Strategic influence & alignment:
Turn complex ideas into clear, compelling product narratives, build alignment across stakeholders, and drive decisions that connect immediate opportunities with long-term direction.
Entrepreneurial execution:
Take ownership, challenge assumptions, proactively remove blockers, and move quickly from ideas to measurable outcomes.
Requirements
5+ years of end-to-end product management experience in high-growth or large-scale B2B/B2C SaaS companies.
Proven product ownership:
Experience independently identifying new product opportunities and leading products or major initiatives from concept to launch and measurable business impact.
AI product expertise:
Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered products, with strong product judgment around LLM capabilities, agentic workflows, quality evaluation, reliability, cost, and performance trade-offs.

Proven ability to proactively engage customers, uncover and simplify complex problems, validate opportunities, and translate insights into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes.

We're looking for a copywriter to lead organic content production at GoMining, with the end goals of growing brand visibility for prospective users and supporting the people who already trust us.
You'll write on complex crypto, technical, finance, and investment topics — content that needs to be accurate, well-sourced, and compliant. You'll work closely with the organic acquisition team to keep content strategy and search/AI visibility tightly connected.
What you'll do
Write in-depth, insightful longform content on relevant topics (crypto, finance, investments) and types (comparisons, product review, how-to, and similar), grounded in accurate, verifiable information.
Write product descriptions for store listings, market data aggregators, etc.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in anything touching financial claims: work with compliance/legal where needed, avoid promissory or misleading language.
Create briefs for designers on infographics, illustrations, and other visual content to make text more appealing and easier to digest.
Develop and improve processes for using the corporate AI to simplify and streamline content production — while keeping a human editorial layer that catches inaccuracies, hallucinated claims, and AI-sounding copy before publication.
Generate ideas for repurposing and reusing content across different channels and platforms.
Own the content calendar, and work out suggestions for recurring content-pruning and update procedures based on assets’ performance metrics.
Analyze existing data on content's business performance to generate new ideas and prioritize what to update, expand, or retire.
Subtly weave product CTAs into the complex context of a given topic without the text sounding like advertising or a sales brochure.
Apply content distribution and content marketing know-how to get published assets in front of the right audience beyond organic search.
Understand and apply the techniques and factors that affect how a content asset is optimized for search and AI applications, so content is easy for both search engines and AI assistants to rank, extract, and cite.
Maintain and evolve GoMining's editorial voice and content guidelines, and review content from other contributors — freelancers, translators, or other writers — for tone, quality, and consistency.
Partner with the SEO specialist on keyword and entity targeting, so content briefs stay aligned with the broader search and AI-visibility strategy.
Requirements
2-5 years of experience working with different types of content for various channels and platforms, with a deep, demonstrable understanding of what's working and what's not.
Experience writing different types of content — from a short social media post to long, data-heavy research.
Excellent written English (C1 and above), with a genuine interest in continuing to further sharpen it.
Experience using AI for copywriting, paired with the editorial judgment to know when to lean on it and when not to.
Working understanding of SEO fundamentals such as keyword intent, on-page basics, enough to write content that's both human-first and discoverable.
Familiarity with responsible publisher principles: accuracy, sourcing, transparency, and the extra care financial and crypto content requires compared with other verticals.
Comfort working with content performance data (traffic, engagement, conversions) to inform editorial decisions.
A portfolio or writing samples demonstrating range across formats and topics.
Would be a plus
Prior experience writing about crypto, blockchain, or fintech topics specifically.
Experience with GEO/AEO, writing or restructuring content specifically to be cited by AI assistants and services such as AI Overviews.
Experience managing or editing other writers or freelancers.
Multi-language content experience, or comfort working with translators/localization.
Hands-on experience with a specific AI writing or research stack.
Benefits
Professional growth: support for courses, conferences, and English learning (up to 100% coverage).
Work-life fit: remote or hybrid format with flexible hours across international teams.
Paid leave: up to 20 vacation days + 8 company holidays + 5 personal days per year
Recognition programs: structured performance reviews and team awards.
Team culture: retreats in international locations (for example, company apartments in Cyprus).

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Forward Deployed Architect on Notion’s Services team, you will help customers turn AI ambition into operational reality and unlock the full potential of our platform. You will partner directly with customers to design, build, and launch AI-native workflows that drive adoption, usage, and measurable business outcomes.
