Hands-on experience designing or governing AI-enabled and agentic workflows, including setting quality benchmarks and identifying critical human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
Proven ability to design ticketing and case management workflows (ideally in Jira) and influence cross-functional stakeholders across HR, technology, and compliance without direct authority.

Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Payward Services is an enterprise infrastructure platform that enables companies to seamlessly integrate trading, payments, funding, and digital asset services through a single unified system. It provides coordinated liquidity, custody, compliance, risk management, and settlement capabilities, reducing operational complexity for fintechs, banks, brokerages, and payment providers.
Payward’s Payments & Blockchain team builds the capabilities that move money into and out of its products, connecting banking partners, payment providers and local rails for millions of users.
We’re building a peer-to-peer marketplace for Asia-Pacific that lets users buy and sell digital assets directly with each other using familiar local payment methods. Payward will provide the marketplace infrastructure, merchant network, escrow, transaction management, and trust and safety capabilities.
We’re looking for an experienced product leader who has launched crypto P2P in APAC and can turn that expertise into a shared platform serving multiple Payward products.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Strategy and market expansion: Set the P2P vision, business objectives and roadmap. Prioritize markets, customer segments and payment methods based on demand, competitive conditions, economics and regulatory requirements.
- Merchant network and liquidity: Develop the merchant acquisition, onboarding, incentives and retention strategy. Work with commercial and local teams to build dependable liquidity, competitive pricing and coverage across relevant payment methods.
- Marketplace economics: Define fee structures and incentive programs. Set commercial targets and improve revenue, transaction costs and contribution margin with finance and commercial partners.
- Core P2P capabilities: Lead product development across matching, escrow, order management, payment confirmation, transaction limits, merchant controls and dispute handling.
- Platform adoption: Build reusable capabilities and integration requirements that allow multiple Payward products to offer P2P. Make the platform straightforward to integrate, operate and extend into new markets.
- Buyer, seller and merchant requirements: Define transaction workflows, exception handling and acceptance criteria. Bring customer research and marketplace expertise into interface decisions, and use transaction data to identify friction and improve completion.
- Trust and marketplace integrity: Partner with risk, compliance, legal and operations to build merchant verification, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and appeals into the product from the outset.
- Launch and operating performance: Lead cross-functional launch planning and establish the processes needed to run each market. Track liquidity, order completion, time to trade, repeat usage, dispute rates, fraud losses and platform reliability.
- Product leadership: Align senior stakeholders around priorities and tradeoffs, work closely with engineering on system capabilities, and develop product talent as the platform scales. Apply proven P2P playbooks and move quickly from decisions to live transactions.
WHAT YOU BRING
- A demonstrated record of launching and scaling a crypto P2P marketplace in APAC, ideally including a launch from zero.
- Senior product leadership experience with responsibility for strategy, roadmaps and measurable commercial outcomes.
- Deep understanding of merchant operations, two-sided liquidity, pricing, incentives and the economics of P2P trading.
- Practical knowledge of APAC payment methods, local banking and wallet ecosystems, and how customer behavior differs across markets.
- Experience building shared platform capabilities used by multiple products, channels or external partners.
- Strong judgment about fraud, payment verification, transaction disputes and the operational realities of running a financial marketplace.
- Technical fluency across APIs, transaction lifecycles, payment integrations and reliable financial systems.
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through partnerships with engineering, interface product teams, operations, risk and commercial teams.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience expanding P2P across several APAC markets.
- Experience with stablecoins and local fiat on/off-ramps.
- Experience building and leading product teams.
- Fluency in one or more APAC languages.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

What powers it all? Our people are ambitious, collaborative, curious, and constantly evolving.
About the Role
You will be joining the growing UK arm (London-based) of our US-based Advisory business, where you will help shape the direction of the practice and execute our ambitious plans to scale our strategy consulting capabilities.
As a Lead Strategy Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor and front door to Exadel, where you'll work directly with senior client leaders, often at the C-suite level, helping them clarify their business goals, uncover opportunities, challenge assumptions, and define the outcomes that matter most. We believe great consulting doesn't begin with a predefined problem or solution. It begins with curiosity, asking the right questions, understanding what keeps clients up at night, and looking beyond their initial requests to determine what they are ultimately trying to achieve.
You'll help clients set strategies that evaluate the right combination of people, processes, operating models, experiences, data, and technology to achieve their goals. This may involve improving business performance, developing new capabilities, addressing operational challenges, or enabling broader transformation.
And once the strategy is defined, you won't simply hand it off. You'll work alongside our broader delivery teams to help turn strategic direction into tangible outcomes, ensuring solutions work for the people and organizations they are intended to serve.
What You'll Do
Lead client engagements, shaping opportunities, Problems & Solutions
Own consulting workstreams and engagements end-to-end, accountable for quality, timelines, budgets, and client outcomes
Lead workshops, asking thoughtful, sometimes challenging questions to uncover what clients are truly trying to achieve, rather than simply accepting their initial problem statement or proposed solution
Identify underlying challenges, root causes, and opportunities that may not be immediately apparent, helping clients focus on the outcomes that will create the greatest value
Help clients define what success looks like and translate their goals into strategic priorities, actionable recommendations, and practical roadmaps
Develop Executable Strategies

