adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile app growth and monetization, challenging the status quo of adtech by redefining how apps acquire users and generate revenue. Our two products, Playtime Arcade and adjoe Ads, sit at opposite ends of the mobile advertising spectrum: rewarded engagement and programmatic in-app advertising. Together they run on 13% of the world's smartphones, connecting advertisers, publishers, and hundreds of millions of users, with one goal: making mobile advertising work better for everyone in the ecosystem.
Next-Gen Machine Intelligence for Scalable Discovery & Engagement
The Data Science Research team builds foundational ML representations and advanced AI capabilities that enhance both Playtime and adjoe Ads. Operating as a horizontal deep-tech layer, the team leverages advanced AI and deep learning approaches—specifically generative approaches —to deliver critical systems such as high-dimensional user embeddings, general content understanding and sequential recommendation. These frameworks scale adjoe's products beyond standard industry limitations, utilizing behavioral and transactional data from over 770 million users.
The team operates at the intersection of bleeding-edge R&D and high-scale production engineering, acting as the company’s internal science bar raiser and primary consulting layer for complex ML bottlenecks. The stack is optimized for deep learning and heavy data throughput: PyTorch and [Ray/Hugging Face] for training and fine-tuning foundation models, Trino and Athena for querying massive user-behavior data lakes, and dedicated GPU infrastructure for heavy workloads. The full lifecycle of these AI capabilities is owned by the team—from academic paper translation and offline prototyping to deploying core algorithmic frameworks built to sustain high-throughput, realtime production environments.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- PhD or equivalent research depth, with a production track record. You have a PhD in CS, Statistics, Math, or Physics, or an MSc with extensive industry research, and publications in top-tier venues like SIGIR, KDD, NeurIPS, or ICLR. You've spent 4+ years building large-scale recommender systems in high-throughput environments: AdTech, e-commerce, or social.
- You translate research into production, not just prototypes. You distill SOTA research into robust, production-ready code optimized for sub-millisecond latency. At adjoe, that means architecting multi-stage recommendation pipelines, Generative Retrieval, Deep Ranking, and Re-ranking, serving millions of requests across a stack built on 770 million users' behavioral data.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch and large-scale model optimization. You have hands-on experience with high-concurrency optimization, model quantization, and distillation, the engineering side of getting large generative models to run under extreme production constraints, not just in research environments.
- Content understanding and embeddings are core to your work. You research and develop information-rich user and ad embeddings using unsupervised and generative approaches, directly improving the quality of predictions across both Playtime and adjoe Ads.
- Raises the technical bar around them. You lead architectural debates, mentor junior scientists, and drive the team's research direction without needing a roadmap handed to you.
🌎 We welcome applications from talent worldwide and provide relocation support to Hamburg, Germany for those ready to join our team.
What’s in It for You?
At adjoe, you’re not here to just close JIRA tickets, you’re helping build the infrastructure behind one of the most impactful platforms in adtech. The systems you work on will reach hundreds of millions of users and power billions of decisions every day.
- Go Big. Own projects with impact on 770M users and push adtech boundaries.
- Move Fast. Ship solutions multiple times a day, learn from results, and keep momentum.
- Be Direct. Solve problems openly and collaborate across teams.
- Thrive Together. Grow with a diverse, global team of people from over 40 different countries that learn from each other.
- Have Fun. Celebrate wins, enjoy daily victories, and bring your energy.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
Notion is an in person company, and currently requires its employees to come to the office for three Anchor Days (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays). This internship will take place from Jan 25 - Apr 16 and you will need to be able to work out of our NY or SF office during this time.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Mobile devices have reshaped personal computing—the power of a desktop now fits in our pockets. By giving everyone the building blocks to create their own tools, we'll solve more problems wherever we go. A delightful, intuitive mobile experience: that's our guiding light, and we need Android and iOS engineers to make it a reality.
