On behalf of
DataTech Client #1
, SD Solutions is looking for a talented
Technical Project Manager
to lead client implementations of a product, a Master Data Management (MDM) platform that runs inside each client's own Databricks workspace and cloud environment.
You will own delivery from kickoff to go-live: planning the work, coordinating Frisco Analytics engineers with client data, security, and business teams, and keeping everyone clear on status, risks, and decisions. Because the platform is deployed in the client's environment, much of the work is shared with client teams, so clear and steady communication matters as much as technical fluency in this role.
SD Solutions is a staffing company operating globally. Contact us to get more details about the benefits we offer.
Responsibilities:
Delivery and planning
Run two to three concurrent product implementations end to end: scope, plan, schedule, budget, and go-live.
Break each engagement into workstreams such as environment setup, source system onboarding, match tuning, data steward enablement, and production cutover.
Track milestones, dependencies and resourcing, and fix slippage early rather than reporting it late.
Manage scope and change requests through a clear, documented process.
Client and stakeholder coordination
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for client sponsors, data owners, platform administrators, and business data stewards.
Coordinate the work clients own in their own environment, such as Databricks workspace access, Unity Catalog permissions, and cloud infrastructure, so it lands on time.
Facilitate decisions on match rules, confidence thresholds, and steward review workflows, and record who decided what and why.
Lead steering committee meetings and executive readouts.
Security and compliance support
Work with Frisco Analytics and product teams to support client security reviews and due diligence questionnaires during onboarding.
Ensure implementation team members follow the access, data handling, and confidentiality requirements that apply to client engagements.
Route security incidents or concerns to the right owners promptly.
Team leadership
Coordinate a delivery team of data engineers and consultants without direct reporting authority.
Run sprint ceremonies, stand-ups and retrospectives, and keep project tooling and documentation current.
Capture lessons learned to improve Frisco Analytics' implementation playbook.
How you'll communicate
Strong communication is the core skill of this role. You will be the person clients and engineers rely on to know where things stand and what happens next.
Translate between audiences.
Explain entity matching, golden records, and access permissions to business sponsors in plain language and turn business needs into clear requirements for engineers.
Write clearly.
Produce concise status reports, RAID logs, decision records, meeting notes, and project plans that a busy executive can scan in two minutes.
Run focused meetings.
Set agendas, keep discussions on track, close with owners and dates, and send follow-ups the same day.
Deliver hard news early.
Raise risks, delays, and scope issues directly, with options and a recommendation, before they become surprises.
Listen and ask good questions.
Uncover unstated requirements, client constraints, and concerns from security and governance teams.
Hold firm, kindly.
Push back on scope creep and unrealistic dates while keeping the relationship strong.
Present with confidence.
Lead steering committees, demos, and executive readouts for client leadership.
Requirements:
4 to 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years managing client-facing technical or data projects.
A track record of delivering data platform, data integration, analytics, or enterprise software implementations on time and within budget.
Working knowledge of cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake or similar) and at least one major cloud provider (AWS or Azure).
Understanding of data concepts such as data quality, data governance, role-based access control, and handling of personal data (PII).
Comfort with both Agile and Waterfall delivery, and the judgment to blend them for a client's needs.
Excellent written and verbal English, with examples of client-facing reports, presentations, or executive updates you have owned.
Experience with project tooling such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or equivalent experience.
Advantages:
Experience implementing Master Data Management (MDM), entity resolution, or customer 360 solutions.
Hands-on familiarity with Databricks Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, or Databricks workflows.
Exposure to AI or machine learning features in enterprise software, including how to explain human review and auditability to clients.
Experience supporting client security reviews, vendor due diligence, or compliance requirements such as SOC 2.
A PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar certification.
Consulting or systems integrator background, working across several clients at once.
About the company:
A Databricks-native SaaS platform built to consolidate enterprise data into a single AI-ready layer. The product covers three domains: master data management (MDM), relationship graphs, and product information management (PIM) — all governed and deduplicated via LLMs and running natively on the Databricks Lakehouse.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Head of Workplace & Facilities based in London, you will be responsible for ensuring our teams operate in environments that are not only functional and safe—but scalable, adaptable, and built for the pace of high-growth product development. From brownfield build-outs to continuous upgrades, you will translate company-wide requirements into fit-for-purpose, high-performance facilities.
