About Salmon
Salmon is a fast-growing consumer fintech group, founded in July 2022 with the vision of creating the best credit-led neobank in Southeast Asia. We chose the Philippines as our first market and are now a licensed consumer-lending group, working towards becoming a licensed bank.
Salmon was founded by three co-founders who built and held senior leadership positions at Tinkoff, a highly successful tech-enabled bank that reached a market capitalization of more than US$20bn. We've built a highly qualified, global team of finance and technology professionals and are backed by world-class investors, including ADQ, an investment company wholly owned by the Government of Abu Dhabi, and other prominent fintech investors.
We're building a financial technology business that works impeccably 24x365, creating thousands of jobs and providing high-quality access to finance for millions of Filipinos — and would love to have you join us on this journey.
About the role
As Salmon's Mail Management Officer, you'll own the operational backbone of Card Production and Delivery — from ordering and monitoring blank plastic stock to managing courier performance and resolving customer complaints. You'll work closely with the Mail Management Head and other stakeholders across Banking Operations to keep this function running accurately, on time, and audit-ready, while helping strengthen and document the processes behind it.
What you'll do
Run card production and delivery operations
- Order, pay for, and monitor blank plastic stock, and maintain inventory of blank plastics and personalized cards
- Tag initial card releases and redeliveries in the system, and monitor card delivery end to end
- Oversee destruction of spoiled blank plastics and aged cards
Manage vendor and courier performance
- Review delivery reports and escalate any non-compliance with the service provider's SLA
- Manage courier performance and conduct regular assessments
- Handle and resolve customer complaints related to card delivery
Keep controls and compliance tight
- Ensure maker-checker controls are in place with proper segregation of duties, acting as checker or maker depending on the task
- Ensure approvals are within delegated authority and tasks are completed within agreed turnaround times
- Comply with BSP, AMLC, PDIC, and other applicable regulatory requirements, and adhere strictly to company policy and code of conduct
Drive process improvement and audit-readiness
- Review and update documented processes in a timely manner, and identify opportunities for improvement while keeping controls in place
- Initiate projects that benefit the team and the company, and participate in UAT/UVT for systems that affect the team
- Identify and escalate issues promptly, proposing resolutions to your immediate supervisor
- Organize team files (soft and hard copy) in line with the record retention policy, and ensure audit-readiness in task execution
Support the wider team
- Collaborate and attend meetings with stakeholders, flagging areas of impact to the team
- Act as reliever for teammates on leave per the team's relief arrangement, without compromising segregation of duties
- Take part in cross-functional assignments within Banking Operations, and other tasks as assigned
What makes you a strong fit
- Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance or a related business course
- 5+ years of experience in a banking institution
- Strong knowledge of and hands-on experience with Card Production and Delivery
- Solid grasp of maker-checker controls and segregation of duties
- Working familiarity with BSP, AMLC, PDIC, and other relevant banking regulations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with a track record of audit-ready documentation
What you're joining
You'll be part of Banking Operations at a company building a financial technology business meant to work impeccably 24x365 — creating jobs and high-quality access to finance for millions of Filipinos. Card Production and Delivery is a function where the gap between a smooth process and a compliance gap is your work, and where getting the controls right keeps the rest of the bank moving.
The Client Success Manager will be the main point of contact for employer accounts introduced through Maven’s channel partnerships - driving enrollment and engagement while taking direct accountability for net revenue retention, renewal health, and expansion readiness.
In This Role, You'll Get to: Own and evolve the architecture of ACP: the orchestrator, per-host agent, and CLI that manage dedicated-resource virtual machines on bare metal, including compute placement, image management, and network recovery.

ABOUT THE TEAM
The Billing team sits at the intersection of product, finance, and infrastructure. They're responsible for ensuring every observable event—errors, logs, traces, tokens—gets accurately measured, priced, and billed. Their work directly impacts company revenue and customer trust, requiring distributed systems expertise, attention to financial accuracy, and deep understanding of product usage patterns. The team works cross-functionally with product, engineering, BizOps, marketing, and sales to build systems that enable new products and pricing models.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will architect and scale the core systems that power Sentry's billing infrastructure, ensuring accuracy and reliability at massive scale.
