Role Type: Full-time
Engagement: Independent Contractor
About the company
Our client is an innovative AI-driven media agency at the forefront of the creator economy and digital marketing space. Specializing in cutting-edge generative technology, the team develops sophisticated AI digital twins for high-level business owners, coaches, and consultants. Their proprietary systems automate the entire content lifecycle—from video production to multi-channel distribution—enabling global leaders to scale their online presence and lead generation without the need for constant filming.

The team is driven by a mission to eliminate the friction of content creation through advanced automation and realistic synthetic media. Candidates will join a results-oriented, forward-thinking environment that thrives on innovation, technical excellence, and high-impact digital transformation for a diverse range of international industries.
Job Summary
We are looking for a high-caliber Client Success Manager to become the operational heartbeat of a rapidly growing creative agency. Our team is at the forefront of the AI revolution, producing hyper-realistic digital clones for high-profile business owners to scale their social media presence. As we expand, we need a seasoned professional to take full ownership of the client journey. This isn’t a support role; it is a leadership position where you will bridge the gap between clients and our production team, and build the processes that will define our future. If you are an experienced CSM who thrives in fast-paced, founder-led environments and is excited by AI-driven content, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary, proactive point of contact for all clients via WhatsApp, Slack, and email, ensuring no query goes unanswered.
Own the end-to-end client onboarding process, setting clear expectations and establishing trust from day one.
Manage high-volume content delivery schedules, coordinating between internal virtual assistants, editors, and copywriters to meet deadlines.
Perform rigorous quality control on all AI-generated video outputs to ensure brand consistency and technical excellence before delivery.
Oversee social media scheduling across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
Identify operational bottlenecks and create SOPs to move the business toward a more mature, scalable infrastructure.
Proactively monitor account health, identifying and resolving potential retention risks before they escalate.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Client Success Manager, Account Manager, or Delivery Manager, specifically within a marketing or creative agency.
Exceptional professional English (written and spoken) with the ability to manage client expectations with authority and empathy.
High-level organizational skills with the ability to track multiple deliverables across 20+ active accounts simultaneously.
Demonstrated reliability and a commitment to a full-time, dedicated role; we are looking for a long-term partner, not a freelancer with multiple projects.
Technical comfort and curiosity; you must be willing to dive into AI tools like HeyGen and ChatGPT as part of your daily workflow.
A "builder" mindset—the ability to take ownership of an operationally immature business and implement structure without constant direction.
Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and de-escalate client concerns independently.
Direct experience with AI video generation tools or short-form video content agencies.
Proficiency in Notion for project tracking and documentation.
Experience working directly with founders in early-stage, fast-moving companies.
Background in personal branding or social media strategy for professional sectors (e.g., Real Estate, Medical, Finance).

🚀 Opportunity to lead in the cutting-edge AI content space

About the Company
Our client is a results-driven AI marketing agency that specializes in local lead generation for high-stakes professional service firms, including legal, medical, and home services industries. Founded in 2014, the team bridges the gap between engineering discipline and strategic marketing to help local businesses outrank national brands. They provide an integrated suite of services, including AI-driven search engine optimization, adaptive PPC management, and sophisticated digital transformation tools designed to turn discovery into high-intent bookings and calls.
Operating as a forward-thinking scale-up, the company focuses on "Midnight AI" systems that optimize visibility across Google Maps, organic search, and emerging AI recommendation engines. While traditional agencies are focused solely on Google rankings, this team ensures clients are cited inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. We are looking for a high-performing closer to lead our revenue function. You will sell directly to business owners and managing partners of firms generating $1M+ in annual revenue. This is a role for a strategic thinker who understands that modern businesses need high-margin, AI-driven solutions rather than outdated agency deliverables.

Managing and coaching a front-end appointment setter, listening to call recordings daily to identify drop-off points and running live role-play sessions.
Handling complex objections regarding ROI and differentiation without the use of a script.
Conducting daily video syncs with leadership to review pipeline health and priorities.
Providing consistent End-of-Day (EOD) and End-of-Week (EOW) reports on revenue closed, close rates, and setter performance.
Scaling the performance of the sales function as the agency grows, with a target of $20,000+ in new contracts closed per month.
Requirements
+2 years of experience closing high-ticket services in a digital marketing, agency, or SaaS environment.
Proven track record of selling directly to business owners and managing partners in service-based industries (Law, Medical, Home Services).
Ability to speak fluently about revenue, leads, and ROI rather than just "deliverables."
Experience managing or coaching appointment setters to improve top-of-funnel health.
High level of self-discipline and the ability to operate in a remote, founder-led startup environment without micromanagement.
Availability to cover core US hours (8am–7pm CST) to support prospects from EST to PST.