This role sits at the center of Notion’s workflow-led GTM motion. You will partner directly with customers to understand their business goals, operating processes, technical environment, governance needs, and adoption barriers, then translate that context into scalable Notion architectures that drive measurable value.
You will be hands-on across discovery, solution design, workspace architecture, workflow build, AI implementation, launch planning, adoption and handoff. You will work deeply with customers to define what Notion should own, where it should integrate with existing systems, and how Notion can become a durable operating layer for their teams.
The best candidates combine strong consultative discovery, systems thinking, technical fluency, AI-native workflow design, implementation judgment and exceptional customer presence. You should be comfortable reasoning through technical tradeoffs, designing scalable solutions, and partnering closely with Forward Deployed Engineering when deeper engineering support is required.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Partner with customers on forward deployed engagements from discovery through launch, translating business goals and workflow requirements into scalable clear solution design and Notion solutions that drive durable adoption.
- Design scalable Notion architectures that translate customer workflows, permission and governance needs, integrations and AI use cases into optimal workspaces that are easy to adopt, manage and scale.
- Design and deploy AI-native workflows using Notion AI, custom agents, automations, Workers, Developer Platform capabilities and adjacent AI tools, partnering with Forward Deployed Engineering when advanced technical depth is needed for migrations, API constraints, security architecture or frontier implementation.
- Help customers navigate change by designing adoption plans, enablement materials and launch approaches that drive sustained usage and measurable business value.
- Identify repeatable patterns across customer engagements and convert them into packaged solutions, templates, reference architectures, run books, enablement assets and product feedback.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, simplifying complex technical requirements, making practical tradeoff recommendations and helping stakeholders align around a clear implementation path.
- Partner cross-functionally with GTM, Product, Engineering, PMM, Services leadership and the partner ecosystem to scale what works beyond individual customer engagements.
- Create clear implementation plans, handoff materials and success measures that align customers and internal teams on the path to value.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 5+ years of experience in tech services/consulting, solutions architecture, implementation, customer engineering, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proven ability to translate ambiguous customer goals into clear workflows, implementation plans, solution architectures, and measurable success criteria.
- Strong consultative discovery skills, including the ability to map current-state workflows, identify customer pain, understand operating models, surface technical constraints, and define practical future-state solutions.
- Hands-on AI builder mindset, with experience using AI tools to design, prototype, automate, or improve real business workflows.
- Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, data models, automation, enterprise systems, developer workflows and implementation tradeoffs. You do not need to write production code but you should be able to reason through technical constraints and troubleshoot effectively.
- Strong experience delivering implementations that drive adoption, change management and long-term customer value.
- Strong project and engagement management skills, including ownership of scope, timeline, deliverables, stakeholder alignment, risks, decisions, dependencies and launch readiness.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business, technical, and executive audiences.
- Strong executive presence and customer judgment, with the ability to build trust, frame tradeoffs clearly, and move ambiguous decisions forward.
- Bias toward action, high learning velocity, and comfort building in fast-changing AI-native product environments.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience designing or deploying Agents, automations or AI-powered workflows with Customers.
- Experience with Notion, APIs, MCPs, Workers, coding agents or developer platform workflows.
- Experience developing discovery methodologies, reusable delivery assets, internal tooling, packaged services or reference architectures from the ground up.
- Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams to turn field learnings into roadmap signal, reusable architecture patterns or scalable product improvements.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

A GM combines business, product, and operational ownership — setting priorities, managing unit economics, driving execution, and making decisions based on data. The goal is to run the direction as a business and take full responsibility for its growth, profitability, and performance.
We are looking for a General Manager to own the Cards business at GoMining.
You will be responsible for the card product end-to-end — from issuing and processing infrastructure to activation, spending, subscription, cashback, KYC, provider relationships, and unit economics.
This is a business ownership role, not just a product role. You will own the strategy, P&L, product roadmap, delivery, key metrics, provider relationships, and engineering team behind the Cards direction.
Your goal is to build a card product customers actively use while creating sustainable economics for the company.
Responsibilities
Business Ownership
Own the Cards business end-to-end, including strategy, P&L, budget, roadmap, and execution.
Define and manage the economics of the card program.
Own TPV, active cards, customer spending, retention, and monetisation.
Build financial models covering revenue, card issuance costs, processing costs, customer margin, and LTV.
Identify opportunities to improve profitability and customer engagement.
Present strategy, performance, and key decisions directly to C-level stakeholders.
Card Product
Own the full card customer journey from onboarding and issuance to activation and everyday spending.
