About the Role
We're looking for a Solutions Sales Engineer to join DBSync. This is a hybrid role that sits between sales and delivery: you'll support the sales cycle through technical discovery, demos, and proof-of-concepts, and you'll work alongside our services team to scope and stand up integration solutions for Mid-Market and Enterprise clients.
DBSync is an iPaaS company. Our value is reliable, maintainable integration between CRMs, accounting systems, and ERPs. The ideal candidate pairs strong integration and data fundamentals with the customer-facing skill to translate technical solutions into business value and uses AI and analytics to make those solutions smarter, not as a substitute for solid integration design.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Scoping: Work with sales and customers to understand source and target systems, data volumes, and sync requirements; design integration solutions and scope the work needed to deliver them.
Technical Demos & POCs: Prepare and deliver demos, proof-of-concepts, and trials of DBSync integrations, showing how data flows and syncs across CRM, accounting, and ERP systems.
Integration Delivery Support: Partner with the services team to build, configure, and validate integration workflows — field mapping, transformation logic, sync triggers, scheduling, and error handling.
Data & Systems Expertise: Apply working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and the object models of common CRM and accounting/ERP systems to design integrations that hold up in production.
Customer Engagement: Support clients through onboarding and adoption, troubleshoot integration issues, and recommend improvements.
AI & Analytics Enablement: Where it adds value, layer AI-driven features (automation, predictive insight, conversational interfaces) onto integration solutions; identify where analytics can surface ROI for the customer.
Feedback & Strategy: Gather client feedback, identify common patterns, and feed them back into product, templates, and sales positioning.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure solutions meet data governance, security, and compliance standards.
Enablement: Train sales teams on integration capabilities and how to position them; document solutions for repeatable delivery.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between customers, sales, engineering, product, and customer success from concept through operational delivery.s.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
3+ years in technical sales, solutions/sales engineering, integration consulting, data management, or a related technical-customer-facing role.
Hands-on knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) and accounting/ERP systems (QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, NetSuite, or Xero).
Solid grasp of integration concepts: APIs (REST/SOAP), data mapping and transformation, sync logic, scheduling, and error handling.
Proficiency with SQL and comfort working with APIs and tools like Postman.
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and collaboration abilities.
Fluency in English.
Nice to Have:
Experience with iPaaS or middleware platforms (DBSync, MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Celigo, etc.).
Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks (LLMs, chatbots, predictive analytics, automation platforms) and how to apply them to integration and data workflows.
Experience with BI/analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Scripting or automation experience (e.g., Python).
Additional languages beyond English.
Certifications in data analytics, AI/ML, or relevant CRM/ERP

About
Customer.io
Over 9,000 companies — from scrappy startups to global brands — use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day.
Customer.io
powers automated communication that people actually want to receive. We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data.
About the role
Hi, my name is Michael, Head of Data & Analytics at
Customer.io
, and I'm looking for a Senior Data Scientist to help our teams make better decisions using customer and product data.
You'll partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience to evaluate product changes, design and analyze experiments, identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, and influence roadmap and business priorities. This is a hands-on role focused on analyzing behavior, building models, and turning data into clear, actionable direction.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, working closely with stakeholders, and applying data science pragmatically to support product and business decisions. We're looking for someone with an ownership mindset and a bias for action who balances technical rigor with practical decision-making.
What we value
Ownership:
You take initiative and drive analytical work from concept to implementation. You don't wait for perfect requirements — you help define the problem and move the work forward.
Curiosity:
You naturally question assumptions and dig deeper into the "why" behind user behavior. You enjoy uncovering patterns in complex data and have the persistence to work through ambiguity and messy datasets.
Analytical Rigor:
You bring a thoughtful, structured approach to analytics and decision-making. You know how to define meaningful measures of success, evaluate changes with rigor, and distinguish signal from noise in complex behavioral data so teams can act with confidence.
Communication:
You can translate complex analytical concepts into clear recommendations for Product Managers, executives, and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaboration:
You work as a true cross-functional partner, balancing analytical rigor with practical business needs. You build trust by making data approachable, actionable, and reliable.
What you'll do
Analyze behavioral patterns across the customer lifecycle to identify trends, usage archetypes, and opportunities to improve adoption, engagement, and retention.
Design experiments and measurement approaches to evaluate the impact of product and marketing changes - and help teams make decisions based on evidence rather than intuition.
Build models and datasets that improve how teams segment customers, forecast outcomes, and identify trends.
Apply machine learning and AI techniques where they solve practical problems, for both internal decision-making and customer-facing scenarios.
Partner with Data Engineering to improve the quality, reliability, and accessibility of core data and metrics.
Communicate findings clearly and directly so teams can make informed decisions without needing a statistics background.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in a Data Science role within B2B SaaS or a similar product- or growth-focused environment.
