Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Senior or Staff Software Engineer to join our Data Engineering team based in London.
As the Data Platform Team, we strive to create the world’s leading, commercially scalable, safe, and advanced humanoid robots that seamlessly integrate into daily life and amplify human capacity.
We’re looking for experienced Engineers to help build our data platform from the ground up. You’ll have the opportunity to define its architecture, make key decisions, and shape how we handle and process petabyte-scale data in the near future.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build the Capability Factory - an internal platform designed for everyone from software engineers to non-technical operators, enabling the entire organization to teach HMND robots new skills at scale, from raw data all the way to deployed capabilities.
- Curate, preprocess, and manage large-scale datasets for humanoid robot training - a corpus of robot telemetry growing toward petabyte scale.
- Design and operate highly scalable data pipelines and the compute infrastructure that powers them, ensuring reliability and throughput as data volume and team demands grow.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of training data across multiple concurrent projects and robot platforms.
- Collaborate with machine learning teams to shape the Capability Factory, streamline MLOps, and build the evaluation workflows that close the loop between training runs and real-world robot performance.
- Build data warehouse solutions and BI dashboards that give stakeholders across the organization clear visibility into data collection, model progress, and operational health.
- Establish and uphold best practices for data management - versioning, access control, security, and compliance.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a track record of owning and delivering complex systems end-to-end, not just contributing to them.
- Strong backend engineering - designing and operating production-grade APIs and services: clean data modeling, reliable error handling, performance under load.
- Data engineering at PB+ scale - building and maintaining pipelines that move, transform, and validate large volumes of data reliably; understanding of batch and streaming processing patterns, data quality, and schema evolution.
- Workflow orchestration at scale - designing and operating multi-step automated pipelines with retries, observability, and graceful failure handling.
- Distributed systems fundamentals - you understand how things break at scale: eventual consistency, idempotency, backpressure, job scheduling, and failure modes in distributed compute and storage.
- Cloud infrastructure fluency - you have shipped and operated real systems on a major cloud provider; you think about cost, reliability, and security as first-class concerns, not afterthoughts.
- Container orchestration - deploying and operating workloads on Kubernetes at a level where you can debug scheduling issues, design resource allocation, and reason about cluster health without guidance.
- Full-stack range - comfortable building both the backend and the frontend of an internal product; you can own a feature from database schema to UI without handing off.
- Production ownership mindset - you've been on-call, triaged incidents under pressure, and improved systems after postmortems. You take reliability personally.
Nice to Have
- ML infrastructure or MLOps experience - understanding of how training jobs run, how model artifacts are managed, and what makes an evaluation pipeline trustworthy; you've worked alongside or directly supported ML researchers.
- Distributed compute frameworks - experience with large-scale parallel data processing, whether for data transformation, model training, or evaluation.
- Domain knowledge in robotics or embodied AI - familiarity with robot data formats, sensor telemetry, or the sim-to-real evaluation loop is a significant head start.
- BI and data warehouse experience - building data models and dashboards that translate raw operational data into decisions for non-technical stakeholders.
- Dual-cloud or multi-cloud storage - experience reasoning about cost, latency, and consistency tradeoffs across storage providers.
- Frontend product sense - beyond just shipping features, you have opinions about what makes an internal tool actually usable by non-engineers.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Solutions Consultant at Tennr, your job is to walk into the messiest patient intake and authorization workflows in healthcare and prove, with evidence, not slides, that Tennr can fix them.
You get brought in once a deal is qualified and own the technical evaluation from first demo through signature. That means running discovery to uncover the real operational pain, translating it into a business case, and then building and delivering a proof of concept that makes the answer obvious. You'll partner closely with an Account Executive, but the evaluation is yours to win.
This is not a feature-demo role. The best SCs at Tennr understand the customer's business well enough to tell them something they didn't know about themselves — and then show them exactly how Tennr fixes it.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Run structured discovery to identify operational pain points across referral intake, prior authorization, and patient processing workflows — and quantify what they're costing the organization.
- Deliver product demonstrations that are built around the prospect's specific problems, not generic feature walkthroughs.
- Architect and build tailored Proof of Concepts using Tennr's agentic patient orchestration platform, scoped to what will move the deal.
- Build current/future state process maps that make the before-and-after undeniable.
- Own deal strategy in partnership with the AE — know where the deal stands, who the stakeholders are, and what needs to happen to close.
- Become a genuine expert in the healthcare verticals you cover (DME, infusion, specialty pharmacy, home health) — understand the workflows, the payer dynamics, and the economics well enough to be credible in a room full of operators.
- Translate Tennr's technical capabilities into business outcomes for non-technical buyers (operations leaders, CFOs, clinical directors).
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-7 years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a technical customer-facing role at a B2B SaaS company.
