About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Our mission on the Connectivity team is to make Claude the most connected AI. As agents take on more real-world work, we're taking a leading role in defining how they get access to external systems — safely, with the right permissions, and in ways enterprises can trust. We ship standards and services used by claude.ai, Claude Code, Cowork, and the API. We own the MCP proxy that routes every tool call and the OAuth and token management that keeps connections authenticated. We're also core contributors to the MCP spec — now an open standard under the Linux Foundation — and maintain the official Python and TypeScript SDKs.
We're looking for experienced software engineers to join Connectivity. The team spans San Francisco and London, and you'll work closely with partner teams across Anthropic to deliver impact across all of our products. You'll work on problems where reliability and enterprise trust are critical. This means OAuth at scale, admin controls that let IT govern what agents can do, and proxy infrastructure that is reliable by default.
What you'll do
You'll design, build, and operate the core connectivity infrastructure behind external tool calls — the MCP proxy and the OAuth and token management systems that keep connections authenticated. You'll own reliability for infrastructure that other teams and external partners depend on, including SLOs, on-call, incident response, and postmortems. You'll build the admin controls and permission models that let enterprise IT govern what agents can do, and contribute to the MCP standard and its ecosystem, including the spec and the official Python and TypeScript SDKs. You'll turn ambiguous outcomes into shipped, scoped work, dogfooding what you build in the products that consume it.
You'll independently scope complex, multi-month projects, drive cross-org alignment through ambiguous problem spaces, and make architectural decisions that shape how Anthropic builds and scales its products. You'll partner directly with research to productize cutting-edge capabilities, and will have lasting impact on the platform that hundreds of thousands of companies and internal/external engineers depend on every day.
You might be a good fit if you:
Experience as a backend or platform engineer
Familiarity with using AI tools as part of the software development process
Take a product-focused approach to platform work and care about building solutions that are robust, scalable, and easy to use
Take full ownership of your work — from design through build, deployment, and operations, to iterating on and improving your product
Can navigate ambiguity and make sound technical decisions independently, and have ideally operated in both 0 → 1 and more mature team or company settings
Experience operating production distributed systems, with an understanding of what reliability, observability, and incident response require at scale
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build consensus across teams and time zones
Deadline to apply:
None. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We build and run the secure execution environment behind Claude's agentic capabilities. When Claude writes and runs code, browses the web, or uses a computer, that happens on infrastructure our team owns. We work at the intersection of systems engineering and security. The goal is to make untrusted code execution safe, fast, and reliable enough that product teams don't have to think about it. This is the layer between the model and the outside world, and it has to hold up at scale for every Anthropic product. We're hiring engineers who have experience building for containerized workloads and have a keen eye for building products used by millions of customers.

Have a minimum of 8 years of practical experience as a backend or platform engineer building scalable distributed systems, ideally operating at tech lead level or equivalent distributed systems, cloud-native products, developer tools, or external developer facing products
Have strong fundamentals in service-oriented architectures, networking, and systems design, ideally having owned both the technical vision and execution of a foundational platform system end to end
Are proficient in Python, Go, Rust, or similar systems languages
Have experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, or Azure), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and/or multi-cloud networking
Take full ownership of your work—from design through deployment and operations
Can navigate ambiguity and make sound technical decisions independently, and have ideally operated in 0 to 1 and more mature team or company settings

Location: Espoo; Berlin
Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Senior/Staff Platform Observability Engineer
- Location: Espoo, Finland / Berlin, Germany
- Department: Platform & Release Engineering
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO,)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
As a Platform Observability Engineer, you’ll make the health of ICEYE’s systems visible, actionable, and reliable. You’ll build and evolve the observability foundation across metrics, logs, and traces, helping teams detect issues early, understand failures faster, and operate their services with confidence. Your work will go beyond dashboards and alerts. You’ll reduce operational noise, eliminate blind spots, and give product teams the tools and autonomy to run reliable services.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and continuously improve a unified, production-grade observability stack covering metrics, logs, and traces, giving every team a consistent, self-service way to understand and operate the health of their services.
- Build and maintain trusted alerting by tuning alerts against clear SLOs/SLIs, reducing noise, improving ownership and ensuring real issues surface early.
- Define, document, and drive adoption of instrumentation standards covering metric naming, label cardinality, structured logging, and distributed tracing with OpenTelemetry.
- Enable product teams to diagnose and resolve incidents faster through well-designed dashboards, runbooks, hands-on support, and practical observability guidance.
- Run the observability platform like a product, owning its roadmap, interfaces, reliability, scalability, and cost across areas such as retention, sampling, and cardinality.
- Provide clear technical direction for observability across the engineering organisation, making pragmatic architectural trade-offs and helping teams adopt platform capabilities effectively.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
1. Observability platform ownership at scale
6+ years in Platform Engineering, Observability, or infrastructure roles, with end-to-end ownership of a production observability stack (for example the LGTM stack - Loki, Grafana, Tempo, Mimir/Prometheus - or an equivalent metrics/logs/traces platform) at scale.
