adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. adjoe Ads is our programmatic in-app advertising platform that seamlessly connects advertisers and publishers through direct integration of our Android and iOS SDKs. Every ad decision happens in under 200ms across 10 million daily users, powered by real-time bidding algorithms and user quality prediction models that match the right ad to the right user at the right moment.
Where 50 Billion Daily Predictions Begin
The User Experience team is the origin point of adjoe Ads. Everything the system knows about a user, every prediction the ML models make, every bid placed in an auction. It all starts with code this team ships.
The team owns two responsibilities. On the SDK side, a native Kotlin and Swift code runs inside hundreds of publisher apps. It participates in 120 million daily auctions, renders ad creatives across multiple formats, and captures the behavioral signals that power 50 billion predictions per day. The constraint that defines this work: you're executing inside someone else's app, on someone else's device, with zero tolerance for instability. Every ad impression has to feel native and fast to the user.
On the analytics side, the dashboards, investigation tools, and data frameworks that turn raw data into decisions: real-time revenue performance across active campaigns, infrastructure cost visibility, and data quality assessments. If a number matters to the business or to engineering, this team makes it accessible.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- Auction & Marketplace Analytics: You will monitor core ad exchange KPIs—including bid rates, win rates, timeout rates, eCPM, and render rates—and run deep dives to uncover bidding patterns and supply path optimization (SPO) opportunities. We are looking for someone with 2–3 years of experience as a Data or Product Analyst in AdTech (Programmatic, Ad Exchange, SSP, or DSP) who understands what drives marketplace health and revenue.
- A/B Testing & Revenue Strategy: You will design, track, and evaluate A/B tests for product features, floor pricing rules, and traffic shaping algorithms. We are looking for a data-driven thinker who loves solving business puzzles, testing commercial hypotheses, and proving what actually moves the needle on product performance.
- Advanced Data Extraction: You will query massive datasets to turn millions of raw ad events into clear business answers. We need advanced SQL skills to effortlessly query billions of rows, spot anomalies, and translate complex metrics into clear, actionable recommendations for our product and demand teams.
- Traffic & Cost Efficiency: You will analyze bid request data to identify inefficient traffic and help product managers design smart routing rules. We need an analyst who can balance top-line revenue with operational costs, finding ways to streamline traffic (Queries Per Second) without sacrificing publisher earnings.
- Executive Dashboarding & Reporting: You will build automated, easy-to-read dashboards that give Product, Engineering, and Demand Partnerships real-time visibility into campaign performance. We are looking for hands-on experience with BI tools like QuickSight, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Redash to make key business numbers intuitive and accessible to everyone.
- Agile Project Execution: You will balance scheduled analytics projects with quick-turnaround deep dives when marketplace metrics shift unexpectedly. We need a hands-on, proactive analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently manage multiple analytical priorities.
🌎 WE WELCOME APPLICATIONS FROM TALENT WORLDWIDE AND PROVIDE RELOCATION SUPPORT TO HAMBURG, GERMANY FOR THOSE READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM.
What’s in It for You?
At adjoe, you’re not here to just close JIRA tickets, you’re helping build the infrastructure behind one of the most impactful platforms in adtech. The systems you work on will reach hundreds of millions of users and power billions of decisions every day.

The Vault is an MPC-based crypto custody platform for institutional and retail clients, running threshold signing across HSM and Ledger hardware. We're scaling toward Series A, launching our productized platform in 2026, and publishing original cryptographic research alongside the product.
We're hiring a Staff Engineer to design and ship the custody platform's hardest backend code. This is a hands-on IC role with real technical leadership — no people management — where you drive non-trivial initiatives through code, RFCs, and mentorship.
You'll shape architecture in your area of ownership; platform-wide decisions sit with technical leadership. We're AI-forward (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex), and we need engineers who can read AI-generated code critically and catch what it misses — not just prompt it.
You'll naturally gravitate toward either the security-critical core (MPC, threshold signing, HSM/Ledger integration, key lifecycle) or the faster-moving periphery (chain adapters, integrations, APIs/SDKs).
What you'll do
Design, write, and ship critical platform components: policy engine, signing orchestration, key lifecycle workflows, recovery flows, approvals, audit trails, multi-tenant wallet and account services.
