We’re in an exciting phase of growth and transformation, with teammates in more than 20 countries across three continents and main hubs in the United States, Poland, Ukraine and Philippines.
At airSlate, we’re building value for customers and a culture where growth and innovation go hand in hand. We’re looking for people eager to shape products, scale a company, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
About the role
pdfFiller helps millions of customers create, edit, manage, sign and collaborate on documents digitally. We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who can connect what we build with why it matters to customers and how we win in the market.
This is a senior individual contributor role with significant ownership across positioning, go-to-market strategy, product launches, customer and competitive intelligence, and sales enablement.
We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable developing a positioning strategy, digging into customer and market data, partnering with Product on roadmap decisions, and giving GTM the tools and narratives they need to win.
What you'll be working on:
Own product positioning and messaging
Develop and continuously refine positioning, messaging and value propositions for pdfFiller across key customer segments and use cases.
Translate complex product capabilities, including AI-powered functionality, into clear customer benefits and compelling commercial narratives.
Ensure our positioning is differentiated, evidence-based and consistently reflected across the customer journey.
Lead go-to-market strategy
Own the product marketing strategy for major launches, new capabilities and strategic initiatives from early planning through adoption.
Define target audiences, use cases, value propositions, competitive differentiation, launch plans and success measures.
Partner with Product early in the development process so customer and market insight informs what we build, not simply how we market it after launch.
Develop deep customer and market insight
Build a strong understanding of pdfFiller customers, prospects, competitors and broader document productivity market.
Conduct customer research, win/loss analysis, competitive analysis and market segmentation to identify opportunities and inform Product and GTM strategy.
Turn customer insight and market data into recommendations leaders can act on.
Drive adoption and commercial impact
Partner with Growth and Lifecycle Marketing to improve activation, adoption, conversion, retention and expansion.
Identify gaps between product capability and customer understanding and develop strategies to close them.
Use data to evaluate whether positioning, launches and campaigns are changing customer behavior and contributing to business outcomes.
Enable Sales and customer-facing teams
Create sales narratives, competitive intelligence, battlecards, customer stories, presentations and other enablement materials that help customer-facing teams communicate pdfFiller's value effectively.
Partner directly with Sales to understand objections, competitive pressure and customer needs and bring those insights back into Product and Marketing.
Shape product strategy
Represent the voice of the market in product discussions.
Partner with Product leaders to evaluate market opportunities, customer problems, competitive dynamics and potential areas of investment.
Help the organization answer not only "Can we build this?" but "Who is this for, what problem does it solve, and why will customers choose us?"
Requirements:
6+ years of experience in consumer and b2b product marketing, preferably within software, productivity tools, document technology or a related technology category
Demonstrated ownership of product positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy
Experience bringing new products or major capabilities to market
Strong understanding of SaaS customer journeys, including acquisition, activation, conversion, retention and expansion
Experience partnering closely with Product, Sales, Growth and other cross-functional teams
Strong customer research, market analysis and competitive intelligence capabilities
Ability to turn complex technology into simple, compelling customer value
Strong commercial judgment and comfort using data to make decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to operate independently in a distributed, international organization

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
MARKETING OPS IS ONE OF ALAN'S HIGHEST-LEVERAGE FUNCTIONS.
It sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, data, and technology — turning systems into growth engines and ensuring every touchpoint with prospects and members is timely, relevant, and scalable.
Alan is growing fast across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. But today we're leaving value on the table. On the prospect side, we drive more traffic but can't convert it properly: no scoring, no intelligent routing, no nurturing that adapts to buying intent. On the member side, messaging is one of our primary touchpoints for engagement, retention, and trust — yet nobody operates it strategically. Personalization stays shallow, communication pressure goes unmonitored, and shipping a message often means filing an engineering ticket.
We need Marketing Ops leaders who can architect scalable systems, operate them strategically, and progressively embed AI into workflows — to raise quality, reduce manual execution, and unlock growth without scaling headcount linearly.
⭐️ THE MARKETING OPS JOB ⭐️
We are hiring two Marketing Operations Managers, each embedded in a different crew:
- Growth Infrastructure — focused on prospect acquisition: building a unified lead engine that captures, scores, routes, and nurtures across all channels
- Product Platform — focused on member lifecycle messaging: operating Alan's messaging stack as a scalable service across 1.7M+ profiles
Both roles share the same DNA: strong marketing ops fundamentals, data fluency, a product mindset, and the ability to be both hands-on and strategic. Crew placement will be determined based on the candidate's experience, interests, and fit during the hiring process.
