How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
We're building something from the ground up: a high-growth China export advertising business with real ambition and an open runway. We're looking for a driven commercial leader — with strong GCR (Greater China Region) agency market knowledge — who's ready to own the strategy, build agency relationships, and grow a business in one of the most exciting cross-border digital advertising markets today.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to maintain the status quo. It's for someone who wants ownership, enjoys building from zero to one, and is excited by the opportunity to create something with lasting impact.
You'll be shaping the go-to-market from scratch and translating China outbound advertising ambitions into measurable results across global platforms. If you want to build rather than manage, this is the role.
What You Will Do
Lead the Business
Own the China Export agency strategy, manage pipeline, forecast with precision, and close gaps fast.
Communicate progress clearly to regional and global stakeholders with structured, data-informed updates.
Drive Agency Relationships
Serve as the primary senior point of contact for GCR holding companies and export-focused agencies.
Build senior relationships with Investment Directors, Business Directors, and Group Heads. Align on joint business plans and drive partner accountability.
Develop acquisition, activation, and retention programs for agencies and clients.
Lead executive business reviews, agency roadshows, and education sessions to embed the platform into agency planning cycles.
Develop the Market
Define and execute a go-to-market strategy targeting China outbound advertisers across travel, luxury, consumer electronics, gaming, and e-commerce.
Identify whitespace within agency holding groups, activating new teams, trading desks, and specialist export units.
Drive pipeline through advertiser-specific proposals, audience strategies, and campaign frameworks for international markets.
Represent the business at local marketing and partner events; translate market intelligence into strategic decisions.
What We Are Looking For
7–10 years in digital media sales, agency partnerships, or sales leadership, with a track record of building revenue rather than just managing it.
Deep fluency in the GCR agency landscape: how China export budgets are planned, allocated, and traded through holding groups.
Proven senior-level relationship management experience. Comfortable in the boardroom and effective at working level.
Data-driven and operationally sharp: uses analytics to set goals, diagnose problems, and prioritize action.
Experience leading or coaching teams, setting high standards and bringing people along.
Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
Familiar with programmatic advertising, trading desks, and agency investment processes.
A self-starter who sets their own bar, thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and doesn't wait for permission.
Comfortable with regular travel across Hong Kong and mainland China.
Nice to Have
Experience with audio, streaming, or entertainment advertising platforms.
Familiarity with cross-border or multi-market campaigns for China-origin advertisers.
Proficiency with Salesforce, or similar sales productivity/CRM tools.
Where You'll Be
Based in Hong Kong, with regular travel across Hong Kong and mainland China, and periodic collaboration with global teams. Hybrid working model.
Why Join Aleph?
Build, don't just manage:
This is a true zero-to-one mandate — you'll design the go-to-market strategy and sales motion for one of the fastest-growing corridors in cross-border digital advertising.
High-visibility impact:
Your work will directly shape how global platforms capture China outbound ad spend, with direct exposure to senior stakeholders across GCR agency holding groups and Aleph's global leadership.
Ownership culture:
Aleph gives commercial leaders real autonomy — you set the strategy, own the roadmap, and are trusted to move fast.
Growth market, growth career:
China's outbound advertising ecosystem across travel, luxury, gaming, and e-commerce is expanding rapidly — this role offers a front-row seat and a path to scale a business as it grows.
Global platform, local expertise:
You'll operate at the intersection of world-class advertising platforms and deep GCR market knowledge, working alongside a team that values data-driven thinking and hands-on relationship building.
Why Join Us?
Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents. We support each other, creating an environment of giving and receiving. We value partnership and communication because we believe it takes a group of people to achieve great things. We are energized by our ever-changing industry, our curiosity keeps us learning and seeking out new opportunities.
We stay flexible and adaptable, and believe in moving with the speed of change. We encourage everyone to strive for more, providing our internal talent with growth opportunities and the ability to learn together.

We are looking for a
Cinematic AI Creator (Contractor)
: a filmmaker who works in generative models rather than with a crew.
