As a People Operations Manager on the People team, you will build, scale, and maintain the operational foundation that supports our team in France. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret regulatory updates into practical internal policies.
- A practical, hands-on execution style combined with a builder mindset—you genuinely enjoy creating order out of ambiguity and setting up scalable systems.
- Clear, direct communication and interpersonal skills to manage sensitive employee topics and coordinate effectively with external vendors.

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead (Google & Microsoft Ads), to lead and scale our advertising across the Ruby Labs portfolio.
This is a senior player-coach role. You will own Google Ads and Microsoft Ads execution across multiple brands, coach and develop acquisition managers, set account standards, improve performance, and protect account health across a large multi-brand setup.
You will be responsible for scaling spend profitably across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, and Microsoft Ads. You will conduct regular account audits, identify missed opportunities, and make sure every brand is using Google and Bing to their full potential.
This is not a reporting-only leadership role. You need to stay close to the accounts, understand the details, and be able to challenge strategy, structure, bidding, compliance, measurement, and execution yourself.
We also work AI-first. You will own the Google and Bing acquisition knowledge base inside Claude, including playbooks, audit frameworks, prompts, automations, QA checklists, and repeatable workflows that help the team operate faster and better.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Portfolio Performance
- Scale profitable spend across multiple brands, geos, languages, and funnels.
- Manage CPA, ROAS, CAC, and payback against real revenue data, not surface-level platform metrics.
- Conduct regular account audits across all brands to identify gaps, missed opportunities, inefficient structures, underused campaign types, weak signals, and scaling potential.
- Make sure every brand is fully utilizing Google and Microsoft Ads opportunities across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, and Microsoft Ads.
- Work with Managing Directors and UA Managers to translate brand targets into practical Google and Bing execution.
- Own channel-level recommendations for budget allocation, account structure, bidding approach, testing priorities, and scale-up opportunities.
- Partner with Google and Microsoft teams on betas, new campaign types, product changes, escalation paths, and platform-level opportunities.
Team Leadership
- Coach, teach, and develop acquisition managers working on Google and Microsoft Ads.
- Hire, onboard, manage, and, where necessary, make replacement decisions for Google and Bing acquisition talent.
- Own performance evaluation, goals, KPIs, feedback cycles, and personal development plans for the Google and Bing team.
- Set the performance bar and craft standards for the team.
- Review account work, train UA managers, and raise the overall quality of execution.
- Make sure every brand has clear ownership, weekly reporting, and strong channel support.
- Stay hands-on enough to audit accounts, challenge decisions, and guide execution from real account data.
Account Architecture & Governance
- Define standards for account structure, naming, conversion architecture, bidding, testing, reporting, documentation, and QA.
- Review major account changes before launch and make sure changes are hypothesis-driven, measured, and documented.
- Run monthly account audits across all Google and Microsoft Ads accounts.
- Maintain clean documentation so account knowledge, automations, tests, and learnings are not dependent on one person.
- Build repeatable standards that UA managers can follow across brands without losing brand-specific context.
Policy & Compliance
- Own Google and Microsoft Ads policy and compliance across all Ruby Labs brands.
- Protect account health across all brands.
- Own policy workflows for ad review, disapprovals, appeals, account restrictions, and escalation.
- Work closely with brand teams on ad-to-landing-page consistency, claims, pricing, funnel compliance, and policy-sensitive testing.
- Build prevention-first processes so policy issues are caught before launch.
- Maintain direct escalation paths with Google and Microsoft representatives.
- Have the authority to block launches that create material account or policy risk.
AI-First Operating System
- Own the Google and Bing acquisition knowledge base inside Claude, including playbooks, SOPs, audit frameworks, campaign QA checklists, prompts, and reusable workflows.
- Design AI-assisted workflows for keyword research, campaign builds, audits, QA, reporting, opportunity discovery, and optimization review.
- Train UA managers to use Claude workflows correctly and consistently in their daily Google and Bing work.
- Evaluate workflow quality, improve the knowledge base over time, and turn successful processes into repeatable team standards.
- Use AI to increase team speed and quality while keeping human judgment, compliance, and account safety at the center.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of hands-on paid search experience.
- Experience coaching, leading, hiring, and evaluating Google Ads specialists, UA managers, or paid search teams.
- Direct ownership of large Google Ads budgets, ideally $5M+ per month hands-on and $10M+ per month at portfolio level.
- Strong Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube experience.
- Microsoft Ads experience, including Microsoft Audience Network.
- Proven record scaling accounts profitably across multiple countries and languages.
- Strong understanding of subscription economics: LTV, CAC, ROAS, payback windows, cohorts, and value-based bidding.
- Deep Google Ads policy experience, including disapprovals, appeals, account restrictions, and compliance-heavy environments.
- Strong account architecture, audit, documentation, and measurement discipline.
