WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Forward Deployed Architect on Notion’s Services team, you will help customers turn AI ambition into operational reality and unlock the full potential of our platform. You will partner directly with customers to design, build, and launch AI-native workflows that drive adoption, usage, and measurable business outcomes.
This role sits at the center of Notion’s workflow-led GTM motion. You will partner directly with customers to understand their business goals, operating processes, technical environment, governance needs, and adoption barriers, then translate that context into scalable Notion architectures that drive measurable value.
You will be hands-on across discovery, solution design, workspace architecture, workflow build, AI implementation, launch planning, adoption and handoff. You will work deeply with customers to define what Notion should own, where it should integrate with existing systems, and how Notion can become a durable operating layer for their teams.
The best candidates combine strong consultative discovery, systems thinking, technical fluency, AI-native workflow design, implementation judgment and exceptional customer presence. You should be comfortable reasoning through technical tradeoffs, designing scalable solutions, and partnering closely with Forward Deployed Engineering when deeper engineering support is required.
In this role, you own the engagement outcome. You will lead our most complex, multi-workstream engagements in Korea, decide when Forward Deployed Engineers are needed for code-intensive work, and coach others to raise the bar across our Services practice.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Lead Notion’s most complex, multi-workstream customer engagements in Korea end to end, from scoping and discovery through launch, adoption and handoff, often where the future state and success measures are not yet defined.
- Shape Services scope, effort estimates and implementation strategy with account teams during pre-sales, then deliver against the agreed scope, timeline and outcomes, recovering engagements that go off track.
- Drive executive alignment on ambiguous, high-stakes decisions: facilitate discovery and architecture workshops, frame tradeoffs clearly and deliver hard messages directly.
- Decide where Notion should own, complement or connect to existing systems, and design scalable architectures and AI-native workflows to a production quality bar, including permission design, AI evaluation, human-in-the-loop controls and operational ownership.
- Orchestrate Forward Deployed Engineers, partners and internal teams: define when deeper engineering is required and set clear scope, ownership and handoffs.
- Lead change management and adoption through stakeholder alignment, champion programs, phased rollouts and enablement, so customer teams sustain usage and realize measurable value.
- Coach other architects and partners, and scale the Korea Services practice through reusable reference architectures, packaged solutions and localized enablement.
- Turn field patterns into evidence-backed product signals (customer pain, business impact, expected outcome and frequency) that influence Notion’s roadmap.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 5+ years of experience in tech services/consulting, solutions architecture, implementation, customer engineering, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proven ability to translate ambiguous customer goals into clear workflows, implementation plans, solution architectures, and measurable success criteria.
- Strong consultative discovery skills, including the ability to map current-state workflows, identify customer pain, understand operating models, surface technical constraints, and define practical future-state solutions.
- Hands-on AI builder mindset, with experience using AI tools to design, prototype, automate, or improve real business workflows.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying AI-powered workflows or agents in production for customers.
- Hands-on technical depth in data modeling and permission design, API and integration patterns, agent design and evaluation, enterprise security and governance, and data validation with SQL or scripts. You do not need to write production code.
- Strong experience delivering implementations that drive adoption, change management and long-term customer value.
- Strong project and engagement management skills, including ownership of scope, timeline, deliverables, stakeholder alignment, risks, decisions, dependencies and launch readiness.
- Experience scoping Services work, estimating effort and delivering within agreed commercial boundaries.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business, technical, and executive audiences.
- Strong executive presence and customer judgment, with the ability to build trust, frame tradeoffs clearly, and move ambiguous decisions forward.
- Experience coaching consultants or architects, and building methods, reference architectures or packaged services that others adopt.
- Bias toward action, high learning velocity, and comfort building in fast-changing AI-native product environments.
- Professional fluency in Korean and English.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience with Notion, APIs, MCPs, Workers, coding agents or developer platform workflows.
- Experience delivering for large Korean enterprises and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder decision processes.
- Experience enabling or co-delivering with implementation partners.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Staff Engineer
About LaunchDarkly Engineering
LaunchDarkly helps engineering organizations ship software and AI with speed, safety, and control. Our platform gives teams the confidence to release gradually, target experiences to the right audiences, learn through experimentation, understand what is happening in production, and respond quickly when risk appears.
