On behalf of
Gaming Client #1
, SD Solutions is looking for a talented
Senior UI / 2D Artist.
We are looking for a
Senior UI / 2D Artist
with exceptional visual craft and a strong understanding of UX to create premium, highly polished interfaces for a
mobile social casino game
.
This is a hands-on artistic role for someone who can take a game feature from an initial idea or UX flow to a
fully realized, production-ready visual experience
. The ideal candidate combines strong UI thinking with outstanding 2D execution and understands how to make casino features feel intuitive, exciting, valuable, and visually rewarding
.
SD Solutions is a staffing company operating globally. Contact us to get more details about the benefits we offer.
.
We are looking for an artist who can consistently push the final result toward
premium social casino quality — bold, rich, exciting, and more visually spectacular than reality.
Responsibilities:
Design complete
UI solutions for game features
, from UX structure and interaction logic to final polished visual execution.
Create premium
pop-ups, win screens, reward screens, feature screens, buttons, panels, frames, icons, badges, banners, promotional elements, and other game UI assets
.
Translate Game Design and Product requirements into clear, intuitive, and visually compelling player experiences.
Apply strong
UX thinking
when defining information hierarchy, user flows, interactions, CTA priority, and overall feature clarity.
Create highly polished, dimensional UI with a strong sense of
depth, lighting, materials, contrast, composition, and visual hierarchy
.
Work confidently with
typography and advanced text treatments
, including dimensional lettering, gradients, bevels, shadows, highlights, glows, and premium title treatments.
Create convincing luxury materials and effects such as
gold, polished metal, glass, gems, glossy surfaces, reflections, illumination, glow, and rich decorative details
.
Maintain excellent readability and usability even within visually rich and highly detailed casino compositions.
Explore visual solutions quickly and turn concepts into
high-quality, production-ready assets
within project timelines.
Collaborate closely with the
Art Director, Game Designers, Product, and Development teams
, while taking ownership of UI quality and visual execution.
Requirements:
Senior-level portfolio
demonstrating exceptional game UI and 2D visual design skills.
Strong experience in
mobile games
, ideally social casino, slots, casino, or other highly polished game products.
Excellent command of
Adobe Photoshop
and professional 2D art workflows.
Exceptional skills in
typography and text effects
, with the ability to create expressive, highly polished game titles and messaging.
Strong
icon design and rendering skills
, including clear silhouettes, dimensionality, material definition, and premium finish.
Solid understanding of
UX principles
, player flows, interaction design, information hierarchy, and feature usability.
Ability to independently think through how a game feature should work — not only how it should look.
Advanced understanding of
composition, color, lighting, contrast, materials, depth, and visual hierarchy
.
Strong ability to create
realistic and semi-realistic rendered UI
rather than relying primarily on flat or vector-based design.
Ability to work
quickly, independently, and consistently at a high quality bar
, including under changing production requirements.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to push artwork from a good first pass to a truly polished, premium final result.
Advantage:
3D knowledge or experience
with tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, or similar.
Ability to use 3D as part of the UI art workflow for
icons, objects, materials, lighting, perspective, or base renders
, followed by high-quality 2D paint-over and polish.
Experience creating assets and visual systems specifically for
slot or social casino games
.
Understanding of animation/VFX principles for UI, including glows, light sweeps, particles, reward reveals, and win celebrations.
Visual Quality & Style
The UI should feel
rich, dimensional, glossy, illuminated, tactile, and highly polished
. Reflective gold, luminous gems, dramatic lighting, premium materials, bold typography, strong contrast, and theatrical effects are key parts of the visual language.
Special attention is given to
pop-ups, win screens, rewards, promotional features, and major player moments
— these should feel like visually impactful events rather than standard interface screens.
The goal is to create UI that is not only beautiful, but also
immediately readable and intuitive
: the player should quickly understand what happened, what is valuable, and what action to take next.

Reporting to the APAC Marketing Director, you will own the end-to-end execution of key marketing programmes—from event strategy and audience acquisition to on-site experiences, post-event follow-up and pipeline impact. How you’ll make an impact
- Lead the planning and execution of regional events, including industry conferences, executive roundtables, customer events, partner activations and owned experiences.
