The Associate Renewals Manager owns a book of customer renewals end-to-end, following established playbooks to retain and grow revenue while building the skills to take on more complex accounts over time.
About the Role
Reports to: Manager, Renewals
This is an individual-contributor, tactical role focused on timely, accurate execution rather than strategic decision-making. The Associate Renewals Manager works under the general direction of Senior Renewals Managers and their manager, following specific instructions and frameworks in day-to-day work. Solutions and outputs are reviewed by more senior team members and/or the direct manager.
What You'll Do
Manage an assigned portfolio of customer renewals tracking key dates and driving them to on-time closure.
Have real, consultative conversations with customers throughout the renewal cycle to understand how they're actually using the product and where they're headed next.
Identify and surface expansion opportunities — additional seats, tiers, or modules — that come out of those conversations.
Probe for new use cases and unmet needs within existing accounts, connecting what customers describe to relevant GitLab capabilities they aren't yet using.
Prepare and send renewal quotes, order forms, and related documentation accurately and on schedule, structuring them to reflect any expansion identified.
Prepare and send renewal quotes, order forms, and related documentation accurately and on schedule.
Analyze moderately complex renewal situations (usage trends, contract terms, pricing) by reviewing existing account factors, escalating anything unusual to a senior team member or manager and helping to mitigate any risk identified.
Explain moderately complex renewal terms and issues to customers and internal stakeholders, working to build alignment.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to help identify expansion opportunities, resolve blockers and keep renewals moving.
Communicate proactively and transparently with customers and internal stakeholders, adapting to GitLab's communication framework.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM/renewals system for forecasting and reporting.
Prioritize tasks with guidance from more senior team members to drive quality, timely results.
Contribute to team goals by working collaboratively with peer RM’s.
What You'll Bring
Can execute basic renewal processes independently ("basic knots") and has been introduced to more advanced scenarios ("complex knots") such as multi-year deals, upsell-attached renewals, or non-standard terms.
Developing understanding of GitLab's way of working, values, and high-performance culture.
Awareness of GitLab's remote work best practices.
Growth mindset and sense of ownership — proactively seeks out ways to learn and improve, and takes action rather than waiting for direction.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; comfortable managing many renewals at once.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to follow defined processes and frameworks while flagging exceptions appropriately.
Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback and coaching from senior teammates and manager.

THE ROLE AND ITS IMPACT
We're building a brand-new Integration team to power automation at the heart of Xero. You'll design and build workflows and integrations that solve real business problems, removing genuine friction from how we operate. This is modern engineering work: applying software discipline through low/no-code and AI-native platforms, shipping fast, and seeing measurable impact within weeks, not quarters.
Your focus will span the full spectrum: collaborating with stakeholders to understand their pain, translating manual processes into robust automated designs, shipping end-to-end solutions to production, and owning them through monitoring and support. You'll Go Bold by taking problems from conception through delivery, and Go Further by helping shape a team and technology practice that's still forming.
THE TEAM AND HOW THEY CONNECT
This is a brand-new team within our Enterprise Technology function, who support Xero’s internal and customer-facing systems. We prioritise open, transparent conversations where everyone gets heard. We rotate leadership and responsibility to keep learning distributed and ownership shared. And because the team is new, there's real room to influence how we work and potentially the tools we use.
INITIALLY, YOU WILL FOCUS ON
- Ramping up our existing platforms (SnapLogic, Tray) and our engineering standards including source control, observability, error handling, retries and change control
- Shipping your first automations end-to-end, from requirement through to a monitored, documented workflow running in production
- Building working relationships with business stakeholders and learning to elicit requirements and translate them into robust automated designs
- Contributing to quality reviews and participating in our incident response and on-call practices
WHERE AND HOW YOU CAN WORK
This role can be based in Australia (East Coast) or New Zealand, we work a hybrid model with the flexibility to work from home combined with in-office collaboration.
HERE ARE SOME OF THE THINGS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Hands-on experience building workflows, integrations, or automations (whether that's through software engineering, integration platforms or middleware tools)
- Comfort using AI tools to solve logic problems and automate tasks, paired with a clear-eyed sense of when a deterministic design is the right choice instead.
- Your skill at eliciting requirements and bridging technical execution with business needs means you translate what people need into what they should build.
- You own work through to a monitored, documented, supportable state. Shipping quality solutions rather than cutting corners to go faster.
- A growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity: you'll help shape the team's standards and patterns as they form, and you're motivated to take on increasingly complex work over time.
Apply even if your experience isn't a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team.

About Onedome
We're a UK fintech building high-throughput digital infrastructure for the mortgage and property space. Recently acquired Trussle. We're taking our platform to the next level: fully automated, self-healing, observable, and built to handle real traffic spikes (we have a TV launch coming up).
The role
You'll be our senior platform engineer. Not a traditional ops role. You'll treat infrastructure as a product, build the internal developer platform our engineers deploy through, and bring SRE discipline into the application tier when it's needed.
You won't have a platform team to lean on. You'll be building that capability. We know exactly what we need.
