The Opportunity
Flosum is looking for a visionary Senior Product Manager who lives and breathes the Salesforce ecosystem and wants to shape the future of how the world's largest enterprises build, secure, and scale on Salesforce.
This is not a maintenance role. You will own the product roadmap for the only 100% Salesforce-native DevSecOps, Data Protection, and Security platform trusted by Fortune 100 companies, global brands like Hilton, Cargill, Barry Callebaut, Cushman & Wakefield, and AARP. You will work directly with the CEO and engineering leadership to define and ship products that create entirely new categories within the Salesforce ecosystem.
We are at an inflection point. AI-driven DevOps (powered by Agentforce), agent-aware governance, zero-trust security orchestration, and intelligent data lifecycle management are transforming the Salesforce landscape. We need a product leader who sees around corners, understands where this space is heading, and has the conviction and execution chops to get us there first.
About Flosum
Flosum is the only enterprise-grade DevOps, Data Backup & Archive, Trust Center, and Data Seeding platform built 100% native on the Salesforce platform. As a Salesforce Summit Partner and the only native solution certified by Salesforce, we operate within the Salesforce trust boundary, which means zero data exposure, no third-party cloud processing, and full compliance with Salesforce security standards.
Our customers are among the most demanding in the world: Fortune 500 enterprises in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, government, life sciences) who require SOX compliance, zero-trust architecture, and audit-grade governance. We compete against Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, and Salto, and we win because our native architecture delivers security, speed, and extensibility that external tools simply cannot match.
We recently integrated Salesforce Agentforce into our platform, making Flosum the first and only Salesforce-native AI DevOps solution. This is just the beginning of what we plan to build.
What You Will Own
Product Vision & Strategy
Define and drive the multi-year product roadmap across Flosum's five product lines: DevOps, Backup & Archive, Trust Center, Data Seeding, and DevOps for Veeva.
Identify whitespace opportunities in the Salesforce ecosystem where Flosum can create new categories or capture market share from competitors.
Translate deep Salesforce platform knowledge (metadata architecture, deployment models, Agentforce, Data Cloud, multi-org environments) into product capabilities that enterprise customers will pay premium prices for.
Stay ahead of Salesforce's own product direction (three releases per year) and position Flosum to capitalize on every platform shift.
AI & Innovation
Lead the next wave of AI-powered DevOps capabilities built on Agentforce, including intelligent deployment agents, AI-driven code review, automated security scanning, and predictive release management.
Define how Flosum's extensibility platform enables customers to build custom AI-driven workflows within Salesforce's trust boundary.
Pioneer agent-aware governance: preparing Salesforce governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI agents.
Customer & Market Insight
Engage directly with Fortune 500 customers and prospects to deeply understand their pain points around Salesforce development, security, compliance, and data management.
Translate complex enterprise requirements (SOX, zero-trust, multi-org, regulated industries) into elegant product solutions.
Partner with Sales and Customer Success to influence deal strategy, conduct product demos for strategic accounts, and close competitive evaluations.
Execution & Delivery
Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You do the work, not just delegate it.
Partner with engineering to deliver on aggressive timelines. Own sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release coordination.
Define and track product KPIs: adoption, activation, expansion, NPS, competitive win rates.
Requirements
Who You Are
We are looking for a missionary, not a mercenary. Someone who takes genuine ownership of outcomes, thinks independently, and is driven by a need to build something that matters, not just advance their career.
7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years focused on the Salesforce ecosystem or Salesforce-adjacent platforms.
Deep technical understanding of the Salesforce platform: metadata-driven architecture, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, packaging, security models, Apex, Lightning, and the ISV partner ecosystem.
Proven track record of shipping products that enterprise customers (Fortune 500, regulated industries) adopted and paid for. Not features; products.
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, or security/compliance tooling is strongly preferred.
You understand the competitive landscape: Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Salto, and native Salesforce DX. You know where each is strong and where they are vulnerable.
Strong perspective on how AI/ML (especially Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud) will reshape the Salesforce development and governance landscape.
Hands-on executor. You write PRDs, you talk to customers, you review wireframes, you sit in sprint reviews. You do not manage from a distance.