Strong foundation in statistics, experimentation, and behavioral analytics - with the ability to apply them pragmatically to real product and business problems.
Proficiency in SQL and Python for large-scale analysis, modeling, and exploration.
Experience with modern cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar); familiarity with dbt is a plus.
Strong communication and stakeholder skills - you can explain complex analysis clearly to PMs, marketers, executives, and non-technical partners.
An ownership mindset - you help define the problem and move work forward; you don't wait for perfect requirements.
Why This Role
This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact problems across the business while helping shape how data science and analytics evolve within the organization. You'll have the autonomy to explore meaningful questions, influence strategy, and help build a stronger data-informed culture.
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role is $140,000-$150,000 USD (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment. In addition to base salary, this role includes an equity grant in the form of stock options, so you share in the success you help build.
We know our people are what make us great, and we’re committed to taking great care of them. Our inclusive benefits package supports your well-being and growth, including
100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family
. We also offer
16 weeks paid parental leave, unlimited PTO
, stipends for remote work and wellness, a professional development budget, and more.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Structural / Architectural Project Coordinator to support a large-scale and technically complex hydric development project combining residential and commercial components.
This role is heavily focused on multidisciplinary technical coordination, constructability review, and execution readiness across architectural, structural steel, and MEP scopes. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between disciplines, ensuring all project documentation and detailing are fully coordinated before reaching construction and contractor implementation stages.
This is not a pure drafting or modeling position. We are looking for a senior-level professional with strong real-world construction understanding, capable of proactively identifying coordination gaps, clashes, missing information, and constructability issues before they impact execution.
The position is intended to be long-term and integrated into ongoing project coordination workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate technical information between structural steel, architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
Review and validate that detailing and documentation align with architectural intent and construction requirements.
Identify clashes, constructability issues, missing details, and coordination conflicts prior to execution.
Ensure multidisciplinary documentation is fully coordinated before reaching contractors and site implementation.
Support BIM coordination and clash detection workflows across disciplines.
Collaborate closely with project teams, consultants, and contractors to maintain consistency and execution clarity.
Anticipate field and execution-related issues from a practical construction perspective.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in multidisciplinary project coordination within architecture, structural engineering, or construction environments.
Strong experience coordinating structural steel, architectural, and MEP documentation.
Solid understanding of construction workflows, technical documentation, and constructability principles.
Practical exposure to U.S. construction standards, project workflows, and contractor coordination.
Experience working on technically complex commercial, mixed-use, industrial, residential, or large-scale projects.
Strong ability to proactively identify and resolve coordination and execution issues.
Comfortable working in highly collaborative BIM-driven environments.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Technical Requirements
Revit
AutoCAD
BIM coordination workflows
Clash detection workflows (Navisworks experience is highly valuable)
Strong technical documentation review capabilities
Benefits
Work for the most exciting companies in the North American Market.
Flexible schedules.
Work from anywhere.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are hiring Support Engineers to serve as the named, dedicated Product Support point of contact for Anthropic's most strategic enterprise customers. As a Support Engineer, you'll be providing high-touch, deeply contextual support to a defined book of accounts — embedded in your customers' shared channels, known by name to their stakeholders, and partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Applied AI as the technical support voice on the account team.
You'll bring deep knowledge of how each of your customers is built on Claude to every interaction, so you can investigate, diagnose, and resolve their most complex technical needs with nuance and speed — and ensure the right internal teams are engaged when needed.
Responsibilities
Serve as the named technical support contact for a defined book of strategic enterprise accounts, embedded in customer channels and joining recurring account cadences as the support voice
Own your customers' technical support needs end to end — investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex issues directly, and partner with internal Engineering and Product teams to drive resolution when needed
Build deep, durable context on each customer's architecture, integrations, and use cases so you can respond with nuance rather than from a script
Partner closely with the Customer Success Manager, Account Executive, and Applied AI team on each account as part of a single, coordinated account team
Capture technical feedback and product friction from your accounts and route it to Product with the impact data and detail needed to prioritize it correctly
Manage high-urgency issues for your accounts with extreme ownership, and coordinate cleanly with the broader Product Support team for continuous coverage
Help build the foundations of the Support Engineer function — runbooks, escalation paths, tooling, and the metrics we'll use to measure its value
Become an expert in all Anthropic products across the API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code
You may be a good fit if you
Have 5+ years in technical product support, with meaningful time in an escalated, priority, or named-account support team for enterprise customers
Have been the person an enterprise customer knows by name and reaches for first when they need technical help
Are deeply fluent with APIs and technical SaaS products, and can read technical documentation, error logs, and request traces with ease
Have hands-on experience troubleshooting SSO, SAML, OAuth, and enterprise authentication flows
Are persistent and curious — you delight in the hunt of tracking down a bug, and are energized by fixing it for every similar user going forward
Possess strong user empathy and crisp, kind written communication; you can translate between a frustrated customer engineer and an internal platform team without losing either
Are comfortable operating in ambiguity, making informed decisions in never-before-seen situations, and knowing when to pull the escalation cord
Enjoy building trust and collaborating closely with go-to-market partners (Sales, CS, Applied AI) without owning the commercial relationship yourself
Have contributed to the foundations of a support team before — the essential, often unglamorous work of writing the first runbook
Are excited about Anthropic's products and the opportunity to shape how the world's largest companies get support for them
Strong candidates may also have
SQL proficiency for querying logs and usage data to investigate issues
Comfort with command line interfaces and basic scripting (Bash, Python, JavaScript)
Understanding of LLM capabilities, prompt engineering patterns, and current limitations
Familiarity with enterprise networking concepts, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP), and IT environments
Experience working inside a customer's shared Slack or similar embedded-support model
Background as a Technical Account Manager, Support Engineer, or Designated/Premier Support contact at a developer-platform or infrastructure company

Playson is looking for a People Business Partner with knowledge of the Ukrainian language who can operate close to the business, work directly with leaders on organisational challenges, and help maintain a high-performance environment without turning the company into a bureaucratic HR machine.