- Technically hands-on — you've configured complex software platforms, worked with APIs, or built demo/sandbox environments without engineering doing it for you. You know how data moves through a system.
- Security and compliance fluency — you can read a SOC 2, interpret technical controls (encryption, access management, network segmentation), and respond to vendor security assessments without needing someone to translate for you.
- CS degree or equivalent technical foundation strongly preferred — not because we need you to write production code, but because it signals you can figure things out when the documentation runs out.
- Healthcare experience preferred — DME, infusion, specialty pharmacy, or any provider-side operations background is a significant plus.
- Comfortable presenting to and building credibility with both operational buyers and technical stakeholders (IT, security, compliance).
- Startup experience is a plus — you build process as you go and don't wait to be told what to do.
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure.
- Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week.
- Free lunch! Plus a pantry full of snacks.
BENEFITS
- Beautiful new office at 345 Hudson Street
- Unlimited PTO
- 100% paid employee health benefit options
- Employer funded 401(k) match
- Competitive parental leave

3. Empower Other Teams
- Lead discussions on complex topics including international data transfer frameworks, vendor management, and cross-border data protection strategy.
- Provide responsive, practical legal support across HR, Marketing, Sales, IT, Security, and Executive leadership.
- Create engaging, non-legalistic training and self-serve resources that empower non-legal teams to act with speed and autonomy.

THE ROLE
As a People Operations Manager on the People team, you will build, scale, and maintain the operational foundation that supports our team in France. This role exists to ensure our daily HR processes run seamlessly, keeping the company fully compliant while delivering a reliable, clear, and high-quality experience for every employee.
You will act as the primary point of contact for employee lifecycle milestones, everyday operations, and external vendor relations. Your impact will be felt directly through the precision of our monthly payroll, the clarity of our internal policies, and the efficiency of our onboarding systems.
This position requires a balanced blend of hands-on administrative execution and process engineering. You will own the full operational landscape—from local labor contracts and complex immigration cases to scaling our HRIS software—while constantly identifying opportunities to automate workflows and reduce friction.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Process payroll end-to-end for France-based employees, collaborating closely with external providers and our internal Finance team to ensure timely, precise execution.
- Own the onboarding journey, managing labor contracts, amendments, certificates, and system updates so new hires are integrated accurately from day one.
- Navigate immigration and mobility requests, directly managing work permits, visa renewals, and National Security Number applications.

- Technical proficiency with modern HR technology solutions, including HRIS platforms and automated payroll tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret regulatory updates into practical internal policies.
- A practical, hands-on execution style combined with a builder mindset—you genuinely enjoy creating order out of ambiguity and setting up scalable systems.
- Clear, direct communication and interpersonal skills to manage sensitive employee topics and coordinate effectively with external vendors.

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead (Google & Microsoft Ads), to lead and scale our advertising across the Ruby Labs portfolio.
This is a senior player-coach role. You will own Google Ads and Microsoft Ads execution across multiple brands, coach and develop acquisition managers, set account standards, improve performance, and protect account health across a large multi-brand setup.
You will be responsible for scaling spend profitably across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, and Microsoft Ads. You will conduct regular account audits, identify missed opportunities, and make sure every brand is using Google and Bing to their full potential.
This is not a reporting-only leadership role. You need to stay close to the accounts, understand the details, and be able to challenge strategy, structure, bidding, compliance, measurement, and execution yourself.
We also work AI-first. You will own the Google and Bing acquisition knowledge base inside Claude, including playbooks, audit frameworks, prompts, automations, QA checklists, and repeatable workflows that help the team operate faster and better.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Portfolio Performance
- Scale profitable spend across multiple brands, geos, languages, and funnels.
- Manage CPA, ROAS, CAC, and payback against real revenue data, not surface-level platform metrics.
- Conduct regular account audits across all brands to identify gaps, missed opportunities, inefficient structures, underused campaign types, weak signals, and scaling potential.
- Make sure every brand is fully utilizing Google and Microsoft Ads opportunities across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, and Microsoft Ads.
- Work with Managing Directors and UA Managers to translate brand targets into practical Google and Bing execution.
- Own channel-level recommendations for budget allocation, account structure, bidding approach, testing priorities, and scale-up opportunities.
- Partner with Google and Microsoft teams on betas, new campaign types, product changes, escalation paths, and platform-level opportunities.
Team Leadership
- Coach, teach, and develop acquisition managers working on Google and Microsoft Ads.
- Hire, onboard, manage, and, where necessary, make replacement decisions for Google and Bing acquisition talent.
- Own performance evaluation, goals, KPIs, feedback cycles, and personal development plans for the Google and Bing team.
- Set the performance bar and craft standards for the team.
- Review account work, train UA managers, and raise the overall quality of execution.
