About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As a Enterprise Account Executive, you will own a focused territory of strategic target accounts and existing customers with 2,501+ employees, with an emphasis on Fortune 100 and Global 2000 organizations. Your mandate is to create new executive relationships, build qualified pipeline, win complex multi-million-dollar platform opportunities, and expand 1Password’s strategic footprint across an existing book of business.
This is not a transactional or single-product sales role. You will lead an enterprise-wide security conversation, starting with a customer’s most urgent problem and building the strategic case for Unified Access across humans, AI agents, and machines. You will engage and multi-thread with CISOs, CIOs, IT and security leaders, IAM teams, DevOps and platform teams, engineering leaders, security architects, finance, procurement, and other executive stakeholders.
The Enterprise Account Executive role also requires experience selling to financial-services organizations headquartered in or operating from New York City. You will bring an active network, sector fluency, and a demonstrated understanding of how to navigate and win within complex financial institutions.
How we’re using AI today
Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
Expectations of this role
This is a field-based sales role. That means you are expected to be regularly engaged in customer-facing activities, including in-person meetings, events, and other travel as required to effectively support your territory. Territory locations that are preferable for this role are:
Candidates must be based in the New York metro area , Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Boston or Washington DC area and should expect regular in-person customer meetings, industry events, and travel throughout the territory, including travel to New York City as required.
Your primary work location will be your home office, but your role requires a lot of mobility and flexibility. Travel within your assigned territory, and occasionally outside of it, will be a part of your job, and you are responsible for managing your schedule in a way that works for the company and you.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
- 10+ years of successful enterprise cybersecurity sales experience, including substantial experience selling to Fortune 100 or Global 2000 organizations.
- A consistent record of exceeding $2M+ annual quotas, including experience carrying quotas in the $2M–$5M+ range and closing complex, multi-million-dollar opportunities.
- Multiple years of elite sales performance and company recognition, such as President’s Club or equivalent top-performer awards.
- Demonstrated success selling enterprise platforms and multi-product transformations, not only transactional or stand-alone point products.
- Experience selling Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, with a strong understanding of identity security, AI and Machine identity risks, Zero Trust, cloud security, developer security, or adjacent cybersecurity platforms.
- Established, credible relationships with enterprise CISOs, CIOs, senior security and IT leaders, IAM leaders, and identity/security architects within the territory or relevant named-account segment.
- Proven ability to engage IAM, IT security, DevOps, platform engineering, and engineering leaders and connect their technical priorities to an executive business case.
- A record of winning net-new strategic logos and expanding existing accounts through cross-sell, upsell, and multi-year platform agreements.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate credibly with C-suite leaders and deeply technical audiences.
- Rigorous account planning, pipeline creation, opportunity management, forecasting, and negotiation skills.
NEW YORK FINANCIAL-SERVICES EXPERTISE
- Significant experience selling complex cybersecurity platforms to major banks, capital-markets firms, insurers, asset managers, fintech companies, or other financial institutions headquartered in or operating from New York City.
- An active, credible network of CISO, CIO, CTO, security, identity, infrastructure, cloud, engineering, architecture, risk, and procurement leaders within New York financial-services accounts, relationships you can confidently activate to open strategic conversations.
- Deep familiarity with financial-services buying cycles, including security and architecture review, third-party risk management, regulatory and compliance requirements, procurement, legal review, testing, implementation planning, and executive approval.
- Working knowledge of the technology stacks and infrastructure common to large financial institutions, including hybrid and multi-cloud environments, identity and privileged-access systems, endpoint controls, developer platforms, legacy infrastructure, and highly regulated production environments.
- A demonstrated record of mapping complex stakeholder groups, building internal consensus, navigating incumbents and competitive dynamics, and winning large, multi-year cybersecurity agreements within New York financial-services accounts.
What you can expect:
OWN AND GROW A STRATEGIC ENTERPRISE TERRITORY
- Develop and execute sophisticated account and territory plans for a focused portfolio of high-value prospects and customers.
- Create new executive relationships while using your established network among CISOs, CIOs, identity leaders, security architects, and other senior technology buyers to accelerate access and credibility.
- Identify whitespace, competitive displacement opportunities, and compelling events across identity security, AI adoption, privileged access, SaaS governance, developer workflows, and device security.
- Build and maintain the pipeline coverage, account engagement, and deal velocity required to consistently achieve or exceed a significant annual quota.
SELL THE FULL PLATFORM STORY
- Elevate conversations from an individual point-product need to a strategic Unified Access vision spanning people, AI agents, and machines.
