At the same time, we’re breaking into programmatic advertising with the intelligent bidding system of adjoe Ads. Together, this ecosystem connects app developers to over 600 million users worldwide for scalable growth. Backed by a $100 million investment from Bertelsmann and operating from offices in Hamburg, Boston, Singapore, and Tokyo, adjoe is defining the next stages of app and ad experience – right now. Join us.
We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to support the product and technical dimension of adjoe’s most critical enterprise relationships. Acting as the "Technical Lead" for our top-tier partners, you will merge complex partner roadmaps with our modern stack – powered by Golang and Native SDKs – to drive technical excellence for over 100 million daily users.
Your mandate is to bridge the gap between our technology team in Germany and the partner’s vision. You will collaborate with senior product and engineering counterparts, acting as a point of contact for all technical discourse. This is a role of deep technical empowerment: You have direct access to our entire cloud infrastructure – from real-time monitoring and logging to our extensive data lakes – to maintain a comprehensive, full-picture view of the system state. From investigating complex architectural issues to supporting the rollout of new, high-impact features, you ensure our stacks evolve in perfect sync.
Working as a key collaborator with our internal Product and Tech departments, you will act as the technical gatekeeper and advocate for our largest enterprise accounts.
What You Will Do:
- Technical Strategy & Execution: Act as the primary consultant for enterprise partners, architecting the technical path to success. You will play a key role in guiding the co-creation of new products in partnership with our Germany based tech team, validating and optimizing technical solutions directly with our top partners to ensure they are battle-tested before reaching full-scale production.
- Orchestrate the Joint Technical Roadmap: Support the technical lifecycle of the partnership, leading complex feature rollouts and managing integration timelines.
- Root-Cause Architecture & Proactive Mitigation: Put on your "detective hat" to lead high-stakes troubleshooting by going beyond the surface of mobile app code to conduct deep-dive root-cause analysis, proactively identifying and solving integration blockers before they impact the partner’s revenue.
- Data-Driven Consultancy: Leverage SQL and Python (or others) to aggregate and visualize complex datasets, translating raw data into technical narratives that help partners reach their KPIs.
- Voice of the Customer: Translate partner feedback into precise technical requirements for internal Product teams to unlock global scalability.
- Enterprise Account Ownership: Serve as the dedicated technical point of contact for key enterprise accounts, owning relationships with senior stakeholders across product, engineering, and leadership. You will support executive-level technical discussions, manage escalations, and proactively drive account health.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical-client-facing role in AdTech, Big Tech, or SaaS (TAM, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture), with some exposure to the mobile ecosystem.
- Must have: Professional fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
- Proven enterprise account experience: You have directly managed key enterprise accounts, navigating complex stakeholder environments and acting as a trusted technical advisor to senior client contacts.
- The Tech-Architect: Expert at translating high-level requirements into specifications. You are equally comfortable discussing SDK initialization and REST endpoint latency with a Senior Product Owner as you are debugging HTML/JavaScript.
- Analytical Powerhouse: Proficient in SQL and data visualization. You have extensive experience using analytics dashboards such as Grafana, Tableau, QuickSight, or Kibana to find the "why" behind the numbers and drive strategic technical decisions.
- Mobile & App Native: (Huge Plus) Familiarity with Java or experience building/supporting mobile apps with a "sixth sense" for debugging SDK integration issues.
- Cross-Functional Catalyst: A natural collaborator who can navigate internal Engineering & Product teams to find solutions in high-pressure environments.
- Nice to have: Experience with Software Development.
Fuel for the Journey: Benefits to Support Your Ambitions:
- Health & Dental Insurance: Comprehensive healthcare coverage provided through Care Plus (SOHO30 and ODONT20 plans).
- Life Insurance: Company-provided life and disability insurance coverage to support you and your family.
- Meal / Food Allowance: Monthly flexible allowance that can be used at restaurants, supermarkets, delivery services, and more.
- Transportation Allowance: Monthly support to help cover commuting costs.
- Wellhub (Gympass): Access to the Wellhub platform with exclusive corporate discounts on gyms and wellness services.
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP): SupportLinc is available at no cost to you and your family, offering confidential support and resources to promote well-being and work-life balance.

The R&D team at Chainalysis is inspired by solving the hardest technical challenges and building products that establish trust in cryptocurrencies. We're a global organization that thrives on challenging work and doing it alongside exceptionally talented teammates. Our industry evolves rapidly, and our mission is to build a flexible, AI-driven platform that automates entity resolution, optimizes data labeling pipelines, and creates predictive models that identify illicit patterns before they escalate.