You will own the planning, delivery, and management of all physical environments that enable engineering and company operations—from collaborative workspaces and lab floors to test zones and logistics areas. You will lead brownfield and retrofit programmes across our sites, ensuring they meet the exacting needs of modern robotics engineering
This is a highly cross-functional, technically grounded leadership role. You’ll partner with hardware, software, and operations teams to turn functional requirements into physical reality—ensuring that space never becomes a blocker to speed, safety, or innovation.
This role also includes accountability for general office management, including oversight of our workplace operations team and front-of-house function. You’ll ensure the daily experience in each site reflects our culture and values—providing a seamless, well-run environment for employees, visitors, and partners.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Facility Strategy & Planning
- Define and lead the physical environment strategy across lab, workspace, test, integration, prototype manufacturing, and office areas
- Translate functional and technical requirements from all parts of the business into clear, scalable space plans
- Lead site assessments, feasibility studies, and future planning across global locations
- Develop and maintain design standards for our labs and shared workspaces
Programme Delivery (Brownfield & Fit-Out)
- Own the full lifecycle of facility programmes: scoping, budgeting, planning, contractor management, delivery, and commissioning
- Oversee brownfield upgrades to enable evolving R&D, prototype manufacturing, and testing needs
- Manage external architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Coordinate delivery timelines with product, hiring, and operational roadmaps
Prototype Manufacturing & Lab Readiness
- Ensure infrastructure supports mechatronics-heavy workflows including actuator assembly, sub-system integration, electronics rework, and test rig operation
- Define layouts and utility requirements (power, ESD, ventilation, compressed air, equipment mounting, etc.) for in-house prototyping and low-volume builds
- Establish protocols for safe operation, material flow, and flexible reconfiguration of physical spaces
Office Operations & Workplace Experience
- Lead general office and workplace management across all global sites
- Oversee a dedicated office and reception team, ensuring smooth daily operations, visitor experience, and front-of-house service
- Maintain a welcoming, professional, and functional workplace aligned with our culture and operational rhythm
- Partner with People and IT to ensure workspaces support hybrid collaboration, new joiner onboarding, and employee well-being
Facility Operations & Lifecycle Management
- Set up and oversee systems for space allocation, access control, maintenance, and infrastructure monitoring
- Lead improvements in facility uptime, utilisation, safety, and team experience
- Manage shared infrastructure including lab services, AV, security, physical IT, and environment monitoring
- Maintain compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and relevant R&D standards
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, people, logistics, IT, and workplace operations
- Work with executive leadership to develop long-term facilities strategy, capital planning, and space forecasting
- Represent facilities in company-wide planning processes, including headcount growth and program milestones
- Drive alignment between physical infrastructure and company objectives
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 10+ years of experience in facilities, technical operations, or capital project delivery in R&D or advanced manufacturing environments
- Proven track record managing brownfield retrofits and complex fit-out programmes
- Strong technical understanding of infrastructure requirements for labs, prototype manufacturing, and mixed-use technical spaces
- Experience overseeing general office operations, reception, and workplace experience functions
- Fluency across building systems (power, HVAC, ventilation, ESD, security, etc.) and health & safety best practices
- Highly organised, delivery-focused, and skilled in leading cross-functional capital programmes from start to finish
Nice to have
- Experience in robotics, aerospace, automation, or electromechanical product development
- Familiarity with ISO/cleanroom environments, build/test zones, or controlled lab standards
- Track record building or scaling physical infrastructure in high-growth organisations
- Experience with real estate strategy, landlord/tenant negotiations, or hybrid campus models
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ days off, including 23 days annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.

OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
As a Staff Software Engineer, you’ll build core features for our flagship product, turning complex tax scenarios into simple, reliable experiences. You’ll bring a builder-first mindset: staying close to customer problems, using AI and modern engineering tools to move from idea to impact quickly, and taking ownership of outcomes—not just code.
You’ll work hands-on in a cross-functional team and bring deep expertise in either frontend or backend engineering, while collaborating effectively across the stack. You’ll help us raise the bar for scalable design, quality, maintainability, and AI-first software development.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DECISIONS:
- Partner with product management, design, and engineering to understand customer problems, shape pragmatic solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Own work end to end—from discovery and technical design through implementation, release, monitoring, and iteration.
- Turn ambiguity into action, make sound trade-offs, and deliver valuable increments without compromising long-term maintainability.
- Contribute to technical direction and strategy in support of the long-term product vision.
- Use AI-assisted development tools in your daily engineering work to accelerate exploration, implementation, testing, debugging, and documentation while maintaining high engineering standards.