- You will collaborate on building the next generation of Sentry’s usage tracking pipeline, processing hundreds of billions of events daily with low latency and financial-grade accuracy.
- You will help design flexible pricing primitives that support everything from per-event usage billing to complex enterprise contracts, enabling product and sales teams to experiment rapidly while maintaining revenue accuracy and reduced time-to-market for new products.

TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE, YOU HAVE
- Built or significantly improved systems with high-stakes accuracy requirements.

- Operated services where reliability includes uptime and also financial correctness.

At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the Admin Workflows area of 1Password's Enterprise Password Manager (EPM). With our API first approach to EPM, you will champion API centric workflows and deliver features that help administrators manage, monitor, and support their organizations at scale. You'll shape a roadmap spanning admin capabilities, admin dashboards and reporting, notification systems, account recovery and user confirmation workflows, and agentic (MCP) capabilities — connecting deep platform decisions to customer and business outcomes. This role sits at the center of the enterprise admin experience, with dependencies across many partner teams, so strong cross-functional judgment and communication are essential.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
HOW WE'RE USING AI TODAY
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
OUR PRODUCT PHILOSOPHY
Our philosophy on Product consists of five core pillars:
- Focus and Execution — can you ship quickly and measure results?
- Customer Empathy — are you motivated first and foremost to solve customer problems?
- Effective Communication — can you bring the entire organization — horizontally and vertically — along on the journey?
- Go To Market — can you understand and drive the business outcomes through product decisions?
- Technology — articulating how our technology beats our competitors.
Product Managers play a highly visible role in the company and are critical to the development and execution of our product strategy. As PMs, we are responsible for setting and championing the high bar for our products. You must excel at prioritization, collaboration, and communication, while holding yourself and others accountable for measuring quality and business results. You'll work with other PMs to understand customer problems and define requirements so your engineering counterparts can create great solutions, and you'll take a holistic view of customer needs that cross buyers, users, and administrators. You will work with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and GTM teams to ensure the quality, security, and usability of the service.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of product management experience owning a product or a set of features and being responsible for its ultimate success, in B2B or enterprise software
- A track record of shipping and improving software and driving business impact through the features or products you owned
- Experience building for administrator or IT personas — workflows, dashboards, APIs, or enterprise governance capabilities
- Strong experience with API first product design, API development, and API management workflows, with the technical depth to engage directly with system architecture and developer documentation
- An action-bias that won't wait to create change
- Obsession with internal and external customer problems, and the ability to represent the voice of the customer to motivate the team
- Strong presentation and leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that scale from technical to non-technical audiences
- Ability to inspire and bring together different teams and stakeholders to drive forward, solve problems, and remove roadblocks
- Ability to prioritize tasks and use data — both qualitative and quantitative — to drive decision-making
- Strong background and experience in cybersecurity is needed.
- Experience training internal teams as part of bringing products to market, particularly sales, support, and customer success
What you can expect:
- Working with a passionate, highly motivated Product team that is invested in your success and the success of your initiatives
- A dynamic, highly collaborative environment
- Empowerment to contribute to, and help drive, overall product strategy and the relative priority of the features you own on the roadmap
- Being a part of the team that drives the success of 1Password, our products, and business to the next level
- Having fun working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a team that prioritizes close collaboration over rigid processes, while continuously embracing an entrepreneurial culture
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $144,000 USD and $202,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $133,000 CAD and $186,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of almost all roles, and we require our employees to be ready and willing to take part. Built to maintain data integrity and workforce trust across a global contributor base, NIMO combines advanced verification, continuous monitoring, and structured QA to ensure every dataset is accurate, traceable, and culturally grounded. welodata.ai
About the Team
Welo Data's Trust & Safety function protects the integrity of a global, distributed workforce that powers AI data and annotation work. We run a multi-layered fraud detection stack combining identity verification checks, in-house behavioral signals, and platform activity data, and are actively building out a Trust & Safety Committee spanning four core workstreams: identity verification, location verification, account integrity, and multi-accounting detection. This is a hands-on investigative role, not a policy-only seat — you'll be working live cases from day one.