- Ability to identify scaling opportunities and practical account improvements from account-level data.
- Clear, direct communication with both acquisition managers and senior stakeholders.
Strong Advantage
- Experience managing enterprise-level search accounts or large multi-brand paid search portfolios.
- Experience with Google Ads scripts, Google Ads API, SQL, or internal automation tools.
- Experience building Claude, AI, or agentic workflows for marketing operations.
- Experience building team knowledge bases, SOPs, QA systems, and training programs for paid acquisition teams.
- D2C subscription, lead-gen, or consumer web funnel experience.
- Experience with high-scrutiny categories, trademark-sensitive ads, or complex policy environments.
- Experience working directly with Google or Microsoft teams on betas, product pilots, and escalation paths.
LOCATION
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.

About the Role
OKX is looking for a Senior Director of AI to lead both people and product — building and managing a high-calibre AI team while staying deeply involved in the design, evaluation, and production deployment of autonomous agent systems. This role calls for a leader who leads by doing: technically grounded, sharp on product judgment, and able to translate both into tangible business outcomes.
What You'll Do
Team Leadership
— Build, manage, and develop a team of AI engineers and researchers; own hiring, growth, and performance across the function
Agent Product Delivery
— Lead end-to-end delivery of autonomous AI Agent products, covering the full lifecycle from requirements and architecture through to production operations
Eval-Driven Development
— Establish benchmark-driven evaluation frameworks that replace manual iteration with quantifiable quality signals across agent systems
Agent Harness Design
— Design and implement end-to-end Agent Harness infrastructure to ensure agent stability and reliability in complex, real-world scenarios
LLM
Orchestration
— Orchestrate creative reasoning steps alongside deterministic guardrails, finding the right balance between flexibility and control
Engineering Workflow Integration
— Embed AI Agent capabilities deeply into core products and engineering pipelines, improving both developer productivity and business value
Cross-functional Alignment
— Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure technical direction stays tightly aligned with strategic priorities
What We're Looking For
Must-have
Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred)
10+ years of experience in AI/ML research, productization, or platform development, including core technical or leadership roles at globally recognized technology companies
Deep expertise in LLMs and Generative AI, deep learning, reinforcement learning, recommendation systems, and related areas
Proven track record of translating AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes
End-to-end delivery experience with autonomous AI Agent products, from inception and architecture through to production operations
Hands-on experience integrating AI deeply into engineering and development workflows — such as AI coding assistants, automated code review, or developer productivity tooling
Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required to collaborate across our multilingual, cross-regional teams
Nice to have
Background at an AI-native startup or frontier AI lab, with familiarity with fast-cycle product iteration
AI publications, patents, or industry-recognized technical contributions
Familiarity with the unique technical challenges of applying AI in crypto, fintech, or high-frequency data environments

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Enterprise AI Products team builds products that make AI part of how teams work together, not just a tool people use on their own. We bring Perplexity Computer into Slack, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, and MCP server with helping teams collaborate with agents and automate work across conversations, documents, and business systems. That includes workflows that start from a message or business event, carry out multiple steps, and bring people in for decisions and approvals.
You’ll build new products from the ground up, working directly with customers to understand their problems and shape what we build next. You’ll combine applied AI engineering with product judgment, moving quickly from prototypes to reliable products that solve recurring problems across many organizations. Ownership extends beyond launch: you’ll use customer feedback and product experiments to improve the experience, grow adoption, and make Computer something teams depend on in their daily work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and build AI-powered experiences in Slack, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, and the MCP server bringing Computer into the tools where teams communicate, create, and coordinate work.
- Build workflow and automation products that let teams delegate recurring, multi-step tasks to agents, including scheduled and event-triggered execution, human approvals, and visibility into progress and results.
- Build shared agent experiences that let teams delegate work, review results, and build on each other’s workflows, with clear ownership and handoffs between people and agents.
- Work directly with customers and internal teams to identify high-impact problems, validate ideas through rapid prototyping, and turn successful use cases into scalable, reusable products.
- Own products end to end, from problem definition and technical design through full-stack implementation, launch, and production reliability.
- Measure and improve activation, repeat usage, and workflow completion, using customer feedback and product experiments to drive sustained AI adoption.
- Partner with Product, Design, Sales, and engineering teams to turn customer needs and emerging AI capabilities into reliable product experiences.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of software engineering experience, with a track record of building and shipping production products end to end.
- Hands-on experience shipping applications with LLMs or AI agents, with good judgment about their capabilities and limitations and experience improving product quality through evaluation and user feedback.
- Strong software engineering and system design skills, with proficiency in Python or Go and the ability to work across backend services and user-facing applications.
- Strong product judgment and the ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into simple, effective product experiences for users with different levels of technical expertise.
- Comfort working directly with customers, moving quickly between discovery and implementation, and owning problems without a fully defined specification.