What you'll do
Own 5 AWS accounts across the organisation (QA, Prod, Infra, plus two others)
Architect and maintain infrastructure as code with Terraform. Replace the click-ops that's still around
Stand up CI/CD pipelines engineers actually want to use. Blue/green and canary where it makes sense
Run releases reliably and reduce key-person risk on the deploy process
Set up monitoring, alerting, and incident response so we catch issues before customers do. Define SLIs and SLOs that map to real user journeys
Lead incident response as the primary infra responder. Run blameless post-mortems
Patch and harden the platform. We're a fintech, this matters. IAM least privilege, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, MFA enforcement
Lead infrastructure work for the TV launch: traffic spikes, autoscaling, capacity planning, runbooks
Partner with backend engineers when production issues cross into the app tier. JVM tuning, connection pools, async patterns, memory leaks
Architect multi-region DR. Drive the platform toward self-healing
Optimise cost across DynamoDB, Lambda, and the wider AWS footprint
Set architectural guardrails with tech leads and SWEs. Mentor engineers as the platform capability grows
You must have
6+ years hands-on AWS in production (VPC, IAM, EC2/ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, CloudFront, Route53, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS)
Production Terraform (Terragrunt a plus). Multi-environment state management
Production Kubernetes and Docker. EKS specifically
Strong CI/CD experience: GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, or ArgoCD. GitOps practices
Strong infrastructure security: IAM least privilege, secrets, patching, vulnerability scanning, MFA enforcement
Observability from scratch: CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, or ELK
Solid backend competency in Java (Spring Boot), Python, or Node. Understanding of JVM, concurrency, async systems
Comfort being the senior infrastructure person. Self-directed, opinionated, disciplined about documentation
B2/C1 Level English
Nice to have
Fintech or other regulated industry experience
DynamoDB at scale (we run many tables with PITR and S3 exports, Lambda-driven daily incrementals)
AWS cost optimisation track record
Past experience as a first infrastructure hire at a small team
Building internal developer platforms or self-service tooling
AWS DevOps Pro, Solutions Architect Pro, or CKA
Service mesh experience (Istio, Linkerd) and DevSecOps practices
Firebase or GCP exposure (we have a small footprint there)
What you won't get from us
A platform team to lean on. You'll be building that capability
Click-ops everywhere. You'll be replacing what exists with IaC
Ambiguity about the work. We know exactly what we need
Working setup
UK working hours.
Fully remote across the EU
Tooling: Microsoft 365, Teams, Planner, Nuclino, GitHub
aws-vault with MFA enforcement on all accounts
Sustainable on-call rotation
Salary: $4,000 – $5,000 / month
Location: San Francisco, California; New York, New York

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Global Security Program Manager on Notion’s Global Safety & Security team, you’ll help protect our people, workplaces, and operations across a distributed global portfolio. This role exists to bring greater consistency to physical security programs as Notion scales—strengthening technology, vendor operations, incident readiness, and local execution without losing the welcoming experience we want employees and guests to feel. You’ll work across Workplace, People, IT, Legal, business leaders, vendors, and building partners, balancing hands-on operations with repeatable program design. This is a remote role based in the United States, with travel to Notion offices, events, and other locations expected—up to 50% based on operational needs.
A GREAT TUESDAY:
- Review regional differences in access control or visitor management and turn them into clear priorities for the global parity project.
- Work with a vendor or building manager to resolve a security gap, balancing local context with global standards.
- Draft an incident update, using AI to improve clarity, then validate the details and judgment behind the message.
- Coordinate international project work while responding thoughtfully to an urgent operational issue.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- By your 90th day, kick off a global physical security parity project that creates shared visibility into regional practices, gaps, and priorities.
- By your 90th day, use AI to accelerate clear, effective communications, reduce busywork, and keep detail-heavy work accurate and reviewable.
- By the end of your first year, take ownership of Notion’s physical security technology program, improving how systems, data, and operating practices support safe and resilient workplaces.
- By the end of your first year, demonstrate program ownership in one major physical security or safety pillar, such as business continuity and disaster recovery, event security, travel risk management, monitoring operations, crisis management, guard force operations, or governance.
- By the end of your first year, deliver multiple international projects with clear plans, sound judgment, and effective coordination across regions, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Demonstrated ability to own physical security or safety programs across multiple sites or regions, including security technology, access control, incident response, or vendor operations.
- Effective project management skills, with the ability to move multiple international projects from ambiguity to clear plans, decisions, and delivery.
- Clear, thoughtful communication with internal partners, vendors, building management, and local stakeholders—especially when translating security requirements into practical action.
- A service-oriented approach and eagerness to help create secure, welcoming workplace experiences; you bring curiosity, ownership, and sound judgment to how you work with others.
- Novice AI proficiency and a willingness to use AI as a practical collaborator for communication, accuracy checks, documentation, and reducing repetitive work.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $208,000 – $233,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.