About the Role
We're looking for a Trust & Safety Specialist, based in Mexico, to join our investigations team, working active fraud cases and supporting the broader fraud strategy program. You'll come in with real T&S, fraud/risk, or identity-verification experience from another platform, marketplace, gaming company, fintech, IDV vendor, or crowdsourced-workforce environment, and be ready to run investigations, process removals, and spot fraud patterns from week one.
What You Will Do
Run investigations end-to-end:
triage flagged accounts, review evidence (identity signals, behavioral flags, platform activity data), reach a disposition, and process removals in line with policy and SLA.
Own IDV review:
verify identity and location signals for flagged or high-risk accounts, distinguishing genuine edge cases from fraud.
Conduct manual audits and reviews:
prioritizing cases by risk and signal strength rather than intake order.
Detect multi-accounting and account integrity abuse:
recognize patterns across linked accounts, device/location overlap, and behavioral signals.
Apply a hypothesis-driven investigation method:
form a hypothesis, test it against the evidence, and reach a disposition that can be replicated and audited.
Contribute to detection improvement:
escalate emerging fraud vectors, false-positive/false-negative patterns, and rule gaps to the fraud strategy team.
Handle sensitive data responsibly:
apply GDPR-aligned data handling and deletion practices in every case.
Collaborate cross-functionally:
partner with Research Labs, Quality Strategy Architecture (QSA), and Forward Deployment Engineering on tooling gaps and process fixes surfaced by your casework
What You Bring (Must Have-s)
5+ years in a T&S, fraud/risk, or identity-verification investigations role — from a platform/marketplace T&S team, a fintech/payments risk team, an identity-verification vendor, or a crowdsourced/gig-workforce trust function.
Direct experience with identity/fraud signals — device fingerprinting, IP/geolocation checks, document verification, or behavioral fraud scoring.
Multi-accounting / account integrity pattern recognition — you've dealt with linked-account abuse, farming, or account sharing before, not just single-account review.
Case documentation discipline — you write clean, evidence-backed case notes that would survive an audit or an appeal.
Comfort with ambiguity and volume — you can prioritize a queue by risk, not just clear it by count.
Working knowledge of data privacy obligations (GDPR or equivalent) as they apply to case handling and data retention/deletion.
Nice to Have
Experience specifically in AI/ML data annotation, RLHF, or research operations workforce platforms.
Exposure to rule-based fraud detection engines and an opinion on rule sprawl vs. signal quality.
Familiarity with clustering/anomaly-detection approaches to fraud (even at a conceptual level).
Case management system experience (any ticketing or knowledge-base tooling).
Recommended Education
Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Law, Criminal Justice, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Data/Computer Science, or a related field.
Equivalent practical experience in T&S, fraud investigations, or identity verification will be considered in place of a degree.
Relevant certifications are a plus: CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner), CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist), or IDV/identity risk vendor certifications.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Developer Infrastructure team builds the systems Sentry engineers use to develop, test, and ship software. We own local and cloud development environments, CI/CD across our open-source and private codebases, tooling for creating new services, and SDK and library publishing.
Our goal is to help engineers spend more time building for customers and less time troubleshooting their development tools. You’ll work on problems such as shortening CI feedback cycles, improving deployment reliability, detecting flaky tests, and making development environments easier to use and maintain.
As AI coding agents become part of engineering workflows, you’ll also help our environments, CI, and deployment systems support them with the context and access they need.
You’ll own projects from design through rollout and ongoing operation, working directly with engineers across Sentry to understand their needs and measure whether your changes improve their work.