- Build integrated event campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, qualified pipeline and revenue opportunities—from pre-event acquisition through post-event nurture and conversion.
- Drive demand generation across online and offline channels to achieve MQL and opportunity targets, always looking for ways to unlock incremental growth.
- Partner closely with Commercial teams in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore to align event and campaign priorities with market needs, target accounts and pipeline goals.
- Apply an ABM lens to priority events and campaigns, creating personalised experiences and follow-up journeys for key accounts and buyer groups.
- Identify, test and scale new growth opportunities, including new verticals, audiences, partnerships, event formats and paid or organic channels.
- Develop strong regional campaign messaging and creative copy, and help build local content assets—including case studies, white papers, blogs, thought-leadership articles and event materials.
- Support localised product marketing initiatives and ensure regional programmes reflect market needs.
- Measure programme performance rigorously, translating results into clear recommendations and continuous improvement.
What we are looking for
- 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong track record in event marketing and demand generation.
- Experience managing events end to end, from strategy, planning and execution through to follow-up, measurement and reporting.
- A growth mindset: you are curious, commercially minded and always looking for smarter ways to create impact.
- Comfortable working through ambiguity and changing priorities; you can make sound decisions, bring structure to open-ended problems and keep work moving.
- Experience working in a fast-growing, fast-paced environment, with the resilience and adaptability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage several workstreams, stakeholders and deadlines at once.
- Experience with Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A natural storyteller who can turn market, customer and product insights into compelling messaging and experiences.
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on and proactive, with a strong “figure it out” mentality.
- Customer-obsessed, humble, curious and open to continuous learning.

Role Overview
The Strategic WFM Analyst sits in the Core Workforce Management (WFM) Planning & Operations Strategy team and is responsible for owning centralized forecasting, capacity planning, workforce cost optimization, and strategic headcount trade-offs across all lines of business (LOBs).
This role is a high-judgment governance function that moves beyond traditional scheduling and intraday monitoring.
It translates complex demand forecasts into defensible FTE, BPO, and overtime spend strategies, models capacity risks, and aligns executive stakeholders across Finance, Product, and Operations.
You should be exceptionally strong in WFM maths and financial analytics, exhibit deep strategic curiosity, navigate messy raw data effortlessly, and communicate recommendations with executive-level clarity.
What You'll Do:
— Translate multi-LOB demand forecasts into monthly and quarterly capacity, headcount, and budget requirements.
— Model workforce and financial trade-offs across internal FTEs, BPO partners, overtime spend, bonus hours, productivity shifts, and shrinkage.
— Analyze demand-funnel changes (e.g., product feature rollouts, AI bot deflection shifts) and quantify their exact capacity and dollar impact.
— Partner directly with Finance, Product, and Operations to validate baseline assumptions, enforce input SLAs, and align on staffing commitments.
— Draft concise, decision-ready executive memos and Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) for Directors and leadership.
— Conduct deep-dive root-cause analyses whenever operational actuals deviate from capacity plans, and establish corrective action paths.
— Standardize capacity planning frameworks, modeling templates, and operating standards across LOBs.
— Maintain deep forecasting competency to audit models, challenge underlying assumptions, and provide seamless coverage across the broader central WFM engine.
What We're Looking For:
— Strategic WFM Maths: Exceptionally strong quantitative background with deep expertise in WFM fundamentals (capacity modelling, Erlang, shrinkage, AHT, SLA/ASA trade-offs) and advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, SQL, or Python.
— Business & Financial Judgement: Demonstrated ability to connect operational queue dynamics directly to dollar exposure, hiring velocity, BPO costs, and SLA risk.
— Executive Communication: Superior strategic writing skills with a natural instinct to distil complex, multi-variable workforce analytics into scannable, 1-2 page decision memos.
— Cross-Functional Influence: Proven ability to establish governance frameworks, challenge bad assumptions with back-tested data, and align Finance, Product, and Operations leadership without formal authority.
— Blank-Page Ownership: High comfort operating in ambiguous environments with incomplete data, isolating what materially matters without requiring step-by-step direction.
WFM Analyst Profile:
Strong core WFM domain expertise with a strategic/Ops spike.
This is not a generalist role and not a passive, traditional scheduler role.
