BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
The Consumer team owns the Kraken app experience used by millions of traders and crypto newcomers worldwide, the product that turns someone's first crypto curiosity into a long-term relationship with Kraken. We build the interfaces people actually use to buy, sell, manage their portfolio, and interact with their assets. Our stack is React on web and React Native on mobile, and we ship fast, measure everything, and iterate based on real user behaviour. We work agile, globally distributed, and we care as much about why we build something as how we build it.
We're looking for a world-class Senior Frontend Engineer to join our product-minded engineering team: we care about customer problems, measurable outcomes, frontend craft, and fast iteration. We work across web and mobile surfaces, partner closely with Product, Design, Data, and Platform teams, and use experimentation, observability, and user behaviour to guide what we build next.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality consumer-facing features across web (React) and mobile (React Native), owning the full experience from concept to production monitoring.
- Own the full lifecycle of product work, from discovery and technical design through release, monitoring, experimentation, and iteration.
- Drive A/B testing and experimentation strategies forming hypotheses, designing experiments, analysing results, and iterating based on data.
- Partner with Product, Design, Data, and Mobile engineers to create coherent experiences across Kraken’s consumer surfaces.
- Make opinionated technical decisions on framework and architecture choices (we want engineers who have strong views on things like TanStack Router vs Next.js App Router and can back them up with real experience).
- Set the standard for high-quality code — functional correctness, accessibility, performance, and testability are non-negotiables.
- Mentor engineers across seniority levels and contribute to a culture of craft and continuous improvement.
- Lead and collaborate on complex cross-platform initiatives, driving alignment across web and mobile surfaces.
- Stay ahead of the curve on React ecosystem tooling, React Server Components, concurrent features, streaming, and bring those insights back to the team.
- Work AI-natively, we use AI tools across the full SDLC and expect engineers to have a structured, opinionated workflow, not just autocomplete.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 6+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on consumer-facing web and/or mobile products.
- Deep expertise in TypeScript and the React ecosystem, you have opinions about state management, data fetching patterns, and component architecture, and you can articulate the trade-offs.
- Production experience with React Native and cross-platform mobile development, including App Store and Google Play release pipelines.
- Experience with Next.js — specifically familiarity with App Router, React Server Components, and the client/server boundary decisions that come with them.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, feature flags, and experimentation frameworks (LaunchDarkly, Optimizely, or similar).
- Experience with WebSockets or Server-Sent Events for real-time UI updates.
- Strong testing culture Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright or Cypress, and the judgement to know when to use each.
- Familiarity with modern build tooling (Vite, Webpack, CI/CD pipelines) and performance profiling.
- Experience in fintech, crypto, payments, or other high-trust consumer products where correctness and user confidence matter.
- Strong written and verbal English, you can write a clear RFC, give direct feedback in a PR review, and explain a technical trade-off to a non-technical stakeholder.
- An active AI-assisted development workflow, Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or equivalent with the engineering rigour to review and own what gets produced.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the Team
Cx App Foundations is a platform organisation within our global Cx organisation. It provides shared consumer foundations and platform capabilities used by engineering teams across Wolt, DoorDash, and Deliveroo. Within this organisation, the Velocity team owns the paved road for consumer app development across mobile and web: shared SDKs and client foundations, integration patterns and multi-brand customisation, migration playbooks and reference implementations, and developer tooling that makes building on shared foundations fast and safe. Our mission is to reduce the cost, time, and risk of building consumer experiences across platforms and brands. Product teams own customer-facing experiences; our job is to make sure they can spend their time on delivering delightful experiences. The team is AI-native: AI is a default part of how we design, build, and ship software.
About the Role
As the Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of experienced engineers across mobile and web, collaborating closely with product teams, design, and adjacent platform organisations across three brands. Your primary responsibility will be owning the team's roadmap and delivery of shared client foundations, and driving their adoption across the organisation, so that product teams ship delightful customer experiences without rebuilding the foundations under them. You will be a key player in keeping the team's operating model healthy: clear intake from stakeholders, predictable delivery, and support expectations that keep the platform from drifting into a general escalation queue. You will also guide architectural and system design decisions with your tech leads. You will stay hands-on: contributing code, reviews, and prototypes alongside the team is part of the job. This role is ideal for a leader who has run platforms, SDKs, or shared services for other engineering teams, communicates clearly across brands and time zones, and wants their impact measured through what other teams achieve with the foundations you ship.
