Recraft is a graphic design research lab building state-of-the-art image generation models and tools for designers, illustrators, marketers, and developers.
Founded in 2022 and based in London, we build for commercial design standards: full creative control, style consistency, and native vector outputs, an API for teams who want to integrate that capability directly into their workflows, plus mobile app for those who prefer not to be distracted from the process without a computer.
Over 3 million creators across 190+ countries use Recraft. Our mission is to help everyone who works with visuals get the job done, without lowering the bar on design.
If you want to help set that standard, we'd like to hear from you.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Most AI companies sound the same. We'd rather not.
We're looking for a copywriter who understands design from the inside: someone who has designed, or still does, and writes like a person with opinions, not a model with a prompt. You'll own how Recraft sounds, from the tone of voice guidelines down to the label on a button.
This role is for someone who uses the product every day, knows what designers actually need, and can turn a model release into a story worth reading. It isn't a content calendar to fill.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Shape our tone of voice. Develop and evolve Recraft's voice guidelines, and make sure the brand sounds like itself in every channel.
- Write the launches. Write social posts, release announcements, and launch copy for new models and features across X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Discord.
- Write for the camera. Write scripts and copy for motion videos, tutorials, interviews, and other storytelling formats.
- Join creative launches. Contribute to special projects and campaigns, with your focus on the words.
- Run the blog with search in mind. Write and edit SEO articles that rank and are still worth reading.
- Write inside the product. Work with product and design on UX copy in Recraft Studio: onboarding, empty states, tooltips, and feature descriptions.
- Name things. Help name new models, features, and products, and write the copy that introduces them.
- Use Recraft Studio. A lot. Test new models before they ship, find what's interesting, and write from first-hand experience.
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll report to Head of Content and work as part of Creative Team. Day to day, you'll work closely with design, product, and the researchers who build our models, so you'll hear about releases early and in detail.
REQUIREMENTS
- A design background (graphic, brand, type, UI, or editorial) with writing as your main craft. Or you're a writer who has spent years working closely with designers and speaks fluent design. Content creators, social media writers, and brand or blog writers who've built a recognizable voice for a brand or for themselves are equally welcome.
- Excellent written English (C2 or equivalent): writing that's natural, idiomatic, and ready to publish. Plus a voice of your own.
- Work you can show: published articles, a blog or newsletter, social accounts you've run, or product copy you've shipped.
- Range. You can go from a launch post to a 2,000-word article to a button label without losing the voice.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools. You use them regularly, and your writing still doesn't sound like them.
- Curiosity about the design world: what designers are making, arguing about, and struggling with.
NICE TO HAVE
- A personal blog, newsletter, or Substack about design, type, visual culture, or AI
- SEO writing experience
- UX writing or content design experience
- Naming experience
- Scriptwriting for video or motion
- Experience at a design tool, creative tech company, or design studio
WHAT WE OFFER
- Ownership of the voice of a product that designers use every day
- Close work with design, product, and the people who build our models
- Room to experiment with formats, channels, and ideas
- A competitive salary, with bonus potential tied to your performance review.
- A team that means it when it says it wants to build the best product in the category: people who give each other direct, useful feedback, share context openly, and step in to help without being asked.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Employee Lifecycle team makes sure every Ramp employee has a great experience, from their first day through their last and through every change in between. As Associate, Employee Lifecycle Data, you'll own and look after the employee data behind all of it. You'll keep our Workday data accurate and well structured, and you'll make sure it flows correctly into the systems that depend on it.
This is a new role in its current scope. You'll own employee data changes from start to finish, manage the data structure that shapes our org, and set up reconciliation and error reporting across our integrations. We're looking for someone who gets the details right, finds the root cause when data breaks, and builds processes that scale as Ramp grows.
