ABOUT US
Circle is building the world’s leading AI-powered, all-in-one platform for digital businesses. We make it possible for creators, coaches, educators, and businesses to bring together their audience with engaging discussions, live streams, events, chat, courses, and payments — all in one place, all under their own brand.
We’re proud to be a fully remote company of around 270 (and growing!) team members from 30+ countries around the world. We seek exceptional individuals around the world, set them up to do the best work of their lives, and in turn, create a meaningful impact in their own lives. We don't track hours, but we do manage for high expectations very closely. We collaborate across time zones, are highly async, and like to document a lot.
Every year, we bring the whole company together in beautiful places around the world for our company offsites. So far, we’ve hosted offsites in Turkey, Portugal, Mexico, Thailand, Colombia, Italy, Ireland, and more, with still more to come!
Check out our Careers https://careers.circle.so/ page for more about working at Circle.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Director of Strategic Partnerships will lead the strategy, growth, and performance of Circle's partnerships function, building programs and relationships that strengthen Circle's brand while driving meaningful business outcomes.
This role sits at the intersection of business development, partnerships, creators, content, and growth. You'll be responsible for translating Circle's broader company priorities into a forward-looking partnerships strategy, identifying where and how we invest, developing our most important creator and strategic relationships, and ensuring those investments translate into measurable impact across customer growth, brand awareness, and market position.
A core part of the role is bringing strong creative and commercial judgment to the work, operating as a genuine strategic partner to the people on the other side of the table. You'll cultivate and maintain those relationships directly, building campaigns, offers, content, and experiences that feel authentic to their audiences — and developing strategies that grow revenue for both parties, so that Circle and the partner each achieve their own goals rather than just executing against Circle's priorities.
You'll also build the systems, team, and operating model required to scale the function, moving successful initiatives from one-off execution into repeatable programs that can grow without depending on a single person to drive every detail. This is essential to the function’s ability to achieve significant impact on ICP trials and for the director to be successful in this role. In addition to the operational expertise to move something from incubation to repeatable system, this role has to also be creative enough to continuously develop new strategic programs.
Reporting to our SVP, Ecosystem, you'll work closely with Circle's founders and leadership team, as well as teammates across Community Growth, Media, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, our Design Studio.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Own Circle's Partnerships strategic planning, and roadmap, using deep, company-wide knowledge of Circle's business, strategy, and goals to originate new concepts and ideas that extend the function's impact beyond its current scope — connecting partnership investments to company priorities, measurable business outcomes, and providing strategic direction to managers across multiple areas and operations.
- Take ownership of the function's contribution to new business and other agreed performance goals, using those outcomes to inform where we invest, what we build, and how we prioritize.
- Build repeatable partnership programs and playbooks that allow successful initiatives such as webinars, challenges, creator campaigns, launches, and event activations to scale without requiring the same level of hands-on involvement each time.
- Develop a forward-looking quarterly and annual partnership plan across creator partnerships, strategic relationships, campaigns, launches, events, and other high-impact opportunities.
- Lead Circle's highest-value creator and strategic partnerships, including relationship development, opportunity identification, deal strategy, negotiation, creative direction, and long-term growth.
- Shape the content and creative strategy behind major partnerships, working closely with partners to develop ideas that are authentic to their audience, differentiated in the market, and effective for Circle. This includes bringing in leadership on a case-by-case basis in areas where there could be partnership impact across multiple functions.
- Bring a strong marketing mindset into partnership development, including offer strategy, audience journeys, conversion opportunities, and ways Circle and its partners can create greater value together over time.
- Develop a sophisticated measurement framework for brand activities (i.e. event sponsorships, activations, etc.), so we are leveraging data and insight to inform investments and decisions.
- Establish clear measurement, reporting, and decision-making frameworks for the function, using performance and qualitative insights to improve future investments.
- Support cross-functional teams in a consultative capacity on any content-forward initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (CEFR C2 or equivalent https://englishonline.britishcouncil.org/free-english-level-test-cefr-2/), as most collaboration at Circle happens asynchronously.
- 10+ years of experience building 6-7 figure strategic partnerships, creator programs, brand initiatives, or strategic growth programs within SaaS, technology, the creator economy, or a similarly fast-moving industry.
- Strong business development skills including pipeline management, negotiation, partner development, and cross-functional project management.
- Performance marketing instincts and an understanding of how partnerships can drive both brand value and measurable business outcomes.