Location: London, UK. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week in the office.
What you'll be doing
Own the platform roadmap - the shared SDKs, client foundations, and developer tooling the team ships - and sequence it against the migration and adoption goals of the three brands
Drive adoption of the shared foundations by partnering with product teams, running onboarding and rollout support, and making the supported path the easiest path
Lead, coach, and grow experienced mobile and web engineers, keeping growth conversations, calibration, and feedback loops running
Keep the team's operating model healthy: clear intake (stakeholder management, shared-platform, product-specific, or exception work), supported capabilities with entry criteria and support expectations, and predictable delivery
Guide architectural and system design decisions for client foundations that three brands and multiple app platforms depend on
Stay hands-on by contributing code and reviews alongside the team, and champion AI-native development practices
Grow the team through hiring
What You’ll Need to Thrive
You have 3+ years of experience managing engineers, including a team with senior engineers
You have a solid background (5+ years) in mobile or web engineering, with enough technical depth to hold your own in architecture discussions about client foundations
You use AI tooling fluently in your day-to-day work and stay close to the code
You have run a platform, SDK, or shared service that other teams depend on, and know how to treat internal customers as customers
You work across boundaries naturally: product teams, design, other platform organisations, data/analytics and stakeholders in other locations and time zones
You hold a high bar for engineering quality and can navigate production incidents and release tradeoffs with calm structure
Why Join Us?

🌱 See your impact, fast Ship, test and improve ideas quickly in a low-hierarchy, high-ownership environment.
🧠 Grow through challenge and ownership Take on big, ambiguous problems and accelerate your career with strong support.
🌎 A culture built for builders High standards, collaboration, flexible working and continuous learning.

- Building and execution: Turn analysis into practical plans, KPIs, processes, tools or systems that create durable value. Experience building low-code/no-code or AI automations that others continue to use is a plus.
- Ownership and impact: Personally own cross-functional work and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Influence and collaboration: Build trust, navigate trade-offs and make progress across functions without formal authority, with a low-ego and collaborative approach.
- Learning agility and entrepreneurial mindset: Learn quickly, respond well to feedback, adapt to changing priorities and show evidence of creating, launching or materially improving something from scratch. Founding or entrepreneurial experience is valued but not required.

Our Strategic & Leadership Hiring team leads Director, Senior Director, VP and C-suite hiring across functions and global locations. We’re looking for an experienced, research-led recruiter to deliver the market insight, candidate engagement and initial assessment behind these business-critical searches. This is a hands-on opportunity to take ownership, work closely with senior stakeholders and help shape Checkout.com http://Checkout.com’s leadership teams.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Turn role briefs into focused search plans. Build thorough company and talent maps, understanding organisational structures, role scope and transferable experience to identify strong candidates beyond the obvious talent pools.
- Write tailored outreach that gives senior, passive candidates a compelling reason to engage. Build rapport, communicate the opportunity credibly and sustain interest through thoughtful follow-up.
- Lead substantive screening conversations to explore expertise, achievements, leadership behaviours and motivation. Make evidence-based recommendations, highlighting strengths, gaps and areas for further assessment.
- Keep multiple searches moving. Get up to speed quickly on unfamiliar roles and markets, prioritise effectively and adapt your approach when feedback or results point to a better route.
- Build trusted relationships with candidates and stakeholders through responsive communication, discretion and clear expectations. Share concise search updates, candidate summaries and useful market intelligence.
- Maintain accurate candidate intelligence, market maps and applicant tracking system records. Stay on top of commitments and next steps, and flag search risks early.
