In the LATAM region, you will help crypto-native organizations (exchanges, Web3, DeFi) and large-scale enterprises confidently and securely adopt blockchain technologies. As the digital asset landscape evolves rapidly across Latin America—driven by institutional interest, the growth of Web3 ecosystems, and evolving regional regulations—you will be at the forefront of helping these organizations execute their cryptocurrency strategy.
Strategic Account Executives are experienced in high-stakes new business creation and deep account management. They are market specialists who understand the unique cultural and business nuances of the LATAM region. They establish trust and build long-term customer relationships within their target market, tailoring their sales approach to the specific economic drivers of the region and evangelizing Chainalysis solutions in a compelling, approachable way. Success is measured by the attainment of assigned quota, new logos, and the strategic expansion of our footprint within the region’s most influential accounts.
In this role, you’ll:
- Drive Regional Growth: Exceed your quota and substantially increase our foothold in the LATAM Enterprise and Crypto-native markets through aggressive prospecting, pipeline development, and expansion of existing accounts.

- Market Intelligence: Help us develop compelling product positioning and messaging specific to LATAM market trends, such as the rise of DeFi, Web3 innovation, and regional enterprise adoption drivers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments (Solutions Architects, Product, and Marketing) to provide expert advice to prospects regarding technical concepts, product roadmaps, and solutions implementations.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent and accurate forecasting through disciplined use of enterprise sales methodologies.
- Travel up to 50% of the time.
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- Regional Expertise: A deep understanding of the LATAM business landscape and the ability to navigate the unique challenges of doing business across different Latin American countries.
- Bilingual/Trilingual Proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish is required; proficiency in Portuguese is a significant advantage.
- Proven Sales Excellence: 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, specifically selling complex software to large-scale enterprises or high-growth technology companies.
- Strategic Mindset: A strong understanding of enterprise sales methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger) and the ability to manage long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Communication Skills: An articulate, enthusiastic, and effective communicator who can convey complex blockchain and technical concepts concisely to the CXO level.
- Blockchain Passion: A genuine interest in cryptocurrency, Web3, and the potential for blockchain technology to disrupt traditional business models.
- Adaptability: The ability to bridge high-level technology to a customer’s desired business outcomes in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
- Mobility: The ability to travel throughout the LATAM region as needed to build face-to-face relationships with key stakeholders.
Nice to have experience:
- You don’t have to be a blockchain expert yet, but you are insatiably curious and a fast learner.
- Experience selling solutions related to data analytics, cybersecurity, risk management, or complex cloud infrastructure.
- An existing network of contacts within the innovation or technology departments of major LATAM-based enterprises.

You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle while helping us sharpen the playbook for our next stage of US growth:
Own your pipeline from scratch

- Partner cross-functionally with marketing/SDR teams to fill gaps in inbound coverage.
REQUIREMENTS

- 🚀 Entrepreneurial mindset: You’re comfortable taking ownership, building from a blank page, and finding creative ways to unlock opportunities.
- ⚡ Startup adaptability: You thrive in a fast-moving, hybrid startup environment where priorities evolve and autonomy is expected.
NICE-TO-HAVES

At n8n, you won’t be stepping into a fully defined territory and simply running an existing playbook. You’ll have the opportunity to build your market, create your own pipeline, win technical customers, and directly influence how we scale our Mid-Market sales motion in the US.
You’ll join a fast-growing, product-led company at an exciting stage of its journey, working closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams while having the autonomy to experiment, learn, and shape how we grow.