You will produce the cinematic work that demonstrates what our AI can do, including multi-shot sequences, launch films, campaign pieces, and genre and style showcases. You will also translate film craft into product. The camera language, lighting setups, film stocks, genre looks and transitions you work with are what our cinematic video features need to offer users. You will define those cinematic directions for the team to productise, and set the quality bar for the video work we ship. You will work closely with Product, Creative and Engineering, and will be among the first to test each new video model we get access to.
Please note that this is a Full-time Contractor (6 months) role.
How You'll Make an Impact
Direct and produce cinematic AI content end to end: concept, story, shot list, generation, edit, sound and final delivery.
Build multi-shot sequences with consistent characters, wardrobe, world, lighting and geography across cuts.
Design each shot deliberately: lens, framing, blocking, lighting, colour and grade, and camera movement.
Create the hero shots and set pieces that anchor a launch, and the showcases that demonstrate stylistic range.
Define cinematic directions, including camera moves, lighting setups, film stocks, genre looks, transitions and VFX beats, specified clearly enough to be productised.
Prototype new cinematic capabilities and prove what is possible before it becomes a feature.
Set and document the quality bar for the video work we ship.
Test each new video model on release, reporting on strengths, failure modes, prompt behaviour, motion quality and temporal consistency, and track where AI filmmaking is going.
What You'll Bring
A body of work:
film, series or episodic work, commercials, music videos, short films, branded or short-form content; whatever best shows your craft, alongside AI-native work.
Deep understanding of visual storytelling: story structure, plot, pacing, shot design, blocking, performance and the edit.
Command of cinematography fundamentals (cameras, lenses, lighting, colour, grading, composition and camera movement), and the vocabulary to direct them precisely in a prompt.
Hands-on experience with generative video models and how they behave in practice, and with the image models that feed them.
Prompting skill for video: motion description, camera control, identity and style preservation, and first/last-frame and reference-driven workflows.
End-to-end post capability in editing, grading and sound, and the ability to run a full production cycle alone.
Awareness of internet culture and what makes cinematic content travel.
The judgement to hold a quality bar, including on your own work.
Fluency in English.
Good To Have
Background in VFX, animation, motion design, concept art or 3D (Blender, Cinema 4D, Houdini, Nuke, Unreal).
Experience directing hybrid productions that combine live footage with generative work.
ComfyUI or node-based video pipelines, and LoRA or character-consistency training.
Interest in shaping AI creative tools rather than only using them.
A public presence as an AI filmmaker or creator.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Staff Software Engineer on the GTM AI Engineering (Claudification) team, you will build the agents and AI systems that run Anthropic's own go-to-market work. Our sellers already work alongside agents every day. You will take things to the next step and build agents that run complete autonomous motions across areas like inbound, outbound, and pipeline management. In addition, you’ll build eval frameworks that prove those agents are ready for customer-facing work and are driving value. This is a senior role where you’ll drive technical direction for agents and evals across our team.
Working closely with sellers, RevOps, and our platform engineering partners, you'll own projects from first prototype through production operation. You'll combine full-stack engineering (MCP servers, agentic systems, web applications, etc.) with hands-on evaluation work (behavior benchmarks, production monitoring, ROI measurement), and help architect the shared platforms that builders from across our go-to-market org contribute to. You've worked in cultures of analytical rigor before, and you're eager to help shape the norms and best practices of a growing AI engineering function at a pivotal moment in the company's growth.
