Your Role:
Tenable is looking for a Director, Channel Sales to lead our channel sales team across Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ). You'll own the region's indirect go-to-market strategy — growing and managing the partners (resellers and distributors) who help Tenable reach customers across a region that spans a diverse market.
You'll manage and build a channel team and a partner network that can operate at that scale, while working closely with Sales, Marketing, Services, and Support to make sure partners are set up to sell, deploy, and support Tenable well in their local markets.
Your Opportunity:
Lead, hire, coach, and manage a team of channel sales professionals across APJ — helping each person grow their skills and their career.
Own and execute Tenable's channel sales strategy for APJ: set clear KPIs, build repeatable playbooks, and raise the bar on channel sales best practice across the team.
Grow the Tenable Assure Partner Program footprint across APJ — recruiting, enabling, and scaling resellers and distributors across the Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum partner tiers.
Partner with global and regional Sales, Marketing, Services, and Enablement teams to build consistent partner compensation, training, and incentive programs suited to APJ's markets.
Manage the end-to-end channel sales process: pipeline health, deal registration, forecasting, and the metrics that keep the channel funnel healthy.
Own key partner and customer relationships across the region, and lead commercial discussions — including volume discounts and deal terms — for strategic partners and high-value accounts.
Represent APJ's channel priorities to global channel leadership, and adapt global partner programs so they work for local market realities (e.g. distributor-led models in parts of Southeast Asia and Greater China vs. direct reseller models in Australia and New Zealand).
Travel regularly across APJ to support partners, customers, and your team in person.
Take on other reasonable duties as the business needs — this list covers the core of the role, not all of it.
What You'll Need:
A genuine people leader — someone with a track record of coaching a team and helping them grow into stronger channel sellers and, eventually, leaders themselves.
5+ years of indirect/channel sales leadership experience in technology or cybersecurity, including at least 2 years at Director level leading a channel sales or partnerships function across APJ.
A solid understanding of how channel and distribution models differ across APJ's markets, and the judgement to adapt strategy country by country rather than applying one approach everywhere.
Experience setting and managing channel KPIs, quota attainment, and sales funnel metrics — and a track record of hitting them.
Established relationships with channel partners and distributors across the region.
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills, with the confidence to engage partner and customer executives on complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
Experience designing or managing partner pricing, incentives, and deal registration programs, including for high-profile accounts.
The ability to work at both the strategic level (regional channel strategy) and the operational level (day-to-day deal and partner support).
Willingness and ability to travel regularly across APJ.
And Ideally:
Experience selling or partnering in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or exposure management specifically.
An additional regional language (e.g. Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, or Bahasa) — a real advantage given the number of markets in scope, though not required.
Experience working within a tiered partner program (e.g. Bronze/Silver/Gold/Platinum-style structures) at a global technology vendor.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Open to hiring remote across North America and London — we also have offices in NYC, San Francisco, Seattle, and London.
We're building a tool that makes content creation easy and accessible for all types of creatives. Our users love it. Runway has an actively engaged and growing community of passionate artists and creators worldwide. And we're scaling the systems behind our support team so we can keep delivering delightful experiences as that community grows.
We're looking for a Support Systems Engineer who ships production code, not tickets and specs: someone who takes a fix from proposal to merged PR themselves. This role reports directly to the Head of Customer Experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the AI support agent, our ticketing system and other Support tools end to end: authentication (JWT), response logic, routing, escalation paths and tone, tested in staging before it sees live traffic
- Ship daily product changes that remove ticket volume. Recent example: extending automatic refund eligibility to one-click credit purchases, accidental upgrades and month-based proration on annual terms
- Build and maintain internal CX tooling as real software, not one-offs: scripts, jobs, dashboards, admin surfaces
- Run QA and evals with real test suites and pass/fail rubrics, plus monitoring and alerts for outages, bugs and volume spikes
- Own releases: staged rollouts, a regression suite before every ship, clear rollback criteria, a writeup when something reaches production
- Build the CX reporting the org runs on: volume, deflection, CSAT, reply and resolution time, escalation accuracy, agent spend. You own the correctness and availability of the queries.