Our data and solutions have been used to solve some of the world's most high-profile criminal cases and grow consumer access to cryptocurrency safely. Now, by pairing the industry's most trusted blockchain data with agents that reason, investigate, and act, we help our customers scale their workflows as the cryptocurrency economy becomes increasingly mainstream.
Chainalysis data has helped solve some of the world’s highest-profile criminal and national-security cases and made it safer for people everywhere to access crypto. The Global Intelligence Team produces the attribution at the heart of that data — connecting on-chain activity to the real-world entities behind it, across the global crypto ecosystem. It’s the intelligence data moat beneath every Chainalysis product, and what investigators, sanctions authorities, and national-security agencies rely on to follow the money and disrupt threats.
Few threats test that mission harder than North Korea and China. Through Lazarus Group, the DPRK has stolen billions in crypto — via exchange and DeFi hacks and IT-worker schemes — to fund its weapons program, then laundered it through mixers, cross-chain bridges, and Chinese OTC networks. China, in turn, sits at the center of global crypto money laundering — from guarantee marketplaces and underground banking to scam compounds, fentanyl vendors, and cartel-linked laundering. The two are deeply intertwined, and making that activity visible on-chain is one of the most consequential problems in crypto intelligence today.
As our DPRK- and China-focused intelligence analyst — the team’s subject-matter expert on North Korea and China — you’ll own that problem end to end. This is a depth role: while our analysts cover the breadth of the crypto-services ecosystem, you’ll go deep on a single, high-stakes domain — becoming the person, inside Chainalysis and increasingly across the industry, who understands how DPRK and Chinese actors use crypto and can prove it on-chain. You’ll own the attribution for their crypto footprint, map how these networks actually operate, turn that into finished intelligence customers act on, and be the expert voice representing Chainalysis on DPRK and China crypto threats.
Who you’ll work with
You’ll join a fast-moving, globally distributed team — analysts, threat-domain SMEs, data scientists, and engineers — collaborating across time zones, async and in real time. We move fast, hold each other to a high bar, and back each other up across regions. As the DPRK & China SME, you’ll be the single point of depth for the domain and a force multiplier for everyone working adjacent to it.
In this role, you’ll:
- Own DPRK & China attribution end to end — the threat-actor entities, their definitions, and the accounts, addresses, and infrastructure they operate: Lazarus Group and DPRK state-sponsored theft and laundering, DPRK IT-worker networks, Chinese-language OTC and underground-banking networks, guarantee marketplaces (e.g., Huione-style platforms), scam-compound and pig-butchering laundering infrastructure, fentanyl and precursor vendors, and Chinese money-laundering organizations.
- Lead the attribution response to DPRK- and China-related sanctions events — when OFAC or allied authorities designate DPRK actors, exchange-hacking units, or Chinese laundering networks, drive the rapid, high-visibility on-chain attribution that turns those designations into coverage in our data, often against the clock.
- Map the networks on-chain — trace how stolen and illicit funds move through mixers, cross-chain bridges, no-KYC swaps, OTC brokers, and off-ramps, following DPRK hack proceeds into and through Chinese laundering infrastructure, and keep that picture current as they adapt to pressure.
- Produce finished intelligence — advisory notes, customer and partner briefings, and contributions to flagship publications (the Crypto Crime Report and beyond) that make DPRK theft/laundering and Chinese money laundering legible and actionable.
- Be the named external expert — represent Chainalysis on DPRK and China crypto threats at conferences, on panels, with the press, and in briefings to public- and private-sector partners.
- Help set the DPRK & China collection agenda — surface what data we need on these networks and feed those requirements into our collection process and priority intelligence requirements; you direct collection for the domain, but it runs through the team’s apparatus and prioritization, not you alone.
- Translate typologies into detection — turn what you learn about DPRK and Chinese methods into guidance that our products and our customers can operationalize.
- Build with AI — design and tune the automation that scales your analysis and the team’s, and handle the hard cases automation can’t.
- Level up the team — raise the bar on DPRK, China, and money-laundering tradecraft broadly, and partner closely with analysts, other SMEs, data science, and engineering.
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- Deep, demonstrable DPRK and/or China expertise — real command of DPRK state-sponsored crypto operations (Lazarus Group, exchange and bridge hacks, IT-worker schemes) and/or Chinese-language money laundering, OTC and underground banking, guarantee marketplaces, and organized-crime finance. This is the core of the role, and we’ll expect you to show it.
- On-chain tracing ability against DPRK/China targets — direct experience following DPRK hack laundering or Chinese OTC/laundering networks on-chain, or deep DPRK/China threat-finance expertise paired with proven blockchain-tracing skill you can bring to bear here from day one.
