Fin
, now part of Salesforce, is on a mission to help businesses provide perfect customer experiences.
Our AI Agent Fin is the highest-performing AI Customer Agent on the market today, enabling businesses to deliver impeccable, always-on customer support across the customer journey, from service, to sales, to ecommerce. Powered by our own AI models, Fin resolves complex customer issues end-to-end across every channel, with minimal set-up and integration. Fin can also be combined with our natively integrated Intercom help desk, giving modern support teams one single system.
Together with Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success, we're building the future of customer experience. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.
Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
What's the opportunity?
As a Strategic CSM, you’ll partner with our largest and most complex customers to help them succeed in the new era of AI-driven customer service. You’ll work with C-suite leaders and their Support teams to guide them through their AI Agent transformation with Fin — from early project scoping and requirements gathering, to measurable adoption, to industry-best automation rates and business outcomes.
This role is an opportunity to shape how the world’s leading companies deploy AI to transform their support operations and achieve strategic outcomes aligned to their business goals.
Responsibilities
Own the retention and health of a portfolio of high touch customers. Track leading indicators (Fin resolution rate, involvement, CSAT, adoption breadth, stakeholder engagement), flag risk early, and run mitigation plans to secure renewals in partnership with Account Management.
Drive measurable value realization by tying Fin’s performance to each customer’s business outcomes (cost savings, team capacity, customer experience), and make that ROI visible to executive sponsors at every stage of the relationship.
Build and prioritize an Automation Roadmap for each customer, balancing competing demands to deliver outcomes across your portfolio.
Develop trusted advisor relationships from the C-suite to individual contributors, and multi-thread accounts so success doesn’t depend on a single champion.
Lead requirements gathering and process mapping of customers’ standard operating procedures, and document them in clear, precise and actionable terms.
Partner with engineers to turn customer requirements into Fin solution designs, and guide customers on configuration best practices, knowledge strategy and prompt design.
Analyze Fin usage and performance data to find optimization opportunities, close resolution gaps and uncover expansion use cases.
Lead Success Plans, QBRs/EBRs and strategic planning sessions that align Fin’s roadmap with the customer’s goals.
Keep deep product knowledge of Fin’s fast-expanding capabilities and stay aware of where the AI-agent market is heading, so you can position Fin against alternatives.
Act as the Voice of the Customer internally, turning customer insights into product feedback and shaping our solutions strategy.
Mentor other CSMs and help shape the playbooks and best practices of a growing team.
What skills do I need?
8+ years of customer-facing experience in management consulting, strategy, advisory, or enterprise SaaS CSM roles.
Experience with business process mapping, requirements analysis, and solution design.
Strong technical acumen and passion for AI/agent-building (coding not required).
Ability to simplify and communicate complex problems clearly across audiences.
Strong prioritization skills to effectively manage a broad portfolio of customer accounts while delivering depth of impact.
Demonstrated success driving adoption, process improvement, and measurable outcomes for enterprise customers.

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
THE ROLE
Docker is seeking a Senior Principal Engineer to serve as the technical visionary and architect for our Central Operations and Systems organization — the foundational platform that powers "how Docker does Docker", which includes corporate systems, developer AI/SDLC, infrastructure, reliability, and internal systems. This is one of the most impactful individual contributor roles at Docker, responsible for defining and driving the technical strategy that enables Docker's transformation to an AI-first company and effectively enables Docker to be "Customer 0" of Docker. Your influence will impact the work of every Dockhand every day.
As Senior Principal Engineer, you will establish strategic technical plans that span the company systems/data architecture and the end-to-end employee experience, make critical architectural decisions that affect Docker's entire internal systems portfolio, and drive technical execution of cross-company initiatives that directly enable every Dockhand. You'll work at the technical intersection of AI, platform infrastructure, developer SDLC, corporate systems, and Docker products, ensuring all systems work together seamlessly to support Docker's most precious resources: our employees.
This role requires someone who combines deep technical expertise across multiple domains. Managing the breadth is both the exciting and challenging part of this role. You'll be recognized across Docker as the definitive expert on employee experience, consulted by executives on strategic technical decisions, and responsible for ensuring that every Dockhand has the right tools at the right time to do their day to day work.
