We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
As a member of the EMEA Talent Acquisition team focused on Corporate and Go-To-Market hiring, you will be instrumental in building and scaling Mistral's EMEA-based teams across both corporate functions and revenue-generating roles. Joining early means you'll help shape our recruitment strategy and operations, partnering closely with leaders across Corporate functions (Finance, Legal, People, Operations, Marketing, Communications) and GTM functions (Sales, Pre-Sales/Solutions, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations). Your work will directly influence Mistral's commercial and operational success by ensuring we find and engage exceptional operators who will drive Mistral's growth across the EMEA region. In this role, you'll also foster a strong candidate experience and help establish recruiting best practices as we expand across multiple EMEA markets.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
STAKEHOLDER PARTNERSHIP
- Partner deeply with Corporate and GTM leaders — from CRO and VP Sales to Finance, Legal, and People leadership — to understand hiring needs, define role specs, and identify the right talent across multiple EMEA markets.
- Own full-cycle recruitment across Corporate and GTM functions: Sales, Finance, Legal, People/HR, Marketing, and Communications roles.
- Advise hiring managers on market mapping, leveling, comp positioning, and the competitive landscape for EMEA talent, accounting for local market nuances, benchmarking, and statutory differences across countries.
- Translate the nuances of each role into compelling, accurate, and locally relevant candidate outreach.
END-TO-END RECRUITMENT
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to close, operating with autonomy on complex, high-volume roles across Corporate and GTM.
- Source passive and active candidates across EMEA talent pools, particularly in AI/ML, open-source software, enterprise infrastructure, and regional corporate markets.
- Conduct intake and calibration sessions with hiring managers to align on ideal candidate profiles and stage expectations.
- Drive efficient, high-conversion pipelines and close candidates in a fiercely competitive market for senior talent across multiple geographies and languages.
- Navigate cross-border hiring complexity, including relocation, remote-friendly offers, and country-specific employment frameworks.
CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE & SELLING MISTRAL
- Guide candidates through the hiring process with clear communication and a compelling narrative about Mistral's mission, culture, and trajectory.
- Articulate Mistral's positioning in the AI landscape — frontier models, open-weight philosophy, and enterprise credibility — to differentiate us against better-known competitors.
- Provide candidates with real insight into our GTM motion, corporate operations, growth plans, and the specific impact of their role.
- Deliver a high-quality, respectful candidate experience at every stage, regardless of outcome.
RECRUITING OPERATIONS & DATA-DRIVEN IMPROVEMENT
- Develop and refine recruiting processes, tools, and documentation to improve outcomes and efficiency.
- Use data to diagnose pipeline issues (e.g., drop-off at specific stages, time-to-fill by role, offer acceptance rates) and propose targeted solutions.
- Build and maintain market maps, competitive intel, and talent pools for key EMEA Corporate and GTM segments.
- Standardize interview rubrics, scorecards, and debrief practices across EMEA hiring teams, while respecting local market and language differences.
RAISING THE BAR
- Collaborate with Corporate and GTM leadership and the broader Talent team to continuously elevate our hiring standards.
- Contribute to defining and evolving our EMEA talent acquisition strategy as we scale from early team to a mature, multi-region organization.
- Partner on employer-brand and outbound sourcing initiatives that position Mistral as a destination for top Corporate and GTM talent in EMEA.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 6+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ years in a startup or high-growth B2B SaaS/infrastructure company, with a focus on Corporate functions and/or Sales/GTM roles.
- Demonstrated ability to independently hire across the full GTM stack — from Enterprise AE’s to GTM leadership — as well as key Corporate functions (Finance, Legal, People, Marketing, Operations).
- Deep network and sourcing expertise in EMEA talent markets, particularly in AI/ML, open-source, developer tools, or enterprise software.
- Track record of hiring in competitive, candidate-scarce markets where candidates have multiple offers, including cross-border and multi-language hiring.
- Experience working across multiple EMEA markets and comfort with country-specific comp, benefits, and employment nuance.
- Willingness to work on other roles as needs come up.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and switching between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence peers and senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle shifting priorities across a high-volume hiring slate spanning two function families.
- Professional experience with modern recruiting tools such as Ashby.
- Familiarity with the AI/ML landscape and the ability to credibly discuss frontier model capabilities with technical GTM and corporate candidates.

