About Scorewarrior
Scorewarrior is an independent game studio with a single mission: to excite and unite players all over the world. For over 10 years they've been pursuing it through Total Battle — a product they continue to actively and successfully grow. The team consists of 230 self-motivated professionals who know and love their craft, and the company has recently begun an active company-wide adoption of AI tools. Their home is a great office in Limassol, Cyprus. They offer a strong relocation package for you and your family, and put real effort into making life on the island genuinely varied and interesting.
Location & format:
Onsite — Limassol, Cyprus. Full relocation support provided.
The mission of this role:
This is a hands-on engineering role: you design and implement solutions yourself, working side by side with Infrastructure, DevOps, and development teams. Leadership experience is not required here and not expected.
Key objectives:
— Strengthen cloud and infrastructure security in practice: secrets management, audit logging and controlled production access.
— Close high-impact risks: start from an honest assessment of the current state and build a consistent picture of gaps and risks as you go.
— Work secure-by-default: wherever possible, remove the security burden from teams through automation and platform-level solutions rather than rules and manual procedures.
— Roll up your sleeves: dive into what Infrastructure, DevOps, and development teams are building right now, understand it from the inside, and make security part of it.
Job requirements:
— Real experience building platform and infrastructure security — you have designed and implemented security solutions yourself: not audited or monitored them, and you can walk us through the architecture, the decisions, and what you'd do differently.
— Cloud security as your core strength: Recent hands-on experience securing cloud environments.
— A strong infrastructure background. You may have grown entirely within security engineering or moved into security from DevOps, SRE, system administration, or network engineering. What matters is that your thinking is an engineer's thinking: architecture first, building over prescribing.
— The ability to explain risks with facts. You have real cases where you make technical teams see why a risk matters and why a change is needed through evidence, architecture, and concrete scenarios.
— AppSec, SIEM, and SOC experience are useful but secondary.
Nice to have:
— Infrastructure-as-Code in practice.
— Container and Kubernetes security experience.
— Scripting and automation as a habit: Python, Go, or Bash — you'd rather automate a control than write a procedure for humans to follow.
— GCP specifically. Their stack is GCP; deep experience with it will shorten your path to impact, though strong AWS/Azure experience translates well.
— Experience with securing AI tool usage.
Who this role is NOT for:
— Your current focus is on monitoring, alert triage and incident analysis.
— Your specialization is threat research, malware analysis, cryptography, or lab-style cybersecurity.
— Your recent work is mostly paper security: policies, compliance documents, and audits.
— You are looking for a management track or ownership of a security function right now — strategy and team building belong to the security leadership role they're hiring separately.
Why join Scorewarrior?
— 99% employee satisfaction, low turnover, and colleagues who genuinely enjoy collaborating.
— Live and work in sunny Cyprus with full relocation and visa support for you and your family.
— Shape a global hit: the only European studio with a 4X strategy title in the world’s top-10.
— Grow fast in a company that’s already strong, independent, financially rock-solid, and expanding at startup speed, with no layoffs.
— Flat structure, collective decision-making, and honest feedback create full transparency and help you grow fast.
— High salaries, a 13th month, performance bonuses, and extra rewards for long service, marriage, or welcoming a child, and lunch every day.
— Private family health insurance, plus a monthly allowance for children’s pre-school, school, and university education.
— Specialized training and certifications, language courses and books to support your growth.

Determine resource allocation, platform investment, and delivery priorities across multiple concurrent initiatives, balancing technical debt and operational risk to achieve business objectives.
Define and continually improve the engineering operating model, delivery processes, and engineering metrics to increase delivery predictability, platform reliability, and operational excellence.
Lead the team to solve complex technical and delivery challenges, ensuring issues are identified early and resolved effectively
Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, resilient, and observable, with appropriate logging, monitoring, error handling, and operational support models.
People & Team Leadership
Line manage a team of integration engineers, including goal setting, performance management, coaching, and career development.
Develop senior engineers and future technical leaders through coaching, mentoring, and structured career development.