We're moving to Workday on January 1, and we want this person on board before go-live so they can run our employee data changes from day one.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Employee data changes
- Own the process design and execution for role changes like transfers, promotions, manager and title changes, plus relocations (using our comp calculator for basic geo adjustments and partnering with Global Mobility on more complex moves)
- Own intake and completion of one-off data changes through Serval (our ticketing system) tickets, meeting SLAs and giving employees a clear, helpful experience
- Review and approve data change transactions to protect data quality
- Support internal mobility cycles and position management in Workday (and Ashby)
- Partner with People Business Partners, Compensation and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage handoffs and keep data changes moving accurately and on time
Bulk changes
- Own bulk data changes from start to finish, including reorgs, comp cycles and mass updates: prepare and validate the data, run the loads and confirm the results
- Build review steps and checklists that make large changes repeatable and low-risk, and partner with HRIS on EIB templates and system-level controls
Data quality, reconciliation and stewardship
- Build and run regular reconciliation between Workday and downstream systems, including benefits providers and international payroll
- Monitor integration errors, find root causes and fix data and process gaps with HRIS, Payroll, Benefits and vendor partners, escalating system or integration fixes to HRIS with clear root-cause analysis
- Define and document data standards, ownership and controls for employee data, and run regular audits to find and fix issues in partnership with HRIS team
- Be the go-to expert on how employee data works at Ramp, and help teammates and partners understand it
WHAT YOU NEED
- 3-6+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, or HR data roles
- Experience with data changes in Workday HCM, including the ability to manage employee data throughout the full employee lifecycle - processing employee changes, organizational updates, job changes, and audits.
- A solid understanding of payroll and benefits data, and of how HRIS integrations feed those systems.
- A track record of building reconciliation, audit or error-reporting processes from scratch
- Strong attention to detail, a habit of checking your work before and after changes, and sound judgment with sensitive, confidential employee data
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis, validation and reconciliation, plus sound judgment when using AI tools—knowing when to rely on them and when human review is essential
- Clear communication with employees and stakeholders at every level
- A process-improvement mindset: you fix the underlying cause of what breaks repeatedly, and build scalable processes that uphold data standards while enabling the business
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience at a fast-growing company where the org structure changes often
- Experience with Serval, JIRA, or similar service desk tools
- Experience with Workday reporting
- Experience building data workflows, with and without AI
- SQL skills

About the Role:
We're hiring our first Senior GTM AI Engineer. This is a software engineering job inside the revenue org. You will build the pipelines, internal tools, and agents that decide which companies we go after, how we reach them, and what our sellers see when they open their laptop in the morning. Most of what a sales ops team used to do by hand is now something you can write software to do. Tasks include finding every company building voice AI before they contact us, researching accounts and drafting first emails, watching product usage to alert AEs about customer expansion or churn, and keeping the CRM clean without manual form filling. You will build those systems, run them in production, and be judged on whether pipeline and revenue move. Your users are AEs, SDRs, and GTM leaders. Your job is to make a small team perform like one three times its size.
What You'll Do:
— Write code every day, mainly Python services, SQL models, scheduled jobs, and small internal apps.
— Use Claude Code and similar tools to ship quickly.
— Build agents for account research, lead qualification, outreach drafting, CRM hygiene, and usage monitoring.
— Design, equip, evaluate, and maintain these agents.
— Turn product usage data in BigQuery and Looker into actionable signals for sellers.
— Build the account targeting machine: sourcing, enrichment, deduplication, and ICP scoring.
— Integrate existing systems (CRM, enrichment providers, outbound tools) for seamless data flow.
— Maintain funnel data trustworthiness through routing rules, field governance, and attribution.
— Prototype rapidly, measure effectiveness, discontinue ineffective solutions, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership.
— Document your work for sustainability.
What You'll Need:
— 4+ years as a software engineer, data engineer, or growth/GTM engineer with experience shipping systems others depend on.
— Strong Python and SQL skills.
— Ownership of production automations end to end: APIs, webhooks, scheduled jobs, retries, error handling, and monitoring.
— Experience building with LLMs beyond single prompts: multi-step agents, tool use, retrieval, and evaluation.
— Ability to assess agent output quality and choose appropriate tools.
— AI-assisted development experience using tools like Claude Code daily.
— Solid fundamentals: clean code, version control, code review, debugging, and systems thinking.
— Ability to ship independently without an engineering team.
— Curiosity about sales organizations and willingness to learn CRM and related tools.
— Builder's mindset with operator's judgment: scoping for business impact, iterative shipping, and measuring pipeline and revenue results.
— Low ego, high ownership, and comfort as a single-threaded owner of a domain.
Nice to Have:
— Hands-on Salesforce or other CRM experience at object and API level, or experience with enrichment and outbound tools like Clay.
