Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
We’re looking for technically-minded product designers who are excited to shape how teams build together. At Figma, design isn’t just how something looks—it’s how it works, how it feels, and how it scales. Our designers are systems thinkers, prototypers, storytellers, and craftspeople who care deeply about quality and collaboration. In this role, you’ll turn ambiguity into clarity, push the product forward with engineers, PMs, and researchers, and help us invent new ways for people to design and build products together.
The Core Experience team shapes how people create in Figma—from foundational tools like Auto Layout and Text to the interactions that make working on the canvas feel intuitive and precise. We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer to lead major efforts across the core editor and help define how it evolves as AI and code change the way people build products. You’ll bring a strong point of view, deep interaction design craft, and curiosity about complex systems. Working closely with engineering, product, research, and designers across Figma, you’ll set direction and stay hands-on, turning ambitious ideas into experiences people use every day.
With an eye for simplicity and craft, curiosity for complex systems, and an appetite for technical challenges, you can help define the future of how software is made.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Lead the design of core editor experiences, including foundational concepts like Auto Layout, Text, and canvas interactions, from identifying opportunities through prototyping, shipping, and iteration
Help us define and champion a clear vision for how the editor should evolve, translating that vision into concrete proposals, design principles, and priorities with product and engineering partners
Explore how direct manipulation, AI, and code can work together, prototyping ways for people to move between generating, editing, and refining their work while retaining creative control
Ground decisions in user research, product data, and close observation of how people create, using that evidence to test assumptions and refine your point of view
Contribute to our design org’s culture by participating in design critiques, mentoring peers, and sharing best practices across teams
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
8+ years of experience in product design, including leading complex software projects from early exploration through launch and iteration
A portfolio of shipped work demonstrating interaction design and visual craft, including examples of making sophisticated workflows easier to understand and use
The ability to guide decision-making with structured thinking, clearly articulated rationale, and user-centered research
A knack for figuring out ambiguous problems in complex systems, and shaping them into simple solutions with clear goals
Experience researching, prototyping, or building products with AI and other emerging tools to uncover new patterns for creativity and collaboration
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience designing creative tools, editors, canvas interfaces, or other products with rich, direct manipulation interactions
A design/development hybrid background, or experience building websites or apps
A history of working on canvas-based interfaces or tools that support creative workflows
Experience with code-based prototyping, front-end development, or workflows that connect design and implementation
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

Job Summary
The Bugcrowd RL and Reasoning Team focuses on pushing the boundaries of autonomous cybersecurity by building authentic, verifiable reinforcement learning environments for world-leading foundational AI companies. As a Reinforcement Learning Engineer specializing in Reinforcement Learning from Verifiable Rewards (RLVR), you will design and scale automated verification pipelines that transform real-world software vulnerabilities into deterministic reward functions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between low-level security analysis and modern LLM reasoning models, engineering environments where AI agents learn to discover, exploit, and remediate software vulnerabilities with mathematical certainty. Instead of relying on subjective human feedback, your work directly powers the rigorous, verifiable reward signals that teach next-generation frontier AI models how to master complex cybersecurity domain logic. You will work at the intersection of fuzzing, dynamic program analysis, system exploitation, and scalable ML infrastructure to shape the safety and offensive/defensive capabilities of future artificial intelligence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy high-throughput RLVR (Reinforcement Learning from Verifiable Rewards) environments that evaluate LLM action sequences against deterministic execution outcomes.
Develop automated test harnesses, sandboxes, and verification engines that convert complex vulnerability research (e.g., memory corruption, web security, logic bugs) into binary pass/fail reward signals.
Integrate Bugcrowd’s Mayhem automated analysis platform and real-world vulnerability feeds into continuous, scalable RL environment generation pipelines.
Architect safe, isolated, and highly reproducible execution environments (using Docker, BuildKit, or Nix) capable of running thousands of simultaneous agent-driven exploitation and patching trajectories.
Collaborate directly with researchers at frontier AI labs including Anthropic, OpenAI, and Cohere to define standard benchmark formats, observation spaces, and verifiable evaluation metrics for cybersecurity tasks.
