WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Role Overview:
Building AI agents that can assist with any kind of enterprise work is a challenging, open-ended problem. One key piece of solving it is replicating real work environments as realistically as possible - filling them with hard tasks to solve, creating plausible input data, and defining clear rewards for completing the work the right way. We build many of these reinforcement learning (RL) environments, then drop our agents into them to evaluate or train them.
In this role, you are responsible for creating these RL environments, running AI agents inside them, and improving both the agents and the environments in the process. The results reach customers, whose feedback feeds back in - and the agent/environment improvement loop continues.
Key Responsibilities:
There are many open problems in this space. As a Member of Technical Staff, RL Environments, you will:
- Build new RL environments targeting different agentic capabilities and industry areas
- Train and evaluate agents in those environments
- Make all the pieces work together: tasks, data, tool implementations, and verifiers
- Work across modeling and product to identify gaps in agent performance, and improve both the agents and the environments
- Work with external vendors to create high-quality, expert-built RL environments, and build tools to ensure high task, data, and verifier quality
- Automate the discovery of model capability gaps, and systematically measure agent performance during evals and training
Qualifications:
You may be a good fit if:
- You have engineered agents and optimized them for specific industry use cases
- You have spent dozens of hours reviewing agent trajectories to pinpoint exact failure points and fix them with model training or harness engineering
- You obsess over measuring agentic capabilities and turning that into a repeatable process
- You have had many debates about what a good outcome from an AI agent should look like, you translated that into verifier implementations and tuned the reward designs
- You have designed and run annotation workflows to surface insights into agent performance and verify data quality
- You have built synthetic data pipelines to scale eval and training efforts
- You use agents yourself in your daily work, and have stories about how you improved your setup to 10x your productivity
- A plus: you have experience with training with RL: scaling, troubleshooting and tuning the environments
If some of the above doesn’t line up perfectly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
Working Location:
This role can be based remotely or from one of our office locations listed on the job description - there is no minimum in-office qualification requirement. We care most about hiring exceptional people regardless of locations, though please check the location listed on the posting for guidance around the core time zone or working hours alignment expected for the role.
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.
- Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health.
- RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme.
- 100% Parental Leave top-up for up to 6 months, for either parent.
- Annual enrichment benefits:
Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit.
Education & learning stipend for conferences, courses, and coaching.
- 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!)
- Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite.
HOW AND WHERE WE WORK:
- Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon.
- For those in the office: a daily lunch program, plenty of snacks, and regular community and social events.
- For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city.
- Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly.
If any of the above doesn’t line up exactly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.

An overview of this role
The Observability, Monitoring, and Integrations team manages observability, monitoring, and detection for systems that support customer purchasing and use of GitLab. As a Staff Backend Engineer on the Fulfillment Workflow Monitoring (Catch All) team, you'll set the technical direction for the telemetry, detection, and reconciliation tooling that identifies billing, data, and event anomalies across CustomersDot, Salesforce, and Zuora before they can affect revenue or the customer experience.
This is a greenfield team. You'll help build it from the ground up, shaping its operating rhythm, incident response model, and quality bar. You'll use telemetry and machine learning to identify issues early and help resolve them. Because Monetization changes can directly affect revenue and often involve confidential or financial information, you'll use strong judgment, careful rollout practices, and a high bar for reliability. This role is opening at the Staff Backend Engineer level (grade 8).
What you’ll do
Design, build, and operate observability across the Monetization stack, including metrics, logs, and traces, using tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
Implement automated detection for billing, data, and event anomalies, and route alerts to the responsible feature teams.
Develop reconciliation and data integrity checks across usage and billing pipelines.
Define and track service level objectives and service level indicators, write runbooks, and take part in incident response to measure and improve Monetization system reliability.
Explore artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to predict system anomalies and accelerate resolution.
Review and offer feedback on merge requests from other Monetization engineers.
Collaborate with Product, Finance, Support, and other partners to turn operational needs into reliable tooling.
What you’ll bring
Professional experience with Ruby on Rails, including building and operating applications such as CustomersDot.
Experience in site reliability or observability engineering, including monitoring, alerting, service level objectives and indicators, runbooks, and incident response.
Experience setting technical direction for observability, reliability, or detection work and bringing other engineers along.
Experience building anomaly detection, monitoring, or risk management tooling.
Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
Exposure to analytical data stores such as ClickHouse and the change data capture and event-streaming pipelines that feed them, including NATS JetStream.
Experience owning projects from concept through production, communicating clearly about complex technical and organizational problems, and proposing iterative solutions.
Working knowledge of Python for anomaly detection and data work, or experience with billing, financial, or other business-critical systems, including Zuora or Salesforce, is a plus.
About the team
The Observability, Monitoring, and Integrations team is part of GitLab's Monetization section, a highly cross-functional group that partners with Sales, Finance, IT, and Support to deliver secure and reliable purchasing, billing, provisioning, and utilization workflows. The Monetization section includes the Purchase, Subscription Lifecycle, Billing Engine, Platform and Infrastructure, Observability, Monitoring, and Integrations, and Compliance teams.
This role is on the Fulfillment Workflow Monitoring (Catch All) team and reports to the Engineering Manager, Observability, Monitoring, and Integrations. We work asynchronously, plan and reflect regularly, and share responsibility for deployments, incident management, testing, and safe rollouts. We're increasingly focused on how artificial intelligence and machine learning can improve our Monetization infrastructure and provide predictive insights.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's consulting and systems integration partners now sell and deliver Claude work at growing volume, and selling alongside partners is working. What matters next is delivery: whether the partner completes the work, whether the customer's Claude usage grows and holds, and whether the outcome is good enough that the customer asks for that partner again.
The Partner Success Lead owns that outcome. You will hold a book of in-flight customer engagements across a set of managed partners in North America. From the day our Partner Delivery program matches a customer engagement to a partner in your book, you own it to a completed outcome: the work finishes on scope, the customer's Claude usage grows, and a stalled engagement gets diagnosed and unblocked before the customer disengages. You wake up every day on one question: what is each partner in my book doing, and is the work getting done.
Key responsibilities:
Own every customer engagement in your book from partner match to completed outcome. Know the state of each one every week: scope, timeline, blockers, and the customer's Claude usage trend.
Run the weekly delivery review across your book, and bring stalled or at-risk engagements to the weekly at-risk account review with a diagnosis, an owner, and a specific ask rather than a status list.
Unblocking. Partner capacity, scope creep, customer readiness, product questions, deal-registration conflicts, and customer dissatisfaction with partner work: get each issue to the right internal team and stay on it through resolution.
Own delivery quality and consumption across your book. Track engagements completed on time, time from match to completion, delivered consumption and weekly active use on the customer accounts your partners serve, and the accounts trending toward at-risk.
Build senior relationships with each managed partner's practice and delivery leadership. Together with the Partner Account Manager and other Anthropic counterparts, establish the executive-level trust that lets you ask a partner to restaff, escalate, or invest — and be taken seriously — when an engagement needs it.
Build each partner's Claude practice as the compounding work: certified bench depth, one repeatable offering in a chosen industry lane, and a published customer story from each completed engagement, so the next engagement needs less from you.
Turn what works into methodology. Convert the moves you prove in your book into named, reusable best practices — engagement review packs, unblocking plays, practice-building guides — written clearly enough to be shared at scale across partners, the Partner Success team, and the contract delivery team running the same loop.
Run the quarterly practice review with each managed partner's alliance and delivery leads: joint goals on completed customer engagements, customer adoption, certified practitioners, references, and industry positioning.
Present and persuade across audiences. Deliver partner executive briefings, practitioner enablement sessions, and internal reviews with equal command — this role is regularly the voice of Partner Success in front of a partner's leadership, a delivery team, a customer, or Anthropic's own leadership.
Steward funding requests from partners in your book. Recommend for or against co-investment and program funding requests against a stated outcome, and reconcile against milestones. The bar is outcomes, not consultant hours.
Work the handoffs cleanly: from Partner Sales when a partner deal closes, and from the Partner Delivery program when an engagement is matched to a partner in your book. Coordinate with the Partner Account Manager on any strategic partner that has one, with Customer Success Managers on customer-side account health, and with Anthropic's direct sales field on joint accounts.
Instrument your book and know its numbers: engagements in flight and completed, stall rate and days to unblock, delivered consumption per partner, certified practitioner counts, and partner health trajectory.
Run your book Claude-first. Telemetry drafts the diagnosis; you validate it and act. Claude drafts your review packs, status notes, and escalation briefs; you own the judgment, the exceptions, and the unblocking. Feed what you see in the field back into the packages, playbooks, tier rules, and health rubric the team runs on.