Our engineers build the systems, services, SDKs, developer tools, cloud infrastructure, and product experiences that make this possible. The work spans high-scale distributed systems, reliable data and event pipelines, intuitive enterprise workflows, and AI-powered capabilities that help teams manage the next generation of software delivery.
LaunchDarkly’s SDKs are used in systems that perform trillions of feature flag evaluations each day, giving our engineering work a direct connection to the reliability and customer experience of software around the world. As the company grows, we are expanding beyond traditional feature management into experimentation, observability, and AgentControl—helping customers control more of the software and AI lifecycle. That creates an unusually broad set of technical challenges, visible customer impact, and room for engineers to shape what comes next.
We believe in the power of teams. We work with humility, openness, curiosity, and care; we value clear communication, thoughtful technical judgment, inclusive collaboration, and a strong sense of ownership. We encourage people to apply even when they do not meet every qualification listed below. We are interested in the experience, perspective, and potential you would bring to the role.
About the role
Staff scope at LaunchDarkly is defined by impact rather than title alone. The specific domain may include platform infrastructure, APIs, SDKs, data systems, observability, experimentation, feature management, or AI/agent capabilities.
As a Staff Engineer at LaunchDarkly, you will provide technical leadership beyond a single team. You will help define direction for important systems or product areas, guide complex initiatives, and create leverage by enabling other engineers to make better decisions and deliver with confidence.
Staff Engineers at LaunchDarkly are trusted for their judgment, influence, and ability to connect customer needs, business goals, product strategy, and technical execution. You may lead architecture across multiple teams, establish durable patterns, improve developer effectiveness, or help the organization navigate a significant change in technology or product direction.
This is an individual contributor role. You will lead through expertise, communication, and influence rather than through direct people management.
What you’ll do
Set technical direction for complex, high-impact systems, products, or cross-team initiatives.
Lead architecture and design work that improves scalability, performance, reliability, security, operability, and developer experience.
Clarify ambiguous problems, identify the highest-leverage opportunities, and help teams make timely, well-informed decisions.
Partner with Product, Design, Engineering Managers, and senior leaders to connect technical investments to customer and business outcomes.
Influence teams outside your immediate area through strong technical proposals, inclusive decision-making, and clear communication.
Improve engineering effectiveness through reusable patterns, paved paths, documentation, mentoring, and thoughtful process improvements.
Contribute directly to critical projects when hands-on technical work is the best way to create leverage.
Represent customer needs and production realities in technical and product discussions.
Develop other engineers through mentorship, feedback, and opportunities to grow their scope.
Qualifications
This level of expertise is typically found in engineers with 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
Deep understanding of event-driven architectures, streaming protocols (e.g., Server-Sent Events, WebSockets), and stateful connection management at scale.
Expertise in Go, Java, Rust or similar systems programming languages. (We use Go and a little bit of Rust.)
Significant experience delivering and operating production software, including systems or products with meaningful scale, complexity, or reliability requirements.
Demonstrated technical leadership across team or organizational boundaries, without relying on formal authority.
Experience making architecture and design decisions for complex systems and communicating the tradeoffs clearly.
A track record of turning ambiguous, high-impact problems into aligned plans and shipped outcomes.
Strong understanding of software quality, observability, operational health, security, and sustainable delivery practices.
Ability to balance long-term technical direction with pragmatic, incremental execution.
A collaborative leadership style grounded in curiosity, inclusion, clear communication, and respect for different perspectives.

If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Commercial Finance, or a related function within a Business-to-Business (B2B) Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Salesforce Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ)/Revenue Cloud, including resolving complex quoting and cross-object issues.
- Strong understanding of commercial deal structures, including annual recurring revenue (ARR), multi-year agreements, amendments, renewals, co-terms, ramps, stub billing, bundled products, and discounting.
- Demonstrated ability to build or improve processes, documentation, approval workflows, and commercial policies in an evolving environment.
- Sound commercial judgment and the ability to balance customer and seller needs with pricing discipline, revenue integrity, and business risk.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to influence effectively without formal authority and explain complex commercial concepts clearly.
- Experience using artificial intelligence (AI), automation, or workflow tools to reduce manual work and improve the quote-to-cash process is preferred.
What you can expect:
- Partner with Enterprise Account Executives (AEs), Sales Managers, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations on complex, non-standard, and high-impact deals.
