About the job
As a member of our AI research team, you will drive innovation in model compression and efficient deployment for advanced multimodal AI systems, including large language models (LLMs) and vision-language models (VLMs). Your work will focus on reducing model footprint and computational cost while preserving accuracy, enabling high-performance AI to run efficiently across resource-constrained edge devices. You will apply and advance compression techniques such as quantization, knowledge distillation, and pruning to streamline complex multimodal architectures that integrate text, images, and audio.
We expect you to have deep expertise in model compression methods and a strong background in multimodal model architectures. You will adopt a hands-on, research-driven approach to develop, test, and implement novel compression strategies that balance model size, latency, throughput, and accuracy. Your responsibilities include building robust compression pipelines, establishing performance and fidelity metrics, and addressing bottlenecks in production inference. The ultimate goal is to deliver scalable, low-memory, low-latency AI systems on edge devices (i.e., smartphones) that maintain high fidelity and tangible real-world value.
Responsibilities
Break down the key responsibilities in bullet points. It’s helpful to make them actionable and measurable. This could also be grouped into categories for more complex roles.
Apply low-bit quantization to reduce model size and inference latency for generative AI models (LLMs, VLMs, multimodal) while maintaining accuracy and output quality.
Leverage knowledge distillation to transfer capabilities from larger teacher models to smaller student models, enabling efficient multimodal reasoning across text, image, and audio inputs.
Implement pruning techniques to remove redundant parameters and attention heads, reducing computational overhead without sacrificing task performance.
Analyze trade-offs between model efficiency (size, latency, memory) and accuracy across quantization, distillation, and pruning methods; propose improvements based on empirical findings.
Research and apply mixed-precision quantization and other advanced compression strategies (e.g., adaptive pruning schedules, distillation with intermediate feature matching) to optimize the accuracy–performance balance.
Stay current with the latest research in model compression, including emerging techniques for multimodal and generative architectures.
Document methodologies, experiments, and results clearly to support reproducibility, internal collaboration, and stakeholder communication.
Author technical papers and publish findings in top-tier conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ACL, AAAI) to advance the field of model compression for multimodal AI.
List the qualifications, certifications, and experience needed for the role. You can split this into mandatory and preferred sections if needed.
A degree in Computer Science or related field. Ideally PhD in NLP, Machine Learning, or a related field, complemented by a solid track record in AI R&D (with good publications in A* conferences).
Experience with PyTorch deep learning frameworks or equivalent frameworks
Hands-on experience with model quantization including both Quantization-Aware Training (QAT) and Post-Training Quantization (PTQ).
Research and hands-on experience with knowledge distillation for compressing large models into smaller, efficient ones.
Research and hands-on experience with model pruning for compressing large models into smaller, efficient ones.
Solid understanding of neural network architectures and training processes – Including transformers (e.g., LLMs, VLMs), backpropagation, optimization, and fine-tuning techniques.
Familiarity with C++ is a plus (especially for implementing low-level quantization kernels or inference optimizations).

Our mission is simple: to make self-custody accessible and give people the keys to their own financial futures. If you want to make a true impact, we want you to join us at Ledger.
At Ledger, we’re proud to be the global platform for digital assets and Web3, with over 20% of the world’s crypto assets secured through our Ledger devices. With our headquarters in Paris, and offices in Vierzon, Grenoble, Montpellier, London, Portland, Geneva, Zurich and Central Singapore, we have a team of around 600 professionals developing a variety of products and services to enable individuals and companies to securely buy, store, swap, grow and manage crypto assets – including the Ledger hardware wallets line with more than 7.5 million units already sold in 200 countries.
The team:
Join our Customer Success department as a Salesforce & Tooling Lead, where you will own the strategic direction and day-to-day operation of our Salesforce ecosystem – spanning both Enterprise and consumer environments. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role in which you will line-manage a small team of Salesforce Administrators while serving as the primary technical expert for our Agentforce deployment and broader Salesforce architecture.
Based in London or Paris and on-site five days a week, you will work closely with Operations, Quality Assurance, Knowledge, Enterprise and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive scalable, high-quality tooling solutions that enable our global customer base to receive best-in-class support.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead, mentor and line-manage a team of Salesforce Administrators, setting clear objectives, providing technical guidance and supporting their professional development.
- Own the strategic direction and operational health of Ledger’s Enterprise and consumer Salesforce environments, acting as primary system administrator for objects, flows, security and overall org health.
- Act as the subject-matter expert on Agentforce, owning its maintenance, troubleshooting and enhancement.
- Design and build custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce-native tooling, working with Customer Success leadership and cross-functional teams to turn business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Own and scale Service Cloud (including Omni-Channel), Experience Cloud portals and integrations with external enterprise systems, evaluating third-party tooling where it extends Salesforce.
- Own release management, CI/CD and the development backlog in JIRA, keeping releases stable and secure and prioritisation transparent, and lead technical projects from discovery through deployment.
- Drive platform governance: define best practices, enforce data protection and retention policies, and maintain technical documentation.
- Lead AI initiatives, beyond Agentforce, that improve efficiency and customer experience across Customer Success.
What we’re looking for
- Able to work on-site five days a week in our London or Paris office.
- A minimum of five years’ hands-on Salesforce experience in high-volume B2B and/or B2C environments, including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, API integrations and CI/CD.
- Proven experience operating and troubleshooting Agentforce (core requirement; general AI chatbot experience is not a substitute).
- Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce architecture.
- Demonstrated experience leading a Salesforce team, with the confidence to coach, delegate and hold others accountable.
- Salesforce certified as Administrator, Platform App Builder and Platform Developer; Service Cloud Consultant and Agentforce Specialist are a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