Minimum qualifications:
Experience owning a high-volume book of concurrent customer engagements, projects, or accounts (roughly 10 to 30 at a time) to completed outcomes, in a partner success, customer success, delivery management, or technical account management role.
Ability and appetite to build structure, clarity, and programmatic motions out of in-flight work, while delivering engagement by engagement. You have written something down — a review format, a checklist, a play — that others ran without you, and you want to do more of that; growing that into the operating playbook a wider team runs is the senior end of this role, not the entry bar. This role scales by what you write down, not by added hours.
Track record of a number tied to completed work and customer behavior (on-time delivery, adoption, retention, consumption, expansion) rather than contract signature, and an operating rhythm you built to hit it.
Judgment on delivery quality: you can review a partner's engagement plan or scope and tell whether it will finish on time and produce usage, and you ask the follow-up question that surfaces the real risk.
Escalation and unblocking judgment across a matrix (partner, customer, direct sales, customer success, product): you know which stall belongs to whom, you get help fast, and you stay engaged to resolution.
A convincing speaker and presenter to all kinds of audiences: partner executives, delivery practitioners, customers, and internal leadership. You can carry a quarterly practice review, an enablement session, and an executive escalation in the same week and land each one.
Deep understanding of how customer success works in a usage-based business; you have held a number tied to customer behavior and can read a consumption trend and act on it.
Enough technical fluency to be credible in a delivery review. You do not need to write code, but you can follow a partner architect's walkthrough of a real Claude engagement and ask the substantive second question.
Active daily use of Claude or another large language model as part of how you work: preparing reviews, drafting account plans, and analyzing your book. We will ask you to walk us through a recent deliverable.
Preferred qualifications:
5 to 8 years working with consulting and systems integration partners, or in delivery-facing customer success at a software company, cloud platform, or partner-led business.
Direct experience with systems integrators (global firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, Infosys, TCS, or Wipro, or regional and boutique firms) and an understanding of how their delivery practices are staffed and run.
Experience running at-risk or red account reviews and turning stalled work around.
Experience anchoring a surge team: setting the playbook and the review pack that a group of contract or offshore delivery coordinators ran, and holding the quality bar across them.
Depth in a specific industry vertical (financial services, healthcare, public sector, retail, or manufacturing) where you have carried a book of partners or customers.
Experience stewarding co-investment funding or market development funding against specific outcomes, with formed opinions about what works and what does not.
Experience running quarterly business reviews with consulting firm practice leads, and a sense of what makes them productive rather than ceremonial.
Experience on a new team where the operating model was being written while you ran the book, and you shipped both.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

Provectus is a Premier AWS partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, helping enterprises across Financial Services and Life Sciences design, build, and operate production AI systems. Our Forward Deployed Engineering model lets us embed with clients and deliver AI outcomes, not just advice. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide and are obsessed with reimagining how they operate and compete.
We are looking for a Business Development & Partner Manager to own two complementary revenue motions simultaneously: converting partner-sourced leads into Provectus clients, and building a self-sourced pipeline from scratch.
The first motion sits at the heart of our Anthropic and AWS partnership. They share qualified enterprise leads with us. Your job is to receive those leads, run the full sales cycle, and close them — making Provectus the AI implementation partner of choice for Anthropic's enterprise accounts. Beyond converting inbound leads, you will actively grow the relationship: joint pipeline reviews, co-marketing, partner tier maintenance, and expanding the number of Anthropic field reps who think of Provectus first when they have an implementation need.
The second motion is yours to own. You will prospect independently, build relationships, and close deals with enterprise accounts in Financial Services and Life Sciences without a partner assist — operating as a true full-cycle business developer.
Responsibilities:
Partner motion — Anthropic channel
Act as Provectus's primary point of contact with Anthropic's partner and field sales teams.
Receive, qualify, and own enterprise leads shared by Anthropic; act as the primary point of contact from first conversation to signed SOW.
Identify new co-sell and joint go-to-market opportunities within Anthropic's product and field motion.
Maintain a healthy joint pipeline with Anthropic's partner and sales teams; lead quarterly business reviews and co-sell planning sessions.
Translate Anthropic's product roadmap and partnership incentives into compelling client propositions.
