WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
WHY THIS ROLE?
This role is for a highly experienced Back-End Software Engineer who wants to work on core systems that shape how the platform (Model Vault) operates. You will help define the architecture of the platform where reliability, security, performance, and simplicity all matter, and where many of the problems do not have off-the-shelf solutions.
Model Vault is Cohere’s inference platform for deploying and operating models securely at enterprise scale. The team owns the systems between a customer and the underlying AI infrastructure, including identity, deployments, metering, billing, security, privacy, and confidential computing. We are strengthening these systems as Model Vault grows, with the goal of scaling to millions of users and supporting some of the world’s most demanding enterprise workloads.
AS A SENIOR/STAFF SOFTWARE ENGINEER, YOU WILL:
- Evolve and scale the backend systems that power Model Vault, including authentication and authorization, deployment management, billing, metering, and customer lifecycle.
- Lead major architectural initiatives across identity, payments, usage systems, platform scalability, and other core product foundations.
- Build highly reliable control-plane services for provisioning, configuring, scaling, and operating model deployments across clouds and hardware platforms.
- Design APIs and distributed systems with strong guarantees around correctness, consistency, isolation, failure recovery, idempotency, and observability.
- Build security and privacy into the platform architecture, including tenant isolation, least-privilege access, auditability, secrets management, encryption, and confidential computing boundaries.
- Solve complex problems that span backend systems, cloud infrastructure, security, and AI inference, where conventional SaaS patterns are often not enough.
- Drive projects end-to-end, from architecture and threat modeling through implementation, rollout, production operations, and iteration based on real customer workloads.
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF:
- You are a strong backend engineer with excellent fundamentals in distributed systems, databases, networking, operating systems, and security.
- You have strong programming fundamentals and experience building production systems in languages such as Go, Python, Java, C++, Rust, or similar. You write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and make thoughtful tradeoffs between simplicity, performance, and correctness.
- You have designed and operated production systems where correctness, availability, security, and performance mattered at significant scale.
- You can take ambiguous, high-impact technical problems, define the right architecture, and drive them through to reliable production systems.
- You have strong systems-design instincts and understand concepts such as concurrency, consistency, caching, queues, rate limiting, backpressure, failure domains, idempotency, and graceful degradation.
- You think deeply about security boundaries and understand authentication, authorization, identity, cryptography, secrets, tenant isolation, and how small implementation choices can create significant security risks.
- You are comfortable reasoning across backend services, APIs, databases, distributed systems, and the cloud infrastructure they run on.
- You are comfortable diving into unfamiliar codebases and debugging complex problems that cross service or system boundaries.
- You care about the details of production engineering, including instrumentation, capacity planning, migrations, backwards compatibility, incident response, and safe rollouts.
- You are comfortable challenging existing architecture and evolving foundational components when the system’s needs change.
- You have a track record of taking technically difficult projects from an unclear starting point to systems that other engineers and customers depend on.
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.
- Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health.
- RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme.
- 100% Parental Leave top-up for up to 6 months, for either parent.
- Annual enrichment benefits:
Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit.

- 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!)
- Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite.
HOW AND WHERE WE WORK:

- For those in the office: a daily lunch program, plenty of snacks, and regular community and social events.
- For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city.
- Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is hiring a Brand Partnerships Manager to shape and accelerate our growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
You’ll build our brand partnerships strategy from the ground up: sourcing high-potential partners, developing relationships, structuring creative collaborations, and turning them into campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and business growth.
Success in this role looks like building real, high-impact partnerships with tangible value for Ramp, our partners, and the audiences we reach together. The ideal candidate is a marketer who can also run a deal: you come up with the partnership, you know why it matters for the business, and you execute relentlessly to get it out the door. You should have an instinct for great ideas, a strong creative point of view, and a close read on what’s happening across media, sports, and culture. Most importantly, you’ve turned those ideas into campaigns that break through culture, get attention, and drive business outcomes.
Ramp is a place for people who move fast, take ownership, and are looking to do the best work of their careers. We want someone who can build this function out, bet on partners that matter, and create collaborations that move the needle and are unmistakably Ramp.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own Ramp’s brand partnerships program end to end: partner strategy, sourcing, negotiation, and execution.