This role is not about running HR processes for the sake of process.
We are looking for someone who can:
- help leaders make strong people decisions;
- maintain high talent quality;
- Identify organisational risks early.
- and ensure leadership, hiring, and performance problems do not silently accumulate over time.
The PBP works primarily through leaders - not around them.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Knowledge of the Ukrainian language is a must
- 5+ years of experience in HRBP, Head of People, HRD, organisational partnership, or similar leadership-facing roles.
- Strong experience working with leaders in fast-moving environments.
- Ability to challenge stakeholders directly, constructively, and without unnecessary politics.
- Strong judgment and ability to operate in ambiguous situations.
- High level of ownership, maturity, and communication clarity.
- Ability to connect people and topics with business reality and execution impact.
- Comfortable with difficult conversations, organisational tension, and imperfect environments.
- Ability to remain calm, structured, and pragmatic under pressure.
- Ability to build trust with strong personalities and leadership teams while still being able to challenge them when needed.
- Ability to simplify complexity instead of adding bureaucracy.
- Strong business and organisational awareness.
- Interest in scalable organisational practices, operational clarity, and AI-supported People infrastructure.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Partner with leaders on hiring, team structure, organisational effectiveness, performance, ownership gaps, and delivery risks.
- Push discussions toward decisions and outcomes instead of endless alignment loops.
- Help leaders define what “strong” actually means for critical roles and challenge weak hiring compromises.
- Support leaders in addressing underperformance early and directly.
- Identify early organisational signals such as leadership gaps, burnout, unhealthy dependencies, misalignment, or execution risks.
- Help improve feedback quality, leadership practices, and decision consistency across teams.
- Support practical and scalable organisational approaches instead of overcomplicated HR frameworks.
- Contribute to improving internal documentation, operational clarity, and AI-supported People knowledge infrastructure over time.
This role is not:
- an employee support hotline;
- a process coordinator;
- a “culture activities” owner;
- a passive mediator avoiding uncomfortable conversations;
- or someone hiding behind frameworks instead of making judgment calls.
The goal of the role is not to centralise ownership inside the People function.
We expect PBPs to strengthen leadership capability, improve decision quality, and help leaders become more effective and self-sufficient over time.
We value:
- clarity over ambiguity;
- direct communication over corporate politeness;
- speed with accountability;
- impact over activity.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Hybrid work & flexible schedule
- Medical insurance (+1 coverage option)
- Professional development reimbursement
- Online English classes
- Employee referral bonus program
RECRUITMENT PROCESS
- HR Interview
- Hiring Manager Interview
- Final Interview
If you are comfortable working closely with leadership, solving organisational problems, and helping strong teams scale without unnecessary bureaucracy, we’d love to hear from you.

Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
THE OPPORTUNITY
At Synthesia we really care about video generation, especially about human centric avatar video generation. This led us to release models such as EXPRESS-Video https://synthesiaresearch.github.io/express-video/, and soon our latest video model - these are the best avatar video models in the world, and we are committed to continuing and double down our efforts in leading that area. Our goal is to get to human centric video models that can generate arbitrary long videos at high resolution with arbitrary actions and events. That means continuously training large generative video models from scratch with the proprietary data pipelines and compute infrastructure to support it at scale. We are looking for a technical leader who owns the full stack end-to-end, someone who bridges pre-training and post-training, sets long-term direction alongside research leadership, and is personally present at the hardest parts of the work. If building foundation model capability from the ground up at a company genuinely committed to leading the field sounds like the right next challenge, this role was written for you.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Synthesia's video generation capability is core to everything we ship. It involves roughly 15 people working daily across pre-training and post-training stages, and the complexity of coordinating across those stages, at the scale of compute and data we now operate, requires a different kind of technical leadership.