Drive an inclusive engineering culture focused on accountability, innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Lead hiring, onboarding, and organisational planning to build a scalable, high-performing engineering organisation.
Build strong working relationships across global engineering teams and delivery partners.
What we are looking for:
10+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise integrations across one or more integration platforms (e.g. Informatica, Dell Boomi, Oracle Service Bus, or similar)
5+ years of hands-on integration design and development experience on MuleSoft and/or SnapLogic
Strong technical understanding of enterprise integration architecture, patterns, and platform capabilities
Proven experience leading and developing high-performing engineering teams, including senior engineers and technical leads.
Proven experience reviewing technical design decisions, and providing constructive guidance to improve solution quality.
Experience working with AWS-hosted integration environments, including messaging services such as SQS and SNS
Experience with engineering delivery practices and tooling such as GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, and Terraform
Experience integrating enterprise SaaS (e.g. Salesforce, Workday), cloud-hosted COTS (e.g. SAP) and custom in-house developed and hosted applications.
Ability to balance technical leadership, delivery accountability, and people management responsibilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely to engineering teams, senior stakeholders, and non-technical audiences
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Exposure to emerging integration approaches such as MCP servers and agentic-based integrations is desirable

- Install thermal hardware including heaters, thermistors and thermal interface materials, and fabricate, install and repair multi-layer insulation, including bonding and taping operations.
TEST PREPARATION AND SUPPORT
- Prepare satellite configurations for functional and environmental testing, including installation on test adapters and mechanical interfaces.
- Set up and connect EGSE and test benches, support test execution, monitor parameters and report anomalies immediately.
- Support environmental and launch campaigns on site and off site, including packing, transport preparation and reinstallation.
QUALITY, TRACEABILITY AND NON-CONFORMANCE

- Perform compliance checks and visual inspections at each critical step, and complete the associated checklists and records.
- Raise non-conformance reports for any deviation, contribute to first-level investigation, and support root cause analysis and corrective action.
CLEANROOM, SAFETY AND 6S
- Work to cleanroom, contamination control, ESD, FOD and chemical safety rules, and keep the work area compliant, clean and audit-ready.
- Maintain 6S in the production stations, and report anything that makes an area unsafe or unfit for flight hardware.
IMPROVEMENT AND TEAM
- Review work instructions, travellers and checklists against what actually happens on the floor, and give clear feedback so they can be corrected.
- Support on-the-job training of junior colleagues and share good practice. Senior Technicians coach the team and lead frontline troubleshooting.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES:
- Vocational or technical qualification in mechanical, electrical, electronics, mechatronics or a related field, or equivalent hands-on training.
- Hands-on experience in the assembly, integration or test of complex electromechanical hardware in satellites. We are hiring at two levels: around 2+ years for Technician, and around 5+ years with demonstrated autonomy for Senior Technician.
- Practical skill in precision mechanical assembly and thermal hardware installation, working to drawings and torque specifications.
- Practical skill in harness work: crimping, soldering, shielding, connector mating and routing.
- Ability to read and work from mechanical and electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, procedures and work instructions.
- Experience with electrical verification, including continuity, insulation and short-circuit checks.
- Understanding of cleanroom, contamination control and ESD requirements.
- Discipline in documentation and traceability, recording work performed in real time rather than afterwards.
- Experience raising and documenting non-conformances.
- Comfortable using an MES and Jira for work records. We use Manufacturo and Jira; experience with equivalent systems is fine.
- Hands-on mindset with strong attention to detail, and the judgement to stop and ask rather than proceed on an assumption.
- Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken).
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience on flight hardware in a satellite or other space environment.
- Multi-layer insulation fabrication and installation experience.
- Familiarity with workmanship standards such as IPC-A-610, IPC J-STD-001, IPC-7711/7721 or IPC/WHMA-A-620.
- Familiarity with ECSS, NASA or military quality standards.
