About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

About this role:
We believe technology will play a critical role in enabling the next generation of cash delivery operations: from identifying recipients without needing to knock on doors to a modern payments infrastructure that gets dollars in recipients’ hands faster and more scalable. We are seeking a Technical Program Associate responsible for implementing and managing the technology used across our programs - including systems for recipient data collection, verification, payments, and monitoring.
In this role, you will own all technology-related aspects of new project launches: working with our operations team to define and implement program requirements, project managing the implementation across multiple stakeholders, and analyzing, structuring, and acting on program data. You are a systems thinker who is comfortable assessing tradeoffs and deriving and communicating data-driven insights. You enjoy learning about technology in a variety of business contexts. You naturally take ownership, can navigate unfamiliar settings, and enjoy both building and managing ops. You can excel at both 10,000 feet as well as in the weeds of complex problems.
Reports to:
Senior Technical Program Manager
Level
: Open to Associate or Manager, depending on the candidate. We would rather find the right person than fill a predetermined level. A candidate with deeper experience, stronger technical skills, and the judgment to run their own projects and think critically and propositionally on project designs will be brought in at the higher end, with correspondingly more independence.
Location:
At this stage of GiveDirectly’s growth and scale, we’re prioritizing hiring in the countries below, where we can employ you through a GD entity or an established employer of record: Cameroon, Canada, Colombia, DRC, Germany, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Netherlands, Nigeria, Poland, Portugal, Rwanda, South Africa, Spain, Turkey, Uganda, United Kingdom, and United States. This list reflects where our employment infrastructure is established today, and may evolve as we grow. If you’re based elsewhere and not open to relocation, we may not be able to consider your application for this role right now, but we’d encourage you to check back. Please also note that regardless of location, we expect 3 hours of daily overlap with the East Africa timezone.
Travel Requirement:
Must be able to travel ~1-2 times per year to one of our countries of operation for team retreats or field visits.
What you’ll do:
Manage end-to-end technical delivery for program launches - leading scoping, requirements gathering, system configuration and implementation, QA and testing, troubleshooting, and closeout
Collaborate with Operations, Product, Research, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure systems are aligned with program objectives and work seamlessly in field conditions
Debug and resolve issues across multiple layers of our technology stack, including our recipient database and offline survey app
Scope and manage cross-cutting systems improvements to improve efficiency, scale, and/or recipient experience, with mentorship
Ensure all systems comply with GD’s standards for data protection, privacy, and financial controls
Manage technical training and onboarding for operations staff and collaborators
Lead retrospectives on program launches and technical incidents to contribute to continued system improvements
What you’ll bring:
Exceptional alignment with
GiveDirectly Values
and active demonstration of our core competencies: emotional intelligence, problem solving, project management, follow-through, and fostering inclusivity. We welcome and strongly encourage applications from candidates who have personal or professional experience in the low-income and/or historically marginalized communities that we serve.
Language Requirement: fluent in English.
3+ years of professional experience; we welcome a wide range of relevant backgrounds (e.g. project management, product management, data analytics, international development, management consulting)
Strong data skills: able to leverage tools to extract, clean, manipulate, and analyze data to make operational decisions.
Strong project management experience: experience in managing timelines, stakeholders, and complex deliverables.
Deep comfort with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
Intermediate experience using a programming or scripting language (most commonly Python at GD) to automate workflows, validate data, or implement business logic. Note: This is not an engineering or data science job.
Significant interest in technology, systems design and building.
High attention to detail and strong instincts for analysis and validating data creatively and rigorously.
Structured approach to problem-solving and a drive to uncover and fix root causes rather than surface-level issues.
Ability to collaborate inclusively with stakeholders across varied social, national, and cultural backgrounds, including communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred, not required
: Experience working with relational databases (e.g. SQL).
Preferred, not required: Proficiency in one or more languages spoken in the countries where GiveDirectly operates (e.g Swahili, French, Portuguese). These skills are beneficial for working directly with field teams and understanding recipient experience.