- Use research platforms, market intelligence and AI tools to improve search speed and quality, checking accuracy and protecting confidential information.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Recruitment experience with substantial hands-on responsibility for research, sourcing and candidate screening, and a track record of building strong pipelines for senior or specialist roles.
- Thorough market-mapping skills. You can build a clear picture of a talent market, identify relevant organisations and people, and explain the reasoning behind your recommendations.
- Compelling written and verbal communication. You create personalised outreach, engage senior candidates and ask thoughtful, probing questions.
- Sound judgement across functional expertise, interpersonal skills and leadership behaviours. You distinguish demonstrated capability from polished presentation and recognise where more evidence is needed.
- High attention to detail and reliable follow-through. Your candidate notes, research, written updates and records are accurate, organised and handled with discretion.
- Pace, resilience and adaptability. You learn new briefs quickly, balance competing priorities and respond to unanswered outreach, candidate declines and changing requirements with practical alternatives.
- A collaborative, low-ego approach. You take ownership, welcome feedback, share insights and ask for help early when needed.
NICE TO HAVES
- Executive search or search-firm research experience, particularly on confidential leadership appointments.
- Experience sourcing across fintech, payments or technology, and using AI or market-intelligence tools to strengthen research and outreach.
WHY JOIN

ABOUT SVIX
Svix is a fast-growing startup building the future of server-to-server communication, starting with webhooks. We build high-quality, scalable, and fast infrastructure trusted by companies like Etsy, TaskRabbit, Brex, and the Fortune 500.
We have a top 1% product & team, our customers love us, and we are working towards building a generation defining developer infrastructure company. We also wrote the spec for webhooks (Standard Webhooks https://www.standardwebhooks.com) which has since been adopted by Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, and many others.
To support our efforts, we have raised $11M from top investors including a16z and Y Combinator, along with founders and CTOs from companies like GitHub, Segment, Lookout, and Fly.io.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Hey, I'm Tom, the founder and CEO of Svix.
I'm looking for someone smart and ambitious that wants to operate like a founder at a company that provides critical infrastructure to fast growing startups and the Fortune 500 (Etsy, TaskRabbit, Brex, Benchling, Vanta, Drata, and more).
You will work directly with me, engineering and GTM to evolve the product that got us here into one that takes us to $100M ARR and beyond, by establishing our place as the core communication primitive for backends and agents.
This is not some lofty goal, we are actually on track on becoming that. In addition to our ever-growing roster of customers, we also created Standard Webhooks, the spec for webhooks, which has since been adopted by Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, MCP, and many others.
I want you to make a high impact on the business, so your focus would be the product roadmap and strategy, and you’ll be expected to prioritize ruthlessly, ship fast, and help define how our product serves AI agents as first-class users.
You won’t be expected to write lengthy PRDs and we don’t want to have a product-engineering divide. We have product engineers on the team that can make many of the tactical product decisions. It’s therefore your job to focus on the direction and to ensure what we build matches what our customers need.
I enjoy working with exceptional people, so if you're the best or on track to being the best I'd love for us to work together.
If this sounds like what you’re after, come join us in person at our San Francisco office and do the best work of your life, surrounded by others doing the same!
GENERAL GUIDELINES
- We like candidates with varied backgrounds - don't be shy, apply!
- Hackers/OSS devs welcome, even without extensive work history. Checkout our OSS repo on Github https://github.com/svix/svix-webhooks.
- Please include a few words on why you'd like to work at Svix.
- All roles are full-time - no students or part-time.

ABOUT MORPHO
Morpho is a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol backed by a16z crypto, Paradigm, Ribbit Capital, Apollo, Vaneck, Coinbase Ventures, Variant and 50 others to build an open credit network giving anyone, anywhere, access to the best possible terms. Morpho is experiencing exponential adoption, with over billion in deposits on the network and used by institutional clients including Bitwise, Galaxy, and Anchorage Digital and the largest crypto exchanges, such as Coinbase, Binance, and Kraken. Now, Morpho is scaling its team of contributors to establish itself as the open credit network, not just of DeFi, but of the world.