- Experience supporting functional test: EGSE connection, test sequence execution and telemetry monitoring.
- Experience with environmental test campaigns (vibration, thermal vacuum) or launch campaigns.
- Awareness of 6S and good practice in production area organisation.

An overview of this role
As a Senior Professional Services Engineer at GitLab, you'll work directly with customers to deliver installation, migration, training, and advisory services that help them adopt GitLab successfully. You'll lead engagements from single-node Omnibus installs to large reference architectures built with infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration as code. You'll also guide migrations from other systems to GitLab SaaS or self-managed deployments, and help customers make practical decisions that improve reliability, security, and day-to-day workflows.
In this role, you'll work closely with customers and GitLab's product and engineering teams to drive customer success and share feedback that improves GitLab and how we deliver services. You'll manage multiple projects at once, mentor other Professional Services Engineers, and help streamline how we deliver consistent outcomes in a remote, largely asynchronous environment.
Some examples of our projects:
Designing and delivering GitLab installations and reference architectures using tools like Terraform and Ansible across major cloud providers
Leading migrations to GitLab SaaS or self-managed GitLab, and turning customer feedback into actionable improvements for GitLab's product and engineering teams

Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers, translating goals and constraints into practical implementation plans and clear next steps.
Interface with GitLab's product and engineering teams to unblock customer outcomes and share feedback that helps improve GitLab features and services.
Mentor Associate and Intermediate Professional Services Engineers, providing technical guidance, helping remove blockers, and supporting increased autonomy.
Manage and deliver multiple customer engagements at once, either as the primary engineer or as a lead providing oversight and direction to other engineers.
What you’ll bring
Professional exposure with one or more infrastructure as code or configuration as code technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, Packer, Puppet, Chef or Kubernetes.
Professional exposure with two or more cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.
Experience using, deploying, or configuring GitLab, including a solid understanding of Git and source control workflows.
Strong grounding in Security / AI technologies
Experience delivering customer-facing services such as installation, migration, training, and advisory engagements across GitLab's feature set.
Proven ability to independently manage one or more projects and to lead and provide direction to other Professional Services Engineers on complex engagements.
Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear status updates and build consensus with peers and customers in a remote, largely asynchronous environment.
Demonstrated ability to take a solution-oriented approach by identifying root causes, proposing options and tradeoffs, and driving issues to resolution while balancing multiple customer engagements in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fully remote organization by communicating clearly in writing, documenting decisions, collaborating asynchronously across time zones, and working in ways consistent with GitLab's values.
About the team
Senior Professional Services Engineers are part of GitLab's Professional Services team. We partner closely with Engagement Managers and Project Managers to deliver consistent outcomes, and we work with GitLab's product and engineering teams to share customer feedback and improve GitLab. We are growing our support team at ClickHouse, and we're looking for a Senior Technical Customer Support Engineer, Federal, to serve the specific needs of our U.S. public sector customers, federal agencies, and the contractors and integrators who support them. This role sits within our global Support Engineering team but has a dedicated focus to deliver the same excellent, technically deep support our commercial customers rely on, while meeting the compliance, security, and operational constraints that federal environments require.
You'll be the primary technical point of contact for customers operating ClickHouse in government-authorized environments, triaging and resolving support cases, guiding customers through secure deployment and operational best practices, and partnering closely with our Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to make sure ClickHouse's platform meets the bar federal customers require.
This is a U.S. Persons-only role. Because of the export-control status of the data, systems, and customer environments involved, all candidates must independently qualify as U.S. Persons before being considered. This applies regardless of visa sponsorship status, work authorization, or physical location within the U.S. Beyond this requirement, you'll also need to be prepared to work within the access, communication, and documentation controls that federal engagements demand.