Lead non-trivial cross-cutting initiatives in your area — through written RFCs, design reviews, and code, not through hierarchy.
Build high-load, multi-tenant SaaS systems: tenant isolation, quotas, rate limits, backpressure, concurrency control, predictable latency under spikes.
Distributed systems & reliability: idempotency, retries, outbox/inbox, event-driven workflows, sagas and state machines, replay, graceful degradation.
Security-by-design: least privilege, secret handling, mTLS/JWT, tamper-evident logs, audit-ready data models — designed for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and DORA scope from day one.
Performance & data: profiling, load testing, benchmarking, contention analysis, GC tuning; strong relational modelling (Postgres or equivalent), migrations, indexing, clear consistency boundaries.
AI-assisted development as a core competency: ship production code with Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex; build the prompt and agent patterns that work for your area; contribute to the company's AI engineering practices; know when to use AI heavily (periphery, integrations, tests, docs) and when not to (cryptographic core, signing paths) where blind generation is unsafe.
Set patterns and shared libraries for the services your area touches; raise the bar through code review and example.
Own features end-to-end: design notes / RFCs, code, tests, observability, rollout, on-call. No "throw it over the wall" handoffs.
Mentor senior engineers: your reviews and your written designs are the strongest signal to the rest of the team.
Requirements
Must-have experience
Strong CS fundamentals — our primary screening criterion. You can reason from first principles about concurrency, distributed systems, consistency models, networking, and OS behaviour. You know not just what locks and channels do, but why and when. You understand what's happening under the hood, not only at the API level.
Ownership mindset. You've owned non-trivial production systems end-to-end — design, ship, measure, improve, on-call. You don't wait to be told what to do, and you don't ship code you don't understand.
10+ years backend engineering, including 3+ years operating at Staff level (or equivalent senior IC scope). Strong production experience in a modern systems language — Go, Rust, Java, C++, or comparable. Hands-on Go experience, or genuine readiness to ramp on Go in the first month.
Track record of Staff-level technical leadership through code, RFCs, and influence — without formal authority over teams. You can point to RFCs you wrote that the team adopted, initiatives you drove without being the manager, patterns you set that outlasted you.
Proven track record building high-load, multi-tenant SaaS in production (HA, incident response, SLOs).
Hands-on with modern backend stacks: gRPC/HTTP, queues/streams, caching, relational databases, Kafka/NATS or equivalent.
Strong testing discipline: unit/integration/contract tests, testability-first design, deterministic CI.
Strong observability habits: structured logging, metrics, tracing, end-to-end production debugging.
REQUIRED: production-grade use of modern AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or comparable). You can point at what you've built with them. You read AI-generated code as a hostile reviewer, not a grateful recipient — you have instincts for what AI tends to get wrong, and you don't ship code you couldn't have written yourself.
Nice to have
Exposure to custody, wallets, or signing systems (MPC, HSM, TEE, key management, approvals).
Hardware wallet integration (Ledger).
Multiple blockchain ecosystems (EVM and Bitcoin minimum; Cosmos, Solana, others a plus).
Built custom agents, MCP integrations, or in-repo AI workflows that compounded a team's productivity.
Designed and run evals for AI-generated code (correctness, security, style).
Kubernetes and service mesh in production; SRE practices.
Regulated-environment experience (fintech, security audits, compliance-driven engineering).
Threat modelling and security review participation.
Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and DORA — enough to design for them.
What this role is NOT
A people management role.
A pure architecture / whiteboard role. You write production code in this codebase every week, and platform-wide architectural ownership sits elsewhere.
A research-only cryptography role. You collaborate with our Cryptography Researcher; your focus is platform engineering, not protocol design.
Pure feature ticket execution. If you wait to be told what to do, this won't work.
Benefits
A Staff IC role with real technical leadership — no people management, no sprint mechanics gauntlet, no architecture-by-committee.
An AI-forward engineering culture with budget and autonomy for the tooling, models, and agents you need.
Direct peers in cryptography research, security architecture, product, and delivery — you're not the only senior voice in the room.
Fully remote, any time zone with reasonable overlap with EU/CIS hours.
Competitive comp at the Staff engineer band; equity participation; full benefits.