WHY MORPHO EXISTS
Everyone has the potential to build something great for the world. But fulfilling that ambition almost always requires more: people willing to trust you with their capital. Yet access to capital still depends on where you live, who you know, and which institutions are willing to trust you. Even when capital is available, it sits fragmented across disconnected networks and hidden behind intermediaries. The result is a system that fails most of the people it should serve. Borrowers overpay. Lenders earn less than they should. Many are shut out entirely, not because they are unworthy of credit, but because today's infrastructure was never built to connect them. Morpho exists to solve this. Full article here https://morpho.org/blog/why-morpho-exists/.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll run Morpho’s corporate IT: accounts and access, laptops, and the SaaS tools the company runs on, all set up securely. You’ll work closely with the security team: they set policy and lead on incidents, and you put that policy in place across our tools and devices. The scope is broad and the work is hands-on. We’d rather automate repetitive work than hire for it, so expect to write scripts and build your own tooling, using AI where it helps. We’ll go through our stack with you early in the process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer SSO, the directory and the password manager. Handle onboarding and offboarding, and run regular access reviews.
- Manage the Mac fleet: setup, MDM policies, OS and app updates, and keeping the endpoint security agent installed and working.
- Apply the security baselines and access policies the security team defines, and keep our tools configured to match.
- Administer our SaaS tools: setup, admin access and licences. Handle the IT side of bringing on new vendors.
- Support the security team during incidents by isolating devices, revoking access and pulling logs.
- Provide evidence for IT controls during audits.
- Automate repetitive work such as onboarding, offboarding, access reviews and evidence collection.
- Write and maintain documentation for IT procedures.
- Take part in IT on-call.
DEFINITION OF SUCCESS
- 1 month: handles onboarding, offboarding and day-to-day account and device work without help, and knows how our tools are set up.
- End of probation: owns our identity, device and SaaS setup, has automated at least one process that used to be manual, and is the person the security team goes to for IT changes and incident support.
- 12 months: runs corporate IT independently. Onboarding, offboarding, access reviews and audit evidence mostly run on tooling they built.
EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years in IT, systems engineering or IT security.
- Hands-on admin experience with an enterprise identity provider, an MDM and endpoint security tools.
- Strong macOS management: configuration profiles, privacy preference and system extension policies.
- Writes Python or Bash to automate work. Infrastructure as code is a plus.
- Has supported a SOC 2, ISO 27001 or similar audit.
- Knows crypto companies are frequent targets of phishing and social engineering, and sets up systems with that in mind. Web3 or fintech experience is a plus.
- Writes clear documentation.
- Prefers simple setups people follow over perfect ones they work around.
- Comfortable being part of an on-call rotation.
PERKS & BENEFITS
We design benefits around deep work and growth, so you can do the best work of your career. Expect fair, top-tier compensation, real flexibility, time together in Paris, great health coverage, and support to keep learning.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and hire based on talent, potential, and values alignment.

What you'll do:
• Collaborate closely with Finance, IT and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives,
and define project scope, goals, deliverables, resource requirements and milestone schedules
for finance-related initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, system administrators and
business analysts, to deliver IT projects on time, within scope and within budget, from kickoff
through go-live and handover to support.
• Establish project governance: project charters, RACI, steering committees, decision logs and
clear escalation paths, so ownership and decisions are never ambiguous.
• Build and maintain integrated project plans, managing the critical path, dependencies and
milestones across several workstreams and teams.
• Implement project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban or hybrid approaches) to
streamline workflows, adapting them to fixed finance deadlines such as month-end, quarter-end
and audit dates.
• Identify manual, repetitive Finance processes and deliver AI-driven process automation: define
the business case, success metrics and controls, run pilots, and track adoption and measured
savings.
• Conduct risk assessments, anticipate blockers, and deploy prompt mitigation or escalation
strategies, maintaining risk, issue and dependency logs, including data quality, security, access-
control, AI-use and regulatory risks specific to financial data and multi-country operations.
• Prepare regular status reports, track KPIs, and maintain transparent communication with
leadership, Finance stakeholders, clients and vendors.
