Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live
our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
Little more about the team:
You'll be the product manager for our Canvas and Agentic AI teams - the teams building Honeycomb's AI-powered investigation experience. Canvas lets engineers use natural language to query, visualize, and understand their production systems. We're pushing well past chat: we're building Skills (pre-configured workflows that encode domain expertise into repeatable, executable actions), Auto-Investigations (agent-driven investigations that kick off before a human gets paged), and a rearchitected Canvas that's both interactive and collaborative.
You'll work in a tight triad with engineering and design leads, owning the roadmap for how AI shows up in Honeycomb, from the product UI to our MCP server. You'll partner with our Director of AI Strategy, Research & Development teams, and our customer-facing teams to stay grounded in what customers actually need while pushing toward something meaningfully different from what exists today.
This is a role for someone who can hold both execution and ambiguity: shipping production features while navigating a product space where the right answers are still emerging.
What you’ll do in the role:
Define AI product strategy in service of Honeycomb's vision
Synthesize AI trends, customer needs, and technical capabilities into clear strategic recommendations
Help the product organization understand where and how AI creates genuine customer value vs. where it's hype
Identify emerging observability challenges created by AI adoption (e.g., LLM drift, prompt regression, low-context generated code)
Make informed bets about which AI technologies and approaches warrant investment
Conduct research that bridges technology and customer reality
Build deep understanding of how customers are adopting AI in their engineering workflows
Identify patterns across customer conversations that signal future market needs
Stay current with AI/ML developments (RAG, fine-tuning, agentic systems, etc.) and translate implications for observability
Engage with technical communities, researchers, and early adopters to spot trends before they go mainstream
Enable AI innovation across the product portfolio
Partner with product teams to identify high-value opportunities to leverage AI capabilities
Provide guidance on AI approaches, trade-offs, and best practices without centralizing all decisions
Help teams understand how their work fits into our broader AI strategy and how to leverage shared capabilities
Synthesize cross-portfolio learnings and socialize what's working (and what isn't)
Evangelize the AI-observability connection
Articulate Honeycomb's point of view on AI observability both internally and externally
Help customers understand how observability needs evolve as they adopt AI
Contribute to thought leadership through writing, speaking, and community engagement
Build credibility with technical audiences who care deeply about how we use AI, not just that we use it
What you’ll bring to the role:
Proven AI product experience
5+ years in product management with at least 1+ year shipping AI/ML-powered products
Track record of taking AI features from concept to customer impact, including things that didn't work
Deep understanding of how engineering teams actually build, deploy, and operate AI systems (not just theoretical knowledge)
Familiarity with current AI/ML techniques and the judgment to know when they're applicable vs. overhyped
Strategic thinking with customer empathy
Ability to synthesize disparate signals (research, customer feedback, technical trends) into coherent strategy
Comfort operating with ambiguity and making decisions without perfect information
Pattern recognition across conversations—spotting what customers aren't yet saying clearly
Strong judgment about when to say "no" or "not yet" despite exciting technology
Technical credibility without needing to be the expert
Enough technical depth to have earned respect from engineers and architects
Genuine curiosity about how things work, paired with humility about what you don't know
Ability to evaluate trade-offs between different AI approaches (RAG vs. fine-tuning, model selection, etc.)
Understanding of observability principles and why they matter in production systems
Communication and collaboration skills
Excellent written and verbal communication—can explain complex ideas clearly to varied audiences
Ability to influence without authority across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams
Comfort presenting to customers, executives, and technical audiences
Collaborative mindset that elevates others' work rather than centralizing control
Curiosity and learning orientation
Demonstrated ability to stay current in fast-moving domains (AI is evolving weekly, not yearly)
Intellectual humility—you're more interested in learning than being right
Excitement about the intersection of AI technology and real customer problems
Energized rather than exhausted by the pace of change in AI
Base Salary based on level of experience
$272,739
—
$320,829 CAD
What you'll get when you join the Hive:
A stake in our success - generous equity with employee-friendly stock program
It’s not about how strong of a negotiator you are - our pay is based on transparent levels relative to experience
Time to recharge with unlimited PTO
A distributed-first mindset and culture (really!)
Home office, co-working, and internet stipend
Full benefits coverage for employees, with additional coverage available for dependents

- Experience operating mission-critical infrastructure with a strong understanding of reliability, scalability, performance, and operational efficiency.