- Experience with enterprise, growth, or collaboration products is a plus.
If you're excited about this role, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every qualification listed above.

At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
This role bridges infrastructure and product engineering: you'll build genuine partnerships across product, AI, and enterprise teams so that ownership is shared and velocity is never blocked by platform constraints. As a leader, you'll set a forward-looking cloud vision, proactively align with stakeholders across the business, and ensure the platform scales for multi-shard, multi-region growth while meeting security and compliance commitments (SOC 2, business continuity/disaster recovery, and enterprise security frameworks). You'll implement and drive the adoption of AI-powered tooling and autonomous agents within the infrastructure organization.
The Role:
- Cost Efficiency: Deliver measurable annual infrastructure savings by executing the migration of data workloads to EKS and self-hosting key services.
- Ingress Convergence: Deprecate legacy frontend ALBs and consolidate to a single EKS-managed ALB per shard, unblocking faster deployments across the org.
- Coverage & Bench Depth: Eliminate single points of ownership across Networking, OpenSearch, and Terraform through cross-training and targeted hiring.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Stand up a recurring alignment cadence with Product, AI, Enterprise, and Security so infra planning is driven by demand, not ad-hoc interrupts.
- Automation: Ship automated shard buildout via Backstage to remove manual toil from enterprise scaling.
- Reliability: Cut P0/P1 incidents attributed to Cloud Platform (DNS, ALB misconfiguration, EKS) through hardened ingress patterns and Terraform-policy guardrails. Own incident response and RCA follow-through for the team.
- Roadmap Ownership: Own and deliver against the team's roadmap for Agent enablement, centralized IaC, and deployment rollout acceleration, and contribute to the broader Cloud Platform strategy tied to AI and Enterprise revenue goals.
- Technical Leadership: Architect and contribute code to key initiatives (EKS migration, ALB consolidation, Backstage shard automation), and lead design reviews with senior engineers.
- People Leadership: Lead, grow, and retain a senior-heavy team distributed across the US, Canada, and Europe, spanning FTEs and contractors, with a focus on career development, cross-training, and bench depth.
- Vendor Management: Partner with Finance and leadership on AWS spend visibility and savings targets, manage contractor performance and budget, and keep a savings-pipeline mindset baked into planning.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 9+ years in infrastructure/platform engineering, including 5+ years in engineering management leading distributed teams of senior engineers while remaining hands-on.
- Deep AWS infrastructure mastery: EKS, networking (VPC/TGW/DNS), and Terraform at scale, with strong architectural judgment; able to review designs and guide senior engineers' technical decisions.
- Hands-on technical leadership: Actively architects, writes code, and develops systems alongside the team. You are a working engineer as well as a manager.
- Strategic roadmap ownership: Experience translating cloud priorities into 3–9 month team roadmaps tied to business outcomes across enterprise, AI, and cost, and delivering against them.
- Cross-team influence: Builds genuine partnerships across Product, Security, SRE, and DB orgs, driving shared ownership across traditional infra/product boundaries.
- Application-level curiosity: Genuinely understands what the product does, not just the infrastructure underneath, and extends ownership past traditional platform boundaries.
- People leadership: Proven experience managing, growing, and retaining senior, geographically distributed teams across FTE/contractor blends; builds bench depth and contributes to succession planning.
- Hiring: Experience running structured hiring loops and closing senior engineers, including into specialized gaps (networking, search, IaC).
- Operational rigor: Strong on-call instincts, incident ownership, and RCA follow-through.
- Security-first instincts: This team touches blast radius (auth enforcement, network isolation, shard boundaries). A verify-first, never-assume mindset is non-negotiable.
- AI & automation mindset: Uses AI tools daily in your own engineering work, with demonstrated appetite for DevSecOps agents, AI-assisted IaC migrations, and skills-based automation — a core part of the near-term roadmap.
- AI/ML infrastructure experience (strong plus): Scaling workloads like GPU orchestration, model-serving infrastructure, or cost-optimized compute for inference.
- Education: BS/MS in CS, Engineering, or equivalent.

The role
You own operational procurement for a defined commodity/category of components end-to-end — from purchase order to component delivered to our factory, on time, in the right quantity and at the agreed quality. Because we run our own production across several manufacturing locations, you are the day-to-day single point of contact with your suppliers and the link between them and our Planning, Quality, Logistics and Finance teams.
We move fast, and our scope keeps growing and changing. We expect a strong getting-things-done attitude and hands-on. Own your issues end-to-end, stay close to the detail, and close them.
Key responsibilities:
Full order management, expedite / de-expedite and drive OTIF ≥ 97 % for your category (e.g., passive components, PCBs, semiconductors, mechanicals, plastics, raw materials, radio modules).
Manage shortages and escalations end-to-end; keep production running across our sites and stakeholders informed.