• Monitor project expenditure, forecast resource allocation, and manage third-party vendor
relationships, including statements of work, acceptance criteria and escalations.
• Work directly with engineers and architects on integrations between finance and business
systems, data flows, testing, environments and releases, and challenge technical estimates
when needed.
• Run the change request pipeline, release planning, cutover and go-live coordination, and post-
implementation reviews, and capture lessons learned.
• Develop and deliver training materials and workshops so Finance and IT stakeholders can adopt
new solutions and automations.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI, and apply that
knowledge to improve finance operations and delivery practices.
What we are looking for:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business
Administration or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience (5 to 8 years) managing IT projects, including technical or digital
transformation projects delivered end to end as the accountable lead.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams
in parallel, plan critical paths and dependencies, and track delivery through KPIs and risk, issue
and dependency logs.
• Experience setting up and running project governance, including charters, RACI, steering
committees, change control and post-implementation reviews.
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban and Waterfall, and ability to run hybrid delivery.
PMP strongly preferred; PRINCE2, CSM or PSM valued.
• Experience owning project budgets and forecasts and governing external development or
integration vendors, including statements of work and acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI-driven process automation, for example with LLM-based
assistants, document and data extraction, RPA or low-code workflow platforms, including
assessing which processes are good automation candidates, defining controls and managing
pilots through to adoption.
• Experience delivering projects for Finance or other regulated, numbers-driven functions, such as
reporting and analytics, treasury or payments integrations, and payables and receivables
tooling, with an understanding of month-end close, controls and audit needs.
• Strong technical knowledge of the SDLC, cloud and infrastructure, APIs and system integrations,
databases and data pipelines, and testing and release management.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Project, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint for
budget tracking and reporting.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex
information to Finance, IT and executive stakeholders, plus leadership without direct authority,
negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Fluent English.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
Senior Customer Solutions Architect
About the role
The Senior Customer Solutions Architect (Sr. CSA) owns the technical relationship for our most complex and strategic customers, helping them get the most value from the combined Fivetran and dbt platform. Working alongside Account Executives (AEs) and Solutions Engineers (SEs), the Sr. CSA makes sure these customers not only deploy successfully, but keep scaling and expanding their usage over time.
This role operates as a technical account manager and strategic advisor to some of our largest customers. The Sr. CSA owns the technical narrative after go-live: leading architecture strategy, running executive-level technical conversations, uncovering new data challenges, and guiding customers through architecture evolution, adoption, and expansion.
The Sr. CSA is accountable for both retention and growth, and is measured on incremental ARR, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) across a book of larger, more strategic accounts. Beyond their own accounts, the Sr. CSA sets the standard for the CSA team by mentoring teammates, building repeatable playbooks, and shaping how the team works. Our Story
Founded in 2009, we’re one of the world’s leading game studios, and proud of our extremely international team, consisting of more than 50 different nations. We are part of Playtika and the global leader in the category of Hidden Object Games. With June’s Journey, we’re providing joy for millions of players around the world every day.
How we work
Our aim is to keep doing so for many more years, if not decades. In order to be able to do so, we’ve defined a distinct way of how we’re working at Wooga, so that all relevant aspects intertwine and have a positive impact on the game. No matter if you’re part of a game team or support the success of Wooga as part of a central team, all 250+ employees from around the world can make an impact. We’re proud of the environment we’ve built, and believe you’ll enjoy working with some of the best people in the industry.
Our drivers: Speed, Focus, Ownership, and Impact, guide our working style at Wooga and help us make a deliberate choice to focus on what is important to us, while working towards a shared goal.
These drivers shape how we work together and what we expect from ourselves and our leaders.
As a Mid-level Game Artist at Wooga, you will join the Content Creative team of June's Journey, Wooga's most successful title, and bring our features, events, and in-game offers to life for millions of players. Every campaign we run is a small piece of storytelling: a moment with June and her friends that invites players into a new event or feature. You will work closely with product marketing managers, monetization managers, UI artists, writers and the wider art team to turn briefs into striking in-game announcements that tell these stories at a glance.