- Make sure every brand has clear ownership, weekly reporting, and strong channel support.
- Stay hands-on enough to audit accounts, challenge decisions, and guide execution from real account data.
Account Architecture & Governance
- Define standards for account structure, naming, conversion architecture, bidding, testing, reporting, documentation, and QA.
- Review major account changes before launch and make sure changes are hypothesis-driven, measured, and documented.
- Run monthly account audits across all Google and Microsoft Ads accounts.
- Maintain clean documentation so account knowledge, automations, tests, and learnings are not dependent on one person.
- Build repeatable standards that UA managers can follow across brands without losing brand-specific context.
Policy & Compliance
- Own Google and Microsoft Ads policy and compliance across all Ruby Labs brands.
- Protect account health across all brands.
- Own policy workflows for ad review, disapprovals, appeals, account restrictions, and escalation.
- Work closely with brand teams on ad-to-landing-page consistency, claims, pricing, funnel compliance, and policy-sensitive testing.
- Build prevention-first processes so policy issues are caught before launch.
- Maintain direct escalation paths with Google and Microsoft representatives.
- Have the authority to block launches that create material account or policy risk.
AI-First Operating System
- Own the Google and Bing acquisition knowledge base inside Claude, including playbooks, SOPs, audit frameworks, campaign QA checklists, prompts, and reusable workflows.
- Design AI-assisted workflows for keyword research, campaign builds, audits, QA, reporting, opportunity discovery, and optimization review.
- Train UA managers to use Claude workflows correctly and consistently in their daily Google and Bing work.
- Evaluate workflow quality, improve the knowledge base over time, and turn successful processes into repeatable team standards.
- Use AI to increase team speed and quality while keeping human judgment, compliance, and account safety at the center.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of hands-on paid search experience.
- Experience coaching, leading, hiring, and evaluating Google Ads specialists, UA managers, or paid search teams.
- Direct ownership of large Google Ads budgets, ideally $5M+ per month hands-on and $10M+ per month at portfolio level.
- Strong Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube experience.
- Microsoft Ads experience, including Microsoft Audience Network.
- Proven record scaling accounts profitably across multiple countries and languages.
- Strong understanding of subscription economics: LTV, CAC, ROAS, payback windows, cohorts, and value-based bidding.
- Deep Google Ads policy experience, including disapprovals, appeals, account restrictions, and compliance-heavy environments.
- Strong account architecture, audit, documentation, and measurement discipline.
- Ability to identify scaling opportunities and practical account improvements from account-level data.
- Clear, direct communication with both acquisition managers and senior stakeholders.
Strong Advantage
- Experience managing enterprise-level search accounts or large multi-brand paid search portfolios.
- Experience with Google Ads scripts, Google Ads API, SQL, or internal automation tools.
- Experience building Claude, AI, or agentic workflows for marketing operations.
- Experience building team knowledge bases, SOPs, QA systems, and training programs for paid acquisition teams.
- D2C subscription, lead-gen, or consumer web funnel experience.
- Experience with high-scrutiny categories, trademark-sensitive ads, or complex policy environments.
- Experience working directly with Google or Microsoft teams on betas, product pilots, and escalation paths.
LOCATION
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.

Location: Paris / Warsaw / Zurich / London (hybrid) or remote EU/UK with one hub visit per month.
What will you do
• Accelerate researchers by owning the complex parts of large-scale pipelines and delivering robust internal tooling.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Enterprise AI Products team builds products that make AI part of how teams work together, not just a tool people use on their own. We bring Perplexity Computer into Slack, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, and MCP server with helping teams collaborate with agents and automate work across conversations, documents, and business systems. That includes workflows that start from a message or business event, carry out multiple steps, and bring people in for decisions and approvals.
You’ll build new products from the ground up, working directly with customers to understand their problems and shape what we build next. You’ll combine applied AI engineering with product judgment, moving quickly from prototypes to reliable products that solve recurring problems across many organizations. Ownership extends beyond launch: you’ll use customer feedback and product experiments to improve the experience, grow adoption, and make Computer something teams depend on in their daily work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and build AI-powered experiences in Slack, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, and the MCP server bringing Computer into the tools where teams communicate, create, and coordinate work.
- Build workflow and automation products that let teams delegate recurring, multi-step tasks to agents, including scheduled and event-triggered execution, human approvals, and visibility into progress and results.
- Build shared agent experiences that let teams delegate work, review results, and build on each other’s workflows, with clear ownership and handoffs between people and agents.
- Work directly with customers and internal teams to identify high-impact problems, validate ideas through rapid prototyping, and turn successful use cases into scalable, reusable products.
- Own products end to end, from problem definition and technical design through full-stack implementation, launch, and production reliability.