- Instrumentation & telemetry: OpenTelemetry adoption, metric and label design, structured logging, and distributed tracing across complex, multi-team systems.
- SLO/SLI & error budgets: dashboards and alerting that surface real problems early while minimizing noise and false positives.
- Platform as a product: treating other engineering teams as customers, with clear interfaces and a roadmap shaped by their needs.
- Alerting & reliability attitude: comfortable with on-call, driving blameless learning from incidents, and continuously tuning signal quality instead of letting alert fatigue set in.
2. Software engineering foundation
- A background that includes time spent writing and shipping production software, bringing engineering instincts to building tooling and automation rather than only operating what already exists.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language (for example Python or Go) for automation, tooling, and building internal observability capabilities.
3. Long-term ownership of your own decisions
Demonstrated experience owning the long-term consequences of your own architectural and tooling decisions - having lived with what you built through its maintenance, upgrades, and failure modes, not just its initial rollout.
4. Communication
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, able to explain complex system behavior clearly to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to haves:
1. Platform & telemetry breadth
- Rancher, Istio, and Kubernetes-native observability patterns (service mesh telemetry, sidecars, eBPF-based tooling).
- Bridging hybrid environments across AWS and on-prem platforms such as vSphere/VxRail.
- Managing cost and cardinality on large-scale telemetry pipelines (retention policies, sampling, downsampling).
2. Practices that spread beyond your own team
- Defining SLO/SLI frameworks or observability standards adopted across multiple teams.
- Running or contributing to incident response and blameless postmortem processes.
- Mentoring engineers and raising engineering maturity through technical leadership and enablement.
3. Domain context
Background in regulated, security-sensitive, or mission-critical domains.
APPLICATION PROCESS
- Recruiter interview
- Hiring manager interview
- Task Assignment + Technical interview
- Stakeholder interview
- Behavioural interview to assess cultural fit

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
The Network Security team's remit is to secure Anthropic's networks across our cloud providers and our bare-metal AI data centers. We own egress and ingress controls, network segmentation, private connectivity between environments, and encryption in transit. We design, build, and maintain these controls, and we write the software that deploys, enforces, and monitors them. These controls protect our model weights, customer data, and internal assets.
We are hiring an Engineering Manager to lead this team. Anthropic is adding data center sites and cloud regions quickly, and the team will grow with that work. In this role you will set the team's charter, practices, and priorities. You will partner with our infrastructure networking, cluster, and data center teams so security is built into network designs from the start. The goal is secure-by-default networking that lets research and product teams use compute in any environment without slowing them down.
Key responsibilities
We're hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a Network Security Engineering team in executing across critical initiatives including, but not limited to:
Own the network security roadmap: threat model from the management plane through Kubernetes and cloud interconnects, decide what to build, and deliver it
Be able to reason about the design and implementation of default-deny ingress and egress, segmentation between research, training, and production, private connectivity, and mTLS/service identity across every environment
Ship these as secure-by-default primitives so new clusters, VPCs, and data center links inherit the right boundaries without security on the critical path
Join networking, cluster, and data center teams at design time so topology, routing, and firewall decisions carry our invariants from day one
Build visibility into traffic and boundary drift, with detection for exfiltration paths and automated remediation where safe
Own the network security evidence for our security goals and compliance: the invariants hold, and you can prove it
Hire, grow, and retain senior security software engineers; own their career development, and set the practices the team runs on as it scales
Minimum Requirements:
8+ years of front line management experience
Low ego, high empathy; has built diverse teams and has former reports who would work for them again
Experience managing infrastructure or security engineering teams, including hiring, developing, and managing senior and staff engineers
Has grown engineers into staff or lead roles, and has made the call to move someone out when coaching didn't work
Kept a team intact and delivering through reorgs, charter changes, or leadership turnover
Experience owning a security or infrastructure domain end to end: setting multi-year strategy, delivering year-long cross-organizational work with little direction, and answering to executives for its risk and tradeoffs
Scaled a team and its systems together through hypergrowth, where last quarter's architecture was already too small
Hands-on network security engineering in cloud and/or on-prem environments: VPC design, interconnects, private service connectivity, cloud firewall policy, egress control, physical segmentation, and out-of-band/management-plane security
Threat modeling and risk assessment for networked systems, with the judgment to tell which controls reduce risk and which just look good on a diagram
Secured Kubernetes networking at scale, or worked in high-assurance environments where controls had to be evidenced, not just deployed
Preferred Qualifications:
Built or rebuilt a hiring loop and held the bar while adding headcount quickly
Exposure to large-scale distributed training and what it demands of a network
Solved end-to-end networking problems directly with internal users, cloud account teams, and hardware or colo vendors
Has taken infrastructure from zero to one and then to maturity: built the first version where nothing existed, then run and hardened it into a system other teams depend on at production-network reliability
Pragmatic and steady: cares about unblocking research and product as much as a clean architecture, and brings patience and judgment to opinionated senior engineers
Clear and persuasive communicator in writing and in person
Familiar with AI security and safety concepts

GiveWell’s mission is to help people in need as much as we can by researching the most cost‑effective ways to save and improve lives, sharing our work openly, and directing donations to the programs we believe will do the most good. Our work, which focuses on global health and well-being, is funded by tens of thousands of donors who rely on our research to inform their giving. We’ve grown from directing $1.5 million in 2010 to directing more than $400 million in 2025. We anticipate our total grantmaking is likely to approach or even exceed $1 billion this year, and we are working toward a future that could be several times that scale. Through years of deliberate groundwork, we’ve been growing our research capacity and scope in order to direct substantially more funding to the most impactful opportunities we can find.