Implement precise telemetry, ground-truth verification algorithms, and trajectory logging to analyze agent reasoning paths and prevent reward hacking or false positives.
Build low-level instrumentation and debugging tools to monitor memory states, process executions, and network behaviors during agent interaction cycles.
Optimize infrastructure performance and environment reset latency to support massive-scale parallel sampling and distributed RL training workflows.
Benchmark and evaluate frontier AI model performance across diverse offensive and defensive security challenges, such as automated fuzzing, exploit payload generation, and patch validation.
Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Understanding of RL training workflows used by modern LLM systems, specifically execution-based feedback or Reinforcement Learning from Verifiable Rewards (RLVR).
Proficiency developing applications in Python and low-level systems programming in C, with Rust experience being a strong plus.
Solid understanding of software vulnerabilities, binary exploitation, fuzzing methodologies, or program analysis.
Experience with DevOps pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions), reproducible builds (Docker, BuildKit, Nix), and comfort working with Linux systems and low-level debugging.
Experience working with or building benchmark environments (e.g., CTFs, SWE-bench, security challenges, or execution sandboxes).
Preferred Experience
Experience designing custom reward functions, ground-truth verifiers, or automated grading engines for AI safety and reasoning models.
Background in low-level program analysis tools, sanitizers (e.g., ASan/MSan), compiler instrumentation, or automated exploit generation tools.
Proven track record of participating in or developing competitive cybersecurity benchmarks, CTFs, or open-source AI evaluation frameworks.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Sitting and / or standing - Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
Carrying and / or lifting - Must be able to carry / move laptop as needed throughout the work day.
Environment - remote, work-from-home 100% of the time.

About Alvys
Alvys is on a mission to revolutionize transportation logistics. Combining hands-on industry experience with a world-class technical team from Wonder, Jet, and ServiceTitan, we’re building the preferred supply chain operating system, starting with the $800B US freight industry.
Alvys’ all-in-one solution is designed to help Carriers, Brokers, and Hybrid Operators book and move more freight with more automation and lower costs.
About the Role
As an EDI Growth Specialist at Alvys, you will own EDI integrations from kickoff through go-live. You'll work directly with our customers and their trading partners (shippers, 3PLs, VANs, and payment processors) to gather requirements, build mappings, establish connectivity, and run testing until each integration is certified and live in production. This role is critical to scaling our EDI capabilities, and it suits someone who is as comfortable chasing down a trading partner for a spec guide as they are working through an X12 file segment by segment.
What you’ll do
Partner and customer communication
- Own communication with trading partners and Alvys customers for every integration you manage, from kickoff to go-live
- Gather requirements, including spec guides, sample files, ISA/GS identifiers, connection details, and the transaction sets in scope
- Follow up consistently on open items, keep projects moving, and escalate when a partner or customer stalls
- Coordinate go-live timing, cutover, and sign-off with all parties
Mapping
- Build and maintain decoder and encoder mappings between X12 transactions (204, 990, 214, 210, 997) and the Alvys platform data model
- Interpret partner spec guides and sample files, and identify where a partner's actual data differs from their documentation
- Work with APIs and JSON payloads to make sure mappings are technically correct and fit our backend systems
- Apply and contribute to our mapping templates and standards
Connectivity
- Set up and troubleshoot AS2, SFTP, and VAN connections, including identifiers, MDNs, directories, and test vs. production environments
- Configure customer integration profiles in the platform
Testing and go-live
- Run end-to-end testing across the full transaction cycle: inbound tender, 990 response, 214 status updates, and 210 invoicing
- Exchange test files with trading partners, interpret 997 rejections and partner feedback, and iterate until the integration is certified
- Validate integrations against the customer's real day-to-day workflow, not just the test cases
- Confirm production readiness, verify the first production transactions at go-live, and hand off to Support with complete documentation
Project management and documentation
- Manage several concurrent integrations, keeping ticket status, due dates, and notes accurate and current
- Document mapping logic, partner-specific quirks, assumptions, and edge cases so another team member could pick up any integration you own
- Contribute to continuous improvement of our onboarding process, testing standards, and internal best practices
What you need
- 2–4 years of hands-on EDI experience, including X12 transaction sets (204, 214, 990, 210, 997 strongly preferred)
- Background in transportation and logistics, ideally with a carrier, broker, 3PL, or TMS provider