- Connect 1Password’s capabilities to measurable outcomes, including reducing credential and access risk, eliminating standing privilege, governing SaaS and shadow AI, protecting developer and machine workflows, strengthening device trust, and improving auditability.
- Land with the customer’s most urgent use case, then build an executive-backed roadmap for adoption and expansion across Enterprise Password Manager, SaaS Manager, Credential Broker, Device Trust, and Privileged Access.
- Translate complex identity, access, cloud, endpoint, developer, and AI-security concepts into clear business value for executive and deeply technical audiences.
LEAD COMPLEX, MULTI-STAKEHOLDER SALES CYCLES
- Orchestrate 6–12+ month enterprise sales cycles involving security, IAM, IT, DevOps, platform engineering, application engineering, finance, legal, procurement, and executive sponsors.
- Build consensus across large buying groups and establish clear business, technical, economic, and decision criteria.
- Lead executive presentations, discovery sessions, workshops, business-value assessments, commercial negotiations, and close plans.
- Create and maintain mutual action plans and apply MEDDPPICC or a comparable enterprise qualification methodology with discipline.
- Structure and negotiate complex, multi-year, multi-product agreements with material ARR and platform expansion potential.
EXPAND STRATEGIC CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS
- Build broad, durable relationships throughout customer organizations rather than relying on a single champion.
- Uncover business and security priorities beyond the initial use case and turn them into platform expansion opportunities.
- Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, product specialists, and services teams to create adoption and expansion plans tied to measurable outcomes.
OPERATE AS ONE TEAM
- Collaborate closely with BDR, Solutions Engineering, Channels, Alliances, Customer Success, Onboarding, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Deal Desk.
- Co-sell with strategic partners, cloud alliances, channel teams, and systems integrators where they can expand reach or accelerate a decision.
- Represent 1Password at executive briefings, customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
- Maintain accurate opportunity data, next steps, forecasts, and account plans in Salesforce.
- Use AI and modern selling tools thoughtfully to improve research, preparation, coaching, and execution while creating more time for customer engagement.
Bonus points for:
- Experience competing and winning against major enterprise identity and cybersecurity platform providers.
- Deep knowledge of identity and access management, privileged access management, credential security, machine identities, agentic AI security, SaaS governance, device trust, or secrets management.
- Proficiency with MEDDPPICC, Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and AI-enabled sales tools.
- Experience developing opportunities through channel partners, cloud alliances, systems integrators, or technology partners.
How you work:
- You create a compelling platform narrative while keeping the customer’s priorities, maturity, and path to value at the center.
- You combine strategic thinking with operating rigor; your account plans, pipeline, forecasts, and close plans are current, specific, and dependable.
- You are resilient, accountable, collaborative, and motivated by ambitious targets and complex opportunities.
- You are coachable, apply feedback quickly, and continuously improve your craft.
- You thrive in a remote, field-based environment and prioritize meaningful in-person customer engagement.
- You lead with curiosity and strong discovery, uncovering the broader security and business problem rather than stopping at the initial product request.

We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will own the full commercial relationship and customer’s success across a book of 100 to 200 corporate accounts - the builders, founders, and product teams at companies up to 250 employees who are defining what AI-native experiences look, feel, and sound like. Your job is to make sure every one of them is getting real value, expanding into new products, and renewing with conviction.
This is a high-volume, high-impact role. You won't succeed by managing accounts one at a time - you'll build the systems, playbooks, and scaled motions that let you drive meaningful outcomes across a diverse book. If you love the challenge of figuring out how to operate at scale without losing the quality of the customer relationship, this role was built for you.
On the ground, you'll be in the product with customers - advising on agent design, voice customization, conversation flows, integrations, and using data and logs to spot friction before customers do. You're the person who connects what's working technically to what's growing commercially and partnering closely with high growth accounts to help them achieve value.
Success of the customer and commercial ownership go hand in hand and are at the core of this role. You own NRR across your managed book of business, you drive cross-sell into ElevenLabs’ expanding product suite, and you lead renewals end to end. The best AMs at ElevenLabs don’t just retain customers, they grow with them.