Represent Provectus at Anthropic partner events, executive briefings, and ecosystem calls.
Drive partner tier maintenance and upgrade — certifications, co-marketing activations, case study production.
New logo hunting
Prospect independently into enterprise accounts in target verticals (FSI, Life Sciences) using outbound, networking, events, and referrals.
Run the full sales cycle: discovery, solution scoping, proposal, negotiation, close.
Build and maintain a personal network of enterprise decision-makers and economic buyers on the East Coast.
Cross-functional collaboration
Work with Provectus delivery leads and Architects to scope proposals accurately — you are selling consulting engagements, not software licenses.
Feed market intelligence — buyer objections, competitive dynamics, vertical patterns — back to leadership and marketing.
What You Need to Succeed:
2–3 years of experience in business development, partner/alliance management — with at least part of that in a consulting firm.
Proven track record managing an Anthropic, AWS, GCP, Azure or other partner relationship — co-selling, joint pipeline, MDF, or co-marketing.
Experience converting partner-sourced leads through a full enterprise sales cycle (discovery to signed SOW).
Demonstrated ability to run a full sales cycle independently: prospecting through close, without dedicated BDR support.
Experience selling complex, multi-month consulting engagements (statement-of-work deals, not SaaS subscriptions).
Excellent executive-level communication skills — written, verbal, and in-room presence at C-suite and VP level.
Experience in Financial Services (banking, insurance, capital markets) or Life Sciences (pharma, biotech).
Experience in selling AI/ML services, LLM-based products, or cloud data.
Willingness to travel (up to 40%) for customer meetings, executive briefings, onsite workshops, conferences, and other business development activities.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, "They'll be in touch soon." So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Manager of Channel Partnerships at Tennr, you will own pipeline generation through the activation of our signed partners. Tennr's business development team signs partners; you take the handoff and build the enablement, incentives, cadence, and systems that turn a contract into a qualified pipeline. You will build and scale partnerships in phases, starting with the most established base and expanding across additional channels over time.
We're looking for a builder who has activated a channel before at a healthcare company and is energized by a partner base that is signed but not yet producing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the primary relationship owner with a growing book of signed partners.
- Map partner networks to Tennr's ICP and identified target accounts so partners can effectively hunt in the verticals we care about, segmented by specialty and geography.
- Partner with sales enablement and marketing to build playbooks and high-impact collateral for partners to use in market.
- Run the cadence that keeps partners producing between deals: reviews, check-ins, communications, and the incentive programs behind them.
- Stand up partner tooling and reporting, feed insight back to BD on which partners to sign more of, and extend the motion to new channels as we sign it.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience activating and scaling a signed partner or channel base at a growth-stage company.
- Demonstrated success generating pipeline through partners, with clear ownership of a number.
- Experience activating channels for a company selling into healthcare, with fluency in MSOs, GPOs, and EMRs.
- Track record of designing or rebuilding a partner incentive program.
- Proven expertise with key CRM/PRM tooling (SFDC, Crossbeam, etc.)
- Strong executive presence across both startup and enterprise audiences
- Entrepreneurial self-starter who operates with a high ownership mentality
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure.
- Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week.
- Free lunch! Plus a pantry full of snacks.
BENEFITS
- Beautiful new office at 345 Hudson Street
- Unlimited PTO
- 100% paid employee health benefit options
- Employer funded 401(k) match
- Competitive parental leave

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Anthropic runs one of the largest and fastest-growing infrastructure fleets in the industry, across multiple accelerator families, CPU families, clouds, neoclouds, and on-prem sites. Capacity Engineering owns the data, tooling, and systems that let Anthropic plan, measure, and maximize utilization of that fleet: we partner on supply deals, wire telemetry from day zero, own the canonical capacity data layer, and build the planning and enforcement tools every research and product team relies on. This role sits in the Planning pillar, on the Demand Planning team, and works daily with research engineering, pretraining, inference, compute supply, finance, and external vendors.
You own the tranches. The job has two halves that feed each other. Upstream, you take the Demand Planning forecast and turn it into per-tranche requirements — shape, interconnect, region, supporting resources, date — and carry those into sourcing negotiations and data center build reviews so we contract for capacity we can actually use when we need it. Downstream, you own the integrated schedule and system of record for every tranche in flight — from contracted through reserved, ingested, in-cluster, healthy, and occupied — and you drive the owners of each hop to their dates. Every slip you see downstream becomes a contract-language fix, an automation, or a correction fed back to the forecast.