_______________________________________________________________________
RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Vision & Strategic Planning
- Define and own the multi-year technical vision for Docker's Central Operations and Systems group, encompassing internal AI, developer tools, infrastructure, reliability, and corporate systems.
- Establish strategic plans and objectives for major initiatives, making architectural decisions that ensure Docker's business objectives are met.
- Contribute to and drive the strategic vision in collaboration with engineering leadership, translating organizational strategy into technical roadmaps that span multiple teams and time horizons
- Identify and prioritize investments that provide maximum leverage—capabilities built once that enable rapid adoption and increase productivity across the employee base
- Develop architectural principles and standards that guide technical decisions across the Central Operations and Systems group and influence product engineering teams
- Anticipate future business needs and ensure platform architecture provides the flexibility to support Docker's evolving commercial models
Cross-Company Technical Leadership
- Lead technical vision and implementation for large cross-company programs that require coordination across all Docker teams
- Architect the Docker SDLC "Golden Path": how Dockhands build, manage and deploy systems and software, as applicable
- Drive convergence of fragmented systems across Docker—replacing product-specific implementations with shared platform capabilities
- Establish technical contracts between platform and product teams that enable independent velocity while ensuring consistency and reliability
- Lead architectural reviews for major initiatives across Docker, ensuring alignment with platform strategy and long-term maintainability
- Proactively identify and solve problems that impact critical areas of the business before they become blockers
Infrastructure & Developer Experience Architecture
- Define the infrastructure platform vision that removes infrastructure as a bottleneck to innovation—enabling teams to deploy experimental services in minutes, not weeks
- Architect standardized deployment patterns that encode best practices for security, scaling, monitoring, and reliability
- Design infrastructure that specifically supports AI and agent initiatives—rapid deployment, programmatic environment creation, consistent APIs
- Establish observability standards that provide distributed tracing, metrics, log aggregation, and error tracking out of the box for every service
- Drive cost optimization across platform infrastructure while maintaining performance and reliability standards
Technical Excellence & Influence
- Work with senior managers and directors across Docker organization to drive operations and strategy
- Mentor and develop Staff and Principal engineers, raising the technical bar across the organization
- Represent Docker's platform architecture and AI adoption externally through blog posts, conference talks, and technical community engagement
- Participate in executive-level discussions on technical strategy, providing architectural perspective on business decisions
- Drive build-vs-buy decisions for critical platform components, evaluating vendor solutions against Docker's specific requirements
- This role may require participation in an on-call rotation to provide support outside of standard business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

About the company
Trust Wallet is the secure, self-custody Web3 wallet that empowers people to own and control their digital assets. Whether you're new to crypto or an experienced user, Trust Wallet makes it easier, safer, and more convenient to explore Web3, securely access dApps, manage your crypto, and buy and sell digital assets, all in one place.
Role Summary
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager who is equal parts strategist, executor, and Web3 native — someone who proudly calls themselves a degen and is deep in the trenches of the ecosystem they're marketing to. This is a high-impact, generalist role that sits at the intersection of brand, growth, product marketing, and community.
You crunch data for breakfast, thrive wearing multiple hats, and move fluidly between scrappy activations and long-horizon strategy without losing momentum or quality. You translate on-chain insights into compelling narratives that help millions understand and love Trust Wallet — and if you have strong opinions on L2 wars, a wallet full of on-chain history, and can ship a campaign brief and a Dune dashboard in the same afternoon, we want to talk
What You'll Do
- Develop and own integrated marketing strategies across acquisition, retention, and brand — aligned to product launches, ecosystem milestones, and market cycles
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution across Web3-native channels and performance channels
- Define positioning and messaging for new product features and market segments in partnership with Product and BD
- Set, track, and report on marketing KPIs — DAUs, installs, retention rates, campaign ROAS, community growth, and share of voice - all leading to company level OKRs
- Own budget allocation across channels with a relentless focus on efficiency and ROI
- Drive community engagement strategies across Discord, Telegram, and X — building loyal user cohorts, not just follower counts
- Identify and activate KOL/influencer partnerships that are credible within the Web3 ecosystem
- Collaborate with BD and ecosystem partners on co-marketing campaigns and joint growth initiatives
- Work closely with Product to shape go-to-market plans for new features, chain integrations, and partner launches

Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
As Staff AI Deployment Strategist, you will shape how some of the most ambitious enterprises in the UK & Nordics region adopt frontier AI at scale.