- Advise on deal structure, pricing, terms, discounting, approvals, amendments, renewals, co-terms, ramps, bundled products, and other commercial considerations.
- Review and execute deal submissions in Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud, ensuring quotes and contracts are accurate, complete, and ready for approval and invoicing.
- Build the foundations of the Commercial Deal Desk, including intake processes, approval routing, discount governance, exception handling, service-level agreements (SLAs), and documentation.
- Create playbooks, training materials, office hours, and practical guidance that help sales teams navigate commercial processes and quoting tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation, AI tooling, and CPQ configuration, while partnering with technical teams to implement scalable solutions.
- Use deal data and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks, improve deal quality, and recommend changes that support efficient, sustainable growth.

That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.

To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.

Some roles are designated as remote-first, with an expectation that individuals work from their homes majority of the time, while others are designated as in-office roles, with an expectation of being on-site on a regular basis. We recognize that certain roles benefit from regular, in-person connection to support collaboration, team cohesion, and customer engagement.
For all roles, occasional travel may be required. This includes things like: department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events are typically held in varying locations across Canada, USA and/or EMEA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.

You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.

You will need to know how to use AI as a tool to constantly improve your productivity.
This is a demanding and rewarding role. It is a fast-paced and challenging environment. While our company is growing sustainably, we still have a lot of building and improving to do. And we do this work together with our teammates from more than 15 different countries. We're looking for driven, humble, technically curious people who embrace a team-first attitude and demonstrate extreme ownership. Use a multi-channel approach (email, social, calling) to proactively outreach to new leads within target accounts; our top SDRs are confident and effective on the phone

What Makes You a Great Fit:
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
Open to feedback and coaching, always looking for ways to improve
Clear and concise written and verbal communication style
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize many tasks and demands
Willingness and ability to take on any task - no matter how small or big - with a focus on quality
Resourceful and proactive in an environment that is constantly evolving
Driven by purpose and by winning with a team-first attitude
Located in Switzerland
Bonus Points For:
Let’s be honest - interviewing is not easy. However, we want you to come prepared and succeed. When we interview, we’re trying to determine a couple of things:
Would you be successful if you were part of our team?
Will you love working here and be a positive influence on your fellow colleagues?
Will you grow professionally and personally during your time here?
We’re looking for people who are curious and passionate about technology, so make sure you invest some time in learning about Grafana Labs. Explore our community, the industry we operate in, what we offer, and how we set ourselves apart.
During your interview, you’ll be sharing stories about your current and past roles and experiences. The best way to frame this is with the CARR model: Context, Action, Results, Reflection. This allows you to succinctly share the experiences you’ve gained.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT PRODUCTION ENGINEERING
Production Engineering is Ramp's infrastructure ownership layer. We exist to make Ramp faster, more reliable, and more scalable — and we do that by being embedded in the problems, not adjacent to them.
A few things that define how we operate:
- One team, one company, one objective. There is no "infra team" and "product team" — there is Ramp. We share the company's goals as our own. When a product team struggles with reliability or scalability, that is our struggle.
- If reliability or scalability is at risk, we own it. We don't wait to be invited, and we don't ask whose code it is. If a system is slow, if it breaks, if it won't scale — that's ours to lead, regardless of where it lives in the stack.
- We go first, and we go fast. When the path isn't obvious, we don't wait for someone else to find it. We move with urgency, propose the solution, align the stakeholders, and stay in until it's done — not until our ticket is closed.
- We lead the way. We find the next problem before it finds us. And when we solve it, we don't just fix it for ourselves — the patterns and standards we establish become the foundation the rest of Ramp builds on. That's not a side effect of the job; it's the job.
- We stay calibrated. Speed means nothing if we're moving in the wrong direction. We regularly stop and ask honestly whether what we're working on is still the highest-leverage thing we could be doing — the discipline that makes sure our effort compounds toward what actually matters.
You cannot build the future of finance on shaky infrastructure.
OUR TEAMS
Production Engineering is organized into teams — but we think about teams differently. Teams are mutable. We build them around what needs to be done, not around what we need to do given the teams we already have. The structure below reflects our current priorities; it will evolve as Ramp does.
