We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an ML infrastructure engineer to own model evaluation at Runway, end to end. Every decision we make about a model – which checkpoint to keep training, what to ship to millions of users, which datamix and architecture shows the most promise – rests on evals. Today that work is spread across the organization. You'll turn it into one platform.
Your job will be to design and build the systems that generate samples at scale, score them with automated metrics and human annotations, track results across checkpoints and releases, and put the answers in front of researchers in minutes rather than days. You'll define what "better" means operationally – how we measure it, how confident we are, and how a result becomes a ship/no-ship decision.
You'll be embedded within research teams as a member of ML Platform, and you'll set the technical direction for evals across the company. This is an extremely high-leverage role: the quality of our models is bounded by how well we can measure them.
A PEEK AT OUR TECHNICAL STACK
Our inference and training code is written in Python (PyTorch) and is cloud-native. We leverage multiple clouds and use a combination of Kubernetes native and home-grown tooling for efficient job orchestration.
We’re big users of agentic development and operations. We have a robust internal platform and provide broad access to the latest models and harnesses.
You’ll have access to best-in-class models, agents, GPUs, storage and cloud services you need to drive a world class evaluation pipeline that helps us deliver frontier models.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the evaluation platform end to end: the tooling and systems required to generate, annotate, review and adapt at frontier scale
- Define the CLIs, APIs, GUIs and storage layers required to make this process seamless, fast, sophisticated and collaborative
- Work directly with research teams on video, image, audio, agents, and robotics to understand what they need to measure and build it, then generalize the result into the platform
- Help set the standards for how we evaluate models at Runway: reproducibility, metric definitions, reporting formats, and when a result is trustworthy enough to act on
- Support broad adoption of the platform and its integration throughout Runway’s research efforts across training, production model serving and more
- Contribute broadly as a member of the ML Platform team to tools and systems that help Runway train and serve frontier models
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 5+ years of experience building ML infrastructure or data platforms in production environments, with at least some of that time spent on evaluation, experimentation, or benchmarking systems
- Strong Python and PyTorch, and hands-on experience running large batch GPU workloads on Kubernetes
- Experience designing data pipelines and storage for large volumes of media or model outputs, with attention to versioning and reproducibility
- Familiarity with experimental statistics: paired comparisons, confidence intervals, multiple-comparison pitfalls, inter-rater agreement
- Comfort building internal tools end to end, from the command line to the browser
- Ability to lead a broad technical area: gather requirements from many teams, set direction, make tradeoffs, and drive a roadmap without waiting to be told
- Familiarity with the full model development lifecycle: data, training, evaluation, serving
- Self-starter who can work embedded with research teams and move fast
- Strong systems thinking and pragmatic approach to production reliability
- Humility and open mindedness; at Runway we love to learn from one another
NICE TO HAVE
- Track record of building evaluation suites for generative models
- Hands-on work with LLM- or VLM-as-judge pipelines
- Experience with online experimentation platforms and connecting offline metrics to product outcomes
- Prior work evaluating agents or robotics policies
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

New York financial-services expertise:
- Significant experience selling complex cybersecurity platforms to major banks, capital-markets firms, insurers, asset managers, fintech companies, or other financial institutions headquartered in or operating from New York City.
- Ability to build a network of CISO, CIO, CTO, security, identity, infrastructure, cloud, engineering, architecture, risk, and procurement leaders within New York financial-services accounts, relationships you can confidently activate to open strategic conversations.
- Strong familiarity with financial-services buying cycles, including security and architecture review, third-party risk management, regulatory and compliance requirements, procurement, legal review, testing, implementation planning, and executive approval.
- Working knowledge of the technology stacks and infrastructure common to large financial institutions, including hybrid and multi-cloud environments, identity and privileged-access systems, endpoint controls, developer platforms, legacy infrastructure, and highly regulated production environments.
- A demonstrated record of mapping complex stakeholder groups, building internal consensus, navigating incumbents and competitive dynamics, and winning large, multi-year cybersecurity agreements within New York financial-services accounts.
How you work:
- You lead with curiosity and strong discovery, uncovering the broader security and business problem rather than stopping at the initial product request.
- You create a compelling platform narrative while keeping the customer’s priorities, maturity, and path to value at the center.
