Do you look at complex processes and vendor contracts and think, "This shouldn’t be so hard"? Do you know how to keep commercial agreements moving smoothly, protecting business interests without getting bogged down in endless red tape?
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
Procurement at JetBrains exists to help teams get what they need to build great software without unnecessary delays. As our procurement footprint grows, we need dedicated ownership to manage low-to-medium risk supplier contracts independently using approved templates and playbooks.
In this role, you’ll establish and refine our procurement contracting workflows, contract lifecycle management (CLM) governance, and template standards. You’ll sit right at the center of commercial operations, partnering with internal teams to keep agreements moving forward. You'll work independently within your delegated authority, knowing exactly when to resolve commercial terms yourself and when to bring in the Legal team for high-risk scenarios.
Day to day, you will:
Manage the full lifecycle of low-to-medium risk supplier contracts, from drafting and reviewing to execution, renewals, and terminations.
Standardize contract templates, fallback clauses, and negotiation playbooks.
Guide business stakeholders on commercial terms and procurement standards.
Maintain contract records and track milestones, renewal dates, and performance metrics in our CLM and S2P systems.
Partner with suppliers and internal teams to resolve contractual questions and monitor service level compliance.
Work closely with Legal, Finance, Tax, Information Security, and Privacy teams to align agreements with risk and compliance standards.
Refine procurement processes, governance, and system reporting to reduce contract cycle times.
What you’ll bring
A focus on removing friction and making process execution seamless for everyone involved.
Good judgment to balance speed with risk mitigation, knowing when to decide and when to escalate.
A clear, pragmatic communication style that builds trust across business and legal teams.
Strong organizational habits and the ability to manage multiple contract flows at once.
Care for operational details, ensuring accuracy in commercial terms and contract records.
An ownership mindset, taking responsibility for contract outcomes from start to finish.
What you’ll need
Hands-on experience managing and negotiating low-to-medium risk supplier contracts across categories like technology, software, and professional services.
A practical understanding of commercial contract terms and procurement fundamentals.
A proven track record of using standard templates and negotiation playbooks to independently finalize agreements.
Direct experience operating and maintaining procurement or CLM platforms (such as Coupa, Leah, or NetSuite).
Experience shaping or improving procurement contracting templates, playbooks, or governance processes.
Fluent English communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
What success looks like
Success in this role means procurement contracts move efficiently from request to execution without unnecessary stalls. You’ll know you’re succeeding when business stakeholders trust your commercial guidance, contract cycle times decrease, and risk is managed predictably using standardized templates and clear CLM workflows.

Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
1Password is opening a new flagship office in Toronto, and we need a senior technical leader to own the workplace technology that powers it. As a member of the IT team, this role is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously evolving the technology experience across network infrastructure, AV and collaboration systems, physical security technology, and workplace endpoint services.
This is an onsite, senior individual contributor role based in Toronto, reporting to the Manager of IT Support. You will serve as the company's primary subject matter expert for workplace networking and AV technologies, establishing the technical standards that will be replicated across future office locations. Beyond building the Toronto office, you will provide ongoing engineering leadership, drive technology improvements, mentor Workplace Technology Specialists supporting regional offices, and act as the senior escalation point for complex infrastructure and workplace technology issues. If you enjoy owning systems end to end, building scalable solutions, and solving challenging technical problems, we'd love to hear from you.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is an onsite opportunity within Toronto, Canada.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure, including wired, wireless, routing, switching, and WAN/ISP redundancy using platforms such as Cisco Meraki or Aruba.
- Experience designing, deploying, and operating enterprise workplace AV environments, including video conferencing, room scheduling, multi zone audio, digital signage, and room control systems.
- Experience administering MDM platforms and managing endpoint lifecycle, provisioning, automation, and deployment workflows.
- Experience implementing and supporting physical security technologies, including access control and camera platforms.
- Experience delivering new office builds or major workplace technology projects while coordinating with vendors, contractors, and building management.
- Experience building automation workflows and operational tooling that reduce manual effort and improve reliability.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to support office builds, technology standardization, and regional workplace initiatives.
Bonus points for:
- Experience working in a remote first organization supporting distributed workplace infrastructure.
- Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and physical security governance requirements.
- Experience mentoring technical staff and establishing engineering standards across multiple office locations.
What you can expect:
INFRASTRUCTURE
- Design, deploy, and continuously improve the Toronto office network, including wired, wireless, dedicated IT room infrastructure, and redundant internet connectivity with automated failover.
- Serve as the technical owner for workplace networking across the company, developing scalable standards and reference architectures for future office builds.
- Own the physical security technology stack, including access control, camera systems, and integrated workplace technologies.
- Partner with the Security team on governance, compliance, audit requirements, and building integrations while driving long term platform reliability and lifecycle planning.
- Own vendor relationships, technology evaluations, hardware standards, monitoring, capacity planning, and ongoing infrastructure performance across networking, AV, and physical security systems.
- Evaluate emerging workplace technologies and recommend improvements that enhance reliability, scalability, and employee experience.
WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE
- Design, deploy, and continuously optimize AV and collaboration technologies across a variety of meeting spaces, including video conferencing, room scheduling, multi zone audio, digital displays, and proactive monitoring.
- Own the technology behind the end to end onboarding experience for Toronto employees, including device provisioning, MDM workflows, automation, deployment standards, and lifecycle management.
- Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex networking, AV, workplace infrastructure, and endpoint issues, while providing hands on support when required.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to Workplace Technology Specialists supporting other regional office locations, helping establish consistent engineering and operational standards across the company.
- Build and maintain engineering documentation, runbooks, architecture diagrams, automation workflows, and operational standards.
- Provide onsite coverage for workplace technology operations during planned absences and support additional office builds and major technology initiatives as needed.
What success looks like:
- The Toronto office launches with resilient, well designed networking, AV, and physical security systems that become the blueprint for future 1Password offices.
- Workplace infrastructure continues to evolve through proactive engineering, monitoring, automation, and lifecycle improvements rather than reactive support.
- Regional Workplace Technology Specialists are enabled through mentorship, documentation, and standardized engineering practices.
- Employees have a seamless workplace technology experience, while complex technical issues are resolved through thoughtful engineering solutions.
- Routine operational work becomes increasingly automated, allowing more time to focus on strategic infrastructure improvements and future office expansion.