An overview of this role
As a Staff Security Governance Engineer, you will be the individual contributor who owns how GitLab writes, maintains, communicates, and measures its security policies and standards. You will turn emerging regulations, including AI regulation, into clear requirements that engineering, product, and legal teams can act on, and you will use automation to keep governance lightweight and continuous rather than a point-in-time exercise. You will sit on the Security Governance team within Security Assurance and work closely with Security Compliance, Security Risk, and GRC Engineering. You will report to the Director, Customer Trust & Security Governance.
What you'll do
Policies and standards
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of GitLab's security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines: drafting, stakeholder review, approval, publication, annual review, and retirement.
Define and run the exception management process, including risk-based approvals, expiry tracking, and trend reporting that shows where policies need to change.
Run policy attestation and investigate non-adherence.
Keep policies clear, practical, and aligned with how GitLab's engineering teams work in a DevSecOps environment.
Regulatory and framework alignment
Monitor emerging regulations and standards (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, sector or regional requirements) and partner with Legal well ahead of compliance deadlines to assess impact and update policy.
Maintain mappings between our policies and frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, FedRAMP, and NIST CSF, so requirements are written once and reused.
Measurement and assurance
Define KPIs for policy adherence and report trends to Security leadership.
Run targeted internal assessments of adherence and drive remediation to closure.
Support audit activities by coordinating evidence, testing, and remediation management.
Customer trust
Support customer questionnaires and customer meetings, and help turn recurring customer requests into better policies and self-service content.
Automation and AI
Identify and implement automation and AI-assisted workflows for policy management, evidence collection, control monitoring, and assessment work, in partnership with GRC Engineering.
Technical leadership
Act as a technical and program leader across Security, Product, Legal, and Engineering, influencing without direct authority.
Mentor other team members and help set the direction of the Security Governance roadmap.
What you'll bring
10+ years in security governance, GRC, or IT risk, with hands-on ownership of a policy and standards lifecycle and measurable outcomes, ideally at a global technology company.
Working knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, FedRAMP, and NIST CSF, including how to put them into practice, not only how to read them
Experience creating and maintaining an enterprise Information Security Management System (ISMS), ideally including hands on involvement in ISO 27001 certification or recertification.
Understanding of cloud, SaaS, and DevSecOps practices, and the ability to write policy that engineers will follow.
A risk-based mindset that balances compliance with real security risk.
Demonstrated use of automation or AI to reduce manual GRC work.
Strong written and verbal communication, including translating technical concepts for engineers, executives, auditors, and customers.
Experience collaborating with Security, Product, Legal, and Engineering.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar are highly desirable.
What success looks like
First 30 days: Assessed the current policy library and exception process, built relationships with key stakeholders, and proposed a prioritized roadmap.
First 90 days: Uplift the existing security policy library to align with NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27017/27018/42001, and PCI-DSS.
First 120 days: A refreshed review cadence is in place, exception reporting is running, and can demonstrate a measurable improvement in policy adherence.
First six months: Develop Policy as Code and collaborate with Security, Product, Legal, and Engineering for implementation into existing workflows.
About the team
The Security Assurance organization helps GitLab build and maintain trust by strengthening how we approach security, compliance, and risk. Security Governance sits within it and owns customer trust, security awareness, policies and standards, and other governance functions. Our counterparts are Security Compliance, Security Risk, and GRC Engineering.
You will join a small team of four direct reports under the Director, where each person has broad scope and visible impact. We work remote-first and asynchronously, and we write things down and share them openly, so you'll draft and revise policies and standards in the open with input from Security, Legal, Product, and Engineering.

We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.

Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
We're hiring a Senior Developer Advocate to be the face and voice of 1Password's developer story — especially our push into identity and access control for AI agents. You'll build hands-on demos and videos that show developers exactly how to use 1Password, carry that content into a genuine presence on Reddit and X, grow the community around it, and represent 1Password on stage at major developer conferences.
You'll report to the Director of Developer Relations as an individual contributor.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
What You'll Do
- Build demos and videos. Hands-on, code-first demos and short-form videos showing developers how to use 1Password — particularly for securing AI agents, service accounts, and machine identities.
- Build a social presence. Own and grow 1Password's developer voice on Reddit, Youtube and X — daily posting, engaging in threads, answering questions, participating authentically in developer communities.
- Represent us at conferences. Speak at and represent 1Password at major developer conferences (AWS re:Invent, KubeCon, and others), turning in-person moments into demos, clips, and content that keep working after the talk ends.
- Shape open source strategy. Prioritize and guide what 1Password open sources — SDKs, integrations, MCP servers/tools — and how that drives developer trust and adoption.
- Create supporting content. Blog posts, tutorials, and reference code that give developers something to copy, fork, and ship.
- Build community. Turn one-off engagement into an ongoing developer community — repeat contributors, recurring conversations, people who show up because they trust the voice, not just the content.
What We're Looking For
- Technical fluency: 5+ years in technical roles (software/platform engineering, developer advocacy, solutions engineering, or similar). Comfortable writing real code for demos, not just narrating slides.
- Existing X, Youtube or Reddit presence as a technical voice, with a track record and an audience.