This is a senior, high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution. Your mandate is to raise the ambition and quality of AI adoption: helping customers identify where AI can create step-change value, making the right trade-offs, and ensuring that execution matches the strategic promise.
This role is ideal for an experienced strategy consultant, transformation leader, or senior operator who wants to move from advising on change to building it directly with frontier AI technology.

- Partner closely with Mistral’s Sales leadership in the UK & Nordics to qualify opportunities, align on account strategy, and drive executive engagement.
- Work with senior customer stakeholders to identify where frontier AI can create material business value.
- Structure complex opportunities into clear, credible, and executable transformation programs.

- Ensure delivery quality, executive alignment, and measurable business impact.
- Anticipate risks, unblock decisions, and help teams navigate ambiguity in high-stakes environments.
- Bring senior judgment to moments where scope, resources, timelines, or expected value need to be clarified.
- Build repeatable deployment excellence
- Turn lessons from strategic engagements into reusable approaches, playbooks, and patterns.
- Raise the bar for how AI programs are qualified, framed, delivered, and scaled.
- Act as a senior relay for the Solutions organization in the region, helping teams adopt shared best practices, adapt them thoughtfully to local market specificities when needed, and strengthen the quality of execution.
- Work hand in hand with Solutions leadership to connect customer realities, delivery patterns, and field feedback into practical ways of improving how Mistral deploys AI.
- Help codify what great enterprise AI deployment looks like across industries and use cases.
- Contribute to a Solutions culture that combines strategic clarity, technical depth, and strong execution.
- Develop and multiply senior DS impact
- Coach Deployment Strategists on strategic problem-solving, executive communication, and delivery leadership.
- Help teams raise the quality of their work on the highest-impact opportunities.
- Identify capability gaps and contribute to hiring, staffing, and development priorities.
- Act as a force multiplier across accounts, teams, and regions where your experience can have the highest leverage.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You are a senior, highly capable professional with strong executive presence, excellent business judgment, and a track record of leading complex strategic or transformation work.
Typical indicators we’re looking for include:
- 8–10+ years of professional experience in strategy consulting, digital transformation, AI, enterprise technology, or a similarly demanding environment.

- Strong analytical and commercial judgment, with the ability to challenge assumptions constructively.
- Comfort working at the frontier of technology, even when solutions are evolving quickly and the path is not fully defined.

Independent Non-Executive Director (Resident), Seychelles

Our Seychelles business has operated since 2017 and now sits within the licensing regime established by the Virtual Asset Service Providers Act of Seychelles 2024 (the VASP Act). We are seeking an Independent Non-Executive Director, resident in Seychelles, to join the board of our Seychelles entity to supplement its board of governance with an independent resident non-executive director.
About the Role
As an Independent Non-Executive Director and Resident Director of our Seychelles entity, you will bring independent challenge to strategy, risk and conduct, hold management to account on behalf of shareholders and stakeholders, and provide the resident board presence that the licence and the entity's governance arrangements require. The role exists to do three things at once: provide independent challenge; satisfy the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (the FSA) that the board of the Company meets its expectations on composition, competence and fitness and propriety under the VASP Act; and provide local substance in Seychelles.
The entity operates within the group's global governance, risk and compliance framework while remaining separately accountable to its own board and to its regulator. The Board comprises a mix of executive and independent non-executive directors. This is a genuinely resident role. The appointee must be physically present in Seychelles, attend board and management meetings in person, and be available to engage with the FSA and the entity's advisers in Seychelles.
A non-executive director carries the same general legal responsibilities to the entity as any other director, and must perform those duties faithfully, efficiently and diligently to a standard commensurate with the role and with their own knowledge, skills and experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
Independentally Challenge
Bring an external and independent perspective to strategy, risk and conduct, and hold management to account on behalf of shareholders and stakeholders.