Right now, we operate across four areas:
- Compute — the foundation everything runs on: container orchestration, networking, load balancing, edge infrastructure, and the deployment systems that get code from engineers' laptops to production reliably and at scale
- Storage — databases, caching, object storage, and the data infrastructure that underpins everything
- Workflows & Messaging — the systems that power Ramp's financial workflows and event-driven architecture
- Developer Infrastructure — the platform that makes every builder at Ramp faster and more autonomous: observability, cost attribution, and CI/CD systems that give teams visibility into what they build and what it costs
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Production Engineers at Ramp are full software engineers who happen to specialize in infrastructure. You write production code, you own systems end-to-end, and you drive technical outcomes across the organization — not just within your team.
As a Tech Lead & Manager, you are a hands-on player-coach: you will lead and grow a team while remaining directly engaged in the technical work. Management at Ramp does not mean stepping away from the technology or the code. You will help set direction, develop engineers, and work alongside the team to deliver consequential infrastructure outcomes.
Day to day, you will:
- Build, coach, and grow a high-performing team. Create clarity, give direct feedback, mentor engineers, and help each person expand their technical judgment, ownership, and leadership.
- Set technical direction for your team’s domain. Identify the highest-leverage problems, define a path forward, bring the right people along, and stay engaged with the team until the work is delivered.
- Build and operate critical infrastructure across Ramp's compute, storage, messaging, and observability stack — owning the systems that handle real financial transactions at scale.
- Drive architectural change — not just flag problems. When you surface a reliability or scalability issue, you own the path forward: you propose the solution, find the owners across engineering, and stay in until it's resolved.
- Partner with product teams at the design phase — reviewing architectures, embedding golden paths, and making it easy to build correctly the first time.
- Build Ramp's next level of scale — you'll be a hands-on contributor to the most consequential infrastructure shift happening right now: our move to a cellular architecture, enabling Ramp to scale, reach international markets, operate in highly regulated and constrained environments (e.g. FedRAMP), and deliver on enterprise-grade SLAs.
- Enable AI-native engineering — as Ramp builds increasingly AI-powered products, PE is the team that makes sure the platform can support them. You'll proactively partner with product teams on AI infrastructure patterns, define the golden paths that turn one-off solutions into reusable foundations, and stay ahead of emerging challenges before they become blockers.
- Build developer tooling and self-service infrastructure — so that other teams can answer their own questions (cost, performance, reliability) without involving PE.
- Participate in on-call rotation — and more importantly, use every incident as a signal to eliminate the root cause, not just resolve the symptom.
- Lead across the company — PE doesn't just review designs or show up when called. We proactively initiate cross-team architectural reviews, and we take full ownership of company-wide reliability and scalability initiatives: identifying the problem, proposing the solution, aligning the stakeholders, and staying in until it's done.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
We don't hire for a checklist. We hire for the instincts that make someone exceptional on this team.
The mindset we're looking for:
- You love building teams, mentoring engineers, and helping people grow—and you are equally energized by writing code, reviewing designs, and digging into complex distributed systems.
- You are a true player-coach. You know when to coach, delegate, and create space for others to lead; you also know when your direct technical involvement will create the most leverage.
- You can set a technical direction, bring people along, and then lock in with the team to make it happen.
- You do not believe managing engineers means stepping away from the technology or the code.
- You can't walk past something broken without wanting to fix it — and you don't stop at the workaround. You find the root cause and eliminate the class of problem.
- You think in systems, not tasks. You understand that "fixing the bug" is step one; making it so the bug can't happen again is the job.
- You move with urgency but without chaos. You know when to go fast and when to slow down and do it right.
- You treat product teams as your users. You build for them, communicate with them proactively, and measure success by how much faster they can ship. But you're also an owner — when something is broken or blocking, you don't wait to be asked. We win when our customers win.
- You leave things better than you found them. Every system you touch, every process you encounter — you move it forward. Not always dramatically, but always directionally. You picked it up in a certain state; you leave it in a better one.
- You are equally comfortable reading a database query plan, reviewing a system design doc, writing a Terraform module, and jumping into an incident at 2am.
Experience profile:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including a track record of shipping high-quality architectures for critical systems.
- Staff+-level technical leadership: experience setting technical direction and leading complex, multi-quarter technical initiatives from ambiguous problems through durable production outcomes.