- Hands-on experience with EDI connectivity (AS2 and/or SFTP); VAN familiarity is a plus
- Hands-on experience with data mapping between different systems and formats
- Proficiency reading and manipulating JSON, and experience working with APIs (reading documentation, understanding requests and responses)
- Strong troubleshooting skills, including diagnosing problems from raw files, logs, and data
- Excellent written communication with external enterprise partners, with the persistence to follow up without damaging the relationship
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once and prioritize independently
- Basic SQL is a plus

Location: Espoo
Workplace: Hybrid
Role highlights:
- Senior Smart Manufacturing Engineer, Electronics
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Global Manufacturing Organization, Smart Manufacturing Engineering
- Reports to: Team Lead, Smart Manufacturing Engineering
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
Why this role matters:
As a Senior Smart Manufacturing Engineer, Electronics, you’ll own the test systems that every ICEYE satellite passes through before it reaches orbit. You’ll design and standardize the production and integration test equipment used across our manufacturing sites, find the bottlenecks that would otherwise cap how fast we can scale, and set the technical standard for the engineers around you. This is a hands-on design role with organization-wide influence: what you build and document becomes how we manufacture.
Who We Are
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Design, build and own the production and integration test systems used on the line, including the electrical ground support equipment.
- Drive standardization of test equipment across products and sites, so designs and interfaces are reused rather than rebuilt each time.
- Define test strategies: coverage, test limits, guard bands, failure modes and diagnostics.
- Produce and maintain the design documentation other engineers execute from, including schematics, test requirements, procedures and interface definitions.
- Use production and test data to find yield issues, bottlenecks and systemic weaknesses, then implement the fixes before they limit the ramp.
- Review designs from other teams and set the requirements they must meet to integrate cleanly into our production workflow.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through design reviews, feedback and knowledge sharing.
What we’re looking for
Must haves:
- Several years of electronics design and test system development experience, ideally on high-reliability or high-complexity products (space, defence, telecom, automotive, industrial or similar).
- Strong analog and digital electronics design, including high-speed digital work (signal integrity, impedance control, power integrity) and PCBA design for manufacturability and testability.
- A track record of designing, implementing and maintaining automated test systems or electrical ground support equipment, taken from concept through to stable production.
- Hands-on RF and mixed-signal test and characterization, including S-parameters, matching networks and filters, with the instruments that go with them (spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, signal generators).
- Test automation in Python and embedded development in C/C++ on common microcontrollers such as STM32, TI or MSP430.
- Experience mentoring engineers and running design reviews, with documentation quality to match.
Nice to haves:
- Altium Designer or KiCad, and RF simulation in CST or AWR.
- Lean or Six Sigma background, and quality methods such as FMEA, 8D or fault tree analysis applied to production problems.
- Experience scaling a manufacturing line: ramp-up, multi-site rollout and continuous improvement.
- Real-time operating systems such as FreeRTOS, and serial interfaces including USB, CAN and RS-485.
- Confident use of AI tools in day-to-day engineering work.
Application Process
- Recruiter Interview
- Hiring manager interview
- Technical assessment
- Final Interview

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ YOUR MISSION

- learn how to manage your pipeline efficiency and close deals every single day of the year, which is very stimulating.
- contribute to making our product even better by identifying and sharing product feedback, blockers, and feedback to improve the self-serve experience.
This role is a stepping stone to build a strong foundation to become a top-performing sales professional. As an Inbound Sales, you will be enrolled in Alan’s sales traineeship program, which is our extensive internal program to onboard, train and coach high potentials into our future top performers in sales. ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers: Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search, all deeply integrated.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Video is an essential distribution channel for Supabase, and we're building our video effort from the ground up. You'll support our devrel team to make short-form and longer-form video, owning each video from idea to published. You'll work in person with our short-form DevRel on street-style content, and we start without a studio, only building one if the format works. It's a chance to shape how Supabase does video and to learn the whole production process.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Create video ideas, write scripts, project manage, shoot, book crew, and edit.