Provide constructive challenge and strategic guidance, and offer specialist advice to the Board.
Scrutinise the performance of management and of individual executive directors against agreed goals, and monitor how that performance is reported.
Act in good faith, honestly and responsibly, and make decisions objectively in what you consider to be the interests of the entity.
Regulatory Standing & Local Substance
Satisfy the FSA that the board of the Company meets its expectations on composition, competence and fitness and propriety under the VASP Act.
Provide the physical, resident board presence in Seychelles that the licence and the entity's governance arrangements require.
Attend board and management meetings in person, and engage with the FSA and the entity's advisers in Seychelles as required.
Collective Board Responsibilities
Promote the long term sustainable success of the entity, generating value for shareholders and contributing to wider society.
Establish the entity's purpose, values and strategy, and satisfy the Board that its culture is aligned to them.
Provide effective, prudent and ethical oversight, act with integrity, lead by example and promote the desired culture.
Ensure the resources needed to meet the entity's objectives are in place, and measure performance against them.
Establish and lead within a framework of prudent and effective controls that allows risk to be assessed and managed.
Ensure effective engagement with shareholders and stakeholders.
Ensure workforce policies and practices are consistent with the entity's values.
Individual Director Responsibilities
Satisfy yourself on the integrity of the entity's financial information, its financial controls, and whether its risk management systems are robust and defensible.
Determine appropriate remuneration for executive directors, and play a leading part in appointing and, where necessary, removing them.
Contribute to the entity's succession planning.
Uphold the highest standards of integrity, and support the chairperson in setting the values, behaviours and culture of the boardroom and beyond.
Committee Service
Serve on one or more board committees where required. The relevant terms of reference will be provided on appointment.
What We Look for in You
Resident in Seychelles, and currently holding the right to reside and work there.
Able to satisfy the FSA's fitness and propriety assessment.
Board level or senior governance experience in a regulated financial services, banking, insurance, fiduciary or corporate services business.
Working knowledge of anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing obligations, and of the Seychelles regulatory environment.
Financial literacy sufficient to interrogate financial statements, controls and risk reporting without support.
Demonstrable independence of mind, and the willingness to challenge management and record dissent.
Fluent in English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
What Will Make You Stand Out
Experience of virtual assets, fintech, payments or capital markets.
Prior regulatory experience.
Experience chairing an audit, risk or compliance committee.
Experience of a group structure where much of the operating activity sits outside the licensed entity's jurisdiction, and of the oversight challenge that creates.
An established local network among Seychelles regulators, professional advisers and the financial services community.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
🐼 WHO WE ARE
You. Better. With Alan.
Alan's vision is to make prevention the new norm of care for all. Our mission is to help people live in good health to 100 while helping employers feel proud, turning health benefits from a cost center into their most valuable investment.
We're building a vertically integrated health partner that seamlessly unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery into one system.
By connecting all aspects of care - private, public, and direct to consumer - we create the most member-centric healthcare experience. Through deep engagement, we empower everyone to overcome day-to-day health obstacles and live healthier lives.
We partner with 35K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached 770M+ in ARR.
Our team of 700 people (still growing) operates across France 🇫🇷, Spain 🇪🇸, Belgium 🇧🇪, and Canada 🇨🇦.
🚀 WHAT YOU'LL BUILD AND WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You would join the team in charge of building smart products offering the most delightful and scalable Customer Service to 1M+ members.
We have developed a team of AI agents that brings immediate and personalized answers to about 50% of member's questions.
And when it is not enough, we seamlessly transfer the question to our care experts team. We build the cockpit for that handoff and the tooling for the humans who take over. It lets a care expert steer, correct, and supercharge the AI: routing requests, surfacing the right context at the right moment and drafting replies. The expert stays in command; the AI does the heavy lifting.
⚡ WHY THIS ROLE IS SPECIAL
- Direct Impact: Your decisions affect Alan’s scaling, growth, profitability and ability to provide delightful experience to members when they need it the most.
- Human + AI, done right: You won't build AI that replaces people. You'll build the control surface that lets human experts drive the AI - the tools that decide what happens when the AI alone isn't enough.