At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.

At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.

About the Team
The Data Foundations team at Patreon builds the pipelines, models, and infrastructure that power both customer-facing and internal data products. The Data Infrastructure function within the team owns the foundational platform — streaming, batch, and data lake infrastructure — that every data pipeline, analytics workload, and ML system at Patreon runs on.
You'll join a small, high-craft team that partners across Product, Data Science, Infrastructure, and the rest of Engineering to make sure the platform underneath all of that work is reliable, scalable, and easy for other engineers to build on.
About the Role
- Architect, build, and operate large scale batch and streaming platforms that directly power Patreon product features, analytics, and experimentation.
- Stand up and scale event-driven and streaming systems (Kafka, Kinesis, PubSub, or similar) for real-time data ingestion, transformation, aggregation, and delivery to different data storage systems.
- Build self-serve data platforms that let engineers, data scientists, and analysts safely discover data, define contracts, and create and operate pipelines with minimal friction.
- Partner with the broader Infrastructure, Platform, and product engineering to drive architectural decisions across storage, compute, deployment, and orchestration to align the data ecosystem with Patreon’s roadmap.
- Build the tooling, monitoring, and observability that gives engineers confidence in the data platform's reliability and performance.
- Mentor other engineers on infrastructure and streaming best practices, and help shape the long-term data infrastructure roadmap.
What you'll need:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years focused on data or platform infrastructure.

- Strong programming skills in Python (Java, Scala, or Go a plus) and SQL.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and broad fluency across data stores: Object storage (S3), RDMS (MySQL, or Postgres, etc.), Key value (DynamoDB), OLAP (Clickhouse, Pinot, or Druid, etc.), search/indexing (Elasticsearch) plus data flow patterns for keeping them in sync with source systems.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; comfortable driving cross-functional infrastructure decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or the equivalent.

- Experience with Delta Lake/Iceberg, AWS, or Databricks.

About the role
Help build the internal technology experience behind an engineering-driven technology company.
We're looking for a hands-on IT Operations Engineer to support our colleagues across multiple international locations, with regular on-site presence in Bratislava.
This role goes beyond traditional IT support. You'll be responsible for delivering a seamless employee IT experience - from onboarding and workstation setup to identity and access management, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of internal IT processes.
We're looking for someone who enjoys ownership, solving complex operational problems and continuously improving how internal technology works.
If you're curious, proactive and naturally look for better ways of doing things instead of simply following established processes, we'd love to meet you.
What you'll do
- Provide day-to-day IT support to employees remotely and on-site
- Own IT onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience
- Configure and maintain macOS workstations
- Manage user accounts, permissions and access across internal systems
- Maintain IT assets throughout their lifecycle, including procurement, inventory and logistics
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network-related issues
- Administer and support internal platforms, including Google Workspace, Atlassian and GitHub
- Support identity and access management across cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and improve internal IT processes
What we're looking for
We're more interested in how you think than in the exact number of years on your CV.
You might currently work in IT Support, Systems Administration, NOC, Infrastructure, or be at the beginning of your DevOps journey.
What matters most is your technical curiosity, ownership mindset and willingness to continuously improve the way things work.
You'll likely be successful if you have:
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP)
- Experience with identity and access management
- Experience administering Google Workspace or similar collaboration platforms
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good documentation habits and attention to detail
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to suggest and implement improvements
Nice to have
- Experience with MDM solutions
- Experience administering Atlassian products or GitHub
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure or GCP
- Experience with LDAP, VPN or identity management solutions
- Scripting or automation experience
- Interest in IT security and modern access management practices
Why this role
This role is for someone who enjoys building better ways of working - not just keeping things running.
You'll work closely with engineering and business teams, improve the internal technology experience across the company and have the opportunity to introduce automation, standardize processes and make everyday work easier for hundreds of colleagues.
If you naturally question repetitive manual work and enjoy turning good ideas into practical improvements, you'll likely thrive in this role.
What we offer
- Competitive salary
- Professional development budget
- Private medical insurance
- Financial support for important life events
- International and collaborative environment
- Regular company events
Benefits may vary depending on location and contractual agreement.