Summary
GiveWell is seeking a Cause Prioritization Lead to own and improve our cause prioritization process, develop a portfolio of early-stage grants across emerging cause areas, and rapidly respond to promising new opportunities that are unusual for GiveWell, do not fit with our existing grantmaking teams and may require innovative approaches to investigation.
As part of our lean research team, you will have an outsized influence on our funding decisions and help us save and improve lives on a global scale. You’ll create and lead ambitious research agendas, answer complex questions, and inform high-impact grantmaking decisions by combining rigorous evidence review, cost-effectiveness modeling, and thoughtful judgment.
The Cause Prioritization lead will join GiveWell at Senior Program Officer level. You will build a sub-team within the New Areas team and will report to our New Areas team lead.
The role
As Cause Prioritization Lead, you will be an intellectual leader of GiveWell’s work in new domains. In this role, you will build and lead a new sub-team within GiveWell's New Areas team. You will be responsible for:
Improving our cause prioritization process to identify promising emerging areas for grantmaking; ensuring that process combines evidence, cost-effectiveness modelling and our own judgement, and is continuously responsive to new information and external feedback.
Overseeing a portfolio of grant investigations and grant management in each of the highest priority emerging cause areas, and starting to build a research agenda including identifying ways to learn about key uncertainties through the initial grants that we make.
Communicating externally about our work and building a network of people across implementers, funders, and academia whose expertise span a broad range of cause areas, to help source new ideas.
Managing a team to execute these goals, and supporting the professional development of other team members. Creating a culture that is agile and willing to respond to new and unusual opportunities.
Directly investigating more complicated grantmaking opportunities yourself. This could include investigating types of programs that are newer to GiveWell; for example, programs earlier in the product development cycle or programs to support government prioritization and planning.
In the course of your work, you might approach questions like these:
How can we source new grantmaking opportunities in fields in which we don't have an established presence, and how can we make sure we hear from a range of implementers, not just those we've worked with before?
How much uncertainty are we willing to accept before making a grant, which questions do we need to answer before making a grant, and which ones can we deprioritize or answer later?
What research we can fund today that could substantially impact our grantmaking five years from now?
How should we balance exploring and seeding new, smaller opportunities with funding cost-effective opportunities at scale today?
How can we ensure that we identify new funding gaps opened up by changes in other donors' priorities?
How can we triangulate empirical evidence against expert opinion on other qualitative features, like organizational track record?
How can we estimate the probability that a new health commodity comes to market in low and middle income countries, and on what timeline, at what scale?
How can we model the cost-effectiveness of a horizontal program which has benefits across a diffuse set of health outcomes?
Team structure
Our research department is currently organized into eight teams:
Five of the teams (Water, Livelihoods, Nutrition, Malaria, and Vaccines) focus on specific areas of grantmaking.
The Cross-Cutting team focuses on methodological issues, research quality, and other big-picture concerns that cut across all of our research work.
The Commons team provides generalized research support to each of the other teams, including landscaping research, vetting, and publishing.
The New Areas team focuses on interventions in domains that are new to GiveWell.
The New Areas team is currently a 9-person team within an overall research department of ~80 people, and focuses on interventions in domains that are new to GiveWell. Our work is divided into three main workstreams. Grantmaking in emerging cause areas, as well as the process for and identification of new cause areas for that portfolio, would be the primary responsibility of the Cause Prioritization Lead.
Core cause areas:
this is the set of cause areas for which the New Areas team devotes a significant amount of time developing subject-matter specific expertise and networks, a thorough research agenda, and a relatively large portfolio of grants across a mix of implementers and interventions. This portfolio currently includes our work on maternal and newborn health, family planning, tuberculosis, HIV and medical oxygen.