- Deep understanding of Circle's customers, the creator economy, and the broader market, with a point of view on where Circle can build differentiated relationships and influence.
- Experience developing and growing high-value relationships, with strong judgment around deal structure, negotiation, partner dynamics, and long-term opportunity.
- Exceptional content and creative instincts, with the ability to understand an audience, identify a compelling story, and translate Circle's value into ideas that feel native to a creator or partner.
- The ability to move fluidly between brand strategy and performance, understanding how strong storytelling, offers, funnels, campaigns, and distribution work together.
- A track record of turning successful one-off initiatives into repeatable programs, systems, and playbooks that can scale through a team.
- Strong strategic planning skills and in-depth knowledge of the partnerships function, Circle's broader business strategy, and company-wide goals — with the judgment to translate ambiguous, cross-functional, abstract situations into clear strategy and direction, anticipate future needs, identify opportunities early, prioritize investments, and keep the function operating ahead of the business rather than reacting to it.
- Experience managing and developing a team through senior managers or managers-of-managers, not only direct individual contributors — setting clear expectations, delegating full ownership of a sub-area rather than staying close to execution, coaching judgment, and building greater autonomy over time.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across teams without needing direct authority.

For more information, visit xsolla.com.
About the Role
We are hiring a Staff Software Engineer to own the smart wallet and account abstraction layer of XsollaZK, Xsolla's Web3 platform on a zkSync-based L2. This is an individual contributor role with a large technical scope. You are the technical anchor for how millions of players get an on-chain account they never have to think about.
The product. Every player who signs in with Xsolla ID receives a deterministic, non-custodial smart account. The account is derived from their identity claim, is identical on every device, and its private keys never leave the client. It is not a separate wallet screen: it is the player's inventory. It backs:
minting and gifting;
trading on our Bazaar marketplace;
Merkle-based reward airdrops;
gas sponsorship;
an in-app dApp browser that exposes the same signer to third-party applications through an EIP-1193 provider.
Responsibilities
The technical strategy and architecture of the smart wallet platform: account model, signing, session management and gas abstraction at scale
The smart account and permissioning model, evolved to meet both product and compliance needs
The security model where our signer meets third-party applications: what a player is actually approving, and proof that the UI shows it
The custody and recovery roadmap, from today's interim mechanisms (including raw key export) to
MPC
-based custody
Cross-team technical decisions on account architecture, SDK contracts, data modeling and platform reliability, with buy-in from the wallet, marketplace, SDK, mobile and security teams
Engineering standards in the Web3 domain
Production escalations in the wallet and account abstraction domain
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Design and evolve the
ERC
-4337 user operation lifecycle (prepare → sign → submit → confirm),
EIP
-7702 delegation, deterministic address derivation from identity, and the session-key and permission primitives (including origin-bound Smart Sessions) that let players act without a prompt on every transaction
Set the paymaster and gas-sponsorship strategy: what we sponsor, how we meter and cap it, how we defend it from abuse, and how it degrades when sponsorship is unavailable
Define
EIP
-1193 /
EIP
-6963 provider behavior, origin-bound and policy-versioned sessions, trust tiers, and the transaction and signature confirmation flow
Design recovery paths (passkeys, guardians, social recovery) that a non-crypto-native player can complete without losing assets
Identify systemic risks (key management, signature phishing, reorgs and indexer staleness, bundler and
RPC
dependencies, contract upgrade paths) and lead initiatives that resolve them before they become incidents
Write RFCs and design docs; review critical code, contracts and designs
Work with product, security, legal and infra teams to align on the roadmap and turn business and regulatory needs into well-scoped technical plans
Create leverage for the engineering org through documentation, tooling and mentorship
Serve as the escalation point for complex production issues: a stuck user operation, a drained paymaster, a signing prompt a player didn't understand
Set up and maintain AI tooling in the repositories (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor: rules, context, harness) so the team uses it effectively
REQUIRED
Experience
8+ years of engineering in the Ethereum ecosystem working with crypto wallets and smart wallets
Designing or operating a production smart wallet or account abstraction system serving real users and real value
Shipping and operating systems where a bug meant lost funds. You can talk concretely about the guardrails, reviews and rollback paths you put in place
Account abstraction and smart wallets
ERC