— Experience with dbt, BigQuery, Looker, or equivalent warehouse and BI stack.
— Experience at developer-facing or API-first companies or selling to technical buyers.
— Experience as the first engineer in a sales or growth org building the function from scratch.
Pay Transparency:
Salary range: $160,000 to $220,000 per year for candidates in the U.S. Adjustments may apply for other regions.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Sentry’s AI capabilities span infrastructure, product features, design, and data ingestion. We’re hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to connect this work across teams, helping them make decisions, manage dependencies, and deliver a cohesive product experience.
Our AI/ML team is building a modular platform for model routing, agent execution, and evaluations. Issues Platform owns customer-facing experiences such as issue details, activity feeds, and notifications. Product Design shapes how these experiences work together, while Ingest provides the underlying data pipeline.
You’ll lead the program across these teams: clarifying ownership, sequencing work, managing integration risks, and coordinating release readiness. You’ll partner with team leads to connect their plans and resolve gaps between roadmaps.
You’ll also improve how engineering changes reach teams across Engineering, Product, and Design, along with Documentation and Support. Your goal is a lightweight process giving partners the information and preparation time they need before changes reach customers.
You’ll join an early TPM team and help shape how the function works at Sentry. Success means helping teams deliver together through technical judgment, clear communication, and practical coordination.
This role is based in San Francisco, with three days per week in the office.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
AI DELIVERY
- Connect roadmaps across AI/ML, Issues Platform, Product Design, and Ingest into a shared delivery plan.
- Sequence platform capabilities, product features, and design work so teams address dependencies before they delay a release.
- Help teams assign accountable owners, resolve open decisions, and communicate commitments.
- Partner with engineering and product owners to define release readiness, including evaluation results, staged rollouts, eligibility, and access requirements.
- Bring ingestion and reliability dependencies into roadmap discussions so teams understand the risks behind delivery commitments.
- Drive risk mitigation with clear owners, contingency plans, and timely escalation.
- Give teams and leadership an accurate view of progress, dependencies, decisions, and risks.
CHANGE READINESS
- Build a lightweight process for identifying changes affecting other teams, notifying partners, and confirming readiness before release.
- Include documentation and support preparation in delivery planning, starting with AI features.
- Establish concise updates showing what is changing, when, and who needs to act.
- Review communication and readiness gaps with the teams involved, then improve the process.
- Keep the effort proportional to the change and remove steps which don’t improve delivery.
HOW YOU WORK
- You help teams bring structure to complex programs with unclear ownership or no established process.
- You listen to different perspectives, make tradeoffs visible, and help teams resolve competing priorities.
- You engage with technical details and connect architectural decisions to delivery risks and product outcomes.
- You raise risks early, propose practical responses, and follow through.
- You adapt processes to teams’ needs and simplify them when the value is unclear.
- You respect team ownership while helping cross-team decisions reach resolution.
- You share information clearly so partners have the context they need to contribute.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience leading complex technical programs from problem definition through launch.
- Experience coordinating delivery across multiple engineering teams with separate roadmaps and leadership.
- Technical understanding to review design proposals, discuss architectural tradeoffs with engineers, and identify integration risks and downstream effects.
- A track record of managing dependencies, driving risk mitigation, and adapting plans as conditions change.
- Experience creating or improving processes which teams adopted and sustained.
- Clear written communication, including program updates, decision records, and escalations with explicit next steps.
- Experience building alignment across engineering, product, and design through sound judgment and follow-through.
Relevant experience might come from technical program management, software engineering, or another role involving ownership of cross-team technical delivery.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Shipping AI/ML or LLM-backed features, including evaluations, quality checks, and staged rollouts.
- Partnering with product design to coordinate design and engineering work.
- Working with data pipelines, ingestion, or streaming infrastructure.
- Building developer tools or technical B2B products.
- Improving release communication across engineering, documentation, and support.
Experience in every preferred area is not required.
TEAM PRINCIPLES
- Make work visible. Keep plans, ownership, decisions, and next steps clear and current.
- Raise risks early. Give teams time to respond before delivery is affected.
- Reduce friction. Build practices which help teams get work done.
- Respect ownership. Support informed decisions and help accountable owners resolve open questions.
- Keep partners informed. Communicate changes to scope, timing, and readiness before they affect others.