- Experience managing, mentoring, and developing engineers. You create clarity, give direct feedback, and help people grow in technical judgment, scope, and leadership.
- A sustained hands-on engineering track record. You are comfortable writing and reviewing production code, evaluating system designs, debugging incidents, and making difficult technical tradeoffs.
- Hands-on experience building and operating distributed systems at production scale.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals — you write clean, well-tested, production-ready code and set that standard for the team.
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS preferred).
- Familiarity with observability and reliability practices, including SLOs, error budgets, alerting, dashboards, and incident response.
- Track record of delivering through cross-functional coordination: aligning stakeholders, unblocking teams, and staying accountable for the outcome.
- Comfortable using AI tooling and coding agents as part of your everyday engineering workflow — and helping a team use them to move faster and think bigger.
Bonus (not required):
- Experience with cellular or multi-tenant architecture patterns
- Prior work on workflow orchestration systems (Temporal)
- Contributions to developer experience or internal platform tooling
- Experience in fintech, payments, or regulated industries (FedRAMP, SOC 2)

Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Replit enables people to build software with AI. The systems underneath that experience must support safe production changes, measurable reliability, and predictable performance as usage grows.
This Engineering Manager will lead SRE across observability, incident management, load testing, performance engineering, cloud cost and capacity, and rollout infrastructure. You'll lead and grow an existing team that builds and operates production platforms and works hands-on across application and infrastructure boundaries.
This is a software-building leadership role, not simply an incident-management function. You'll help teams ship safely, understand production behavior, and remove performance bottlenecks through concrete engineering improvements. You should be comfortable going deep on a rollout failure or performance investigation while developing technical leaders and sustainable ownership across a distributed team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Observability. Build and operate metrics, logs, traces, and alerting capabilities. Help teams establish meaningful SLOs and use production telemetry to diagnose problems and verify improvements.
- Incident Management. Own incident tooling and practices, coordinate cross-team response, and turn incident reviews into engineering improvements that reduce recovery time and repeat failures.
- Load Testing. Build and maintain load/failure testing capabilities. Validate critical paths under expected demand, quantify headroom, and test recovery and production readiness with service owners.
- Performance Engineering. Lead deep engagements with internal teams on SLOs and end-to-end performance. Use profiling, telemetry, and load tests to identify bottlenecks and deliver improvements with service owners—not just recommendations.
- Stay technically engaged. Review designs and production changes, debug difficult failure modes, and use AI coding tools—including Replit—to prototype and automate. Apply rigorous review and verification to AI-generated changes.
- Build and grow a high-ownership engineering team. Coach engineers, develop technical leaders, manage performance, and hire against agreed needs. Make distributed collaboration, mentoring, and backup coverage deliberate rather than relying on a few permanent escalation points.
- Measure outcomes and close the loop. Track rollout safety, recovery time, repeat incidents, critical-path latency/throughput, test coverage, and improvements arising from cost/capacity analysis. Agree success measures and continuing ownership with partner teams.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Demonstrated engineering management. You have led and developed engineers, made prioritization and performance decisions, hired thoughtfully, and delivered through a team—not only acted as its strongest individual contributor.
- Software-oriented production systems depth. You have built and operated distributed systems or reliability platforms and can reason across deployment behavior, Kubernetes, telemetry, service dependencies, and recovery mechanisms.
- Safe-change and performance judgment. You have led consequential migrations or incidents and used measurement to diagnose reliability or performance problems. You can distinguish symptoms from causes and validate fixes under realistic conditions.
- Platform-product and cross-team judgment. You can build capabilities other teams adopt, lead hands-on engagements without absorbing every service's operations, and make clear tradeoffs among reliability, performance, engineering effort, and cost.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with GitOps or progressive-delivery platforms such as Harness, ArgoCD, or Kargo.
- Experience with observability, profiling, load-testing, and failure-testing systems, including OpenTelemetry or comparable tooling.
- Experience with cloud cost attribution, capacity planning, and provider coordination, particularly on GCP.
- Experience growing distributed teams and using AI tools to increase engineering output while preserving production safeguards.

InfluxData is the creator of InfluxDB, the leading time series platform used to collect, store, and analyze all time series data at any scale. Developers can query and analyze their time-stamped data in real-time to discover, interpret, and share new insights to gain a competitive edge. InfluxData is a remote-first company with a globally distributed workforce. For more information, visit www.influxdata.com http://www.influxdata.com.