Lithic is the modern card issuing and processing platform empowering ambitious financial companies to build the future of payments.
Our infrastructure powers card programs for 100+ innovative clients, from fintechs reimagining credit and digital banking to platforms transforming disbursements and spend management. Companies like Mercury, Flex, and Novo rely on Lithic's developer-friendly APIs, direct network connections, and flawless reconciliation to launch and scale card programs in weeks, not years.
We're building a future where access to better financial products materially improves people's lives, free from the constraints of 30-year-old mainframes and legacy processors. We're proud to be backed by world-class investors who share that vision, including Bessemer Venture Partners, Index Ventures, Spark Capital, Stripes, and Mastercard, along with many others.
We're a team of 170+ across 26 states and 7 countries, headquartered in New York City.
We are hiring a Support Engineer to join our
API Support
team. This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role. You'll own customer issues end-to-end: triaging incoming tickets, debugging production behavior across our authorizer and API surface, reasoning through configuration and data flow, and driving problems to resolution, often without needing to hand anything off. You'll work across card lifecycle, authorization decisioning, webhooks, account holder KYC, disputes, and the other configurable layers of our platform, using internal tools, Snowflake, Grafana/Loki, and AI-assisted workflows to move fast.
When issues reveal deeper product gaps, you'll partner with Engineering and Product to surface patterns and get problems resolved upstream. You will also partner with Solutions and Product Delivery to ensure that we deliver clear, timely, and charming customer communications. Your judgment directly shapes customer trust, product reliability, and our ability to scale the Support function without scaling headcount linearly with ticket volume.
Lithic is the card-issuing and payments platform powering some of the most ambitious fintechs and embedded-finance programs in the market. Our customers build on our APIs to issue cards, move money, and run card programs at scale, which means the questions that reach us are rarely "where's the button?" They're "why did this authorization decline at 3:42am ET?", "why is this webhook firing twice?", "is this dispute eligible under Reg E?", "what's the latency on our tokenization endpoint right now?" Customers don't remember when things work. They remember when things break, how fast we fix them, and whether we took the time to set things right. As a Support Engineer at Lithic, you're the person who makes that moment go well.
What you'll do:
Own support tickets from first response through confirmed resolution. No tossing them over the fence.
Debug independently by tracing system state, API logs, authorizer decisions, webhook delivery, and data flow across production.
Diagnose issues spanning card issuance, authorization decisioning, transactions and settlement, webhooks, account holder KYC, disputes, and other configurable behaviors of the Lithic platform. A typical investigation might involve querying Snowflake to trace a transaction's lifecycle, checking Grafana dashboards for latency anomalies, pulling up the customer's integration in Retool, and documenting the resolution in The Vault
Use internal tooling, Snowflake/dbt marts, Grafana/Loki, and AI-assisted workflows (Claude Code, internal agents) to investigate and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain high operational rigor in triage, prioritization, SLA adherence, and customer communication.
Surface recurring failure patterns that inform product and engineering improvements. Drive permanent fixes, not just one-off resolutions.
Contribute to The Vault (our Notion KCS knowledge base). Write the article you wished existed when you picked up the ticket.
Create and update internal tooling using Metabase, Retool, Grafana, and Snowflake.
What you'll bring:
3+ years in a technical, execution-heavy role: Support Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, TAM, or similar. Ideally in fintech, payments, or developer-platform B2B SaaS.
Strong debugging instincts and comfort operating in production environments where you won't always have a playbook.
Comfortable with using and debugging REST API calls, webhooks, and configuration-driven systems. You are familiar with OpenAPI specs, JSON payloads, and can work through issues with HTTP calls fluently.
SQL chops. You can independently write a query against a data warehouse (we use Snowflake + dbt) to answer a customer question without needing to ping a data analyst.
Ability to reason through complex system behavior from first principles, not just follow runbooks.
Clear, direct written communication internally and customer facing. You explain what happened, why, and what you did about it, without hedging or jargon.
A strong bias toward ownership. You'd rather solve the problem than route the ticket.
Comfortable using AI tools like (LLMs and coding assistants like Claude Code or Cursor) as a part of your daily workflow.
Experience working in ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira, or equivalent)
Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently in a remote environment
The annual US salary range for this role is $100,000 - $140,000 plus equity. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Lithic and will be narrowed during the interview process based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
This is a remote position. However, candidates must be located in the United States, Canada (Ontario or British Columbia), Netherlands, Poland, or Czech Republic. We do not offer visa sponsorship or assistance.