-4337 in depth: EntryPoint (v0.6 through v0.8), the UserOperation lifecycle, bundler and paymaster roles, validation rules (
ERC
-7562), gas estimation and its failure modes, counterfactual deployment, signature validation for undeployed accounts (
ERC
-6492)
EIP
-7702 and the post-Pectra landscape:
EOA
delegation, its interaction with EntryPoint v0.8, and the risks it introduces (residual key authority, delegation phishing, storage collisions)
Building on or extending production smart account implementations; modular account standards (
ERC
-7579 /
ERC
-6900)
Session keys and delegated permissions: scoped, time-limited, policy-bound authority; TTLs and contract allowlists, origin binding, permission revocation;
ERC
-7710 /
ERC
-7715
Signature schemes and wallet interfaces:
EIP
-712 typed data,
ERC
-1271 contract signatures, WebAuthn / passkey (P-256) signers;
EIP

EIP
-5792 batched calls,
ERC
-7677 paymaster interfaces
Smart contracts and
EVM
Solidity and the
EVM
: reading, reviewing and writing account, paymaster and module contracts; gas-aware design; upgradeability and migration patterns; working effectively with external auditors
L2 specifics and their effect on wallet design: native account abstraction on zkSync-family chains, transaction and fee models, finality and reorg behavior,
RPC
and indexer semantics
Backend
Go: idiomatic code, concurrency patterns, performance profiling
TypeScript and SDK design: client-side SDK surfaces that internal and external teams build on
Distributed systems and their trade-offs (consistency, availability, failure modes); reconciling off-chain state against an authoritative on-chain result
Data and infrastructure
PostgreSQL: schema design, query optimization, migrations at scale
Kubernetes: deploying, operating and debugging services
Asynchronous messaging and event-driven design (Kafka or
NATS
): consumer groups, at-least-once delivery
Git, CI/CD
Security
Key management in production: platform secure storage (Keychain / Keystore), HSMs,
MPC
or threshold signing, and the operational discipline around each
Wallet threat modeling: signature and delegation phishing, malicious dApp origins, replay and cross-chain replay, token approval abuse, paymaster griefing and
DoS
Leadership
Leading multi-quarter technical initiatives across teams
Influencing architecture and standards beyond your immediate team
RFCs and design docs that stand on their own and are actionable without you in the room
AI-assisted engineering

Platform or infrastructure engineering: building systems other engineers build on
Owning a mobile wallet surface: React Native / Expo, WebView provider injection, native signing UI
Gaming industry experience: platforms for game developers, publishers or players
How We Work
Decisions in writing. Significant technical decisions are written up as an RFC or ADR that lays out the options and trade-offs. We work across time zones, so a design has to stand on its own.
AI is part of everyday engineering. We use AI coding tools for development and review, and we treat configuring them for a codebase as real engineering work.
HOW WE HIRE
Intro call. Your background, your motivation and the role.
Technical interview. Built directly on the What you will own and Required sections above. We won't ask about anything this posting doesn't promise.
System design. You design part of a wallet or account abstraction platform end to end and walk us through the trade-offs.
Bar raiser. An engineer from outside the hiring team checks that you raise the overall engineering bar.
Benefits
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes medical, dental, and vision, PTO, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. By investing in professional development through training and educational opportunities, we ensure that our team thrives both personally and professionally. Together, we're not just building a business; we're cultivating a community that values creativity, collaboration, and the transformative power of play.

Workplace: on-site
Mayflower is a technology company building high-load products used by millions of people worldwide. Operating at the scale of one of the world's top-50 websites, we solve complex engineering challenges and create solutions that power real-time entertainment for a global audience.
We are looking for a Lead ML Engineer to own a new ML stream focused on fast delivery of applied machine learning solutions across different product and business domains.
The stream will work with a broad range of ML challenges. Some initiatives may be relatively small and delivered within a few weeks, while others may prove their value and grow into larger dedicated projects.
This role combines hands-on ML engineering with end-to-end technical delivery ownership. You will receive product problems and expected outcomes from Product or internal stakeholders, clarify the technical requirements and constraints, define the implementation approach, coordinate execution within the stream, and bring solutions to production readiness and launch.
This is a highly hands-on role. The stream will not have a dedicated software engineer for every initiative, so we expect Data Scientists and ML Engineers to be comfortable working beyond experimentation and contributing directly to production code.
The role is not tied to a single ML domain. We value strong ML fundamentals, engineering skills, pragmatism, and the ability to quickly understand new problem areas more than deep specialization in one particular class of models.