Contribute to thought leadership that helps organizations navigate evolving business challenges, strategic opportunities, and the role of emerging technologies
Help Shape Our Consulting Practice
Contribute to the development and evolution of consulting frameworks, methodologies, and reusable approaches that strengthen our ability to deliver client value

Why Join Exadel
We're an AI-first global tech company with 25+ years of engineering leadership, 2,000+ team members, and 500+ active projects powering Fortune 500 clients, including HBO, Microsoft, Google, and Starbucks.
From strategic advisory and AI solutions to digital transformation, we partner with enterprise leaders to solve complex business challenges, unlock opportunities, and build what's next.
As a Lead Strategy Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor, where you'll work directly with senior client leaders, often at the C-suite level, helping them clarify their business goals, uncover opportunities, challenge assumptions, and define the outcomes that matter most.
Develop client strategies and own strategic roadmaps grounded in business realities and focused on measurable outcomes, including revenue growth, customer experience, operational efficiency, risk reduction, and business performance
Evaluate strategic options across people, processes, operating models, experiences, data, and technology, including AI where it can deliver meaningful value
Lead business case development, quantify opportunities, and confidently present investment recommendations to client leadership and finance teams
Work with Exadel's broader advisory, design, data, AI, and engineering teams to ensure strategies can be translated into tangible solutions
Build Client Relationships & Grow the Business
Build trusted relationships with senior client decision-makers, developing a deep understanding of their business, priorities, and evolving needs
Recognize emerging challenges and opportunities where Exadel can deliver additional value, helping shape new engagements and long-term partnerships
Support proposals, pitches, business cases, and solution development for new opportunities
Help build and scale our strategy consulting capabilities, influencing how we engage clients, shape opportunities, and deliver outcomes
Mentor and coach other consultants, strengthening their strategic thinking, problem-solving, and client leadership skills
What You Bring
Strong consulting experience:
Extensive experience in strategy, management, business, or technology consulting, with a proven track record of leading client engagements and influencing senior stakeholders
Strategic leadership and opportunity shaping:
The ability to enter client conversations without a predefined problem or solution, uncover opportunities, challenge assumptions, and guide clients toward the right strategic direction and business outcomes
Intellectual curiosity and critical thinking:
A natural instinct to ask questions, dig beneath the surface, investigate root causes, and understand what truly matters to clients. You're comfortable respectfully challenging their thinking when it leads to better outcomes
Executive presence and stakeholder leadership:
Confidence engaging directly with senior executives, including C-suite leaders, building trust, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and influencing strategic decisions
Commercial and business acumen:
The ability to connect business goals to financial and operational outcomes, quantify opportunities, build credible business cases, and confidently discuss revenue, margin, cost, risk, and return on investment
Human-centered thinking:
Strong empathy, creativity, judgment, and an understanding of how people, organizations, and technology interact. You recognize that successful strategies must work for the people they affect
AI and technology fluency:
Curiosity about emerging technologies and hands-on experience using AI to enhance your own work. You understand where AI can create value, recognize its limitations, and are comfortable collaborating with technical teams without needing to be an engineer yourself
Strategy through execution:
Experience translating strategic direction into practical roadmaps, actionable recommendations, and measurable outcomes. You understand how to connect business strategy with delivery
Builder mindset:
Comfortable moving beyond presentations to test ideas, validate assumptions, and develop tangible proof. You thrive in ambiguity, work at pace, and balance hands-on contribution with leading from the front
Business and operating model understanding:
Experience assessing organizational capabilities, business processes, governance, and operating models, with the ability to recommend changes where they support client goals
People leadership:
Experience managing, mentoring, or coaching consultants, with a genuine interest in helping others develop
Exceptional communication:

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
The Dev Platform team builds the internal platform that Kraken's engineers use to build, ship and run software. Within Dev Platform, the AI Gateway is Kraken's company-wide LLM gateway: a single, governed entry point that gives teams self-service access to leading models from providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI and Google, with visibility into usage and cost, configurable budgets and rate limits, and routing across models and providers for efficiency and resilience.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Own the reliability, availability and performance of the AI Gateway as a production-critical service used across the company, including SLOs, error budgets and on-call practices
- Design the gateway's resilience: multi-provider routing, failover, retries, rate limiting and graceful degradation when an upstream model provider is slow or unavailable
- Set the technical direction for gateway architecture, capacity planning and scaling as LLM traffic grows and more workloads move onto the gateway
- Build observability for LLM traffic, covering latency, errors, token usage and cost, attributed by team and use case
- Partner with Security, Finance and AI governance stakeholders to put access controls, budgets, audit logging and data-handling requirements into the platform
- Lead incident response and blameless post-incident reviews, and turn what you learn into lasting reliability improvements
- Automate operations through infrastructure as code, safe deployments and progressive rollouts
- Mentor engineers and raise the operating standard across Dev Platform
SKILLS YOU SHOULD HODL
- Extensive experience in site reliability, infrastructure or platform engineering, with a track record of owning high-traffic, business-critical services in production
- Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes, a major cloud provider and infrastructure as code (for example Terraform)
- Strong command of SLOs, observability and incident management, and the judgment to know which reliability work matters most
- Proficiency in a language such as Rust or Python, and comfort reading and contributing to a production service's codebase
- Experience with API gateways, reverse proxies or traffic management: load balancing, rate limiting, failover and caching
- Experience with Consul and Vault for service discovery, configuration and secrets management
- Working knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms for internal platforms and APIs, such as OAuth 2.0/OIDC, JWT, mTLS and API keys, and how to apply them to a multi-tenant service
- Experience with model evaluations: building or operating eval pipelines to compare models, prompts and agents, and to catch quality regressions before and after rollout
- Familiarity with coding agents and agent harnesses (for example OpenHands, Claude Code or similar), including running them safely in sandboxed environments for engineering teams
- Experience with agent memory systems and the databases behind them (vector stores, search, relational and key-value stores), and operating them reliably
- Staff-level influence: you set direction across teams, write clear design documents and bring others with you
- Good judgment balancing reliability, cost and developer velocity for internal customers
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience operating LLM gateways or integrating LLM provider APIs at scale (streaming, token-based rate limiting, model routing, caching)
- Experience hosting and serving models yourself, including vLLM, and running distributed inference or training workloads with Ray (GPU scheduling, batching, autoscaling, cost per token)
- Experience designing, developing and maintaining Kubernetes controllers and operators (for example with controller-runtime or kubebuilder), including CRDs, reconciliation loops and safe upgrades
- Experience with cost attribution, budgeting or FinOps for usage-based services
- Background in security-sensitive or regulated environments such as financial services or crypto
- Contributions to open-source gateway, proxy or observability projects
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.

Comfortable working with engineers and learning technical concepts quickly
Experience with issue trackers and project tools (e.g. GitHub Issues/Projects, Jira, Linear)
Self-starter who thrives in a fully remote, async-first team
Preferred:
Basic understanding of networking or distributed systems concepts (P2P, DHTs, NAT traversal, replication)
Familiarity with software development lifecycles, Git, and release processes
Some exposure to JavaScript/
Node.js
or experience working alongside a dev team
Interest in privacy, decentralization, or open-source software
Agile/Scrum knowledge or a certification (PSM, CAPM, etc.)

Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
We're looking for a Product Manager to own Pricing within our Growth team across Deliveroo and Wolt! This role operates across 40+ markets in EMEA, and sits at the heart of our marketplace: Our fee strategy directly shapes consumer conversion, order frequency, PnL outcomes - and connects deeply to rider earnings and merchant economics across the Globe. You'll be responsible for building a pricing strategy and experimentation roadmap that grows revenue and profitability sustainably, without compromising the customer experience.
This is a very high-visibility role. You'll partner closely with Leadership, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to design, launch, and iterate on pricing experiments across all markets, from delivery fee and service fee algorithms to 0-1 new ventures. You'll be expected to build a strong testing culture, translate ambiguous commercial questions into a rigorous experimentation agenda, and communicate results and trade-offs clearly to senior stakeholders.
About the Team
Our ambition is simple: make our platform an affordable, daily habit for all users.
The Pricing team builds the systems and experiences that touch every single order — from delivery options to promotions, fees, and entirely new pricing models. Operating across 40+ markets, our work sits at the intersection of customer value, growth, and marketplace economics.
Small changes at this scale can change how customers perceive us, how often they order, and the economics of the entire marketplace. We bring together consumer psychology, experimentation, data science, economics, and product craft to answer one deceptively difficult question:
How do we make every order feel like great value while driving sustainable growth?
What You’ll Do
Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of global pricing products.
Identify and launch major growth opportunities across affordability, conversion, frequency, revenue, and profitability.
Drive 0 to 1 big bets through validation, launch, then scale them 100X.
Partner deeply with Data Science and ML Engineering to design pricing algorithms, experiments, and scalable platform capabilities.
Develop hypotheses, launch experiments, interpret results, and turn learnings into product strategy.
Define the metrics and decision frameworks used to evaluate customer value, growth, and marketplace economics.
Communicate strategy, results, and tradeoffs to senior leaders across DoorDash.
What We’re Looking For
You might be a great fit if you:
Have significant product management experience building complex consumer, marketplace, growth, or monetization products.
Are deeply analytical and comfortable using experimentation and data to make high-stakes product decisions.
Are comfortable working closely with Data Science and ML Engineering on algorithmic or optimization problems.
Can turn ambiguous commercial questions into clear and executable product hypotheses and roadmaps.
Can operate as a “conductor” — aligning technical, operational, and business stakeholders and stitching together strategy, execution, and influence across teams.
Why Join Us?
At Deliveroo and Wolt, you’ll do work that matters, solving real-world problems in a three-sided marketplace that’s constantly evolving.
We’re food lovers, problem solvers, community builders and more, brought together by a shared drive to make things better. Working here you can expect to:
🔧 Solve meaningful problems at real scale Work on a complex, always-on marketplace that impacts millions every day.