- Agent-building experience: Hands-on experience building AI agents and working with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Content production skills: Can conceive, script, build, and edit demo videos and short-form content.
- Community-building experience: Has grown a developer community from scratch or materially expanded one — not just posted into an existing audience.
- Open source judgment: Experience contributing to or maintaining open source projects.
- Public speaking: Experience speaking at major developer conferences (re:Invent, KubeCon, or similar).
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills.
Bonus points:
- Experience with security-conscious developer communities or products (identity, auth, DevSecOps).
- Contributions to or maintenance of MCP servers, agent frameworks, or related open source tooling.
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $133,000 USD and $186,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.

Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) embeds with our most strategic customers to build production AI systems on Claude. The team takes on work where no playbook exists yet, turns what works into repeatable patterns for partners and our field teams, and brings what it learns back to Product and Research. Demand for FDE is well ahead of the team's capacity, and the team is growing quickly across the Americas, Europe and Asia.
We're hiring a dedicated Strategy & Operations Lead for FDE. You'll be the strategy partner to FDE leadership and own the plan: headcount and capacity, the mix of work the team takes on, how engagements are priced and measured, and how more of the work moves to partners. You'll run the business reviews and build the reporting leadership uses to make these calls.
You'll sit on our GTM Strategy & Operations team, dedicated full time to FDE. You'll work closely with Finance, Deal Desk, Legal, Revenue Operations, Partnerships and Applied AI, and with the FDE program leads who run pre-sales and delivery. This is a hands-on role. You'll build the models and dashboards yourself and use Claude to automate as much of the reporting as you can.
Key responsibilities:
Own the plan.
Build FDE's annual and quarterly plan: headcount and hiring by region and role, capacity, utilization, and the mix of commercial, research and mission-driven engagements.
Model demand and capacity.
Build the demand, capacity and staffing models behind the plan, with scenarios leadership can use for hiring and prioritization decisions.
Run the business reviews.
Lead FDE's monthly and quarterly reviews. Set KPIs with FDE leadership, own the scorecard, and write the materials for GTM and company leadership.
Build the reporting.
Work with Revenue Operations and Data Science to get engagement, staffing and outcome data into our systems so reporting runs without manual work. Measure what engagements lead to: production launches, consumption, expansion, and patterns partners reuse.
Shape the commercial model.
Partner with Finance, Deal Desk and Legal on how FDE engagements are priced, packaged, discounted and contracted, and track the economics of the portfolio.
Scale through partners.
Build the plan and the economics for moving more work to delivery partners: which engagements partners own, co-deliver or get Anthropic advice on, what capacity they need, and how we measure their quality and cost.
Design the org.
Work with FDE leadership and People on new roles, manager spans and where new headcount lands as the team grows.
Lead cross-functional projects.
Take on questions that span Sales, Applied AI, Customer Success, Product and Research, from defining the problem through to a decision and a working process.
Automate with Claude.
Use Claude Code and agents to build and run the models, dashboards and workflows this role depends on.
Minimum qualification:
Have worked in strategy and operations, business operations, strategic finance or consulting, including direct work with a professional services, implementation, solutions engineering or forward deployed team
Understand how a services business makes and loses money: utilization, staffing mix, rates, backlog and margin, and how they connect to customer outcomes
Can build a capacity or staffing model from scratch, explain every assumption in it, and pull the data yourself with SQL
Have run planning cycles and business reviews for a senior leader and written the materials yourself
Have taken an unclear question to a recommendation, a decision and a process that other teams still use
Earn the trust of senior technical and commercial leaders and can influence them without direct authority
Are comfortable working fast with imperfect data and simple processes that you improve as you go
Use AI tools in your own work today and want to push that much further
Are excited about Anthropic's mission to build AI that is safe and beneficial
Preferred qualification:
10+ years in GTM strategy and operations, business operations or consulting
Built the operations of a professional services or FDE team through a period of fast growth
Worked on services pricing, statements of work and deal terms with Finance and Legal
Built or managed delivery partner programs, including subcontracting, co-delivery and partner economics
Experience in a consumption or usage-based business, including tying services work to product usage
Enough technical fluency to talk with engineers about how LLM applications are built (agents, evals, MCP)
Experience with Salesforce and professional services automation (PSA) tools
Experience at an AI, cloud or developer infrastructure company
Experience preparing materials for executive and board audiences
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$270,000
—
$310,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About
Customer.io
Over 9,000 companies — from scrappy startups to global brands — use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day.
Customer.io
powers automated communication that people actually want to receive. We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data.
About the role
Hi, my name is Lauren, Senior Manager of Customer Success at
Customer.io
, and I'm looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Mid-Market, APAC or EMEA team.
You'll own the success of a dedicated portfolio of roughly 40-60 Mid-Market customers — acting as their strategic advisor from onboarding through long-term adoption, and driving commercial outcomes across your book of business. You'll partner closely with Account Management, Technical Support, Product, Solutions, and Engineering to help customers realize real value throughout their lifecycle.