The base salary range that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $300,000 to $450,000 USD, plus an annual performance bonus of up to 20% of base salary. A successful candidate’s actual base salary amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.

Coder's Revenue Enablement team is building out onboarding and ramp for every customer-facing function — SDR, AE, SE, CSM, and FDE. We're looking for a Sales Onboarding Program Manager who can own that curriculum end to end: designing, running, and continuously improving how new hires ramp from day one to full productivity.
This isn't a single-audience onboarding role. You'll build ramp programs that flex across distinct functions with different skill requirements — commercial, technical, and delivery — while keeping a consistent bar for what "ready" looks like across all of them. You'll work closely with our technical enablement and sales performance functions to make sure ramp content stays current with product, methodology, and process as the company scales.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and own the onboarding curriculum and certification framework for new hires across AE, SE, CSM, and FDE roles
- Build structured ramp timelines (30/60/90-day plans) with clear milestones, checkpoints, and certification gates for each function
- Partner with technical enablement, sales performance, and functional leaders to keep ramp content aligned with current product, methodology (e.g., MEDDPIC, deal qualification frameworks), and sales/delivery process
- Track and report on ramp metrics — time-to-productivity, certification completion, early performance indicators — and use that data to iterate on the program
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling for cohort-based onboarding (live sessions, shadowing, certification exercises)
- Build and maintain a scalable content/documentation system so onboarding materials stay current as the team grows and product evolves
- Gather feedback from new hires and their managers to continuously refine the program
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during their ramp period
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years in program management, enablement, or L&D, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technical sales environment
- Demonstrated ability to build structured, repeatable programs from scratch — not just run existing ones
- Strong project management instincts: you default to milestones, checklists, and metrics rather than ad hoc coordination
- Comfort designing curriculum for both commercial and technical audiences, or a fast learner's willingness to get conversant in technical sales motions
- Excellent written communication — you'll be creating a lot of the source material new hires learn from
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing

INTERVIEW PROCESS
We believe that the interview process should be transparent, consistent, and enjoyable. We value your time and hope to complete the interview process in two to four weeks, if schedules allow. Through your interviews, you will meet a mix of individual contributors, managers, and senior leaders.
AI USE DURING THE INTERVIEW PROCESS
As an AI company, Coder embraces the use of AI tools, and we want to be transparent about our expectations as you navigate our interview process.
Not permitted: Using AI assistance during conversational interviews.
Permitted: Using AI tooling for take-home assessments. Please flag where and to what extent it was used in your take-home. Your submission will not be penalized for using AI as long as it is done honestly.
OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models.
In accordance with New York City Local Law 144, an independent bias audit has been conducted on "Automated Employment Decision Tools"; results are available for Ashby https://www.ashbyhq.com/downloadables/ashby-bias-audit-08-2024.pdf.

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
You will be the first engineering manager for Growth Platform, and you’ll help shape its vision, starting with the Communications capability.
Today, running a growth experiment requires engineering work, code rollouts, and manual coordination. We are creating a new Growth Platform team with two core missions: enable 10x more experiments at quality, and own the shared notification platform that powers all notifications and transactional emails across Figma. Together, these capabilities help teams experiment faster and deliver reliable, personalized communications to users across every Figma product.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Build and lead the team: Hire the initial engineers for the Growth Platform’s first team. Set the team’s culture, operating rhythm, and engineering standards. Mentor engineers, create career growth opportunities, and help scale the organization as scope expands
Build capabilities that unlock new experiments: This isn’t about building an experimentation platform—it’s about building the product capabilities (personalized messaging, self-service publishing, cross-system integrations) that make it dramatically easier for teams across Figma to run growth experiments without engineering bottlenecks
Leverage AI to scale quality and speed: Explore and integrate AI-driven approaches—for brand consistency checks, visual quality validation, copy generation, and experiment governance—that allow experiment volume to grow without proportional growth in manual review
Provide hands-on technical leadership: Guide architecture decisions, review system designs, and make build-vs-integrate choices
Partner across the company: collaborate with Marketing to align on cross-channel messaging, partner with growth teams to identify platform capability needs, and work with product teams to ensure growth messaging improves rather than detracts from the end-user experience
Shape the platform vision: Define what to build next based on adoption, impact, and what you learn from each phase. The roadmap will evolve as we learn—you’ll be central to how it evolves
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
3+ years in engineering management, with a strong track record of building and shipping application platforms
7+ years of software engineering experience at the application or product tier
Experience driving outsized impact from small changes—say, a UI layout change that lifted growth 20%—and energized by enabling such wins at 10x scale
Demonstrate strategic insight to optimize impact for both longer and short term.