- A national-security or threat-finance background — intelligence, sanctions, counter-threat-finance, or investigations, from the IC, Treasury/OFAC, law enforcement, the military, a think tank or research institution, or private-sector CTF/sanctions work.
- Regional fluency — a strong grasp of the DPRK and Chinese illicit-finance ecosystems and regional money-laundering flows. Mandarin and/or Korean language ability is a significant plus.
- Elite potential and a proven track record — exceptional aptitude, judgment, and work ethic; you’ve led hard problems end to end and you raise everyone around you.
- Excellent writing and communication — this is an outward-facing expert role; your intelligence has to land with analysts, customers, and senior audiences alike.
- AI-forward instincts — you build automation to scale your work and others’, not just use it.
- Comfort working with data; blockchain forensics experience strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant analytic, intelligence, or threat-finance experience for a Senior hire; 8+ years and recognized domain authority for a Staff hire.
You might also have:
- Mandarin and/or Korean language ability.
- Direct experience with OFAC sanctions, designations, or the designation process — especially involving DPRK or Chinese entities.
- A record of published research or public speaking on DPRK crypto theft, Lazarus Group, or Chinese money laundering.
- Familiarity with cross-chain bridge and mixer laundering, guarantee marketplaces (e.g., Huione-style platforms), or Chinese OTC and underground-banking networks.
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.
About Chainalysis

About the Team
We're looking for a Technical Support Analyst to help us deliver exceptional support for Rain's platform and integrations. You'll work directly with the fintechs, platforms, and partners building card programs and stablecoin products on Rain — troubleshooting complex API integrations, reading logs, and querying data to resolve issues that touch real money movement at scale. You'll partner closely with almost every team in the company on escalations, and turn what you learn on the ground into fixes that pushes Rain forward.
What you’ll do
- Investigate and resolve advanced customer and partner issues across Rain's systems, APIs, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot complex API integrations directly with partners, walking them through clear steps to resolve issues on their end.
- Own incidents in your queue as part of the team's 24x7 coverage: triage promptly, communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders, and consistently hit your SLA, CSAT, and quality targets.
- Escalate effectively by partnering closely with other teams to get to a satisfactory resolution
- Maintain accurate documentation and build troubleshooting guides and knowledge base content, supporting both self-serve resolution for customers and onboarding for the team.
- Feed insights back to Product and Engineering
- Collaborate with Engineering on testing, monitoring, and alerting improvements, and support new feature rollouts and integrations as they ship.
You are likely to succeed if you have:
- 3+ years of experience in a technical, customer- or partner-facing support role — ideally in fintech, payments, SaaS, or another high-growth, API-first environment.
- Hands-on experience with API products, plus comfort reading logs and writing SQL queries to investigate issues
- Familiarity with support processes and case management best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented, root-cause mindset.
- Clear writing and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple complex cases at once
Bonus attributes:
- A strategic, collaborative, results-oriented approach, and a genuine interest in payments or other areas of fintech.
- A collaborative mindset, a passion for continuous learning, and a knack for building long-lasting relationships.
- scripting or lightweight automation experience is a plus.

About Us

Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
We’re looking for a
Sr Software Engineer
to join the Platform Ops team (Platform Engineering) and enable developer productivity by building and improving developer tooling and environments, and by improving other productivity tools around observability. Our team builds the shared systems and workflows engineers rely on every day—internal developer environments and self-serve tooling that makes the recommended way to ship changes the easiest way. This is a platform tooling role with a focus is on reusable capabilities and self-service workflows adopted across teams.
You’ll also help develop AI-based workflows for productivity and efficiency, including automation that improves infrastructure operations (for example, faster triage, automated runbook steps, and better self-service for common issues). You’ll prioritize the highest-impact problems by looking at where time is being lost today (slow builds, flaky tests, manual release steps, repetitive operational work) and turning that into concrete projects. You’ll set clear success metrics up front and use them to guide design decisions and rollouts.
Expect to partner closely with engineering teams to drive adoption, document changes, and iterate based on feedback. You’ll drive cross-team work across internal tooling, developer environments, observability, and reliability, focusing on measurable improvements (for example: shorter lead time, fewer incidents, and faster recovery). You’ll add automation and enable developer workflows across all three major cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and GCP).
Over time, you’ll own medium-sized projects end-to-end: identify the highest-friction workflows with partner teams, build and ship improvements, roll them out safely, and iterate based on adoption and measurable outcomes (for example: faster builds, fewer flaky tests, shorter time to debug, and less operational toil). You’ll collaborate closely with Platform Engineering, Release Engineering, Security, and product engineering teams to make improvements that are easy to adopt and maintain.