About Teleport
Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it.
Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Field Account Development Executive at Teleport, you will own engagement with the accounts that matter most to our business in your metro. Teleport unifies identity across humans, machines, workloads, and AI agents — replacing fragmented, credential-based access with a hardware-rooted, cryptographic identity layer that scales zero trust across cloud and on-prem environments. You'll work closely with Field Marketing, Partner, Demand Gen, and the Account Executives who carry your accounts to build presence and pipeline in a single city, pairing multi-channel outbound with a heavy in-person motion across meetups, conferences, partner activations, and Teleport-hosted events. Instead of a sequence and a dial target, you'll be given a fixed book, a territory budget, an events calendar, a warm-path map, and the latitude to decide how all of it gets used. This role is ideal for a self-directed relationship builder who wants to become a field seller — someone who treats a city as a territory to be earned rather than a list to be worked.
Expect to be in the field regularly, typically a couple of evenings a week and more during conference weeks. Reaching people has never been easier; earning their trust has never been harder. That harder part is the job, and it happens face to face.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Own and quarterback the development of a fixed book of named enterprise and mid-market accounts in your metro, in partnership with the AEs who carry them
- Build and defend a point of view on each account: who the buying committee is, what they care about, where the entry point is, and what the next three touches should be
- Show up. Attend and work the meetups, happy hours, conferences, partner events, and Teleport-hosted events in your territory. Become a known face in your city's infrastructure and security community
- Create reasons to engage that aren't a meeting request — event invitations, gifting, relevant third-party content, community connections, local activations
- Map warm paths into your accounts using our customer, alumni, and employee networks, and drive the referral ask to completion, including directing the AE on when and how to make it
- Run multi-channel outbound (phone, email, LinkedIn) against the buying committee, with real personalization rather than volume
- Work with Field Marketing on which events are worth sponsoring in your metro, and with our Partner team on co-marketing opportunities that reach your 50
- Convert in-person contact into structured next steps: AE meetings, executive conversations, technical deep dives
- Log every touch in Salesforce and Outreach so account progression is visible and creditable
- Present a monthly account review: what you've done across the 50, what worked, what you're doing next, and where you need air support
- Use our intent, buying-committee, and enrichment tooling — including AI-assisted research and account planning — to decide where to spend your week
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Based in your metro. You live in San Francisco Bay Area and can be in the field on short notice. This role is not remote-anywhere
- Experienced: 3+ years in a role where you built relationships and pipeline in a defined territory. That could be account development against enterprise or mid-market named accounts, field or event marketing, community or developer relations, partner development, or field sales. What matters is that you've worked named accounts rather than lists, and that you've done it with real people in real rooms
- A field animal: You would rather be at a happy hour with forty engineers than on your ninth call of the morning. You are comfortable walking into a room where you know nobody and leaving with three conversations worth following up
- Self-directed: You are given a goal and a budget, not a playbook. You decide what to build. You bring ideas rather than waiting for a program
- Technically curious: You can hold a credible conversation with platform, infrastructure, and security engineers about the problems they have. You don't need to be an engineer; you do need to be genuinely interested
- Relationship-first: You measure your work in trust built, not touches logged — while still logging the touches
- Tool-fluent: You are fast with modern GTM tooling and AI assistants, and you'd rather build your own leverage than file a request
- Ambitious: You want to be a field seller. This role is the on-ramp
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.
The Benefits
At Teleport, we believe your career is more important than a list of perks. That's why we focus on making your day-to-day the best it can be — giving you the autonomy, access, and support to do the best work of your career.
- Extensive health coverage
- Annual expense budget
- Rest and recovery policies that maximize your ability to recharge
- Investment in your future with retirement savings plans
- Professional development opportunities

ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive in New York to own our larger deals across North America. You'll sell to marketing, SEO, and growth leaders who are watching their organic traffic get absorbed by AI answers and need to show their own leadership what to do about it. Your job is to build that case with them.
You'll build your own pipeline into named accounts, work with the SDR team on coverage, and run the full cycle from there. We are defining the category, so part of the job is teaching the market what good looks like, not waiting for a buyer who already knows they need this.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and run the full sales cycle from first meeting to close across mid-market accounts in North America
- Generate your own pipeline into named accounts, and partner with SDRs and Marketing on targeted outbound and ABM across the patch
- Multi-thread across marketing, SEO, growth, and procurement stakeholders, and build the business case that gets a deal signed
- Keep your CRM clean and your forecast honest, with a strong handle on deal progression
- Build lasting relationships with your customers and spot expansion opportunities as their AI search programs grow
- Feed what you learn on calls back into product, marketing, and the sales playbook. At this stage, your input shapes how we sell.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years in a quota-carrying software sales role, closing mid-market deals end to end
- A consistent track record of overachievement against quota
- A builder of your own pipeline: you can point to closed deals that started with your own prospecting, not a lead that landed in your inbox
- Experience running multi-stakeholder deals, including building business cases and navigating procurement
- Sharp communication and a natural ability to tell the story of a new category simply
- Comfortable selling in a category that is still being defined, where you shape the buyer's thinking rather than respond to an existing budget line
BONUS POINTS
- Repeatedly achieving President's Club
- Experience selling SEO, analytics, or martech software
- Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment
- A track record of selling to marketing, SEO, or growth buyers