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Traditional PR is fading — we go directly to our audience. This role brings together what used to be two separate seats, communications and social media, into one mid-to-senior, hands-on role: owning Supabase's voice in the channels where developers actually pay attention, and building our founders' presence in them.
"New media" here means modern and direct, not traditional press — we care far more about getting our founders onto the right podcasts and YouTube channels than landing a New York Times placement. It's part comms, part social operator, with a sharper edge than a typical polite PR hire: someone willing to put an opinion out there and push a little rather than always play it safe. But it's not just a social media job either — this person also needs the poise and technical credibility to lead comms through genuinely high-stakes moments, like a major incident, where reporters, investors, and customers all need a calm, credible, technically fluent voice at the same time.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Make sure we're part of the current conversation and are going directly to our audience — new media over old-world press
- Own and execute our new media strategy
- Run and grow Supabase's X + LinkedIn accounts, hands on keyboard
- Help build the accounts of our founders and team — including ghostwriting in their voice
- Explore and exploit unconventional channels and formats
- Book our cofounders on the most known shows, podcasts, and YouTube channels in our space
- Work directly with DevRel and the PMM team on launches and Select
- Manage comms around incidents, funding, and other high-stakes moments — crisis comms handled with poise and technical credibility (this is key)
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Are an excellent writer with a distinctive voice — equally strong posting as yourself and ghostwriting for others
- Have a track record of growing accounts, ideally for a technical audience
- Unconventional thinker — willing to put an opinion out there and push a little, with the judgment to know when
- Seasoned enough for the serious moments — incidents, funding, press — calm, credible, and technically fluent
- High agency — you're probably already doing a version of this somewhere scrappier
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

An overview of this role
As the Corporate Development Director, you'll help influence how GitLab invests to win: what we build, what we buy, where we partner, and what we should not pursue. This role sits within the Corporate Development & Strategic Partnerships team, reporting to the VP, Corporate Development & Strategic Partnerships.
This role straddles strategy and M&A engagements. You'll lead research that frames GitLab's options: mapping the markets in and around our AI-powered DevSecOps platform, testing where we have a right to win, and turning that into clear recommendations for the executive team. When the answer is to acquire, you'll drive the deal process end to end, from outreach through close and integration.
Success here is not measured by deal count. It looks like sharper strategic choices: a well-reasoned point of view on our priority markets, investment theses that product and executive leaders rely on, acquisitions that speed up the roadmap when buying is the right answer, and an educated no when it isn't. You'll own the wider market perspective rather than individual product categories, and work with the team's Analyst on the research behind it.
What you'll do
Strategy and research
Own the wider market view.
Research the broader market GitLab competes in, beyond specific product categories: competitive dynamics, AI-native entrants, technology shifts and where value is moving. Collaborate with the team's Analyst on the research and turn the findings into a clear point of view on where GitLab should play.
Build an investment thesis for each focus area.
Work with Product and Engineering leaders to define the problems worth solving, the capabilities GitLab needs, and what it would cost in time and money to get there on our own.
Own the competitive and landscape view.
Maintain market maps and a current read on GitLab's competitors: their strategy, product direction, positioning, pricing, and M&A and funding activity. Produce competitor analyses that show where we lead, where we're exposed and how rivals are likely to move. Flag shifts by competitors, hyperscalers and AI labs that change our options, and bring the implications to Product and the executive team.
Define where GitLab should not play.
Identify adjacencies that dilute focus and markets where the economics or competition work against us. Make the case for a no with the same rigor as a yes.
Build, buy or partner
Run the build, buy, partner analysis.
For each strategic gap, compare the options side by side on speed, cost, risk, control and strategic fit, and bring a clear recommendation.
Deliver strategic clarity to
executives and the Board.
Produce short strategy memos/decks and business cases that set out the decision, the trade-offs and what we give up with each path.
Feed company strategy and planning.
Bring an outside-in view of the market and the inorganic options available into annual and long-range planning.
Work hand in hand with Strategic Partnerships.
When partnering is the right answer, frame the opportunity and hand it to the partnership owner with a clear thesis. When it isn't, explain why.
Deal execution and integration
Own end-to-end deal process management.