Why is this role interesting?
- Speed: marketing, product, and sales teams ship campaigns and messages confidently — Marketing Ops turns bottlenecks into force multipliers across every crew
- Trust: clean data, governed attributes, proper segmentation, and enforced rules mean the right person gets the right message at the right time
- Scale: as we grow to millions of members across multiple countries, we need operators who keep our platforms clean and the user experience protected — without scaling headcount linearly
- AI at the frontier: this isn't a maintenance role — you'll identify high-priority use cases for AI agents, train and refine them to a senior marketer's quality bar, and drive real adoption
What will you do with us?
You'll be a partnership with marketers — not a service desk. You'll partner closely with engineers, data, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders (PMMs, sales, growth, product) within a PM-Tech duo crew model.
Regardless of crew, you will own a core set of capabilities:
- Marketing Automation & CRM: own and optimize our marketing stack (Customer.io http://Customer.io, CRM integrations); build automations that enable marketers to launch campaigns independently, at scale, across all geos
- Data Model & Governance: maintain CRM data quality, attribute/event design, and database hygiene as a sustained practice
- Segmentation & Lifecycle Design: design and maintain lifecycle stages, segmentation logic, routing rules, and re-engagement flows across multiple audiences and geos
- Nurturing Infrastructure: own the nurturing stack and campaign processes; make launches autonomous and compliant
- AI-First Operations: identify, build, and refine AI agents for email copywriting, lead scoring, next-best-action recommendations, and content generation — making marketers AI-powered, not replacing them
- Performance Monitoring: track the full funnel from first touchpoint to conversion; identify leakage and prioritize from data
- Documentation & Enablement: create playbooks, train teams on tools and processes, reduce the marginal cost of new campaigns
Then, depending on your crew:
Growth Infrastructure — you'll build a unified lead engine (no more tool-by-tool silos), design lead scoring and routing models, crack multi-channel activation (email, WhatsApp, Voice AI), build AI agents that pre-qualify and enrich leads, and maintain a live feedback loop with BDRs, AEs, and Inbound Sales.
Product Platform — you'll operate Customer.io http://Customer.io and back-end triggered emails as one governed system, monitor communication pressure and enforce channel rules, define and enforce recipient lifecycle paths, drive 100% Design Studio adoption, and co-own outbound messaging strategy with PMMs and product teams.
By your first year, we'll know it worked when:
- At least one AI agent is in production on a key use case (email nurturing, lead categorization, content generation), with a second scoped or live, and adoption is real
- Any marketer or product Alaner can launch a campaign or ship a message without bottlenecking through ops or engineering
- CRM data model, attributes, and segments are properly owned, documented, and clean — the data we see is data we can act on
- Every contact has a documented path through our messaging — segmentation is sharp, messaging is relevant, and pressure is monitored
- Marketing's contribution to acquisition and engagement is visible and quantifiable, from first touch to conversion
⭐️ IS IT YOU WE ARE LOOKING FOR? ⭐️
You'll be a great fit for this opportunity if you:
- Have 5+ years in Marketing operations, growth ops, CRM ops, lifecycle marketing, or lead generation in a tech environment (B2B, B2C, or B2B2C)
- Have hands-on experience managing marketing automation platforms at scale (Customer.io http://Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- Have a strong understanding of CRM data models — attribute/event design and data hygiene as a sustained practice
- Can frame and implement processes for lead scoring, nurturing, segmentation, and personalization
- Have a product knack: you can define what's not working, identify what to build next, and see problems as opportunities to bring more value
- Bring data fluency and analytical rigor: you read platform and campaign data, surface anomalies, and draw business insights
- Can be both hands-on and think strategically — you drive the big picture while staying close to execution
- Have strong stakeholder management skills — you'll partner daily with engineering, product, sales, and marketing teams
- Can manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
- Communicate with excellent written and spoken English
- Are impact-driven with a strong bias towards improving processes
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the C0-D level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
THE ROLE
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster's positions are fully remote, you can work from home, forever. To create the best experience for our new hire, this role requires you to be based within +3 / -5 UTC.