- Find high-value partners across finance, sports, business, and media who can put Ramp in front of new audiences.
- Build a system for spotting and tracking emerging talent so we can place smart bets early. We sponsored Neal Shipley while he was still an amateur golfer, and TBPN in the very early days. We like spotting emerging brands and talent before everyone else does.
- Develop bold partnership concepts that tie into Ramp’s brand, product priorities, launches, and broader marketing campaigns.
- Lead deal strategy and negotiation, including pricing, asset packages, usage rights, exclusivity, deliverables, timelines, and contract terms.
- Work with teams across Ramp to run and test campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, so every partnership delivers both creative impact and business results.
- Manage active partnerships day to day. Keep deliverables on track, and keep finding new ways to work with existing partners so Ramp gets the most out of every relationship.
- Work closely with Ramp’s sales team to spot deals where a partner could help, and find timely, relevant ways to bring them in.
- Handle reporting for every partnership. Track delivery and performance, share what you’re learning, and recommend when to renew, expand, change, or end a deal.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, influencer marketing, partnerships, or a related role.
- A track record of developing, negotiating, and executing high-profile brand, media, or strategic partnerships, ideally within a fast moving in-house team or at an agency. The ideal candidate has a builder mindset and is willing to challenge conventional approaches and take a first principles approach.
- Strong creative judgment, with the ability to spot culturally relevant ideas and turn them into partnerships and campaigns that earn attention.
- The ability to thrive in ambiguity, take initiative, and launch new programs quickly from scratch You can move from strategy to execution quickly, manage complexity, and drive work across teams.
- Excel at balancing brand authenticity with performance metrics. Strong business acumen and judgment to balance efficiency with bold bets.
- Ability to switch between strategy and in-the-weeds execution. In one meeting, you’re zooming out to set the vision and framework, the next you’re diving into day-to-day execution and delivery.
- A strong interest in culture, entertainment, and sports.

Kraken Pro is where serious traders live. Millions of them. But a great product only wins if the right traders find it, trust it, and actually fund an account. Right now, our organic engine isn’t pulling its weight.
You’re going to fix that.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re seeking a hands-on Head of Organic Growth to own how Kraken Pro gets discovered and how curious traders become active ones. At Kraken, understanding our brand ethos, mission, and the traders we serve is essential. Organic is where brand and acquisition meet.
We’re looking for a player-coach who moves fast but thinks long-term, gets in the weeds while leading from the front, and knows that traffic means nothing if it doesn’t convert. This role demands sharp B2C acquisition instincts, a product-first mindset, an obsession with UX, and a self-starter attitude.
- Own organic acquisition. Build and run the strategy across SEO, content, social, community, referrals, and partnerships to bring high-intent traders to Kraken Pro.
- Find out if people convert. Map the funnel from first touch to first trade, report on it clearly, and figure out where traders drop off and how to win them back.
- Make UX your edge. Work with Product and Design to audit and improve landing pages, sign-up flows, onboarding, and in-product moments. Great acquisition dies in bad UX, and you know it.
- Acquire through brand. Make every growth channel a brand-building one. Reach is easy to buy; trust is what makes traders stay.
- Know the product cold. Use Kraken Pro like a trader would, understand what makes it better, and turn those strengths into growth levers.
- Lead a lean, scrappy team. Set direction, coach, and unblock a small team, while staying hands-on enough to ship, test, and fix things yourself.
- Test and learn. Run experiments across channels and funnel steps, double down on what works, and kill what doesn’t.
- Report what matters. Build clear dashboards and insights that show leadership what’s driving growth, what isn’t, and what to do next.
- Ship responsibly. Partner with Legal/Comms to ensure compliant, accurate, and aligned messaging across regions and platforms.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ years in B2C acquisition or growth marketing, ideally in fintech, crypto, trading or gaming with experience in a player-coach role leading a small team.
- Product savvy. You understand how products work, why people use them, and how to turn features into growth.
- UX instinct. You can spot friction in a flow from a mile away and brief Product and Design on how to fix it.
- High AI competency. Enabling you to multiply your impact and keep up with demand.
- Analytical rigor. Comfortable with funnels, cohorts, attribution, and experimentation, and able to turn data into decisions and clear stories.