Validate target fit against GitLab's our target profile, product roadmap and other criteria, and build the acquisition rationale and business case. Drive our M&A process from intro call through the various steps through to closing and integration.
Evaluate the deal.
Develop valuation, commercial integrity assessment, impact on GitLab's business and provide negotiations assistance to the VP and the executive team.
Lead cross-functional diligence.
Run pre-LOI validation and diligence across Product, Engineering, Security, Finance, Legal and People, and communicate findings clearly.
Drive deal documents with Legal.
Prepare NDAs, LOIs and purchase agreements with GitLab Legal and outside counsel.
Own integration outcomes.
Lead post-acquisition integration as the DRI, measured against the roadmap and business goals in the business case. Bring lessons learned back into the strategy work.
Build the external network.
Maintain relationships with founders, executives, investors, bankers and advisors that bring us early insight and pipeline.
What you'll bring
Strategy and deal experience.
8+ years across corporate development, corporate strategy, strategy consulting or technology investing, including 5+ years leading acquisitions end to end in enterprise software.
Structured strategic thinking.
You form a point of view from incomplete information, test it against data, and change your mind when the evidence says so. You're as comfortable recommending that we stay out of a market as that we enter it.
Market research depth.
Skilled in market sizing, competitive analysis and landscape mapping, and in turning research into a recommendation, not a report.
Deal craft.
Skilled in valuation, financial modeling, deal structuring, negotiation and integration planning, with experience across varied consideration structures.
Technical fluency.
A working understanding of software development, DevSecOps and the AI landscape, enough to hold substantive conversations with product and engineering leaders about roadmaps and architecture.
Clear executive communication.
You write short, decision-ready updates and present trade-offs plainly to executives and the Board, in an async-first environment.
Influence without authority.
You build trust across Product, Engineering, Finance and Legal and move decisions forward across functions.
Ownership with collaboration.
You own the strategic view and the recommendation, and partner closely with the team's Analyst on research and analysis.
Preferred:
familiarity with the DevSecOps, security, AI and open source ecosystems.
You value the
all remote
lifestyle and share our
values
.
About the team
The Corporate Development & Strategic Partnerships team helps GitLab decide how to grow beyond what we build on our own. We own inorganic strategy: acquisitions, strategic partnerships with hyperscalers and AI labs, and the research that tells us which to pursue and which to pass on.
We work across Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal and the executive group. We set direction and do the detailed work ourselves, with a high degree of ownership and transparency in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.

Mysten Labs’ mission is to advance the internet through step-function improvements in what technology makes possible. We build foundational infrastructure and products that give people, businesses, and developers new ways to interact, transact, and create value.
Our work spans on-chain finance and the emerging agent economy. Through Sui, Move, and our broader technology stack, we’re building the systems that make these experiences possible - from secure, scalable blockchain infrastructure to new ways for businesses and AI agents to interact.
ABOUT MYSTEN LABS
Through Sui and our financial products, we’re building infrastructure and experiences for trading, liquidity, and asset management. Alongside that work, we’re developing the infrastructure and products AI agents need to operate reliably, handle sensitive information, and interact under clear rules.
As agents take on more responsibility, they need more than intelligence. They need persistent context, trusted access to information, and clear boundaries around what they can do. Mysten brings together capabilities across storage, memory, privacy, and policy-controlled interactions to help make that future possible.
THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Product Lead to turn our emerging agentic technologies into products customers can understand, adopt, and buy.
Your role is to translate our product capabilities into useful experiences and commercially viable offerings—for example, a commerce-focused product that helps retailers manage agent-driven shopping, returns, or refunds.
Working closely with our CTO, Sales Lead, and engineering, you’ll identify customer problems, rapidly prototype solutions, and help bring the strongest opportunities to market. You’ll connect customer discovery, product definition, experience design, and commercialization, staying close to the work from the first concept through launch.
Joining this team means helping define a new product category, its customer experience, and the business around it. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how businesses participate in the agent economy and bring that vision to market.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Identify and prioritize customer problems our other agentic products are well positioned to solve.