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, delivering continuous value while building toward a longer-term platform vision
Track record of prioritizing by impact, leveraging existing assets to accelerate, and scaling through platform-level thinking
Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, design, and data
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience at a product-led growth company during a period of multi-product expansion
Experience building platforms that enable non-engineering teams (marketing, design, content) to run experiments or publish content independently
Background in personalization systems, recommendation engines, or ML-driven content selection
Experience integrating with customer data platforms, marketing automation systems, or building user attribute services from product usage data
Familiarity with using AI for quality assurance, brand consistency, or content governance at scale
Experience with internationalization (i18n) and localization (l10n) infrastructure
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
Pay Transparency Disclosure
Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location.
Figma offers equity to employees, as well as a competitive package of additional benefits, including health, dental, and vision coverage; retirement benefits with company contributions; parental leave and reproductive or family planning support; mental health and wellness benefits; and paid time off. Figma provides paid sick leave, holidays, and other leave benefits in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the requirements of the Washington Minimum Wage Act and related regulations. Exempt employees are eligible for employer‑provided paid flexible PTO in addition to flexible paid sick leave. PTO is subject to manager approval. Additional benefits may include company recharge days, cell phone and home internet reimbursements, and a number of lifestyle spending accounts. Figma also offers sales incentive compensation for most sales roles and an annual bonus plan for eligible non-sales roles. All compensation and benefits are subject to applicable plan terms and may be modified by Figma at any time, consistent with applicable law.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, tech-forward product marketer to grow our Observability products by boldly positioning them and running campaigns to attract, convert and retain customers. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of the messaging and positioning for a broad product area. Then you’ll work closely with product managers and the marketing team to deliver campaigns, content, events, and training that help buyers buy (and sellers sell) our value.
Product Marketing lives within the Product org rather than the Marketing org at Grafana Labs, and we think differently about the job. Rather than purely executing launches or campaigns, we want PMMs to teach product managers and engineers in our org how to think about growth and demand, and to codify product marketing knowledge into AI-forward tools and processes that anyone in the organization can use. For example, we all contribute product information to a shared knowledge base, which we use to generate enablement materials and decks.
Grafana Labs is a fast-paced and growing organization. As such, this role requires strategic skills, an interest in teaching, and hands-on tactical execution (blogs, webinar outlines, video scripts, etc). Our team is full of people who crave impact and independence - if you are seeking a role with narrow scope where you run a defined playbook, this is not the job for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Actively partner with and teach product managers to define product value, messaging, and go-to-market strategy, from competitive positioning to sales enablement collateral.
Partner with product management, engineering and various go-to-market functions to create materials that help customers evaluate and adopt our products: reference architectures, implementation guides, detailed product information and more.
Own customer lifecycle campaigns (competitive positioning, retention, upsell/cross-sell) to strategically shape marketing programs and drive growth across the entire customer journey.
Conduct market and customer research to understand pain points, competition and opportunities.
Teach go-to-market and sales teams our products’ capabilities and the value they provide, deliver training and enablement, ensure customer facing teams are able to effectively engage with customers, partners, and prospects.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
4+ years of relevant experience (product marketing, solutions marketing, product management)
Experience with marketing and selling to a technical audience
A passion for open source, cloud native, and infrastructure technologies
Proven ability to take on complex projects and efficiently drive them from start to finish
Ability to clearly articulate the value of technical products to customers and sellers alike
Experience leading product or feature launches autonomously as well as part of a team
Experience working with AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to automate messaging and workflows
Comfort working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders in complicated processes
Strong product and technical curiosity that translate to clear packaging, positioning, and messaging
Demonstrated quantitative analytical skills for analyzing campaign performance, evaluating lifecycle metrics, and making data-driven recommendations.
