- Build trusted customer relationships by providing practical investigative guidance and product expertise
- Lead customer meetings, demonstrations, investigative walkthroughs, training sessions, and technical briefings
- Support pre-sales discussions by understanding customer requirements and explaining how Chainalysis can help
- Share customer feedback and investigative insights with Product, Engineering, Global Intel, and Sales
- Share investigative techniques and best practices with colleagues across Global Services
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- Experience conducting or supporting investigations in law enforcement, policing, intelligence, or a related field. Candidates with relevant crypto or financial-crime investigation experience from other backgrounds will also be considered
- Experience working with public-sector, law-enforcement, intelligence, or other mission-focused stakeholders
- Strong investigative judgement and the ability to explain findings clearly and build credibility with customers
- The technical aptitude to learn investigative platforms and work with data; extensive software-engineering experience is not required
- The ability to analyse complex information and communicate findings to both investigators and senior stakeholders
- The flexibility to work across pre-sales, customer delivery, and ongoing support
- Fluency in French, with the ability to work confidently with French-speaking customers
- The ability to be based in France, ideally in Paris
REQUIRED SKILLS
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Confidence using investigative tools and the ability to develop expertise in Chainalysis Reactor

- Ability to build trusted customer relationships through investigative knowledge and practical support
- Excellent spoken and written French, including the ability to explain complex investigative concepts clearly
- Confidence leading customer meetings, briefings, demonstrations, and training sessions
- Ability to help customers develop their own skills and use Chainalysis tools independently
DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIES
- Conduct investigations using Chainalysis tools, primarily Reactor, based on customer requirements

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
- Curious about blockchain technology, crypto crime, and investigative techniques
- Able to communicate clearly and adapt to different audiences
- Comfortable taking ownership and making sound decisions in situations where the path forward may not be clear
- Collaborative and willing to work across teams
- Keen to develop specialist knowledge and share it with others

AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.

OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Taxfix recently launched its first products and services for self-employed people and
small and medium businesses in Germany. The B2B motions these products
need to scale have to be built from the ground up, with support from central
growth and channel experts: acquisition and onboarding, lead generation and
nurturing, sales, retention and expansion. In this role, your mandate is to
find, test and scale what works.
You own SE and SMB growth marketing end to end for Germany. You start from an
insight you found yourself and pick the few opportunities worth the time and
money. Before launch you set the success, kill and scale criteria and what done
means. Then you run the work yourself, or hand it to the expert best placed to
run it, read the result and decide whether to scale, iterate or kill.
Central specialist teams carry the established work, and you collaborate with
them: paid acquisition, CRM, marketing data and MarTech. You decide which
channels, segments and messages to test, and you build the growth loops nobody
at Taxfix has run yet. You work with the B2B product team, the B2B commercial
lead, Product Marketing and our Creative Studio.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Find the opportunities worth running. Turn customer conversations, sales
calls, funnel data and what you observe in the market into hypotheses and
experiments for SE and SMB growth. Rank them and run them. Pivot when an
experiment fails, and scale quickly when it works.
- Build multi-channel strategies. Build an experimentation engine, and use
its results to shape the multi-channel strategy for awareness and demand
capture across Taxfix's new B2B products. Central growth teams and channel
experts carry parts of the mix.
- Design how each product reaches its customers. For each growth loop,
decide the ICP segment to focus on, the channel and the message to test, how
the user flow and experience fit the loop, and the plan for scaling after the
first positive signals.
- Plan it, then run it yourself. Set success, kill and scale criteria before
launch. Build the prototype, landing page, content, onboarding flow or nurture
sequence with your own hands where that is fastest, and bring in central
experts where they do it better.
- Build B2B motions from zero to one. Acquisition and onboarding flows, lead
generation and nurturing, the handover to inbound sales, retention and
expansion loops. Several of these exist nowhere at Taxfix today.
- Read the results and make the call. Separate signal from noise at B2B
volumes, where samples start small. Decide to scale, iterate or kill, and turn
the read into recommendations for Product and commercial leadership.
- Use AI as an operating and growth advantage. Use AI to 10x your
effectiveness and your outcomes. Build your own prototypes, applets and tools
for the opportunities you run, and apply AI to discovery, analysis, content,
experimentation and repeating workflows.
- Steer budget where the evidence is thin. You hold the mandate to plan and
allocate budget for new B2B motions and growth loops.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Strategist and operator in one person. You pick the opportunities and you
run them, to the standard you planned them to. Given the choice, you ship a
first version this week over polishing a plan for a month.
- 5+ years in B2B go-to-market. 5+ years of experience in B2B
go-to-market, growth, strategy or another go-to-market function, including
ownership of a product or business outcome.
- Zero-to-one experience. You took a new product, category, platform or
business line from the first growth-loop tests, through scaling, to a
multi-channel playbook.
- Close to the customer. You naturally stay close to our customers, talk to them, listen to sales calls and use customer insights to inform your decisions.
- Data literacy. You can define and interpret acquisition, activation, adoption,
retention, pipeline, conversion, revenue and product-usage metrics, and you
turn what you find into a decision.
- Agility and speed. You try new ideas all the time. When one fails, you
pivot. When one works, you move to scale it. Shifting priorities and tight
deadlines don't throw you off.
- Curious about B2B growth and AI. You follow the people and sources moving
both fields, and you can name what you took from them into your own work.
- Knowledge of the German market, ideally of how self-employed people and
small businesses buy. Fluent German is a big plus, not a must.
WHY TAXFIX?
- A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.
- Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions.
- A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like.
- Employee stock options for all employees—because everyone deserves to benefit from the success they help to create.
- 30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours.
- A generous learning budget to support your personal and professional development and guidance from our internal L&D experts.
- Work from abroad for up to six weeks every year. Just align with your team, and then enjoy your trip.
- Plenty of opportunities to socialise as a team. In addition to internal meetups, our international team hosts regular get-togethers—virtually and in person when possible.
- Free tax declaration filing, of course, through the Taxfix app—and internal support for all personal tax-related questions.
- Have a four-legged friend in your life? We’re happy to have dogs join us in the office.
Excited? So are we. Check out our Life at Taxfix https://www.linkedin.com/company/taxfix/life/8684512c-424f-44de-8d07-6e6b516e3319/?viewAsMember=true page on LinkedIn to get a glimpse of our culture.
At Taxfix, we believe that incredible things happen when you have a wealth of perspectives and experiences. We're proudly committed to equal employment and development opportunities no matter your gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, colour, disability, or place of origin. To help mitigate any potential unconscious biases, we ask that you refrain from including your picture, age, or marital status on your CV. Let your experiences speak for themselves.
Not sure if you meet all the requirements for this role? Please apply anyway. You might bring something special to the team that we hadn't considered previously.
The Opportunity: As a Front-End Engineering Manager at Agoda, you will lead a team of talented engineers building scalable, high-performance web applications that power user experiences at global scale. In this Role, you’ll get to: Lead a team of engineers building scalable, reliable, and user-friendly web applications and product experiences.

Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
About the role
Finom is a licensed EMI operating across several EU markets, where information security and compliance are a big part of how we work. We're looking for an Information Security Officer to join our Cyber Security team and take ownership of security compliance and risk management day to day.
You won't be starting from a blank page. We already have a mature, certified ISMS and established processes for risk management, audits, vendor assessments and reporting. Your role is to get to know what we have, keep it running well, spot opportunities to make it better and make sure compliance works in practice, not just on paper.
You'll report directly to the CISO and work closely with our Cyber Security and Engineering teams, as well as Risk, Legal & Compliance, Internal Audit and other teams across the company.
What You Will Be Doing
- Maintain the ISMS and ICT risk management framework records: document and records register, control ownership and evidence repository.
- Perform and refresh information security risk assessments, maintain the risk register, prepare risk treatment plans and track their implementation with control owners.
- Prepare for and go through internal and external audits, certifications and assessments: own the calendar, collect evidence, work directly with auditors and track findings to closure.
- Run periodic checks of control design and operating effectiveness and raise gaps for remediation.
- Draft and maintain information security policies, procedures and guidelines and prepare them for annual review and approval.
- Collect and analyse ISMS KPIs and KRIs and prepare the regular security and risk reporting for management.
- Perform security assessments of new suppliers and periodic reassessments of existing ones together with Risk, Legal and the DPO.
- Prepare responses to security and compliance questionnaires from partners, customers and regulators.
- Review new projects, products and vendors from an information security and compliance perspective.
- Track changes in cybersecurity, ICT risk and privacy regulation and supervisory guidance, assess impact and propose required changes.
- Keep company-wide security awareness and training materials relevant and up to date.
- Automate evidence collection, control checks, questionnaire answering and reporting with templates, scripts and AI tooling.
Who You Are
- 4+ years of experience in information security compliance, ISMS, GRC or related areas.
- Practical experience with ISO/IEC 27001: working with an ISMS and preparing for and going through certification or surveillance audits.
- Experience with information security risk assessments, risk registers and risk treatment plans.
- Experience answering security questionnaires and due diligence requests from partners, customers or regulators.
- Able to translate standards and regulatory requirements into practical controls, procedures and evidence that people actually follow.
- Hands-on and self-driven: you own tasks end to end, work directly with people to solve problems and do not wait for a perfect methodology before acting.
- Open to AI tools and automation and actively use them in day-to-day work.
- Strong written English and clear documentation skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in banking, payments or an EMI.
- PCI DSS, SWIFT CSP or payment scheme assessments.
- Knowledge of DORA, NIS2 and GDPR, including working with a DPO on RoPA and DPIA.
- Vendor security assessment and third-party risk experience.
- Certifications such as ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor, CISA, CRISC or CISM.

Role Overview:
We're looking for a Business Risk Officer to help scale the way Mercury builds products. In this role you will report to our Head of Business Risk & Enablement and will partner with Product, Operations, Compliance and many other support and oversight teams to ensure that products and features are delivered “best-in-class” in a safe and sound manner. You will also be primarily responsible for the facilitation of non-financial risk management programs.
Key Responsibilities:
— Identify any potential blind spots in processes and controls, and suggest commercial improvements/enhancements
— Facilitate pre-launch and new activity initiatives/reviews, tracking items to closure and escalating where/when necessary
— Facilitate execution of risk self assessments and similar exercises within the non-financial risk frameworks
— Event/incident, issues, and remediations management - ensuring that incidents and issues are recorded and managed through to remediation in line with any and all relevant frameworks in the company
— Develop and enhance iteratively KPIs/KRIs to be monitored by yourself, product/process owners, and other stakeholders in order to mitigate risk
— Coordinate interactions and responses between Product and Operations teams vs. other stakeholders for audits, exams and similar reviews (internal and external)
— Engage and partner deeply with stakeholders across the organization including Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, etc.
— Help design / provide feedback on certain enterprise/firm-wide trainings and deliver trainings as needed
Qualifications:

— Familiarity with Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) practices and non-financial risk frameworks
— Curious, growth-oriented, and motivated to work on risk and controls at all lifecycle stages (new product launches, scaling, and legacy optimization)
— Bring a collaborative, problem-solving mindset to your work, have strong stakeholder management skills, and an ability to influence without direct authority
— Approach your work with a high quality bar and a strong sense of ownership - you see things through to completion, knowing when to be pragmatic vs. when not to settle
— Proficient with AI tools, or eager to get there, to drive efficiency in risk and controls work — a growth mindset is enough if you're not an expert day one.
Preferred Qualifications:
— Exposure to product or technology development lifecycles (e.g., involvement in pre-launch reviews, feature rollouts, or cross-functional builds) — doesn't need to be a formal PM background, just familiarity with how products move from idea to launch

The total rewards package at Mercury includes base salary, equity (stock options/RSUs), and benefits. Our salary and equity ranges are highly competitive within the SaaS and fintech industry and are updated regularly using the most reliable compensation survey data for our industry.