- Lead customer discovery alongside our CTO, developing a clear understanding of buyer needs, user workflows, and adoption barriers.
- Rapidly create prototypes, interactive demonstrations, and product variants using AI-assisted design and coding tools.
- Test concepts with customers and use their feedback to refine the experience, scope, and value proposition.
- Define product requirements and work with engineering to turn validated prototypes into reliable, production-ready offerings.
- Shape packaging, pricing hypotheses, positioning, and GTM strategy in partnership with sales and the broader team.
- Design experiences that make agent capabilities, permissions, policies, and human oversight understandable to users.
- Balance customer-specific needs with opportunities to build reusable capabilities and repeatable products.
- Define success measures across customer value, adoption, conversion, and revenue, using results to guide iteration.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 12+ years of Product Management, Product Design, or related experience
- A track record of taking new products from an ambiguous opportunity through customer validation, launch, and commercial adoption.
- Startup or similarly entrepreneurial experience, with direct ownership of building and shipping under uncertainty.
- Strong prototyping skills and hands-on experience using AI-assisted or agentic coding tools to build and iterate on functional experiences.
- Experience working directly with customers to define products, validate demand, and support pilots or sales conversations.
- Commercial judgment, including experience contributing to packaging, pricing, positioning, or GTM decisions.
- Strong UX instincts and the ability to make complex technology approachable without obscuring important controls or constraints.
- Enough technical fluency to collaborate with engineering on integrations, feasibility, and the path from prototype to production.
- A hands-on working style and the ability to influence across product, design, engineering, and sales.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with customer-facing AI, enterprise commerce, payments, trust and security, or workflow products.
- Experience with agent permissions, approval flows, auditability, or other mechanisms that help businesses control automated actions.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of employment history, education credentials, criminal history, and other relevant information.

ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an experienced partnerships leader to build and scale our Commercial Partners Programme in Southern Latam — bringing together resellers, systems integrators, and consulting firms who help deploy ElevenLabs' technology to their clients across the Southern Latam market.
You'll own the reseller, integrator, and consulting partner strategy end-to-end — from building relationships with leading SIs, consultancies, and resellers, to onboarding, enabling, and activating them to sell and deliver ElevenLabs products.
This is a 0→1 build: you'll design and pilot partner incentive and enablement models, generate qualified pipeline through partner-led opportunities, and scale the programme against regional growth targets, while owning day-to-day execution and partner performance.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE (FIRST 6–9 MONTHS)
- Partner-Sourced & Influenced Revenue: closed-won ARR through GSIs, RSIs, cloud providers, VARs, and technology partners reaching at least 20% of regional revenue
- Partner-Sourced Pipeline: qualified pipeline created through partners, with a focus on enterprise opportunities in target industries
- Revenue-Producing Partners: number of partners actively generating pipeline, opportunities, or revenue each quarter
- Time-to-First Revenue: speed from partner onboarding to first sourced opportunity and first closed-won deal
- Strategic Account Penetration: new enterprise accounts and executive relationships unlocked through partners that ElevenLabs would've struggled to access directly
REQUIREMENTS
- 12+ years building and scaling an in-country SaaS/Cloud solution, with a strong network you can leverage from day one
- 4+ years owning RSI, GSI, and hyperscaler partnerships, with proven experience driving joint account planning, co-sell, and revenue — not just relationship management
- A builder mindset — experience creating partner motions from 0→1, rather than inheriting a mature programme
- Comfortable working with technical, API-driven products, and able to explain complex concepts to partners and customers
- Based in Buenos Aires
Bonus: Mix of 3-4 years in sales + 3-4 years in partnerships/alliances; mix of 3-4 years at a large company + 3-4 years at a smaller/less established company
#LI-remote
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.
Workplace: none
About us:
At Praktika.ai we are on a mission to deliver efficient and engaging learning experiences for billions of students worldwide by bridging the gap between learning apps and human tutors.
We have done this by creating a fully automated language tutorship experience powered by generative AI Avatars.