- Build and stage the guardrails on refunds, account changes and anything touching money or PII, including the audit trail
- Keep the knowledge base accurate and structured for the agent to parse, and manage the handoff into the ticketing system
- Keep the CX roadmap and the coverage model current, sequenced against priorities set by the Head of CX, so gaps show up before they bite
- Run the day-to-day with our AI platform vendor: weekly working session, joint roadmap, issues filed with reproductions
- Carry signal across teams: Product and Engineering on bugs and rollouts, Customer Education on self-serve, community on Discord and the forums, GTM and Analytics on routing and reporting
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 5+ years in Customer Experience, Support Engineering or Support Operations, with real time spent writing code
- You ship production code in codebases you didn't write: read TypeScript, trace logic through someone else's service, put up a PR that survives review. Our stack is TypeScript and Node.js on AWS
- Hands-on experience building and tuning AI or LLM-powered support workflows: prompt and context engineering, routing, escalation design, evals
- SQL experience. You own the reporting, so you shouldn't be waiting on Analytics for it
- Code-level experience with a billing or payments API: invoices, prorations, refunds. A large share of consumer tickets live here
- Git, PR review, CI, staging and feature flags as your default way of working
- Real QA and eval experience: you can define rubrics, build test suites and calibrate against what good looks like
- Judgment about where a fix belongs, in code, in the agent or in the knowledge base
- A track record carrying signal between support, product and other functions and turning it into action
- Comfort managing your own work in a fast-moving environment, high ownership and high autonomy
- Genuine interest in AI, creative tools or both
WHAT SETS YOU APART
The most successful person in this role treats the agent and the systems around it like a product they own. They watch where it fails, ship the fix and check whether it worked. They build reporting people actually use. And they show up with improvements no one asked for yet.
FOR YOUR APPLICATION
During our interview process, you'll have several chances to get acquainted with the Runway product and use all the features our team has built, and that starts now. As part of your application, instead of a cover letter, we ask that you try out the Runway product, specifically build a custom workflow.
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

An overview of this role
As a Senior Developer Advocate at GitLab, you'll help technical audiences understand and use our intelligent orchestration platform where teams and their AI agents ship secure software faster. You'll go deep on the product, especially GitLab Duo Agent Platform and our newer capabilities, and continuously discover real-world workflows that teams care about. You'll turn that hands-on knowledge into demos, blog posts, videos, and presentations, and bring what you learn from customers and the developer community back to GitLab.
This role focuses on showing the product in action and building relationships with customers and the community. You'll help cover events and work across U.S. and Canadian time zones.
What you'll do
Deeply understand GitLab's platform, especially our AI agent capabilities, and continuously find productive, real-world use cases worth showing.
Create product content, including videos, blog posts, presentations, and social clips that show key use cases for GitLab in the user interface and terminal.
Produce video content end to end: script, record, and edit product walkthroughs and demos, and collaborate with GitLab's video team on longer or higher-production pieces.
Deliver product demos and participate in analyst briefings.
Engage with customers through webinars, customer meetings, and other conversations.
Participate in the developer community by engaging on the GitLab forum and Discord, following the conversations happening on social platforms, in newsletters, and at events, and making sure GitLab has a voice in the ones that matter.
Answer technical questions that come through the sales team, and partner with support, sales, and product on developer-facing educational content.
Use hands-on product experience to share feedback with product teams and test new features.
Contribute to technical research and analysis of the developer tools landscape.
Travel requirement up to 20% for events and customer meetings.
What you'll bring
Hands-on technical experience. You understand how software gets built, with a focus on everything that happens after code is written, and can talk about it credibly with engineers.
Understanding of artificial intelligence and its use in software development, from coding all the way to production. You have built and operated agentic systems and infrastructure.
The ability to explain technical products clearly. You can demo a product, record a walkthrough, or speak at a conference without it feeling forced.
Fluency in developer social platforms. You know what's interesting to the people we're trying to reach and can participate in the conversation with credibility.
Curiosity and self-direction. You're already finding the next thing worth talking about, following the right people, and noticing opportunities.
Experience engaging with customers, developers, or technical communities.
Ability to work independently and collaborate across sales, engineering, product, and other teams.
About the team
The Developer Advocacy team creates content that shows GitLab in use, engages with customers and the developer community, and brings hands-on product feedback to GitLab teams. The team also contributes technical research and analysis, while partnering with other groups to share its findings.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.

- Strong knowledge of SQL (Snowflake, Postgres, etc.)

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Consumer Trading is a full-stack team behind the Consumer experience in Kraken mobile and web applications. Our flagship product allows our clients to instantly buy, sell, convert any combination of stocks, cryptocurrencies and cash. We are constantly working on extending the product suite with new features and improvements.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Own the connective tissue between marketing and product at Kraken Consumer — a remit with real scope to shape how millions of people discover and return to our products.
- Build something from the ground up: the roadmap, the intake model and the standards for how marketing and product work together are all yours to define.