Develop virtual and physical card products.
Own subscription, cashback, and other card-related mechanics.
Improve activation rates and increase customer spending.
Develop simplified onboarding and KYC flows together with Compliance.
Own card-related customer experience and continuously identify friction points.
Issuing & Processing
Own relationships with issuing, processing, BaaS, and other card infrastructure providers.
Manage integrations and operational dependencies.
Negotiate commercial terms with providers.
Reduce vendor lock-in and build resilience against changes in provider terms or availability.
Ensure the card business can continue operating reliably as it scales.
Manage critical incidents involving providers together with engineering.
Economics & Growth
Understand and optimize the unit economics of every active card.
Track customer profitability, card issuance and servicing costs, transaction economics, retention, and LTV.
Identify opportunities to increase transaction volume and customer engagement.
Design product mechanics that encourage customers to keep spending through GoMining Cards.
Work with Growth and Marketing on acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives.
Team & Delivery
Lead the engineering team responsible for the Cards direction.
Work directly with the Tech Lead on architecture and delivery.
Own roadmap, priorities, backlog, releases, and key incidents.
Hire and develop team members when needed.
Build a high-speed, data-driven execution culture.
Use AI and automation across product development, analytics, specifications, QA, and operational processes.
Requirements
Strong end-to-end experience with card products.
Experience with issuing, processing, BaaS, or card infrastructure.
Experience launching or scaling a card program.
Strong understanding of card unit economics.
Ability to model customer margin, transaction economics, issuance costs, and LTV.
Experience negotiating directly with card providers.
Experience managing dependency on external providers and ideally reducing vendor lock-in.
Strong product and commercial mindset.
Experience owning revenue or P&L is highly preferred.
Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
Technical literacy and ability to work directly with engineering teams.
Experience managing product or engineering teams.
Experience in fintech, neobanking, payments, crypto cards, wallets, or exchanges is highly relevant.

Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
We're looking for a Director, Product Design to lead the day-to-day operations of Replit's Product Design organization, reporting to the Co-Founder & Head of Design.
This is a true player-coach role for someone who loves building products as much as leading people. You'll lead and develop a talented team of product designers while remaining deeply embedded in the work itself. You'll whiteboard with designers, navigate complex product decisions.
The Co-Founder & Head of Design remains closely involved in design critique and product quality. Your role is to lead the day-to-day design organization by creating the structure, alignment, and momentum that enable exceptional work. You'll stay two to three layers deeper than the Co-Founder & Head of Design on active initiatives, surfacing the context, tradeoffs, and insights needed to make thoughtful decisions without requiring constant immersion in every project.
Success in this role requires exceptional product judgment, strong design taste, technical fluency, and a collaborative approach. You're someone who naturally connects disciplines, elevates the people around you, and makes both the work and the team better every day.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Lead the day-to-day operations of Replit's Product Design organization, ensuring work is aligned, prioritized, and delivered to an exceptionally high standard.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of product designers, helping them grow their craft, confidence, and impact.
- Shape and elevate the customer journey
- Work alongside designers every day by whiteboarding ideas, exploring alternatives, reviewing work in progress, and solving complex product and interaction challenges.
- Stay deeply informed across active initiatives, surfacing the context and insights that enable the Co-Founder & Head of Design to engage quickly in meaningful design critique and high-impact product decisions.
- Raise the quality of product design through thoughtful feedback, exceptional craft, and strong design taste.
- Help evolve Replit's design practices, workflows, and team culture while preserving the speed and flexibility of a high-growth company.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard exceptional product design talent as the organization grows.
WHO YOU ARE
You're a builder first and a manager second.
You enjoy being close to the work, helping designers think through difficult problems, and making good teams even better. You're equally comfortable sketching ideas on a whiteboard, giving thoughtful design feedback, coaching a designer through a difficult challenge, or partnering with engineering on implementation details.
You combine exceptional product judgment with strong design taste and technical fluency. You're collaborative, humble, curious, and energized by helping great work happen.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Significant experience leading product design teams within high-growth technology companies.
- Proven ability to balance people leadership with meaningful hands-on product design contribution.
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft, interaction design, product thinking, and systems thinking.
- Experience partnering closely with Product and Engineering to deliver technically sophisticated products.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional product development in fast-moving environments.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong design taste, sound judgment, and a bias toward action.
- Experience simplifying complex technical products into elegant, approachable user experiences.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience designing developer tools, technical products, or software creation platforms.