After raising $30 million in Series-A funding, we are growing and looking for a Chief of Staff to join us! We are a global small team of 50 innovators who are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in language learning and tutoring.
In this fast-paced environment we like independent self-starters who can work well in a team as well as unassisted and who enjoy the working environment of an early-stage startup.
About the role:
Be the glue across the company, the heart of the role:
Run the leadership rhythm.
Prepare the weekly leadership sync, write down what was decided, and follow up every action until it is done.
Know what every team is doing.
Spot work that falls between teams and either fix it or get someone to own it.
Turn priorities into plans.
Take the CEO's priorities and turn them into plans with an owner, a date and a one-line weekly status.
Unblock decisions.
Bring each open decision to the right person with the facts and a recommendation, so nothing waits for weeks.
Own what has no owner.
When something lands with no obvious home, it comes to you.
Finance, about 40% of your time
Own the financial model.
Update it monthly, or weekly when needed. Build scenarios such as a fundraise, a cash view next to the accrual view, and unit economics like LTV:CAC and renewal curves.
Run the monthly close
with our external accountant. Review the numbers, catch errors before they reach the books, and report actuals against budget to the leadership team.
Get us ready to raise.
Prepare the finance and reporting for investors and the board, so we are ready for the next fundraise.
Run tax and entity admin
across our UK, US and UAE entities, with outside advisers: VAT returns, US tax and transfer pricing.
Manage vendor spend.
Approve and pay invoices, negotiate the big contracts (payments, cloud, analytics, AI providers) and track every renewal date.
Look after equity admin:
option grants and the cap table, with our lawyers.
Compliance and legal
Run the compliance programme
with our engineering lead: ISO 27001 and SOC 2, the yearly audits, policies and evidence.
Support enterprise deals.
Work with the B2B team on security questionnaires, data processing agreements and contract reviews.
Keep the company in order:
contracts, board consents and minutes, visas and entity filings, with our lawyers and people team.
Strategic projects
Take big bets from idea to launch:
new markets, new distribution platforms and large partnerships.
Spot opportunities nobody owns,
such as an award, a partnership or a market, and move them without being asked.
Run one-off projects
for the CEO and the leadership team: research, business cases, incentive plans and process fixes.
What are we looking for from you:
A finance background.
Investment banking, private equity, venture capital or corporate finance. This is not optional.
Strong financial modelling.
You can build and run a company model from scratch, and explain it to people who do not work in finance.
Proactive.
You see what needs doing and do it before anyone asks. We value this trait above all others.
Autonomous.
You make decisions on your own, with incomplete information, and you are comfortable with ambiguity.
A clear writer.
We work async, so most of your influence will happen in writing.
Low ego.
You do the unglamorous tasks as well as the strategic ones, and you see them as the way to learn the business.
Built for startup pace.
Urgent turnarounds and changing priorities do not throw you. You would rather ship, learn and fix than wait for perfect.
Why should you join Praktika:
We expect dedication and hard work but we also believe in rewarding it. Our compensation reflects the effort and results you bring to the table.
Top-tier salary to match your top-tier skills
Equity that grows with your impact: Equity growth via stock options
26 days holidays plus bank holidays. (34 days per year)
Yearly off-sites: Last year was in Dubai!
Health and wellness benefits to support your overall well-being through Safetywing
Access to an AI toolkit including ChatGPT, Copilot, and other productivity tools
Annual educational budget of up to $1,000
Interview Process:
We will provide you with feedback throughout the interview process.
Join Praktika and lead the charge in driving exponential growth and innovation. Apply now to be part of a team that is redefining language learning for millions of users worldwide.

About Higgsfield
http://higgsfield.ai/Higgsfield.ai http://Higgsfield.ai is the fastest-growing generative AI platform in the world. Creators use Higgsfield to produce video, images and interactive content with 200+ frontier models, at a scale few consumer products ever reach: we grew revenue 2x in the last quarter and crossed $1B in annualized cash revenue in September 2026.
We recently closed a $500M funding round at a $5B valuation to accelerate what’s working. The company is small relative to its revenue, decisions are fast, and the distance between an idea and production is measured in days.