COMPENSATION
This role offers a competitive on target earnings (OTE) structure with a split of 70% base and 30% variable. Variable compensation is weighted 100% net revenue retention (NRR) with an emphasis on product cross sell. Cross-sell performance counts toward NRR, so strong expansion compounds across both components. Quota is set on managed ARR, giving you clear ownership over a defined book of business. The plan includes accelerators for above target NRR performance and is designed to reward account managers who grow with their customers, not just retain them. Variable compensation is paid on a quarterly basis.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of Account Management or Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products - you know what good looks like in a technical, fast-moving customer environment
- A track record of owning commercial outcomes: quota, renewals, cross-sell, and the full expansion motion from identifying the opportunity to closing it
- Comfortable managing a high-volume book of business with a systems mindset - you build playbooks and repeatable motions, not just individual relationships
- Hands-on familiarity with AI concepts, API integrations, and SDKs; you can hold a technical conversation with a developer or engineering team and earn their trust
- Experience using product usage data to stay ahead of your accounts - spotting health signals, identifying expansion opportunities, and getting in front of risk before it becomes churn
- Strong communicator who can move fluidly between a founder, a technical lead, and a procurement team in the same week
Preferred
- Experience in the voice AI, audio AI, or conversational AI space
- Experience selling or expanding into multiple products within a platform
LOCATION
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in the United States, however the ability to operate in ET, CT, MT, or PT timezones is required. There is a preference for candidates to be based in New York City or San Francisco, with the option to work out of our offices in these cities.

We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
We're hiring a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) who has already done this job at a SaaS company: someone who has led implementations, owned enterprise accounts and knows what it takes to drive adoption in complex organizations. You'll be a strategic partner and trusted advisor to our customers, combining strong relationship management with deep knowledge of ClickUp's platform. This role sits where customer success, solution strategy and technical enablement meet, and it drives long-term growth, adoption and measurable business outcomes.
TAMs own the full post-sales customer lifecycle. That starts with implementation and onboarding and continues through ongoing managed services, strategic expansion and renewal outcomes across your book of business. This role requires an AI-native professional who doesn't just use AI tools but designs, builds and scales AI-powered workflows and agents, and brings that hands-on expertise to customers.
TAMs lead with a customer-first mindset. You'll build success plans, guide onboarding and adoption and make sure stakeholders keep seeing value throughout their lifecycle. You'll support technical initiatives like process optimization, workflow design and AI enablement, and you'll also own the overall health, engagement and strategic direction of your accounts. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product and Support so each customer's success story is long-term, scalable and impactful.
Technical Account Managers (TAMs) deliver measurable value and meaningful business outcomes across their customer portfolio by focusing on:
- Customer Enablement & Onboarding: Guiding new teams through implementation, onboarding and training for a smooth start and a strong foundation.
- Account Health & Engagement: Proactively managing user adoption, stakeholder alignment and account health to support retention and growth.
- Process Optimization & Solution Design: Working with customers to identify critical business processes, map them to scalable solutions and keep improving efficiency through ongoing refinement and performance insights.
- Innovation Adoption & Workflow Automation: Helping customers use emerging features and technologies, including AI and automation, to boost productivity, streamline operations and deliver real-world impact.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
TAMs are the strategic and technical owner of the customer relationship. They make sure every customer gets measurable results from ClickUp's product and AI feature set.
New Customer Onboarding
- Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation of ClickUp, from discovery and solution design through training and go-live support.
- Translate functional and technical requirements into scalable ClickUp solutions, including workflows, templates, hierarchies and automations.
- Guide customers through foundational setup, integrations and enablement while promoting best practices, system governance and change management.
Account Health Management
- Monitor seat utilization, adoption trends and Champion/Stakeholder engagement.
- Build and run adoption plans and account reviews to maintain or improve health.
- Spot risks early and build recovery plans with the account team.
- Deliver ongoing change management and enablement so customers keep maturing on the platform.
Workflow Mapping (IER Framework)
- Run Intake → Execution → Reporting (IER) cycles for key workflows.
- Lead discovery sessions that map current-state and future-state processes.
- Recommend optimizations and create workflow templates that scale across teams.
AI Enablement & Agent Deployment
- Drive adoption of ClickUp AI and build custom workflow Agents tied to customer use cases.
- Partner with customers to define and deliver new AI automations aligned to their business KPIs.
- Provide technical training and consultation on AI and automation best practices, including prompt design, agent architecture and scaling use cases across teams.
- Track and report AI usage and credit consumption against plan.
Customer Success & Expansion
- Serve as the technical partner to assigned accounts and connect adoption to business value.
- Drive value across the full post-implementation lifecycle by providing continued and managed services as customers expand their use of ClickUp.
- Generate qualified leads through data-driven insights and AI usage analysis.
- Drive cross-functional alignment to position renewals, expansions and AI upsells.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the voice of the customer by turning business objectives and pain points into actionable insights for Product, Engineering and Support.
- Partner with account teams to keep delivery and success aligned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 5+ years in a customer-facing SaaS role (Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Implementation Manager, Solutions Consultant, Professional Services Consultant or similar)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com http://Monday.com, Smartsheet, Wrike, Jira or a comparable work management/project management platform

- Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI-powered workflows, agents or automations in a business context
- Strong project and program management skills, including complex, multi-stakeholder engagements
Preferred

CORE SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of work management platform capabilities, automation logic, integrations and AI Agent functionality. Able to turn business needs into technical solutions.