- Speed under pressure. Markets don’t wait for approval cycles and neither do you.
- Range as a marketer. SEO, content, social, lifecycle, partnerships. You know enough about each to direct the work, and you can roll up your sleeves when needed.
- Taste. Knowing which channels and tactics not to pursue is as valuable as knowing which to scale.
- Familiarity trading culture, and the language traders use.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around a shared growth goal.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
PRODUCT BUILDER — SALES AI
⭐️ THE PRODUCT BUILDER ROLE ⭐️
Product Builders at Alan go deep on user needs, define a clear product strategy, and turn it into a high-impact roadmap.
- You will work closely with designers, engineers and sales teams to define the right product and build it.
- You will partner and align with every part of the business: sales, sales effectiveness, and our AI platform teams.
Sales AI: an exceptional opportunity to have an impact and grow
- Our sales teams sell health insurance, a field that demands real expertise. Our internal tools have become powerful but fragmented, and AI is fundamentally reshaping how humans and tools interact. Alan’s growth ambitions are high: reaching them requires a step change in sales effectiveness — in time spent and in win rate.
- So we are rethinking the entire sales experience from the ground up. Instead of tools Account Executives have to remember to open and prompt, we want an AI that works for the rep, including when they are not there: it processes information, analyzes a large pipeline of parallel deals, and comes back with “here is the priority today, do this and this.” A true assistant that helps reps prioritize, prepares work for them, and lets them build faster, more relevant offers, with the right sales material and arguments. With everything we know about past offers and the market, we can massively empower reps to walk in with a sharper offer and a sharper pitch.
- The scope spans the full funnel: top funnel (automating prospection so reps get more, better-qualified discovery) and bottom funnel (winning offers, stronger pitches, higher win rate). Alan has strong maturity here: voice AI is live in France and Spain, outbound campaigns run autonomously, the CRM fills itself from call transcripts, and our offer copilot is used by more than half our reps — around 20% productivity gained this year. The limit today is structural: every capability lives in a separate tool, behind a manual trigger.
- This is a validated, high-ambition bet to reinvent the sales experience, lift sales efficiency and win rate, and give every one of our clients a large-account-grade experience. And it does not stop at internal tooling: the same engine, pointed outward, can reach and answer customers directly in our self-serve funnel, and the approach can then be extended to other parts of Alan.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Reinvent the sales workflow. Move our Account Executives and Key Account Managers from siloed AI tools they have to remember to use, to AI that proactively pushes the right action at the right moment in their workflow.
- Build and sequence the roadmap. The scope is broad, so you will decide where to start, prioritize the highest-impact automation over “nice to have” AI features, and sequence the path to the full vision.
- Get hands-on. We build many of our tools in an “everyone can build” mode. You will work close to the engine room, writing prompts, wiring connectors and evaluating outputs, to understand what is really happening and unblock progress.
- Empower better, faster selling. Bring together what we know about offers, content and market signals so reps produce sharper offers faster — and automate the prospection work that fills their pipeline in the first place.
- Keep the experience coherent. Partner closely with adjacent teams building AI agents in neighboring areas, so the overall experience stays consistent rather than siloed.
- Drive the outcomes. Minimize time spent on low-value work while lifting offer relevance, win rate and the volume of qualified conversations each rep can run — so their time goes only to what needs a human.
⭐️ ABOUT YOU ⭐️
You may be a great fit at Alan if you have:
- At least 5 years in a product role (or equivalent product ownership) in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment, ideally with AI or agentic products. Seniority matters here: the scope is exploratory and not fully defined yet.
- Genuine excitement for AI. You have built AI products, or you are deeply eager to learn how LLM-based systems and agents behave in production, including their failure modes, and you can reason about the shift from pull-based to proactive, push-based experiences.
- A builder mindset. You are hands-on and comfortable close to the product’s engine room (connectors, prompts, skills, evaluation) to understand what is really happening and unblock progress.
- Appetite for the sales and insurance business. You are happy to sit with a rep, review an offer, and learn how guarantees and consumption terms are expressed, then turn that into product vision. You do not need to be a sales or insurance expert already, but you want to go deep fast.
- Strong product execution. You set measurable goals, prioritize effectively, and ship iteratively, balancing quality, speed and impact.