A product approaching Series A with paying institutional customers and a published cryptographic research line

Job Summary
We are seeking a high-performing Strategic Sales Development Lead to drive growth for a premier modern home decor and lighting brand. This is not a typical "volume-only" SDR role; you will be the engine behind our outbound strategy, targeting high-value opportunities and sophisticated homeowners seeking minimalist luxury. As a Lead, you will bridge the gap between individual contribution and strategic leadership—managing a robust pipeline while mentoring junior team members to elevate our overall sales process. If you thrive in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and have a proven track record of converting luxury prospects into qualified opportunities, this is your next career milestone.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, identify, and engage high-potential accounts and decision-makers through a multi-channel approach (phone, email, and LinkedIn).
Maintain a "speed-to-lead" standard, contacting new inbound leads within 5–15 minutes to qualify them based on authority, timeline, and opportunity size.
Book 25–30 qualified meetings per month and ensure a minimum of 10–15+ sales-qualified opportunities are created.
Execute 50–80 targeted daily touches, utilizing deep research to personalize messaging for the modern home decor market.
Maintain 100% data integrity in the CRM, ensuring every lead has a scheduled next action and detailed notes.
Act as a Senior/Lead resource by coaching junior SDRs, sharing successful scripts, and optimizing outbound sequences.
Review personal and team funnel metrics daily to identify conversion gaps and optimize the lead-to-meeting ratio.

Job Summary
We are looking for a high-energy, research-driven Account Executive to lead our growth within the middle market property management sector. In this role, you won't just be selling a platform; you’ll be helping regional and multi-state operators revolutionize how they manage resident engagement and retention. You will own a named territory of portfolios ranging from 5,000 to 50,000 units, navigating multi-threaded deals that involve VPs of Ops, Marketing Directors, and Ownership groups. If you thrive in a full-cycle environment where you build your own pipeline and execute a sophisticated land-and-expand strategy, this is the place for you.
Key Responsibilities
Own and map a named list of 150–250 middle market accounts, identifying key stakeholders and resident engagement stacks before initiating contact.
Execute a high-volume, high-quality outbound cadence (50–60 touches daily) across phone, email, and LinkedIn to build relationships with at least three stakeholders per account.
Lead 10–12 discovery calls and demos per month, moving beyond feature walkthroughs to diagnose business problems like resident turnover, onsite team burnout, and event spend.
Build compelling proposals that tie the platform to measurable ROI, including renewal lift and hours saved per community.
Structure and close pilot agreements with clear success criteria, working closely with Customer Success to trigger full portfolio rollouts.

Experience managing multi-stakeholder deals with a 45–90 day sales cycle.
Ability to lead deep-dive conversations that uncover pain points and quantify the cost of inaction.

SaaS Revenue & Financial Analyst — Flosum
About Flosum
Flosum is a Salesforce-native platform company delivering enterprise-grade DevOps, data protection, and security solutions to some of the world's largest organizations. Our product portfolio spans Cloud DevOps, Data Migrator, Data Masking, Data Backup, Org Security, Cloud Trust Center, and Sandbox Synchronization — all built natively on the Salesforce platform. We serve enterprise customers across technology, energy, financial services, healthcare, and federal government. Flosum is a growth-stage company operating with the intensity and speed of a startup backed by the discipline of a mature operator.
The Role
We're hiring a SaaS Revenue & Financial Analyst who will own the measurement layer of our entire business. You will be the person who knows every number — ARR, net retention, expansion, churn, pipeline conversion, cost of acquisition, gross margin by product line, services margin, cash flow, and everything in between. You'll work across Salesforce (our CRM and billing system of record) and QuickBooks (our financial system) to build a unified, always-current picture of company performance.
This is not a reporting role. This is an analytical role where you connect revenue operations data to financial outcomes and surface the insights that drive decisions at the CEO level.