Emerging cause areas:
this is a broader set of cause areas for which the New Areas team is starting to build its expertise, networks and research agenda, and is making some initial grants. As our work in these areas becomes more mature, they could graduate to become a core cause area. In addition to new cause areas, this portfolio may include work on types of intervention that are new to GiveWell which could have applications across our teams: recent examples include market shaping, health systems strengthening and applications of AI to global health.
Incubators:
we support other organisations to identify potentially cost-effective interventions and create programs that we would be excited to support in the future (e.g., the
Clinton Health Access Initiative’s Incubator
). For example, we funded a program to provide diarrhea treatment to children in Nigeria that we co-designed with CHAI through the Incubator program. Some of this work could fall under the remit of the Cause Prioritization Lead where it overlaps with our emerging cause areas.
Team values
We think our research team has unique qualities:
We care deeply about finding and sharing truth.
Truth-seeking is one of our
core values
. We post
our mistakes
and we prize our team members who keep our culture of free-flowing feedback strong.
We are independent.
We focus 100% on finding the most cost-effective opportunities to save and improve lives. Our researchers assist in communicating our research findings to the public and our donors, and on occasion we provide tailored advice to ultra-high-net-worth donors who want to rely on our expertise to direct their giving—but we never ask our researchers to trade off against honesty, or to hide their real beliefs.
We don’t waste time.
Once it’s clear that a particular research question is unlikely to change our bottom-line funding recommendation, we drop it as quickly as possible. We encourage our research staff to constantly re-evaluate their portfolios and only work on the highest-priority questions.
Lean research team = huge personal impact.
In 2026,
our research team of ~80 people is directing close to 1 billion dollars and we expect grantmaking dollars per research team member to increase in the future.
We work well together.
Our research team is lean because we’re able to attract top-tier people, all of whom complete skills-based assessments before joining our staff. We maintain a high-performing, collegial culture and pay our staff accordingly.
About you
The Cause Prioritization lead must have quantitatively-oriented advanced degrees and substantial relevant experience using empirical tools to make rigorous, evidence-based decisions in the real world. Practically, our senior research staff typically has 5-10 years of post-grad work experience prior to joining GiveWell. We're happy to consider applicants who do not have advanced degrees, but we'll look for a commensurate amount of relevant experience. You can review our staff bios
here
for more practical insight on the backgrounds and experience of our current team.
We expect that people with the soft qualities below will be the most successful and happy on our team. This isn’t a full list, but hopefully it conveys the gist of our team’s professional personality:
GiveWell’s mission and methods are personally energizing—you like our approach to research and you find personal meaning in our story of impact.
You’re unusually curious—you ask lots of questions, and you're willing to interrogate others' work. Your curiosity also extends to your own work, and you aren’t defensive when your research comes under scrutiny.
You're a generalist and agile —you are able to get up to speed quickly on new topics and you feel comfortable task-switching. You are comfortable pivoting your focus as we learn new information, and are continuously reassessing promisingness.
You're a strong strategic thinker. You find ways to impose structure on a broad and undefined problem (e.g., how should your team prioritise work across a huge range of potential cause areas), you can develop and articulate a vision to your team, and build processes to execute that vision.
You're excited by people management. You take other team members' professional development seriously, and can provide a supportive environment whilst also delivering constructive feedback.
You're able to quickly hone in on the crux of the argument when assessing other people's work, probing on the most decision-relevant assumptions even in fields where you have limited contextual knowledge.
You're entrepreneurial. When you see a gap, you want to fill it, whether that's designing a new program, finding an implementer, or setting up a new kind of funding mechanism. You make bets under uncertainty.
You routinely think about and surface the value judgments, background knowledge, and strategic commitments that underlie your work. You understand the potential effects of mistaken mental models, so you strive to improve yours and your team’s.
You dislike it when people express strong confidence in views that don’t seem to rely on commensurate evidence. You carefully and legibly communicate about your confidence levels.
You appreciate the value of an excellent reputation and strong relationships. You can moderate your directness and intensity when you’re communicating with external folks.
You love a
gnarly problem
. You figure out the most important questions to answer, go deep on the details where they matter (and move on where they don’t), and reassess your mental models based on what you’ve learned.

About GiveWell
GiveWell is dedicated to finding and evaluating highly cost-effective global health and development opportunities, and we publish all the work, reasoning, and uncertainties behind our funding decisions. Our
giving funds
enable donors to contribute to the most impactful and cost-effective programs our researchers identify.
GiveWell is one of the world’s largest private funders of global development efforts. Trusted annually by tens of thousands of donors, GiveWell searches for highly cost-effective programs that save or improve lives the most. Since 2007, more than 150,000 donors have given over $2.6 billion through GiveWell to the most promising programs its research has identified, which we estimate will save more than
340,000 lives
.