WELCOME TO OLX
We're building marketplace sustainable ecosystems that millions of people depend on every month – to buy and sell cars, find homes, land jobs, and trade secondhand goods. It's commerce that matters: safe, smart, and environmentally responsible.
We do this with courage to innovate, commitment to outcomes, collaboration across 50+ nationalities and 7 markets, and a customer-led approach that puts real people first. Add a desire to win – and you get a culture that's ambitious, fast-moving, and built on trust.
Our brands – including AutoTrader, OLX, Otomoto Property24, and more – are loved by millions. And we're backed by Prosus, one of the world's largest tech investors.
Join OLX and see how far you can go.
The Opportunity
OLX is looking for a Principal Product Manager to drive high-impact, zero-to-one initiatives across our Real Estate business (otodom.pl, imovirtual.com and storia.ro). This is a builder role focused on creating new value - not a people-management role. It's well-suited for someone who thrives on building new things, moving fast, and navigating a complex organisation to turn ideas into impact.
You'll lead 2–3 special initiatives in parallel, each scoped over 6–24 months. These could range from developing AI-driven capabilities and new monetisation models to building new product features that drive growth. We're hiring for mindset, not a fixed checklist.
You'll join the product leadership team and contribute to strategic direction across the area. The focus is on building, pushing, and delivering new value, complementing a team that excels at running and optimising the core business.
This role reports to the Director of Product and can be based in Spain, Portugal or Poland. Remote work is possible within these countries.
What You'll Do
Lead zero-to-one initiatives from concept to market validation to scaled delivery - own the vision, strategy, and execution.
Build with AI as a daily lever - prototypes, agent-augmented workflows, AI-powered discovery and experimentation.
Run lean experiments to prove product-market fit fast, with minimal bureaucracy.
Present and defend your concepts to senior stakeholders - building alignment through evidence and conviction.
Navigate a matrixed organisation: identify opportunities to move quickly, build coalitions, and drive progress without waiting for perfect alignment.
Own the business case: connect product decisions to revenue and margin impact.
Raise the bar for product craft across the team - set the standard through your work, share methods and examples, and act as a role model for what high-quality product thinking looks like in practice.
What We're Looking For
8+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of building and launching new products from zero to one - not just optimising what exists.
AI native - you build with AI in your personal and professional life.
Entrepreneurial DNA - uncomfortable with "business as usual," driven to create new value.
Fast and execution-driven - moves at pace, ships quickly, and creates momentum rather than waiting for perfect conditions.
High product craft - rigorous discovery, lean experimentation, strong narratives, data-driven decision-making.
Strong executive presence - able to defend a concept to senior directors and build alignment.
Business and financial acumen - unit economics, P&L thinking, ROI-informed decisions.
Ability to drive multiple initiatives in parallel with minimal oversight.
Marketplace or two-sided marketplace experience is a plus.
Comfort working in cross-functional, multicultural teams across multiple markets.
Willingness to travel approximately every two months.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at OLX
OLX values diversity and welcomes applicants of all races, ethnicities, disabilities, ages, genders, sexual orientations, religions, backgrounds, and experiences to apply. If this role excites you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements - you may be just the right fit for this or other opportunities with us!
OLX will process your personal data to assess your fit for the applied position. You may optionally consent to store your data for up to 12 months after the application process for consideration in future OLX roles. For more details on how your application data will be processed please check our Privacy Statement.