- The ability to bridge technical and non-technical worlds. You translate between platform and engineering constraints and sales reality, and drive alignment through clear framing and sharp decision-making.
- Experience influencing without full authority. You can build the case for a new, ambitious bet and rally people around it.
- Strong written communication in both internal and external-facing settings.
- Fluency in French and English.

Ramp is hiring its first dedicated Physical Security Lead to build and run the program that protects our people, our leaders, our events, and our offices. Our footprint now spans a multi-floor New York headquarters, Ramp-managed offices, and a growing set of hubs across North America and Europe. Our leaders are increasingly visible on public stages.
You'll own three areas in roughly equal measure: executive protection, event security, and office security (access control, cameras, guards, and building security). Your job is to turn a set of strong vendors and partner teams into one measurable, risk-based program.
This is a high-ownership IC role on the Corporate Security team. It reports to the Director of IT & Corporate Security and is based at our NYC HQ. This is a physical security role; cybersecurity and information security are owned by other Ramp security teams. We aren't looking for a guard supervisor or a box-checker. We want someone who makes it safe for Ramp to move fast, host great events, and keep our leaders accessible.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and run Ramp's executive protection program:
- Protective risk assessments and residential security reviews.
- Domestic and international travel security.
- Advance work for high-visibility appearances.
- Selecting, standing up, and managing our executive protection provider.
- Turn threat intelligence into protective action. Partner with Detection & Response to move from online threat and exposure monitoring to threat assessments, personal-information exposure reduction, and clear escalation playbooks.
- Own security for internal and external events, from all-hands and offsites to conferences, customer events, and executive dinners:
- Risk-tiered intake and written security plans.
- Coordination with venues and vendors.
- On-site leadership for the highest-risk events.
- After-action reviews.
- Set Ramp's global physical security standards for access control, video surveillance, intercoms, visitor management, and alarm monitoring. Tier them for headquarters, Ramp-managed offices, and flexible or serviced hub spaces.
- Build security into every new office, move, and expansion:
- Write the security design requirements and review drawings.
- Manage integrators through installation and acceptance testing.
- Partner with IT on network and identity integration.
- Manage the guard program and security vendors end to end: scope, post orders, SLAs and KPIs, budget, and quarterly business reviews. Own the security relationship with landlords and building management.
- Lead emergency preparedness and physical incident response:
- Emergency notifications, evacuation and shelter-in-place plans, and drills.
- Liaison with local law enforcement.
- Workplace-violence prevention, in partnership with People and Legal.
- Run physical access governance with IT. Tie access to joiner/mover/leaver events, run regular access reviews, and keep audit-ready evidence for physical security controls.
- Measure and report program health to leadership. Use AI and automation to scale the program without scaling headcount.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 6+ years in corporate or physical security, including 3+ years owning a security program or major workstream at a multi-site company. Executing someone else's program doesn't count toward this.
- Hands-on depth in at least two of the three areas (executive protection, event security, physical security systems such as access control and cameras) and solid working knowledge of the third.
- Experience administering or deploying enterprise access control and video platforms (e.g., Avigilon Alta/Openpath, Verkada, Genetec, LenelS2), and partnering with IT on networking and SSO.
- A track record of managing security vendors (guard, protection, integrator, event staffing) through contracts, SLAs, budgets, and performance reviews.
- Strong risk judgment. You size controls to the actual threat, explain the tradeoffs, and lead with "here's how we do this safely" rather than "no."
- Excellent writing. You can produce a crisp SOP, an event security plan, and a one-page executive brief.
- Willingness to work from our NYC office 4 days a week, travel 10–15%, support occasional evening and weekend events, and serve as primary on-call for physical security incidents (with the Director as backup and guard and vendor partners as on-site first response).
- Real, day-to-day use of AI tools in your work.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- ASIS CPP or PSP; formal executive protection training; first aid or Stop the Bleed certification.
- Experience at a high-growth tech, fintech, or financial services company with a high-profile founder or CEO.
- Experience writing security design standards for office buildouts and reading architectural or low-voltage drawings.
- Familiarity with physical and environmental control requirements in SOC 2, PCI DSS, or FedRAMP.