Exceptional communication skills. You can present a product vision to a C-suite audience and write a technical specification for an engineering team in the same day.
Intellectual curiosity and a bias toward action. When you see a problem, you solve it. When you don't know something, you go learn it.
What Will Make You Exceptional in This Role
You have experience building products in the Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem, ideally as an ISV or within a Salesforce-native product company.
You have worked at the intersection of DevOps and security/compliance in regulated industries.
You have led product-led growth initiatives within an enterprise product, designing self-serve onboarding, in-product conversion, and expansion mechanics.
You have a point of view on the future of AI in Salesforce DevOps and can articulate a 3-year vision for how autonomous agents will change how enterprises build on Salesforce.
You have experience going head-to-head against well-funded competitors and winning through product superiority rather than just marketing spend.
What We Expect in the First 12 Months
First 90 Days: Learn and Diagnose
Achieve deep fluency in Flosum's five product lines and their technical architecture.
Conduct 25+ customer and prospect interviews to build a firsthand understanding of enterprise pain points.
Complete a competitive audit with specific, actionable recommendations on where Flosum should invest to win.
Deliver your first product roadmap refresh with clear prioritization rationale.
Months 3-6: Ship and Win
Own and deliver at least one major product release that directly addresses a competitive gap or customer-requested capability.
Establish a product-led feedback loop between Sales, CS, and Engineering that accelerates deal velocity and reduces churn.
Define the next generation of Flosum's AI capabilities and present a detailed execution plan.
Months 6-12: Scale and Lead
Drive measurable improvement in competitive win rates against Copado and Gearset.
Launch at least one net-new product capability that opens a new revenue stream or market segment.
Establish Flosum as a thought leader in AI-driven Salesforce DevOps through content, speaking, and ecosystem engagement.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic’s Product Engineering org is looking for experienced engineers with strong full-stack fundamentals to join one of teams owning our current or emergent products. You'll be a technical leader who thinks holistically about the consumer and/or enterprise end user experience - be that via
Claude.ai
, the Anthropic API, enterprise deployments, Claude Code, or mission-driven applications - and carry real end-to-end ownership.
You'll partner with engineering managers, product leaders, designers, and researchers to understand new model capabilities and redefine what is possible for users in the world of LLMs - and how to build it. We’ll look to you to have a product-oriented mindset and input, own technical quality across the stack (performance, accessibility, reliability, and developer experience), scale your efforts to millions of users on a global scale, and carry genuine excitement about what AI makes possible.
We have multiple teams that are currently hiring. Team placement occurs after the interview process, taking into account your interests and experience alongside organizational needs. This flexible approach allows us to match talented engineers with the backend product efforts where they'll have the greatest impact and growth potential.
What you'll do:
Developer Experience:
You'll build the products and tools - console, SDKs, docs, and observability - that give developers the confidence to rely on Claude in their most critical applications. Our mission is to meet developers where they are and bring them closer to the ceiling of what's possible with our models and API. That means building trust through great platform fundamentals, inspiring developers to raise the bar in how they use Claude's capabilities, and accelerating the path to agentic development by designing for both human and AI developers. You'll work closely with teams across the Platform org to turn Claude's newest capabilities into experiences developers can actually pick up and run with - from first prompt to production agent.
Beneficial Deployments:
Beneficial Deployments Engineering brings Claude to organizations doing the most good with the fewest resources — nonprofits, schools, healthcare providers, researchers, and economic mobility programs. We're looking for a full-stack engineer to build the access programs, tooling, and product work that make frontier AI usable for teams that couldn't afford this capacity any other way.
Vertical AI Products:
Purpose-built experiences for specific industries where Claude can transform complex professional work. We're currently building for three verticals, with more to come:
Life Sciences
— an agentic research platform for scientists: specialist agents for computational biology, literature review, and regulatory review, built on model capabilities we're investing in for biology and chemistry. Live with early customers and expanding fast.
Enterprise AI Products:
You'll work on the products that make Claude a daily-use tool for enterprise customers across industries – the connective tissue that lets Claude operate effectively across workflows. On this team you will systematically understand why Enterprise users aren't activating, what's blocking adoption, and building the capabilities to close those gaps. Some of our focuses are:
Extensibility
— plugins, skills, connectors, and the MCP ecosystem that lets a company shape Claude around their specific workflows and distribute that work across teams.