Your canvas is the game's rich library of existing art - characters, isometric sets, hidden object scenes, key art - which you will recombine, repaint and compose into fresh, exciting campaigns. This is a role for someone who thinks like an illustrator, has a strong instinct for composition and moves at the pace of a live game.
Please note that this is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Some of your responsibilities include:
Creating in-game announcements and campaign visuals for new features, live events and sales offers, from brief to final asset.
Telling the story of June and her friends in every campaign, so that announcements feel like a natural part of the game's world rather than an advertisement.
Recombining, adapting and painting over existing art assets to build compelling compositions that communicate a clear message and a clear emotion.
Applying strong composition, colour and visual hierarchy so that every announcement reads instantly and beautifully on mobile screens.
Working with monetisation and product marketing to understand the goal of each campaign and translating it into the right visual and narrative treatment.
Using AI-supported workflows as a natural part of your process to explore variations, speed up production and keep quality high.
Maintaining consistency with the established art style and visual grammar of announcements, while bringing freshness and creativity within it.
Reacting to late changes in offer composition quickly and accurately, ensuring every asset reflects what players will actually receive.
Contributing to templates, documentation and process improvements for the Content Creative team.
About You
You have a strong portfolio demonstrating illustration and composition skills, with a sense for character, mood and storytelling in a single image.
You have solid digital painting skills and an advanced understanding of Photoshop, and can seamlessly blend existing assets with your own paintwork.
You have a keen eye for composition, colour and visual hierarchy, and understand how to guide the viewer's attention.
You enjoy working with narrative and can translate a story beat or a character moment into an appealing visual.
You are open to and curious about AI tools, and willing to integrate them into your daily workflow as part of a modern production pipeline.
You thrive in a fast-paced live-ops environment, can manage several small tasks in parallel and are comfortable with quick turnarounds.
You have experience with and can effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide and receive feedback from colleagues.
You embrace teamwork and can communicate both effectively and respectfully.
Please note: Research has shown that some under-represented groups in the gaming industry (eg: women) tend to apply only if they meet every single requirement. Here at Wooga, the desire to learn and the willingness to solve problems are more important to us than your experience on paper. We encourage you to apply even if you do not think that you tick all the boxes - thinking outside of such boxes and embracing the diversity of mindsets and backgrounds is what we believe makes our teams thrive.
Our Promise
Shape the future! Challenge the status quo and team up with a diverse group of experts (over 50 nationalities!) working on crafting the world’s best games.
We offer a generous relocation package and home search support if you are not already located in Berlin. Did we mention that we also cooperate with Kindergartens?
Make use of a significant education budget and extra days off for self-development. Join our meet-ups, talks, brown bag lunches, internal trainings, workshops and many others.
Enjoy the yoga, mindfulness app, sports and transport subsidies. And a Purpose Day to donate your time to a worthy cause!
Did you know that German is the third most commonly taught language worldwide? Learn it too! We offer German language classes for you and your significant other.
With our hybrid work model you will work in the office with your teams twice a week, to encourage in-person collaboration and team bonding The other three days you can choose if you want to work from home or from the office. We also offer 10 days a year to work from abroad.
At Wooga we are committed to providing a friendly, safe and welcoming environment for everyone who works here or with us, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion (or lack thereof) and game preferences.
Customer Solutions Architect
About the role
The Customer Solutions Architect (CSA) is the primary post-sales technical owner for our existing customers, helping them get the most value from the combined Fivetran and dbt platform. Working alongside Account Executives (AEs) and Solutions Engineers (SEs), the CSA makes sure customers not only deploy successfully, but keep scaling and expanding their usage over time.
This role operates as a technical account manager and strategic advisor, bridging the gap between onboarding success and long-term growth. The CSA owns the technical narrative after go-live: monitoring an existing book of business, leading technical discussions, uncovering new data challenges, and guiding customers through architecture evolution, adoption, and expansion through live demos and technical workshops.