Key responsibilities
Build and operate autonomous agents that run go-to-market motions end to end, across areas like inbound, outbound, pipeline management, and customer engagement
Design the human oversight for each motion: approval gates, handoffs, and escalation paths that keep sellers in control
Develop evaluation frameworks for agent behavior, and run them in development and in production
Instrument model and tool calls in production, and build the observability and measurement that ties agent actions to pipeline and revenue
Ship MCP servers, agent skills, and web applications that connect to systems like our CRM, communication tools, and data warehouse
Set the technical direction for how we build, evaluate, and operate agents across the team
Architect shared codebases that builders from across go-to-market contribute to, setting the conventions and review practices that keep quality high
Work directly with sellers to ground agent designs in real workflows, and iterate based on what you observe
Identify repeatable patterns and contribute insights back to Anthropic's Product and Engineering teams
Maintain strong knowledge of the latest developments in LLM capabilities, agent frameworks, and evaluation techniques
Minimum qualifications
Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript, with experience building and operating production applications
Production experience with LLMs, including context engineering, agent development, MCP development, tool use, and evaluation frameworks
Experience using evals and transcript analysis to find and fix real problems in an LLM system
Working fluency with data, including SQL
Ability to navigate ambiguity and ship without a spec, finding simple solutions to complex problems
Passion for advancing safe, beneficial AI, and care for the people who use what you build
Preferred qualifications
8+ years in roles such as software engineer, ML engineer, or forward deployed engineer. Former technical founders are encouraged to apply
Experience with the Claude Code and the Claude Agent SDK
Experience with go-to-market systems (CRM, sales engagement, enrichment, conversation intelligence) or time working closely with a revenue team
Experience growing a codebase that many people contribute to, inner-source or open-source
Applied ML and experimentation background: A/B testing, propensity models, recommendations, or causal analysis
Exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical partners with low ego
Representative projects
(Illustrative of the kind of work, not a project list.)
Build an agent that takes a routine sales workflow from first signal to a drafted, human-reviewed action
Stand up the eval suite for an agent: seed scenarios, scoring rubrics, and regression runs on every change
Ship an MCP server that gives sellers and their agents governed access to a core revenue system
Design a shared repository where go-to-market builders publish agents and skills, with the tests and review rules that keep it healthy
Build a predictive model that explains itself, so an agent can tell a seller why it suggests an action
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000
—
$405,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

We are growing our support team at ClickHouse, and we're looking for a Senior Technical Customer Support Engineer, Federal, to serve the specific needs of our U.S. public sector customers, federal agencies, and the contractors and integrators who support them. This role sits within our global Support Engineering team but has a dedicated focus to deliver the same excellent, technically deep support our commercial customers rely on, while meeting the compliance, security, and operational constraints that federal environments require.
You'll be the primary technical point of contact for customers operating ClickHouse in government-authorized environments, triaging and resolving support cases, guiding customers through secure deployment and operational best practices, and partnering closely with our Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to make sure ClickHouse's platform meets the bar federal customers require.
This is a U.S. Persons-only role. Because of the export-control status of the data, systems, and customer environments involved, all candidates must independently qualify as U.S. Persons before being considered. This applies regardless of visa sponsorship status, work authorization, or physical location within the U.S. Beyond this requirement, you'll also need to be prepared to work within the access, communication, and documentation controls that federal engagements demand.
What you will be doing:
- Serving as the primary technical support contact for ClickHouse's U.S. federal and public-sector customers, across cases, chat, Slack, and meetings, consistent with applicable federal communication and data-handling requirements
- Developing solutions based on ClickHouse Cloud and ClickHouse open-source, and sharing them with federal customers and internal teams via documentation, knowledge base articles, and internal runbooks tailored to government deployment patterns
- Guiding customers through deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting within government-authorized environments, including AWS GovCloud-adjacent infrastructure where applicable
- Working closely with our global Support Services, Engineering, Security/Compliance, Product Management, and Go-To-Market teams to represent the requirements of federal customers and help prioritize the roadmap accordingly
- Supporting technical aspects of federal POCs, security questionnaires, and Authority to Operate (ATO)-adjacent evaluations in partnership with Go-To-Market and Security teams
And of course:
- You will deliver excellent customer service as a technical engineer and representative of ClickHouse to our federal customer base. Our Support Engineers provide professional response, on-call coverage, and guidance within required SLAs on technical cases opened via the ticketing system, email, Slack, chat, and/or phone
- You will build strong, trusted relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners, including government program stakeholders and the systems integrators and resellers who support them
What you bring along:
- Required: U.S. Person status, as defined above and verified during the interview process prior to any offer
- Technical breadth and depth in ClickHouse open-source or ClickHouse Cloud, or in domains relevant to ClickHouse, such as SQL databases, OLAP, cloud-native SaaS, and distributed systems
- Previous technical experience in roles such as Support Engineer, Consultant, Database Administrator, Site Reliability Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Software Engineer, and/or Systems Engineer
- Proven experience developing familiarity with the operational and compliance realities of federal IT environments (e.g., FedRAMP, DOD IL, AWS GovCloud, air-gapped or sovereign-cloud deployments)
- Strong communication skills, sound judgment around sensitive data handling
- A mindset of teamwork, empathy, and solving challenging problems under the additional rigor that government customers require
- You are self-driven, curious, and eager to continuously learn and grow
Bonus points:
- Prior experience supporting federal, state/local/education (SLED), or other public-sector customers in a technical support, TAM, or solutions engineering capacity
- Experience with FedRAMP-authorized services, AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or equivalent sovereign/air-gapped cloud environments
- An active or recently active U.S. government security clearance (not required, but a plus for future-facing work with more sensitive agencies)
- Experience with ClickHouse
- Experience with OSS and open-source technologies, as a user, community member, or contributor
- Experience with data pipelines such as Kafka, Kinesis, Spark, RabbitMQ, or others
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.
- Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options.
- Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries.
- A USD$500 Home office setup if you’re a remote employee.
- Global Gatherings – We believe in the power of in-person connection and offer opportunities to engage with colleagues at company-wide offsites.

About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who lives in the top of the funnel. This is a hands-on, sourcing-first role focused on building and owning talent pipelines across the US, LATAM, and APAC — with the heaviest emphasis on APAC, where our fastest hiring growth is happening and where deep market knowledge is hardest to buy.
You will spend the majority of your time proactively identifying, engaging, and converting passive talent — not processing inbound applications. You will map markets, build long-term talent communities, and become the person hiring managers come to when they need to know who’s out there. If you are energized by outreach that actually lands, by knowing a market better than anyone else in the room, and by building pipelines before the req even opens, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Proactive Sourcing (Core Focus):
Own top-of-funnel sourcing across US, LATAM, and APAC. Build and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-ray search, GitHub, Behance, Dribbble, Telegram, Discord, WeChat, Maimai, BOSS Zhipin, referrals, alumni networks, and crypto-native communities.
APAC Pipeline Building:
Serve as the sourcing engine for APAC hiring. Develop deep talent maps across key hubs — Singapore, Hong Kong, mainland China, Japan, Malaysia, Australia, and India — and build region-specific outreach strategies that account for local platforms, languages, notice periods, and compensation norms.
Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence:
Produce competitor org maps, talent availability reports, and compensation benchmarks by region. Translate market data into practical guidance that shapes role scoping, level calibration, and hiring plans.
Candidate Engagement & Conversion:
Write and test outreach that gets replies. Own the candidate experience from first touch through handoff, running screens that assess motivation, mobility, and fit while keeping candidates warm through long hiring cycles.
Pipeline Ownership & Nurture:
Build and maintain evergreen pipelines and talent communities for recurring and hard-to-fill roles. Keep silver-medalist and passive-candidate pools active so we are never starting from zero when a req opens.
Stakeholder Partnership:
Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and regional HR teams across time zones. Run intake and calibration sessions, share pipeline reviews, and set realistic expectations grounded in market reality.
Sourcing Data & Reporting:
Track and report on sourcing funnel metrics — outreach volume, response rate, screen-to-submit, submit-to-onsite, and pipeline health by region. Use the data to redirect effort toward the channels that convert.
Employer Brand in Market:
Represent OKX to passive talent. Support regional recruiting events, meetups, and community engagement, and help position OKX as the destination employer in crypto across every market you cover.
What We Look For In You
3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting or dedicated sourcing experience, with a demonstrable track record of building pipelines from scratch rather than working inbound applicant flow.
Hands-on APAC sourcing experience strongly preferred — you have hired into at least one major APAC market and understand its platforms, candidate behavior, and hiring norms.
Experience recruiting across multiple regions and time zones, ideally including US and LATAM alongside APAC.