- A government protective, law enforcement, or military background, combined with corporate program ownership.
- An established network of protection, event security, and integrator vendors in NYC, SF, and internationally.
FAIR WARNING
- This is a builder role. Parts of the program exist today (vendors, a responsibility matrix, some SOPs). You'll turn them into a system.
- You're an IC who directs vendors and partner teams, not a manager of a security staff. You'll need to influence Workplace, Events, IT, Executive Assistants, People, and Legal without formal authority.
- Security at Ramp enables the business. Events still happen, offices stay welcoming, and executives stay accessible. Your job is to make that safe.
- Evenings, weekends, and travel come with the territory, especially around major events.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are on a mission to redefine robotics by creating humanoids that mimic human dexterity, precision, and flexibility.

- Documentation: Document test results, system issues, failure analyses, and corrective actions. Create technical manuals, SOP and maintenance guides for robotic systems.
- Maintenance and Upgrades: Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on robotic subassemblies on a system level, ensuring continuous performance and durability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the mechanical, electrical, and firmware teams to address issues related to electro-mechanical performance and sensor feedback.
- Equipment and Inventory Management: Maintain specialized tools, equipment, and components. Ensure that inventory levels of critical parts such as actuators and sensors are regularly checked and replenished. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
- 3+ years of experience in assembling, testing, and troubleshooting robotic systems, with a focus on precision mechanics, custom electronics, and sensor integration.
- Strong proficiency in assembling robotic components and integrating complex mechanical and electrical systems.
- Hands-on experience with fine-pitch soldering and thin cable assembly techniques.
- Familiarity with calibrating actuators, sensors, and robotic control system applications.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose issues and implement corrective actions efficiently.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail in handling delicate components and ensuring precise assembly of complex systems.
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Robotics: Background in humanoid robot development, particularly in hand/arm systems or robotic manipulation.

WHO WE ARE
Help Scout started in 2011 with a simple premise: support software should treat customers like people, not tickets. 3+ billion conversations later, more than 10,000 companies use Help Scout to grow relationships with customers of all types, from clients to patients and beyond.
Now we’re in a new chapter: not only building AI that gives teams more space to focus on the customer experience, but also reimagining how we operate in an AI-native world. That means shipping and learning faster, without compromising on craft. Great work here carries a strong opinion and sweats the details, regardless of the tools we use to drive it.
We’ve been a fully remote team https://articles.helpscout.com/blog/remote-culture/ since day one, with 120+ teammates now all over the world. It’s a culture where you’ll be trusted to take ownership, stay curious, and raise the quality of work around you. It comes with clear expectations and a team that will push you to do some of the best work of your career.
If that kind of challenge gives you energy, we’d love to meet you.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Help Scout, you’ll own a named book of 80–100 accounts, representing around $4M in recurring revenue. You’ll be the trusted partner for the people who rely on Help Scout every day, from day-to-day users to the executives who sponsor the relationship.
Your first priority is building a strong relationship rhythm across your book: regular check-ins, executive business reviews, and a clear understanding of what each customer is trying to achieve. You’ll connect those goals to the best of what Help Scout offers, and you’ll be the first to notice when something starts to slip.
You won’t carry an expansion quota. When you spot an opportunity to grow an account, you’ll partner with our expansion team and hand it off warm, so you can stay focused on retention and long-term value. You’ll also be the customer’s voice inside Help Scout, bringing what you learn to Product, onboarding, and the rest of the team.
- Own a book of 80–100 accounts end-to-end. From onboarding handoff through adoption and renewal, you’re accountable for the health and retention of every account.
- Build multi-threaded relationships. You’ll work across levels in each customer, including executives and decision makers, and align on the business outcomes that matter to them.
- Catch risk early. You’ll watch for signals like dropping usage or slowing communication, escalate early, and bring in the right internal partners to turn things around.
- Lead executive business reviews and regular check-ins that drive adoption, surface underused features, and strengthen product alignment.
- Own renewals and retention. Your success is measured on net dollar retention for your book.
- Surface expansion opportunities and partner with our expansion team to close them.
- Bring the voice of the customer inside. Share what you learn with Product and cross-functional teams to help shape the roadmap, onboarding, and how we work.