GiveWell is most well-known for recommending a small number of
Top Charities
, which currently support
seasonal malaria chemoprevention
,
insecticide-treated nets
,
vaccine incentivization
, and
vitamin A supplementation
. However, most of our research capacity and grantmaking is devoted to
cost-effective opportunities outside of those programs
.
GiveWell
grants
have:
Helped governments
navigate changes to the funding landscape
and implement high-impact health programs, like
HIV/syphilis screening and treatment
for pregnant people in Zambia and Cameroon.
Sought to scope and scale promising interventions that don’t have clear existing implementers. We are supporting the
Clinton Health Access Initiative’s Incubator
to identify potentially cost-effective interventions and create programs that we would be excited to support in the future. For example, we
funded a program
to prevent tuberculosis among young children in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, India, that we co-designed with CHAI through the Incubator program.
Provided funding to ensure that programs that recently faced foreign aid funding cuts could continue, like
healthcare support and malnutrition treatment
in northern Cameroon.
Funded program delivery alongside strengthened monitoring and evaluation, as in our grants to support
treatment of clubfoot
and to
evaluate the program
.
Tested our
assumptions and refined our understanding
through further research and data collection, including
improved estimates of disease burden
and studies on
the effect of water chlorination on mortality
and
the impact of a tree-planting program on farmers’ income
.
We make our reasoning public and transparent so others can challenge it (sometimes we even
pay people to point out our errors
). We go to unusual lengths to check our assumptions and assess our impact, including
funding research
to address our uncertainties and gathering
independent monitoring and evaluation data
about the programs we support. We
change
our minds when the evidence demands it. For more about GiveWell, listen to Ezra Klein’s

- Help track the target metrics that satellite and subsystem designs are measured against as they move through MRL stages.
- Support the interface with the Manufacturing Engineering function, helping capture field and design friction and translate it into standard updates.
What we’re looking for
Must haves:
- Hands-on design or systems engineering background in satellite hardware, with depth in RF, optical, or broader satellite subsystems.
- Solid understanding of how design decisions affect manufacturability, tolerancing, integration, and test outcomes.
- Comfortable doing the technical work of building and maintaining standards, gate criteria, and tooling, under the direction of the function's lead.
- Experience working alongside Engineering, AIT, or Production teams to gather technical input.
- Strong communication skills, able to translate technical design detail into clear standard and tooling content.
Nice to haves:
- Prior exposure to DFM/DFX practices, design-review gates, or producibility standards in aerospace or comparable hardware environments.
- Experience contributing to production line, automation, or facility requirements for hardware manufacturing.
- Familiarity with cleanroom environments and EGSE/MGSE.
- Experience in a multi-site or scale-up manufacturing environment.
Application Process
- Talent Acquisition Interview
- Hiring Manager Interview
- Technical Interview + Task
- Final interview

About the Team
Product Marketing sits within Rain's Marketing & Communications team and owns how we bring Rain's infrastructure to market. The Money Movement line covers onramps, offramps, and payments, the connective tissue between onchain and the world's banking rails. As the world moves onchain, this team's job is to make clear how Rain bridges stablecoins with the rails enterprises already trust, from ACH and SEPA to SWIFT, Fedwire, and local real-time payment schemes. Reporting to our founding PMM, you'll help build the positioning, enablement, and market intelligence that keep Rain ahead as this category matures.
What you’ll do

- Build and maintain revenue enablement for both Business Development and post-sales Platform teams, including pitch decks, case studies, and sell sheets, as well as internal training
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal to translate money movement mechanics like liquidity, settlement, FX, and cross-border regulatory nuance into materials teams can act on
- Track banking rails and payment schemes around the world, including ACH, SEPA, SWIFT, Fedwire, and regional real-time payment systems, and explain how Rain connects to each
- Track competitors in the stablecoin on/offramp space and give internal teams a clear point of view on how Rain wins
- Represent the voice of the customer back to Product and Engineering to shape roadmap priorities
You are likely to succeed if you have:
- 3-7+ years in product marketing, product management, or sales enablement at a payments company, bank, or money transmitter working directly with cross-border rails and settlement
- Deep knowledge of banking rails and payment schemes around the world, including ACH, SEPA, SWIFT, Fedwire, and regional real-time payment systems
- A track record selling or marketing payments infrastructure to enterprise-level companies
- Genuine interest in how stablecoins and onchain rails are reshaping global money movement
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal in a fast-moving environment
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to make technical and regulatory complexity clear

We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As IT Operations & Cyber Lead, you will manage Humanoid’s corporate IT environment, ensuring it is secure, reliable, and scalable as the company grows.

There are close to a billion knowledge workers in the world, and only a small fraction of them have discovered what it feels like to work alongside AI that actually raises their game. Getting the rest of the way there isn't a single campaign or launch — it's an integrated marketing and growth motion: the right story, reaching the right persona, backed by activation and campaign work that turns a first try into habitual use. That's what this role owns.