Advanced sourcing toolkit: Boolean and X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, portfolio platforms, and region-specific channels. Comfortable finding talent where it is not looking for you.
Strong written outreach skills — you can craft personalized, high-response messaging at volume.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing CRMs; disciplined about data hygiene and pipeline tracking.
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have:
crypto, Web3, or fintech recruiting experience; additional language capability relevant to APAC markets (Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Bahasa); experience building talent communities or running sourcing jams and hiring events.
Perks &
Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependents
More that we love to tell you along the process!

Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
The salary range for this position is $143,111 - $178,888
The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. About the role
We are seeking a Senior Deal Desk Analyst to join the Deal Desk team within our Revenue Operations function. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the center of how we structure, price, and close business globally — partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to turn deals into signed revenue.
You will lead the quote-to-contract execution cycle for our global sales team while helping build the systems, processes, and playbooks that scale a world-class Deal Desk. As the organization continues through a period of rapid growth, we are looking for someone who wants to shape the function rather than inherit it — bringing structure to ambiguity, modernizing how deals get done, and raising the bar for commercial excellence.
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Global Deal Desk, and is preferably based in a hybrid capacity out of our San Francisco headquarters, working standard US business hours.
What you'll do
Deal Management — Own the day-to-day deal review and closing process end to end, including deal approvals, deal structuring, and quote configuration within Vercel CPQ, ensuring every deal is executed accurately and on time.
Commercialization & Execution — Drive deal execution in close partnership with Finance, Legal, GTM, Partnerships, Product, and Pricing. Design, build, and continuously optimize the sales and deal processes that bring new pricing, packaging, and product launches to market.
Trusted Advisor — Serve as the subject-matter expert for the Sales organization, providing deal guidance and operational support. Approach complex, non-standard deals with creativity and sound judgment, developing practical solutions in ambiguous situations.
Revenue Integrity — Act as the gatekeeper of data hygiene and opportunity data, partnering with GTM and Finance on audits for revenue recognition, financial reporting, and forecasting.
Insights & Enablement — Analyze deal performance and market trends to develop new sales motions, deal levers, and training materials that increase sales velocity and reduce business risk, in partnership with the Pricing and Field Enablement teams.
Operational Excellence — Identify opportunities to streamline, enhance, and automate processes. Translate needs into clear business requirements and leverage AI and automation to scale.
What you need
4+ years of experience in deal desk, pricing, quote-to-cash, contract management, or a related Revenue Operations or Sales Operations function within the technology sector.
A proven record of partnering effectively with Sales and cross-functional teams to move complex deals forward.
Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvement.
A collaborative team member who consistently delivers excellent sales support.
A resourceful self-starter with strong critical-thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
You think naturally about operational implications and downstream impact.
You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and operate effectively amid change and ambiguity.
Nice to have
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (or a comparable CPQ platform)
A track record of using AI or automation to improve operational workflows.
Bonus if you
You’re located within San Francisco Bay Area (HQ). We have offices for you to help build our office culture. This role primarily works on Pacific Standard Time (PST).
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $125,000 - $150,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role.
Anthropic is bringing data center capacity online faster than the industry has ever attempted, and the owner-furnished equipment (OFE) that makes a site live — switchgear, transformers, UPS, generators, busway, PDUs, chillers, CDUs, air handlers, dry coolers, pumps and piping skids — is long-lead, high-value, and sits squarely on the construction critical path. When a transformer slips three weeks at the factory, a data hall slips three weeks at the site.
We're hiring a Supply Chain Delivery Manager to own that equipment from purchase order to dock. You will be the site-facing supply chain lead for a regional portfolio of data center projects: tracking every OFE line item against the construction schedule, running factory and logistics escalations with OEMs, holding suppliers and general contractors accountable for delivery performance, and giving leadership a clear, converged picture of delivery risk across the portfolio. Your job is to make sure equipment production and delivery are never the reason a site misses its ready-for-service date.
