Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation Across Channels (~70%): Develop and run several lead generation channels in parallel including cold email, LinkedIn, Telegram, WhatsApp outreach, partner and referral channels, communities and events, and new channels identified and tested. Respond within agreed SLA. Qualify leads based on need, timeline, budget, decision maker through calls or written conversation. Hand over qualified leads to Business Development Manager with clear summary and book discovery calls. Nurture leads not ready yet until timing is right.
4. CRM Discipline: Log every lead and interaction in CRM, keep statuses, sources, and contact details complete and accurate. Ensure every lead is assigned, has next steps, and moves through pipeline without stalling. Maintain clean lead source attribution for reliable channel performance measurement.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years experience in SDR, lead generation, outbound sales or similar B2B role.
- Proven experience running outbound campaigns and meeting lead targets.
- Good understanding of AI tools and sales automation with ability to explain automation impact.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Join Mistral AI’s Defense team to build software for defense institutions and industry.
We are looking for an experienced software engineer with strong engineering fundamentals and a background in data engineering or transactional, analytical or distributed systems. You will help shape the architecture, write production code and own substantial software components, from design through deployment and operation.
This role offers the scope and autonomy of a senior technical individual contributor in a small team. It is particularly suited to engineers operating at Senior or Staff level in demanding product engineering environments who want broad ownership and to stay deeply involved in implementation.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design and build services for data ingestion, transformation, storage, querying and operational workflows.
- Develop shared data models, APIs and SDKs that help engineers build applications on a consistent foundation.
- Make authorization a core part of the architecture: define and enforce which users, applications and agents can access data or perform actions, with clear audit trails.
- Solve problems involving data consistency, schema evolution, concurrency, performance and failure recovery across services and data systems.
- Turn needs from our applied engineers and defense users into reusable software capabilities, making pragmatic choices about what to build and how to evolve them.
- Own delivery end to end, including implementation, testing, observability, debugging and maintainability in demanding deployment environments.
- Use AI coding tools and coding agents extensively to accelerate implementation, testing, refactoring and debugging. Help the team improve these workflows while maintaining a high engineering standard.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Strong practical familiarity with AI coding tools and agentic engineering workflows. You use coding agents regularly, can break complex work into well-scoped tasks, provide effective context, review generated code and validate the result through tests and debugging. You remain accountable for the architecture, correctness, security and maintainability of what you ship.
- A strong track record of building and operating production software, with substantial ownership of complex systems.
- Experience in data engineering or in building transactional, analytical or distributed systems. You understand the trade-offs behind data models, storage, query execution and service boundaries.
- Experience building products where access control, permissions and data governance are central to how the system works. Work on platforms such as Foundry, or systems with comparable requirements, is particularly relevant.
- Broad software engineering skills and the ability to move between architecture, implementation and production debugging. You are comfortable working across unfamiliar parts of a codebase.
- Strong proficiency in Python or another programming language, solid SQL skills and the ability to become productive quickly in a Python and TypeScript environment.
- High autonomy and sound judgment: you can turn an ambiguous problem into a concrete plan, make technical decisions and deliver useful increments with limited supervision.
- A collaborative approach to technical leadership through code, design discussions, reviews and mentoring, and a clear motivation to build software for defense institutions and industry.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience building a data platform or developer product used by other engineering teams.
- Experience with fine-grained authorization, multi-tenant architectures, data lineage or auditable operational workflows.
- Experience with self-hosted software, restricted networks or other demanding deployment constraints.
- Familiarity with LLM applications and their integration with data and tools.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. Offering spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken Pro is where serious traders work. Tight spreads, deep books, an API people actually build on. The people who use it are demanding, opinionated, and allergic to marketing.
We want someone who belongs in that room. Not a brand account with a person behind it, but a trader's trader who happens to be very good at building community.
Come here to build and grow this Community for us.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Live in the trenches. Discord, Telegram, X, TradingView, Reddit, the group chats you're already in at 3am. You're not "monitoring channels". You're a participant, with standing.
- Be the fastest voice in the room. When a chain halts, a listing drops, or the market goes vertical, you're posting before the screenshots start circulating. Speed with accuracy, not vibes.