Context
— enterprise knowledge, organizational memory, and the retrieval layer that makes Claude genuinely aware of a company's people, documents, and workflows. A connected, contextual Claude is the difference between a general-purpose chatbot and a real coworker.
Proactivity
— Cowork suggestions, workflow capture, ambient Claude inside the apps people already use. Moving from "Claude answers when asked" to "Claude notices what you need".
Public Sector:
Build products that deliver Claude to the U.S. federal & state governments and allied democracies — from FedRAMP environments to classified networks. We're a startup-minded team with huge surface area: we own Claude for Government, ship zero-to-one products into the most regulated environments in the world, and work directly with the agencies using them.
Enterprise Foundations:
You'll build the systems large organizations require before they can adopt Claude at scale: identity and permissions, security and compliance controls, and the admin analytics that let them see how it's being used. This is the work that turns "we love the demo" into a signed enterprise deal. The role is part product, part platform. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

Platform Ecosystem:
The Ecosystem team is empowering the next big industries beyond coding to build on our platform & creating the right commercial rails to let any business in our ecosystem profit from building on Claude. As an early member of this foundational effort, you'd identify and build for the next 10x markets starting with Life Sciences and Healthcare. We also build the commercial rails and controls that let the platform do business anywhere, with anyone, and turn Claude from a cost line into a revenue line.
We're a startup-minded team with huge surface area: we own Claude for Government, ship zero-to-one products into the most regulated environments in the world, and work directly with the agencies using them
Enterprise Foundations:
You'll build the systems large organizations require before they can adopt Claude at scale: identity and permissions, security and compliance controls, and the admin analytics that let them see how it's being used. Track record of iterative delivery and experimentation, even within complex technical domains
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around complex initiatives
Passion for building impactful healthcare products and improving user outcomes through data
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for:
Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Health Records and data integrations, enabling scalable and secure ingestion of data from multiple vendors and systems
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of health data: from ingestion and normalization to enrichment and activation in downstream experiences
Lead the development of a unified health data model that supports personalised user experiences, clinical use cases, and Virtual Clinics services
Partner with design team to creation of best-in-class UI/UX patterns for surfacing health insights, longitudinal records, and care journeys
Ensure that health data is presented in a way that is actionable, empathetic, and clinically responsible, balancing simplicity with accuracy
Partner closely with Engineering, Data, Clinical, and Legal teams to ensure data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and user privacy. Own the creation of well-scoped product and technical specifications, and actively participate in technical trade-off discussions. Given the tech- and infrastructure-heavy nature of the team, operate as a deeply embedded partner within the squad, not just a stakeholder, contributing to architecture-level decisions and day-to-day execution
Drive vendor integration strategy, including prioritisation, evaluation, and long-term partnership management
Collaborate with AI Platform team to ensure high-quality structured data is available for models and personalised insights
Balance speed and scalability, making high-judgment trade-offs across infrastructure, data quality, and user-facing impact
Establish metrics to evaluate data quality, coverage, and downstream impact on user outcomes and business goals
Stay on top of industry trends in digital health, interoperability, and virtual care, as well as evolving UX patterns in consumer health products

About the role:
We are looking for experienced software engineers to join our Platform organization. We build the foundational primitives that accelerate product development across Anthropic, and own infrastructure and systems that teams depend on to ship reliably and at scale - either internally or by hundreds of thousands of external global users and companies at all stages.
You'll independently scope complex, multi-month projects, drive cross-org alignment through ambiguous problem spaces, and make architectural decisions that shape how Anthropic builds and scales its products. You'll partner directly with research to productize cutting-edge capabilities, and will have lasting impact on the platform that hundreds of thousands of companies and internal/external engineers depend on every day.
We have multiple teams that are currently hiring. Team placement occurs after the interview process, taking into account your interests and experience alongside organizational needs. This flexible approach allows us to match talented engineers with the backend product efforts where they'll have the greatest impact and growth potential.