If you want to solve complex problems at scale and directly impact how millions of people access and manage money, come build with us.
Southeast Asia's fintech moment starts here.
About the role
Paid acquisition is Salmon's primary growth engine, and we're scaling it fast — you'll own performance marketing end-to-end across our highest-volume channels.
What you'll do
- Run paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other channels for Salmon products with millions of active users.
- Work alongside a dedicated creative production team built to support high-volume testing, plus product, web/SEO, and analytics teams.
- Operate in a fast-scaling environment where new channels are constantly tested and budgets grow with performance.
What you'll own
- Own paid growth end-to-end — decide which channels, creatives, and funnels to scale, and be accountable for the results.
- Launch and optimize campaigns directly and through partners across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other channels.
- Shape the creative pipeline: generate new concepts and maintain a structured creative backlog.
- Build and maintain a structured experiment tracking system so learnings compound across channels.
- Collaborate with creative, product, web/SEO, and analytics teams to land campaigns across every growth stream.
What makes you a strong fit
- 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally in fintech, banking, or digital consumer services.
- Proven experience running and optimizing campaigns on Meta as your primary channel, plus at least one other major platform (Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, or similar).
- Experience promoting mobile apps, including web-to-app (W2A) funnels.
- A test-and-learn approach to performance: forming hypotheses, shipping variants, and drawing conclusions from data.
- Strong understanding of attribution, tracking, and analytics, with hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Tableau, AppsFlyer, or similar tools.
- English B2, with the ability to read acquisition funnel data and spot where things are working or breaking.

About the role:
You'll own how Credit Line scales next, leading its move into the Philippine middle class with better customers, higher limits, and healthier repayment.
What you'll do:
- Own the full Credit Line funnel — from awareness with marketing through acquisition, activation, and retention inside the product — with no dedicated engineering squad, so you're the connective layer holding marketing, acquisition, product, risk, and business together.
- Work closely with marketing, product, acquisition, design, risk and origination, affiliates, and web/SEO, and be the person the team comes to when they need to align on growth.
- Report to the Head of Growth and own the Credit Line acquisition budget — no direct reports, but real leverage over numbers that matter commercially.
What you'll own:
- Define and drive Credit Line's growth strategy end-to-end with the business team — what to test, scale, or kill.
- Own the acquisition budget and decide where it goes.
- Lead the move into the Philippine middle class — define who that customer is, where to reach them, and rebuild the acquisition mix around them.
- Turn a real read on what customers need, fear, and compare us against into experiments worth running — hands-on when the bet calls for it, from testing a new channel to shipping the landing page yourself.
- Run experiments across paid channels, landing pages, onboarding, activation, and retention with acquisition and product, tracking CAC, approval, activation, first transaction, limit utilization, spend per active, retention, reactivation, and LTV against cost of risk to find where the real leverage is.
- Build a clean experiment-tracking system so learnings compound across quarters instead of getting lost.
What makes you a strong fit:
- 5+ years in growth, performance, or product marketing.
- A track record of self-generated experiments that actually shipped and moved metrics.
- Comfortable with product metrics and the tools behind them: CAC, LTV, activation, cohort retention in GA and AppsFlyer, Tableau, plus a working understanding of Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads Manager.
- Hands-on with both qualitative and quantitative research — user interviews, large studies, segmentation, market signals.
- Uses AI daily for prototypes, creative variants, and analysis, and knows when to override it rather than trust it blindly.
- Strong project management and fluent English.
What we offer:
Ownership and flexibility
- Fully remote work with core collaboration hours from 12:00 to 6:00 PM Manila time (UTC+8)
- Company-provided tools and equipment
Health and time off
- Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits

- Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications
- Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person
- High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia
What you'll do: Build PoCs with the team, then take the proven ones to production or write the spec for the team that will run them. Solve real problems, finding the pain points, design the fix, ship it and prove the value.
-Разрабатывать новый функционал и различные уникальные приложения для проектов в сфере недвижимости. -Плотно взаимодействовать с Backend, Design, QA командами, чтобы делать качественную логику и интуитивно понятный UI/UX.

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together.