- You combine strategic thinking with operating rigor; your account plans, pipeline, forecasts, and close plans are current, specific, and dependable.
- You are resilient, accountable, collaborative, and motivated by ambitious targets and complex opportunities.
- You hunt daily for new opportunities and consistently hit pipeline generation targets.
- You leverage AI daily to expedite your administrative work and identify strategic opportunities across your book.
- You are coachable, apply feedback quickly, and continuously improve your craft.
- You thrive in a remote, field-based environment and prioritize meaningful in-person customer engagement.

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE TEAM
This team works directly with companies building and running AI agents in production, helping turn ideas and prototypes into systems teams can rely on.
This is a hands-on, highly technical team that partners closely with customer engineers across the full lifecycle, from pre-sales evaluations to post-deployment advisory work. The focus is on achieving the technical win, co-designing agent architectures, and helping customers operate agents reliably at scale using the LangChain suite.
Deployed Engineers sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and go-to-market, shaping how LangChain is adopted in the field and feeding real-world insights back into the platform.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll work on some of the hardest problems in applied AI alongside customers. You will help customers adopt innovative new practices in agentic engineering, and ensure they ship reliable agents into production, quickly. The feedback loop is fast, the impact is visible, and your work directly shapes how AI agents are built in the real world.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with customer engineering teams and customers
- Own the technical win in pre-sales by designing POCs, answering deep technical questions, and guiding evaluations
- Help customers deploy and operate agent-based applications such as conversational agents, research agents, and multi-step workflows
- Advise customers post-sale on architecture, best practices, and roadmap-level decisions
- Build and run tailored demos, trainings, and workshops for developer audiences
- Surface field feedback and contribute reusable patterns, cookbooks, and example code that scale across customers
- Interface with LangChain's engineering, product and design (EPD) team to share field perspectives and guide product direction based on customer priorities
- Occasionally contribute code upstream when it meaningfully improves customer outcomes
- This role requires 40% travel to customer sites to support deployment, onboarding, and ongoing technical engagement
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 1-3 years of experience in software engineering, customer engineering, solutions engineering, founding engineering, or a similarly technical role, ideally at a startup or high-growth company
- Strong Python, JavaScript and systems fundamentals
- Hands-on experience building and deploying agent-based or LLM-powered applications beyond simple API calls, including multi-step workflows, orchestration, and failure handling
- Strong technical communication skills and builder credibility; Can explain technical tradeoffs clearly, translate complex AI concepts into actionable insights, and build trust with technical customers and engineering teams
- Excited to work directly with customers during POCs, architecture reviews, and technical evaluations
- Take responsibility for outcomes, not just recommendations
- Have a bias toward action and enjoy figuring things out as you go
- Are excited about shipping AI agents in production
NICE TO HAVE’S:
- You’ve deployed AI agents in production, especially using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
- Worked with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails
- Have experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, and Kubernetes concepts
- Have shipped and operated production software and are comfortable owning systems under real-world constraints
COMPENSATION
Annual OTE range: $160,000-185,000 USD
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $400M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As a Enterprise Account Executive, you will own a focused territory of strategic target accounts and existing customers with 2,501+ employees, with an emphasis on Fortune 100 and Global 2000 organizations. Your mandate is to create new executive relationships, build qualified pipeline, win complex multi-million-dollar platform opportunities, and expand 1Password’s strategic footprint across an existing book of business.
This is not a transactional or single-product sales role. You will lead an enterprise-wide security conversation, starting with a customer’s most urgent problem and building the strategic case for Unified Access across humans, AI agents, and machines. You will engage and multi-thread with CISOs, CIOs, IT and security leaders, IAM teams, DevOps and platform teams, engineering leaders, security architects, finance, procurement, and other executive stakeholders.
The Enterprise Account Executive role also requires experience selling to financial-services organizations headquartered in or operating from New York City. You will bring an active network, sector fluency, and a demonstrated understanding of how to navigate and win within complex financial institutions.
How we’re using AI today
Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
Expectations of this role
This is a field-based sales role. That means you are expected to be regularly engaged in customer-facing activities, including in-person meetings, events, and other travel as required to effectively support your territory. Territory locations that are preferable for this role are:
Candidates must be based in the New York metro area , Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Boston or Washington DC area and should expect regular in-person customer meetings, industry events, and travel throughout the territory, including travel to New York City as required.