InfluxData's North America Commercial sales team is growing, and we're looking for a Commercial Account Executive to own a territory end to end.
This is a hybrid new business and account management role. You'll hunt new logos across organizations of 1–500 employees in North America, and you'll carry a book of roughly 40 existing accounts that you are responsible for renewing and growing. The best people in this seat are as comfortable running a cold outbound motion as they are sitting with an existing customer six months before renewal, understanding where their usage is headed and what it will take to expand.
You are a hunter and a builder. You enjoy creating new relationships and deepening existing ones. You're all about working hard, supporting one another, ideating nonstop, and having a lot of fun while doing it.
InfluxDB is a purpose-built time series database used by engineering, platform, DevOps, SRE, and IoT teams to handle high-volume telemetry data. You'll be selling to technical buyers, which means the strongest AEs on this team are curious, consultative, and willing to get into the substance of a customer's architecture and problem.
What you’ll be doing:
New Business
- Owning the full sales cycle for new logos in North America Commercial — prospecting, discovery, scoping, POC, negotiation, and close
- Building and sustaining your own pipeline through cold calling, outbound email, LinkedIn, account research, inbound follow-up, and partner activity
- Running strong discovery: understanding the technical use case, the business impact, the buying process, the stakeholders, and what success looks like
- Understanding the competitive landscape — including open source alternatives — and positioning InfluxData to win
- Partnering with Sales Engineering to scope and run technical evaluations and POCs
Renewals & Expansions
- Owning renewal outcomes across a book of approximately 40 existing accounts, including forecast accuracy on every renewal in your territory
- Engaging renewals early — well ahead of the contract date — to understand usage trends, changes in the customer's environment, budget cycle, and stakeholder changes
- Identifying and closing expansion: new use cases, new teams and divisions, increased capacity, and upgrades
- Building multi-threaded relationships across your accounts so the relationship does not sit with a single champion
- Spotting and escalating retention risk early, and working with Customer Success and Support to resolve it before it reaches the renewal conversation
- Conducting regular check-ins and business reviews with your accounts to keep value visible
Across the Whole Territory
- Building trust and credibility, both internally and with prospects and customers, from engineering to executive stakeholders
- Keeping opportunity detail, next steps, renewal dates, and forecast accurate in Salesforce
- Forecasting and managing your sales activity and pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals
- Meeting or exceeding monthly targets and quarterly quota across both new business and renewal/expansion
What we’re looking for:
- 1+ years of quota-carrying sales experience selling data solutions, SaaS, PaaS, developer tools, or cloud infrastructure
- Experience selling into commercial and mid-market organizations
- Experience managing accounts post-close through annual renewal cycles, with responsibility for retention and growth
- Demonstrated success running a full sales cycle from self-sourced pipeline through close
- Ability to balance hunting and farming — the discipline to keep prospecting while carrying an active book of business
- Comfort selling to technical buyers and translating technical capability into business value
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, able to talk to all levels at an organization
- Demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding quota
- Strong prospecting, qualifying, closing, and account management skills
- Excellent negotiation skills, including renewal and expansion negotiations
- Disciplined pipeline management, CRM hygiene, and forecast accuracy
It’s a plus if you have:
- Experience selling open source or commercial-open-source products, and competing against free alternatives
- Experience with time series data, observability, monitoring, IoT or industrial telemetry, DevOps, or SRE tooling
- Experience carrying a combined new business and renewal quota

Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Replit enables people to build software with AI. The infrastructure underneath that experience must make it straightforward to launch services, isolate workloads, and run reliable systems at scale.
We're hiring a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead Cloud Infrastructure: the shared infrastructure as code (IaC), networking, storage, compute, and service mesh platforms that Replit's product and platform teams depend on. You'll lead and grow an existing engineering team building and operating these foundations, including Kubernetes, shared edge networking, service mesh and workload identity.
This is a platform-building role with production accountability. You should be comfortable going deep on a design or incident while developing a team that does not depend on you for every decision.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the cloud-platform roadmap. Lead the team's IaC, networking, storage, compute, and service mesh platforms. Translate product, platform, reliability, and security needs into sequenced outcomes, balancing foundational investment, lifecycle work, and delivery commitments against the team's capacity.