- Critically evaluate, validate, and troubleshoot AI-generated output, using effective prompting and appropriate safeguards rather than accepting results at face value.
- Share effective AI-assisted development practices, encourage responsible experimentation, and help teammates improve how they use AI tools.
- Improve developer experience through tools, automation, and engineering practices that enable reliable, frequent delivery.
- Collaborate across product and platform teams, and contribute to an environment where people learn, grow, give constructive feedback, and raise challenges safely.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Professional software engineering experience (React, Node.js) and designing reliable backend services and APIs. Experience with React Native experience is a plus.
- Able to work effectively across system boundaries and collaborate with engineers outside your primary specialism.
- Use AI-assisted development tools in your daily engineering work to accelerate exploration, implementation, testing, debugging, and documentation while maintaining high engineering standards.
- Able to evaluate and troubleshoot AI-generated output, use effective prompting where relevant, and share practical learnings with teammates.
- Experience working with a public cloud environment such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with DevOps concepts and practices, including CI/CD, observability, and operating software in production.
- Understanding of core application and backend concepts such as authentication, databases, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and API integrations.
- A builder-first, pragmatic approach: You turn customer problems into shipped outcomes. You take initiative, test and learn quickly, and make clear trade-offs between speed, quality, maintainability, and risk.
- Passion for writing maintainable, elegant code and continuously improving how software is built.
- A collaborative, positive attitude and a willingness to challenge ideas constructively.
- You have a builder mindset. You thrive in environments where things are still taking shape, take initiative to move ideas forward, and find ways to create impact even when the path isn't fully defined.
- You embrace trying things out over waiting for perfect conditions, ship early to learn fast, and treat iteration as progress.
WHY TAXFIX?
- A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.
- Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions and yoga.
- A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like.
- Employee stock options for all employees—because everyone deserves to benefit from the success they help to create.
- 30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours.
- Work from abroad for up to six weeks every year. Just align with your team, and then enjoy your trip.
- Plenty of opportunities to socialise as a team. In addition to internal tech meetups, our international team hosts regular get-togethers—virtually and in person when possible.
- Free tax declaration filing, of course, through the Taxfix app—and internal support for all personal tax-related questions.
- Have a four-legged friend in your life? We’re happy to have dogs join us in the office.
Excited? So are we. Check out our Life at Taxfix page on LinkedIn to get a glimpse of our culture.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. - Be a partner to our Enterprise Sales and KAM teams on every broker situation: drive strategic decisions deal by deal and turn ecosystem knowledge into commercial leverage.
- Introduce the right broker contacts at the right moment in the commercial cycle, transforming relationship capital into pipeline access on large and very large accounts.
- Share Alan's value and positioning with broker partners to help them understand, represent, and actively promote Alan within their client portfolios.
- Hold the line on our non-negotiables while finding creative ways to make the collaboration work for both sides.
Sector Engagement & Anticipation
- Follow the broker market at deal level and ecosystem level: who is growing, who is consolidating, where portfolio shifts are happening, and what it means for Alan's pipeline and positioning.
- Be a sharp, early internal voice on where the broker market is heading and on the implications for Alan's strategy, including on consolidation, regulation, and competitive dynamics.
Build & Scale
- Knowledge base: Build and maintain a knowledge library on broker positions, portfolio footprints, engagement history, and contractual frameworks shared with Enterprise Sales and KAM teams to increase win rates.
- Framework & tools: Implement processes and AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of our broker engagement and contract documentation (conventions de courtage, commission tracking, data sharing agreements).
- Collaboration: Share best practices with the broader Enterprise & Commercial team and contribute proven methodologies to their scaled commercial operations.
- Market intelligence: Provide competitive intelligence on how brokers position Alan vs. incumbents, how they advise clients on insurer selection, and where we are perceived as "difficult to work with" — and feed that back into product, pricing, and GTM strategy.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
You’ll be a great fit for this opportunity if you:
- Have at least 8 years of total experience working with or inside the broker ecosystem: at a broker or in an external partnership or distribution role at a health insurer or mutuelle
- Have legitimate credibility at senior broker level: ability to engage managing director and senior leadership at major brokers as a peer, built through a personal representative past or years of substantive deal-level engagement on the insurer or employer side
- Have deep knowledge of the broker ecosystem in the large and very large employer segment: how brokers operate, how they are compensated, how they advise clients, and how they influence insurer selection at this scale
- Have deep understanding of health and prévoyance insurance: the technical dimension (garanties, gestion, régimes, prévoyance) must be native, not learned on the job
- Have proven ability to build trust with broker counterparts from the insurer or employer side: long-game, trustworthy, discreet, commercially disciplined
- Demonstrate outstanding stakeholder management: calm, ego-free, able to represent Alan substantively without making it about yourself and equally able to hold firm positions internally when sales pressure pushes toward broker accommodation beyond our framework
- Demonstrate commercial impact from prior broker-related work: broker relationships that translated into material deal flow, pipeline access, or portfolio migration
- Are a self-starter: comfortable building from scratch in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with limited process and real autonomy
- Are ego-free and lever-minded: you accelerate others, you don't seek the spotlight
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the F-H level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.

Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll help build the very AI-powered platform you use every day, with real autonomy over the features you ship. Wrike’s Work Intelligence Unit is building the foundation for a work delivery platform for humans and agents. MCP gives AI assistants secure, permission-aware access to Wrike, Skills help them use that access effectively and GraphQL provides a structured foundation for retrieving and acting on work data.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the product direction for Wrike’s AI Platform & Ecosystem, including MCP, Skills and GraphQL. You will make Wrike easier for AI assistants and agents to understand, use and extend.
This is a platform role with broad leverage. You will lead the core MCP team, help other Wrike teams create their own MCP tools and Skills where they hold domain expertise and give the GraphQL engineering team clear product direction on how its capabilities and tools should evolve. You will also own the publishing and ongoing quality of the Wrike MCP plugin across relevant AI marketplaces, including OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft.
Role Scope:
You will own the strategy and roadmap for Wrike’s agent-facing platform, working closely with the core MCP and GraphQL engineering teams complemented by Architecture, Security, customer-facing and product teams across Wrike.
MCP, Skills and GraphQL Strategy:
Lead the core MCP team and define the roadmap for how external AI assistants and agents securely interact with Wrike.
Define MCP standards and enable other Wrike teams to create high-quality tools for the domains where they have expertise.
Lead the discovery and creation of Skills that help agents and AI assistants use Wrike effectively, while establishing standards that other teams can follow.
Set the product direction for GraphQL and the tools built on top of it, ensuring its evolution improves the coverage and usefulness of Wrike Core.
Ecosystem, Quality and Distribution:
Own the publishing, maintenance and evolution of the Wrike MCP plugin across relevant marketplaces, including OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft.
Create a clear approach to MCP quality, reliability, governance, documentation and developer experience.
Work with customers, partners and internal teams to identify the highest-value agent workflows and improve them through feedback and usage data.
Translate technical trade-offs into clear product decisions; hands-on coding is not required.
What You Will Help Shape:
A scalable MCP and Skills ecosystem that lets AI assistants and agents securely understand and act on work in Wrike, while enabling Wrike teams to contribute their domain expertise.
GraphQL capabilities and tools that broaden the coverage and usefulness of Wrike Core for MCP, Skills, and future agent experiences.
A strong marketplace presence and high-quality plugin experience across the AI assistants where customers want to use Wrike.
Your Impact:
Make Wrike a trusted, useful system of action for AI assistants and agents working across customers’ existing ecosystems.
Give customers reliable, permission-aware ways to let AI assistants retrieve context and take action in Wrike.
Turn customer needs, ecosystem signals and technical constraints into a focused roadmap for MCP, Skills and GraphQL.
Enable other teams across Wrike to contribute agent-ready tools and Skills while maintaining shared standards for quality and governance.
Your Qualifications:
5+ years of PM experience in technical, platform, AI, developer, or enterprise software.
Experience with MCP and Skills, including how agents use tools and guidance to act effectively.
Technical fluency in AI agents, MCP, Skills, permissions, reliability, and developer experience; hands-on engineering is not required. GraphQL experience and an understanding of structured product data is a major advantage.
Use customer research, adoption data, experiments, and feedback to set priorities and improve outcomes.
Explain complex technical concepts clearly to engineers, customers, partners, and senior stakeholders.
Proactive and can-do: take ownership, solve problems, and adapt as you learn.
Why This Role Is Unique:
You will help define how Wrike becomes a trusted platform for AI assistants and agents, not just a destination where work is stored.
You will work at the intersection of agentic AI, developer experience, enterprise permissions, platform strategy and customer value.
The role is remote across the European Union, with a preference for Prague, Czech Republic and Cyprus.