What You’ll Do
Build internal tools and services in
Python
and/or
Go
Build tooling for our internal developer platform (self-service workflows, shared patterns, developer-facing interfaces)
Add automation and enable developer workflows across all three major cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and GCP)
Develop AI-based workflows that improve developer experience and reduce repetitive manual work, including efficiency gains in infrastructure operations
Improve developer feedback loops through better observability (metrics/logs/traces), making failures easier to diagnose
Automate common engineering workflows (scaffolding, environment setup, releases, operational runbooks)
Improve observability for platform services (metrics, logs, traces) to make issues easier to detect and debug
Integrate tools into existing workflows (CLI, Slack, GitHub, dashboards) where it reduces time-to-resolution
Participate in on-call/incident response as needed and drive follow-up automation to prevent repeat issues
Skills We’re Looking For
Professional software engineering experience in
Python
and/or
Go
Experience building developer productivity tooling (CI systems, build tooling, developer portals, workflow automation)
Experience with at least one cloud provider (
AWS
,
Azure
, or
GCP
)
Strong fundamentals: testing, code review, debugging, and operating production services
Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-team environment
You'll have an edge if you have:
Kubernetes experience
Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/OpenTofu), including reusable modules and safe state management

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ CTO FOUNDER ASSOCIATE INTERNSHIP ⭐
The position is open for an immediate starting date, for a six-month internship.
CTO Founder Associates support the CTO and Senior Alaners on top business priorities, such as unlocking new growth, driving alignment on strategy and building new processes/standards internally and externally. It is a unique chance to work on many tasks in a different and non traditional environment.
You will be highly involved in key challenges for Alan, and will be asked to support high added value tasks for Alan.
⭐ DETAILED MISSIONS ⭐
As such, you can’t be exhaustive on the missions you will perform as a CTO FA, as you can be asked to help on almost any subject.
Possible projects include:
- Tech: Exploring new technologies and their applications for Alan
- Artificial Intelligence: Implementing internal solutions that leverage AI to optimize processes
- Strategy: Contributing to company vision, market analysis, and growth modelling
- Product: Identifying and exploring strategic opportunities
- Corporate & Governance: Supporting board packs, legal research, and public affairs
- Brand & Communication: Developing corporate presence at events and on social media
- Growth: Coordinating RFPs, supporting marketing and partnerships
- Recurring tasks: Coordinating the weekly internal communication, supporting the CTO with his weekly social posts, organizing the monthly event gathering all the Alaners, recruiting the next batch of FAs.
- And many more...
⭐ KEY OUTCOMES ⭐
By the end of the internship period, the intern will have:
- Created new processes and resources, and contributed innovative ideas to improve Founders Associates team efficiency and autonomy
- Gained skills to start your own company as a CTO
- Met incredibly talented and smart people
- Collaborated with the CTO and other Senior Alaners
- Interacted with most of Alan’s communities (Engineers, Product, Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Talent)
- Gained a 360 view of Alan
- Contributed to at least one strategic company project (new product launch, AI model implementation, etc.).
⭐ PROFILE & COMPETENCIES ⭐
- Analytical sense and critical thinking: FAs possess strong abilities to frame the right questions, objectively analyze problems, and simulate possible outcomes.
- Business and product sense: FAs need excellent understanding to think at the company level, assess cross-cutting impacts, and make sound decisions in ambiguous situations.
- Execution and collaboration: The ability to orchestrate and direct people towards objectives is key, given the scope and timeline of work.
- Versatility and education: given the scope of work, FAs should be able to jump from one topic to another with similar impact.
- Organization, time management and autonomy: FAs must excel in managing projects precisely and reliably with minimal external assistance.
- Effective communication: FAs interact with numerous Alaners daily, and therefore need to clearly express their needs, and inspire action in others.
- Always looking for the extra mile: FAs are expected to deliver tasks quickly and well while proactively proposing new initiatives and anticipating future needs.
- Growth mindset: you know how to ask for and receive feedback in order to grow as an FA in your early professional life.
- Fluency in spoken and written English. All our communications are written and in English.
- High agency: FAs seek problems in their environment to solve and are committed to making things happen, whether by building projects, organizing events, mobilizing people towards an idea, etc. When faced with an unfamiliar problem, FAs' first instinct is to find a solution, not to wait for someone else to show them how.
- AI fluency: FAs are comfortable building with AI tools and have artifacts to show -- a tool, a prototype, a workflow, etc
- Technical conceptual understanding: FAs are not necessarily software engineers, but they do have a strong grasp on how technical systems work at a conceptual level. FAs are oftentimes the connection between technical and non-technical teams, so they need to be able to brainstorm with engineers, evaluate tradeoffs, and own technical projects end to end