We don't need you to be a marketing expert or a deeply technical one. We need someone who's an expert at asking the right questions — someone who digs until they find the real problem, not just the reported one, and who can influence a customer to make progress and move through blockers. You'll be curious and eager to understand our app well enough to take a customer's use case and turn our features into outcomes that matter to them.
What we value
Curiosity about the business behind the customer:
You're genuinely interested in how companies operate and enjoy learning your customers' industries and goals. You ask about the
why
behind a request before recommending a solution.
Trusted advisor, not ticket-taker:
You build relationships that turn you into a strategic partner rather than someone who simply answers questions. You have well-formed opinions about customer experience and aren't shy about sharing them.
Ownership of commercial outcomes:
You see CS as a value and growth engine. You take ownership of outcomes across your book and naturally look for opportunities to create more value, partnering with AM on retention and expansion.
Comfort in ambiguity:
You thrive on complex, open-ended customer challenges — bringing together business context, technical understanding, and creativity to solve them. You're calm under pressure, highly organized, and able to juggle competing priorities across a full portfolio.
AI-forward thinking:
You're comfortable using AI tools to improve your own productivity and your customers' outcomes, and you bring a growth mindset toward experimenting with new AI-powered ways of working.
What you'll do
Manage a dedicated portfolio of ~40-60 Mid-Market customers as their strategic partner across the full customer lifecycle
Lead onboarding — running kickoffs and milestone check-ins, and guiding customers to their first measurable outcomes
Build a deep understanding of each customer's goals and translate them into measurable, mutual success plans
Provide proactive, consultative guidance through regular strategic touchpoints and value-driven conversations
Monitor customer health, spot adoption trends, and address risks before they impact success
Partner with Account Management to support retention and expansion, and coordinate with Technical Support, Product, Solutions, and Engineering when deeper expertise is needed
Own escalations end to end — from identification through resolution — keeping customers informed and confident throughout
Advocate for your customers internally by sharing product feedback and influencing improvements to the customer experience
Drive AI adoption across your portfolio — coaching customers on AI-powered solutions and modeling what AI-native Customer Success looks like
Contribute to the broader CS organization by sharing best practices, improving playbooks, and participating in webinars and enablement initiatives
What we're looking for
2+ years as a Customer Success Manager for technical products, in a SaaS environment
Experience communicating with software developers in a technical capacity
Opinionated about customer experience — you should have well-formed views in order to give customers strategic advice
Fluency in French, Russian, and/or Spanish (we are prioritizing multilingual candidates for this role)
Located in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom or Ireland
Bonus: experience designing lifecycle messages
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in transparency. The salary for this role is
$80,000 USD
(or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment. In addition to base salary, this role includes an equity grant in the form of stock options, so you share in the success you help build.
We know our people are what make us great, and we're committed to taking great care of them. Our inclusive benefits package supports your well-being and growth, including
100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family
. We also offer
16 weeks paid parental leave, unlimited PTO
, stipends for remote work and wellness, a professional development budget, and more.

An overview of this role
As a Professional Services Technical Architect at GitLab, you'll lead the technical direction of customer engagements from early scoping and discovery through delivery. You'll design high-level architectures and implementation plans for GitLab infrastructure and functionality, and you'll make sure deliverables align with customer requirements and the Statement of Work (SOW). You'll coordinate and guide implementation work across GitLab Professional Services and partner consultants, support customers deploying GitLab in cloud and on-premises environments using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and the GitLab Environment Toolkit, and perform migrations to GitLab using Congregate. You'll provide DevOps and DevSecOps consulting and best practices, contribute reusable collateral such as documentation, delivery kits, and training materials, and share product release updates to help the team deliver consistent outcomes. This role combines deep technical expertise with customer-facing leadership in GitLab's remote, asynchronous, and values-driven environment.
What you’ll do
Designing and delivering GitLab reference architecture implementations for both self-managed and cloud environments, using infrastructure as code practices
Leading source code management and CI/CD migrations to GitLab, including large-scale enterprise moves using Congregate
Building repeatable delivery kits, documentation, and enablement materials that help Professional Services and partners deploy and adopt GitLab best practices
Lead the full technical delivery lifecycle for GitLab Professional Services engagements, from early scoping and technical discovery through implementation and handoff.
Produce high-level and detailed technical designs for GitLab infrastructure and functionality, ensuring deliverables align with customer requirements and expectations.
Evaluate and communicate scalability and security considerations (including compliance constraints) in proposed GitLab reference architectures and implementation plans.
Deploy and configure GitLab in customer environments, including on-premises and major cloud providers, using Terraform, Ansible, and the GitLab Environment Toolkit (GET) aligned to reference architectures.
Plan and execute source system migrations to GitLab using Congregate, partnering closely with customer stakeholders to reduce risk, protect data integrity, and minimize downtime.
Provide DevOps and DevSecOps consulting and best-practice guidance, including advising on internal frameworks such as the Delivery Governance Framework (DGF) and GitLab Flow.
Coordinate and oversee implementation work across GitLab team members, partners, and customer points of contact (POCs), ensuring clear asynchronous communication and decision capture, effective execution, and high-quality outcomes.