What you'll do
Turn the forecast into per-tranche requirements.
Take the Demand Planning forecast plus direct input from research, pretraining, and inference planners, and convert it into concrete accelerator, interconnect, region, supporting-resource, and date requirements for each tranche. Represent those in sourcing negotiations and data center build reviews, including which contractual terms actually move delivery dates.
Qualify tranches for deliverability before signature.
The Capacity Planner signs fit-to-forecast; you sign whether the shape can land schedulable, healthy, and instrumented in that region on that date, with storage, egress, identity in place.
Close the delivery loop.
Track forecast-versus-delivered on shape, region, and timing for every tranche; publish the variance; and feed it back to Demand Planning and into the next contract.
Own the bring-up system of record.
Define the canonical contract-to-occupied state machine with explicit entry and exit criteria per stage, and make it a first-class object in the capacity data layer so every downstream tool sees in-flight capacity, not only what has landed.
Run a portfolio of bring-ups in parallel
— new cloud regions, on-prem sites, neocloud blocks — with one integrated schedule spanning provider milestones, cluster creation, network turn-up, storage readiness, health burn-in, and first-workload landing.
Drive readiness automation:
All capacity systems are fully integrated for all new capacity, from contracted through ingested, automated and scaled.
Instrument and publish the numbers that matter
— time-to-occupied and paid-idle dollars per tranche — with executive-level reporting on status, tradeoffs, and risk across the portfolio.
What you bring
Significant experience delivering large-scale infrastructure — cloud regions, accelerator clusters, HPC systems, or bare-metal fleets — at multi-region scale or ≥10k accelerators (or CPU/storage equivalent).
Technical range from through cluster orchestration and node health, up to the telemetry and planning tables on top — enough to debug where they disagree rather than route it.
SQL and enough Python to answer your own questions and build your own reporting.
A degree in a technical field or an equivalent engineering track record.
Preferred
Reserved-capacity onboarding, private offers, or capacity commitments with cloud or neocloud providers.
Enough demand-planning exposure to challenge a forecast, translate it into per-tranche requirements, and feed delivery variance back into it.
Data center or colocation delivery: power and space planning, network turn-up, site acceptance, vendor management.
Accelerator health and burn-in, collective-communications sanity testing, or fleet-health SLOs — and a rigorous definition of "healthy."
Systems of record or lifecycle services for infrastructure assets.
Onboarding a new hardware generation into an existing scheduler and observability stack.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000
—
$405,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

Imunify360 Security Suite
is a product of CloudLinux Inc., the maker of the #1 OS in security and stability for hosting providers. Imunify is an innovative security solution designed specifically for shared and VPS/Dedicated servers. The automated, easy-to-use solution with the six-layer approach to security delivers comprehensive and complete attack prevention.
The mission
We protect web hosting providers and the sites running on their infrastructure through a defense-in-depth stack: web-server-layer WAF, runtime application self-protection for PHP, deep application integrations (WordPress plugins and similar), a malware scanner with cleanup capability, and network-layer firewalls and IP reputation. The pieces talk to each other, and the threat intelligence they generate at scale powers detection across the stack.
Node.js is the segment of the hosting market growing fastest, and the next layer we want to build for it is runtime protection inside the Node.js process itself. Most Node.js workloads on managed hosting today are AI-generated web apps deployed by non-technical owners who can't, won't, and shouldn't be expected to patch their own code or audit their own dependencies. We're going to defend those apps anyway — at runtime, without their cooperation, without breaking them.
You'll build that runtime protection layer end-to-end.
What you'll own
The product. A brand-new product line, yours to define — what we intercept, what we don't, what the customer-visible surface looks like.
The technical approach. Instrumentation strategy, deployment shape, programming language — all open. You'll consult with our architects but the direction is yours.
Implementation, end to end. You'll have the full tooling stack we provide — LLM subscriptions, modern dev infrastructure, the works. Use what makes you fast.
Methodology. How you build conviction in your detection logic — your call.
Cross-layer signal. Our existing stack produces threat intelligence at unmatched scale: tens of millions of monitored sites, petabyte-scale malware sample storage, real-time domain and URL reputation, IP-level attack feeds. These are available for you to plug into. Use what helps.