Own the day-to-day cost of your category — recommend solutions that optimise cost without compromising quality or delivery.
Visit suppliers and production sites as needed — including urgent cases and primary/quality inspections — to understand the process and strengthen good results and cooperation.
Uphold integrity in all supplier dealings — transparent, fair and free of conflicts of interest.
Drive process improvements and digitalisation within your scope.
What we expect:
8+ years as Commodity Buyer / Operational Buyer / Procurement Specialist in a manufacturing environment — ideally supplying components to in-house production.
Solid command of the end-to-end purchase-to-pay process and a confident user of an ERP system + Excel
English at B2 level for daily work with international stakeholders across our manufacturing locations.
Ability to manage several projects and priorities at the same time, identifying problems and driving them to a result.
Strong getting-things-done attitude: ownership, sense of urgency, hands-on involvement, structured problem-solving, and flexibility for a growing and changing scope.
Willingness to travel to suppliers and production sites as required.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or similar); a technical degree is a plus.
Hands-on SAP experience — a strong plus as we evaluate it for our procurement landscape.
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
Master’s degree in finance, engineering, or supply-chain / foreign-economic-activity.

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
About The Role:
We're an advertising company that lives or dies by how well we connect to the outside world. We integrate with the major social and ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snap, and more) and wire them into our internal systems for billing and reporting. Data moves constantly and in both directions, at scale, and a meaningful part of our estate is legacy. You'll own the technical direction that keeps all of this coherent, resilient, and evolvable — and you'll stay close enough to the code to prove it.
This is the top of our individual-contributor ladder. You won't have direct reports; your leverage comes from setting direction, building the hard parts yourself, writing the decisions down, and getting engineers and leadership to build behind them. This is not a role that only draws diagrams — you'll ship production code on the riskiest paths, cut the spike that de-risks a migration, and go deep in the incidents nobody else can crack. We work across PHP, Go, Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript; PHP and Go are both first-class and here to stay, and the right tool for a problem can land in either. You'll be the person who decides where new capability lands, how legacy gets retired, and how we absorb the constant churn of third-party APIs without breaking delivery.
What You'll Own:
The integration architecture for ingesting from and pushing to external ad/social platforms — versioning, rate limits, backfills, idempotency, webhooks, and graceful degradation when a partner API changes underneath us.
The data architecture for information flowing between platforms and internal systems: pipelines, reconciliation, contracts between services, and the path from operational data to reporting.
A pragmatic strategy for modernizing the legacy estate — strangler-fig migrations, clear service boundaries, and sound judgement about which language and pattern fit each problem — carried far enough into code that teams can follow the pattern.
The engineering bar for integration and data work: the reference implementations, patterns, and standards the org builds against, ratified through the technical committee.
What You'll Do:
Set the technical direction for new products and major changes, and stay the technical decision-maker through build and post-launch — with the authority to course-correct when implementation drifts, and the habit of being in the codebase to catch the drift early.
Build the hard parts yourself.
Write production code on the riskiest, highest-leverage paths; prototype the uncertain approach to turn an argument into evidence; build the reference implementation others extend.
Turn intangible trade-offs — partner API risk, team capability, long-term scalability, cost of change — into clear, written decisions (ADRs) that leadership and the technical committee can sign off on.
Define service and data contracts, integration patterns, and resilience strategies that survive third-party API deprecations and outages.
Go deep when it breaks: lead diagnosis on the gnarliest production incidents and performance regressions, and land the fix and the systemic follow-up.
Identify the infrastructure (compute, data, messaging, observability) needed to meet current and near-future goals.
Raise the bar through others:
mentor engineers and tech leads, set the standard in code review, and drive cross-functional decisions across engineering, product, security, and operations — through influence, not line management.
Evaluate third-party and vendor solutions against our integration and data requirements.
Monitor systems against performance and business benchmarks and escalate with concrete recommendations.
What We're Looking For:
Substantial experience as a staff/principal engineer (or equivalent) on
integration-heavy, data-heavy systems
— ideally where you didn't control the external APIs.
Still hands-on.
You lead by building, and you're demonstrably strong in production code, not only in design.
Depth in at least one of
PHP, Go, or Python
, and comfort across a polyglot estate (TS/JS on the front).
A track record of
modernising legacy systems incrementally
without halting delivery.
Fluency in integration and data patterns: idempotency, eventual consistency, rate limiting, queuing, backfills/reconciliation, API versioning.
A history of
driving technical decisions through influence rather than authority
— getting senior leadership and peer engineers to commit to a direction, and backing it with working code.
Nice To Have:
Experience with ad/martech platform APIs (Meta Marketing, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.).
Data warehouse / analytics pipeline experience (e.g. BigQuery).
Multi-region, multi-currency, or high-volume billing/reconciliation backgrounds.