Job Responsibilities
Technical Delivery Ownership
Turn product and business problems into concrete ML implementation plans.
Clarify requirements, constraints, available data, integrations, and success criteria together with Product and relevant stakeholders.
Define technical scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery estimates.
Select appropriate ML approaches and determine the fastest reliable way to validate and implement them.
Drive technical delivery through experimentation, implementation, integration, deployment, and launch readiness.
Keep delivery on track, proactively identify blockers, and coordinate dependencies with other teams.
Provide Product with clear technical options, trade-offs, estimates, risks, and experiment results required for product decisions.
Support production rollout and iteration based on observed results.
Hands-on ML & Engineering
Design, train, evaluate, and deploy ML models across different domains and problem types.
Write production-quality Python and contribute directly to implementation.
Build APIs, batch jobs, data-processing pipelines, and ML services required to deliver solutions where appropriate.
Work with classical ML, deep learning, and foundation-model-based approaches depending on the problem.
Process and transform large production datasets using Python and SQL.
Integrate models into existing production systems.
Implement appropriate testing, monitoring, logging, and observability for delivered ML solutions.
Work within the shared ML infrastructure, architecture, and engineering practices used across the company.
Collaborate with Data Science, Backend, Data Engineering, and MLOps specialists when deeper domain expertise or infrastructure changes are required.
Stream Execution
Break initiatives down into concrete technical tasks and coordinate execution within the stream.
Coordinate the work of Data Scientists and ML Engineers contributing to stream initiatives.
Review technical approaches, experiments, and implementation.
Keep the team focused on the agreed scope, priorities, and delivery timeline.
Identify technical risks and dependencies early and drive them to resolution.
Escalate architectural, infrastructure, or methodological questions when broader alignment is required.
Help prepare successful initiatives for scaling or transition into longer-term ownership if they grow beyond the scope of the stream.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Independently gather the technical details and constraints required to execute on a product request.
Communicate estimates, dependencies, technical trade-offs, and delivery status clearly.
Work directly with Engineering and other internal teams to unblock implementation.
Challenge technically unclear, contradictory, or infeasible requirements and propose practical alternatives.
You’ll thrive here if you have
5+ years of commercial experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or ML Engineering.
Strong hands-on Python programming and software engineering skills.
Experience taking ML solutions from a product requirement through experimentation, implementation, integration, and production.
Strong understanding of machine learning methods, statistics, experimentation, and model evaluation.
Experience writing maintainable production code rather than working exclusively in notebooks.
Experience building APIs, services, batch processing, or data pipelines.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with large production datasets.
Practical experience with Docker and production deployment environments.
Ability to turn partially defined problems into concrete technical plans.
Ability to estimate work, identify dependencies and risks, and drive technical execution against a timeline.
Experience owning technical delivery involving several contributors and coordinating work across dependencies.
Experience reviewing code and technical approaches.
Ability to work effectively within established engineering and ML practices while independently owning delivery within a stream.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with Product and technical stakeholders.
Ability to balance speed and engineering quality: validate ideas quickly when uncertainty is high and build robust solutions when moving towards production.
Nice to Have
Previous experience as a Tech Lead, Stream Lead, or technical owner of ML initiatives.
Experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD.
Experience with Kafka or other streaming platforms.
Experience with Airflow, MLflow, experiment tracking, model monitoring, or similar tooling.
Experience building real-time or high-load ML services.
Experience with FastAPI or similar Python service frameworks.
Experience across several ML domains, such as recommendation systems, ranking, NLP/LLMs, Computer Vision, anomaly detection, forecasting, or classification.
Experience with LLM inference, fine-tuning or other GenAI systems.
Experience in teams where Data Scientists and ML Engineers own a substantial part of production implementation themselves.

— Искать и тестировать источники трафика;
— Запускать маркетинговые гипотезы;
— Работать с креативами, текстами и аудиториями;
— Анализировать CTR, CPC, CPL, CR, ROI;
— Находить причины просадок и улучшать результаты;

Founding Tech Lead (GrowthBricks)
Are you a hands-on engineer who loves zero-to-one challenges? Do you want to build systems with real context and memory that do more than reason, use tools, and drive actual business outcomes?
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
GrowthBricks is a new project at JetMinds, backed by JetBrains, designed to give GTM teams and AI agents a shared business brain. Business context usually gets fragmented across CRMs, documents, dashboards, and people's heads. GrowthBricks brings that context together so agents and people can make decisions and execute effectively across the sales, marketing, and product stack.