How we'll measure success
The product is held to four numbers: runtime overhead, false positives, false negatives, and customer-escalation volume. They reflect what hosting providers and their customers care about. Hit them well and the product runs inside a meaningful slice of the modern Node.js web.
What we're looking for
An experienced researcher or engineer who can build and iterate on a brand-new product, driving both the research and the development. The hard part of this work is knowing what's malicious, what's vulnerable, and what's just an unusual but legitimate pattern — and being right about it across the long tail of frameworks, libraries, and customer code we'll encounter in production.
Requirements
Must have:
Proven experience building and shipping a new product, security solution, major feature, or technical system from scratch.
Strong evidence of end-to-end technical ownership, from initial investigation and architecture through implementation, release, and production iteration.
Strong web application security knowledge and current knowledge of practical exploitation.
A working sense of how detection rules behave at scale — what catches attackers without flagging the long tail of legitimate code.
Ability to start as the PM, architect, lead engineer, and QA for this product. You ask for resources or help when you need them; you don't wait to be told what to do.
Comfort directing AI coding agents to high-quality output.
Nice to have:
Prior work on runtime-protection products, application firewalls, or instrumentation tooling.
Background in malware analysis or incident response.
Familiarity with managed-hosting environments.
Public security research, vulnerability disclosures, or detection rulesets you've authored.
Familiarity with the Node.js runtime and the JavaScript ecosystem.
What it's not
Not a scope-and-handoff role — you drive the work and own the outcome.
Not a "platform team will productize this later" role — you ship to real customer fleets and watch the telemetry quickly.
Not a spec-and-review role — you are hands-on every day.
Why this matters
Most managed-hosting customers are not developers. They cannot patch their apps. They cannot audit their dependencies. They will keep deploying vulnerable code from AI assistants because that's how modern web apps get built now. The textbook advice — "secure your code, audit your dependencies" — does not apply to them.
If we don't intercept exploits at runtime, nobody will. The numbers you hit on detection, performance, and false positives will materially affect how much of the modern web stays online when the next exploit class drops.
Benefits
What's in it for you?
A focus on professional development.
Interesting and challenging projects.
Fully remote work with flexible working hours, that allows you to schedule your day and work from any location worldwide.
Paid 24 days of vacation per year, 10 days of national holidays, and unlimited sick leaves.
Compensation for private medical insurance.
Co-working and gym/sports reimbursement.
Budget for education.
The opportunity to receive a reward for the most innovative idea that the company can patent.
By applying for this position, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy (

Trusted by some of the world's largest and most complex Salesforce organizations, Flosum is bootstrapped, profitable, and growing fast, with 120+ team members and a product roadmap that keeps pace with every Salesforce release.
About the Role
We're hiring a
Salesforce Technical Evangelist
— the technical face and voice of Flosum to the Salesforce ecosystem. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of product, marketing, and community. You'll live at the front edge of the Salesforce platform: learning every new release, feature, and architectural shift, then translating it into compelling technical stories for customers, prospects, and the broader community.
You are equal parts technologist, storyteller, and community builder. If you're the person others watch on stage at Dreamin' events, whose webinars people actually attend live, and whose takes on a new Salesforce release get shared across the ecosystem — we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do
Own our webinar engine.
Plan, host, and deliver a consistent cadence of technical webinars and demos that showcase Flosum solutions and Salesforce best practices — driving registrations, attendance, and pipeline.
Evangelize Flosum + Salesforce.
Position Flosum as the natural solution for Salesforce DevOps, backup, and data management through demos, talks, blog posts, videos, and social content.
Rapidly absorb and teach new technology.
Master each Salesforce release (and new Flosum product capabilities) quickly, form a sharp point of view, and communicate it to technical and executive audiences alike.
Engage our user community constantly.
Build and energize Flosum's user community through ongoing programs — office hours, AMAs, certification support, developer content, and customer advocacy.
Connect the channels.
Own the connective tissue between webinars, newsletters, and community: promote events, drive newsletter engagement, and keep every channel feeding the others.
Represent Flosum in the ecosystem.
Engage credibly and technically with the larger Salesforce community — user groups, Dreamin' events, Dreamforce, Trailblazer Community, LinkedIn, and partner ecosystems.
Partner across teams.