- Work in person with the short-form DevRel on street-style content, on location.
- Keep production on track: schedules, shoots, files, and approvals.
- Publish across YouTube, TikTok, Reels, and X, and use what performs to shape the next ideas.
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF:
- You're a scrappy, high agency person who gets things finished and follows up without being asked.
- You live in San Francisco or are willing to relocate.
- You have a portfolio and real experience producing short-form or long-form video, with hands-on camera, audio, and editing skills.
- You're organized and detail-oriented, and interested in AI coding tools and the developer world. You don't need to be technical.
- Early-career friendly.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

And beyond.
⭐ THE ENGINEERING TEAM ⭐
In our engineering team, we build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications to provide first-class service to our members, health professionals, and even ourselves!
Being an engineer at Alan means joining a team of talented, committed and passionate engineers, with a lot of product interaction.
We move fast, with a lot of ownership, and are proud to tackle big problems!
Our process is very simple: those who make product decisions are the same ones who build them.
Want to know more? Read this article https://blog.alan.com/tech-et-produit/engineering-organisation-at-alan if you want to discover how life as an Engineer at Alan and this article https://medium.com/alan/engineering-career-path-at-alan-e5de5c2e740c on our Engineering career pat
🛠️ THE STACK
Python services on FastAPI, async SQLAlchemy and PydanticAI, Temporal for durable execution, PostgreSQL, MCP, Daytona sandboxes, various LLM model providers, Terraform on AWS, React with Vite. Our main backend is a Flask monolith. We deploy daily and believe in distributed ownership: you build it, you own it.
🤖 THE AGENTIC PLATFORM AREA
In 2027, we expect to run more AI agents than we have employees.
Agents already do real work at Alan. They answer members' health questions, resolve support requests, read medical documents, detect fraud, automate operational tasks, and write a large share of our code.
But every team building an agent ends up solving the same hard problems again: how to call models safely with health data, how to give an agent tools and the right permissions, how to know whether a prompt change made it better or worse, how to debug what it did. The result: several agent frameworks and evaluation stacks, each with its own security and compliance story.
The Agentic Platform area was created to fix that. Our mission: make it cheap, fast and safe for every Alaner or crew to build, run and improve agentic products and workflows.
We own the environment agents run in (infrastructure, runtime, evaluation, observability, skills lifecycle), with security, privacy and compliance by design, and the generalist products on top: Hopper and the Agent Studio. Product teams and all Alaners own their agents, skills, and their outcomes. We give them the paved road.
Two crews, one team:
- Hopper is every Alaner's AI companion. Five months after it started, 80% of Alaners use it, 3k sessions are created each day, and about 30% of our pull requests are opened from it (watch how we built it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hAu7Ngfd0ys).
- AI Product Platform builds the shared blocks every AI product at Alan runs on. For instance, our ops teams now build agents autonomously on our Ops AI Platform (read how https://medium.com/alan/how-we-bootstrapped-an-ai-agents-platform-for-operations-at-alan-fefd87ed6314, watch the talk https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_pg1ij8k5Rw).
🧩 PROBLEMS YOU'LL ONLY FIND HERE
Run agents at scale
- 🧠 One runtime for every AI product. A shared agent framework, from a single model call to multi-agent workflows with live streaming, and one gateway to every model: routing, failover across providers, quotas and cost per use case built in.
- ⏳ Agent sessions that last for hours. Durable sessions, started from the web, Slack, Linear or GitHub, that survive pod restarts and deploys, and pick up exactly where they left off.
- 📦 Sandboxes at scale. An isolated environment for every agent session and every evaluation, on an infrastructure compliant with sensitive data, with negligible boot overhead.
Make agents trustworthy and proactive
- 🔌 One tool gateway to the whole company. An MCP gateway that connects agents to internal tools and data, external services, computer use, managing identity and credentials.
- 🔐 Agents safely acting on critical data. We give each agent no more than the access it needs. Every tool call goes through identity, permissions, confirmations and audit. No sensitive data leaks.