This is a senior individual-contributor role on the Compute DC Infrastructure team, working daily with Construction, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Strategic Sourcing, Commissioning, and our general contractors and OEMs. It is not a category-management or negotiation role — Sourcing owns supplier strategy and commercial terms — and it is not a people-management role. The emphasis is execution: schedules, escalations, logistics, and site readiness.
What You'll Do
Delivery planning and schedule integration
Own the end-to-end OFE delivery plan for each site in your portfolio: order placement, engineering submittal/approval milestones, production slots, FAT dates, ship dates, and required-on-site (ROS) dates, integrated with the GC's construction schedule.
Engage during preconstruction with Construction, Engineering, and the GC to set OFE delivery expectations, sequence equipment arrivals to the build, and identify schedule risk before POs are cut.
Lead OFE kickoff meetings at the site level with the GC and internal construction teams, establishing points of contact, delivery windows, receiving requirements, and escalation paths.
Maintain the single source of truth for OFE status across the portfolio — a live tracker of every line item, its milestone dates, and its risk rating.
Supplier execution and escalation
Run weekly delivery cadences with OEMs and integrators on open orders; verify production progress against committed slots rather than accepting reported dates at face value.
Act as the primary escalation point for factory slips, component shortages, FAT failures, and shipping delays; drive recovery plans (expedites, partial ships, resequencing, alternate sources) with Sourcing and Engineering.
Partner with Sourcing on corporate-level supplier escalations, bringing site-level schedule intelligence to commercial conversations.
Hold GC OFCI teams accountable for receiving, storage, and installation-readiness performance; manage the change/claim process when delivery issues affect the GC's schedule.
Logistics and site readiness
Plan and coordinate transportation for oversize/overweight and high-value equipment — carrier selection, route surveys, permits, crane and rigging coordination — with our logistics partners and the GC.
Manage laydown, staging, and interim storage decisions when site readiness and equipment arrival diverge; coordinate with Quality and Commissioning on receiving inspection and storage/preservation requirements.
Ensure equipment arrives complete — accessories, spares, documentation, and vendor startup support scheduled — so installation and commissioning are not delayed by missing pieces.
Risk management and reporting
Identify, triage, and report delivery risks across the portfolio; propose solutions and drive decisions to protect capacity milestones.
Establish and lead recurring Capacity Delivery Reviews giving leadership converged visibility into OFE delivery status and risk by site and by equipment category.
Track delivery KPIs — on-time-to-ROS, schedule drift by supplier and category, escalation cycle time, expedite spend — and use them to surface systemic issues.
Feed lessons learned back into Sourcing (lead-time assumptions, contract delivery terms, buffer strategy) and Construction (ROS sequencing) to improve the next program.
Who You Are
8–12+ years in supply chain delivery, equipment expediting, construction management, or infrastructure program management on large-scale, schedule-driven construction programs.
Hands-on experience delivering power and/or cooling equipment for mission-critical facilities — transformers, switchgear, generators, UPS, busway, chillers, CDUs, air handlers — and familiarity with how those OEMs actually build and ship.
You've managed cross-functional escalations across construction teams, suppliers, and internal partners, and you know when to expedite, when to resequence, and when to escalate commercially.
Comfortable reading and influencing construction schedules (P6 or MS Project) and tying equipment milestones to them.
Strong written and verbal communication — you can turn a messy delivery problem into a one-page recommendation for leadership.
Data-fluent: you build and maintain trackers and dashboards, and you'd rather look at the numbers than trust a status email.
Thrive with high autonomy in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment; you own outcomes, not just updates.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
Experience with hyperscale or AI data center construction and OFCI (owner-furnished, contractor-installed) delivery models.
Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects (5–10+) across a regional portfolio.
Working knowledge of FAT/SAT and commissioning workflows and how equipment documentation gates them.
Heavy-haul / project logistics experience, including international freight, customs, and Incoterms.
Technical understanding of data center electrical distribution and cooling system design.
Familiarity with ERP/procurement systems and analytics tools (SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Smartsheet/Procore).
PMP, CSCP, or similar certification.

Location: [San Francisco / hybrid, or remote US near the regional portfolio?]