🌎 Fully remote work environment
📈 Compounding commission structure on multi-month contracts
🚀 Opportunity to lead the sales function of an AI-first agency
🎯 High-growth potential with total compensation realistic targets of $11k–$14k/mo by month 6

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Notion is building the connected workspace that teams everywhere use to think, plan, and ship — and our partner ecosystem is central to how we grow in the DACH market. As Regional Partner Manager for DACH, you'll own our partner relationships across the region, working closely with our Munich sales team to drive revenue through value-added resellers, hyperscaler ecosystems, and local services partners.
This is a builder role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment. You'll be the architect of Notion's DACH partner motion — standing up programs, forging relationships, and converting partner activity into measurable pipeline. You'll operate across multiple partner types simultaneously and serve as the connective tissue between our ecosystem and our sales team.
The ideal candidate brings a hunter's instinct to partnerships: proactive, commercially sharp, and energised by the challenge of building something meaningful in a market with real momentum. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and regional leadership — and you'll be a visible face of Notion in the DACH partner community.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Own and grow Notion's DACH partner ecosystem across value-added resellers, cloud/hyperscaler partnerships, and local services partners
- Build and execute joint go-to-market programs with regional VARs and solutions partners
- Manage Notion's hyperscaler partnerships in DACH, overseeing cloud marketplace deal flow and co-sell motions
- Align partner activity directly to the DACH sales team's pipeline — facilitating introductions, mapping accounts, and driving resell and co-sell opportunities to close
- Coordinate joint initiatives that bring together reseller partners and hyperscaler ecosystems for combined enterprise programs
- Develop and maintain strong executive relationships with partner leadership across the region, becoming a trusted extension of their go-to-market teams
- Track and report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline; present program performance to internal stakeholders and EMEA regional leadership
- Support services delivery by local partners on an ad-hoc basis, helping maintain quality and partner satisfaction
- Identify and qualify inbound partnership opportunities, and proactively surface new partner relationships that can expand Notion's reach in DACH
- Collaborate with Notion's global and EMEA partner teams to adapt programs to the local market and share learnings across regions
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or alliances in the enterprise SaaS or cloud software industry
- Demonstrated experience managing both VAR/reseller programs and at least one cloud or hyperscaler partnership — comfort across both partner types is essential
- A builder's track record: you've stood up partner programs and can point to outcomes you drove
- Strong demand generation orientation
- Commercially sharp with the ability to connect partner activity to revenue outcomes
- Highly collaborative and effective working alongside direct sales teams — you understand what reps need, and you make their lives easier
- Executive presence and strong relationship-building skills; you're as comfortable presenting to a partner CRO as you are coordinating logistics with a partner marketing manager
- Experience working in or alongside hyper-growth or startup environments — you're comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast without a complete playbook
- Based in Munich with existing knowledge of the DACH technology market; willingness to travel across EMEA and occasionally across EMEA
- Strong organisational and operational discipline — you manage multiple active partner relationships without dropping balls, and you communicate proactively
- You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with cloud marketplace programs and hyperscaler co-sell motions
- Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) or bottoms-up SaaS go-to-market models
- Existing relationships with DACH-based VARs, systems integrators, or hyperscaler partner teams
- Cross-market EMEA experience — e.g. managing partnerships across EMEA regions simultaneously
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. The estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is €179,000 - €200,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

About the Role
We're looking for a Solutions Sales Engineer to join DBSync. This is a hybrid role that sits between sales and delivery: you'll support the sales cycle through technical discovery, demos, and proof-of-concepts, and you'll work alongside our services team to scope and stand up integration solutions for Mid-Market and Enterprise clients.
DBSync is an iPaaS company. Our value is reliable, maintainable integration between CRMs, accounting systems, and ERPs. The ideal candidate pairs strong integration and data fundamentals with the customer-facing skill to translate technical solutions into business value and uses AI and analytics to make those solutions smarter, not as a substitute for solid integration design.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Scoping: Work with sales and customers to understand source and target systems, data volumes, and sync requirements; design integration solutions and scope the work needed to deliver them.
Technical Demos & POCs: Prepare and deliver demos, proof-of-concepts, and trials of DBSync integrations, showing how data flows and syncs across CRM, accounting, and ERP systems.
Integration Delivery Support: Partner with the services team to build, configure, and validate integration workflows — field mapping, transformation logic, sync triggers, scheduling, and error handling.
Data & Systems Expertise: Apply working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and the object models of common CRM and accounting/ERP systems to design integrations that hold up in production.
Customer Engagement: Support clients through onboarding and adoption, troubleshoot integration issues, and recommend improvements.
AI & Analytics Enablement: Where it adds value, layer AI-driven features (automation, predictive insight, conversational interfaces) onto integration solutions; identify where analytics can surface ROI for the customer.
Feedback & Strategy: Gather client feedback, identify common patterns, and feed them back into product, templates, and sales positioning.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure solutions meet data governance, security, and compliance standards.
Enablement: Train sales teams on integration capabilities and how to position them; document solutions for repeatable delivery.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between customers, sales, engineering, product, and customer success from concept through operational delivery.s.
Skills and Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
3+ years in technical sales, solutions/sales engineering, integration consulting, data management, or a related technical-customer-facing role.
Hands-on knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) and accounting/ERP systems (QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, NetSuite, or Xero).
Solid grasp of integration concepts: APIs (REST/SOAP), data mapping and transformation, sync logic, scheduling, and error handling.
Proficiency with SQL and comfort working with APIs and tools like Postman.
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and collaboration abilities.
Fluency in English.
Nice to Have:
Experience with iPaaS or middleware platforms (DBSync, MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Celigo, etc.).
Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks (LLMs, chatbots, predictive analytics, automation platforms) and how to apply them to integration and data workflows.
Experience with BI/analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Scripting or automation experience (e.g., Python).
Additional languages beyond English.
Certifications in data analytics, AI/ML, or relevant CRM/ERP platforms.