About the role
🤓
Data trust is becoming one of the most important challenges in the era of AI analytics.
Self-service analytics has always required strong foundations. Now, with the rise of LLMs and AI agents, the opportunity is bigger, but so is the risk. Pointing an AI assistant at a warehouse can create a false sense of precision if the underlying data model, definitions, documentation and ownership are not clear.
As a Data & AI Governance Specialist at seQura, you will help build the foundations that allow teams to find, trust, understand and apply data and AI safely, autonomously and responsibly.
You will work at the intersection of business, data, AI, legal, privacy and security teams, translating complex requirements into clear workflows, usable standards and technical solutions.
What challenges you'll be solving 🚀
Collaborate with domain stewards and analysts to maintain a unified data dictionary, clear business metric definitions and AI model documentation.
Partner with Core Data, Data Science & AI, Business and Engineering teams to implement automated data quality checks across pipelines, health and performance monitoring dashboards/alerts.
Manage and improve the data catalog, AI model inventory and model registry so assets are organized, searchable, well documented and easy to understand.
Help Data Champions and AI Owners succeed by giving them clear templates, training, tooling and documentation rather than relying on manual approval gates.
Act as the operational bridge between Legal, Privacy, Security and Data & AI teams to support GDPR, SOC 2 and EU AI Act readiness.
Champion a culture where quality and responsible AI are collective responsibilities, supported by automation, ownership and practical enablement.
About the Data team

Your missions will include:
- Define and evolve Alan's visual identity and brand systems, and make sure they hold up across every touchpoint.
- Own briefs end-to-end: understand the business problem, help shape the strategy, then explore, prioritize, and ship the solution.
- Create and art-direct campaigns and assets across the web, including our landing pages, email, advertising, and social channels, bringing the brand to life through art direction, motion, and video.
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Brand to translate business objectives into visuals that convert.
- Extend brand design work into our Health & Prevention area, alongside our core Marketing & Brand responsibilities.

OUR CURRENT DESIGN PRIORITIES 🌟
Our Design community red thread is to grow our brand design practice and ensure consistency in order to build an established and memorable brand.

- Consolidating and scaling our visual identity across every touchpoint: web, email, ads, social, and increasingly our own landing pages, where brand expression and conversion design meet.
- Growing our motion and video capability: it's a big plus for this role, not a nice-to-have.
- Creating impactful physical and event experiences that bring the brand to life beyond screens.
- You are at the cutting edge of AI-enabled design and creative workflows, actively experimenting with emerging models and tools and turning them into practical ways to improve the quality, speed, and impact of your work.

- Shaping how Alan's mascot and visual universe show up, used deliberately, not everywhere.

- 4+ years' experience, ideally in a product company or startup, we're hiring at a Senior level.
- You are fluent in English.

- A deep understanding of growth, campaigns, and conversion-focused design, with a strong sense of how visuals drive business outcomes.
- Able to scale and deliver high volumes of assets while keeping quality and brand consistency intact.
- Understands business objectives and audiences, and can turn a brief into impactful visuals autonomously.
- Experienced designing for online platforms: websites, social media, email marketing, and display ads.
- You excel at communicating and articulating creative choices in a compelling way.
- You're structured, and understand that goals and constraints need to be clarified before executing.
- A portfolio showing real product/company work (not just agency spec work), illustration capability, and range across formats.
- Based in (or open to relocating to) Paris (preferred), or Marseille, Bordeaux, Madrid, Brussels, or Barcelona.
Nice to have:
- You are familiar with concepts like target audience, branding, user experience (UX), and conversion optimization.