What you will be doing:
- Serving as the primary technical support contact for ClickHouse's U.S. federal and public-sector customers, across cases, chat, Slack, and meetings, consistent with applicable federal communication and data-handling requirements
- Developing solutions based on ClickHouse Cloud and ClickHouse open-source, and sharing them with federal customers and internal teams via documentation, knowledge base articles, and internal runbooks tailored to government deployment patterns
- Guiding customers through deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting within government-authorized environments, including AWS GovCloud-adjacent infrastructure where applicable
- Working closely with our global Support Services, Engineering, Security/Compliance, Product Management, and Go-To-Market teams to represent the requirements of federal customers and help prioritize the roadmap accordingly
- Supporting technical aspects of federal POCs, security questionnaires, and Authority to Operate (ATO)-adjacent evaluations in partnership with Go-To-Market and Security teams
And of course:
- You will deliver excellent customer service as a technical engineer and representative of ClickHouse to our federal customer base. Our Support Engineers provide professional response, on-call coverage, and guidance within required SLAs on technical cases opened via the ticketing system, email, Slack, chat, and/or phone
- You will build strong, trusted relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners, including government program stakeholders and the systems integrators and resellers who support them
What you bring along:
- Required: U.S. Person status, as defined above and verified during the interview process prior to any offer
- Technical breadth and depth in ClickHouse open-source or ClickHouse Cloud, or in domains relevant to ClickHouse, such as SQL databases, OLAP, cloud-native SaaS, and distributed systems
- Previous technical experience in roles such as Support Engineer, Consultant, Database Administrator, Site Reliability Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Software Engineer, and/or Systems Engineer
- Proven experience developing familiarity with the operational and compliance realities of federal IT environments (e.g., FedRAMP, DOD IL, AWS GovCloud, air-gapped or sovereign-cloud deployments)
- Strong communication skills, sound judgment around sensitive data handling
- A mindset of teamwork, empathy, and solving challenging problems under the additional rigor that government customers require
- You are self-driven, curious, and eager to continuously learn and grow
Bonus points:
- Prior experience supporting federal, state/local/education (SLED), or other public-sector customers in a technical support, TAM, or solutions engineering capacity
- Experience with FedRAMP-authorized services, AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or equivalent sovereign/air-gapped cloud environments
- An active or recently active U.S. government security clearance (not required, but a plus for future-facing work with more sensitive agencies)
- Experience with ClickHouse
- Experience with OSS and open-source technologies, as a user, community member, or contributor
- Experience with data pipelines such as Kafka, Kinesis, Spark, RabbitMQ, or others

As Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you'll own the strategy and execution of Teleport's partner marketing programs — building the co-marketing campaigns, partner enablement materials, and joint events that drive pipeline through our channel, cloud, and technology alliances. You'll serve as the connective tissue between Marketing and our Channel and Alliance teams, ensuring partner messaging ladders into Teleport's core narrative and that every marketing dollar spent in the ecosystem is tied to measurable pipeline impact. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, and who knows how to turn partner relationships into revenue.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Enable the Ecosystem: Create "To-Partner" toolkits, playbooks, and sales enablement materials that empower partner sales teams to effectively pitch Teleport to their customers.
- Strategic Sales Alignment: Serve as the marketing lead for our Channel and Alliance managers, aligning marketing spend with territory goals to accelerate late-stage deals through partner influence.
- Design & Execute Co-Marketing Programs: Lead the strategy and execution of "With-Partner" marketing campaigns, including joint webinars, co-branded content, and digital demand generation designed to drive pipeline for both Teleport and our partners.
- Strategize and Execute Partner Events: Identify and execute partner events and activations. This includes securing speaking slots in partner theaters, organizing high-touch networking events, and managing joint sponsorships.
- Campaign Integration: Collaborate with the Global Campaigns and Product Marketing teams to ensure partner messaging is woven into our core narrative, specifically targeting the "Developer to Decision-Maker" journey.
- Lifecycle Partner Marketing: Collaborate on the end-to-end partner journey, from onboarding new technology partners to optimizing long-term co-marketing ROI.
- Measurement & Optimization: Track, analyze, and report on the impact of partner programs. You will own the metrics for partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, iterating on tactics based on data-driven insights.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in partner marketing within the B2B SaaS space.