- AI-Native: Demonstrated experience designing and scaling AI-powered workflows, agents and automations, not just using AI tools. Skilled at identifying and scoping AI use cases and consumption plans.

- Run a strong operating cadence (health checks, exec syncs, QBRs), using usage and health data to proactively spot risks and manage escalations
- Quantify and communicate business value throughout the lifecycle, building ROI narratives tied to adoption, outcomes and impact
- Partner closely with Support, Solutions Engineering and Product to resolve blockers quickly and deliver a seamless customer experience
- Provide structured, actionable customer feedback to Product and Engineering, and share what you learn with the wider CS team

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
We're looking for a proactive, resourceful, and AI-forward Tech & Marketing Operations Specialist to manage our technology projects, keep our learning platforms running seamlessly, and power the marketing engine that brings students to them
This role suits someone with a broad technical fluency who thrives on coordination, troubleshooting, and hands-on building. You don't need to be a professional developer, but you do need to be comfortable using tech tools to design, prototype, and ship real solutions.
The position will be based at the Buenos Aires office with a hybrid work model.
What You’ll Do
Platform & Systems Management
Tech project management:
Manage technology-related projects end to end — defining requirements, building timelines, tracking progress, and identifying improvements that serve broader project goals.
LMS management (WordPress & LearnDash):
Own the day-to-day health of our WordPress-based LMS and LearnDash plugin — user administration, course administration, email flows, bulk imports, new features, configuration, and troubleshooting.
CRM & Marketing Automation (Salesforce & Salesforce Marketing Cloud):
Act as first point of contact for Salesforce and SFMC — build and test journeys, landing pages, and lead magnets; investigate and resolve issues the Operations team can't solve; escalate and follow up when needed.
System integration:
Serve as the architect making sure LMS, CRM, Marketing Cloud, and Power BI talk to each other correctly — designing and implementing the technical architecture for data flows between platforms, including low-code integrations.
Data integrity & reporting:
Review data integrity across LearnDash, Salesforce, and Power BI; execute queries and build reports/extracts for non-technical stakeholders; handle large-scale data reviews (including million-row datasets) when needed.
Website support:
Provide general technical support for the website and coordinate with relevant resources to resolve issues.
Compliance & security:
Help bring the LMS environment up to the organization's IT and security standards, acting as liaison between the Education team, developers/cloud providers, and Security/Legal/IT.
Marketing Operations & Growth
Campaign execution:
Build, test, and launch email and lifecycle campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud — segmentation, audience building, A/B tests, send scheduling, and deliverability hygiene.
Landing pages & lead capture:
Build and ship landing pages and forms based on designs provided by the internal design team; ensure correct lead routing into Salesforce, field mapping, deduplication, and follow-up automation.
Tracking & attribution:
Own the measurement layer — GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion pixels, UTM taxonomy and enforcement — so that every campaign, source, and channel is measurable end to end.
Lifecycle & retention automation:
Design automated flows across the student lifecycle (onboarding, course progress nudges, re-engagement, certification, upsell) connecting LMS events to CRM and Marketing Cloud triggers.
Martech stack & compliance:
Own the marketing technology stack and its integrations; keep consent management, cookie compliance, and data handling aligned with privacy requirements and company policy.
AI for marketing:
Apply the same builder mindset to marketing — AI-assisted copy and creative variants, campaign localization at scale, automated performance summaries, and audience insight tooling.
Technical Bridge & Coordination
Stakeholder liaison:
Serve as a primary point of contact between internal stakeholders (especially the development team) and business operations, translating business needs into functional technical specifications.
Specification writing & QA:
Write clear technical specs, replicate scenarios, and fully test in QA and production before rollout.
Documentation:
Keep the operations manual and technical documentation current and useful for the team.
Cross-functional project leadership:
Lead multi-month initiatives (e.g., new catalog builds, platform redesigns, global/language expansions, migrations) from scoping through to launch — defining KPIs, coordinating between design/development/vendors, and testing at every step.
AI Development & Innovation
AI builder mindset:
Go beyond being “AI-savvy” — actively explore, prototype, and build AI-powered solutions that improve how the team works and how students learn (e.g., translation tools, automation of repetitive data tasks, AI-assisted reporting).
Tool development:
Design and build practical AI tools and workflows (e.g., custom Gemini/Claude “gems”/assistants, scripts, or low-code automations) to solve real operational bottlenecks — not just use off-the-shelf AI features.