Exceptional writing and communication skills
A high “say-do” ratio in executing and delivering impact
Compensation & Rewards:
In the US, the base compensation range for this role is $162,275 - $194,730. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
We're growing our Canadian Public Sector Delivery team and hiring Public Sector Delivery Analysts to help run some of the most consequential AI deployments in the country. You'll work alongside our Engineering Program Managers (EPMs), Technical Leads, and senior leadership to keep large, multi-stakeholder government programs organized, documented, and moving.
This is a hands-on delivery role for individuals who want exposure to enterprise AI and high-stakes program delivery while taking pride in making complex programs run smoothly. - Run the cadence. Own the meeting and reporting rhythm including agendas, scheduling, minutes, and follow-ups so every forum lands on time with clear next steps.
- Own the delivery artefacts. Build and maintain the plans, status reports, RAID logs, decision records, use-case registers, and traceability documentation that keep our engagements audit-ready and our clients confident.
- Keep the record straight. Maintain a single source of truth for program documentation in our public sector document management environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1–4 years of experience in technology or management consulting, professional services, or an in-house technical delivery team.
- Delivery discipline. You've run RAID, action, and decision logs, refined user stories, maintained project plans on real projects and kept them accurate and clear.
- Client presence. You can lead a working session in front of a client, read the room, and know what to say and what to hold.
- Strong written communication. You think through the message before you build the slide. Advanced PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Technical fluency. You're comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, environments, testing, and releases. You can talk with engineers and report back accurately.
- Follow-through. You close items without a second reminder and know what to escalate and when.
- Eligibility for a Government of Canada security clearance.
- Based in the Ottawa area.
- University Degree in Business/Commerce, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or similar preferred.
- Nice-to-have: High degree of French language proficiency.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is looking for ambitious generalists who want to turn difficult customer and business problems into better products and better ways of working.
In Product Operations, you will own a problem space from investigation through execution and measurement. You might uncover why customers abandon a workflow, build an AI tool that removes hours of manual work, or help a product team bring a new capability to customers. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and customer-facing teams, combining analytical rigor with the willingness to do the work yourself.
This role is designed for people who want substantial responsibility. You will build customer understanding, product judgment, technical fluency, and the ability to lead across teams. Strong performance can create opportunities for broader ownership in Product Operations, Product Management, Business Operations, or AI Operations, depending on your strengths and Ramp’s needs. Growth comes from sustained impact, demonstrated readiness, and available opportunities.
*Please note that this Product Operations role will require you to be comfortable with working in-person at our NYC HQ (located near Madison Square Park) at least 2 days/week*
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Ramp moves incredibly fast, and our specific Product Operations needs change regularly. Each Product Operations team member is assigned to a specific product, such as Bill Pay, Procurement, or Travel. Ramp moves incredibly fast, and our specific Product Operations needs change regularly. During the hiring process, we will discuss which product areas are hiring priorities and where you could make the greatest impact.
- Own customer and operational outcomes. Take responsibility for a defined problem, establish a baseline, and follow through until the experience improves.
- Find the underlying problem. Combine customer conversations, operational observations, and data to distinguish recurring causes from isolated symptoms.
- Make clear recommendations. Use your product sense and business acumen to size opportunities, compare tradeoffs, and help product partners decide where a process change, automation, or product investment will have the greatest effect.
- Build and improve workflows. Create practical tools and automations, including AI-assisted solutions, that reduce repetitive work and improve reliability. Validate outputs and measure whether people actually benefit.
- Bring changes into use with empathy. Own operational readiness, internal enablement, feedback collection, and follow-through after a launch or workflow change.
- Lead across teams. Define metrics, establish owners, resolve dependencies, communicate decisions, and keep important work moving when the path is unclear.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 2-6 years experience in banking, private equity, consulting, or in product management or business operations roles at a demanding startup. Level and compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
- A record of taking personal ownership and delivering outcomes beyond the initial analysis or recommendation.
- Strong quantitative reasoning: you can work with messy data, check assumptions, and translate findings into a decision.
- Customer curiosity and practical judgment about which problems matter most and how to solve them. Willingness and instincts to go talk to a customer when something is unclear. Ability to prioritize well and work on the most important problems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to earn trust for your arguments across technical and business teams.
- Resourcefulness, receptiveness to feedback, and evidence that you learn unfamiliar subjects quickly.