What you'll do:
Service Infra:
we build and maintain the core infrastructure that powers Anthropic's engineering organization, from service mesh and observability systems to deployment pipelines and shared libraries. Our work enables product teams to build and operate reliable services at scale, making us a critical force multiplier across the entire company.
Platform Portability:
We build and maintain the infrastructure that enables Anthropic to operate across multiple cloud providers. We focus on cloud-agnostic tooling, cross-cloud networking, and multi-region deployments.
Platform Intelligence:
You'll build and scale the foundation of the Claude API—the systems that deliver Claude's intelligence to every developer, from startups to enterprise. You'll own the performance, reliability, and efficiency of our core serving path, ensuring users get the most speed and value from our models. You'll partner closely with inference and safeguards to optimize the full stack.
Billing Platform:
Anthropic exists to ensure the world safely navigates the transition through transformative AI. That work is funded by commercial revenue — and every dollar of it runs through Billing Platform. We build and operate the infrastructure that turns product usage into revenue across everything Anthropic ships:
Claude.ai
, the Developer Platform, Claude Code, and whatever comes next. The faster we can price it and account for it correctly, the faster Anthropic can fund the mission. Depending on where you land, you might be building the integration contracts product teams plug into so they can launch a paid SKU without becoming billing experts, automating the quote-to-cash lifecycle so enterprise deals don’t bottleneck on manual ops, or building the reconciliation and data foundations that keep every revenue number trustworthy at audit time. This is production-critical infrastructure where correctness is non-negotiable — a rounding error here is a revenue discrepancy somewhere else — and you’ll work closely with Finance, Product, Sales, and Accounting to build systems that scale with the business.
Platform Serving:
You'll focus on transforming Claude into a true knowledge worker by ensuring the model has access to and understanding of the right knowledge at the right time. You'll work on making it possible for developers to securely give Claude access to their data while automatically processing and retrieving relevant information. You'll partner directly with research to bring state-of-the-art retrieval advancements to developers.
Agentic Systems:
You'll build the infrastructure and APIs that let developers create powerful agentic applications on the Claude API — including Claude Managed Agents, our managed platform for deploying and running agents in production. Your work spans the primitives agent developers depend on: tool use, multi-step reasoning, durable sessions and environments, and long-running task execution that lets Claude take actions and accomplish complex goals on a user's behalf. You'll make this platform ready for the largest enterprises to adopt, and partner with research to bring cutting-edge agent capabilities into production.
Auth & Identity:
We build and maintain the critical infrastructure and control interfaces that power identity and authentication across Anthropic's product suite. We work closely with product teams, security, support, and trust & safety as customers. We create scalable solutions for user authentication, authorization, role-based access control, and single sign-on that form the backbone of our company's identity management operations. We maintain a user-centric approach, building reliable systems that our users and company can depend on as we tackle complex challenges at the intersection of security, scalability, and user experience.
Platform Safety:
We're building the identity and verification product layer that enables safe model launches as Claude's capabilities expand. This critical effort partners with Safeguards, Auth & Identity, Policy, and Product teams across API,
Claude.ai
, and third-party platforms as customers, creating the systems for KYC/KYB, trust grant issuance and inheritance, and end-user verification that flow across every Anthropic surface. We sit at the intersection of trust, compliance, and product velocity, delivering the verification primitives that let Anthropic ship advanced model capabilities to the right users at massive scale.
You might be a good fit if you:
Have a minimum of 8 years of practical experience as a backend or platform engineer building scalable distributed systems, ideally operating at tech lead level or equivalent
distributed systems, cloud-native products, developer tools, or external developer facing products
Have strong fundamentals in service-oriented architectures, networking, and systems design, ideally having owned both the technical vision and execution of a foundational platform system end to end
Are proficient in Python, Go, Rust, or similar systems languages
Have experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, or Azure), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and/or multi-cloud networking
Take full ownership of your work—from design through deployment and operations
Can navigate ambiguity and make sound technical decisions independently, and have ideally operated in 0 to 1 and more mature team or company settings
Take a product-focused approach to platform work and care about building solutions that are robust, scalable, and easy to use
Care about building systems that other engineers love to use