Exploration & evaluation:
Stay current on emerging AI tools and platforms relevant to EdTech operations, and proactively propose where they could create value (efficiency, personalization, translation, content scaling, etc.).
AI project ownership:
Take end-to-end ownership of AI-driven initiatives — from investigating alternatives and setting up integrations, to testing and rolling out to production (as previously done with AI-powered course translation tooling).
Responsible use:
Use AI tools in a way that's compliant with company confidentiality and data-security standards, and only with company-approved systems.
What You Need For This Role
You have a solid, broad understanding of technology and digital platforms, and you're comfortable getting hands-on rather than just directing others.
You have
5+ years
of experience managing Education and Marketing tech projects.
You are genuinely
curious about AI
and see it as a tool to build with, not just a topic to discuss — you've built something with AI before (a workflow, an automation, an integration, a tool).
You bring project management skills with a track record of leading initiatives from scope to delivery.
You're a strong communicator who moves comfortably between technical and non-technical audiences.
You're a proactive problem-solver, able to identify needs and find the right solutions, people, and tools without waiting to be asked.
You understand
marketing funnels
and growth metrics (CPL, CAC, conversion rate, LTV) and can translate them into technical requirements.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and campaign tooling (Salesforce Marketing Cloud strongly preferred) is highly valued.
Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setups is a strong plus.
You are comfortable owning both the plumbing and the outcome — not just that the campaign sends, but that it performs.
Experience with WordPress and/or LMS platforms (ideally LearnDash) is a strong plus.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce/Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred) and data/BI tools (Power BI) is highly valued.
You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects.
You're a self-starter, comfortable working independently.
What Will Make Us Really Love You
You bring a track record of success in a similar role, with hands-on experience.
You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to the table.
You anticipate challenges before they arise and take initiative to find effective solutions.
You have an eye for detail.
You thrive on teamwork but also bring a driven, goal-oriented spirit.
You’re genuinely enthusiastic about advertising, ad-tech, and staying ahead of industry trends.
You have the ability to engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a positive and approachable way.
What You’ll Love About Us
We care about your individuality by giving you freedom to grow and create within the company, regardless of your position
Learn from the best: Our state of the art workshops guarantee the latest insights into digital advertising
Be part of a company with a truly global footprint, working with leading brands, platforms, and publishers across 90+ markets.
We foster a dynamic environment where creativity, collaboration, and bold ideas are encouraged and celebrated.
Join a diverse, multicultural team that values and embraces different perspectives, experiences, and talents.
At Aleph, your work directly contributes to connecting brands and consumers in meaningful ways, shaping the future of digital advertising.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring an Enterprise PM to own the product experience for businesses using ElevenCreative. ElevenCreative helps creators and marketers generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages. A growing share of that usage comes from enterprise teams, including brands, agencies, studios, and media companies that roll it out across their organizations.
You'll own enterprise revenue, growth, and adoption for ElevenCreative, and use every lever available to move them. That covers the admin, permissioning, and governance features large organizations need to deploy ElevenCreative across teams, as well as the enterprise products we're building on top of the platform, like our Ads Engine. You'll work directly with sales and customers to understand what's blocking deals and adoption, scope and define the big bets, and ship them.
PMs at ElevenLabs work in small, highly collaborative teams with minimal process, alongside engineers who have room to build creatively and lead. The scope is broad by design. Some weeks lean toward product, others toward go-to-market or customer work, and you'll own whatever it takes to make ElevenCreative the best product for enterprise teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own enterprise revenue, growth, and adoption for ElevenCreative, pulling on product, pricing, packaging, go-to-market, and customer levers to drive results
- Scope and define the big bets for enterprise, from discovery through launch and adoption
- Build the admin and governance layer enterprises need, including role-based permissions, visibility into who has access to what, usage and spend controls, and reporting across teams
- Partner with engineering to scope and ship enterprise products like Ads Engine, turning complex customer workflows into products that scale beyond a single account
- Work with sales to triage feature requests and deal blockers, prioritize across them, and close the gap between what customers need and what we ship
- Join customer conversations to understand how enterprise teams evaluate, buy, and roll out creative tooling, and bring those insights back into the roadmap
- Define success metrics for enterprise features and track adoption, expansion, and retention across accounts
- Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and growth to ship quickly and drive projects all the way through
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of product management experience, with recent experience owning enterprise or B2B product
- A track record of owning revenue, growth, or adoption outcomes and driving them across multiple levers
- Experience shipping enterprise capabilities such as admin, permissions, billing, or security, and driving adoption across large customer accounts
- Deep familiarity with how creative, marketing, and media teams work, and a habit of bringing customer insights into every product decision
- Experience scoping and defining large, ambiguous bets and owning them end to end
- Experience working directly with sales and customers and turning a high volume of requests into a clear, prioritized roadmap
- Design-minded, with a high bar for product quality and the ability to mock up concepts and workflows yourself
- Technical fluency to go deep with engineers on architecture, integrations, and tradeoffs
- Strong product judgment and a clear point of view on what to build and why
- A bias toward shipping and iterating over long alignment cycles
- Curiosity about AI and creative tools, and close attention to how the space is moving

Location: London, United Kingdom
Workplace: none
About us:
At Praktika.ai we are on a mission to deliver efficient and engaging learning experiences for billions of students worldwide by bridging the gap between learning apps and human tutors.