- Sit at the centre of the acquisition funnel, where small improvements in conversion compound into meaningful growth.
- Unlock new acquisition channels by building the product surfaces they depend on — paid social, search, affiliates and offline campaigns.
- Shape a fast-growing mobile acquisition motion, including in-product social, creator partnerships, community and friend-referral mechanics.
- Own both halves of the lifecycle: bringing new users in, and giving existing users compelling reasons to come back.
- Work in one of the most competitive corners of consumer fintech, where conversion craft and product quality genuinely decide who wins.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Own the marketing product roadmap end to end, and build the process that turns campaign ideas into shipped product work.
- Design and launch tailored campaign experiences — the in-app and web journeys users land in from push, email, social and paid.
- Raise the bar on lifecycle messaging so push and email feel useful rather than noisy, and convert accordingly.
- Own the incentives layer for new and returning users: offers, referral mechanics, recurring deposits and earn-led campaigns.
- Apply user psychology and sharp UX thinking to find where the funnel leaks, then run the experiments that close the gaps.
- Improve landing page and search performance, and build the product foundations that make paid and offline channels measurable and worth the spend.
- Partner with marketing, design, engineering and data as the single point of ownership for growth enablement.
- Define the acquisition and reactivation metrics that matter, and report on them honestly — including when an experiment doesn't land.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we're delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we're building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It's an exciting time to join us: we're creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
About the Role
Fivetran and dbt Labs are building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We're looking for a senior software engineer to join our Orchestration team, which owns the control plane layer of the dbt platform — the scheduler, execution harness, and results processing.
You'll own the design and delivery of features end to end, working across high-throughput APIs and data models to make them faster, more reliable, and more capable. You'll write and review designs, raise the quality bar in code review, use the latest AI tools, and collaborate closely with product and QE to deliver work that scales.
Technologies You'll Use
Python, Rust, GraphQL, Postgres, Snowflake, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, GCP, Datadog
What You'll Do
Design and implement features and performance improvements across the Orchestration team's services — the scheduler, execution harness, and results processing
Develop, maintain, and test high-quality, maintainable code, and optimize critical paths for performance
Write technical designs for feature-level work, actively seek feedback, and clearly explain the trade-offs of your decisions
Participate in and review technical designs and pull requests, providing constructive feedback to the team
Improve test coverage with comprehensive unit tests and refactor code to drive down tech debt
Troubleshoot and debug production issues, and follow up on incidents with post-mortems and mitigation plans
Break features into tasks, structure and execute your own project plans, and contribute to sprint and feature planning
Collaborate with product managers, QE, customer support, and peers to deliver the best product with high quality, performance, and scalability
Participate periodically in the on-call rotation, and be mindful of security throughout your work
Use AI tooling — IDE assistants like GitHub Copilot, coding agents like Claude Code, and conversational AI — to accelerate development and to author and review SDLC artifacts such as TDDs, PRDs, post-mortems, and test plans
Skills We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in the software industry with a passion for solving complex software engineering problems, including designing and building backend services and reusable components from the ground up
Experience working with distributed systems and cloud computing concepts
Demonstrated ability to write well-structured, performant, and well-tested code
Ability to independently lead feature-level software and design work that satisfies project requirements, and to clearly explain design trade-offs
Can identify design flaws in existing systems and propose improvements
Experience with code reviews, design, troubleshooting, and testing
Proficiency in a modern backend or systems language such as Python, Java, C++, or C#
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with continuous integration tooling such as BuildKite, and familiarity with observability tools like Datadog or Grafana is a plus
Fluent in using AI code assistants and coding agents to generate and investigate code, and conversational AI (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) to research, author, review, and synthesize SDLC artifacts
Bonus Skills
Experience in data processing (ETL, ELT) and/or cloud-based data platforms
Experience building or working with metadata, catalog, lineage, or discovery/search systems
Experience with GraphQL APIs and high-throughput, multi-tenant data services
Familiarity with the analytics engineering workflow and the dbt ecosystem

Location: Espoo
Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Staff Software Engineer (Commercial Platform)
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Business Automation
- Reports to: Senior Engineering Manager
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid, 3 days a week at the office
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
As a Staff Software Engineer, you will own the architecture behind how customers discover, order, receive and pay for ICEYE's SAR imagery and monitoring insights.. You will decide how several existing backend systems become one platform, and you will see that migration through to production.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build the platform at the heart of ICEYE's data business: it's how customers buy and receive our imagery and insights, and it will drive the Data business's revenue for years to come.