We're looking for a Principal Research Engineer (L7) to own the full technical stack for offline video generation. This is a senior individual contributor position with outsized scope and influence. You'll partner directly with research leadership and team leads to define long-term strategy, resolve the hardest cross-cutting technical problems, and raise the bar for how quickly research reaches product.
The person we're looking for has trained large generative models from scratch, not supervised it from a distance, but done it, debugged it, and shipped it. More than that, they're driven by a genuine ambition to push what's possible in video generation, and they care deeply about seeing that work land in product and reach users.
What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end technical direction for offline video generation, spanning pre-training and post-training, resolving the artificial boundary between those two stages in service of shipping better models faster.
- Partner with research leadership and team leads to define a unified long-term roadmap, broken into achievable objectives, and drive execution against it.
- Identify the most critical technical gaps across the video generation pipeline and jump in to unblock them, whether that means architectural decisions, training stability, post-training alignment, or cross-team coordination.
- Increase the velocity at which research ships to product: accelerate problem-solving, improve research-to-production handoffs, and increase visibility of research output in partnership with PMs.
- Coach and elevate more junior researchers and engineers toward senior technical thinking and execution.
- Help shape team structure and refine processes to enable high-velocity, cohesive execution across research.
You'll thrive in this role if you have
- A proven track record training large-scale video generation models from scratch, across multiple nodes, at the scale of millions of hours of data.
- Deep experience with post-training techniques at scale: RLHF, GRPO, DPO, and the judgment to know when and how to apply them.
- A proven track record data quality and you are not reluctant to question it.
- The ability to think strategically about multi-year research direction and execute hands-on at the frontier of what the team is building.
- Strong cross-functional influence: you shape how teams work together without needing positional authority to do it.
- A leadership style grounded in technical involvement. You lead by example, inspire through craft, and communicate with clarity.
- Genuine hunger to unlock new capabilities and an obsession with shipping. You're not satisfied by research that stays in a notebook. You want it in the hands of users.
Particularly relevant experience
- Having owned a major model generation or capability jump end-to-end, from training runs through to product deployment.
- Working across both pre-training and post-training stages on the same model family, with direct accountability for the outcomes of both.
- Experience operating at scale: large distributed training runs, significant compute budgets, and multi-million hour data pipelines.
- Applying alignment and fine-tuning techniques in a video or multimodal context, not just text.
- Experience with human feedback pipelines applied to generative video or audio.
- Leading or significantly influencing the technical direction of a research team while remaining hands-on.
Dealbreakers
We will not be a good fit if you prefer to lead without staying technically involved, or if clear and direct communication across research and product isn't one of your strengths. This role requires presence at the frontier of the work, not above it. And if shipping doesn't excite you as much as the research itself, this probably isn't the right role.

Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the Role
ClickHouse is expanding its capabilities in the database systems domain, building next-generation infrastructure that redefines performance, scalability, and developer experience. We’re looking for a Principal Engineer with deep expertise in systems programming and database internals — particularly Postgres — to help us push boundaries in how databases are built and operated at scale.
This is a strategic and high-impact role for an engineer who can work independently across complex technical areas: from storage and performance optimization to distributed coordination and extension development. You’ll shape critical components of our data platform, mentor other engineers, and drive architectural direction for systems that serve massive workloads.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead design and implementation of advanced systems features across areas like storage, replication, query execution, and performance optimization.
- Contribute to and extend Postgres internals — improving reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
- Prototype and build extensions that expand Postgres’s core capabilities and integrate with cloud-native infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and cloud platform teams to deliver robust, developer-friendly experiences.
- Profile and optimize database performance using low-level instrumentation and benchmarking.
- Provide technical leadership, set standards for engineering excellence, and mentor senior engineers.
- Operate with significant autonomy and ownership — driving projects from concept to production.
ABOUT YOU
- 10+ years of experience building systems software in C/C++ or Rust (Go experience a plus).
- Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL or other database engine internals, including storage, execution, or replication subsystems.
- Strong understanding of concurrency, operating systems, and performance engineering.
- Proven ability to ship large-scale systems or core infrastructure features end-to-end.
- Experience contributing to open-source databases or similar complex systems is highly desirable.
- Pragmatic problem solver with a bias for simplicity and measurable impact.
- Thrives in a high-autonomy, high-velocity environment.
WHY JOIN US
- Work on foundational database technologies at the intersection of performance, reliability, and usability.
- Shape the future of Postgres-based systems and cloud data infrastructure.
- Operate with autonomy in a small, high-talent team that values depth, craftsmanship, and impact.
- Contribute to an ambitious vision: making data systems faster, simpler, and more powerful for developers everywhere.