This role is based in San Francisco, with three days per week in the office to work closely with Platform and Product Engineering teams.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build and maintain tooling for local and cloud development environments.
- Improve the speed and reliability of CI and deployment pipelines as our codebases and infrastructure grow.
- Develop supported, reusable workflows for creating services and libraries.
- Improve SDK and library publishing tools and release processes.
- Build metrics, dashboards, and flaky test detection to help teams identify and resolve development and deployment problems.
- Give engineers and AI coding agents the context they need to work within Sentry’s systems and conventions.
- Partner with engineering teams to prioritize improvements, support adoption, and evaluate results.
HOW YOU WORK
- You enjoy building tools and infrastructure other engineers rely on.
- You consider reliability, performance, cost, and maintenance when making technical decisions.
- You take ownership from understanding a problem through implementation, rollout, and operation.
- You listen to engineers’ feedback and use evidence to guide improvements.
- You help teams adopt shared tools and standards through clear reasoning and collaboration.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent experience building developer tools and infrastructure.
- A track record of building or significantly improving developer tooling or infrastructure used by engineering teams.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience improving CI/CD systems, including diagnosing performance or reliability problems.
- Experience leading complex technical projects through design, implementation, and rollout.
- Experience using Docker and container orchestration in production.
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure such as GCP or AWS.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and infrastructure as code tools.
- Experience working across engineering teams to build agreement on tools, standards, or workflow changes.
- Clear written and verbal communication, including explaining technical tradeoffs and documenting how systems work.
You don’t need to meet every qualification to apply. If your experience aligns with the core work, we’d like to hear from you.
The base salary range (or hourly wage range, if applicable) that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $190,000 to $400,000 USD. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.

The Streaming Platform team at Sentry is building the next generation of infrastructure that powers our ingestion pipelines and real-time data processing systems. Our platform ingests, processes, and distributes hundreds of thousands of events per second with low latency and high reliability. We are creating a system that makes it easy for Sentry engineers to deploy and run Streaming Applications at scale by simplifying the complexity of Kafka, scaling consumers automatically, and managing state so product teams can focus on building great experiences for developers.
As part of this team, you will work on challenges at the intersection of distributed systems, real-time data processing, and developer experience. You will help us create a self-service streaming platform that improves stability, accelerates time to production, and reduces operational overhead.
This role is based in Toronto, with three days per week in the office to work closely with engineering teams.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Design, build, and operate components of our Streaming Platform, including Kafka, the streaming runtime, high-level APIs, and developer-facing abstractions.
- Implement resilient, high-throughput stream processing systems that handle unbounded datasets with strong correctness guarantees (delivery, checkpointing, watermarking, and more).
- Build scalable automation and control plane for Kafka fleet management and improve efficiency.
- Partner with product engineers to ensure our abstractions enable fast, reliable, and consistent ingestion pipelines.
- Improve observability, monitoring, and failover for mission-critical real-time systems.
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- You enjoy working on distributed systems at scale and care about reliability and performance.
- You like building abstractions that make complex infrastructure easier for others to use.
- You are motivated by designing systems that balance flexibility for developers with best practices for stability.
- You are excited to shape how Sentry handles near real-time ingestion and analytics at scale.
- You value being part of a collaborative team where your contributions make a broad impact across the company.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2-3 years of software engineering experience, with background in distributed systems, data infrastructure, or real-time streaming.
- Proficiency in a programming language such as Python, Rust, Go, or Java (we primarily use Python and Rust, but experience in similar languages is valuable).
- Experience building and operating systems in cloud environments such as Kubernetes, AWS, or GCP.
- Nice to have: experience with streaming technologies such as Kafka, Flink, Spark Streaming, or similar tools.
The base salary range that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $163,000 to $200,000 CAD. A successful candidate’s actual base salary amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Sentry is an open-source company because we believe that everyone, everywhere, should have the ability and tools to make great software. Software should be accessible. That starts with making our industry accessible.