We're looking for a Product Marketing Lead to own the GTM Strategy and integrated growth motion that makes Claude for Knowledge Work — chat, Cowork, Claude for Office, Tag and more — the default AI collaborator for knowledge workers.
You'll define the Marketing & growth strategy by segment for our core knowledge-work products, and coordinate the work streams that acquire and activate both users and accounts and drive their success. This role provides direction, coordination, and fuel across Demand Generation, Growth, Brand, Events, Campaigns, Field Marketing, and Success.
This is a GTM-oriented product marketer: deep in messaging and product truth, expressed through narrative content, campaigns, activation programs, and community. You'll build and run programs personally from day one, backed by many internal teams.
If you've owned an awareness-to-success marketing motions end to end for a product line, know how to turn product truth into content and campaigns that land with various segments and personas, and want to build the motion that gets millions of knowledge workers to change how they work, this role is for you.
Key responsibilities
Define the Marketing and growth strategy, segment by segment.
Build a marketing plan per priority segment or function, prioritizing where to lead first and what to deliberately not do yet.
Set the content direction for Claude for Knowledge Work.
Shape flagship narrative content based on the plan and campaign needs, building on the messaging and launch foundations owned by Core PMM.
Turn activation into a flywheel inside enterprise accounts.
Identify and activate champions, coordinate workshops and webinars, and run lifecycle programs for various personas inside top accounts, inspiring knowledge workers to raise their ambitions and deliver more impact with Claude.
Own the flagship acquisition and activation campaigns.
Define and run the "Hand off your tasks to Claude" integrated programs, choosing channels and activations that fit the audience.
Inform the digital, social, and field motions.
Shape the Knowledge Work digital, social, and influencer motion — ops, finance, legal, marketing, and productivity creators — and our social presence in this space.
Coordinate without owning.
Provide direction, coordination, and fuel across Demand Generation, Growth, Brand, Events, Campaigns, Field Marketing, and Success, so the growth motion moves as one program without duplicating any team's mandate.
Build and ship the work yourself.
Operate as an individual contributor in year one — write the plans, build the campaigns, and ship the content directly, with room to grow a team as the motion matures.
Report on what the motion is actually driving.
Track and share progress against awareness and preference, growth (WAUs and enterprise account depth), revenue contribution, and campaign efficiency.
Minimum qualifications
Have experience creating marketing programs for functional personas, whether users or buyers (e.g., Operations, Finance, Legal, Sales)
Excel at cross-functional collaboration, with a track record of driving work through influence across Demand Generation, Growth, Brand, Events, Campaigns, Field Marketing, and Success, without direct authority over any of them
Possess strong storytelling and content instincts, with a track record of flagship narrative content such as executive series or customer story programs
Demonstrate grit and leadership, with a track record of driving results in ambitious, high-scale, high-velocity environments
Are comfortable operating autonomously as an IC in year one, building and shipping plans, campaigns, and content directly rather than through a team
Preferred qualifications
10+ years of growth and product marketing and/or demand gen experience for portfolio or product-line scope
Experience marketing a productivity, collaboration, or AI-powered enterprise product to knowledge workers, as distinct from developers
A background running community, influencer, or creator programs for a B2B audience
Experience building unaided awareness and preference for a specific product name or term within a category where the parent brand already has strong general awareness — building a name, not a category, from scratch
Experience reading and responding to competitive dynamics in a fast-moving market

Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.

Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.

Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Render's mission is to eliminate the undifferentiated work that goes into building software products by offering an easy-to-use, powerful cloud platform for developer teams of all sizes.
By joining us at an early stage, you will design and build the cloud platform you've always wanted for yourself, and make decisions that will shape our product and company, directly impacting developers around the globe.
The challenge is in building the right user-facing features and abstractions that make simple application deployments effortless and complex application deployments possible. User experience is our primary focus and drives everything we do. As a product engineer at Render, you will take complete, end-to-end ownership of full stack projects. You should already have experience building products across the stack and have a keen understanding of databases, web frameworks, APIs, and multiple programming languages.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build new products. This team builds the tools that help larger teams/companies manage their apps as they grow.
- Collaborate closely with design, product, other engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Help evolve and mature the Render codebase and technology as the product scales and increases in complexity over time.
- Participate in team planning, roadmapping, and goal-setting.
- Help shape team culture and practices as the company scales.
- Participate in on-call responsibilities with the rest of your team.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 6+ years of professional experience shipping software. Bonus points if you’ve excelled at a small, high-growth startup.
- Experience collaborating with product and design stakeholders.
- Experience wearing multiple hats and working across the stack, both collaboratively and independently.
- Strong understanding of web frameworks, APIs, and databases, and experience working with multiple programming languages.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to make pragmatic decisions about your work.