- Ownership & Growth: Influence product direction, mentor other engineers, and lead technical initiatives that shape the future of healthcare access.
🔍 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Technical Requirements:
- 5+ years building scalable software systems
- Full-stack experience (backend and frontend)
What we value:
- You love turning complex problems into elegant solutions
- You care about the "why" behind what you build, not just the "how"
- Humble and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority)
Mission Alignment:
- Healthcare technology excites you
- You understand that insurance isn't just about money - it's about access to care
But above all, we are looking for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply! Everything else is a bonus.
⭐ THE ENGINEERING TEAM ⭐
In our engineering team, we build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications to provide first-class service to our members, health professionals, and even ourselves!
Being an engineer at Alan means joining a team of talented, committed and passionate engineers, with a lot of product interaction.
We move fast, with a lot of ownership, and are proud to tackle big problems!
Our process is very simple: those who make product decisions are the same ones who build them.
Our stack is React, Python/Flask, PostgreSQL in a monorepo. If you are not familiar with this stack but are a keen learner, it is totally fine. We deploy daily and believe in distributed ownership - you build it, you own it.

About the role:
Provectus is a
Premier AWS partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner
at the forefront of applied AI, helping enterprises turn Claude, agentic systems, and their own data into measurable business outcomes through bespoke applications, managed services, and advisory engagements. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide and are obsessed with reimagining how they operate and compete.
Our work centers on two verticals —
Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences
— where we deploy five pre-built AI Blueprints: Submission Flow, Portfolio Lens, Asset Flow, Revenue Flow, and Evidence Lens. Each Blueprint rebuilds a critical business process front to back, shipped from working code and tuned to a client's specific book, regulators, and operating posture.
We embed engineers and leaders inside client operations as Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE) and Forward Deployed Executives (FDX) — people who learn the work, ship the system, and own the outcome. Our team holds 100+ AWS certifications, is Claude Code certified, and co-delivers Anthropic's Agentic SDLC program, Cowork Activation, and AI Bluprints.
You will do the customer’s job before you automate it.
Most AI engagements fail the same way: someone gathers requirements, someone writes a PRD, and a team ships a workflow nobody uses. We think the requirements-gathering step is the bug. So we remove it.
A Forward Deployed AI Engineer at Provectus spends the first weeks of an engagement
in the operator’s seat
— as the underwriter, the analyst, the RCM specialist, the claims clinician, whoever actually does the work we’ve been asked to change. You do the job. You learn the constraints from the inside, the ones nobody writes down. Then you sit at a table with that operator and a Forward Deployed Executive and
rebuild the function from first principles
— and you are the one who builds it.
Three things define how you work:
Embedded, not engaged
. You are part of the customer’s team and inside their process — not a vendor running a project alongside it.
Real tasks, not scope
. You are not fenced into a siloed deliverable. You go where the operating problem is.
Autonomous
. Embedded is not staff-augmented. You own the method; nobody hands you a ticket.
You won’t start from zero.
Provectus builds industry blueprints
— working systems that have already shipped for a customer in your industry. Your engagement starts from that baseline, and what you learn in the field goes back into it. That loop is the difference between an outcome and an invoice.
You’ll be measured on whether the Business Unit’s number moved — not on hours, not on scope delivered.
This is a role for engineers who have led before — as a founder, a CTO, a staff engineer — and who want to stay in the code while owning the outcome. On most days you’ll be the most senior technical person in the room, and you’ll still be the one shipping.
Requirements:
8+ years building software
, a substantial share of it writing production code you were accountable for. You are hands-on today and intend to stay that way.
You will take the operator’s seat.
You are genuinely willing to spend weeks doing someone else’s job — claims processing, underwriting, revenue-cycle work — before you write a line of code. Engineers who need to stay in the IDE should not apply.
You learn domains fast.
Demonstrated ability to become conversant in an unfamiliar business function quickly enough to argue with the people who do it for a living.
Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production
— not demos, not notebooks. You’ve handled the parts that get hard after the prototype works.
You evaluate.
You have built or owned an eval suite for a non-deterministic system, and you can explain what you measured and why.
Strong engineering fundamentals
— dropped into an unfamiliar codebase or language, you’re productive. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack.