- Make infrastructure repeatable and self-service. Build maintained IaC interfaces for services, cells, connectivity, identities, and shared resources. Enable internal customer teams to provision infrastructure without bespoke coordination or dependence on individual experts.
- Operate what the team builds. Own platform availability, upgrades, isolation, recovery, and incident remediation. Maintain clear SLOs, sustainable on-call coverage, and primary and backup owners for critical systems.
- Stay technically engaged. Review designs and production changes, debug difficult failure modes, and use AI coding tools—including Replit—to prototype and automate. Apply rigorous review and verification to AI-generated infrastructure changes.
- Build and grow a high-ownership engineering team. Coach engineers, develop technical leaders, set clear expectations, manage performance, and hire against agreed needs. Delegate meaningful ownership as the team grows.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Demonstrated engineering management. You have led and developed engineers, made prioritization and performance decisions, hired thoughtfully, and delivered through a team—not only acted as its strongest individual contributor.
- Software-oriented infrastructure depth. You have built and operated cloud platforms or distributed systems and can reason across infrastructure code, Kubernetes, networking, service identity, and stateful dependencies.
- Safe-change and production judgment. You have owned consequential migrations and incidents, can explain failure modes and rollback limits, and know when simplifying a system is better than adding another platform.
- Platform-product and engineering judgment. You understand internal customers, create interfaces other teams adopt, and make clear tradeoffs among reliability, developer autonomy, engineering effort, and workload efficiency.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with multi-tenant, cellular, regional, or dedicated enterprise infrastructure.
- Familiarity with GCP/GKE, Terraform or similar IaC systems, Cloudflare, Envoy/Istio, SPIFFE/SPIRE, and managed data services.
- Experience with large-fleet rightsizing, infrastructure consolidation, or migrating CI compute without disrupting developer workflows.
- A track record using AI tools to increase engineering output while preserving production safeguards.

AGENTIC ENGINEERING PLATFORM ENGINEER
Developer Productivity · AI Coding Agents · Developer Platform
🎯 Your main goal will be to keep n8n operating as an AI-native engineering organization where agents are embedded across the development cycle; helping teams plan, build, test, review, learn, and improve.
You’ll do this by maintaining and evolving the platform foundations, tools, guardrails, and team processes that make agentic development safe, measurable, and sustainable. Working with Developer Platform, Security, AI/Agents, Architecture, and product engineering teams, you’ll help teams continuously adopt what works from frontier AI and make success visible through faster feedback loops, better quality, stronger resilience, and more learning from what we ship:
BUILD THE PAVED ROAD FOR AGENTIC DEVELOPMENT
- Define safe task categories for autonomous agents, including what they can attempt, what they should never touch, and where additional review is required.
- Design and implement isolated execution environments where agents can work without exposing secrets or accessing sensitive systems unnecessarily.
- Build pilot workflows that allow selected Linear issues to be picked up by agents, tested, and converted into useful draft PRs.
MAKE N8N'S MONOREPO AGENT-READY
- Create and maintain repo instructions, agent playbooks, ownership metadata, coding guidelines, and documentation that improve agent performance.
- Continuously improve developer workflows, repo structure, testability, and documentation based on where agents succeed, fail, or create reviewer friction.
- Partner with Architecture and senior engineers to define boundaries, dependencies, and areas where agents need more context or tighter constraints.
INTEGRATE AGENTS INTO ENGINEERING WORKFLOWS
- Integrate agentic workflows with Linear, GitHub, CI, test infrastructure, and developer review processes.
- Design PR evidence templates that help reviewers understand what changed, why, what tests ran, what risks remain, and where human judgment is needed.
- Partner with Security, AI/Agents, Developer Platform, and product engineering teams to define guardrails for sensitive areas like auth, billing, permissions, and data handling.
MEASURE QUALITY, SAFETY, AND ADOPTION
- Create benchmarks from real historical engineering tasks to evaluate agent output quality, failure modes, test pass rates, review burden, and production risk.
- Define quality signals and adoption metrics such as draft PR usefulness rate, reviewer acceptance rate, CI pass rate, rework rate, and developer satisfaction.
- Use data and feedback from pilot teams to improve agent workflows, reduce unsafe attempts, and build trust across engineering.