- Experience building AI-powered products or AI-native workflows.
- Coding experience or strong technical curiosity.
- Experience growing design teams in startup or scale-up environments.
- Active use of AI throughout your design process.
WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
This isn't a traditional design leadership role.
We're looking for someone who thrives in the work, not above it. Someone who enjoys solving problems alongside designers, building strong partnerships across Product and Engineering, and bringing the depth of context that allows the Co-Founder & Head of Design to focus on the moments where their perspective has the greatest impact.
This is a role for someone who is excited by complex product challenges, passionate about developing exceptional designers, and motivated by building products that make powerful technology feel intuitive.
This is a full-time role that can be held from our Foster City, CA office. The role has an in-office requirement of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

ABOUT MORPHO
Morpho is a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol backed by a16z crypto, Paradigm, Ribbit Capital, Apollo, Vaneck, Coinbase Ventures, Variant and 50 others to build an open credit network giving anyone, anywhere, access to the best possible terms. Morpho is experiencing exponential adoption, with over billion in deposits on the network and used by institutional clients including Bitwise, Galaxy, and Anchorage Digital and the largest crypto exchanges, such as Coinbase, Binance, and Kraken. Now, Morpho is scaling its team of contributors to establish itself as the open credit network, not just of DeFi, but of the world.
WHY MORPHO EXISTS
Everyone has the potential to build something great for the world. But fulfilling that ambition almost always requires more: people willing to trust you with their capital. Yet access to capital still depends on where you live, who you know, and which institutions are willing to trust you. Even when capital is available, it sits fragmented across disconnected networks and hidden behind intermediaries. The result is a system that fails most of the people it should serve. Borrowers overpay. Lenders earn less than they should. Many are shut out entirely, not because they are unworthy of credit, but because today's infrastructure was never built to connect them. Morpho exists to solve this. Full article here https://morpho.org/blog/why-morpho-exists/.
LOCATION
- Remote – Europe or US (EST only)
- Hybrid – Paris or New York
ROLE
Morpho's GTM motion has grown faster than the operations behind it. Pipeline visibility, CRM hygiene, forecasting, and tooling are split across people who all have other jobs, and nobody owns the end-to-end picture. This role owns RevOps outright and builds the systems that help the GTM team close more relevant deals, faster, working directly within the Business Operations team, directly under the Head of BizOps.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own GTM dashboards and KPI reporting so the team tracks what matters and trusts the numbers.
- Run the GTM tech stack, automations, and AI tooling to keep business developers fast and well informed.
- Keep the CRM minimal and clean, with stages, hygiene, and processes people actually follow.
- Build business intelligence and forecasting to set targets that are ambitious and credible, and to spot new trends early.
- Surface signals from markets and media so business developers can chase, upsell, and close at the right moment.
- Partner with GTM leadership and Finance on comp design, quota setting, and territory assignment.
- Own the knowledge base and data management so accurate information is easy to find and reuse.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
FIRST 30 DAYS
- You are fully up to speed on the Morpho product, protocol, and roadmap, and you understand how the GTM team operates today.
- You have a prioritized plan for what to build, fix, and delete, and you are already making reps faster.
FIRST 3 MONTHS
- You have fixed the biggest gaps and bottlenecks: a cleaner CRM, simpler processes, and the automations, dashboards, and forecasts business developers rely on daily.
- You are central to productivity assessment, rep attribution, and deal tracking.
FIRST 6 MONTHS
- You own the full RevOps stack and bridge GTM and Finance.
- Leadership has full visibility into the business to make better decisions, and you lead entire projects end to end.
MUST HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- DeFi native: you use onchain products and understand how protocols and their users behave.
- Experience as a RevOps, growth engineer, or business analyst at a B2B startup.
- Tech or software background: comfortable building automations and reasoning about connected systems.
- Strong with data: cleaning, modeling, analyzing, and reporting it accurately.
- Finance experience
- Business mindset with a critical eye: you challenge metrics and simplify by default.
- Strong ownership and autonomy: doesn't wait to be told.
- Clear and crisp async communication.
- Comfort operating in fast-changing, ambiguous contexts.
- Team-first mindset, low ego.
PERKS & BENEFITS
We design benefits around deep work and growth, so you can do the best work of your career. Expect fair, top-tier compensation, real flexibility, time together in Paris, great health coverage, and support to keep learning.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and hire based on talent, potential, and values alignment.