What You'll Own
You will build and maintain our SaaS metrics infrastructure — ARR waterfall, cohort retention analysis, revenue recognition schedules, deferred revenue tracking, and unit economics by segment. You will reconcile Salesforce bookings data against QuickBooks revenue entries and ensure we have a single source of truth across both systems. You will produce monthly and quarterly financial and revenue packages for leadership, including variance analysis against plan. You will model scenarios for pricing changes, product bundling, geographic expansion, and headcount investment. You will monitor pipeline health and translate pipeline data into revenue forecasts with documented assumptions. You will own the data integrity between our CRM and accounting systems, flagging discrepancies before they compound. You will support board-level and investor-level reporting with clean, defensible metrics.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
You have three-plus years of experience in SaaS financial analysis, revenue operations, or FP&A at a B2B software company. You are deeply proficient in Salesforce — not as a user, but as someone who understands opportunity objects, product schedules, contract structures, and reporting at a data level. You are equally proficient in QuickBooks Online, including chart of accounts design, revenue categorization, journal entries, and reconciliation workflows. You understand ASC 606 revenue recognition principles and can apply them to a multi-product SaaS business with annual and multi-year contracts. You can build financial models from scratch in Excel or Google Sheets — not from templates, from logic. You think in terms of cohorts, not just totals. You understand the difference between bookings, billings, and revenue, and you can explain why each matters. You are precise, skeptical of your own numbers, and obsessive about data integrity.
Preferred
Experience at a company with a mix of subscription revenue and professional services. Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ or native Salesforce quoting and contract objects. Exposure to investor or board reporting at a growth-stage company. Experience with Marketo or HubSpot data as it relates to CAC and attribution modeling.
Why Flosum
You'll report directly into the CEO's operating rhythm. Your work will not sit in a queue — it will shape hiring plans, product investment, and go-to-market strategy in real time. Flosum is building the definitive platform for Salesforce lifecycle management, and we need someone who can measure every dimension of that growth with precision.

Nice to haves:
- Experience with Atlassian Cloud tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Track record of enabling design-for-testability (DFT) and design-for-manufacturing (DFM)

- Experience writing or improving Python test scripts beyond routine execution

Company Description
We’re http://checkout.comCheckout.com http://Checkout.com. You might not know our name, but companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony do, because we’re behind many of the digital experiences you use every day.
We are where the world checks out, enabling over 10 billion transactions yearly for more than one billion global shoppers.
Whether you want to book a holiday, order food, renew a subscription, or check out online, there’s a good chance our tech powers the payments behind the scenes. Our platform helps the most ambitious businesses deliver effortless digital experiences, at scale.
If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact.
With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
About the role
Merchant Configuration sets up how our merchants process payments, and those changes go straight into our live production systems. A mistake here isn't a typo. It can have a financial or compliance cost. That's why this team works to a standard of 99.5%+ accuracy and completes 95% of cases within 24 hours.
You'll join our new Mexico City team as its third analyst, part of a global Merchant Configuration team of around 25. You'll support our US merchants, setting up, updating and closing merchant accounts in Salesforce. About 70% of the work follows defined processes. The other 30% calls for judgement, especially when a merchant asks for something unusual and the right answer is "that won't work, here's what will."
What you'll do
- Set up, update and close merchant accounts accurately, following defined processes to the letter
- Check your own work before it goes live. Accuracy here is the job itself, not a nice extra
- Handle complex, non-standard merchant requests, and push back with a better solution when a request won't work
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand what they need and get cases resolved quickly
- Contribute to team projects such as card scheme mandates (for example, Account Funding Transaction setups)
- Build deep knowledge of our configuration products, so that within 90 days you can handle full end-to-end setups on your own
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in an operations role where accuracy and following process mattered, for example payments operations, product operations, risk/KYC, or implementation. Recent graduates with strong, relevant internships are welcome to apply.
- A track record of detailed work, with examples you can talk through: errors you caught, quality checks you built, processes you improved
- Very good written and spoken English. All work and communication is in English
- You take feedback well and act on it, stay steady under pressure, and work well in a team
- You've used AI tools in practical ways to work faster or more accurately, and can explain how
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the payments lifecycle, or experience at a payment processor, fintech or e-commerce company
- Experience with Salesforce
This role is not for you if:
- You don't have the right to work in Mexico. We are not able to sponsor a visa for this role
- You can't be in our Mexico City office Tuesday to Thursday every week
- You aren't open to switching to US West Coast hours if the business needs it. The role normally works Mexico hours, but contracts include this flexibility
- You prefer to approximate and move on. This team has no room for "close enough"
What we offer
- Two to three months of structured training and shadowing before you work on your own
- A clear career path: Analyst I → Analyst II → Senior Analyst → Team Lead, with promotion based on performance rather than time in role
- A founding seat on a new team in one of our newest locations
Additional Information
Bring all of you to work
We create the conditions for high performers to thrive, through real ownership, fewer blockers, and work that makes a difference from day one.