Why work at Higgsfield AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $500M in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands. We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
Why this role exists
Higgsfield is one of the fastest-growing generative AI companies in the world. Every generation is a policy decision at scale, and the surface area (NSFW, IP, likeness, anti-fraud, deepfakes, regional law) grows every week. Trust & Safety needs a PM who can turn ambiguous legal, policy, and financial-abuse inputs into shipped systems, not another doc.
What you'll actually do
• Own the T&S product surface end-to-end: classifiers, appeals, user-facing warnings, moderator tooling, enforcement flows.
• Own anti-fraud alongside content safety: multi-account farms, free-trial abuse, refund abuse, chargebacks, prompt-injection cost exploits, reseller wrappers. Fraud is a large and growing share of the T&S problem here.
• Translate legal, policy, and financial-risk requirements into concrete product specs the ML and engineering teams can build against.
• Set thresholds and enforcement policy in partnership with Applied ML: what gets blocked, what gets warned, what gets appealed, and the dollar and reputational tradeoffs behind each choice.
• Run the incident loop when something breaks in production, provider escalations, misuse incidents, fraud spikes, new abuse vectors, and ship the fix.
• Design the metrics that matter: dollars saved from fraud, false-positive cost to legit users, false-negative legal exposure, appeal reversal rate, coverage across new models and markets.
• Work directly with Legal, Applied ML, Backend, Growth, Payments, and external providers to keep our contractual and regulatory obligations current.
Must-haves
1. Founding or early-operator experience. You've spent years trying to build something of your own. You know what it's like to own an outcome when nobody hands you a spec.
2. Shipped T&S, moderation, fraud, risk, or compliance products at scale. You've made real enforcement decisions that affected real users and real money.
3. Comfort with legal, policy, and financial-risk ambiguity. You've worked with counsel, payments providers, or regulators and translated their inputs into product.
4. Strong technical judgment. You can reason about classifier tradeoffs, fraud-detection tradeoffs, threshold selection, and evaluation without needing an engineer to translate.
5. You make decisions in dollars and risk, not opinions. A block rate has a cost, a miss has a cost, a false fraud flag has a cost, you can argue all sides.
Who this is not for
• You prefer working from complete specifications rather than defining problems yourself.
• You want to write strategy docs more than ship enforcement changes.
• You are looking for a slower release cycle. We ship weekly, and incidents can compress that to hours.
Nice to have
• Background at a generative AI, UGC platform, marketplace, or fintech risk team in the US, EU, or Asia.
• Direct experience with C2PA, child safety classifiers, IP takedowns, DMCA, GDPR enforcement, chargeback flows, or 3DS.
• Comfort with adversarial abuse patterns and how they evolve.
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary in USD, based on your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
- Equity participation through the company’s stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Relocation support to Almaty for candidates moving from another city or country.
- A seat where your policy call ships to millions of generations the same week
- A highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can work directly with experienced leaders and have a meaningful impact on the product and company.
- Opportunities for professional growth, ownership, and career development as the company scales.
- Company-provided equipment, meals, transportation, or other office benefits.
This is a fully on-site role based in our Almaty office. Our team works from the office five days per week for the full working day. We believe in-person collaboration is an important part of how we move quickly, solve complex problems, and build strong teams.
Location: San Francisco; London
We are hiring builders to define how people talk to, show things to, and hear from AI
In 2026, we launched Computer, the defining product for the new era of agentic AI. We've scaled beyond the millions of people using Perplexity every day for research, shopping, investing and curiosity into a new paradigm of using AI to transform knowledge into action.
The Multimodal team builds the experiences and infrastructure that move AI interaction beyond touch and text — realtime voice, vision, and the platform systems behind them. We own the full path from a user speaking into a device to an answer coming back: the realtime session infrastructure that connects clients to frontier audio models, the backend orchestration that routes, records, and supervises live sessions, and the SDK that powers voice and multimodal experiences across Perplexity's apps.
As a backend engineer on Multimodal, you will design and scale the distributed systems that carry live voice sessions in production — and drive entirely new products at the intersection of voice, vision, and agents.
WHY PERPLEXITY IS DIFFERENT
- Craftsmanship. We build high quality, tasteful products targeting both the AI native and AI curious.
- Ownership. You identify the problem, design the solution and ship it.
- Entrepreneurship. We think like founders, act with urgency, and hustle to deliver for each other and our users.
- Scholarship. Work among highly talented peers, pursuing knowledge and truth, upleveling ourselves, our teams, and our products.
- Partnership. We amplify each others' strengths, break down silos, and give selflessly to help our colleagues deliver excellence.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design, build, and scale the backend session-worker architecture that powers realtime voice: durable per-session workers, provider routing, and stateful streaming over gRPC.
- Own distributed-systems problems end-to-end — session lifecycle, crash recovery, reconnection and replay, multi-region deployment, and graceful degradation under real production load.
- Build provider-agnostic streaming protocols from our backend to the Rust SDK that powers voice across every client stack.
- Drive new products and initiatives in voice and multimodal AI from problem definition through technical design, implementation, and launch.
- Build the orchestration layer that lets live voice models delegate work to tools, agents, and long-running tasks — safely, asynchronously, and at scale.
- Partner closely with SDK, client, infrastructure, and model teams; work across the stack when the product demands it, from backend services to client-facing APIs.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience building backend or distributed systems.
- Strong experience in Rust, Python, or Go (we work primarily in Rust and Python).
- Experience designing and operating production distributed systems: streaming RPC (gRPC or similar), stateful services, message-driven architectures, and failure recovery.
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure — deploying, scaling, and operating services on AWS or equivalent.
- Strong product judgment and the ability to translate user problems into simple, effective technical solutions.
- Genuine interest and adoption of AI products and willingness to learn quickly.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with realtime media systems: voice, audio streaming, WebRTC, or low-latency transport.
- Full-stack range — comfort building end-to-end, from backend services through client SDKs or web frontends.
- Experience integrating LLMs, speech models, or computer vision into production systems.
- Experience with agent frameworks, tool-calling architectures, or sandboxed execution environments.
- Time spent at a fast-growing startup or on a high-ownership engineering team.
OUR MISSION
Perplexity’s mission is to power curiosity. Curious people are the people who drive change in the world. Driving change is a continuous cycle of learning, building, and integrating.
Learn: curious people constantly learn new things by asking more. They question the status quo in their own expertise and they constantly learn outside of it. Research is essential to them and never ending.
Build: curious people make and create things, to show the world their new answers to problems no one else ever questioned. They take action on what they’ve learned. Makers need tools to create their products, their companies, their reality.
Integrate: they must interact with the world as it is to drive change and adoption. True leaders do not simply build something and hope. They must have armies of agents and workers who can constantly work in millions of small ways.
Repeat. For curious people this is a cycle that never ends.