NICE-TO-HAVES:
- Familiarity with modern tooling for software build and deploy processes.
- Familiarity building for product-driven growth and modern enterprise audiences.
- Experience with any of the technologies the Render product runs on: Go, Typescript, React, Kubernetes, Postgres, Terraform, Temporal.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.

SENIOR LIFECYCLE MARKETING MANAGER
ABOUT WISTIA
Making videos is easy. Making them work for your business? That is where Wistia shines. Our end-to-end platform gives businesses the tools to create, host, share, and analyze videos and webinars, all in one place.
Our mission? To be the go-to video and webinar platform for businesses. And we know that mission starts with a team that feels valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager will play a critical role in helping our users discover, adopt and realize ongoing value with our product and features. This role will combine strategic thinking with analytical rigor and exceptional execution to serve a wide range of customers with unique needs, delivering the right message at the right moment.
This role will identify opportunities through customer insights and product data, design sophisticated lifecycle programs, lead customer engagement strategies for new products and features, and continuously evolve the user experience through experimentation. You’ll partner closely with Growth Product, Product Marketing, Content, Demand Generation, Customer Success and more to shape what content gets created based on what the lifecycle program needs, connect what happens next when someone clicks an email and lands in the product, and build customer delight programs that turn satisfied users into advocates for the brand.
Who You'll Work With: This role reports to our Senior Director of Demand Generation, and partners closely with the Growth Marketing, Content, Marketing Operations, Growth Product, Demand Generation and Customer Success teams.
What It's Like Working on This Team: This is a hands-on, high-ownership IC role that will own the strategy and the execution. You'll be the person in the room asking whether something is actually right for the person receiving it, not just convenient for an upcoming initiative, and you'll proactively mine the database for what's missing: which segments are underserved, which lifecycle moments have no coverage, where we're leaving user potential on the table. While your primary, initial execution is email, your thinking extends beyond that, asking what happens after the click and flagging when a complementary channel, in-product moment, or webinar should be running alongside it.
This role will leverage AI to meaningfully scale what they are able to do — accelerate experimentation, sharpen segmentation, find patterns in the database faster than any manual process could — and bring what you learn back as a resource for the broader marketing team, not just apply it to your own work. You will regularly translate what you are seeing in customer behavior into input that shapes what the rest of marketing invests in next.
- Why is this role exciting? The lifecycle program has strong foundations ready for a dynamic and more personalized approach that’s connected to how users actually grow with Wistia. You will not be executing someone else's playbook; you will be building the next one. You’ll partner with Product Growth and other marketing teams to create key touchpoints with our user base and have ownership of one of marketing's highest-leverage channels at a company with a loyal, engaged customer base and a product that delivers real value.
- How does it directly support Wistia's mission? Wistia's mission is to be the go-to video and webinar platform for businesses. This role will help users realize that value by discovering what the product can do, deepening how they use it, and understanding what Wistia can mean for their business long-term. You will be building and influencing the engine that makes those connections happen.
- What interesting challenges will candidates tackle? Evolving a maturing email program toward trigger-based, behavior-driven lifecycle marketing takes real craft and cross-functional reach. You will shape what content gets created, work with product and growth teams on the infrastructure that enables personalization at scale, and use AI to do things that were not previously possible with a lean team. The challenge is not just technical — it is also about building the internal relationships and trust that let you influence how the whole organization thinks about engaging its users.
Work Environment: Remote — open to candidates anywhere in the US.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deeply understand our users and our product to help them succeed and grow
- Own the strategy and execution of 1:many and 1:few lifecycle programs, primarily through email, focused on driving product adoption, feature awareness, and cross-sell/purchase readiness across trial and customer audiences — setting users up for the expansion moments that matter, upstream of the transactional triggers.
- Build and evolve a trigger-based, behavior-driven email program that supports what users are actually doing in the product.
- Proactively mine and analyze our existing database for opportunities: identify underserved segments, under-engaged users, and untapped lifecycle moments that email can address, and build programs around what you find.
- Develop a customer delight program to reward and celebrate our customers for their success, turning them into advocates for our brand.
- Partner closely with Content to identify gaps and shape what gets created based on what the lifecycle program needs to drive adoption and awareness. Yes, you’ll use existing assets, but also actively influence the content roadmap.
- Partner with Events, Webinar, and Product Marketing stakeholders to ensure lifecycle email is integrated with launches, live programming, and feature releases and vice versa. When a feature ships or a webinar goes live, this person should already have a lifecycle angle ready.
- Work alongside Marketing Ops as a partner on HubSpot strategy and architecture, having input into how the platform is structured and maintained to support lifecycle goals.
- Leverage AI tools to scale the sophistication and output of the email program in the short term while also planning ahead for what will be needed in the future.