- Experience using AI tools to build something or improve a workflow, with a thoughtful approach to checking quality.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience building internal tools, using APIs or low-code platforms,
- Working with financial products, shipping software with AI assistance,
- Owning a launch can help you get started.

ABOUT US
Circle is building the world’s leading AI-powered, all-in-one platform for digital businesses. We make it possible for creators, coaches, educators, and businesses to bring together their audience with engaging discussions, live streams, events, chat, courses, and payments — all in one place, all under their own brand.
We’re proud to be a fully remote company of around 270 (and growing!) team members from 30+ countries around the world. We seek exceptional individuals around the world, set them up to do the best work of their lives, and in turn, create a meaningful impact in their own lives. We don't track hours, but we do manage for high expectations very closely. We collaborate across time zones, are highly async, and like to document a lot.
Twice a year, we bring the whole company together in beautiful places around the world for our company offsites. So far, we’ve hosted offsites in Turkey, Portugal, Mexico, Thailand, Colombia, Italy, Ireland, and more, with still more to come!

ABOUT THE ROLE
The AI Quality engineering team at Circle owns the foundation for measuring, diagnosing, and improving the quality of Circle's AI-powered features. This team focuses on building the infrastructure to measure, diagnose, and improve production AI systems, rather than ML research or model training.
We're looking for a Lead Engineer to help us build out the evaluation frameworks, observability tooling, and diagnostic infrastructure that tell us whether our AI Agents are working well, where to improve them, and how to make them faster and more cost-efficient.
This is a hands-on player-coach role. You’ll also lead and manage the AI Quality engineering team, with an ambitious and growing roadmap.
If you're excited about making AI systems work reliably, efficiently, and at scale, this is for you.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Build and own our evaluation infrastructure. Design the CI/CD pipelines, scorers, and datasets that tell us whether Circle's AI agents (planners, tool-callers, and sub-agents) are actually working, from a single tool call to a full multi-turn conversation.
- Diagnose exactly where quality breaks down. Trace failures across the agent pipeline including plan creation vs. execution, tool selection, tool trajectory in complex areas like workflows, site builder, and analytics. Turn what you find into prototypes that solve the issue or identify priorities for AI core engineering can help.
- Grow the datasets that make evaluation possible. Stand up annotation workflows and build out AI-generated and simulated conversations so we can cover more of the product faster than manual labeling alone.
- Run structured experiments across prompts, models, and the agent harness. Evaluate new and open-source models against our production baseline, build the framework we use to decide when to shift models, and chase cost and latency wins through model swaps, caching, and routing by plan complexity.
- Lead and grow the AI Quality engineering team. Set technical direction and manage day-to-day priorities, all while staying hands-on in the code yourself.
- Partner closely with AI Core engineering. Work with the engineers building Circle's AI products so they have real confidence that their changes are actually improving quality, not just shipping.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- 7+ years of experience building and shipping production software, ideally including LLM-powered agents that take real actions in a product. You've worked on complex, tool-using systems (multiple tools, planning or orchestration, sub-agents) not just simple, single-turn assistants, and you can walk us through something you shipped and how you knew it was actually working.
- Comfortable in Ruby on Rails / Python or ready to pick them up quickly. Ruby on Rails is our production system and the foundation that Circle’s AI Agents are built on and proficiency in Python is a strong plus, especially for the data and evaluation side of the work.
- Experience building evaluation or observability infrastructure for ML/AI systems. You've built eval pipelines, scorers, dashboards, or CI/CD for evals before and have experience with evaluation frameworks like Braintrust, LangSmith, or similar.
- Experience designing datasets, annotation workflows, or labeling pipelines for ML/AI evaluation. You know how to turn raw examples into a dataset you can trust through human annotation, AI-generated data, or simulation.
- Learn fast, experiment aggressively, and thrive in a highly dynamic environment. You’ll need to be comfortable running a lot of experiments and letting the results settle the argument, including the ones that don't work (which will be many of them in the beginning).
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity. You’ll need to learn and pick up new technologies when projects require it.
- Strong alignment with our company values https://circle.so/careers.
- You are proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading) at a CEFR Level C2 https://magoosh.com/english-speaking/english-proficiency-levels-a-guide-to-determining-your-level/ / ILR Level 5 https://www.govtilr.org/.