- Measure and improve activation, repeat usage, and workflow completion, using customer feedback and product experiments to drive sustained AI adoption.
- Partner with Product, Design, Sales, and engineering teams to turn customer needs and emerging AI capabilities into reliable product experiences.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of software engineering experience, with a track record of building and shipping production products end to end.
- Hands-on experience shipping applications with LLMs or AI agents, with good judgment about their capabilities and limitations and experience improving product quality through evaluation and user feedback.
- Strong software engineering and system design skills, with proficiency in Python or Go and the ability to work across backend services and user-facing applications.
- Strong product judgment and the ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into simple, effective product experiences for users with different levels of technical expertise.
- Comfort working directly with customers, moving quickly between discovery and implementation, and owning problems without a fully defined specification.
- Experience with enterprise, growth, or collaboration products is a plus.
If you're excited about this role, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every qualification listed above.

At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
This role bridges infrastructure and product engineering: you'll build genuine partnerships across product, AI, and enterprise teams so that ownership is shared and velocity is never blocked by platform constraints. As a leader, you'll set a forward-looking cloud vision, proactively align with stakeholders across the business, and ensure the platform scales for multi-shard, multi-region growth while meeting security and compliance commitments (SOC 2, business continuity/disaster recovery, and enterprise security frameworks). You'll implement and drive the adoption of AI-powered tooling and autonomous agents within the infrastructure organization.
The Role:
- Cost Efficiency: Deliver measurable annual infrastructure savings by executing the migration of data workloads to EKS and self-hosting key services.
- Ingress Convergence: Deprecate legacy frontend ALBs and consolidate to a single EKS-managed ALB per shard, unblocking faster deployments across the org.
- Coverage & Bench Depth: Eliminate single points of ownership across Networking, OpenSearch, and Terraform through cross-training and targeted hiring.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Stand up a recurring alignment cadence with Product, AI, Enterprise, and Security so infra planning is driven by demand, not ad-hoc interrupts.
- Automation: Ship automated shard buildout via Backstage to remove manual toil from enterprise scaling.
- Reliability: Cut P0/P1 incidents attributed to Cloud Platform (DNS, ALB misconfiguration, EKS) through hardened ingress patterns and Terraform-policy guardrails. Own incident response and RCA follow-through for the team.
- Roadmap Ownership: Own and deliver against the team's roadmap for Agent enablement, centralized IaC, and deployment rollout acceleration, and contribute to the broader Cloud Platform strategy tied to AI and Enterprise revenue goals.
- Technical Leadership: Architect and contribute code to key initiatives (EKS migration, ALB consolidation, Backstage shard automation), and lead design reviews with senior engineers.
- People Leadership: Lead, grow, and retain a senior-heavy team distributed across the US, Canada, and Europe, spanning FTEs and contractors, with a focus on career development, cross-training, and bench depth.
- Vendor Management: Partner with Finance and leadership on AWS spend visibility and savings targets, manage contractor performance and budget, and keep a savings-pipeline mindset baked into planning.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 9+ years in infrastructure/platform engineering, including 5+ years in engineering management leading distributed teams of senior engineers while remaining hands-on.
- Deep AWS infrastructure mastery: EKS, networking (VPC/TGW/DNS), and Terraform at scale, with strong architectural judgment; able to review designs and guide senior engineers' technical decisions.
- Hands-on technical leadership: Actively architects, writes code, and develops systems alongside the team. You are a working engineer as well as a manager.
- Strategic roadmap ownership: Experience translating cloud priorities into 3–9 month team roadmaps tied to business outcomes across enterprise, AI, and cost, and delivering against them.
- Cross-team influence: Builds genuine partnerships across Product, Security, SRE, and DB orgs, driving shared ownership across traditional infra/product boundaries.
- Application-level curiosity: Genuinely understands what the product does, not just the infrastructure underneath, and extends ownership past traditional platform boundaries.
- People leadership: Proven experience managing, growing, and retaining senior, geographically distributed teams across FTE/contractor blends; builds bench depth and contributes to succession planning.
- Hiring: Experience running structured hiring loops and closing senior engineers, including into specialized gaps (networking, search, IaC).
- Operational rigor: Strong on-call instincts, incident ownership, and RCA follow-through.
- Security-first instincts: This team touches blast radius (auth enforcement, network isolation, shard boundaries). A verify-first, never-assume mindset is non-negotiable.
- AI & automation mindset: Uses AI tools daily in your own engineering work, with demonstrated appetite for DevSecOps agents, AI-assisted IaC migrations, and skills-based automation — a core part of the near-term roadmap.
- AI/ML infrastructure experience (strong plus): Scaling workloads like GPU orchestration, model-serving infrastructure, or cost-optimized compute for inference.
- Education: BS/MS in CS, Engineering, or equivalent.