We’re hiring a Lead Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and outcomes for a critical area of Oyster’s Employer of Record product. You will shape customer-facing experiences, internal tools, and operational workflows that help companies employ talent globally with confidence, compliance, and simplicity.
You will work across the full EOR system, not only individual features, to understand how customer needs, country requirements, policies, data, operational processes, and technology interact. You will start with the customer problem and desired business outcome, use direct discovery and first-principles reasoning to identify root causes, and decide whether the best intervention belongs in product, process, policy, Operations, or a combination.
You’ll operate independently, making and communicating difficult trade-offs amid ambiguity. You will constructively challenge requested solutions, align senior stakeholders, and connect product decisions to measurable customer, operational, and commercial impact. You will also identify where AI and automation create real value, and where risk or customer needs call for a human in the loop.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the product vision, strategy, prioritization, and measurable outcomes for an EOR sub-domain.
- Build a systems-level view of customer journeys, internal workflows, policy constraints, data flows, and exceptions across the EOR lifecycle.
- Lead direct customer and operational discovery. Separate symptoms and feature requests from underlying problems, and evaluate product, process, policy, and operational interventions before choosing a solution.
- Translate strategy into outcome-based roadmaps with clear decisions, learning plans, and success measures.
- Work deeply with Operations and AI Engineers to improve scalability, exception handling, service quality, and cost-to-serve, not simply digitize existing processes.
- Partner with Engineering and Design from discovery through delivery, using prototypes and technical insight to reduce risk early.
- Constructively challenge and align senior stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Go-to-Market, and communicate strategy, trade-offs, and impact clearly in senior forums.
- Contribute repeatable product practices that strengthen discovery, decision quality, and outcome ownership across the Product organization.
CORE REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years in Product Management, including demonstrable experience owning a complex product area end-to-end.
- 3+ years in HR tech, payroll, benefits, hiring, compliance, or another regulated or operationally complex B2B domain.
- Strong systems thinking, with the ability to explain how policy, operations, data, and technology interact, including exceptions and edge cases.
- Proven first-principles thinking: the ability to separate the requested feature from the desired outcome and explain why one intervention (product, process, policy, or Operations) was chosen over the alternatives.
- Strategic judgment and independence: proven ability to make significant decisions under ambiguity, with explicit trade-offs and a clear view of what was deprioritized.
- Deep direct-customer discovery, with examples where conversations with customers and operational teams materially changed the problem definition or planned solution.
- Proven ability to constructively challenge, persuade, and align senior stakeholders with competing priorities, and to partner strongly with Operations, Engineering, and Design.
- Clear executive communication, with evidence of measurable customer, operational, or commercial impact (e.g. cost-to-serve, cycle time, retention), including the baseline, the change, and how the result was attributed to the decision.
Bonus / Nice-to-Have Experience
- EOR, payroll, HR technology, benefits, compliance, fintech, healthcare, logistics, or another regulated and operationally complex domain. Transferable experience counts where the complexity is comparable (multi-country rules, compliance exposure, human-in-the-loop workflows).
- Scaling products or workflows across countries, customers, teams, or markets.
- Hands-on experience prototyping with AI tools or shipping responsible AI- or automation-enabled product experiences.
- Fully distributed and multicultural working experience.
YOU'LL ALSO NEED
- A reliable home internet connection and fluency in both written and spoken English.
- High standards for quality, ethics, privacy, and compliance in products that affect people and employment.

About the job
Tether Wallet is our self-custodial wallet, built to bring USDT and XAUT directly to the people who rely on Tether every day, especially in markets where access to stable money and savings is hardest. For that to work, getting into these assets has to be simple, fast and affordable. Our goal is to give every Tether Wallet user the best option to exchange any local currency or token into USDT and XAUT, wherever they are.
In this role, you will define and own the strategy for buying and swapping into USDT and XAUT across our target markets. You will work hand in hand with our expansion teams to map the payment landscape in each market: which payment methods people actually use, which card schemes and bank rails dominate, and which on-ramp and swap providers can serve them. Based on that, you will identify the best partner for each market and bring them on board as a service partner of Tether Wallet.