- Ecosystem Knowledge: Proven track record of working with channel partners/resellers and major cloud providers like (AWS, GCP, Azure) or security/infrastructure technology partners.
- Background: In cybersecurity and knowledge of industry.
- The "Tradeshow" Mindset: You understand that events are about density and trust. You have experience managing logistics and high-stakes networking environments.
- Project Management: Exceptional ability to manage multiple stakeholders (internal and external) and meet deadlines.
- Tech Stack: Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation (HubSpot/Marketo). Experience with PRM (Partner Relationship Management) tools is a plus.
- Communication: You can translate deep technical concepts into value-driven stories for both business and technical audiences.
- Travel: Willingness to travel (up to 30%) to key partner hubs and major industry events.
HOW WE HIRE
Our process is designed to be straightforward and respectful of your time. We skip performative rounds and focus on what matters: understanding how you think and what you can do.
You'll start with a 30-minute recruiter screen, followed by another 30-minute interview with the hiring manager. Then we'll have you meet with other members of the marketing and sales organizations for 30-minutes each, and a final 30-minute round with our CMO.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.
The Benefits
At Teleport, we believe your career is more important than a list of perks. That's why we focus on making your day-to-day the best it can be — giving you the autonomy, access, and support to do the best work of your career.
- Extensive health coverage
- Annual expense budget
- Rest and recovery policies that maximize your ability to recharge
- Investment in your future with retirement savings plans

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.

About the role
We are seeking a Senior Deal Desk Analyst to join the Deal Desk team within our Revenue Operations function. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the center of how we structure, price, and close business globally — partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to turn deals into signed revenue.
You will lead the quote-to-contract execution cycle for our global sales team while helping build the systems, processes, and playbooks that scale a world-class Deal Desk. As the organization continues through a period of rapid growth, we are looking for someone who wants to shape the function rather than inherit it — bringing structure to ambiguity, modernizing how deals get done, and raising the bar for commercial excellence.
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Global Deal Desk, and is preferably based in a hybrid capacity out of our San Francisco headquarters, working standard US business hours.
What you'll do
Deal Management — Own the day-to-day deal review and closing process end to end, including deal approvals, deal structuring, and quote configuration within Vercel CPQ, ensuring every deal is executed accurately and on time.
Commercialization & Execution — Drive deal execution in close partnership with Finance, Legal, GTM, Partnerships, Product, and Pricing. Design, build, and continuously optimize the sales and deal processes that bring new pricing, packaging, and product launches to market.
Trusted Advisor — Serve as the subject-matter expert for the Sales organization, providing deal guidance and operational support. Approach complex, non-standard deals with creativity and sound judgment, developing practical solutions in ambiguous situations.
Revenue Integrity — Act as the gatekeeper of data hygiene and opportunity data, partnering with GTM and Finance on audits for revenue recognition, financial reporting, and forecasting.
Insights & Enablement — Analyze deal performance and market trends to develop new sales motions, deal levers, and training materials that increase sales velocity and reduce business risk, in partnership with the Pricing and Field Enablement teams.
Operational Excellence — Identify opportunities to streamline, enhance, and automate processes. Translate needs into clear business requirements and leverage AI and automation to scale.
What you need
4+ years of experience in deal desk, pricing, quote-to-cash, contract management, or a related Revenue Operations or Sales Operations function within the technology sector.
A proven record of partnering effectively with Sales and cross-functional teams to move complex deals forward.
Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvement.
A collaborative team member who consistently delivers excellent sales support.
A resourceful self-starter with strong critical-thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
You think naturally about operational implications and downstream impact.
You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and operate effectively amid change and ambiguity.
Nice to have
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (or a comparable CPQ platform)
A track record of using AI or automation to improve operational workflows.
Bonus if you
You’re located within San Francisco Bay Area (HQ). We have offices for you to help build our office culture. This role primarily works on Pacific Standard Time (PST).
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $125,000 - $150,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.