- Build the inner circle. Stand up an ambassador and power-user program: the market makers, quant desks, and high-volume traders who'll tell you the truth about the product. Give them a reason to stay loud.
- Run the room in public. AMAs, live trading sessions, feature launches, competitions, post-mortems when we get something wrong. Own the format, don't just attend it.
- Close the loop with Product. You'll be the first to hear that the order entry flow is broken. Your job is to get it to the PM with receipts, then go back and tell the community what happened.
- Write things people screenshot. Threads on microstructure, teardowns of new features, release notes that don't read like release notes.
- Prove it worked. Sentiment, share of voice, community-sourced signups, retention of the accounts that matter. You bring the numbers to the table before anyone asks.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- You trade. Actual positions, actual scars. You can hold a conversation about funding rates, maker/taker economics, slippage, and latency without reaching for a glossary.
- 3+ years running community or social for a product with a technical, skeptical audience. Crypto, fintech, gaming, or dev tools all count.
- You write fast and well. Short-form that lands, long-form that holds up under scrutiny from people smarter than the average follower.
- You have thick skin and good instincts. Crypto community management means getting yelled at with an audience watching. You de-escalate without going corporate and you know when to push back.
- You've built something from a standing start, not just maintained an existing account.
- You operate without a brief. Markets don't wait for approval chains, and neither should you… because you know where the line is and you don't need a committee to find it.
- You're comfortable with the ambiguity of a company that ships constantly and reorganizes around opportunity.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic’s Safeguards Enforcement team detects and mitigates misuse of Claude, and much of that work depends on people: a growing human review workforce made up of full-time staff, contractors, vendors and BPO partners. As that workforce scales across a widening range of harm areas, the programs that bring people in, give them the right access, and roll them off cleanly have to keep pace.
As Program Manager for Safeguards Workforce Operations, you’ll own those programs end to end. You’ll run onboarding, offboarding, device provisioning and access provisioning for every worker type we use, working hands-on with the requests themselves while you build the processes that make them repeatable. You’ll partner with Enforcement leads to turn shifting priorities into capacity plans, and carry those plans through with our vendor partners. Because this role supports every Safeguards Enforcement program, you’ll also connect the dots across Anthropic, working with IT, People Operations, Security, Contingent Workforce, Human Data Operations and other teams running scaled human review to streamline practices and keep standards consistent.
This is a role for someone who likes fixing broken things at speed. The landscape moves quickly, priorities change often, and the work is an even mix of direct execution and program building.
Key responsibilities
Own the workforce lifecycle for contractor, vendor and BPO reviewers: onboarding, offboarding, device provisioning and access provisioning
Triage and execute inbound requests for new or changing vendor, BPO and contractor capacity
Turn ad hoc or broken processes into scalable ones, with clear owners, service levels and a system of record
Partner with IT and Security on access governance: least-privilege provisioning, timely revocation and regular access reviews
Build and maintain capacity plans with Enforcement leads, translating review demand into workforce needs and adjusting as priorities shift
Work with Safeguards vendor management to hold partners accountable to capacity and onboarding commitments
Align practices with Human Data Operations and other teams running scaled human review, and help them streamline their own workflows
Help define the long-term workforce strategy for Safeguards Enforcement
Minimum qualifications
Have personally run onboarding, offboarding, access and device provisioning for contractor, vendor or BPO workforces — doing the work, not only overseeing it
Have operated scaled human review programs with vendors or BPOs, such as trust & safety, content moderation or data annotation operations
Have taken a broken or ad hoc process, made it scalable, and brought other teams along in adopting it
Understand the fundamentals of capacity planning: how volume, handle time, quality targets, ramp and attrition turn into workforce needs
Exercise sound judgment on access and permissions, and know when to bring in IT or Security
Move quickly and stay effective when priorities change and information is incomplete
Build alignment through direct partnership with the teams you depend on
Preferred qualifications
Owned a vendor or BPO relationship directly, including service levels and business reviews
Built formal capacity models for review or operations workforces
Supported workforces across more than one enforcement or harm area
Hands-on experience with device management and identity and access tooling
Worked through a period of hypergrowth where programs had to mature alongside the organization
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:

Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