About the role
You will join the Product Growth team, which owns all of Higgsfield’s revenue and measures its results in money, not process. Product Growth is the fastest-shipping team at Higgsfield, with 80+ releases a month. You will own one of our verticals, Lifecycle, with end-to-end ownership of conversion, retention and engagement: turning new users into paying subscribers, paying subscribers into habitual users, and consumers into prosumers.
We are looking for a PM who treats growth as an engineering problem, not a campaign calendar. You should be comfortable going from cohort data to shipped product in the same week, defending every claimed win with honest attribution, and understanding the full picture behind the numbers: why users buy, why they leave, and what brings them back. This is a hands-on role with direct impact on the largest line items in the business, where small mistakes are expensive.
Key responsibilities
- Own conversion and activation: onboarding flows, paywalls, aha-moment design and time-to-first-value.
- Build engagement systems and in-product communication: tasks, streaks, rewards and notifications that create durable habits rather than one-off spikes.
- Own churn end-to-end: voluntary churn (cancellation flows, save offers, plan right-sizing) and involuntary churn (dunning, payment recovery, grace periods).
- Run winback as a system: offer architecture, timing and channel orchestration for cancelled and dormant cohorts.
- Drive expansion and additional revenue: upsells, plan upgrades and credit top-ups from engaged cohorts.
- Go deep on users and data: behavioral segmentation, cohort deep-dives and insights that feed every team in Product Growth.
- Work closely with analysts: set clear analytical tasks, find insights in the data and turn them into product decisions.
- Look beyond a single metric: understand unit economics and how each change affects the business as a whole.
Minimum qualifications
- A proven, personal contribution to scaling a business. You can name the curve you bent and the mechanism that bent it. Big-company experience alone is not enough.
- A track record of owning conversion, retention, engagement or monetization metrics, ideally in a subscription business.
- Strong data skills: cohorts, retention curves, segmentation. You can build your own queries and know how to work with analysts effectively.
- Hands-on experience with unit economics and shaping business strategy. You work end-to-end, from forming a hypothesis to forecasting its impact on the business.
- Measurement discipline: frequent experiments, honest attribution and guard metrics.
- Fast thinking: you get up to speed on new context quickly and come to concrete answers, not general frameworks.
- A technical background is not required for this role.
Preferred qualifications
- Founding or entrepreneurial experience. We value it even if you have less than 2–3 years as a PM.
- Zero-to-one experience: you have launched a product and grown it.
- A track record of at least 4x year-over-year growth driven by your decisions.
- Background in consumer AI, subscriptions, gaming or a credits-based economy.
- Experience with payments, payment recovery tooling or CRM/lifecycle platforms.
Who this is not for
- You prefer working from complete specifications rather than defining problems yourself.
- You want a narrow, predictable scope and a stable schedule.
- You are looking for a slower release cycle. We ship daily.
How we hire
Recruiter screen → product case → take-home assignment → defense → final interview.
During the case, you’ll get context and around 10–15 minutes to give a concrete answer. We’re looking for specific solutions, not general reasoning.
What we offer
- Competitive compensation in USD with meaningful equity in a hyper-growth company valued at $5B.
- A team that owns its P&L end-to-end: you will see your work in the revenue numbers within weeks, not quarters.
- Direct access to founders and leadership, with zero layers between you and the decision.
- Relocation support to Almaty for candidates moving from another city or country.
- Company-provided equipment, meals, transportation or other office benefits.
This is a fully on-site role based in our Almaty office. Our team works from the office five days per week for the full working day. We believe in-person collaboration is an important part of how we move quickly, solve complex problems and build strong teams.

We partner closely with Data Engineering, Data Science, Product, and Design to turn creator and fan data into features creators use every day.
About the Role
As a Backend Engineer on the team, you will build and own the services, APIs, and data flows behind creator insights. You will bring a strong backend foundation and the curiosity to work in the data layer: designing data models, building and maintaining pipelines and jobs, and making sure the data creators see is correct, fast, and reliable. You will work across the stack from ingestion to the product surface, and take on work that today depends heavily on Data Engineering.