During your 12-week internship, you will be paired with a mentor that will help guide you as you work closely with our team to build and ship impactful projects. These projects will drive valuable impact to our customers and engineers. Take a look at what our past intern cohort worked on with our Blog post here https://notion.notion.site/Notion-Intern-Spotlight-d0260c4e2317490db89f367d95cb4e68 and here https://www.notion.so/blog/saluting-notions-winter-interns and TikTok https://www.tiktok.com/@notionhq/video/7216440106356395306?lang=en post.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Write clean, secure, tested, and documented code.
- You'll collaborate with the team to strategize, mold, and develop innovative features for our Android and iOS application.
- At our core, we prioritize crafting top-tier applications. Your role could involve enhancing the Android or iOS app's performance, reliability, and overall refinement. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to optimize aspects of the app within the web stack.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or another related field. Must graduate before December 2027.
- Previous mobile internship experience.
- Working towards a proficiency of one or more programming languages such as Kotlin, Java, Typescript, Node.js, Swift, Go, Python, or Rust.
- You find large challenges exciting and enjoy discovering problems as much as solving them.
- You are able to problem-solve and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- This internship will take place from Jan - Apr and you will need to be able to work out of our SF or NY office during this time.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Thoughtful problem-solving: For you, problem-solving starts with a clear and accurate understanding of the context. You can decompose tricky problems and work towards a clean solution, by yourself or with teammates. You're comfortable asking for help when you get stuck.
- Put users first: You think critically about the implications of what you're building, and how it shapes real people's lives. You understand that reach comes with responsibility for our impact—good and bad.
- Not ideological about technology: To you, technologies and programming languages are about tradeoffs. You may be opinionated, but you're not ideological and can learn new technologies as you go.
- Empathetic communication: You communicate nuanced ideas clearly, whether you're explaining technical decisions in writing or brainstorming in real time. In disagreements, you engage thoughtfully with other perspectives and compromise when needed.
- Team player: For you, work isn't a solo endeavor. You enjoy collaborating cross-functionally to accomplish shared goals, and you care about learning, growing, and helping others to do the same.
NICE TO HAVES:
- You're proficient with any part of our technology stack: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Android SDK, Dagger, Swift, React, TypeScript, Postgres.
- You've heard of computing pioneers like Ada Lovelace, Douglas Engelbart, Alan Kay, and others—and understand why we're big fans of their work.
- You have interests outside of technology, such as in art, history, or social sciences.

Why Sony Interactive Entertainment?
Sony Interactive Entertainment isn’t just the Best Place to Play — it’s also the Best Place to Work. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is the company behind the PlayStation brand. As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
Role overview
We're looking for a Staff Network Systems Engineer to help drive the transition of our global network infrastructure from manually managed and inconsistent configurations to a standardised, version-controlled and increasingly automated operating model.
This hands-on staff-level individual contributor will establish Infrastructure as Code practices, reusable automation, automated validation and safe delivery pipelines. The role will reduce configuration drift, make changes repeatable and auditable, and help the wider team adopt modern software-engineering practices.
Working across network engineering, security, architecture and platform teams, you'll help frame and influence technical direction, create practical standards and guardrails, and remain actively involved in enterprise network engineering and operational delivery.
What you'll be doing:
Assess the network estate, toolchain and operational workflows; identify sources of configuration variance, manual effort and change risk; and help define a phased modernisation roadmap.
Establish the Infrastructure as Code operating model, including the authoritative source of truth, configuration standards, source control, peer review, testing, release governance and secure handling of credentials.
Build reusable automation using object-oriented or comparable programming languages such as Python and Go (Golang), together with Terraform, Ansible, APIs and configuration-management tooling.
Develop CI/CD pipelines with automated linting, testing, intended-state validation, drift detection, policy checks, approvals, controlled rollout and reliable rollback patterns.
Partner with engineering, architecture and security teams to translate network intent into version-controlled implementations and influence reference architectures, standards, lifecycle plans and service roadmaps.
Lead the safe migration of existing services into the automated model while remaining hands-on during complex delivery, business-as-usual operations, critical changes, troubleshooting and major incidents.
Participate in technical authority and design-review forums, mentor engineers, and ensure automation becomes a sustainable team capability rather than knowledge held by a single specialist.