This role sits at the intersection of product, payments and partnerships. You will own the outcome end to end, from the first partner evaluation through integration and the in-app experience to the conversion numbers after launch. If you enjoy turning a fragmented global payments landscape into a buy button that just works, we want to hear from you.
Key responsibilities:
Buy & Swap Strategy: Define and own the strategy and roadmap for buying and swapping into USDT and XAUT in Tether Wallet, covering fiat on-ramps, card payments, local payment methods and token-to-token swaps.
Market & Payment Landscape: Work with our expansion teams to build a deep understanding of each target market, including dominant payment methods, card schemes, bank transfer and instant payment rails, mobile money, local regulation, and the on-ramp and swap providers active there.
Partner Evaluation & Selection: Define clear evaluation criteria such as market and payment method coverage, fees and FX spreads, approval and conversion rates, KYC experience, settlement speed, reliability and compliance standing, and use them to select the best on-ramp or swap partner for each market.
Partner Onboarding: Lead selected partners from evaluation to go-live as service partners of Tether Wallet, coordinating with Legal, Compliance and Business Development on due diligence, commercial terms and contracts.
Integration & Delivery: Translate partner capabilities and APIs into clear product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, and work with engineering and design to deliver a seamless in-app buy and swap experience.
Routing & Optimization: Define the logic that decides which partner and payment method a user is offered based on country, currency, amount, price and availability, so every user gets the best available option.
Performance & Partner Management: Define and track KPIs across the buy and swap funnel, such as conversion, payment approval rates, KYC drop-off, total cost to the user and volume by market and partner. Use the data to improve the experience, manage partner performance and incidents, and regularly review whether each market still has the right partner.
Mandatory:
5+ years of product management experience in the financial industry (banking, payment service provider, FinTech)
3+ years of product management experience in DeFi or crypto industry
Good understanding of crypto wallets and DeFi features, including token swaps, DEX aggregators and on-chain transaction flows.
Good understanding of global payment systems and credit card schemes (e.g. Visa, Mastercard), including authorization, 3-D Secure and chargebacks, as well as local payment methods such as bank transfers, instant payment rails and mobile money.
Hands-on experience with fiat on-ramp, off-ramp or swap providers, or with integrating third-party payment providers and gateways into a consumer product.
Proven experience evaluating, selecting and onboarding external partners, and managing their performance after launch.
Working knowledge of KYC/AML requirements and how they affect user onboarding and conversion.
Technical enough to read partner API documentation, assess integration options and work closely with engineering teams.
Data-driven: experience defining funnel KPIs and using data to improve conversion and make partner decisions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with partners, expansion teams and engineers across time zones in a remote environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are building a category-defining document management platform. We are way past the MVP stage, battle-tested in production, recently profitable, serving hundreds of thousands of customers globally.
We are rapidly scaling with multiple products and new funnels. Currently, we are looking for a Senior CRO Manager who thrives on ownership, speed, and building things that scale. Not a 9-5. Read on if you want challenge, autonomy, and fast growth.
This isn't a hand-off role. You'll own the full optimization loop end-to-end: deep funnel analysis, hypothesis generation, high-fidelity wireframes and visual specs, working directly with engineers, and the performance outcomes that follow.
We are not just looking at landing page optimizations, in this role you'll be working across the entire user journey, from acquisition through activation, retention, and monetization. The pace is fast and iterative. We ship in days, learn, and keep the engine running.
We've built a compensation structure that directly rewards people who exceed targets. Top performers see meaningful financial upside tied to their impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own end-to-end optimization cycles: research → hypothesis → design → test → rollout, while keeping the cycles short.
- Use AI tools daily to accelerate research, ideation, design, analysis, and documentation. This is core to how we work, not an afterthought.
- Perform deep funnel and product analysis across the full user journey - acquisition, activation, retention, monetization - plus competitive benchmarking to surface high-impact opportunities.
- Design high-fidelity wireframes and visual specs that clearly communicate your vision while protecting brand integrity. We're a code-first team - design is built in Next.js and TailwindCSS, not Figma.
- Partner with engineers to ensure flawless test implementation and rapid deployment.
- Analyze results with statistical rigor and make confident scaling decisions.
- Document learnings and maintain a continuously prioritized testing roadmap.
- Present insights and results clearly to stakeholders, building alignment and momentum.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven CRO results: 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience, ideally with subscription or SaaS funnels, with documented performance lifts.