About GrowthBricks
GrowthBricks is a shared business brain for GTM teams and AI agents.
It brings together the context that usually lives across CRM, docs, dashboards, tools, and people’s heads: who we sell to, why customers buy, what matters now, what we tried, and what worked. Agents and people use that context to decide what to do next and execute across the GTM stack.
GrowthBricks is a new project at JetMinds, backed by JetBrains.
About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on Founding Tech Lead to build GrowthBricks from zero.
You’ll work directly with the product founder and own the technical side of the product: architecture, core systems, integrations, and the agent layer.
The core challenge is turning fragmented, changing business context into reliable memory and agent actions across tools and measuring whether those actions actually drive business outcomes.
You’ll write a lot of the early code yourself, make the key technical decisions, and shape the product as we learn what works.
What you’ll work on
Design the core architecture: business context, agents, tools, integrations, and feedback loops.
Build agentic workflows that can reason over company context and act across CRM, sales, marketing, and product systems.
Build context extractors from GTM team artifacts like sales calls, emails, internal documents, CRM state, marketing campaigns, etc.
Work on prompting, context management, memory, tool use, and orchestration.
Connect GrowthBricks to the existing GTM stack rather than rebuilding everything around it.
Decide where to use MCP, APIs, frameworks, or third-party tools and where a custom solution is worth it.
Prototype fast, discard weak ideas, and turn the useful ones into product primitives.
We expect that you
Are a strong hands-on engineer who enjoys zero-to-one work.
Have built with LLMs, agents, or agentic workflows used by real people, and improved them based on failures, evaluations, and user feedback.
Understand how context, prompting, tools, and agent behavior fit together.
Can design backend systems, APIs, data models, and integrations.
Are comfortable making decisions before all the answers are known.
Prefer simple, pragmatic solutions over unnecessary complexity.
We’re especially interested if you
Have worked in solution engineering, sales engineering, pre-sales, or built software for GTM teams.
Understand the modern GTM stack: CRM, enrichment, outbound, automation, and product signals.
Have automated sales or marketing workflows, ideally with agents or LLMs.
Have owned a technical product from a blank repo to something people actually used.
GTM experience is not mandatory, but if you already understand how sales and marketing teams work, that is a strong advantage.
What we offer
A competitive salary and strong benefits package.
The runway and resources of an established company, with startup-level autonomy.
A founding role with direct influence over both product and architecture.
Real users and real workflows from day one.
Freedom to choose the stack, tools, and technical approach.
A chance to help define what an agent-native GTM product should look like.

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Your job is to make sure every payout and transaction lands with the right person.
We have spent years getting very good at protecting the things a marketplace has always had to protect: checkout fraud, account takeover, courier abuse. But we are no longer only a marketplace. We now issue banking products, lend to merchants, move instant payouts to couriers, and collect cash on the doorstep. Every one of those is a new way for money to leave the platform.
This is a new team, and it owns that surface: fraud wherever money moves through the platform. Who receives it, who lends it, who collects it, and who holds it in a financial account. Think instant payout rails, merchant cash advances, and platform-issued banking and earned-wage products serving millions of couriers and merchants. These are live loss surfaces, and the volume grows with every financial product we launch.
We are now looking for a
Backend Engineer (Golang)
to build that protection. You will design and ship real-time detection and automated enforcement for our financial products across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo. The work is high-throughput, low-latency, and unusually consequential: a rule you ship on Monday can stop a serious loss by Friday. It is also close to greenfield, so you will be setting the patterns every future financial product inherits on day one.
This role will be based in
London
,
UK
as one of the founding engineering roles in our London hub, working closely with our teams in Helsinki and Berlin.
What you'll do:
Build and maintain high-throughput, low-latency backend services in Go that score financial events in real time, including payout enrollments, bank account links, credit applications, and account-to-account transfers.
Design fraud detection and automated enforcement for our financial products end to end: from signal collection through to the decision that blocks a fraudulent payout.
Build on and extend our shared fraud decisioning platform, so signals, rules, and models work across all three of our brands instead of being rebuilt three times.
Partner closely with risk analysts, data scientists, and product managers to turn observed fraud patterns into shipped detection, and to know when a rule, a model, or a product change is the right answer.
Work across team boundaries with our account security, payments fraud, and financial product teams. We build on their signals rather than rebuild them, so clean interfaces matter.
Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decisions as we establish the fraud infrastructure baseline for financial products, with support from senior engineers on the team.
Write well-tested, observable code and help the team hold a high quality bar. In fraud, a silent failure is a loss event.
Our expectations:
3 to 6 years of professional software engineering experience, including backend services you have shipped and owned in production.
1+ years of production experience in Golang, or strong experience in another backend language and real enthusiasm for picking Go up quickly.
A working understanding of low-latency, high-throughput distributed systems. Real-time decisioning comes with a latency budget, and you are keen to learn to build inside one.
Hands-on experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases, and some exposure to event-driven architectures (Kafka or similar).
Willingness to operate what you build, including a share of on-call, with a pragmatic approach to reliability.
Uses AI tooling in day-to-day development and can critically evaluate its output for correctness and quality.
Nice to have
Experience in fraud, risk, payments, lending, or financial crime, especially money movement fraud, bank account linking fraud, payout abuse, or lending fraud.
Experience with rules engines, real-time feature stores, or ML model serving in a decisioning path.
Background in Kotlin, Java, Python, or Node.js alongside Go.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
Experience working across multiple brands, regions, or regulatory regimes.
What we value
A product-oriented mindset. You think beyond the ticket, understand the "why" behind the work, and take a high level of responsibility for outcomes rather than output.
Comfort with ambiguity. This is a new team on a new surface; parts of the charter are still being drawn, and you will help draw them.
A track record of owning a project or feature end to end, especially in fast-paced environments.
Clear and proactive communication, with a collaborative spirit. We work across three companies and several time zones, so we move fast, but we succeed together.
An adversarial instinct. The best fraud engineers enjoy thinking like the attacker.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
At Deliveroo, we know that a great workplace reflects the world around us and that true diversity and inclusion make us stronger, more creative, and better at what we do. We’re committed to fostering an environment where everyone can do their best work and feel they belong.
We believe in equality of opportunity and welcome candidates from all backgrounds regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, socio-economic background, religion, or belief.
If you have a disability or long-term health condition and need support to apply for one of our roles, or require any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, you’ll have the opportunity to let us know once you’ve submitted your application. We’ll share details on how to request support so we can ensure you have a fair and equitable experience.
If you’re excited about making a real impact in a fast-moving marketplace and growing your career alongside ambitious, supportive teams, we’d love to hear from you!

About the company / Who we are
unfair.so helps AI startups launch and distribute on X (and soon LinkedIn, Substack, and other platforms). Stanley, beehiiv, FullStory, Stan, Smartlead and others have launched with us.
Under the hood, we’re building a platform with 1,000+ creators where brands can pick people based on who actually follows them, run the whole campaign, and turn engagement into leads.
What we’ll do
— Own launches end to end.
— Onboarding call, launch angle, creator selection, creator briefs, coordination, activating the client’s own network, launch day, retro.
— Usually 2–3 launches a week.
— Own the client.
— You’re their main person at unfair.
— Slack, calls, expectations, ideas, problems, good news, bad news.
— Come up with the angle.
— A client gives you a product and you should already be thinking about three ways to make people care about it.
— Ship weird growth projects.
— Get the next 1,000 creators onto unfair.
— Launch a special project.
— Find a distribution hack nobody asked for.
— Live inside the product.
— We’re building AI agents for creator scouting, research and launch prep.
— You’ll be their first power user and tell us what sucks.
— Make the playbook better every week.
— Every launch should teach us something that makes the next one better.
Who you are
— Your English is genuinely fluent, including spoken English.
— Most of our clients are US startups and most calls happen in English.
— You’ve worked with creators before: at an agency, in-house, or as a creator yourself.
— You understand what makes someone say yes to a partnership and what makes content feel forced.
— You’re comfortable with numbers.
— Views, CPM, CTR, conversion, CAC, budget allocation.
— You should be able to look at a launch and tell whether it worked.
— You have very high agency.
— If something can be shipped today, your instinct isn’t to schedule a meeting about shipping it tomorrow.
— You have a bit of a growth-hacker brain.
— You look at a company and naturally start seeing angles, distribution loops and things to try.
— You use AI every day.
— Not because it’s in the job description, but because it would feel weird not to.
— Big plus: you already have some distribution of your own: an X/LinkedIn audience, newsletter, creator network, freelance clients, anything.
— Also a plus: you understand LinkedIn or Reddit.
— Almost every client eventually asks us about one of them.