What we are looking for:
A strong track record of modernising network infrastructure through automation or Infrastructure as Code in a large, complex production environment.
Strong software-engineering skills in object-oriented or comparable programming languages such as Python and Go (Golang), including maintainable code, structured data, API integration, testing, error handling and documentation.
Practical experience with Terraform, Ansible or comparable tooling, including reusable, idempotent automation components and controlled infrastructure delivery.
Strong working knowledge of Git, pull-request workflows, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, release controls, policy enforcement and secrets management.
Deep enterprise networking knowledge across routing, switching, wireless, resilient design, network access control and secure remote connectivity, together with advanced Juniper Mist, EX Series and Junos experience or equivalent platform expertise.
Expert troubleshooting and engineering judgement, with experience supporting operational delivery, complex changes, major incidents and root-cause improvement.
Staff-level influence and communication skills, including shaping technical direction across teams, building consensus, contributing to governance forums and developing other engineers.
Desirable Experience
Network APIs and data models, including REST, NETCONF, RESTCONF, JSON, YAML and YANG-based workflows.
GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, automated policy enforcement, artefact management and developer enablement.
Azure or AWS networking, enterprise authentication, Zero Trust principles and network observability platforms.
Architecture governance, technical authority panels, strategic vendor engagement and globally delivered service operations.
High-availability gaming, digital-media, creative or similarly demanding production environments.
Work Expectations and Measures of Success
This is a staff-level role combining hands-on engineering with technical leadership across a global network environment. You'll build production automation, guide others and remain engaged with operational delivery. The objective is to establish an engineering system the team can operate and improve over time while maintaining secure, resilient and supportable network services.
Success will be demonstrated through:
Increased coverage of network infrastructure managed through version-controlled automation.
Reduced configuration drift, manual intervention, operational toil and dependency on individual subject-matter experts.
Shorter and more predictable change lead times, with improved auditability, validation and rollback confidence.
Lower change-failure rates, maintained service reliability and faster recovery from configuration-related incidents.
Sustained adoption of automation standards, modules and delivery practices across the wider engineering team.
At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
In addition, this role is eligible for SIE’s top-tier benefits package that includes paid time off, wellness program and coveted employee discounts for Sony products. This role also may be eligible for a bonus package. Click

ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an AI Search Manager to help our customers succeed in the new era of AI-driven search. In this role, you'll onboard new clients, support them in improving their visibility across search engines, AI assistants, and emerging generative surfaces, and grow your expertise alongside our senior strategists. You'll pair solid SEO fundamentals with strong communication skills, analyzing websites and search performance, preparing recommendations, and helping clients turn insights into action. Working closely with Sales, Growth, and Product, you'll also contribute to how we enable customers and shape best practices for succeeding in AI-powered search.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Onboard and activate new clients, and educate them on how to get the most out of Peec AI to improve their visibility in AI search
- Review websites, content, and search performance to identify AI search opportunities across platforms, and turn your findings into clear recommendations
- Prepare for and co-lead advisory sessions with brands and agencies, working alongside senior strategists to build GEO strategies and roadmaps
- Support clients on day-to-day GEO questions, from strategic guidance to hands-on execution
- Manage a portfolio of clients, keeping a close eye on usage and account health, and flag churn risks or expansion opportunities to the team
- Collaborate with Sales, Growth, and Product to improve activation journeys, case studies, and customer enablement materials
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1–3 years of hands-on SEO or organic growth experience, whether at an agency, in-house, or at a SaaS company
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, including technical SEO basics, content strategy, and search intent, plus curiosity about how organic performance drives business outcomes
- Comfort working directly with clients: you can present findings clearly and are eager to build your consulting skills
- Ability to explain SEO concepts in simple, actionable language for marketing and brand teams
- Excitement about the shift from "10 blue links" to generative search, and motivation to learn fast at the frontier of that change
- Confident verbal and written communication skills in English for client calls, workshops, and written recommendations
BONUS POINTS
- Experience at a top-tier SEO agency or supporting client-facing SEO projects
- Initial experience with AI search, or experimenting with how brands show up in AI assistants
- Exposure to building SEO playbooks, content strategies, or reporting for clients
- Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed SaaS or marketing tech environment
- Confident verbal and written communication skills in German
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Collaborative, high-energy in-office work environment
- Opportunity to make a significant impact and define a new market category

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
Aleph is seeking a strategic, high-energy Client Partner to represent Spotify in Peru. We are not just looking for a sales professional — we are looking for a true music and culture enthusiast who understands how music, podcasts, and digital audio shape the way people feel, think, and buy.