Mentor Professional Services and partner consultants by contributing documentation, delivery kits, and training materials, and by leading enablement sessions on how to deliver and position service offerings.
Maintain and improve delivery automation assets with an emphasis on code cleanliness, maintainability, and appropriate unit/integration testing.
Support scoping and Statement of Work (SOW) creation with Professional Services Engagement Managers, stay current on monthly GitLab releases, and help Regional Delivery Managers with technical vetting and staffing assessments while maintaining a 55% billable utilization.
Review and provide input to Professional Services training materials and presentations
Develop case studies, presentations, design documentation, and best-practice methodologies
Work closely with customer project teams to ensure accurate task-level articulation of work required
What you’ll bring
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to lead technical discussions with customers and partners and communicate risks/trade-offs clearly in an asynchronous environment.
Prefer location in PST, MST or CST timezone alignment.
Comfortable with up to 30% travel at times.
Demonstrated experience delivering two or more of the following consulting services: source code management migration, cloud architecture, DevOps engineering, or continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) consulting services.
Enterprise software development experience, with the ability to translate requirements into clear technical designs and implementation plans.
Progressive DevOps platform experience, including designing and implementing reliable, scalable systems with clear performance and security trade-offs.
Hands-on experience deploying and managing infrastructure in cloud providers and on-premises environments, including using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
Ability to write clean, maintainable automation/integration code (e.g., Terraform modules, Ansible roles, scripts) and validate changes with appropriate testing and code review.
Experience performing migrations to GitLab, including using Congregate or similar migration tooling.
Working knowledge of data consistency and integrity concepts (e.g., ACID properties) and how they impact migration design and performance trade-offs.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Comfort working in a remote, asynchronous environment, using documented decisions (e.g., issues, proposals, and runbooks) to keep work unblocked across time zones while collaborating effectively across GitLab team members, partners, and customer stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other advanced technical degree, or equivalent experience
About the team
The Professional Services Technical Architect is part of GitLab's Professional Services organization. We partner with customers who are transitioning to GitLab, expanding how they use an existing GitLab installation, or planning complex upgrades to their infrastructure and processes. Our team brings a diverse set of skills across GitLab deployment, maintenance, and day-to-day usage, along with deep technical knowledge of adjacent tools and platforms. Working closely with Engagement Managers, partner consultants, and customer stakeholders, we focus on delivering high-quality outcomes, sharing best practices, and helping customers realize faster time to value from their GitLab investment. We operate in GitLab's remote, asynchronous environment and rely on clear documentation and transparent communication to collaborate effectively.
This role models skills and behavior aligned with GitLab Values and typically reports to the Regional Delivery Manager. As a Professional Services Technical Architect, you will work more independently than an associate consultant, leveraging deep technical expertise to drive customer outcomes.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Payward Services (PWS) is the Infrastructure arm of Payward, the parent company of Kraken, whose businesses span trading, payments, custody, banking, asset management, and services. PWS gives regulated businesses direct API access to the infrastructure that has powered Kraken for 15+ years.
Payward holds 100+ regulatory licences, operates in 190+ jurisdictions, and processes $2T+ in annual volume. Payward has also applied for a national trust company charter to offer custody and trust services to institutional and high-net-worth clients across the U.S. The company is backed by strategic investors including Citadel Securities, Jane Street, Deutsche Börse, and Nasdaq.
Operated through Paywards’s regulated entities, custody combines segregated client accounts, institutional-grade key management and cold storage, independent audit and control reporting, and direct connectivity into Kraken's exchange, staking, and financing rails. Clients get the security posture of a dedicated custodian alongside the liquidity and product depth of one of the longest-running exchanges in crypto.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As Senior Sales Lead, Custody & Wealth Management, you will lead the go-to-market efforts for Payward custody offering, including qualified custody, across two motions:
Institutional custody sales: Sell to banks, neobanks, fintechs, payment companies, brokerages, exchanges, asset managers, and any business that needs regulated digital asset custody, globally.
B2B2C wealth solutions: Work with Product to design and launch embedded custody and digital asset solutions. Private banks, wealth managers, family offices, and platforms serving high-net-worth clients can offer these to their own clients under their own brand, alongside PWS staking, trading, payments, and tokenized assets.
You will report to the Global Head of Sales, Payward Services, as a senior individual contributor. You will work closely with Solution Engineering, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Onboarding, and act as the voice of the custody and wealth market in roadmap discussions.
Lead and help define the global GTM strategy for Custody across institutional segments, asset managers, ETF and fund issuers, hedge funds, market makers and prop firms, banks and wealth platforms, corporates and treasuries, family offices, token issuers and foundations, and exchanges requiring third-party custody.
This role will be expected to:
- Grow assets under custody and custody revenue as the primary outcomes, with clear ownership of targets, forecasting, and pipeline discipline
- Develop commercial frameworks across custody, trading, and yield products including vaults and staking.
- Lead revenue across a range of relationships from long cycle RFP driven enterprise mandates to mid-market motion for funds, corporates, and crypto-native clients who need to onboard fast.