We have done this by creating a fully automated language tutorship experience powered by generative AI Avatars.
After raising $30 million in Series-A funding, we are growing and looking for a Account Executive, to join us! We are a global small team of 50 innovators who are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in language learning and tutoring.
In this fast-paced environment we like independent self-starters who can work well in a team as well as unassisted and who enjoy the working environment of an early-stage startup.
About the role:
You will be the first person at Praktika whose whole job is selling to companies. You run the full cycle yourself: find the account, open it, run the demo, set up the trial, answer the security questionnaire, price it, close it, then go back for the other sites in the same group. No SDR feeds you. No solutions engineer joins your calls.
The languages matter as much as the selling. Our buyers are local HR and training managers at sites where the working language is English and daily life is not. They buy in their own language. You will work primarily in Spanish or French, with English internally.
You report to the CRO.
We are hiring a full-cycle Account Executive rather than an SDR or a BDR on purpose. At this volume, splitting prospecting from closing creates a handoff that costs more than it saves. One person who owns a deal from first touch to signature will learn faster and close more than two people passing leads between them. We will revisit that once inbound volume makes your time the bottleneck. What you'll do
What you will own
Pipeline.
Work the inbound queue in hours rather than days, and build outbound into the markets where we have customers but no coverage. Around half your pipeline should be self-sourced by month six.
The full cycle.
Discovery, demo, trial setup, seat sizing, pricing, security review, contract, signature. You complete security questionnaires yourself, from a canonical answer sheet we maintain.
Expansion.
Most of our accounts are one site of a larger group. Winning the second and third site of a company already paying us is the highest-yield motion we have, and it is a formal part of your number.
CRM discipline.
Attio is the system of record. Deal value, seat count and stage current on every deal. Our data quality today is poor and you are the person who fixes it.
Market feedback.
You will be the only person hearing objections daily. We expect you to tell us what is breaking and what to build.
Who we are looking for
Professional fluency in French or Spanish, plus English.
Three or more years closing B2B software full cycle, with a median deal size under $20,000.
Evidence of 25 or more deals closed in a single year.
You built your own pipeline.
Strong signals
You have sold to HR, L&D or operations buyers.
You have worked somewhere small enough that you also wrote the sequences, built the list and argued about the pricing page.
You have sold into Latin America from Europe and know what that does to a calendar.
You have worked alongside a self-serve funnel and understand that some deals should never get a call.
Please skip this role if any of the following describes you.
You have only sold six-figure contracts on six-month cycles.
Your last three years came with an SDR, a solutions engineer and a deal desk.
You want a named account list handed to you.
You want to manage people within a year. This role has no reports and will not have any for some time.
You need a defined process. You will be writing it.
Why should you join Praktika:
We expect dedication and hard work—but we also believe in rewarding it. Our compensation reflects the effort and results you bring to the table.
Top-tier salary to match your top-tier skills
Equity that grows with your impact: Equity growth via stock options
26 days holidays plus bank holidays. (34 days per year)
Yearly off-sites: Last year was in Dubai!
Health and wellness benefits to support your overall well-being through Safetywing
Access to an AI toolkit including ChatGPT, Copilot, and other productivity tools
Annual educational budget of up to $1,000
Interview Process:
We will provide you with feedback throughout the interview process.
Join Praktika and lead the charge in driving exponential growth and innovation. Apply now to be part of a team that is redefining language learning for millions of users worldwide.

As the Director of Regional Sales for France, you'll take ownership of building and leading our Italian sales presence. You'll drive revenue growth, implement disciplined sales processes and technology, and partner across account management, customer success, marketing, product, engineering, and operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll report to the VP of Sales and balance hands-on field leadership with strategic vision. You'll stay close to key accounts, develop your sales team, and expand our client base. In this role, you'll be passionate about open source software, drive repeatable sales processes, and influence GitLab's growth by establishing disciplined go-to-market strategies, developing sales talent, and executing against ambitious bookings targets in France.