Cloud-native delivery on AWS
(GCP/Azure a plus): containers, Kubernetes/ECS, IaC, CI/CD, and the operational reality of a system someone else inherits.
Credible with senior stakeholders
— you can hold a redesign conversation with a BU head and a scoping conversation with a CTO without losing either room.
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership.
Engagements start underspecified by design. Closing that gap is the job.
Solid AI/ML foundations
— you understand what the models do well enough to reason about failure modes, not just call the API.
Strong hands-on prodcution experience with
Claude Code/Cowork.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
Nice to have:
Prior experience as a
founder, CTO, or engineering leader
who has chosen to return to individual contribution.
Real depth in one of our blueprint industries:
financial services, insurance, healthcare, asset management
.
Consulting, professional services, or other embedded customer-facing delivery.
Data platform depth: data lakes, warehouses, streaming and real-time analytics, data mesh and data contracts, governance and data quality.
MLOps and classical ML: PyTorch, SageMaker, MLflow.
Fine-tuning, distillation, or inference/serving optimization.
Graph databases (Neo4j, AWS Neptune).
IaC depth: AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform.
Open-source contributions or public writing on applied AI.
What you’ll do:
Take the seat
Do the operator’s job for two to four weeks at the start of an engagement. Learn the function from inside, not from a requirements doc.
Reach working fluency in a new domain — insurance underwriting, healthcare revenue cycle, asset flow — in weeks, not quarters.
Sit with the operator and the Forward Deployed Executive and redesign the function from first principles. Discovery, user research, and PRD-writing collapse into one team that re-imagines its own job. You are all three roles.
Build
Ship production GenAI systems into the customer’s environment — LLM applications, agentic workflows, retrieval and structured-extraction pipelines, and the services around them. Running software, not recommendations.
Build the evaluation harness before you build the feature.
When the engagement is bound to a business KPI, “it looked good in testing” is not an answer. Define what working means, instrument it, and let the evals drive the design.
Write production code across the stack — backend services, data pipelines, and the AI layer. Python and TypeScript are our centre of gravity; we choose tools to fit the customer, not the résumé.
Take systems to production on AWS (GCP/Azure where the customer requires it): containerized, observable, and maintainable after we leave.
Start from the blueprint, and
feed the blueprint.
What you learn in the field becomes the baseline the next engagement starts from.
Own the outcome
Work in a pair with a Forward Deployed Executive who carries the Business Unit’s KPIs. Your work is measured against the same number.
Drive adoption. A system the BU routes around has not shipped. Change management is part of the engineering job here, not a phase after it.
Be credible with the customer’s engineers, their operators, and their executives — and be willing to disagree with all three.
Shape what we commit to before we commit to it. You’ll have the standing to do it, because you’re the one who will build it.
What We Offer:
Frontier delivery work across Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations in Financial Services and Healthcare
The chance to shape how leading enterprises adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment
A forward-deployed model working in small, senior teams alongside Principal Architects and Forward Deployed Engineers
A growing AI delivery practice where you help build the tooling and frameworks, not just use them
Remote-friendly culture
High-impact role with direct visibility to leadership.
Strong earning potential with performance-based bonuses.
Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI and cloud solutions.
B2B contract model or full-time model.
Unlimited Vacation policy.
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance.
401(K) matching plan.
OTE range: up to $250k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.
How we hire:
Intro conversation
— the role, your background, what you want to be doing.
Two live engineering sessions.
Real problems, your own editor.
You may use an LLM assistant
(ChatGPT, Claude) — how you work now includes these tools.
Autocomplete/agentic coding tools are off
for these sessions.
The redesign session.
We hand you an unfamiliar business function and the constraints of the person who performs it. You have to understand the job well enough to rebuild it — then say what you’d build and how you’d know it worked. No LLMs for this one.
Team and practice conversation.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Baseten's GTM org is in hyper growth. As it grows and matures, the needs of the GTM stack get more sophisticated with scale — and this team exists to stay ahead of those needs.
This role owns a core set of the platforms the field runs on. You'll administer, configure, and continuously improve them, build AI and automation on top of the CRM to keep it clean and current, and run the adoption programs that make sure the field actually uses what we put in front of them. We're an AI-native company scaling fast, and we want to add sophistication without adding drag — you'll be the person deciding how much system is enough.