- 🧪 Evals you can replay in time. Re-run an agent or skill against production as it was at a past point in time, on real data, safely isolated. Anyone can ship knowing their change is an improvement rather than a regression.
- 🔁 Agents and skills that proactively fix themselves. Every run is traced, and every human correction, failed tool call or escalation becomes a prioritized fix that Hopper can apply.
Put agents in everyone's hands
- 📚 Skills as a product. A registry where Alaners and teams publish, share and version their skills, so that nothing needs to be repeated twice.
- ✨ AI that non-engineers can own. Alaners who ship code through Hopper, Operators or Sales who build their own agents or skills in our Studio and operate them from their day-to-day tools.
- ⏰ Automations and artifacts. Agents that run on a schedule or on an event, and build the dashboards and hosted sites that become the go-to places for collaboration.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
What you'll do
- Own some of the problems above end to end, from design to production, with significant influence on architecture and code quality
- Work closely with the people who use what you build: Alaners, product teams, ops
- Own reliability, cost and security in production
- Mentor engineers, contribute to our product and engineering culture, and help build the team
Experience we value
- 3+ years in software engineering, with solid backend fundamentals
- Platform-leaning or product-leaning: both are welcome. Depth in at least one of: distributed systems and runtimes, evaluation and data quality, security and authorization, product UX
- A good sense of user and developer experience, whatever you build
- You built products, platforms or infrastructure used by other people
- Experience with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, evals or MCP is a strong plus; ML or MLOps experience is a plus
Mindset we value
- You measure success by adoption, not by what is available
- You make concrete tradeoffs between speed, reliability, cost, security and user experience
- You simplify complexity with clear abstractions and maintainable code
- You care about whether people can understand and verify what an AI system did
- You keep up with the latest AI technology and know the open-source AI ecosystem
- Self-directed, pragmatic, humble, collaborative, enthusiastic about learning and teaching
- Excited about AI changing who can build, investigate and automate work
Above all, we look for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply. Everything else is a bonus.
You should be fluent in English (no French required).
🌍 HOW WE WORK
- Location: you must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.
- Remote work: we offer remote work flexibility, but we value in-person collaboration.

IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist.

Workplace: OnSite
Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Humanoid is seeking a Director of Contracts & Business Support to lead commercial contracting across the business and to build the processes, standards, and systems that support it. This is the company's senior commercial legal role, reporting directly to the CLO. It carries a global remit covering the markets Humanoid sells into, the partners it builds with, and the suppliers from which it sources.
The role works in close partnership with the go-to-market (GTM) and supply chain functions, supporting transactions from initial structuring through negotiation to signature. This includes customer and reseller agreements, master supply and manufacturing contracts, technology partnerships incorporating revenue share and other non-standard commercial models, and the confidentiality and data protection arrangements that sit alongside them.
Alongside transactional work, the role owns the contracting operating model: standard templates, negotiation playbooks and fallback positions, delegation of authority, escalation routes, and the selection and implementation of contract lifecycle management (CLM) and AI-assisted contract review tooling.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own commercial contracting end to end, drafting, negotiating, and closing customer, partner, and supplier agreements across every country we operate in.
- Act as the legal partner to our GTM and supply chain teams, from early deal shaping through to signature, with fast and commercially practical answers.
- Negotiate supply chain and manufacturing agreements, and technology partnerships including revenue share and other non-standard commercial models.
- Build and own the contracting operating model: templates, playbooks, guidelines, delegation of authority, escalation paths, and the internal processes that keep deals moving.
- Select, implement, and get real value from CLM and AI-assisted contract review tooling to manage a pipeline in the hundreds without simply adding headcount.
- Protect and commercialise our intellectual property (IP), advising on ownership, licensing, and confidentiality across customer, partner, and supplier arrangements.
- Manage commercial disputes and pre-litigation matters, working with the Head of Compliance and outside counsel where it makes sense.
- Work with the Head of Compliance and the CLO to make sure commercial terms reflect our regulatory obligations.
- Instruct and manage outside counsel with a clear view of cost and value.
- Build, manage, and develop the contracts team as it grows, while staying hands-on yourself.