In this role you will:
- Design, build, and operate backend services and APIs that serve creator insights at scale.
- Build and maintain data pipelines, jobs, and models that feed insights features, in partnership with Data Engineering.
- Improve data quality, monitoring, and performance so creators can trust what they see.

- Drive technical design, write well-tested and maintainable code, and mentor teammates.
What you’ll need:
- 3+ years or 5+ years of experience in backend software development, building production services and APIs.
- Strong programming skills in Python or a similar language, with good engineering practices (testing, CI/CD, monitoring).
- Strong SQL skills and experience designing and optimizing relational data models (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Hands-on experience with data-intensive work, such as batch or streaming pipelines, scheduled jobs, event logging, or serving analytical data (e.g. Airflow, Spark, Kafka / Kinesis, dbt, a data lake or warehouse).
- Care about data accuracy and reliability, including idempotency, backfills, and handling late or duplicate data.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; comfortable partnering with product, design, and data teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or the equivalent.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with data quality, lineage, or observability tooling.
- Experience building customer-facing analytics, reporting, or insights features.
- Familiarity with metric design and data modeling for analytics and experimentation.
- Familiarity with Elastic Search or OLAP
We hire talented and passionate people from different backgrounds because workplace diversity and inclusion is critical to our ability to serve creators worldwide. If you’re excited about a role but your past experience doesn’t match with every bullet point outlined above, we strongly encourage you to apply anyway. If you’re a creator at heart, are energized by our mission, and share our company values, we’d love to hear from you.

HOW WE WORK
Decisions in writing. Significant technical decisions are written up as an RFC or ADR that lays out the options and trade-offs. We discuss the document, not a blank whiteboard.
AI is part of everyday engineering. We use AI coding tools for development and review, and we treat configuring them for a codebase as real engineering work.
HOW WE HIRE
Intro call. Your background, your motivation and the role.
Technical interview. Built directly on the What you will own and Required sections above. We won't ask about anything this posting doesn't promise.
Bar raiser. An engineer from outside the hiring team checks that you raise the overall engineering bar.

HOW WE WORK
Decisions in writing.
THE TEAM
You will work alongside product managers, designers, smart contract, backend and frontend engineers, QA and DevOps.
BENEFITS
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes medical, dental, and vision, PTO, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. By investing in professional development through training and educational opportunities, we ensure that our team thrives both personally and professionally. Together, we're not just building a business; we're cultivating a community that values creativity, collaboration, and the transformative power of play.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Our VIP team supports the firm's highest-value private clients across the Payward ecosystem: high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) who expect a premium, secure, and highly tailored experience. We ensure Kraken remains the platform of choice for VIPs by delivering white-glove relationship management, personalized trading enablement, and high-impact benefits.
We are looking for a Senior VIP Relationship Manager, LATAM to help us scale our VIP client book and growth across the region. This is a hybrid role: part white-glove relationship management, part growth and business development. You'll build Kraken's presence inside LATAM's VIP trading and investor communities, run local marketing and events, and source new whale relationships.
We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to be bold, can build and scale initiatives from the ground up, and is humble enough to fail fast and move on to the next challenge. If you thrive in ambiguity and can operate in a fast-paced, scrappy environment, this role is for you.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Serve as the trusted point of contact for Kraken and Payward’s top private clients across LATAM, delivering consistent, high-quality white-glove service and building deep, durable relationships.
- Own the regional VIP book end to end: onboarding, tier progression, retention, and proactive intervention on at-risk and lapsing clients.
- Build lasting relationships that grow AOP, net deposits, and trading volume, your primary KPIs, by becoming the partner clients trust with more of their capital and activity over time.
- Bring Kraken's private client and VIP offerings to market locally, including yield and earn campaigns, lending against tokenized equities and crypto collateral, OTC execution, and structured private-client benefits, ensuring they remain impactful and competitive against regional exchanges and desks.
- Source and convert new HNWI relationships through direct outreach, referrals, and introducer networks, from crypto-wealthy individuals and family offices to the principals of trading firms, OTC desks, miners, and project treasuries.