- Own the full client lifecycle from qualification and diligence through agreement negotiation, onboarding, and expansion into staking, trading, collateral, and settlement.
- Build and scale a revenue growth in the custody and wealth management vertical across a global Sales and BD organization, with an AI-first approach to tooling, pipeline management, and operational efficiency.
- Establish Payward as the default custodian across the institutional ecosystem, fund administrators, wealth managers, family offices, consultants, prime brokers, OTC desks, and the service providers who shape custodian space.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Finance to align commercial strategy with platform capability and the regulatory perimeter of each entity
- Expand Payward’'s custody footprint across the UK, Europe, US and APAC and other priority markets, with a clear view on licensing constraints and how to sequence market entry
- Feed the product roadmap with structured client demand: asset and chain coverage, staking, reporting and integrations, collateral mobility, and off-exchange settlement
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of experience building and scaling B2B or B2B2C revenue organizations within digital asset custody, Wealth management, traditional custody and asset servicing, or regulated financial infrastructure
- Proven track record closing and expanding complex, long-cycle mandates with institutional clients where security, regulatory, and operational diligence sit at the center of the buying decision
- Deep understanding of the wealth management space, how institutions actually select a custodian, risk and investment committees, operational due diligence, asset segregation and bankruptcy remoteness, insurance, audit and control reporting, and multi-custodian mandates
- Deep experience structuring custody economics: AUC-based pricing, minimums, revenue-share models, and multi-product commercial agreements
- Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and executive presence at the C-suite and board level
- Experience building and leading high-performing global Sales and BD teams
- Demonstrated ability to implement AI-first sales tooling, CRM discipline, and scalable go-to-market systems
- International experience strongly preferred; US and European market knowledge
- Genuine conviction in crypto and the future of financial market infrastructure or deep, transferable expertise from traditional custody, fund services, or prime brokerage with a clear path to crypto fluency
NICE TO HAVES
- Direct experience selling qualified custody, staking, or prime brokerage services to institutional clients
- Relationships across the institutional service provider ecosystem: fund administrators, auditors, consultants, transfer agents, and ETF issuers
- Working knowledge of institutional key management (MPC, HSM, multi-sig), cold storage architecture, off-exchange settlement, and collateral mobility
- Familiarity with KYC/AML frameworks and digital asset licensing regimes across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience scaling a B2B sales motion from founder-led or relationship-led origination to a structured, team-driven engine
- Experience selling into token issuers, foundations, and protocol treasuries alongside traditional financial institutions
- Exposure to staking economics, validator operations, and the reporting institutions expect around both

Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
We are looking for a Deputy Regional Information Security Officer to own ICT security, operational resilience, and regulatory compliance across a portfolio of entities at different stages of maturity, from established licensed operations to new markets launching under frameworks. This is not a support function. You will be the named security officer for your entities, accountable to their boards and their regulators.
This is a high visibility, high trust role for a security governance professional who thrives at the intersection of technology, compliance, and financial services, and who is energised by applying established group frameworks to the local needs of a growing regulated entity.
Payward is one of the world's most trusted and secure digital asset platforms, operating across a growing network of regulated entities spanning Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. As we expand into new markets and deepen our regulatory footprint, the demand for embedded, senior-level ICT security leadership at the entity level has never been higher.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Prepare, contribute and report to regional risk governance and board committee meetings, highlighting control status, risk exposure, and readiness
- Execute risk assessments and control testing across UAE operations in line with VARA cybersecurity guidelines and security best practices
- Maintain and review Business Impact Assessments (BIA), integrating findings into global resilience planning
- Contribute to Business Continuity Plan (BCP) documentation, testing, and updates, including entity-specific scenarios
- Collaborate with Group Security and IT to:
- Align UAE-specific regulatory controls with global policies and control frameworks
- Contribute to the development of security policies to meet international and UAE compliance requirements
- Conduct security control validation and document evidence for internal/external audits
- Participate in remediation planning for audit findings and track progress to closure
- Support the RISO in preparing and submitting regulatory documentation to regulators
- Prepare and present security and resilience reports for internal governance committees and local entity management
- Assist in responses to regulatory examinations, including due diligence and compliance queries
- Liaise with compliance and legal teams to interpret regulatory changes and propose control adaptations
- Participate in the regional incident response process, assist with post-incident reviews, and support continuous improvement activities
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to embed security requirements into operational processes
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Regulatory Governance
- Serve as the named ICT security officer for your appointed entities, with formal accountability for security risk, ICT governance, and resilience oversight at board level
- Prepare and present security, risk, and resilience materials to entity boards, with material review and coaching from the Global RISO Lead beforehand
- Act as the primary point of contact for VARA and other relevant regulatory authorities on ICT and security matters -- including examinations, inspections, licensing interactions, and ongoing supervisory dialogue
- Support entity go live processes by implementing and localizing established group ICT governance frameworks for new market launches, ensuring they meet UAE regulatory requirements and entity specific needs