- Be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and the executive team.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 10+ years' post-qualification experience (PQE); qualified solicitor in England and Wales (or equivalent), with a current practising certificate.
- 5+ years in highly regulated or safety-critical sectors, such as robotics, AI, automotive, aerospace, medical devices, or comparable technology.
- 5+ years of in-house experience.
- 5+ years of people management experience.
- A strong track record on supply chain contracts and technology partnerships, including revenue share arrangements.
- Solid IP and dispute resolution experience.
- Proficiency with contract management systems and AI contract review tools.
- Comfortable managing senior stakeholders and holding your own with commercial leadership.
- Hands-on and execution-oriented. You draft and negotiate yourself rather than only overseeing others.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving clarity in a fast-moving environment.
- Motivated by a long-term in-house role. This is a demanding position in a company building at pace, where priorities shift and no two weeks look the same.
NICE TO HAVE
- Dual UK/US qualification.
- Experience in deep-tech, robotics, hardware, or advanced manufacturing organisations.
- Experience implementing a CLM platform from scratch, ideally an AI-enabled one.
- Experience scaling a legal function through rapid commercial growth or a funding round.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ days off, including 23 days annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

ROLE OVERVIEW
Welocalize is looking for a native-level Indonesian speaker to join a confidential, large-scale AI and consumer technology programme for a major global technology and communications client.
It's a hands-on, on-site role that combines two things: evaluating a pre-release AI model in your language, and testing how the product actually performs on a client-supplied device — a smartphone and a next-generation smart glass. If you enjoy noticing the detail other people miss, this is work you'll find satisfying.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Review pre-release AI model output in Indonesian and judge it on accuracy, naturalness, appropriateness, and overall quality — would a native speaker really say it this way? This includes fact-checking each response against the source material.

What We're Looking For
We’re looking for a tech-driven and innovative Motion Designer to join our Creative Production team. This role is a perfect match for a modern creator who wants to operate at the absolute forefront of AI-driven video production, shifting focus from manual frames to cutting-edge generation workflows.
In this role, you will lead the execution of high-impact video ads on a global scale, combining advanced AI media generation with smart, rapid video assembly for platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and Google.
Key Responsibilities:
- AI-First Video Production: Actively generate, direct, and upscale AI video, voice, and image assets using advanced pipelines to create high-converting video ads.
- Smart Iteration & Scaling: Take winning creative angles and independently scale them into high-performing variations, adapting hooks and visual pacing based on performance insights.
- Modern Workflow Assembly: Put together and polish final creatives with a strong focus on narrative pacing, dynamic text layouts, and clean compositing, keeping manual routine tasks to a minimum.
- Collaborative Brainstorming: Contribute ideas for new AI-driven ad formats, testing methodologies, and technical approaches to visual storytelling.
- Tech Pipeline Support: Keep up with the latest drops in the AI ecosystem and find ways to seamlessly integrate new generative tools into our daily production workflow.
Required skills
- Practical, hands-on experience with modern AI generation and dubbing tools (Kling, Veo, Higgsfield,Suno, ElevenLabs, etc.) — you know how to engineer prompts and clean up generated assets for production.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Figma used as an execution environment (nesting assets, working with source layouts, fast assembly, and text animating).
- A portfolio that demonstrates excellent visual pacing, understanding of digital ad dynamics, and a strong eye for typography and contrast.
- A strong performance-marketing mindset: you intuitively understand what hooks attention in the first 3 seconds of a video.
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable managing your own asset delivery timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Open-minded approach to creative feedback and data-driven updates.
Nice to have
- AI Agents & Automation: Experience or strong interest in using AI assistants and agents (like Claude Artifacts/Skills, GPTs, or custom scripts) to automate routine motion design tasks and asset organization.
- Next-Gen Pipelines: Familiarity with node-based generative tools or advanced AI video environments to build flexible, modular creative workflows.
- Tech-Driven Delivery: A proactive mindset focused on shifting from manual framing to automated, rapid creative generation.
- Working proficiency in English: Able to comfortably communicate with international teammates (text syncs, sharing assets, feedback) and easily learn from global technical resources.