What you’ll do
Lead the growth of GitLab's business in France, taking ownership for building the country plan, pipeline discipline, and day-to-day execution to achieve or exceed quarterly bookings and ARR growth targets.
Manage, coach, and develop a small team of Account Executives, staying close to the field, joining customer meetings, and modeling hands-on, high-activity sales behaviour.
Drive new logo acquisition across a broad base of medium-sized Italian businesses while shaping a long-term strategy to engage larger accounts.
Build GitLab’s reputation in the Italian market by partnering with marketing, business development, and local networks to generate pipeline and increase market awareness.
Establish clear operating rhythms, sales processes, and methodologies that bring structure, organization, and accountability to the team without losing agility.
Collaborate with regional sales leaders and cross-functional partners across account management, customer success, marketing, product, engineering, and operations to align territory coverage, share best practices, and ensure consistent execution across the region.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts at the executive level (CXO and program level), positioning GitLab as a strategic partner and identifying expansion opportunities.
Analyze pipeline, forecast, and performance data to identify gaps and opportunities, adjust plans so the team focuses on the highest-impact activities, and represent the Italian business internally by sharing insights on market trends, customer needs, and resource requirements to inform regional strategy.
What you’ll bring
Experience building and leading high-performing sales teams, ideally within France, with a focus on coaching and developing talent.
Ability to design and execute a country go-to-market plan, including pipeline generation discipline, territory coverage, and disciplined deal execution.
Strength in balancing hands-on field work with strategic leadership, staying close to customers while managing day-to-day operations.
Familiarity with B2B software or technology sales and open source/DevSecOps concepts, with enthusiasm for learning GitLab’s platform and building long-term market presence.
Skills in creating structure, setting clear expectations, and driving organized, data-informed sales processes, including use of MEDDPICC or similar methodologies.
Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to create trust and empathy with both customers and GitLab team members at all levels.
Comfort operating in a dynamic, growth-focused, all-remote environment, acting as a self-directed “manager of one” and using Salesforce.com or similar CRM and marketing automation systems to build trackable, repeatable sales processes.
About the team
You’ll join a regional sales organization focused on growing GitLab’s presence across France, working closely with Account Executives and cross-functional partners in account management, customer success, marketing, product, engineering, and operations. The team is all-remote and collaborates asynchronously across time zones to build pipeline, manage complex sales cycles, and deliver consistent customer experiences. We’re in an exciting phase of growth and transformation, with teammates in more than 20 countries across three continents and main hubs in the United States, Poland, Ukraine and Philippines.
At airSlate, we’re building value for customers and a culture where growth and innovation go hand in hand. We’re looking for people eager to shape products, scale a company, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
About the role
pdfFiller helps millions of customers create, edit, manage, sign and collaborate on documents digitally. We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who can connect what we build with why it matters to customers and how we win in the market.
This is a senior individual contributor role with significant ownership across positioning, go-to-market strategy, product launches, customer and competitive intelligence, and sales enablement.
We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable developing a positioning strategy, digging into customer and market data, partnering with Product on roadmap decisions, and giving GTM the tools and narratives they need to win.
What you'll be working on:
Own product positioning and messaging
Develop and continuously refine positioning, messaging and value propositions for pdfFiller across key customer segments and use cases.
Translate complex product capabilities, including AI-powered functionality, into clear customer benefits and compelling commercial narratives.
Ensure our positioning is differentiated, evidence-based and consistently reflected across the customer journey.
Lead go-to-market strategy
Own the product marketing strategy for major launches, new capabilities and strategic initiatives from early planning through adoption.
Define target audiences, use cases, value propositions, competitive differentiation, launch plans and success measures.
Partner with Product early in the development process so customer and market insight informs what we build, not simply how we market it after launch.
Develop deep customer and market insight
Build a strong understanding of pdfFiller customers, prospects, competitors and broader document productivity market.
Conduct customer research, win/loss analysis, competitive analysis and market segmentation to identify opportunities and inform Product and GTM strategy.
Turn customer insight and market data into recommendations leaders can act on.
Drive adoption and commercial impact
Partner with Growth and Lifecycle Marketing to improve activation, adoption, conversion, retention and expansion.
Identify gaps between product capability and customer understanding and develop strategies to close them.
Use data to evaluate whether positioning, launches and campaigns are changing customer behavior and contributing to business outcomes.
Enable Sales and customer-facing teams
Create sales narratives, competitive intelligence, battlecards, customer stories, presentations and other enablement materials that help customer-facing teams communicate pdfFiller's value effectively.