Work with product, marketing, sales, and customer success to surface customer stories, sharpen messaging, and turn community engagement into measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
What You Bring
3–7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (admin, developer, architect, or consultant), with genuine technical depth — you can demo, build, and go toe-to-toe with a Salesforce architect.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Administrator, Developer, or Architect track); an active Trailhead profile is a big plus.
A proven track record of public technical communication: webinars hosted, conference talks, podcasts, video content, or a well-followed technical blog/social presence.
Strong marketing instincts — you understand audience, messaging, and distribution, and you've driven measurable results (registrations, engagement, pipeline).
Deep familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem: release cycles, DevOps/CI-CD concepts, data management, and the community landscape.
Self-starter energy — you build programs from zero, run them on a drumbeat, and don't wait to be told what to create.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Why Flosum
Bootstrapped and profitable — we answer to customers, not investors
High-visibility role with direct access to the CEO and product leadership
A front-row seat to Dreamforce, Salesforce World Tours, and the global ecosystem
Competitive compensation, benefits, and the freedom to build your personal brand alongside ours

The Role
We are looking for a Senior Partner Deployed Engineer to join the Customer Solutions team, focused on building Coder’s partner ecosystem across EMEA. This is a new function at Coder, modeled on the Forward Deployed Engineer role pioneered by companies like Palantir and now the fastest-growing technical role at frontier AI companies. The difference: instead of embedding with a single customer to deploy a platform, you embed with strategic partners to help them understand, position, and deliver Coder’s platform across their entire customer base.
You are part Field CTO, part Industry Strategist, part Technical Specialist, and part Partner Relations Lead. You will be the technical authority within our EMEA partner ecosystem: setting the vision for how Coder fits into each partner’s AI, cloud, and modernization offerings, co-creating the GTM sales plays that partner sellers take to market, building the demonstrations and workshops that generate pipeline, and producing the Partner Relations content that establishes Coder’s technical brand in the ecosystem.
This is not a support role. You are equally comfortable holding a strategic roadmap conversation with a partner CTO and debugging a Kubernetes deployment in a partner’s lab in the same afternoon. You are energized by the challenge of building a new category through partnerships, motivated by the multiplied impact of enabling an entire ecosystem rather than a single customer, and capable of operating with full autonomy in a fast-moving startup environment.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the strategic technical thought partner to EMEA partner leadership, including practice leads, CTOs, and solutions architects at global systems integrators, regional cloud consultancies, and hyperscaler field teams. Own the technical relationship and set the vision for how Coder fits into each partner’s AI and modernization portfolio.
- Co-create sales plays tailored to each partner’s customer base, vertical focus, and services capabilities. Author Working Backwards outcome proposals for strategic partner-customer combinations that translate AI Development Infrastructure into deal-level urgency.
- Develop and deliver workshops, Builder Labs, and partner-hosted enablement sessions as the primary awareness and demand generation vehicle for the EMEA ecosystem. Build hands-on demonstration environments and interactive experiences that partners can use independently.
- Intervene directly on the highest-value partner-attached deals across EMEA: co-sell calls, technical discovery, PoV scoping, architecture review, and technical win support. Own the engagement until the partner’s team can carry it independently.
- Transform bespoke partner enablement sessions into structured LMS modules and certification tiers that scale across the EMEA partner base without requiring live PDE support for each new partner.
- Produce “better together” reference architectures for strategic partner combinations across cloud providers and AI platforms. Include deployment diagrams, network topology, IAM patterns, and operational runbooks that partner SAs can hand directly to customers.
- Codify each successful partner engagement into a repeatable GTM play: trigger conditions, discovery questions, positioning framework, demo script, PoV scope template, and expected outcomes. Build a playbook library that a new PDE or partner seller can pick up and run.
- Build AI-powered self-service tools that automate high-volume PDE activities: Opportunity Brief Generator, PR/FAQ Generator, Workshop-in-a-Box deployment, and demo site builder.
- Produce a monthly partner intelligence digest from EMEA engagements: what customers are asking for, how competitors are positioning, where integrations are missing, which vertical use cases are emerging. Distribute to Product, Engineering, and GTM leadership.
- Own the EMEA-relevant portions of the joint technical integration roadmap with strategic partners. Define priorities cross-functionally with Product and Engineering based on field signals from the EMEA market.
- Create and publish Partner Relations content, the ecosystem equivalent of Developer Relations: technical blog posts, cookbooks, partner ecosystem conference talks, enablement videos, and workshop recaps. Build Coder’s technical brand within the EMEA partner community.