Your primary work location will be your home office, but your role requires a lot of mobility and flexibility. Travel within your assigned territory, and occasionally outside of it, will be a part of your job, and you are responsible for managing your schedule in a way that works for the company and you.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
- 10+ years of successful enterprise cybersecurity sales experience, including substantial experience selling to Fortune 100 or Global 2000 organizations.
- A consistent record of exceeding $2M+ annual quotas, including experience carrying quotas in the $2M–$5M+ range and closing complex, multi-million-dollar opportunities.
- Multiple years of elite sales performance and company recognition, such as President’s Club or equivalent top-performer awards.
- Demonstrated success selling enterprise platforms and multi-product transformations, not only transactional or stand-alone point products.
- Experience selling Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, with a strong understanding of identity security, AI and Machine identity risks, Zero Trust, cloud security, developer security, or adjacent cybersecurity platforms.
- Established, credible relationships with enterprise CISOs, CIOs, senior security and IT leaders, IAM leaders, and identity/security architects within the territory or relevant named-account segment.
- Proven ability to engage IAM, IT security, DevOps, platform engineering, and engineering leaders and connect their technical priorities to an executive business case.
- A record of winning net-new strategic logos and expanding existing accounts through cross-sell, upsell, and multi-year platform agreements.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate credibly with C-suite leaders and deeply technical audiences.
- Rigorous account planning, pipeline creation, opportunity management, forecasting, and negotiation skills.
NEW YORK FINANCIAL-SERVICES EXPERTISE
- Significant experience selling complex cybersecurity platforms to major banks, capital-markets firms, insurers, asset managers, fintech companies, or other financial institutions headquartered in or operating from New York City.
- An active, credible network of CISO, CIO, CTO, security, identity, infrastructure, cloud, engineering, architecture, risk, and procurement leaders within New York financial-services accounts, relationships you can confidently activate to open strategic conversations.
- Deep familiarity with financial-services buying cycles, including security and architecture review, third-party risk management, regulatory and compliance requirements, procurement, legal review, testing, implementation planning, and executive approval.
What you can expect:
OWN AND GROW A STRATEGIC ENTERPRISE TERRITORY
- Develop and execute sophisticated account and territory plans for a focused portfolio of high-value prospects and customers.
- Create new executive relationships while using your established network among CISOs, CIOs, identity leaders, security architects, and other senior technology buyers to accelerate access and credibility.
- Identify whitespace, competitive displacement opportunities, and compelling events across identity security, AI adoption, privileged access, SaaS governance, developer workflows, and device security.
- Build and maintain the pipeline coverage, account engagement, and deal velocity required to consistently achieve or exceed a significant annual quota.
SELL THE FULL PLATFORM STORY
- Elevate conversations from an individual point-product need to a strategic Unified Access vision spanning people, AI agents, and machines.
- Connect 1Password’s capabilities to measurable outcomes, including reducing credential and access risk, eliminating standing privilege, governing SaaS and shadow AI, protecting developer and machine workflows, strengthening device trust, and improving auditability.
- Land with the customer’s most urgent use case, then build an executive-backed roadmap for adoption and expansion across Enterprise Password Manager, SaaS Manager, Credential Broker, Device Trust, and Privileged Access.
- Translate complex identity, access, cloud, endpoint, developer, and AI-security concepts into clear business value for executive and deeply technical audiences.
LEAD COMPLEX, MULTI-STAKEHOLDER SALES CYCLES
- Orchestrate 6–12+ month enterprise sales cycles involving security, IAM, IT, DevOps, platform engineering, application engineering, finance, legal, procurement, and executive sponsors.
- Build consensus across large buying groups and establish clear business, technical, economic, and decision criteria.
- Lead executive presentations, discovery sessions, workshops, business-value assessments, commercial negotiations, and close plans.
- Create and maintain mutual action plans and apply MEDDPPICC or a comparable enterprise qualification methodology with discipline.
- Structure and negotiate complex, multi-year, multi-product agreements with material ARR and platform expansion potential.
EXPAND STRATEGIC CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS
- Build broad, durable relationships throughout customer organizations rather than relying on a single champion.
- Uncover business and security priorities beyond the initial use case and turn them into platform expansion opportunities.
- Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, product specialists, and services teams to create adoption and expansion plans tied to measurable outcomes.
OPERATE AS ONE TEAM
- Collaborate closely with BDR, Solutions Engineering, Channels, Alliances, Customer Success, Onboarding, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Deal Desk.
- Co-sell with strategic partners, cloud alliances, channel teams, and systems integrators where they can expand reach or accelerate a decision.
- Represent 1Password at executive briefings, customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
- Maintain accurate opportunity data, next steps, forecasts, and account plans in Salesforce.
- Use AI and modern selling tools thoughtfully to improve research, preparation, coaching, and execution while creating more time for customer engagement.
Bonus points for:
- Experience competing and winning against major enterprise identity and cybersecurity platform providers.
- Deep knowledge of identity and access management, privileged access management, credential security, machine identities, agentic AI security, SaaS governance, device trust, or secrets management.
- Proficiency with MEDDPPICC, Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and AI-enabled sales tools.
- Experience developing opportunities through channel partners, cloud alliances, systems integrators, or technology partners.
How you work:
- You create a compelling platform narrative while keeping the customer’s priorities, maturity, and path to value at the center.
- You combine strategic thinking with operating rigor; your account plans, pipeline, forecasts, and close plans are current, specific, and dependable.
- You are resilient, accountable, collaborative, and motivated by ambitious targets and complex opportunities.
- You are coachable, apply feedback quickly, and continuously improve your craft.
- You thrive in a remote, field-based environment and prioritize meaningful in-person customer engagement.
- You lead with curiosity and strong discovery, uncovering the broader security and business problem rather than stopping at the initial product request.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.

AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. 👩💻THE ROLE
We see Support at GitBook as a key function to strengthen customer trust. Every conversation is a chance to shape the product and make our support model more scalable. As a Technical Support Specialist, you’ll help technical teams document and share what they know with GitBook. You’ll answer product questions and troubleshoot issues with custom domains, integrations, APIs, SSO/SAML and bugs. You’ll use your knowledge of Git and DNS, and your ability to read logs across platforms to track down problems. You’ll keep first-response time, resolution time, and CSAT on track and share recurring feedback with Product and Engineering to improve GitBook. You'll turn what you learn into insight that shapes our roadmap, reduces friction and helps customers succeed long-term.
🫶YOU WILL BE VALUED FOR
- Technical foundations: You know Git, GitHub/GitLab, SAML SSO, DNS and web fundamentals such as caching and redirects.
- Developer fluency: You’re comfortable reviewing code, testing APIs and understanding OpenAPI specifications to support customers using our Integrations Platform.
- AI forward thinking: You’re familiar with AI and LLM tools (including MCP) and keep up with new developments. You bring ideas for automation, self-service and smarter workflows.
- Customer empathy and clear communication: You listen carefully and explain complex issues simply both in writing and conversation with a friendly tone.

- Systems thinking: You don't just solve tickets. You ask why they happened and how to prevent the next hundred.
- Remote collaboration: You troubleshoot with teammates, share what you learn and know when to work async or jump on a call.
- Autonomy and adaptability: You take ownership, try things, ask for help when needed and learn as the product and team evolve.
- Market curiosity: You follow how technology, AI, documentation and developer tools are changing and where GitBook fits. You dig into customer problems and bring ideas back to the team to improve our product, processes and customer experience.
🙌 WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING
- Solving high-impact technical problems: Triage, troubleshoot and debug customer problems, knowing what needs urgent escalation and what belongs in a bug report or roadmap discussion. Document complex issues with reproduction steps and relevant logs and work with Engineering to resolve them.
- Supporting customers: Help customers through our Helpdesk, Slack or Teams with everything from Authenticated Access and SAML SSO to monorepos and redirects. Ask follow-up questions to understand what they’re trying to achieve, help them get more from GitBook and build relationships where they feel comfortable sharing honest feedback.
- Turning support into product insight: Spot recurring bugs, friction points and feature requests. Quantify their impact, suggest workarounds and bring clear, evidence-based recommendations to Product, Engineering and Design.
- Shaping how we work: Help our small team improve how we prioritize, triage and automate support. You’ll work with evolving processes rather than a fixed playbook, take initiative with limited guidance and speak up with ideas and concerns.