- Design your own workflows. You’ll have freedom to use AI tools to stay organized and make sure nothing falls through the cracks across a large book.
- Raise the bar for the team. You’ll share what works, document your learnings, and help shape how Customer Success grows at Help Scout.
ABOUT YOU
- You have 5+ years of Customer Success experience in SaaS, with time spent in SMB, mid-market, strategic, or enterprise segments.
- You’ve owned a large book of business. At some point in your career, you’ve managed 50+ accounts and kept a consistent cadence with all of them.
- Retention is your track record. You can talk about your renewal rates, retention, or NDR, and what you did to move them.
- You love the relationship side of the work. You enjoy being a strategic advisor, aligning with executives on business goals, and working with internal teams to get customers where they need to go. Closing deals isn’t what gets you up in the morning.
- You never solve problems alone. When an account shows signs of risk, you raise it early, pull in the right people, and keep the customer informed.
- You’re not afraid of difficult conversations. You can handle tough renewal or recovery conversations with confidence and care.
- You’re a strong cross-functional partner. You know how to work alongside Product, Support, and Sales, and you’ve handed off expansion opportunities to account executives or account managers before.
- You thrive while things are still being built. You’re comfortable shaping processes as we go and don’t need a playbook for everything.
- You’re excited about how AI can transform your work. You look for ways to reduce manual overhead and spend your time where it matters most.
- Technical aptitude. You’re comfortable learning and navigating complex software, and you want to become an expert in our product.
ABOUT THE PROCESS
1. Recruiter Chat - You'll meet with Nahuel on the Recruiting team to chat through compensation, benefits, timeline, and company culture.
2. Value Add - You'll meet with Annika, Customer Enablement Lead, to talk more about the role and your experience in more detail.
3. Project - We’ll give you a take-home project (we’ll pay for your time), then you’ll share it back to the team.
4. Team Chat - You’ll meet with two members of our Customer Success team to learn more about how we work and the customers we serve.
5. Final Chat - You’ll chat with our VP of Customers.
6. References - We’ll ask you for three references. Ideally, we’d like two of them to be managers, but we can be flexible.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This role owns the partnerships that bring new clients to Wealthsimple. Every motion you own ladders up to one goal, customer acquisition, across both digital and real-world channels: partner-driven acquisition campaigns, referral partnerships that feed our business banking line, and brand and experiential sponsorships that let us acquire customers in person. The job is to turn partners and campaigns into net-new clients and deposits, and to convert our brand presence into people walking in the door, wherever they already are. You'll source, negotiate, and activate these partnerships end to end, and you'll build a lot of it from scratch. This is a builder's seat for a growth-minded commercial operator who thinks about acquisition wherever it happens, online or IRL.
IN THIS ROLE YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Drive acquisition campaigns with partners, including monthly millionaire: secure partner funding and co-marketing, and source smaller campaign partners to power specific moments.
- Own referral partnerships for the business banking line end to end: source, sign, and drive the channel partners that send us new business clients and deposits.
- Lead commercial negotiations from first outreach to signed terms, landing terms that work for both our clients and the business.
- Own the acquisition targets: net-new funded clients and deposits from referral partners, campaign performance, and sponsorship reach and ROI.
- Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Brand, PMM, and Business Banking Product to activate every partnership well and measure its impact.
SKILLS YOU'LL BRING:
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in partnerships, business development, or growth roles in banking or customer-focused industries.
- Negotiation and commercial ownership. A master negotiator with a track record of driving commercial and acquisition outcomes and turning partnerships into measurable growth.
- A growth and acquisition orientation. You've turned partnerships or campaigns into measurable client acquisition, online and in person, and you think in funnels, not just relationships.
- Channel or referral partnership experience. You've built or run a referral or channel pipeline that produced real, attributable results.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills, with real comfort in CAC, LTV, and attribution.
- A strong network in Canada (and ideally the US) across relevant commercial, tech, and community ecosystems.
- A 0-to-1 operator with high urgency, strong ownership, and a bias for action.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Brand experiential marketing experience, especially activations built to drive real-world customer acquisition, including agency and rights-holder relationships.
- Business banking or SMB acquisition experience.
- Product partnerships experience as it pertains to integrated referrals.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on impact and outcomes.