- Funnel + product thinking: You don't just optimize landing pages. You think about the full user journey and how product decisions compound with funnel decisions.
- AI-native workflow: You actively integrate AI into your daily process - prompting, prototyping, analyzing, drafting - and have opinions about what actually works. Almost a must.
- Design taste: Strong UI/UX sensibility and the ability to recognize and create ideas that convert. You can build compelling, detailed visual specs yourself.
- Speed and iteration: Bias for shipping. You'd rather get two well-designed tests live today than one perfect test in a week, and you keep the cycle moving.
- Analytical depth: Skilled in Mixpanel, GrowthBook, Google Analytics, or similar.
- Execution excellence: Remarkable attention to detail in fast-moving environments.
- Ownership: Self-driven, proactive, fully accountable for outcomes.
- Fluent English: strong written and verbal communication.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly systematic Senior Creative Producer to own the ad creative engine for one of our core D2C subscription products in the consumer AI category. You will be fully responsible for the full concept-to-performance loop, generating the angles, driving production volume, running structured tests, performing competitor research, and turning creative-level data into the next round of winning concepts.
This is a high-impact role. Your ad creatives will be the primary performance lever: your work moves CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS directly, and you are accountable for those numbers alongside the User Acquisition team. The bar is high and so is the upside; performance here is directly and significantly rewarded.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creative Strategy & Concepting
- Own the creative angle strategy: Define which hooks, pains, and value propositions get tested next
- Develop creative concepts: demo-led ads, UGC-style video, statics, and AI-generated formats
- Translate product features and capabilities into concrete, scroll-stopping propositions for target audiences

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
We’re hiring a Product Manager with deep UX and interaction design expertise to build social experiences around investing and trading at Kraken.
You should be comfortable designing flows yourself, building interactive prototypes, and working through interaction details with designers and engineers. You’ll also own the product decisions: which customer problem to solve, what to ship first, and how to measure whether the experience improved.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Design complete social journeys. Work through how someone discovers a person, decides to follow them, shares an idea or trade, receives a response, and returns. Connect these interactions into an experience users understand without explanation.
- Make the interaction details work. Shape navigation, information hierarchy, copy, defaults, gestures, and feedback. Specify what happens when a feed is empty, a post fails, content loads slowly, or someone changes their mind.
- Prototype before committing to a build. Turn ideas into interactive prototypes that communicate the intended behavior. Explore alternatives, test the uncertain parts, and give engineering clear flows, states, and acceptance criteria.
- Use psychology to improve participation. Understand why people hesitate to post, seek recognition, follow strangers, or respond to others. Translate those motivations into decisions about audience visibility, prompts, reputation, feedback, and the effort required to contribute.
- Observe users and fix what gets in their way. Run usability sessions, watch people complete tasks, and combine those observations with funnel data. Identify where people misunderstand the product, lose confidence, or abandon an action.
- Design for first use and repeated use. Make the experience useful before someone has connections. Keep sharing lightweight during an active trading session, with clear control over what becomes public. Test the twentieth interaction as carefully as the first.
- Connect design decisions to measurable outcomes. For each significant change, define the expected behavior and how to test it. Track task completion, abandonment, first follows, first contributions, responses, and subsequent retention. Work with data science to evaluate experiments and effects on both contributors and their audiences.
- Take the experience through launch. Choose a focused initial scope, resolve trade-offs with engineering, review the implementation against the intended design, and use post-launch evidence to decide what to improve next.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Has designed and shipped consumer social experiences. Your portfolio shows your contribution to feeds, profiles, sharing, messaging, discovery, or communities—and how the experience changed after launch.
- Has strong interaction design craft. You can explain why a flow is structured a particular way, what users will notice first, what they need to understand, and which decisions or steps can be removed.
- Can build realistic interactive prototypes. You use Figma, code, AI tools, or a combination to make behavior tangible and testable, including transitions, empty states, and failure states.
- Understands behavior through evidence. You can show where user research challenged your assumptions and changed a design.
- Can own product outcomes. You can prioritize a problem, define success, interpret funnel and cohort data, and explain whether an experiment produced a meaningful improvement.
- Understands the context of social finance. You account for how credibility, incentives, reputation, and visibility of financial activity affect what people trust and choose to share.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.
