environments.
We are looking for an experienced ML leader who has created products with an ML backbone, weaving together research, technical excellence, and strong product focus.
We are seeking a professional who excels in three key areas: technology, product vision, and business operations. This role involves extensive cooperation with products across the company – both AI-native and just integrating AI.
In this role, you will:
Identify, prioritize, and champion high-impact AI projects that align with JetBrains' product strategy and deliver measurable business value.
Lead a team of about 50 people across multiple AI initiatives, including hiring and developing team leads, ML engineers, and MLOps specialists.
Set the technical direction for JetBrains’ ML roadmap, translating cutting-edge AI advancements into practical product innovations.
Ensure projects deliver on commitments and create measurable value.
Set technical standards, architectural direction, and best practices for ML development.
We’ll be happy to have you on our team if you have:
The ability to balance long-term R&D with short-term product needs.
A track record of shipping production ML systems that users actually use.
Experience building business cases for technical projects.
A deep understanding of modern ML infrastructure, LLMs, and AI tooling.
Outstanding stakeholder management skills and are comfortable working with senior leaders.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent management and communication skills.
Attention to detail in everything you do.
We’d be especially thrilled if you have experience with:
Distributed training of multi-billion parameter models.
CI systems, workflow automation, and experiment tracking.
The Kotlin programming language.