- Own the technical architecture and migration plan for bringing several existing backend systems together into one unified platform behind ICEYE's monitoring intelligence products.
- Make the key architecture and data-model decisions and hands-on drive them through execution across multiple engineering teams.
- Deliver the platform's first production milestone together with the team within the first quarter of 2027. Then lead the migration of the remaining live products onto it without disrupting customers.
- Set the technical standards other engineers build against as the platform consolidation continues.
- Bring a point of view on where AI-assisted engineering practices genuinely help the team, and help others apply them.
- Partner directly with product and engineering leadership to keep the migration aligned as priorities evolve.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Backend production engineering experience in Go, or deep enough backend expertise in a similar language to ramp quickly.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and event-driven, message-based architectures.
- Production experience with a major cloud provider (AWS preferred).
- Practical experience with observability tooling such as LGTM stack, Datadog and OpenTelemetry.
- A track record of technically leading an architecture renewal, platform consolidation, or large-scale migration end to end, not just contributing to one.
- Proven ability to bring multiple engineering teams and stakeholders to a shared technical direction.
- Geospatial or space industry experience is a strong plus that will help you have an impact quickly. If you don't have it, apply anyway: most of our engineers learned the domain here.
APPLICATION PROCESS
- TA Partner screening call (30 minutes)
- Hiring manager interview (1 hour)
- Technical interview (2 hours)
- Values & Fit interview (1 hour)
- Final interview with SVP of Engineering (1 hour)

An overview of this role
As a Strategic Account Executive on our AMER Enterprise team, you'll help large, regulated organizations adopt, implement, and expand their use of GitLab’s AI-powered DevSecOps platform. You’ll focus on strategic enterprise prospects and customers, guiding them through complex DevSecOps and software delivery transformations across areas like CI/CD automation, secure development, and infrastructure modernization. In this role, you'll act as a key connector between customer stakeholders and GitLab’s field organization so GitLab is seen as a trusted, long-term partner before, during, and after the sale. In your first year, you’ll be expected to build and manage a healthy enterprise pipeline, create repeatable sales motions, and drive successful rollouts and adoption that translate into measurable results and long-term expansion.
What you'll do
Support GitLab’s strategic large prospects and customers as a trusted advisor throughout their DevSecOps journey.
Drive the full sales cycle in large, complex enterprises, including prospecting, qualifying, developing, and closing new opportunities across your assigned accounts.
Provide strong account leadership and direction in both the pre-sales and post-sales process to ensure customers realize value from GitLab’s AI-powered DevSecOps platform.
Coordinate closely with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Support, and strategic channel partners to design and execute account strategies that drive adoption, expansion, and retention.
Develop and execute structured account plans based on customer business needs, including opportunity mapping, stakeholder alignment, and multi-threaded engagement across technical and business teams.
Ensure successful rollout and ongoing adoption through proactive account management activities, regular business reviews, and clear alignment on customer outcomes.
Prepare and deliver accurate activity and forecast reports, and contribute to root cause analysis on wins and losses while sharing lessons learned with account managers, marketing, and technical teams.
Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback and product ideas, and use a consultative approach to create proposals, quotes, and presentations that clearly link GitLab’s solutions to customer business objectives.
What you'll bring
A true desire to see customers achieve meaningful outcomes and long-term value from their investment in GitLab.
Experience driving complex B2B software sales cycles with large enterprises, ideally in DevSecOps, software development tools, or adjacent SaaS solutions.
Proven success selling into large, strategic organizations, with the ability to build trusted relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders across business and technical teams.
Able to provide a high degree of account management and control, working under minimal supervision on complex opportunities while maintaining clear communication and alignment.
Ability to generate new business and expand existing accounts through consultative, multi-stakeholder sales motions that result in sustainable, long-term partnerships.
Experience collaborating with strategic channel partners to develop opportunities, co-sell, and support successful customer adoption.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, with effective written and verbal communication that influences internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred experience with Git, software development tools, application lifecycle management, or security/application security tools.
You share our values and work in accordance with them, use GitLab in your daily work, and are able to travel if needed while following GitLab’s travel policy.
About the team
The Enterprise Sales team is responsible for driving growth, adoption, and long-term value for GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform with our largest and most strategic customers. As a Strategic Account Executive on the AMER Enterprise team, you'll be part of a distributed, all-remote team that works asynchronously across regions and partners closely with GitLab's sales engineering, marketing, and customer success teams. We value transparency, collaboration, and a consultative approach, and we support one another through shared account planning, regular deal reviews, and knowledge sharing focused on enterprise customers across regulated and large-scale environments.