In this role, you will be the bridge between Spotify's world-class advertising platform and the peruvian advertising ecosystem. You will drive revenue by showing brands how to authentically connect with millions of engaged listeners — people who choose to be there.
But we are also entering a new era of sales — one where individual productivity is amplified by AI in ways that were unthinkable two years ago. A great salesperson with the right mindset and tools will do the work of three. That is the profile we are building.
What you'll do
Revenue Growth:
Own and be accountable for quarterly and yearly revenue goals, pipeline management, and growth targets for the peruvian market.
Agency Relationships:
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key media agencies, positioning Spotify as an invaluable strategic partner — not just a vendor.
Multi-stakeholder Selling:
Work across agency departments — buying, strategy, comms planning, audio, digital, branded content, and innovation — to build holistic solutions.
Consultative Selling:
Understand clients' business objectives and challenges deeply. Respond with tailored advertising solutions that genuinely move their business forward.
Cultural Storytelling:
Create persuasive narratives that translate Spotify's audience data and audio formats into compelling business growth stories. Make clients feel the platform, not just see the numbers.
Portfolio Selling:
Sell the full Spotify ecosystem — audio, video, display, branded experiences, and programmatic — with fluency and confidence.
AI-Augmented Workflow:
Use AI tools to prepare client briefs, analyze pipeline signals, identify growth opportunities, and arrive to every client interaction more prepared than anyone else in the room.
Campaign Excellence:
Partner with internal teams to ensure flawless execution, delivering a top-tier service experience that keeps clients coming back.
Industry Presence:
Represent Spotify and Aleph at key industry events in Peru, building our profile and driving cultural relevance in the local market.
The profile we're building
🎯 Genuine Tech Curiosity:
When a new tool appears, you adopt it, test it, and integrate it into your workflow. You don't just tolerate it
📊 Analytical Thinking:
You read data, interpret pipeline signals, and make decisions based on evidence — not just gut feeling.
🤝 Orchestration Ability:
AI does the research, prepares the briefs, suggests next steps. You decide, personalize, and build the relationship.
⚡ Real Adaptability:
The process will keep changing. You don't just accept change — you anticipate it and move first.
Who you are
Required
4+ years of experience in advertising sales, business development, or client-facing roles within the digital media industry.
Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem: audio, display, video, and programmatic.
Proven track record of managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and exceeding sales targets in the Argentine or LATAM market.
Strong agency and brand relationships across the peruviann digital advertising community.
Comfort with data: you build reports, interpret dashboards, and translate performance into client-facing insights (Salesforce, Google Slides/Sheets).
Genuine curiosity about AI tools — and evidence you have already started integrating them into your daily workflow.
Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills; you can hold a room at C-suite level.
Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
Preferred
Experience with self-serve advertising platforms or programmatic auction dynamics.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted sales tools: CRM automation, brief generators, prospecting platforms.
Passion for music, audio culture, or the creator economy: you don’t just sell Spotify, you get it.
Why this role
Spotify reaches over 600 million users globally, with a deeply engaged audience across Latin America.
At Aleph, you will work at the intersection of one of the world’s most iconic brands and one of the most dynamic ad markets in the region. You will have the tools, the backing, and the mandate to build something meaningful.
And if you are someone who is excited about where AI is taking sales — you are going to like it here.
Why Join Us?
Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents. We support each other, creating an environment of giving and receiving. We value partnership and communication because we believe it takes a group of people to achieve great things. We are energized by our ever-changing industry, our curiosity keeps us learning and seeking out new opportunities.