- Define and track KPIs tied to adoption, engagement, and cross-sell readiness. Translate those signals into input for the broader marketing team by surfacing what the data tells us about user behavior, content needs, and where we are leaving value on the table.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Content, Growth Marketing, Growth Product, Marketing Ops, and Customer Success to ensure the email program is working in concert with the broader GTM motion and that your insights about the customer lifecycle are actively shaping how the team operates.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 9+ years of email and lifecycle marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company, with a consistent track record of owning strategy and program outcomes — not just execution.
- You may have managed a team at some point in your career, and you are choosing to stay hands-on. You know your leverage is in your craft, your systems, and your ability to scale through smart use of AI — not headcount — and you have built your career around that.
- You are already using AI tools in meaningful, practical ways to scale output and program sophistication — from content generation to segmentation logic to experimentation velocity. You bring that muscle into this role and keep pushing it forward.
- Deep HubSpot expertise: you can architect segmentation, automation workflows, and dynamic content at a program level, and you are comfortable co-owning the platform with an Ops partner rather than operating within someone else's setup.
- A strong cross-functional influencer, particularly with Content, Events, Webinars, Product Marketing, and Growth Product teams that produce things the lifecycle program should be amplifying and integrating.
- You know how to identify what the lifecycle program needs, build alignment with partners who have their own priorities, and get results without direct authority.
- A genuine user advocate — you think about what is right for the person receiving the email, not just what is useful for the business sending it, and that instinct makes the programs you build more effective.
- Analytically sharp: you can look at funnel and engagement data, identify where email can move the needle, and build a compelling case for what to prioritize next.
- Experience with adoption and engagement-focused programs — you think about email beyond acquisition and conversion and understand how to use it to build product habits and deepen customer relationships over time.
- Experience with PLG or product-led growth motions — trial activation, feature adoption signals, self-serve upgrade behavior — is a meaningful plus.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is shaping the future of Go-To-Market, and as a Solutions Consultant (SC), you’ll bring that future to life by building alongside customers and turning their biggest challenges into measurable outcomes. As a customer-facing, quota-carrying SC, you’ll bring together technical fluency and commercial ownership to grow your book of business. You’ll build pipeline with BDRs, engage key stakeholders, lead discovery, co-build workflow solutions live with customers, and guide opportunities through close. You’ll connect each solution to a clear business case and stay engaged through adoption, expansion, and renewal so customers realize the value of what they buy.
You’ll partner with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists while maintaining clear ownership of customer relationships, opportunity momentum, and next steps. If you’re a builder who loves to sell—and want to work at the intersection of AI, productivity, and enterprise—this is the role.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Create pipeline across your book of business. Build target-account plans with BDRs and initiate outreach to priority stakeholders to generate qualified opportunities, alongside BDR-sourced pipeline.
- Own opportunities from first conversation through close. Lead discovery, qualify business needs and urgency, align stakeholders, shape the solution and business case, and drive the evaluation and commercial decision. Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope, credits, and implementation path.
- Design and validate workflow solutions that deliver measurable value. Map current- and future-state workflows, co-build solutions live in Notion, and define realistic scope, success criteria, and an implementation path. Translate customer needs and validated outcomes into a clear business case, commercial recommendation, and decision path. Treat discovery as an opportunity to build and validate.
- Orchestrate the right partners while maintaining ownership. Engage BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists at the right moments, with clear context and asks, while owning opportunity momentum, customer communication, and next steps.
- Drive customer value and commercial growth after signature. Partner with Outcomes Architects, guide the initial path to value with a clear adoption plan, on onboarding and ongoing multi-workflow adoption, and own expansion strategy and renewal planning. Stay accountable for translating credits sold into credits consumed, and surface risks or expansion opportunities as customer workflows mature.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Commercial ownership and pipeline generation. You can demonstrate how you created or advanced business, influenced customer decisions, and owned measurable outcomes. Relevant experience may come from quota-carrying sales or adjacent customer-facing roles.
- Technical fluency and builder mindset. You are comfortable building live in software and can demo, co-design, and troubleshoot with a customer without needing a specialist in the room.
- AI fluency. You are excited about AI, build with new tools, and continually learn new ways of working.
- Discovery, qualification, and value articulation. You can uncover customer needs, map workflows, qualify business impact and urgency, and translate what you learn into commercial outcomes, adoption plans, and clear success criteria.
- Agency, urgency, and learning velocity. You set clear goals, take initiative, learn from customer interactions, and apply those learnings to improve outcomes. You bring new ideas and workflows to customers and make complex problems easier to solve.
- Complex customer engagement. You can lead multi-stakeholder interactions and navigate procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Full-cycle B2B software sales experience or solutions engineering experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota across new-logo acquisition and expansion motions.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit-based commercial proposals.
- Prior experience selling to commercial accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
- Experience in a shared account ownership model, partnering with a post-sale or Customer Success team as part of an integrated customer motion.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