- Contribute to cloud marketplace product listing stewardship, competency maintenance documentation, and CSP co-build technical requirements as they apply to EMEA-specific partner and compliance contexts.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in a combination of Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Field CTO, Technical Consulting, or Developer Relations roles at an infrastructure, developer tools, or AI company
- Demonstrated experience helping partners or customers understand and adopt products in emerging or undefined categories, not just executing playbooks for established ones
- Proven hands-on experience designing and deploying cloud infrastructure on at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure), with production-level Kubernetes and Terraform depth. You have done the work and can speak to it with specificity.
- 2+ years deploying or operating AI coding agents in a production or near-production environment: you understand how agent loops execute, where credentials live, and what governance and audit requirements look like in a European enterprise context
- Ability to articulate the architectural difference between workspace-local agent tooling and a centralized agentic harness, and to explain why that distinction matters to a security, compliance, or data sovereignty stakeholder
- Experience working with channel or technology partners in a co-sell model: hyperscaler partner programs, GSI/RSI partnerships, or VAR/distributor ecosystems in EMEA markets
- Experience building repeatable technical GTM assets that scaled beyond your personal delivery: sales plays, enablement curricula, reference architectures, or technical content programs
- Executive communication and Field CTO credibility: you can hold a technical vision conversation with a partner CTO and a deal-level architecture review with an SE in the same day, in English and ideally at least one additional European language
- Strong written communication: you can produce a Working Backwards PR/FAQ, a technical architecture document, and a blog post without those being separate skills requiring separate people
- Self-directed, analytically minded, and comfortable operating with full autonomy. You will define processes that don’t exist, build tools that haven’t been scoped, and create a function from first principles in a new region.
Bonus Points
(Bonus tacos? That’s how we say thanks at Coder. Ask us about it.)
- Prior Forward Deployed Engineer experience at a platform company (Palantir, Scale AI, frontier AI lab, or equivalent embedded deployment model)
- Track record of public technical advocacy: blog posts, conference talks, open-source contributions, or developer/partner community engagement
- Experience with hyperscaler partner programs (e.g., ISV Accelerate, strategic collaboration agreements, co-sell programs) at an operational level
- Familiarity with European regulatory environments: GDPR, DORA, NIS2, AI Act compliance requirements, and data sovereignty patterns for cloud-native deployments
- Experience with air-gapped or network-isolated deployments common in European financial services, government, or defense contexts
- Background in AI governance frameworks, session audit requirements, or SIEM integration for AI workloads
- Experience with LLM gateway or proxy infrastructure (LiteLLM, OpenRouter, or equivalent) in a multi-team or enterprise context
- Experience designing human-in-the-loop breakpoints or escalation patterns for autonomous agent workflows
- Kubernetes certification (CKA, CKAD, or CKS)
- Experience with Tailscale or similar overlay networking tools
- Open-source contributions, particularly in CNCF, MCP, or AI agent ecosystems
- Existing relationships with hyperscaler EMEA solutions architecture teams, European GSI technical practices, or AI infrastructure partner ecosystems
- Fluency in German, French, or a Nordic language in addition to English
What Success Looks Like
- You have done the hard technical work before: deploying cloud-native infrastructure, navigating Kubernetes in production, building with Terraform, and operating in the complexity of large European enterprise environments. You bring that credibility into every partner conversation.
- You can walk a partner CTO through how Coder enables parallelized AI agents in a regulated European enterprise, covering credential isolation, audit lineage, GDPR-compliant data handling, and escalation design, and turn that conversation into a joint GTM play their sellers can run next quarter.
- You can walk into an unstructured partner relationship, assess the technical and commercial opportunity, and chart a path from first enablement session to first co-sourced deal without waiting to be told what to do.
- You translate deep technical knowledge into assets that scale: reference architectures partners hand to their customers, enablement modules partners consume on their own, and GTM playbooks partner sellers run without PDE involvement.
- You are as invested in the pattern behind the engagement as you are in the engagement itself. Every bespoke partner interaction produces a reusable artifact. Every field insight feeds back to product. You codify by instinct.
- You make the ecosystem and the product better: your field experience shapes how Coder builds integrations, how partners deliver, and how the EMEA market understands AI Development Infrastructure as a category.