Unlike implementation-focused roles, the CSA is accountable for both retention and growth, and is measured on incremental ARR, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR). You will act as a trusted advisor, advocate, and accelerator, ensuring customers derive maximum value from their data investments while aligning their technical roadmap with the platform's capabilities.
Location:
New York City, NY (hybrid). This is a full-time position, and candidates must be located in NYC and able to work in the office two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday).
What you'll do
Customer Adoption and Value Realization
Own post-sales technical engagement across a portfolio of assigned Commercial and Enterprise accounts
Drive adoption, optimization, and ongoing usage of the platform, moving customers from initial deployment to sustained, scalable success
Educate customers on new products and features as they launch, and on existing capabilities they may not be using
Deliver enablement sessions, workshops, and best-practice guidance
Monitor account health signals (usage, performance, support trends) and proactively intervene to address churn or contraction risks, including running implementation reviews and healthcheck sessions
Expansion and Growth
Identify, validate, and execute expansion opportunities across business units, regions, and use cases, including opportunities to bring both Fivetran and dbt into an account
Translate customer initiatives into scalable data workloads and technical solutions
Partner with AEs to drive incremental ARR through structured expansion plays and a managed expansion pipeline
Lead technical validation of new workloads, including workshops and, where necessary, proofs of concept (POCs)
Replicate successful use cases across the organization to accelerate growth
Provide strategic input on the customer lifecycle and renewals process
Technical Strategy and Architecture
Define and maintain Enterprise Reference Architectures aligned to customer environments, ensuring architectural consistency and scalability across implementations
Guide customers on best practices for data pipelines, transformation, automation, and platform adoption
Maintain technical artifacts such as architecture documentation, design patterns, and knowledge bases
Stakeholder Engagement and Account Planning
Build and maintain strong relationships with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders, using stakeholder maps and multi-threaded engagement strategies
Run regular technical cadence calls, business reviews, and roadmap sessions
Contribute to Mutual Account Plans and own Mutual Success Plans, mapping whitespace opportunities across business units, subsidiaries, and use cases
Align customer technical strategy with business objectives and commercial plans
Internal and Partner Collaboration
Act as the technical orchestrator across Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Engineering, keeping delivery teams aligned with long-term expansion strategy
Advocate for customer needs internally, influencing the product roadmap and priorities
Collaborate with technology partners (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, GCP) to drive joint value

Thought Leadership

Work closely with Regional and Product Marketing teams to support field and industry events
Support senior leadership in aligning field and industry requirements with the product roadmap, collaborating with Product and Product Marketing under their guidance.
What you bring
2+ years of experience in a post-sales, customer-facing technical role, such as Solution Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Success Engineer
Strong ability to own and drive customer outcomes after the sale, including adoption, renewal, and expansion
Solid technical background, with experience designing scalable data architectures, a firm understanding of modern data warehousing and the analytics stack, and SQL proficiency
Ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions and measurable outcomes
Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences, and a high degree of comfort presenting to diverse audiences
A proactive, self-sufficient, and highly organized approach to managing multiple accounts
Comfort operating strategically while also engaging in deep technical discussions
Ability to operate in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and think on your feet in customer conversations
A team-player mindset, both within the CSA team as we evolve our ways of working and in daily collaboration with AEs and SEs

Location:
Denver, CO (hybrid). This is a full-time position, and candidates must be located in Denver and able to work in the office two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday).
Help improve team processes, refine assets, and enable teammates through our knowledge-sharing loop
Thought Leadership
Contribute to and deliver external-facing content through live events, speaking engagements, blog posts, recorded tutorials, or other educational resources
Openness to travel: we value in-person relationship building, both internally and externally, and expect willingness to travel to events as needed
What Will Make You Stand Out
Hands-on experience with dbt; dbt certification is a bonus
SQL knowledge, with a working understanding of AI architecture, including LLMs, Knowledge Graphs, and RAG
Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, GCP)
Background in data integration, ETL/ELT, or replication technologies, plus experience with ancillary tools, APIs, and managing data infrastructure
Experience with workload-based or consumption-based sales models
Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and design patterns
Experience working with system integrators or technology partners
