Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Media Buyer with 4+ years of hands-on experience managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns.
This is more than a campaign-management role. You’ll be expected to understand the entire conversion funnel, from ad creative and targeting through landing-page performance, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and average order value (AOV).
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable making decisions based on performance data. You should be able to identify whether performance issues originate from the ads, landing pages, offer, conversion rate, or broader customer journey and recommend actionable improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across relevant advertising platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and allocate budgets based on profitability and growth opportunities.
Analyze key metrics including ROAS, CPA/CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, and AOV.
Evaluate landing pages to identify friction points and opportunities to improve conversion rates.
Apply conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles to improve campaign profitability.
Analyze average order value (AOV) and understand how offers, bundles, upsells, and the customer journey impact overall economics.
Diagnose performance across the complete funnel rather than optimizing advertising metrics in isolation.