Partner directly with Sales to understand objections, competitive pressure and customer needs and bring those insights back into Product and Marketing.
Shape product strategy
Represent the voice of the market in product discussions.
Partner with Product leaders to evaluate market opportunities, customer problems, competitive dynamics and potential areas of investment.
Help the organization answer not only "Can we build this?" but "Who is this for, what problem does it solve, and why will customers choose us?"
Requirements:
6+ years of experience in consumer and b2b product marketing, preferably within software, productivity tools, document technology or a related technology category
Demonstrated ownership of product positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy
Experience bringing new products or major capabilities to market
Strong understanding of SaaS customer journeys, including acquisition, activation, conversion, retention and expansion
Experience partnering closely with Product, Sales, Growth and other cross-functional teams
Strong customer research, market analysis and competitive intelligence capabilities
Ability to turn complex technology into simple, compelling customer value
Strong commercial judgment and comfort using data to make decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to operate independently in a distributed, international organization

Commercial Growth & Retention:
Meet individual Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets by proactively identifying expansion opportunities, mapping customer growth plans, and mitigating churn risks early.

Commercial Acumen & C-Suite Framing:
A proven history of partnering with Sales to build joint account plans, identify upsell opportunities, and guide customers through complex buying cycles. You possess a deep understanding of enterprise procurement processes and are highly skilled at framing the business and operational value of a product to C-level audiences, translating technical features into hard cost savings, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.

You have experience guiding organizations through large-scale software rollouts and operational change management.
Certified Project Manager:
You hold a recognized industry certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum) and possess a formal understanding of project management methodologies to easily translate complex client workflows into structured, high-performing configurations.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're building a dedicated Strategic Accounts team to own ElevenLabs' most important customer relationships across Singapore, and we're looking for a high-impact Strategic Account Executive to be among the first hires.
This is a named-account role with a focused portfolio. You'll drive new business and expansion inside complex enterprise organizations across Singapore — building multi-threaded executive relationships and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders navigating real transformation across customer experience, product, and operations.
These aren't transactional engagements. You'll architect custom solutions that combine our technology and services, collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes, and bring field intelligence directly into our product roadmap. The region is early-stage for ElevenLabs — you're not just executing a playbook, you're writing it.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Own and grow a focused portfolio of strategic accounts for Singapore, driving both net-new business and expansion
- Develop and execute multi-year account strategies across business units, geographies, and use cases — spanning enterprise segments such as FSI, Telco, technology, e-commerce, and government-linked corporations
- Identify, scope, and close large, complex deals (multi-product, multi-region, custom solutions), including in-country data residency requirements and private deployment configurations
- Build deep, multi-threaded relationships across executive, product, engineering, and business stakeholders — navigating both HQ and regional decision-making structures
- Act as a strategic advisor, educating on emerging AI voice trends and shaping customers' long-term AI roadmap in markets with rapidly evolving regulatory and procurement landscapes
- Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and FDE (Forward Deployed Engineering) to deliver and expand — coordinating closely with the Singapore-based team
- Translate patterns from bespoke deals into repeatable frameworks, offerings, and product insights relevant to the APAC market
- Feed learnings from the field — including localisation needs, compliance requirements, and competitive dynamics — into the product roadmap and broader strategic sales playbook
- Drive creative outbound and high-touch engagement strategies: executive briefings, onsites, regional events, and relationship-based approaches suited to North Asia and Singapore enterprise culture
REQUIREMENTS
- 6–10+ years of quota-carrying experience with a focus on strategic or enterprise accounts in Singapore
- Proven track record of closing and expanding seven-figure+ deals within named accounts
- Experience leading complex, multi-threaded sales cycles across large regional organizations with layered approval processes
- Strong ability to drive land-and-expand motions and long-term account growth, including navigating renewal and expansion cycles in relationship-driven markets
- Experience scoping consultative, custom deals that go beyond standard SKUs — including private deployment, on-premise, or VPC-based architectures for regulated customers
- Technical fluency — able to engage product and engineering leaders on APIs, integrations, architecture, and data security requirements
- Executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and shape long-term AI strategy
- Track record of translating customer needs into product feedback and roadmap influence, especially in markets with distinct localisation requirements
- Creative, self-driven approach to outbound and pipeline generation — comfortable operating in a high-growth, ambiguous environment and building playbooks from scratch
- Willingness to travel regularly for customer engagements across the region (onsites, QBRs, executive meetings)
- Strong bias toward action, ownership, and leveraging AI in day-to-day workflows
- Fluency in English additional regional language proficiency is a strong plus
- Experience selling into Southeast Asian markets is strongly preferred