THE ROLE
As Staff AI Deployment Strategist, you will shape how some of the most ambitious enterprises in the UK & Nordics region adopt frontier AI at scale.
This is a senior, high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution. You will work directly on Mistral’s most strategic opportunities and largest deliveries, helping customers move from ambition to measurable business outcomes. You will also act as a senior sponsor on our most critical customer programs, bringing judgment, structure, and delivery excellence to high-stakes engagements. Your mandate is to raise the ambition and quality of AI adoption: helping customers identify where AI can create step-change value, making the right trade-offs, and ensuring that execution matches the strategic promise.
This role is ideal for an experienced strategy consultant, transformation leader, or senior operator who wants to move from advising on change to building it directly with frontier AI technology.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Shape high-impact AI transformations
- Partner closely with Mistral’s Sales leadership in the UK & Nordics to qualify opportunities, align on account strategy, and drive executive engagement.
- Work with senior customer stakeholders to identify where frontier AI can create material business value.
- Structure complex opportunities into clear, credible, and executable transformation programs.
- Translate strategic ambition into delivery roadmaps, success metrics, and operating plans.
- Help customers make the right trade-offs between ambition, feasibility, speed, and long-term scalability.
- Sponsor Mistral’s most strategic deliveries
- Act as a senior sponsor on the largest and most complex customer programs, primarily in the UK & Nordics and potentially cross-region as priorities evolve.
- Ensure delivery quality, executive alignment, and measurable business impact.
- Anticipate risks, unblock decisions, and help teams navigate ambiguity in high-stakes environments.
- Bring senior judgment to moments where scope, resources, timelines, or expected value need to be clarified.
- Build repeatable deployment excellence
- Turn lessons from strategic engagements into reusable approaches, playbooks, and patterns.
- Raise the bar for how AI programs are qualified, framed, delivered, and scaled.
- Act as a senior relay for the Solutions organization in the region, helping teams adopt shared best practices, adapt them thoughtfully to local market specificities when needed, and strengthen the quality of execution.
- Work hand in hand with Solutions leadership to connect customer realities, delivery patterns, and field feedback into practical ways of improving how Mistral deploys AI.
- Help codify what great enterprise AI deployment looks like across industries and use cases.
- Contribute to a Solutions culture that combines strategic clarity, technical depth, and strong execution.
- Develop and multiply senior DS impact
- Coach Deployment Strategists on strategic problem-solving, executive communication, and delivery leadership.
- Help teams raise the quality of their work on the highest-impact opportunities.
- Identify capability gaps and contribute to hiring, staffing, and development priorities.
- Act as a force multiplier across accounts, teams, and regions where your experience can have the highest leverage.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You are a senior, highly capable professional with strong executive presence, excellent business judgment, and a track record of leading complex strategic or transformation work.
Typical indicators we’re looking for include:
- 8–10+ years of professional experience in strategy consulting, digital transformation, AI, enterprise technology, or a similarly demanding environment.
- Experience operating at Partner, Principal, Engagement Manager, Director, or equivalent level in a top-tier strategy consulting or transformation context.
- A strong ability to structure ambiguous problems, identify value, and turn strategy into execution.
- Experience leading large accounts, complex programs, or senior customer relationships.
- The credibility to engage with executives and C-level stakeholders on business priorities, trade-offs, and impact.
- Strong analytical and commercial judgment, with the ability to challenge assumptions constructively.
- Comfort working at the frontier of technology, even when solutions are evolving quickly and the path is not fully defined.
- A low-ego, high-ownership mindset and a desire to build with customers and teams, not just advise from a distance.
- Fluency in English; German is a strong plus.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute.
THE ROLE
As Staff AI Deployment Strategist, you will shape how some of the most ambitious enterprises in the DACH region adopt frontier AI at scale.
This is a senior, high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution. You will work directly on Mistral’s most strategic opportunities and largest deliveries, helping customers move from ambition to measurable business outcomes. You will frame complex AI transformation programs, turn executive priorities into actionable roadmaps, and ensure that Mistral delivers systems that are valuable, scalable, and trusted.
- Partner closely with Mistral’s Sales leadership in DACH to qualify opportunities, align on account strategy, and drive executive engagement.
- Act as a senior sponsor on the largest and most complex customer programs, primarily in DACH and potentially cross-region as priorities evolve.
- 8 to 10+ years of professional experience in strategy consulting, digital transformation, AI, enterprise technology, or a similarly demanding environment.
We are looking for adaptable, low-ego team players who are passionate about turning AI vision into reality and delivering transformative impact for our customers.