- Get inside LATAM's VIP trading communities: private trading groups, investor clubs, KOL and trader networks, and closed-door investor groups. Be the Kraken face those communities know and trust.
- Design and run local marketing and events (VIP dinners, trader meetups, conference-adjacent programming, and co-marketing with regional partners and KOLs) in partnership with our Marketing and Regional teams.
- Build and manage introducer and referral partnerships that produce a repeatable pipeline of qualified private clients.
- Act as Payward’s ear on the ground: competitive intelligence on regional exchanges, product gaps that cost us whale business, and the local narratives that move capital.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Compliance, Banking, and Client Service to champion new efforts that drive private client growth and loyalty, and to make sure every play you run is inside Kraken's licensing and compliance perimeter.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, private banking, brokerage, or private client sales, including at least 2 years in the crypto space, with a track record of working with HNWIs.
- An existing, personal network among LATAM's crypto HNWIs, traders, family offices, OTC desks, funds, or trading communities in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, or Chile.
- Demonstrated ability to originate business, not just service it. You have personally brought in clients, run events, or built a community presence that produced measurable pipeline.
- Deep understanding of trading product solutions, including spot, margin, and futures trading, as well as OTC trading, lending, and yield/earn products. Familiarity with how deposits and client balances drive an exchange's lending economics is a strong plus.
- Comfort operating in a regulated environment across multiple LATAM jurisdictions, and the judgment to know when to involve Compliance early.
- Highly data-driven, with expertise in analyzing KPIs such as assets on platform, net deposits, trading volume, and client portfolio revenue.
- Ability to be scrappy, bold, and unafraid to explore alternative and creative solutions to achieve results.
- Deep knowledge of cryptocurrency ecosystems, their players, frameworks, and market dynamics beyond just blue-chip tokens, including how local on/off-ramps and stablecoin flows shape client behavior in the region.
- Skilled at building meaningful partnerships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and across diverse backgrounds.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% across the region for client meetings, events, and conferences.
- Based in Brazil and native or near-native Portuguese plus fluent English required. Spanish is a strong plus.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

What You’ll Do

Have real, consultative conversations with customers throughout the renewal cycle to understand how they're actually using the product and where they're headed next.
Identify and surface expansion opportunities — additional seats, tiers, or modules — that come out of those conversations.
Probe for new use cases and unmet needs within existing accounts, connecting what customers describe to relevant GitLab capabilities they aren't yet using.
Prepare and send renewal quotes, order forms, and related documentation accurately and on schedule, structuring them to reflect any expansion identified.

Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to help identify expansion opportunities, resolve blockers and keep renewals moving.
Communicate proactively and transparently with customers and internal stakeholders, adapting to GitLab's communication framework.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM/renewals system for forecasting and reporting.
Prioritize tasks with guidance from more senior team members to drive quality, timely results.
Contribute to team goals by working collaboratively with peer RM’s.
What You’ll Bring
Can execute basic renewal processes independently ("basic knots") and has been introduced to more advanced scenarios ("complex knots") such as multi-year deals, upsell-attached renewals, or non-standard terms.
Developing understanding of GitLab's way of working, values, and high-performance culture.
Awareness of GitLab's remote work best practices.
Growth mindset and sense of ownership — proactively seeks out ways to learn and improve, and takes action rather than waiting for direction.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; comfortable managing many renewals at once.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to follow defined processes and frameworks while flagging exceptions appropriately.
Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback and coaching from senior teammates and manager.
The ability to travel for events such as trainings, team offsites, customer meetings, etc.
About the team
The Renewals team focuses on protecting and growing GitLab's recurring revenue by managing the full contract lifecycle for our subscription customers. As a Renewal Manager, you'll be part of a quota-carrying team that works closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to ensure timely, accurate renewals and strong customer retention across regions in an all-remote, asynchronous environment. The team is responsible for forecasting renewal outcomes, identifying and addressing churn risk, and uncovering opportunities to expand GitLab adoption, while continuously improving processes and best practices that support predictable, sustainable growth.