This isn't a classic Salesforce admin role. You know the ecosystem, but you come at it as a builder and an orchestrator, not a ticket-taker.
Central RevOps is the systems and operations center of excellence for Baseten's GTM org. The stack includes Salesforce, Pylon, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Clay, and a growing set of AI-native GTM tools. The field is scaling fast, and the systems need to mature with it without slowing anyone down.
You'll co-own Salesforce with our other GTM Systems Manager and work alongside a GTM Engineering team who builds internal AI products for GTM productivity — plus partner closely with sales leadership and the field.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own adminship, configuration, and enablement for Pylon, Gong, Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Prospect. These platforms are yours end-to-end — configured well, enabled with the field, and continuously improved as needs grow.
- Run adoption, license forecasting, and vendor management for each of those systems. Own the adoption programs that get the field using them, forecast license needs ahead of growth, and manage the vendor relationships and renewals.
- Co-own Salesforce. Partner with our other GTM Systems Manager to keep the CRM configured for how sales actually runs, and act as backup for Deal Operations processes.
- Build AI and automation on top of the CRM. Stand up agents and automations that update and maintain the CRM — keeping data clean, current, and trustworthy without adding manual work.
- Drive adoption, not just deployment. Document what you build, enable the field, and measure success by whether people actually use it.
- Right-size the process. Add just enough structure to scale the company without slowing the field down. Have a point of view on where process helps and where it just gets in the way.
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years in GTM systems, RevOps, or sales/business systems — owning platforms and process end-to-end
- Experience building AI and automation on top of a CRM — you've built agents or automations that update and maintain CRM data, not just configured fields
- Hands-on adminship and configuration experience across a multi-tool GTM stack (support ops, engagement, prospecting, and enrichment tools)
- Working knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and data model — enough to co-own the CRM — without wanting to be a career admin
- A real appetite for enablement — you care whether the field uses what you build, and you'll run the adoption programs to make sure it does
- Experience owning vendor relationships, renewals, and license planning
- Judgment on process — you can tell structure that helps the field from structure that slows it down, and you right-size accordingly
- Experience in high-growth B2B technology companies, ideally scaling systems as the field grows fast
NICE TO HAVE
- Fluency with AI and automation tooling (Claude, Clay, n8n, or similar) as a builder, not just a user
- Familiarity with a data warehouse and BI environment (Sigma, Hex, BigQuery, Snowflake) on the data layer
- Hands-on experience with Pylon
- Exposure to Deal Operations, CPQ, or quote-to-cash processes as a backup or contributor
- You've inherited a sprawling, redundant stack and made it more intentional without breaking what works
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while contributing to code reviews and engineering best practices.
For senior-level hires, independently lead projects, guide technical decisions, and support the development of other engineers.
What We Look For In You
At least 3 years of software engineering experience, with greater depth and independent project ownership expected at the Senior Software Engineer level.
Hands-on experience developing production mobile applications using iOS technologies such as Swift or Objective-C, or Android technologies such as Kotlin or Java.
Strong software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, system design, testing, debugging, and performance optimisation.
Experience building consumer-facing products, with an understanding of how engineering decisions affect user experience and business outcomes.
Product and data instincts: you are comfortable thinking in terms of user journeys, funnels, conversion, retention, and measurable impact.

A proactive and solution-oriented mindset: you identify problems, form a point of view, and propose practical ways forward.
Experience using AI coding tools as part of your development workflow, together with the judgment to review, test, and validate AI-generated outputs.
Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
Nice-To-Haves
Mobile development experience in iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) — or backend experience building growth systems that serve mobile apps directly (e.g. growth APIs, attribution pipelines, notification infrastructure).
Depth in mobile attribution and MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, SKAdNetwork).
ASO operational experience (App Store Connect, Google Play Console).
Experience building referral systems, k-factor mechanics, or anti-fraud layers.
Background in fintech, crypto, or regulated consumer financial products.
Experience operating across US, EEA, and APAC markets.
A/B experiment framework ownership at meaningful scale.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