- As the portfolio evolves, engage with additional regulatory frameworks with support from the broader RISO team
- ICT Risk and Security
- Lead ICT and security risk assessments for your appointed entity, escalating material risks through local governance and the Global RISO Lead
- Maintain and adapt entity level policies and procedures to align with group standards and UAE regulatory requirements
- Coordinate control testing, evidence documentation, and audit preparation with global security and compliance teams
- Manage the classification, escalation, and regulatory reporting of ICT-related incidents within the timeframes required by applicable regulators
- Operational Resilience
- Lead business impact assessments, critical function mapping, and business continuity planning at the entity level
- Oversee continuity and recovery testing, ensuring outputs meet regulatory expectations and feed back into global resilience planning
- Maintain oversight of ICT third-party dependencies and outsourcing arrangements in line with regulatory requirements
- Group Liaison
- Act as a key local liaison between UAE entities, the RISO team, Group Security, and Compliance
- Drive local implementation of group frameworks, policies, and resilience standards, adapting them where jurisdiction-specific requirements demand
- Represent entity priorities in group-led security initiatives and governance forums
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of experience in information security governance, ICT risk management, or regulatory compliance in a regulated financial services, fintech, or virtual asset environment
- Direct experience as a named regulatory contact, involvement in regulatory examinations, supervisory interactions, licensing processes, or equivalent
- Familiarity with UAE regulatory frameworks. Experience with VARA or other virtual asset / crypto-native regulatory regimes is a significant advantage and strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to implement, adapt, and maintain compliance or governance frameworks within a regulated environment
- Experience conducting risk assessments, business impact analyses, and resilience planning at the entity level
- Familiarity with ICT outsourcing and third-party risk management within group structures
- Ability to translate technical risk into board-level narrative and regulatory-grade documentation
- Comfortable operating across multiple jurisdictions simultaneously, each at a different stage of regulatory maturity
- Strong project management skills and the ability to drive outcomes across cross-functional, globally distributed teams
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, or ISO27001 Lead Implementer preferred
- Familiarity with EU frameworks such as DORA and MiCA is strongly preferred
WHY THIS ROLE
- You will hold a named role within a regulated entity with accountability and board-level visibility
- You will operate at the frontier of virtual asset regulation -- VARA is one of the most advanced and fastest-evolving crypto regulatory frameworks in the world, and you will be shaping how Kraken meets it from day one of market entry
- You will build ICT governance programs from scratch for new market entries, not inherit and maintain what others have set up
- Exposure to local governance forums, regulators, and senior stakeholders, with remote guidance and preparation support from the Global RISO Lead
- The scope of this role is intentionally designed to grow -- as Kraken's entity footprint expands, so does the portfolio and the regulatory breadth you will be exposed to, potentially including Asian and EU frameworks such as DORA
- You will join a remote-first, international team shaping the future of crypto asset governance and resilience across some of the world's most demanding regulatory environments
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.

- Build data-driven cost reduction strategies through unit economics by product and workload (cost per user, per event, per training run)
- Prepare and run cloud vendor negotiations: GCP committed-use discounts, enterprise agreements, AWS Savings Plans, renewal calendars, and price benchmarks

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring in London and APAC.
We're building a creative platform used by artists, filmmakers, and teams at some of the world's most recognized brands. Our support org handles everything from a five-minute billing question to a technical escalation, and we're building out a dedicated tier for the first kind so our more experienced specialists can focus on the second.
We're looking for a Support Representative who's accurate, fast, and comfortable following a process closely under volume. No creative or AI background required. We'll train you on the product.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Resolve high-volume, tickets across account access, billing, and plan questions for Free, Standard, and Pro and Max users
- Use existing macros, playbooks, and AI support layer suggestions to close tickets accurately and quickly
- Recognize when a ticket needs product judgment or creative-tool troubleshooting, and route it to Tier 2 Support or Enterprise
- Flag recurring questions that don't have a macro yet
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Clear, accurate written communication, especially on process-driven, checklist-style work
- Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume work without losing accuracy
- Prior experience with tools like Zendesk, Notion, or Slack is a plus, not a requirement
- 0-2 years in any customer-facing or process-driven role (preferably in SaaS, but not required)
- Enough curiosity to spend a little time in the product or help docs before talking to us. No creative background needed, just evidence you looked
WHAT SETS GREAT CANDIDATES APART
The best people in this role follow the playbook precisely and know exactly when a ticket doesn't fit it. They don't force a wrong answer to hit volume, and they don't escalate everything out of caution either. They've put in enough time with Runway to have a real sense of what it does and who uses it, so a ticket that's slightly off-script doesn't stump them, even without a creative background. When they see the same question surface three times, they ask whether it should become a macro instead of just answering it a third time.
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.
WORKING AT RUNWAY
Great things come from great teams. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kwmj4ato2kw&ab_channel=Runway We’d love to hear from you.
We’re committed to creating a space where our employees can bring their full selves to work and have equal opportunity to succeed. So regardless of race, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, origin, ability, age, veteran status, if joining this mission speaks to you, we encourage you to apply.