Here, you’ll move fast, take on meaningful challenges, and be recognized for the impact you deliver. It’s a place where ambition gets met with opportunity, and where your growth is in your hands.
We work as one team, and we back each other to succeed. So whatever your background or identity, if you’re ready to grow and make a difference, you’ll be right at home here.
It’s important we set you up for success and make our process as accessible as possible. So let us know in your application, or tell your recruiter directly, if you need anything to make your experience or working environment more comfortable.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT US:
Notion helps you build beautiful tools for your life’s work. In today's world of endless apps and tabs, Notion provides one place for teams to get everything done, seamlessly connecting docs, notes, projects, calendar, and email—with AI built in to find answers and automate work. Millions of users, from individuals to large organizations like Toyota, Figma, and OpenAI, love Notion for its flexibility and choose it because it helps them save time and money.
In-person collaboration is essential to Notion's culture. We require all team members to work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, our designated Anchor Days. Certain teams or positions may require additional in-office workdays.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Millions of people rely on Notion to do their most important work. Protecting that trust starts with protecting the people who build Notion: our employees, their laptops, their identities, and the SaaS apps they rely on every day.
We are looking for a hands-on Corporate Security Engineer to own and improve the technical controls that keep our workforce and corporate environment safe. This is a security engineering role focused on building scalable controls and automation across identity, endpoints, SaaS, and workforce infrastructure, not a traditional IT support or corporate engineering role.
You'll own and evolve core security controls, design systems and automation that scale with the company, and help make security both stronger and easier to use. You'll partner closely with IT, Infrastructure, GRC, and Detection & Response to improve the security foundations that employees rely on every day.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Harden our identity and access management stack, including Okta and Google Workspace, with phishing-resistant MFA, strong SSO and SCIM lifecycles, and least-privilege access across SaaS.
- Run our endpoint security program across a macOS-first fleet, including MDM, EDR, and configuration baselines, with working coverage for Windows and ChromeOS.
- Secure AI tool usage at the endpoint, including governance of large language models, AI agents, and model context protocol (MCP) integrations; detect and prevent unauthorized or risky AI service access and data exfiltration through AI-enabled tools.
- Reduce SaaS risk at scale through SSPM tooling and custom automation, including detection of risky OAuth grants, excessive permissions, shadow IT, and configuration drift.
- Write code (Python, Terraform) to automate access reviews, onboarding and offboarding, configuration drift detection, and audit evidence collection.
- Partner with Detection & Response to ensure corporate systems produce the telemetry needed to detect identity, endpoint, and SaaS abuse.
- Support SOC 2, ISO 27001, and customer audits as a byproduct of good engineering, not a separate workstream.
- Partner with Detection & Response on investigation and response for corporate security incidents, including phishing, account compromise, lost devices, and BEC.
SKILLS YOU NEED TO BRING:
- Have 5+ years of hands-on experience in corporate security, enterprise security, or IT security engineering at a cloud-native company.
- Have working knowledge of a major identity provider (Okta, Entra, or Google Workspace) and the underlying protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM).
- Have hands-on experience operating endpoint management and detection tooling across macOS and enterprise environments.
- Write production-quality scripts and automation in Python or Bash, and have shipped Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code for security configuration.
- Are familiar with SaaS security risks (OAuth governance, audit logging, SSPM) and the realities of integrating a long tail of vendors.
- Have working knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure) at the security configuration level.
- Communicate clearly in writing and work effectively across IT, Engineering, Legal, People, and GRC.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience at a fast-growing tech or AI company where the security program had to outpace headcount.
- A background in IT engineering, SRE, or production engineering that transitioned into security engineering.
- Experience building internal security tooling or workflows that improved employee or developer experience.
- Contributions to the security community through open-source tools, blog posts, or conference talks.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty.
